Living in the Present With the Four Seasons ~

Self-care and Personal Growth through Gifts from the Rainforest:

Four Seasons from Gifts from the Rainforest46. The Four Seasons – Each season reminds us to follow the natural cycles of birth, growth, decay and regeneration.

Are you worrying about the future or stuck in the past?

What would remedy that and help you live in the present?

Healing Action:  Pull yourself fully into the present. Open and close your fingers. Notice the time. Look around. Be in alignment with what is. Stand firm in the natural Circle of Life.

The Circle of Life

All of life follows a natural cycle of
birth, growth, decay and regeneration.
However, the critical mind becomes impatient and
wants to see immediate results.
It longs for the green of summer all year long.
The creatures of the rainforest
laugh because they know this is folly.
The plants cry because they know
the danger in this kind of thinking.
Allow the seasons to teach you
how to reconnect to the joy and fulfillment
that is available in each moment.
There is no time but now.
Bring yourself into harmony with what is.

For best results, gaze softly at the Circle both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the communication is more complete.

Intuitive Learning Circles help you access your inner guidance and self-confidence to make proactive changes. Simply relax and gaze at the Circles while contemplating its message and positive affirmations. Your intuition will come forward and give you the help that you seek.

Further Exploration into the Healing Circle of the Four Seasons:

Four Seasons

This Circle of Life beckons you to step into the simplicity of being here now. The mind thinks that doing so would be too difficult. Why is that?

Perhaps it fears the loss of control that comes with being open and receptive. After all, birth, death, and rebirth seem like scary things, yet if we cling to the ideal of endless youth, we’ill never taste the sweetness of maturity.

A fearful mind organizes itself around dissatisfaction and all the reasons why things couldn’t possibly work out. It loves to fixate on all the reasons not to do something rather than the benefits that could be reaped from moving forward. The fear of approaching winter causes it to hoard. It idealizes the birth of spring and yet resists the change that’s required. It makes up stories about how things would be so much better if others just conformed to their way of doing things. It likes to take snapshots. It doesn’t like the chaos of change.

The mind would be much happier if it would organize around the natural circle of life that accepts change and goes with it. Watch how the plants and animals handle this and you will come to understand that you can never go back to the way you were yesterday. Accept that you are constantly changing and adapt to natural law.
