They irritate and cause you to itch voraciously.

Parasites of this sort come in many forms:
the gossiping neighbor next door,
the rebellious child,
the critical boss,
and the nagging mate.
It’s as if all they want is to get under your skin.
Anger and apathy only keeps the fire burning.
The way to handle parasitic people is to
cut them off from their fuel supply –
detach from your emotions.
Be firm, be courteous, agree with them
and hand them back their problems.

You are very easily irritated by your current circumstance. It would be advisable for you to transform your irritation into an energy that will fuel your dreams instead of destroying them. This fire (your irritation) causes your energy to leak and gives you an excuse to act foolishly by blaming, arguing, gossiping or feeling sorry for yourself. When you do these things you are really fueling a destructive fire within yourself.

Learn to be more quiet and peaceful when you fall out of balance. Stop whatever you are doing and take a deep breath. Take several, in fact. Then stop focusing on the feeling of irritation and concentrate your thoughts on the person or situation itself. Don’t let yourself get caught up in trying to fix it or make it work. The time isn’t right for action. It’s time to get to the bottom of why you are reacting the way you are.
Look at the Circle and ask your heart: “What is really irritating me about this?” Then just start writing whatever comes into your head. Don’t stop the flow of thoughts until they are complete. More questions or irritations may come up. Keep writing until you get to the bottom of the matter. The time you spend now is well worth it.
Or
Irritations that return over and over again are there to remind you that something is a problem. Release any conditioning or agreements you may have to ignore the message or unknowingly internalize negativity. Imagine that you can open yourself up and expel whatever is bugging you by sending that irritation up to the Sun for transformation.

Do You Need to Reduce Confusion?

Welcome to an energy clearing that uses the Intuitive Learning Circles to help you set things right and reduce confusion by releasing and/or renegotiating key Soul Contracts and agreements.


If you are in the process of changing your career, where you live, your relationships or your priorities, you’re finding out how much energy old identities hold and how hard it can be to let them go. The stories we hold about ourselves are powerful and take a lot of energy.

Perhaps you’re a Mom and the kids have left home. Maybe the career you invested in is no longer relevant. You may have retired or decided that the whole way you’ve been doing relationships is harmful to your well being.

So often, when we want a change, we want it to happen quickly!

However, it’s easy to forget that you had agreements around those relationships and activities. They literally structured how you went about your day. The habits, memories and intentions that came with them helped you generate your life up until this point and have become part of your identity. That identity could also have roots in collective, past life or ancestral experiences. Regardless of how they got there, they are all important and need to be tended to, even the difficult ones!

To Reduce Confusion it’s important to examine Soul Contracts and other agreements to see if they need to be either:

  • Kept
  • Released completely or
  • Re-negotiated to adjust to what’s needed now.

You may say, “I don’t have time for this right now. I need to move on. It doesn’t really matter, does it?” Yes, it does matter, because you matter. Your relationships matter. What you do matters. If you just barge forward into what you want to do now, without handling your agreements, you’re going make things harder for everyone – especially yourself.

If you are willing to slow down just a little, and make it a priority now rather than later, you can free up a lot of repressed or suppressed energy. Even more importantly, you’ll be amazed at how much conflict and confusion you can bypass altogether!

When you can be fully present and without attachments to the old story, whatever your future holds will have much less baggage.

A wise person once said, “when one door closes, another one opens.” and  “what you put out, comes back to you.” The principles behind negotiating healthy agreements absolutely concur with those ideas. If we don’t change our agreements – especially institutional, cultural agreements – the old stories will keep coming back to us even when we thought we had outgrown them!

The intention of this mind exercise is to acknowledge who you’ve been and where you’ve come from by saying goodbye with respect so that you are truly free and open to create your new identity!

In this experience, you’re going to create a ceremony for reducing confusion and preparing for a prosperous new beginning by using your imagination, intuition and common sense to paint a new picture. All you need to do is relax and gaze softly at the Circles while you follow the directions that go along with each one. If you want, bring along something to write on  and draw with!

Begin by bringing in your Soul and Higher Self to oversee the process of tending your agreements.

Old Soul

 

Breathe deeply and open up communication with your heart and Soul. Doing this will help you to know what’s truly important to you about making this transition safely.

 

The Importance of Agreements

The mind works through agreements. Transitioning out of an identity and setting up a new life goes so much easier when you release agreements with the parts of your life that are over and done with.

That includes the contracts or agreements around relationships: the people, the places and the organizations that you’re going to be moving away from. Those relationships may not be over, but surely they are going to change! Free up your energy with this Circle and let go of those agreements.

“I let go of all Soul Agreements that are complete – over and done with.  I allow the necessary changes to take place.”

See old debts, vows and resentments burn up like old contracts in a beautiful, violet flame.

If you’ve completed an important project with a person, an organization or a special place, acknowledge it by releasing that contract into the fire. This would include places you used to live in, raising any children, building a career, finishing school or being in a relationship of any kind.

You have completed that project successfully and what you did with that mattered!

 

You also have agreements with yourself that need to be released or renegotiated in order to reduce confusion about who you are.

You may have made an agreement with yourself about yourself when you were younger. You may have given way your power, your space or even your body! If those agreements are still operating somewhere in your psyche, you can release them now with this Circle.

Your nervous system holds the energy of those agreements. To let go, start at the bottom of the line and the bottom of your spine.

As you move up, you can imagine locks unlocking – freeing each vertebrae from the chains of outdated, oppressive agreements – all the way up to the top of your spine. Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed. Here’s some suggestions:

“I let go of being abused, disempowered, confused or disrespected. I am free of any enslavement. My Soul is now in charge of who I am and how I behave.” 

I let go of finished agreements around the identity of __________.”

I release agreements that interfere with my health, my productivity, prosperity and self-confidence.” “I decide that my body and mind is no longer a place for _______ or ________.” “I utilize my gifts and talents to create ________ and ________.” Etc. You get the idea!

 

Reduce Confusion by “Setting Things Right”.

A helpful metaphor for setting things right is to think of your life like a puzzle. That puzzle consists of many pieces – like your karma and other aspects of your Soul or Essential Self, including various skills, dreams, talents and gifts.

If you don’t have all your puzzle pieces or if you’ve gotten your pieces mixed up in someone else’s puzzle, things won’t come together correctly.

Think about it. If you have a box of puzzle pieces from five different puzzles, it’s going to be very difficult to sort out what really needs to happen. Whose puzzle is it?Until you set things right, you will be confused and unable to put it all together.

Use these positive affirmations to help you set things right:
“My life is a puzzle that I’m putting together. I’m willing to set things right in accordance with what I need now.”

“I decide to release any piece that does not belong with me and call back the pieces that do. I decide that everyone can easily make the changes their Soul wants to make.”

Visualize your new puzzle coming together, with every piece in place!

 

Open and Balance Your Third Chakra.

Relax and let your 3rd Chakra get connected, open and balanced at your solar plexus (the area where your ribs go up in the front).

Your Essential Self is most efficiently located there to help you manifest, create happiness and maintain health.

In stressful times, it’s pretty common for the Essential Self to get closed off, misplaced or dissociated. You can correct that now.

 

Now You’re Ready to Clear Up Old Baggage.

With this new awareness, you can go into more detail. Consciously let go of anything that doesn’t really belong to you and needs to be returned. A lot of this is energetic in nature so, it’s best to imagine those things going to the Light. If you think of something that you actually, physically need to return to someone, make a note of it and plan to return it.

“I decide to reduce confusion by returning anything that belongs to someone else. That includes their confusion! All debts and confusions are set right.”

Do that both crossed and uncrossed.

 

Establish Autonomy.

You can do the same with people. Maybe there are a few people that still cling to you for reasons of their own. It could be neediness, fear, anger, jealousy, co-dependence or any kind of pain and suffering. They need their energy to help themselves, so send it back to them or wherever it belongs so that everyone is free to move on.

 

Establish Reciprocity.

As part of setting things right, you need to reciprocate. For example, there could be some people that you cling to as well. You will want to reclaim your authority by recalling all parts and/or functions that have attached to others but really belong with you.

“I call back all parts of myself that have attached to others for any reason.”

Include your personal power, your energy, dreams, special abilities, talents and gifts. You will need these things as you move into your new identity.

Note: If you’re willing to let go of any harmful intentions, grudges or resentments, you’ll be doing everyone a favor – especially you! Remember, what you put out comes back to you, so it’s in your own best interests to put those conflicts to rest through forgiveness and sending them to the Light.

If you like, you can imagine a beautiful rainbow opening up to you with a place for you to surrender your resentments and disagreements. All debts are forgiven.

 

Heal the Wounds.

Use this chart to relax and mend any wounds that are associated with setting things right. Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.

 

 

Now It’s Time to Call Back Your Essence.

This is like a Soul Retrieval. Use this chart to call back all parts of your Essence that may have gotten lost or fragmented along the way in your life.

“I reclaim my Essence with appreciation and gratitude.” 

Energy Medicine for the New Paradigm

Note: It’s worth it to think back on any special places or experiences you’ve released your agreements with. A fragmented part of yourself could very likely be stuck or wandering around in those places. Call them back so that you can live in wholeness!

Your Essential Self functions best when it’s unified and positioned in your Solar Plexus Chakra. Envision your Self standing upright and facing forward to enhance your gut instinct.

How You Can Find Emotional Balance and Move On With Your Life.

Find Emotional BalanceUnhealthy emotions are like toxic sludge and few things are more destructive to a person’s wellbeing than those that come out of unresolved pain from early childhood. Is it possible to get “unstuck” and find emotional balance as an adult?

Take a very common example in the young child of a couple going through marital problems. This could very easily happen to either a boy or a girl, but we’ll use a young boy in this case.
Let’s say that Jessie walks in on an argument that’s going on between his parents. Immediately, he knows that something’s wrong, but when he asks, he’s told not to bother them and go upstairs.

Since he doesn’t know what it’s all about, his imagination comes in to fill in the blanks. The confusion is further compounded when Jessie’s parents withhold from him by not letting him in on what’s really happening. Perhaps they think that he’s too young to understand, or that it doesn’t matter. They say to themselves, “he’ll forget all about it in a few days.”

What they’re ignoring is that children are nearly always aware that something is wrong and when it’s not explained in terms they can understand, they will find their own explanation. Unfortunately, that explanation may be much worse than what is actually happening.

This is how projections are formed out of misguided love.

Are you living under projections from your childhood? You can release them.

If left in the dark, Jessie could start internalizing the experience and decide that he’s unworthy of his parent’s love and somehow to blame. Or he may decide that something nefarious is going on. If he does that, he’s likely to act out by misbehaving or putting up false show of toughness. When Jessie’s parents see his behavior, they could get confused themselves. They might feel either guilty, angry or both – which causes him to feel more and more insecure and the “stuck” emotional pattern is firmly established.

Of course, these kinds of patterns can get imprinted or reinforced in numerous ways later on in life.

The following mind exercise is for when a stuffed or stuck emotional pattern has re-emerged and you’re ready to do something about it. It also is good to use when you:

  • Are feeling distressed or conflicted about what steps to take 
  • Ready to gently bring up emotional conflicts so they can be be resolved
  • Want to let go of emotional programming from early childhood
  • Are frustrated or angry with events that are out of your control
  • Are letting other people’s feelings or beliefs interfere with your objectives.

It helps to remember that you are not your emotions. You are bigger than they are and you don’t have to let them run you! Being afraid of emotions is a choice that you can change at any moment by making a new decision about them. For example, you could decide that the emotions you’re feeling now are just energy patterns and not solid things.

Enlist the Power of Relaxation

Did you know that it’s possible to gain some emotional balance by simply relaxing? Very often, when you can relax your energy, the “stuck” energy pattern begins to shift and let go!

You can use these affirmations and the Circle to help you:

“I decide that I am bigger than these emotions.”

“I am in charge of how I experience these emotions, not the other way around!”

“I decide that letting go and relaxing are okay – even helpful things to do.”

Of course there’s more to it than just that, and yet, every stage of our personal growth has to start with the decision that we want something better. Hopefully, going through this mind exercise will help you get started on your way…

Step One: Whenever you want to find emotional balance, breathing always helps. Start by gazing softly at the Circle and breathe in on the count of three. One…two…three.
Exhale to the count of six. One…two…three…four…five…six.
Do this as many times as you like. Breathing in and letting go.
 

“I relax and let the tension go.”

Notice where you feel the tension in your body. Imagine that the “stuck” tension or emotions you’re dealing with are like a huge iceberg. Visualize it melting, moving and breaking apart. Feel your energy relax! Continue until you feel a palpable release of tension.

 

Step Two. Keep breathing with your belly soft and relaxed.
Let your shoulders drop.
Gaze softly at the Circle and imagine you can turn down the feelings or thoughts that are turned up too high, just like the volume on a radio dial.

 

Step Three: Now you’re in a better position to see if you have any stuffed emotions. Visualize them breaking apart or melting again with this symbol from The Essential Human:

What is the message that I’m getting from this emotional pain?

Use the affirmation below to help you bring emotional balance to the situation: 

“I release my need to ignore or escape from emotional pain.

I now acknowledge its message and use it for my greater good.

I safely release any emotional baggage I am carrying.”

Be sure to follow the directions both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

 

Step Four: Repeat the same process to see if you’re holding any stuffed conflicts. You don’t have to keep carrying them around either. Use this affirmation:

Am I holding stuffed conflicts?

“I release my focus from conflict to peaceful and prosperous solutions.”

Imagine that any conflict is breaking apart. If you’re having trouble, imagine sending a beam of light directly to the image, completely dissolving any resistance you feel.

 

 

Step Five: Is there anything else that’s bothering you?

Try to put it into words if you can.

 

Step Six: Can you name the particular emotional pattern that’s throwing you off balance? Remember that you may be picking up emotions that other people are feeling.

 

Step Seven: Is there an underlying problem involved that’s affecting your chakras?

The Problem

Getting to the Bottom of Your Prosperity Issues.

An example from our recent past will help to paint a picture of what happens when one has lost touch with one of our cornerstones – their prosperity. Let’s say you are living in Pittsburgh in the 50’s and 60’s. You’ve grown up in an environment that is predominately steel mills and manufacturing. The businesses, buildings and social structures have been conceived and built to fulfill the purpose of producing economic dependence upon the steel industry. You are a steel mill worker. Very likely your family has worked in the mills for generations. Every activity, thought and inner motivation has been built upon that experience. Your politics and the conversations you have revolve around it. Your economic security depends upon it. An electro-magnetic energy field has been erected by the collective energy of the residents of Pittsburgh. In response, your personal energy structure has adapted to and perpetuates that input. Now you are in the 70’s and 80’s and the bottom falls out of the steel industry. What do you do? Your own personal energy structure is still operating under “I am a steel mill worker,” but there is no longer any support for that identity.

The Four Stages of Societal Change

1.) Your initial reaction is shock and fear. It’s like the whole world is crumbling down around you.

2.) The next stage is denial. “This is not really happening, maybe if I go down the street and apply at the other mills, I’ll get a job there.”

3.) Once it really sinks in that there are no more jobs in town, disillusionment and depression set in.

4.) If little or nothing is done to alleviate the situation, violence and desperation break out, creating a gridlock to positive change.

Many people are now experiencing one of these four stages due to COVID-19 and other political, societal and environmental changes taking place in our world today. The solution is to open yourself up to changing who you think you are and building a new identity and personal energy structure that supports who you want to be now.

Adapting to SuccessExperiences from your past or family of origin have shaped your imagination and fostered limiting beliefs about what is possible. 

If you look around you right now, you may realize that most everything you see has been influenced by the tastes and tendencies that began in your childhood.

In your adult life, you will need to expand your imagination to find a new way to creating the happiness you desire.

Check In: Are You Tuning Into the Kind of Emotional Energy That Will Take You Where You Really Want to Go?

Sometimes people have been conditioned so deeply to be afraid or negative, they aren’t really sure what to do when things are going well. The way you view yourself and what you think you’re capable of is colored by habitual behaviors learned in early love relationships as well as childhood experiences. You may simply be struggling with old programs, entanglements and destructive tendencies.

Regardless of how it came to be, there is a simple way to change the emotional energy you’re tapping into using these Intuitive Learning Circles™ with your imagination!

 

Step One: Adapting to Success Begins with Awareness

Think about how things were communicated to you when you were little. Use this symbol to help you tap into the problem so that you can clear it out. Ask yourself:

“Is there a pattern of dysfunction that’s coming to the surface for me now? If so, is it related to family, society, career, religious upbringing or an old relationship?

Bringing up childhood memories can often bring up a lot of confusing and conflicting information. Let this symbol for clearing out shock and fixations help you sort things out a little. Relax and gaze softly at the symbol while you breath deeply both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body. Once the energy around the symbol calms down, you will find that you’ve calmed down as well!

Step Two: Clarity About What Success Means

Even if you aren’t ready to clear the energy, you may be able to use your awareness in some other way to benefit you. For example, do you need to protect yourself in some way? Do you need a boost of self-confidence? Would it be good to take a few breaths and slow down? Would some movement be helpful? Gaze at the Circle with soft eyes and ask yourself:

“What does adapting to success mean to me in this situation?”

What’s really important here? What will help me?”

“Am I just getting sucked into an old habit?”

 

Step Three: Access Your Inner Wisdom

Empower yourself to follow your own advice. Let this Circle help you come up with the very best scenario that you can imagine*.

Then, imagine your request. See it, hear it, taste it, smell it and feel it as specifically as you can.

 

Step Seven:

If you’re having trouble imagining anything or your mind is going blank, you have probably accessed an inner conflict. Gaze softly at this Circle, relax and let the lines get all wavey. Continue to breathe while you gently release the conflict(s). Once the energy calms down, you will either know what you want or know what to do to help you get there. For example, you could go back to Step Three and ask the question again until your request becomes clear or you could Retrain Your Mind To Go for Joy.

Congratulations! You now know what the pattern is and how you would like it to change. This is an important first step in the process of ADAPTING to success.”

Learning from Danger

“There are times when none of our efforts to solve a problem have been effective and the way out of DANGER is blocked. Often, all that you may do is wait. Yet, even when that is the case, there are still things that you can do to become more aware of yourself by learning from DANGER

‘Frequent encounters with DANGER are a part of life. Beyond making you inwardly strong, familiarity with DANGER, like the near brush of death, can instill in you a profound awareness of the life force and the mysterious nature of the cosmos. Such heightened awareness can bring new meaning, determination and richness into your life.’ ~The I Ching Workbook, R.L Wing

Generally, the text from Hexagram #29 talks about DANGER that exists in your immediate environment. Responding correctly is really about Right Action – knowing when and how to take action with clarity of mind. Sometimes it’s best to take minimal action or do nothing at all. Awareness and keeping your wits about you are really the keys.”

Learning from Danger – A Transformation Game

This Game uses the Intuitive Learning Circles to help you gain a deeper understanding of the dangers facing you. For example, you may know that something is wrong and not be able to specify the details of what you need to be aware of. This game can help you identify it. Or, you may have awareness of the danger, but not know what to do about it.

Or,  your desires could be leading you into danger time and time again and you’re not learning from it. You can use this game to explore what that’s about and see if there’s something you can do to transcend the habit.

Step One: Access Your Gut Instincts.

Simply relax and gaze softly at this Reiki Chakra Key to open and balance your Third Chakra located at your Solar Plexus (the soft area in the front where your ribs go up).

Step Two: Balance Your Senses.

When DANGER is present, It’s essential to see things as they really are. See if you can remedy any “blind spots” or confusion by gazing softly at this Reiki Chakra Key for the five senses, together with these positive affirmations:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I use them to be present and make sense of my current conditions and environment.”

“They help me to clear blind spots and confusion.”

“I use them to be aware of DANGER and find helpful solutions.”

“I sense things as they are really happening.”

 

Step Three: Connect with Your Instinctual Nature.

Tune into your psyche, your instincts and your connection to the natural world. Make a commitment to pay attention to signals from Nature and learn to respect the power of Mother Earth’s energies.

“I connect with my natural instincts, my timing and Soul resources.”

“I pay attention to my environment and allow it to inform me about elements of concern.”

 

Step Four: Slow down.

Danger often comes from being in too much of a hurry and pushing our way through. Sometimes, it’s the opposite – we’re not taking action when we know in our hearts it’s in our best interest to do so!

Gaze softly at the Circle to help you slow down and unwind any confusion around what’s really important. Take several deep breaths. Keep inhaling and exhaling until you’ve relaxed and your mind has slowed down.

“I slow down and allow my priorities to reveal themselves.”

 

Step Five: Uncover Your Awareness of the Danger.

Gaze at this Circle that accesses your intuition and unconscious awareness of a danger you are facing now. Imagine that you can gather up that inner library of experience and see what kind of knowledge comes forward.

Take your time and let the information emerge. Ask yourself:

“What is the real danger about? Is something about to happen? Is there anything or anyone in my environment that is dangerous to me or others? If so, where are they and what affect are they having?”

“How much harm is this situation causing for me and for others?”

Step Six: See it Calmly and With Discernment.

First, let’s make a couple of corrections that will improve your awareness of your situation…

Is any part of you getting caught up in panic? If so, breathe deeply and gaze at this symbol from Kuan Yin. Use the positive affirmations to help:

“I let go of turmoil and panic.”

“I can easily access serenity within.”

 

“I cut through the smoke screen that blocks clear perception.”

 

“I easily keep my bearings as I navigate my environment.”

 

“I release myself from the prison of doubt and confusion.”

“I have my free will to choose wisely.”

Now, let this Circle help you tune your senses back to a comfortable level. They could have bumped up too high, too loud or intense. If it helps, you can use this affirmation:

“I calm down and gather my wits. I connect with my common sense. I perceive things as they are.”

The DANGER may be upsetting. Don’t get carried away. Gaze softly at the symbol and breathe for a couple minutes to gather up your wits and get calm again (remember that viruses and other destructive energies feed off of strong emotions)

 

Step Seven: Clarify the Right Action(s) to Take.

Use this Circle to help you identify possible solutions that you can honestly take upon yourself without placing yourself in further, unnecessary danger. Explore different scenarios until you find a response that makes sense.

“What is something I could do that would be genuinely helpful to me?”

“Is there something to refrain from that would help me?”

 

“Are there other helpful actions I could take?”

Make a note of the suggestions that come. Times of danger can be filled with distractions that make it easy to forget. 

 

Step Eight: Dissolve Destructive Blueprints.

Imagine that the symbol below can help you clear away destructive patterns that may be blocking or threatening you.

“I dissolve the dangerous imprints of ________ and any connection I have ever had to them. I clear my field of destructive habits and the mental / emotional patterns that cause them. I send them all to the Light.” 

Step Nine: To manage yourself well in dangerous times, be sure that you stay grounded and centered.

Get your feet on the ground and connect with the positive energy of Mother Earth.

Step Eight: Close the Doors to Actions that Escalate or Invite Further Danger.

Your unconscious mind knows what’s helpful and what’s harmful to your body, mind and spirit. It’s time to close the door on any harmful pathways that are still open in your mind. See them disappear, as if they were never there.

“All harmful pathways are sealed and healed.”

“I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

SOS - Develop Healthy BoundariesMany people, especially those who are highly sensitive or empathic, want to learn how to develop healthy boundaries because they are so open to thoughts and energies coming from other people. Sometimes those thoughts get attached in their minds and spin around, causing a great deal of discomfort.

If the pathways remain open, all kinds of trouble (karma, issues, illness or confusion) can pass back and forth between people without their awareness. If left unchecked, this type of attachment can manifest in negativity, sudden and mysterious illnesses, mental confusion, issues with prosperity or chronic states of overwhelm.

It’s a valuable skill to know how to shift your energy and Develop Healthy Boundaries.

Here’s how it works: Find a quiet place if possible, where you won’t be disturbed for about twenty minutes. Follow the sequence of symbols while you read their accompanying instructions. Gaze gently at each Circle for about two minutes. A longer or shorter time may be necessary.

Begin by consciously breathing in on the count of three and slowly exhaling on the count of five. It’s helpful if you can breathe in through your nose. Do that three or four times while you gently focus on the Circle.
Continue breathing and bring your awareness to your tailbone.

What do you need to get in balance about?

 

Step 2. Calm

Keep breathing with your belly soft and relaxed.
Let your shoulders drop.
Gaze softly at the Circle and imagine you can turn down the feelings or thoughts that are turned up too high, just like the volume on a radio dial. Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed.

What thoughts relax you? 

 

Step 3. Centering

See if you can collect any noisy thoughts or distractions into the center of this Circle. You may sense something like a web or a bunch of strings that have gotten all tangled up with each other. Or, you may get a sense of an open, gaping hole. Whatever it is, bring it all into the center.

Are there any distractions to let go of?

 

Step 4. Protection

Now that you have all the distractions gathered up, let the next Circle help you close that gaping hole or any other open pathways between you and all those noisy thoughts.
Keep closing the hole until all pathways are completely sealed and healed.

What are you ready to say goodbye to?

 

Step 5. Beauty

Now you’re ready to shift your attention. Breathe in and exhale. Beauty is everywhere. Consciously turn your attention to it.
Take your time and let the Circle help you call the most majestic, inspiring scene into your mind that you can imagine. Form a mental picture of what it’s like. Imagine the sounds and how it would feel to be there.

What beautiful places have you been or would like to go to?

 

Step 6. Trust

Come back to your breathing again and notice how calming it is.
You can sense the steady rhythm of your heart.
The gentle expansion and contraction of your lungs.
Breathing in and letting go. Learning to trust.

What can you trust? 

 

Step 7. Intention

Give yourself permission to slow down and focus your energy on your priorities. Turn your attention to what really matters to you. Can you name what’s most important?
Let the Circle help you lift any falsehood or pressure you may feel right up off of you and send it to the Sun. Without all that pressure, it’s easier to know what your true priorities are.

What’s important to you now?

 

Step 8. Grounding

Gather your resources and get present in your body. Put your feet on the ground and feel your connection with the Earth.
If you like, you can stretch or move around in any way that feels good.
Flexing your fingers and toes can really help.

What do you feel in your body?

 

Step 9. Surrender

Imagine with each new, relaxing breath you are able to fill your heart with compassion and understanding for yourself.
Let any heaviness you feel lift up and out of you.
Dark clouds are dissolving into blue skies and sunlight.

What can you do that expresses love?

 

Step 10. Resolution

Before you finish this formula, make a commitment to stay centered and follow through on your priorities. Your health and happiness are important.
You can easily deflect foreign energies, other people’s thoughts or expectations.
It’s genuinely joyful to have a quiet mind and a light heart.

What joyful decisions can you make?

 

Step 11. Completion

Use the Circle to help you finish closing any harmful pathways that would lead you back to the noise and distractions of the external world.
Close the doors and seal the leaks – as if they were never there.
You are calm and ready to follow through now. Your mind is able to rest now.

A Mind Exercise for Grounding In The Truth ~

Grounding in the TruthMany people realize how important grounding in the truth is because external power struggles can so easily uproot us from the truth about what’s best for us.

Staying centered requires that you know how to use the power of your mind to control your own energy.

This Five Step Mind Exercise from RESOLVE uses positive affirmations and the Intuitive Learning Circles™ to quickly help you when you:

  •  Are having difficulty getting grounded
  •  Feel caught up in a power struggle
  •  Need to disconnect from a meddling or intrusive person
  •  Feel trapped by agendas from other people
  •  Are wasting energy on the past
  •  Are worrying or fearful about the future
  •  Can’t think straight or get dependable guidance
  •  Are experiencing poor boundaries.

Here’s how Grounding in the Truth works:

Put both feet flat on the floor and start with your arms and legs uncrossed. Simply gaze softly at the images while you repeat the affirmations that go with them for several minutes. Relax and breathe. Here’s an example:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I use them to be present and aware so that I can actualize my Souls purpose.”

“I use them to help me protect myself appropriately.”

“I am aware of what’s most important.”

You will probably feel a lot of energy moving – that’s all right, that means the Circles are working to focus your mind and clean up your energy. You will know you’re done when the energy calms down and you can think clearly. Then you can move on to the remaining Circles with each of their affirmations to complete the process. Once you’re done, remember to relax and allow your energy to settle.

Mind Body Integration

Mind Body Integration For best results, look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.

Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you embody your experience!


Step One: Begin by establishing a strong intention stated in the positive.

You might want to write it down. Examples:

“I maintain my integrity and am true to myself.”

“I gather my resources to be successful in my current endeavors.”

“I keep myself safe and healthy, ” etc.

Step Two – Resolve

Gaze softly at the Circle while affirming these thoughts:

“I detach from petty assumptions, ego concerns and things that don’t matter.”

“I disconnect from unproductive projects and inappropriate people.”

“I resolve to use my power wisely for what’s genuinely good for me.”

 “I release all subconscious agreements to tap into other people’s energy or to allow them to tap into mine.”

 

Step Three ~ Self-determination

Connect to this Circle through your breath, then continue with these affirmations:

“I reclaim all of my energy, power and gifts.”

“I use them to be present and alert.”

“I use them to create my Souls purpose.”

 

Step Four – Centering

Bring your awareness to your heart center and keep breathing:

“I am centered and my heart is strong.”

“I let go of _________, anxiousness, pain, sorrow, etc.”

“I know how to nourish myself appropriately.”

“I maintain healthy boundaries. My life is my own.”

 

Step Five- Grounding

Take all the time you need with this Circle until you feel stable and calm.

“My feet are firmly planted on the Earth.”

“I slow down and step carefully.”

“I am connected with and grounded in the truth.”

“I am ___________________________.”

Your energy is more your own and you’ll have a much easier time staying grounded now. Remember, a person whose energy is balanced and grounded benefits everyone. Be sure to take some time to relax and rest.
