2020 is the Year of the Yang White or Golden Rat in the Chinese Zodiac. The Rat is generally described as active, fertile, filled with energy and industrious. However, Rats also attract clutter, spread disease and tend to meddle in situations where they can do serious damage. 

We’ve already witnessed unprecedented confusion and mixed messages so far in 2020. This month, our challenge is to detach from the gridlock that we’ve gotten stuck in and get back into the proper I Ching flow.

I Ching Intuitive Reading for August 1st – September 4th, 2020.

The I Ching Energy was in the flow of Hexagram #6 CONFLICT for the whole month of July. Then, at the beginning of August, the energy changed to #30 SYNERGY, which is very much about cooperation and what we can do together if we synergize our true desires and efforts. That’s actually really good news!
Creating Synergy - Todays Intuitive ReadingUnfortunately, the collective mindset of the USA is still stuck in the CONFLICT and doesn’t seem to have the will to snap out of it. If this pattern isn’t stopped, we will likely wind up in abject STAGNATION – completely at odds with the prevailing I Ching flow – a societal gridlock that is sadly of our own making. That possibility definitely exists until enough people pull themselves out of it and begin creating SYNERGY for a hopeful future.

What are the best things we could do together to create SYNERGY?

I have found from my work in the past, that when certain key individuals let go of collective patterns, the pattern itself loses steam. If you look carefully, you can see that already happening. Some people are moving forward into new ways of being and relating to one another. The rest of us just have to let go enough to see the possibilities more clearly and then reclaim our energy for creating synergy together ~ 

So where are we stuck?

These points are where I see us as still being stuck in a malaise of CONFLICT:

  • “At a time when social unity is most important, it is significantly lacking.” Society is made up of the collective will of individual people. Are you personally feeding the conflict? Are you willing to stop?
  • “Keep a low profile… Do not put yourself in a position of prominence whatever you imagine to gain in prestige.” Notice the backlash that happens to people who force themselves into the limelight. A wise person working with SYNERGY instinctively knows that this is not the time to do that.
  • “Material possessions and status mean nothing now. Only your inner worth will be of value to you.” The lessons from the coronavirus can be brutal, however it has provided an opportunity to heal our collective fixation on external definitions of value. Have you discovered what’s really important to you?
  • “Don’t try to bring things to a decision or engage yourself in a dispute.” Meddling into affairs that are not our concern has always caused problems, but rarely so much as now. Are you having trouble walking away from a conflict that doesn’t need your help?
  • “If you engage now in forceful CONFLICT, it is possible you will emerge victorious. However, you will have created a situation of unending contest. Again and again, your position will be challenged. Such triumphs are ultimately meaningless.” ~ Hexagram #6, CONFLICT, The I Ching Workbook, R. L. Wing

What are the remedies available in Synergy?

As I mentioned before, when certain key individuals let go of collective patterns, the pattern itself loses steam. Interestingly, those key people are rarely famous or central to the situation. They simply have a relationship to the situation that is key to disempowering it. Everyday people deciding to say no, to let go and move on. People like you!

“Clarity of mind brought about by dependence on what is right can transform the world and perfect it.”

“A reasonable and moderate attitude will bring you the best possible luck. Remember, indulge in no excess, no extremes of thought or emotion.”

“In personal relationships you will find that the alignment of your desires can now achieve a great deal. This is a good time to examine your relationships and note whether you are working against one another or with SYNERGY. Co-operative efforts will not take energy away from individual pursuits. In fact, working relationships should now be especially supportive of individual achievements.”

“The best way to achieve your aims within the limitations of your situation is to depend upon and synergize your energies with the forces of the cosmos.”

Gaining a Larger Perspective on the Current Flow

2020 is the Year of the Yang White or Golden Rat in the Chinese Zodiac. Ironically, exactly 300 years ago was also a Year of the White Rat when the ship “Grand Saint Antoine” brought the last major outbreak of bubonic plague to the City of Marseille, France. Unfortunately, the theme of large cycles of collective karma around responsibility and illness is difficult to miss.

The Rat is generally described as active, fertile, filled with energy and industrious, however, his darker side seems to be more predominant this year as it was in 1720. Historically, Rats attract clutter, spread disease and generally insert themselves into situations where they can do serious damage. 

Although we’ve already witnessed unprecedented confusion and mixed messages, 2020 is really teaching us how to stay flexible and change with the changes! 

I Ching Intuitive Reading for July 1st – July 24th, 2020.

The I Ching Energy quickly passed through Hexagram #47 ADVERSITY at the beginning of June, providing just the kind of energy where dangerous and tragic situations could erupt suddenly with little or no provocation. Luckily, it was very short-lived and then moved into #43,  RESOLUTION for a couple of weeks.
Now, it’s gotten volatile again, spurred on by all the astrological events and lack of unified leadership.
Yes, things are difficult, yet how you handle irritations, intense social change and inner conflict can still make a difference. 
Please, remain aware of the potential for explosive situations that could appear almost out of nowhere.

What is the best thing to do in times such as these?

Let go of preconceived ideas that cause division and resolve to use this difficult time to progress into a New Paradigm based on equality, sustainable prosperity and cooperation for the Common Good ~

On June 20th, we settled into the flow of  Hexagram #6, CONFLICT. Here is part of the text that I think will be most relevant between July 1st though the 19th:

“At a time when social unity is most important, it is significantly lacking. There are misunderstandings brought about by basic philosophical differences and they cannot be overcome by forceful measures. Avoid controversial topics unless there is present a wise mediator who is trusted by all concerned… 

…weigh all of the possible difficulties and oppositions at the beginning of your endeavors. Such careful considerations are the only way to end debilitating CONFLICT which can bring your efforts to a standstill. As it is, you cannot engage in confrontation with your adversaries, for this would lead to misfortune. All such aggressive or cunning strategies will come to evil.

In questions of power or politics, it would be in your best interests to place the CONFLICT before an impartial authority who can make an unprejudiced decision. In this way you can bring discord to a halt before it becomes injurious…

…Business matters cannot be brought to fruition at this time…It would be best to hold back major changes or innovations until the time is more auspicious…

Hold back and re-examine your original feelings…

Your adversary is superior in strength.”

A Challenge to Reform Your Plans for a New Paradigm:

The Unexpected Gift of COVID – 19

Plans for a New ParadigmPeople are talking about what they’ve learned during this Pause caused by the coronavirus and many are realizing there’s a lot of things about “normal” they don’t want to go back to. I agree, but let’s not do what’s happened so many times before. Talk a lot… have a big emotional release… then just move on and get back to “normal”, which is really just another word for apathy.

Wouldn’t it be better to take some time to renegotiate some of our agreements and set new intentions about what we really want in our lives? Doesn’t it seem right that we use the Pause this pandemic has created to clear the slate of past neglect and abuse so that we can really make some substantive reforms?

I’ve heard it said that great reforms are often made after great catastrophes. I’d like to suggest that we resolve to join forces and proactively engage in creating new plans for a New Paradigm. Genuine plans that support us all in creating true health, happiness and sustainable prosperity, rather than relying on the status quo!

The centerpiece of Plans for a New Paradigm is a Transformation Game to help you release all that old stuff and reform your plans. HERE…

Here is a suggested list of situations to reform your plan around that would help us collectively create plans for a New Paradigm based on cooperation, reciprocity, equality and sustainable prosperity. Won’t you join me?

Plans for a New ParadigmUse this symbol from RESOLVE to help you focus your mind and tap into your intuition. Relax and take a few deep breaths. Then, ask yourself:

“What number between 1 and 6 will help me know what’s needed at this time?”

Once you get a number, scroll down and see what that section has to offer. Your intuition will come forward to give you the answers you seek.

Reform Your Plans for a New Paradigm Challenge:

Mental Distractions. This is where I needed to begin. I went through this Transformation Game to help me let go of being so easily distracted from the things that really matter to me. The intention I used was:

“I let go of distractions and turn my attention towards true solutions.”

 

Re-organizing your Space. I used this game to help me reorganize my work space in accordance with common sense Feng Shui principles. If you have a home office, studio or even a work bench where you do your crafts, there is good reason to get it reorganized to adjust to all the changes going on. My intention was:

“I adjust my working space to my current needs.” When you go through it, you’ll be surprised what you find out!

This larger intention took over a week for me to complete! Like me, you may need to break it down into smaller chunks. This is how I went through the process – I played the game for each of these supporting intentions and it was surprising what got cleared away and what I found out about my Soul’s Plan:

a. “I let go of objects, tools, decorations and supplies that distract me from my Soul’s purpose.”

b. “I cleanse this space and free it from disturbing, low vibrations.”

c. “I organize my space to calmly and efficiently manifest my Soul’s career, purpose and plan.

d. “I set up my space to inspire and fill me with vibrant energy.”

e. “I upgrade technical systems and processes for ease and efficiency.”

f. “My working space fully supports me and my Soul’s plan.”

g. “The landscape of my home/office exudes love and support.”

 

Important creative projects. Most of them will need a recalibration of some type. Just fill in the blank with the project of your choice!

a. “I reorganize this project so that it supports me and brings me joy.”

b. “I am clear about whether or not this project, __________ still fits my needs.”

c. “My priorities with this project, __________ are in order, balanced and sustainable.”

d. “This project benefits me and is a service to others.”

 

 

Connection with Others.

 

a. “I freely communicate my needs, peacefully and with compassion.”

b. “I build sufficient rest, relaxation and connection with my friends into my schedule. These things are a priority.”

c. “I create healthy boundaries and take responsibility for my own feelings.”

 

Connection with Self.

a. “I create a plan for healthy self-care in the New Paradigm.”

b. “I create a strong connection to the Light and my Spiritual Source.”

c. “I love myself and I love my body. I love my life.”

d. “I communicate with myself in a helpful and loving way.”

 

Societal Reforms.

a. “I create a new plan for equal access in the New Paradigm.”

b. “I create a plan for financial stability and opportunity in the New Paradigm.”

How to Take Good Care of Yourself

During this pandemic, we’re all learning what we need to do to take good care of ourselves. The path of MODERATION is often the key.

There is no shortage of information and advice out there about what we should and should not do to take care of ourselves. Early on in my experience as a medical intuitive, I discovered that there is no “one way” to protect ourselves or heal that works for everyone. We are all unique individuals with our own strengths, weaknesses and preferences – our own karma, if you will.

I also learned that what works today may not work tomorrow. That has to do with circumstances; there may be a spiritual or emotional blockage that needs to be released first. Hexagram # 15 – Moderation – How to Take Good Care of Yourself in the New Paradigm

“In difficult times, it’s usually best to move with the flow of MODERATION, Hexagram #15, where ‘The predominant forces … are in the process of balancing extremes and harmonizing interests.’ ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

The ancient Chinese text describes MODERATION as the best way to make progress by disengaging from harmful extremes and following the truth and guidance that comes from within. In almost any situation, if you’re able to walk a moderate and middle road, there will be improvement in whatever you undertake.

Finding Moderation and Following that Path ~

As a general rule, MODERATION is a sensible flow to follow whenever there’s so much chaos and confusion that it’s hard for you to tell what’s going on. In the midst of chaos, unpreferred karma (cause and effect) can be easily triggered. For many people, soul contracts have been completed and need to be released to prevent unnecessary health problems. Generally, people are probably either:

  1. Feeling threatened, at risk or censured,
  2. Stuck in the desire to return to the way things were,
  3. Caught in the chaos of things splitting apart, or
  4. Seeking harmony and balance by letting go of extremes.

As you softly gaze at this Circle that accesses karmic seeds, see if you’re currently experiencing one of these situations. Ask yourself:

“Am I generally experiencing situation #1, 2, 3 or 4?”

It could easily be a mix, depending on your mindset and what stage of the karma you’re living through.

Whatever it is, you can take good care of yourself by letting go of any karmic agreement that is complete – over and done with or that’s causing you harm in any way. This game will help you do that. 


Let Go So You Can Bring In New Ways to Take Good Care of Yourself.

Use this Soul Contract Circle to help you identify and release the agreements. It can be helpful to imagine that each agreement is like a lock attached to every vertebrae of your spine. To let go, start at the bottom of the line and move up your spine – unlocking any harmful agreements as you go all the way to the top of your neck. Here are some examples:

“I unlock any agreement to sacrifice my health or place myself in harms way.”

“I let go of any lies, poor guidance or assumptions that block my ability to heal.”

“I discontinue activities or beliefs that put me at risk.”

“I release pathways, concepts and patterns of behavior that lead to conflict, confusion, hardship, over-indulgence or ________, etc.”

“I decide to gently integrate healthier patterns that upgrade my happiness and well-being – in accordance with my highest good.” 

 

This is a good opportunity to clear your inner garden of any outdated intentions or energies that interfere with your health or happiness.

As you look at this Reiki Key, allow your heart center to clear away any hurtful entanglements or conflicts. Include old resentments or grievances with family, friends or business relationships. Clear out harmful agendas from societal institutions, religious practices, cults or partisanships. Release attachments to completed projects, places you’ve lived, outmoded forms of transportation, communication, consumerism or business, etc.

By letting go of all that clutter, you free up a lot of energy that’s better spent on your health and vitality.

Because of the chaos involved, there aren’t many guarantees out there. Making any kind of reliable prediction is next to impossible. You’re going to need all the presence and energy you have to help you during times such as these. Gently look at the next Circle while you affirm these positive affirmations:

“My new agreement is to stay present in my body and follow my inner guidance – calmly and honestly.”

“I am flexible and able to adapt.”

“I notice disturbances in my health. I ask for and receive reliable help when I need it.”

“I make wise choices about my health and well-being.”

“I let go of ______.   I prepare for ______.

I take care of ______.   I am open to ______.”

 

“I decide to build an attraction field for _________, _________, _______… suggestions: healthy nourishment, equality, good company, cooperation, sustainable prosperity, etc.

 

“I make a choice to focus my attention on hope, health, sustainable prosperity and ______________.”

 

 

Take time to organize your energy properly so that you can manifest your intentions.

“I nurture my body, mind and spirit healthfully, in alignment with my highest good.”

 Once you feel in the flow, ask yourself: “Are there any habits or behaviors that would be helpful for me to change?”

 

Are there any foods, especially herbs, teas, vegetables or fruits that would benefit me? Am I getting enough fresh water?

Is there anything I’m consuming that’s causing a problem?

Am I approaching my circumstances correctly? If not, can I tell what’s needed?

 

Are there any activities I’m planning that would be dangerous?

If so, can I tell what they are? How can I follow a more MODERATE and beneficial path?”

 

Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that pull you off track. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and let go of self-sabotage or any societal or familial pattern that still affects your health in a negative way. See them disappear as you send them to the Sun:

“I dissolve destructive energy and any connection I have ever had to it.”

“I dissolve ___________________.”

Once the patterns are cleared, close the door to pathways that lead to extremes and danger.

“I decide to close the door on harmful pathways. I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

 

At this point, you’re probably feeling much calmer and more in balance. Finish with this affirmation:

“I am grounded in gratitude and appreciation for the help I receive.”

Take Good Care of Yourself

Learning how to take good care of yourself at this time is an opportunity to go within and expel deep patterns of fear and conflict. May we all arise from those patterns, much as a beautiful lotus arises from the muck and mire at the bottom of a pond.”

 Now is a good time to move around or take a nice walk if you can. Enjoy being out in the Sun and fresh air.

We are receiving help from Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion who has words of advice about staying grounded during times of instability and CONTRADICTION. She is guiding us through the I Ching, an ancient Chinese text that follows and predicts movements and energy flow in the cosmos. This particular flow is Hexagram # 38 CONTRADICTION.

Her advice, as always, is direct and to the point!

Transformation Game - Staying Grounded“When it comes to prospering through the flow of the I Ching, or Book of Change, it’s important to be able to discern whether a given situation is truly beneficial to you or not. There might be so much going on that it’s difficult to be clear about what’s really true and what’s a delusion.

Unfortunately, times like these are filled with untrustworthy people or groups who try to take advantage through CONTRADICTORY, manipulative messages.

Look out for those who use a lot of flattery or fear tactics to pressure you into following their agenda. 

Staying grounded is the key to being able to effectively evaluate the truth in a situation and move forward in a positive way. Use this simple Transformation Game any time your balance and equilibrium gets upset. Simply gaze at each Intuitive Learning Circle™ while you consider the accompanying question or affirmation:

Are you having difficulty staying grounded?

 

Slow down and relax. Take several deep breaths. 

What has you upset?

Do you know what will help you? If not, slow down some more and ask for help.

 

Contemplate a having a grateful mindset and new vibration based on equality, cooperation, personal responsibility and sustainable prosperity. Are you open to it?

If so, take several minutes with this Soul Chakra Key to disengage from any manipulative, interfering energy. This affirmation will help:

“I call on  my Soul to help me get grounded in what’s true for me.”

If you’re like most people, you’ve been experiencing an unprecedented amount of change and are realizing that you need to review and reform your plan and assumptions about your life. Whether it’s an overall life trajectory or more specific plans about health, business or even creative projects, now is an opportune time to look at them and recalibrate.

This Transformation Game was put together to help you evaluate what’s working and what isn’t based on your new circumstances.

Use the Circle in this picture to help you focus on some initial questions to see if this Game would be useful to you:

“What are you building or trying to build?”

“Do you need to reform your plan in any way?”

“Do you have a solid plan? If so, is that plan sustainable?”

“Would you like a new plan that your Soul can really get behind?”

It could be that there’ve been so many changes, you need to scrap your old plan and start over! Hopefully, that’s not the case. However, it’s possible you simply need to focus in on your situation from a different angle or through a different filter.

Transformation Games can help you to identify problems, navigate change and clarify what’s really important to you. Simply relax and gaze at the Intuitive Learning Circles while contemplating the accompanying positive affirmations about how your plan is working for you. Your intuition will come forward and give you the help that you seek. Examples:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I focus them to be present and aware of my current needs.”

“I use them to become aware of confusion, conflicts and self sabotage.”

“I gain clear awareness of beneficial resources, solutions, opportunities and _________.”


An important note about Mind Body Integration ~ 

Retrain Your Mind for Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. As you go through the steps, cross and uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body when you gaze at each Circle. Use a soft focus and breathe patiently. This will help you integrate your thinking more fully so that you can be more creative. Let any negative self-talk go by breathing through it.

Okay, so let’s take a look at how you’re currently perceiving your plan…

Step One: When evaluating your needs, Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs works well to help you position your priorities accurately. Each level is naturally structured to give your plan the greatest stability and efficiency.  Let’s take a look at the different levels:

Reform Your Plan - Hierarchy of NeedsBriefly, the first level needs are physiological and biological. The second level is about safety and protection. The third level encompasses love and belonging. The fourth level focuses around self-esteem. At the top of the pyramid lies the needs for personal growth and self-actualization.

Are you currently seeing your needs correctly? Are they positioned correctly?

The triangle may be upside down or out of focus. The levels could be out of order or missing entirely. It might not even seem that it’s your plan at all! Use this Circle to help you create or rearrange them in your mind so that your plan is most likely to meet your current needs.

Do that both crossed and uncrossed.

 

Step Two: Make sure that your plan is actually for you, based on what you need now, in present time.

Relax and let your 3rd Chakra get connected, open and balanced at your solar plexus (the area where your ribs go up in the front).

In stressful times, it’s pretty common for the Essential Self to get closed off, misplaced or dissociated.

You can correct that now.

 

Step Three: Once you’re re-centered, clarify what your plan is really about.

Ask yourself: “Is this about a state of being or something specific I want to accomplish?

Is this really my plan, or someone else’s?

Is there something about the way things have been that I don’t want to go back to?

How would I really like my plan to help me and those I care about?

Am I currently using my time, finances and efforts productively?”

Make note of your answers.

 

Step Four: Uncover your awareness of any danger.

Gaze at this Circle that accesses your unconscious awareness of possible dangers that could be a problem for you now or in the future. Imagine that you can gather up that inner library of wisdom and see what you come up with. Take your time and let the information emerge. Ask yourself:

“Is there something happening that shouldn’t be? Am I missing something? Is anything or anyone involved creating a problem? If so, where are they and how are they affecting me?”

“How much harm is this situation causing for me and for others?”

“Is there a particular action to take that would help?”

“Am I operating under any false assumptions? I.e. Am I assuming that something can only work one way? Am I being right about something?”

“Am I willing to let it go and allow something better to come in?”

 

Step Five: Bring in your emotional filter and notice what you’re feeling in this situation.

“Are any emotions throwing me off? Am I caught up in any negative attitudes?” 

“If so, what are they and what is it about them that doesn’t feel right?”

“Am I feeling my emotions or someone elses?”

“Is there a better filter I could use that could help me be happier?”

“Do I believe that I have the power to change my emotional filters?”

“What is the best course of action?”

 

Step Six: Are there outcomes you have agreements with that are no longer desirable?

If there are, this is a good time to release your agreement with them with this Soul Contract Circle. Be sure to release any agreements you have to punish or be hard on yourself for any reason.

Reform Your Plan by Releasing Agreements

“I let go of complications, bad timing, self-sabotage, poor boundaries, intolerance, distractions, ______________, etc.

“I detach from harmful emotional filters and outcomes that no longer fit.”

“I free myself from the burdens of guilt, shame, blame or debt. I stop contributing to harmful patterns.”

“My new agreement is to follow the guidance of my Soul. I forgive myself for any mistakes made and start again with integrity and a clean slate. I _______.” etc.

 

“I am encouraged and inspired to make new plans that will genuinely benefit me and those that I love in our new situation.”

 

“I make clear decisions about what I want to let go of for good and not return to.”

“I’m sure I want to let go of _______________.”

 

“I’ve learned my lessons about _______________.”

 

“I definitively decide to _______________.”

 

Step Seven: Are there methods or modalities you’ve been using (or not using) that need to be re-evaluated?

Can you identify what they are?

 

Step Eight: What have you learned over the course of recent events that you want to integrate into your consciousness?

Use this Circle to help you reorganize and reform your plan around this new level of awareness.

 

Step Nine: Imagine what could happen if you created your new plan around a central intention that brings you joy – like actualizing your true heart’s desire…

Bring the energy into your center first and then imagine your new intention radiating out into the world around you.

What does your heart tell you that you need to do?

 

Step Ten:  Dissolve your connection to any old plans, pathways, beliefs or barriers that are harmful.

It may help to imagine the patterns like big, black clouds that you can send to the Sun to be transmuted. Keep visualizing until they are completely gone and you can see yourself standing in an open field with a beautiful, blue sky:

“I let them go. I couldn’t call them back, even if I tried.”

 

Step Eleven: Determine if it’s possible for your plan to be grounded in a New Paradigm of co-operation, equality and sustainable prosperity.

If it can’t, what would need to happen?

If it can, put both feet on the ground and see if the Circle can help you get your energy organized in a coherent and meaningful way. Once it feels organized, you should be able to ground. Take all the time that you need.

 

Step Twelve: Now that you’ve reformed your plan, close the pathways in your mind that lead back to ways of being that no longer serve you.

“I close the door on all harmful pathways, leaks, gaps and holes.

I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

Once you’re ready, use this Circle to help you look at your general situation from an objective standpoint.

Can you tell what the main stepping stones are? What actions will you need to take realistically? Is there something that needs to be removed? Does something need to be added? Re-arranged? Re-organized? Write the information down, so that you don’t forget.

Next, calmly assess the details of your situation from an objective, cause and effect standpoint to see what’s really needed to reform your plan effectively.

For example, sometimes we want to take a specific action, but it really isn’t for us to do….

“Is there a particular action I want to take, but it isn’t meant for me to do?”

“Would I actually be causing myself or other people harm if I were to do it anyway?”

Old Soul

“Is there something I’m meant to do and not taking action on? if so, on a scale of 1 – 10, how important is it to my Soul?”

 

Get into even more detail by playing a “what if” game.

“If I take this action, that response is liable to occur.”

Take your time, and go through the different scenarios you may be considering. Sort them into “no”, “maybe”, and “yes” categories.

The Essential Human* If you have a copy of The Essential Human, now would be a good time to use Future Pacing on page 140 to help you access more beneficial ingredients from the Field of Potential to create the “soup” of your life. Choose new ingredients from The Essential Human #1 – 42. Use this affirmation:

“I release harmful ingredients and access beneficial ingredients.”

This Circle is about having fun. Have you incorporated enough fun and enjoyment into your plan?

Ask your Soul:

“How can I have more fun in this situation?”

Make a note of what ever answer comes back. Then, send your energy to the center of the Circle like throwing a ball into a hoop and imagine it coming back to you. Relax and play with that for awhile!

As you play with the energy, some fun ideas or activities may come to you.

Sometimes the reason we’re experiencing emotional conflict is because we’re being dragged into unhealthy patterns from the past. These could be societal expectations, a family pattern or it could be an unhealthy, entangled relationship you have with an individual.

The I Ching says about CONFLICT:

“You may be facing a major disillusionment in your life as you begin to realize that what you believed to be a universal truth is only your subjective view of the situation. You will have to reconsider your premise more realistically. The need for an inner adjustment yielding a more harmonious outlook is indicated.” ~ Hexagram #6 CONFLICT, The I Ching Workbook, R. L Wing

 

To find out if that’s happening for you, gaze softly at the Intuitive Learning Circle™ and ask yourself:

“Am I tangled up with someone else’s belief or desire?”

“Is an entanglement or misunderstanding pulling me into the Old Paradigm of greed and inequality?”

“Is it dragging me into an unhealthy trajectory that isn’t my Soul’s path?”

If the answer you get is”no,” that’s great! Your Soul is in charge and you’re staying grounded in the New Paradigm of equality, personal responsibility and sustainable prosperity!

However, if the answer you get is “yes,” “maybe,” or “sometimes,” you may be losing your footing, or even worse, weakening your connection with your Soul. What can you do?

1. Get Yourself Into the Best Position To Clear Your Emotional Conflict.

You could be having trouble with your Third Chakra, located at the solar plexus (in the front where your ribs go up). Your Psyche or Essential Self resides most effectively in that location.

Take a minute or so to gaze softly at the Reiki Chakra Key for chakra healing so that your Essential Self can access its power effectively.

The existence of the Essential Self is discussed in many cultures and disciplines. Other names would be your Inner Child, the Authentic Self, the Golden Child or the Basic Self.
Regardless of what it’s called, you can think of it as your “I am,” or your true essence.”

2. Identify Mistaken Ideas That Can Cause Emotional Conflict.

Now that you’ve got your positioning right, let’s see if we can find out exactly what’s causing problems for you right now.  Gaze softly at the Circle below, and imagine you’re looking at yourself objectively. Ask yourself these questions:
“What is the biggest challenge I’m facing right now?
What am I telling myself about it? Is that the truth?


How am I seeing myself in this situation? Is this an accurate reflection of what’s really happening?
Am I buying into a mistaken idea that’s interfering with my truth or ability to succeed?”

3. Get Specifics About This Particular Emotional Conflict.

Ask yourself if your energy is actually tangled up with someone around this issue. If so, can you tell who it is?

 

Are harmful or controlling thoughts being directed towards you? Are you giving yourself a hard time with negative self-talk?

If so, can you tell what the nature of those thoughts might be?

 

Is there an energy drain or harmful habit involved?

 

 

Is your ability to protect yourself or control your own space impaired?

 

Is this conflict affecting your health, safety or prosperity?

If so, can you tell in what way?

4. Make a Decision to Detach From Harmful Influences.

If the answers you get are distressing to you, it’s time for your Soul to reclaim your personal authority and detach from the conflict. Note – Once you’ve detached, the conflict may still be there, but you’ll be relating to it differently.

Relax and use this sequence of symbols and positive affirmations to help you detach…

“I decide to detach from past resentments and the conflicts they create – in the past, now and in the future.”

 

“I let go of the confusion around this conflict. I now choose thoughts that support my freedom and happiness.”

 

“I let go of the poison and negativity that surrounds me and take responsibility for my own happiness.”

5. Dissolve Destructive Mental and Emotional Patterns:

Imagine all those emotional conflicts and the ways you get caught up in them are like a huge storm cloud trying to surround and engulf you. This symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints will help your Soul clear the negative pattern. All you have to do is breathe and have the following intention as you gaze softly at the image:

Imagine that your Soul is opening your Heart center and connecting with it. Feel the light within you getting stronger and allow your Soul to make the necessary changes. This is your garden. Your way. The way that your heart is guided to create – free of this emotional conflict.

 

8. Say Good-bye to Old Pathways of Conflicts.

Before you go – close the doors to all that suffering so you don’t keep recycling finished business! Use these positive affirmations to help you:

“I seal and heal all pathways that lead back to conflicts, punishments and suffering.”

9. Reclaim the Wisdom of Your Soul.

Next, take a deep breath and relax your body. Allow your Soul to download its resources – its wisdom and awareness for creating your highest good:

Take note of where you feel this new awareness moving through your body. Allow yourself to enjoy it.

Let’s start with a couple of quick explanations of happiness and unhappiness that we use as underlying principles to the Power Circles ~

1) Happiness is a heart centered state of being where a person is internally creating their experience and more likely to attract their needs in an open, natural way. As they experience happiness, they are self-confident and living the concept of reciprocity – that “what you put out comes back to you.” They take responsibility for their personal growth and know that their mindset is important in maintaining their health and their happiness.


 

Blockages to Happiness2) Unhappiness is a state of being where a person is focused on external conditions and the delusion of powerlessness. They look for answers outside of themselves. It’s important to note that unhappiness can be transformed into happiness through courage and the awareness that a different choice can be made at any time.


Miracles - Channels of Spirit3) “Intuition is an inner knowing available to us when all of the senses, known and unknown are balanced and able to receive information that is usually filtered out by the conscious mind.”

The Cornerstones of Manifest Happiness Circles in the New Paradigm are:

The Problem

Getting to the Bottom of Your Prosperity Issues.

An example from our recent past will help to paint a picture of what happens when one has lost touch with one of our cornerstones – their prosperity. Let’s say you are living in Pittsburgh in the 50’s and 60’s. You’ve grown up in an environment that is predominately steel mills and manufacturing. The businesses, buildings and social structures have been conceived and built to fulfill the purpose of producing economic dependence upon the steel industry. You are a steel mill worker. Very likely your family has worked in the mills for generations. Every activity, thought and inner motivation has been built upon that experience. Your politics and the conversations you have revolve around it. Your economic security depends upon it. An electro-magnetic energy field has been erected by the collective energy of the residents of Pittsburgh. In response, your personal energy structure has adapted to and perpetuates that input. Now you are in the 70’s and 80’s and the bottom falls out of the steel industry. What do you do? Your own personal energy structure is still operating under “I am a steel mill worker,” but there is no longer any support for that identity.

The Four Stages of Societal Change

1.) Your initial reaction is shock and fear. It’s like the whole world is crumbling down around you.

2.) The next stage is denial. “This is not really happening, maybe if I go down the street and apply at the other mills, I’ll get a job there.”

3.) Once it really sinks in that there are no more jobs in town, disillusionment and depression set in.

4.) If little or nothing is done to alleviate the situation, violence and desperation break out, creating a gridlock to positive change.

Many people are now experiencing one of these four stages due to COVID-19 and other political, societal and environmental changes taking place in our world today. The solution is to open yourself up to changing who you think you are and building a new identity and personal energy structure that supports who you want to be now.
