Go through a short Mind Exercise using the Intuitive Learning Circles to help you improve immunity in your spleen chakra.

2nd Chakra - Spleen Chakra

The second energy center is referred to here as the spleen chakra because it is deeply connected to our emotions, digestion and immunity. Its color is orange.
When this chakra is dis-eased, toxic emotions and entanglements build up and poison the entire system. Our ability to create is repressed and depression sets in.
Free flowing energy here is essential to physical, emotional and mental health.

Gaze softly at the Second Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Am I struggling with my physical or emotional health?”
“Does the energy in this center seem bright and flowing or does it feel clogged and run down? Is there something else?”

Do I need chakra clearing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Spleen Chakra in balance?

If your answer is “yes” to that last question, this exercise has been put together for you…

Simply gaze softly at the Intuitive Learning Circles while contemplating the accompanying questions and positive affirmations. The process will take you into a light hypnotic trance where you can access subconscious information that you may have been too stressed out to hear on your own.

Relax into the Circles and follow the directions… your intuition will come forward and give you the help that you seek!


Step One: When getting to the bottom of healing emotional pain and your immune health, breathing always helps.
Start by gazing softly at the Circle and breathe in on the count of three. One…two…three.
Exhale to the count of six. One…two…three…four…five…six.
Do this as many times as you like. Breathing in and letting go. 

Imagine that the whole issue around the pain and/or illness you’re dealing with is like a huge iceberg. Visualize it melting, moving and breaking apart until your energy relaxes. Continue until you feel a palpable release of tension.

For best results, go through this Mind Exercise gazing softly at each Circle both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.

Step Two. Keep breathing with your belly soft and relaxed.
Let your shoulders drop.
Gaze softly at the Circle and imagine you can turn down the feelings or thoughts that are turned up too high, just like the volume on a radio dial.

When you can see things right, it’s easier to know what to do to help yourself.

 

Step Three: Now you’re in a better position to see if you have any stuffed emotions.  Repeat what you just did with this symbol from The Essential Human:

Use the affirmation below to help you bring emotional balance to the situation: 

“I release my need to ignore or escape from emotional pain.

I now acknowledge its message and use it for my greater good.”

Be sure to follow the directions both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

 

Step Four: Repeat the same process to see if you’re holding any stuffed conflicts. You can use this affirmation:

“I release my focus from conflict to peaceful and prosperous solutions.”

Imagine that any conflict is breaking apart and dissolving so that you can let it go. 

The Essential HumanOther aspects of The Essential Human may come to mind. This is a good opportunity to bring them in on your process of healing.

Ask for numbers between 1 – 42. 

Make corrections one at a time in the order they come to you.

 

Step Five: Is there anything else that’s bothering you?

Try to put it into words if you can.

 

Step Six: Is there a particular emotion that comes to mind? Could it be throwing you off balance? Remember that you may be picking up emotions that other people are feeling.

 

Step Seven: Is there an underlying problem with your chakra system that’s affecting your emotional health or immunity?

Step Eight: Tune deeply into your immune system while you allow your Deeper Self Chakra to get balanced and cleared out. This energy center is located approximately 2 inches below your navel.

Are you noticing anything that seems off?

Is your immune system stressed? On a scale of 1 (feeling great) to 10 (call 911) what level would you rate yourself at?

 

Step Nine: Gaze softly at this symbol (let your eyes relax) to help you connect with your instincts and natural healing abilities. Get spiritual guidance, direction and bring yourself into position to receive your highest good.

Let your unconscious mind gather up all the pertinent information. Relax deeply so that you can get this sorted out. As you gaze gently at this Circle ask:

“What is needed? What is the priority for a healthy immune system?”

Am I heading in the proper direction to receive healing?
Am I positioned correctly to receive help?
Do I have adequate support from a trustworthy healing team?
What spiritual guidance do I get in regard to this situation?

Stay with it and contemplate the Circle for a few minutes to help you gain further insights. Make notes about helpful information that comes.

 

Now that you have the general information, you can go through a short sequence that will help you get on better footing:

Renegotiate Agreements About Healing ~

Many illness and emotional problems have their roots in the old status quo. Free your Self from the patriarchal imprint of control, greed, hatred, prejudice and fear.

“I let go of my agreements to stay rooted in the paradigm of the status quo.”

“Instead, I choose to organize my healing around a foundation of Common Ground based on cooperation, equality and balanced prosperity instead.”

 

Decide to connect through Joy and Gratitude, rather than Greed and Revenge.

Another agreement to change would be to source your responses from a place of gratitude and joy, rather than from a fearful, greedy or vengeful place.

“I release agreements to source from fear, greed or revenge.”
“I stop participating with __________.” 

When your chakras can source from a positive life force, Divine Connection is possible and preferable.

“I decide to connect through Gratitude and Joy, rather than fear or hatred.” 

 

Are there other agreements or Soul Contracts about healing that need to be released? If so, release them like burning contracts in a violet flame.

“I release any agreements with ________ about ________.”

Are there any new agreements you would like to make?

 

Reclaim Your Personal Power ~

You can reconnect with empowerment that comes from your heart and Soul.

“I exist and free to choose autonomy and divine connection to my Soul.”

Release Attachments and the Damage They Cause ~

Because of the sheer amount of information and interference we encounter everyday, we need to honestly address the possibility that aspects of our subtle energy field may be damaged and/or struggling with attachments.

Use this Soul Star Correction Key to relax and meditate on for as long as you like. Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.

How are you experiencing your emotional and immune health now? Is there anything you would change or improve on it?

Is it radiating a clear and healthy orange vibration? If not, take a few moments to clear out any harmful energies that have been clogging you up.

Release the Binding Energy of Hate

Many people are having a difficult time healing hate and keeping their hearts open to hope and peaceful possibilities.

Healing Hate through Heart OpeningHealing hate is a big topic of concern, so let’s talk about the energy of hate and how it affects our energetic system.

I learned early on in my intuitive practice that hate is a binding energy. What I mean by that is when you “hate” something, your thoughts, your mindset and your energy gets very hard and constricted – not to mention your heart.

The same goes for anger, however, anger is more of an immediate reaction – it usually comes up to let you know that something is off – something is wrong that needs your attention right away. Anger is your friend when it’s telling you that there’s some aspect of a situation that’s isn’t good for you and is contributing to your experience of unhappiness.

Healing Hate and UnhappinessYes, you read that right! I’ll repeat it – anger is a very useful emotion when it motivates you to get centered and take productive action to change something that’s causing you harm. It gives you the energy to pull yourself out of complacency and disloyalty to your own highest good.

The I Ching talks about these kinds of situations in the text of Hexagram #36 Censorship:
“…in areas of personal and spiritual development, this situation can help you learn to accept times of evil. If one attempts to aggressively deny or ignore evil, then evil is often nurtured in one form or another. Good and evil are as much a part of the cosmos as night and day. It is much easier to develop a sound character once evil is acknowledged and accepted as part of the world. ~ The I Ching Workbook, R. L. Wing

The trick to navigating anger is what you do with it after the heat of the moment. Do you use that energy to go for the results you really want or do you get stuck in it? Does hate take control over you?

Hate is stuck anger hardened into a whole belief system and feedback loop.

People like to bond with each other through hate, because it’s easy to feel justified when we can get others to agree with us.

We fixate our attention on the object of our hate and send angry thoughts toward it, thinking that somehow doing so will make it go away and ease our suffering. We generalize about people and refuse to accept that there might possibly be anything good about the object of our hate. We revel in the energy boost that anger creates and narcissists are especially good at taking advantage of that group energy.

Simply put, when we let our anger harden into hate, we get caught in a powerful collective feedback loop and miss the opportunity to transform a harmful situation for the better.

Resources for Healing Hate

There’s an old saying, “What I believe about you, I awaken within you.” To understand that better, compare the thought to “what I put out, comes back to me.”

These are the premises of the Law of Reciprocity, or Karma.

Karam and Healing Hate

If I buy into the idea that what I put out comes back to me at all, it would be pretty hard on me if I were to put out that any particular group of people are lying, cheating, dangerous, predators!

That kind of generalization simply is not helpful. Not only is it untrue, it would also cause me to:

  • Bind myself to the “lie” even more strongly
  • Cheat myself out of a lot of potential friends and supporters
  • Create dangerous situations for myself by feeding the seeds of violence in myself and others and,
  • Stamp out my own potential to be happy.

Yet returning hate for more hate is how the feedback loop gets maintained. When will we decide to stop feeding this self-perpetuating trap and step out of it?

Just to clarify what we mean by karma here –
Karma = Cause & Effect
i.e. I have a thought. I make a decision. I act on the decision.
Whatever I have followed through on has natural consequences.
Cause & Effect = Karma.

Healing the Emotional Roots of Hate

How can we transform the stress and suffering that comes with the mindset of hate? I suggest that we start by enhancing our inner guidance. After all, we don’t want to run off in the heat of our anger and do something that is actually hurtful to us!

Take a few minutes with this Circle to breathe and relax. Calm your senses and bring them into balance. Some may be turned up too high and some may be too low.

Take some deep breaths and let your shoulders drop. Adjust the volume to perceive your situation clearly. Notice how that calms you emotionally. Do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body to achieve greater mind body integration.


Mind Body Integration

Mind Body IntegrationThe Intuitive Learning Circles work best when you look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.

Why? Because the brain and the body communicate with each other through one set of channels when you are uncrossed and another set when you are crossed. If you can’t get the information one way, you might be able to get it in the other. The same goes for making corrections – we want whatever correction is needed to be made all of the time, not just some of the time.

If you try this, and it still doesn’t work, you may have an internal conflict or fixation that’s interfering with cognitive function. Not to worry. If that happens, scroll back up to the Conflicts and Fixations image above and relax into it.


Healing Hate: Releasing Agreements and Social Contracts

Next, I suggest that we release our agreement to hold the energy of hate in our nervous systems, as if it’s helpful to us! Don’t forget that many agreements to hate are based on social contracts from our ancestral, cultural and religious lines. Look at the Soul Contract Circle and imagine that you can mindfully send the symbol all the way up and down your spine, unlocking harmful agreements as you go:

“I gently release my nervous system from the binding energy of hate.”

“I release any agreement I have to buy into the energy and mindset of extremism and hate. I unlock ancestral chains that bind me. I release any vow I’ve taken to keep the destructive fires burning.”

“I release any ancestral/societal agreement I have to plant emotional distress and hatred in the ground or try to process it myself.

It’s time to stop perpetuating negativity in myself or Mother Earth. I now choose to create peaceful prosperity and understanding.”

Then, be more specific. Use the same Circle in a different way to identify and release agreements to hold hatred towards different people, groups or organizations that you feel are wrong. There are far more productive energies to use that will be more helpful to you, like a gentle violet flame.

If you’re willing, go through each item on your list with these positive affirmations:

“I release all my agreements to hate __________________.” (how people act, how hard my job is, how stuck I feel, etc.)

“I pull my energy back and release my agreements to react out of violence, resentment or revenge.”

“I release all agreements to mobilize the destructive energies of hate. I utilize gentler and more productive energies to manifest my highest good.”

Don’t forget to release any agreement to hate yourself! It’s amazing how much energy you can free up by doing this.

There are other agreements we can change to help us navigate out of the maze.

The out-dated system of the Patriarchy currently affirms that only certain classes of people are heard, respected. Release your agreements with that system and set up new agreements to organize around healthy and prosperous dealings in the New Paradigm that include balanced prosperity, equality and personal responsibility.

Another agreement to change would be to source your responses from a place of gratitude and joy, rather than from a fearful, greedy or vengeful place.

“I release agreements to source from fear, greed or revenge.”

“I decide Source from Gratitude and Joy.”

 

This symbol from Soul Prayer Charts helps you to interface with your environment more efficiently. Most of us need assistance in making the transition from the old paradigm of Water (Piscean Age) to the New Paradigm of Air (Aquarian Age). Relax and close down all heavy or destructive energy channels that your mind or body may still be open and vulnerable to.

“I close down harsh and harmful energy channels from the status quo.”

“I am open to generative Life Force to manifest improved health, happiness and communication channels.”

Healing hate requires a lot of change and in this new energy, it’s important that we be gentle with ourselves and take the time we need to integrate safely.

Transformation Game - What did you learn?We are all being challenged to contemplate and REFORM certain aspects of our lives and create a new path forward.

Can we effectively let go of the old paradigm based on greed, fear and extremism while we intentionally move into a New Paradigm based on co-operation, equality and balanced prosperity?

What Did You Learn?

Kuan Yin has been helping us to transition through a variety of readings, games and Power Circles since 2009. Her advice springs from the I Ching, an ancient book of divination that follows the flow of the cosmos.

The Great Conjunction on Winter Solstice 2020 marked the official start of what some call the Aquarian Age. Kuan Yin simply refers to it as a New Paradigm based on the Common Good. Her guidance for this game comes from Hexagram #21 REFORM:

“Know what you want, know what makes you feel good about your Self, know what brings you into harmony with others. These are your guidelines and principles. Other factors that assume control of your behavior or your health or that create inner discord are the obstacles that must be overcome. What Did You Learn?

Often our need to be right keeps us from learning what we need to know about difficult situations. The intent of this game has two aspects:

  • How can we learn from our mistakes, missteps and miscommunications?
  • How can we be kind to ourselves and come up with real solutions to follow through on that will help things go better as we move forward?

First, get out some paper and something to write or draw with. Give yourself permission to draw or color during this exercise. Notes to yourself don’t have to be linear!

Next, choose an experience that you know you need help with and are willing to look at honestly. Examples might be: What did I learn in the decade between from 2012 and 2022? During the pandemic? In my previous relationship? In how I handle conflict at work? You can make your inquiry as specific or general as you like. Make a note or image of what this inquiry is about.

Then, let’s agree that your responses are for you and that you don’t have to share them with anyone else, unless you want to. This game is for you!


Soul Guidance

Relax into this symbol and ask for general intuitive information about your situation from Old Sol with these questions. 

“What do I need to know about this? What would be helpful?”

What Did You Learn?

“Is something missing?   Is something lost?
Do I need to let go of something?

Quickly make a note of any answers that come up. You don’t need to understand at this point. Just write down any answers that come to you.
You may want to get additional help from Gifts from the Rainforest. If so, ask for a number between 1 and 58 and follow the instructions for accessing intuition.

 

Sometimes our experiences can be pretty rough, yet somehow we make it through. How do we know what worked and what didn’t?

This energy clearing is designed to help you relax and look back at what you’ve learned about a significant life event, now that you can be more objective…

1. Begin by taking a few deep breaths. It’s possible that your experience and the transition coming out of it has been stressful and you still may be feeling it. Use this Circle to help you relax and release some of that tension. Releasing tension can do a lot to prevent or relieve many symptoms of ptsd.

Did this experience contain a lot of conflict, anxiety or frustration for you? Did you feel a lot of judgement or fear? Are you concerned that you might return to certain energies and attitudes that were prevalent then?

If so, relax and imagine that the lines in this first Circle are softening and melting the tension away. Let your shoulders drop and your jaw unclench. Every time you take a deep breath, that feeling loosens up. Take all the time you need with this.

2. Imagine you can open the doors and windows and get a breath of fresh air. It’s been pretty musty in there!

Emotional Calm

Continue breathing and if you can, imagine you can actually relax the tension in the space around you. Go ahead and move around or stretch if you need to.

 

3. Let your senses come back into balance. Some of them may have gotten turned up too high. Some may have shut down completely. You can adjust the volume now.

You might imagine that you’re lying next to a beautiful lake or river, enjoying a gentle breeze, with the sunlight dancing on the water. How refreshing!

Once you’ve taken this time to refresh yourself, notice how different the energy feels now rather than how it did just a few minutes ago. You can let go of all that chaos now.

 

4. Okay. Now we’re ready to dive in with the main question:

What did you learn from _____________________?

Use this Circle to gather pertinent information from your unconscious mind about that experience.

This self-care formula is for clearing an overwhelmed mind and is especially useful for handling day to day stresses, like when you’re feeling:

SOS - Clearing An Overwhelmed MindFind a quiet place if possible, where you won’t be disturbed for about twenty minutes. Begin by reading the first message and then gaze gently at the Circle or chart that goes with it for approximately two minutes. A longer or shorter time may be necessary. Let yourself breathe and relax as much as possible. Don’t worry if the images move around or change in any way. That just means the Circles are working and that your mind and body are coming into balance.

Some emotions might come up as well. That also means the Circles are working. Just give yourself permission to let go of anything that’s causing you pain or suffering.

This Circle of Life beckons you to step into the simplicity of being here now. The small mind thinks that doing so would be too difficult. Why is that?

Perhaps it fears the loss of control that comes with being open and receptive. After all, birth, death and rebirth seem like scary things, yet if we cling to these fears, we will never taste the sweetness of life. 

A fearful mind organizes itself around dissatisfaction and all the reasons why things couldn’t possibly work out. It loves to fixate on all the reasons not to do something rather than the benefits that could be reaped from moving forward. The fear of approaching winter causes it to hoard. It idealizes the birth of spring and yet resists the change that’s required. It makes up stories about how things would be so much better if others just conformed to its way of doing things. It likes to take snapshots. It doesn’t like the chaos of change.

We could be much happier if we would relax and organize around the natural circle of life that accepts change and goes with it. Watch how the plants and animals handle this and you will come to understand that you can never go back to the way you were yesterday. By the same token, you can never know exactly what the future holds. 

The Circle itself can help you know whether or not your environment needs to adapt though a good feng shui treatment or space clearing. Just contemplate the environment you’re concerned about and gaze softly into the Circle. When you’re ready, ask: ”Is the layout and flow in my environment in sync with Nature or out of sync? If it’s not, what might help?”

Life is best experienced in the present. Accept that you and your environment are constantly changing.

Monkey medicine speaks of the need to clear your mind of preconceived ideas and concepts that have been cursing your attempts to be peaceful and happy. Somehow, an angry mind is dominating the situation.

It could be that you’re being a projection to someone because they’re seeing something in you that they don’t like about themselves. On the other hand, you may feel like others are throwing accusations or ridicule at you simply because that’s what you expect them to do.

Don’t fall for such wasteful mental activity! Look deeper into your own insecurities. This may seem unpleasant at first, but there’s a gift waiting for you if you’re willing to get to the bottom of this predicament. Usually it involves letting go of an old way of thinking about yourself and the world.

The monkey may also be exposing a collective illusion that’s been bedeviling you in this situation. See it for what it is. Break the spell that keeps you from being who you truly are in the face of destructive groupthink. Once you can transcend the lie that’s being told, a passageway that has previously been blocked will be ready for you to step through.

Gently coax your monkey mind out of the dark undergrowth of fear and resentment. Bring it into the light of day. Using Love and Forgiveness, encourage it to swing freely through the trees until it can travel to the very highest regions of the forest canopy with ease!

You have decided that things are supposed to happen in a certain way and because of your limited thinking, you are about to give up. Don’t. 

  • If you can stop thinking so much and open to the possibility of different scenarios, the block can remove itself.
  • If you can open yourself up to new ideas the world will respond to you differently.
  • If you refuse, you remain chained to outmoded thoughts, habits and behaviors that will naturally lead to self-defeat and self-pity.
  • If you are waiting for a guarantee, you will just keep delaying the completion of your goal. 
  • If your mind is telling you that something should be happening in a certain way ask your heart: “According to who and how would they know?” 
  • If you don’t have much self-discipline, now is a good time to develop some.

Do you need to stop trying to force something to work out a certain way and just trust the process? Nature has a way of righting things on its own; allow this to work for you.
It could be that a recurring pattern of post-traumatic stress is blocking your mind and making it hard to think clearly. Pent up energy needs to be released. Let the Circle help your body do what it needs to do. Use your breath, rhythmic motion, sound and visuals to bring the blockage up and shake it out. Once the stagnant energy is released, allow your body and nervous system to calm down with slower, deeper breaths and softer, rocking movements.

Early childhood and/or cultural conditioning is blocking your spiritual connection. Take the pressure off of having to be a certain way. Doing the opposite of what you think you should do is often the cure. Visualize a warm breeze blowing anxious thoughts up and out of your mind, like a little whirlwind of leaves.
