Welcome to the I Ching Reading and Transformation Game for:

Hexagram #25 – Open to INNOCENCE

The time demands an alignment with the flow of the cosmos. This adjustment must be made before further action is taken, otherwise you will begin to make mistakes. When actions that seem perfectly reasonable and cleverly planned are executed, they will end in difficulty and confusion. In order to harmonize your actions with the cosmos, it will be necessary to adopt an attitude of INNOCENCE.  Examine your motives. They will be the cause of your problems. This is a time for acting without conscious purpose, without ulterior motive and with complete rectitude. Do not aspire to be rewarded for your actions, nor direct them cunningly toward personal advancement. Act innocently and react spontaneously.” ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

This particular reading from the I Ching text serves as a reminder that when INNOCENCE is out of balance, it distorts into criticism, blame and harsh judgement. Compare this idea to the New Testament story about Jesus who steps forward to prevent a public stoning, ‘let he who is without sin, cast the first stone.’

When the channel for INNOCENCE is deeply traumatized, guilt takes form in its place. Things get communicated through the filter of guilt, which naturally spawns an environment ripe with injustice, ulterior motives, manipulation, coercion, and of course, more guilt. In extreme, a person or group may lack any kind of conscience, setting the stage for socio and psychopathic behavior to flourish.

Luckily, most babies are born with INNOCENCE. However for many, the channel gets diffused, distorted, hardened or deeply traumatized by early childhood experiences. This Transformation Game is here to help you repair that channel.

Transformation Game: Open to Innocence

Start with this image that imprints the Virtue of INNOCENCE in your psyche and unconscious mind. Relax your shoulders. Take a few breaths and gaze softly at the Circle while you contemplate the 2nd changing line from Hexagram #25:

“Do not dream about the results of your work or the attainment of your goal. Instead, take action for its own sake and devote your full attention to what you are now doing. Only in this way can you achieve your aim.” ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

All Virtues are communications or channels of light that come through the Soul. Therefore, having an open heart is the first priority.

Use this Reiki Chakra Key to help you relax and open your Heart Center to the channel of INNOCENCE.

Take all the time you need to get comfortable and feel a positive resonance between the two symbols.

Your Psyche or Essential Self resides  most effectively in your Solar Plexus Chakra, the area in front where your ribs go up.

The existence of the Essential Self is discussed in many cultures and disciplines. Other names would be your Inner Child, the Authentic Self, the Golden Child or the Basic Self. Regardless of what it’s called, you can think of it as your “I am,” your true essence and direct connection with the rest of the cosmos through your Higher Self. Use the Reiki Chakra Key #3 to bring it into balance and then open to INNOCENCE once you’re ready…

If you’re having trouble letting this happen, use #32 from Gifts from the Rainforest to imagine any unwelcome resistance or rigidity melting – like an iceberg – melting away under the heat of the Sun.

“I am open to INNOCENCE. I melt away the harsh thoughts, judgements and distortions that block this Channel of Light.”

Whenever shock or fixations get cleared, it’s advisable to make sure that your senses are intact and focused on your true intention.

The Rational Thought Chakras help you to correctly perceive who you are and the world around you. They involve your five senses and are located at each ear, the eyes, the nose, the mouth and the middle of our lower back, two inches above the sacrum.

The question here is, “am I perceiving the world according to my personal ego, or my Soul?”

Aligning with your Soul begins with a decision.

“I decide to clear away the delusions and see things as they really are.”

Use this symbol to help you uncover and release harmful decisions you may have made about yourself a long time ago. Some examples could be:

~ I’m a bad person.

~ I don’t deserve good things.

~ I’m to blame. I’m not okay.

~ There’s something wrong with me.

Are there other decisions you’ve made about yourself that are holding you back now? Perhaps it’s time to let them go too, so you can decide to reconnect with your Soul and be open to innocence!

 

Allow Your Throat Chakra to connect and resonate with INNOCENCE as well…

The energy of the throat chakra is about what you put out into the world – having a voice. It’s about speaking your truth and is blue in color, as in ‘true blue’. Many people have difficulty with this energy center. When the throat chakra is openly resonating with INNOCENCE, your word becomes much more empowered.

Try it out using this positive affirmation: “I stop using my voice to criticize myself. I am free of harsh words, blame and false judgement. I forgive myself.”

Remember to scroll up and use #32 again if the energy feels stuck.

Your Third Eye can open to INNOCENCE too. “I see myself as innocent and open to Divine Guidance.”

Finish by making sure that the connections between all these chakras are mended, filling in like a beautiful web of light.

Congratulations! You have just become more open to INNOCENCE by integrating it throughout your Central Plexus with chakra healing.

Closure for Mind Body Healing

Give yourself some time to let this settle. Then, If you’d like and feel guided to it, there are additional steps you can take to help you open the channel further. 


Use this Soul Contract Circle to identify and release conditioning from your early childhood or upbringing that contributes to encourages you to operate out of guilt, rather than innocence. Simply gaze softly at the Circle while you use the affirmations. It can be helpful to imagine the agreements being pulled from the ground as you go through this process.

“I uproot any conditioning I have to be hard on myself, judgmental, or operate out of guilt.”

“I uproot the guilt I have about __________.”

Clear your inner garden of any noxious weeds that are interfering with your ability to react spontaneously out of INNOCENCE

When using these symbols, it’s important to relax and breathe while you affirm your intention:

“I let go of family and societal patterns of guilt. I am empowered to access INNOCENCE.”

Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that pull you off track. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and let go of  any personal, societal or familial patterns that are still affecting you in a negative way. See them disappear as you send them to the Sun:

“I dissolve the destructive energy of confusion, chaos and negativity.”

“I erase patterns of blame, shame, criticism and harsh judgement.”

I dissolve the filter of guilt. I send the seeds of guilt and blame to the Sun to be transformed.

 

Once the patterns are cleared, give your heart and Soul some relief through closure.

“All pathways of guilt, blame, suffering and confusion are sealed and healed.

I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

The Intuitive Learning Circles ™  are great at developing precognition, bringing intuitive hits, hunches and other unconscious information up to the surface to be examined more closely. Especially if you have learning difficulties or your inner guidance is blocked for some reason. That’s why I’m sharing this Mind Exercise from Learning in the New Paradigm. By playing, you’ll have the opportunity to engage your imagination and shed some light on potential situations where you might be better off just getting out of the way!


If you’ve ever stepped into a compromising situation or gotten caught in the middle of a fight between people, you know what it feels like to take a punch that was actually meant for someone else. It feels horrible! Especially for highly sensitive people, who often get caught up in emotional and mental conflicts between people.

“If only I knew beforehand or had some kind of “spidey sense” that there was going to be a problem, I wouldn’t have even shown up!”

But wait. That’s not really so far out of the realm of possibilities. It’s called developing precognition or as I like to say, listening to your intuitive hit.

Clearing the Way for Making Smart Decisions

Use Your Inner Guidance and Gut Instincts to Get Out of the Way and Learn How to Be in the Right Place at the Right Time.

You’ve probably had an experience of knowing that it just felt wrong to go to a certain place at a certain time. Then later, you find out that you were right. Something dangerous happened in that very same place and time! That’s your precognition at work and it’s a darn useful skill to have, especially when times are so chaotic.

In the old paradigm based on greed and elitism, it’s been commonplace for people to try to control things by invading other people’s space or interfering with important personal projects or relationships. This can happen on a physical level, but it can also happen on an energetic level, which often causes emotional shock that sits frozen under the surface of our awareness. We have expressions for when these kinds of manipulations happen.  “Get out of my space,” or “stop playing mind games with me,” are just a few.


Preparations for Developing Precognition

Begin by balancing your senses so that your intuition will come forward and give you the help that you seek. You can use these affirmations:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses for improved intuition and heightened self-awareness.”

“I fine tune them to be present and aware of my environment.”

“I sense my circumstances accurately.”

“I access beneficial resources, solutions and opportunities.”

 

Next, gaze softly at this Circle to help you gently release any shock that might be under the surface for you. Imagine the lines are getting all wavy and loose.

 

Use this next Circle to help you develop precognition in your current situation by tapping into your unconscious mind. Gaze softly at this Circle and ask yourself:

“Is there a situation coming up where I need to get out of the way?”

“Is there a situation where someone is getting in my way or blocking what I need to do?”

Be patient and relax into your body. The Circle is helping you focus in on pertinent unconscious information. Your answer could come in the form of a feeling, an image, words or a combination of them all.

 

Sometimes we’re empathically picking up on someone else’s situation. Could that be happening in this case?

 

Is there an action you’re thinking about taking that isn’t in your best interests?

If the answer you get is “no”, count yourself lucky and keep up the good work staying out of trouble!

If the answer is “yes” or “maybe”, keep going with this exercise to find out more about what’s going on and what you can do about it.


Continue the Mind Exercise for Developing Precognition

1. Slow down and ask for more information about what’s really going on. Use your imagination and see the landscape of your mind slowing down too. Things may simply be moving too fast for you to get out of the way when trouble is about to happen.

 

3. When things are chaotic or moving too fast, it’s easy to get distracted and fall into scams, traps and deceptive mind games. Plus, people are more likely to be mixed up in situations where they really don’t belong. Use this Reiki Chakra Key to open your Third Eye to intuition and common sense. You can use these positive affirmations to help:

“I open my Third Eye and let it balance. I use it to separate what’s true from what’s a distraction or all-out lie.”

 

Being in the Wrong Place at the Wrong Time

4. Remember the relationship or situation where you think there might be a problem. While you think about it, gaze at this Circle and ask your gut a couple of simple “yes” or “no” questions:

“What is the situation? Is there any danger in this situation?”

Once you find the situation, ask yourself:

“What is the danger here? Can I tell how I’m participating in the situation? Is there an important reason why I’m participating or considering doing this? Is it worth it to put myself in this situation?”

 

5. Continue your self-inquiry:

“Would I be pulled off track or doing harm to myself? Would my projects be harmed? My loved ones? If so, what is the problem?”

It could be timing, placement, priorities, a belief, an agreement or something else…

Take your time to get as much information as you can.

 

6. Would being in this situation have a negative effect on your boundaries? Your prosperity? Your health or well-being? In what way?

 

7. Sometimes, how people see you can be a source of the problem. People often project what’s going on within themselves onto other people. Check in with this Circle to see if anything like that could be involved. Note – what’s being projected onto you could be either unflattering, flattering or both!

“In this situation, am I being projected on?”

So, now you have a lot more information to work with as you decide what to do!

8. What is the best thing to do in this case? If you need to move out of the way, see yourself doing that in your minds eye. If you need to let go or say “no”, see yourself doing that. Whatever message you get, see yourself taking your own advice.

“What do I need to do?”

Finish this part of Developing Precognition with these affirmations:

“I resolve to be in the right place at the right time for my highest good.”

“I stay out of trouble and follow through on my priorities.”

 

“I close the doors on old habits, distractions or misconceptions.”

Bring the energy of gratitude in towards the center and let it connect with your heart. Now is a good time to take a walk or go out into Nature to help this all integrate. Be prepared for new ideas and solutions to make their way towards you.

Navigate Your Karma: Understanding How the Root Cause is the Answer to Resolution ~ with Rheanni Lightwater

Your Root Chakra Is Deeply Connected to Personal and Collective Karma that Influences your Physical Conditions.

Root Chakra - Navigate Your Karma

Your chakras are part of how you use your energy to manifest your goals and your root energy provides a foundation for your basic physiological and biological needs. This includes your needs for air, food (nourishment), water, shelter, warmth, sex, sleep and method(s) of communication. This exercise is designed to help you navigate your karma, especially around these basic needs by gently reprogramming your root chakra.


What do I mean by “karma”?

Being human at this time and on this planet is your karma (as well as mine) and we share that karma collectively. In my opinion, the best explanation of karma is simply the physical and spiritual law of cause and effect. “For every action, there is a reaction.” “What I put out comes back to me.”

Navigate Your Karma - Life Destructive Flow

Whenever you have a thought, decide to follow through on it and then take action, you have created karma. As far as the Cosmos is concerned, there is no judgement about it or suffering assigned to it, only consequences. In other words, there will be some kind of effect from anything that’s put into motion.

Let’s use the example of your birth. Certain thoughts, decisions and actions your grandparents took caused them to create the circumstances for your parents to conceive you. You incarnated! Your karmic seeds for being a human have ripened! For better or for worse. That goes for me too, both good and bad, or as I like to put it – preferred and unpreferred.

There is always a mixture of preferred and unpreferred karma. It’s never all bad or all good. Even the terms “good” and “bad” are only relevant to your goals and point of view. You may say that your job situation is bad karma, yet to another person, having any job at all could be seen as good karma to them. The individual’s perspective makes all the difference.

For example, you may see that new car as good karma today and tomorrow you get into a bad accident by driving too fast in it. Is it “good”, “bad”, a punishment? No, simply the natural consequences of actions you’ve taken. However, if you decide that it’s a punishment and then you act on that decision, you are technically creating the karma for “punishment.” The Cosmos is neutral, but you have condemned yourself.

If you then decide to deny your responsibility for your part in that accident and continue to lie to yourself about it, a karmic pattern begins to form (or continues). Denial only plants the karmic seeds for more denial and lies which then leads to punishment, then more denial, which then creates more lies… and so it goes – on and on and on. In Buddhism, it’s called samsara – the cycle of suffering.

The Way Out – You Can Navigate Your Karma by Setting It Right.

Situations are neutral and more often than not, our unpreferred situations actually help us to learn and propel us further on our spiritual journey.

Another more poignant example is our karma as it pertains to the coronavirus. The overall atmosphere of the pandemic and its accompanying financial upheaval has undeniably been a group experience and therefore a clearcut example of collective cause and effect.

Yet the disruption provides valuable experience as it assists us in understanding why we need to deal with social injustice or climate change. We might also discover ways to create more preferred financial structures and live together more peacefully.

So, how might you navigate your karma as an individual in the midst of this collective karma?

There are many choices and subsequent consequences. Some people could make a decision to ignore stay at home recommendations and follow through by going out without protection. “I went out. I got sick. I should have listened!” Some go out and have little or no immediately perceivable consequences. “I went out. I didn’t catch the virus. I’m all that.” Others do everything right and still have a terrible time. “I did everything right. I still got the virus. Why am being punished?”

The structures of the status quo tell us that we are “sinners.” However, the Cosmos is neutral. We are really our own judge and jury. Our perception and what ideas we buy into are the key factors for how we either resolve the karma or intensify it.

So here we all are, sitting in the middle of our pandemic karma. What’s the best thing to do? For me, the initial answer is to come clean with it. Accept my part in what’s happening and learn from it. Be open to new thoughts, make different decisions and then take action on them.

Sounds simple, yet so very difficult. After all, there are those pesky consequences to consider!

Here’s what I do, and it seems to work pretty well. I offer it up for your consideration:

  1. I accept what’s happening and how I feel about it (personal responsibility).
  2. I become open to new thoughts about hope and forgiving myself.
  3. I gather my courage and awareness to make a new decision based on what I would now prefer to experience.
  4. I take action on steps 1, 2 and 3 with care and patient consideration.

Navigate Your Karma - Life Affirming Flow

Let’s Take Care of the Root Cause Through a Mind Exercise Using the Intuitive Learning Circles™

Let’s begin by changing our agreements around punishment and being so very black and white, good and bad about everything. Your nervous system holds the energy of those agreements. To let go, start at the bottom of the line and the bottom of your spine. As you move up, you can imagine a lock unlocking – freeing each vertebrae from the chains of outdated, oppressive agreements – all the way up to the top of your spine.

“I release the agreement that I am a sinner.”

“I let go of any agreements I have that karma is ‘bad’ or ‘good’.”

“I decide that karma is neutral. It’s what I do with it that matters.”

“I give up punishment.”

“I release my judgement and let myself off the hook.”

“I decide to accept what’s happening and learn more preferred ways of being.”

What other agreements would you like to change?

Consider a current experience you’re having that you would like to navigate differently. Take a few minutes with this next Circle to turn down the volume and pay attention to what your current perception is.

 

Once you’ve calmed down, ask yourself:

“How am I perceiving the situation?

What are my fears?

Am I present in my body?”

 

 

Next, make sure that you’re fully present.

Continue to relax and let your 3rd Chakra get connected, open and balanced at your solar plexus (the area where your ribs go up in the front).

Your Essential Self is the embodiment of your instinctual nature and the keeper of your personal  energy. It’s most efficiently located in the 3rd Chakra to help you manifest, create happiness and maintain health.

In times of unpreferred Karma, it’s pretty common for the Essential Self to go into a fight or flight response. It may get angry and resist or it could go into hiding or even dissociate. Are you experiencing one of those responses now?

Remind your Essence that you have given up punishment, that it is safe and that you are completely forgiven. 

Clear a space for preferred root causes to take hold within the Self.

Use this symbol to Dissolve Destructive mental and emotional patterns.
See the patterns like dark clouds that you can dissipate into sunlight and clear blue skies.
“I dissolve destructive patterns that interfere with my health and happiness
and send them to the Sun to be purified.”

 

Once the blueprints seem clear, tap into your Root Chakra to clear the energy there. It helps to imagine it as a brilliant, red vibration swirling in a clockwise direction at the bottom of your pelvis. It may feel stuck, reversed or clogged. Don’t worry! You can clear it through your intention and attention! Feel free to move at any time in any way to help you embody your experience. Take all the time you need to do that.

Once that’s complete, place the energy of Forgiveness in the center open space of the Circle. Let it replace the old, collective foundation of Sin and being a sinner! Visualize letting go of all the guilt, shame and fight or flight responses you may be holding there. Allow it to become the foundation for new preferred decisions and a life affirming karmic flow.

“I recognize how spirit guides me through events.
All holes are sealed and healed.
I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

How to Use this Mind Exercise for Clear Perception

Know When You’re Heading in the Wrong Direction

There are several reasons why you might be unconsciously heading in the wrong direction. One likely possibility is that you’re being distracted and confused by all the chaos going on around you.

Your senses may have gotten all knocked out of balance.  Fortunately, dog energy works incredibly well to help you with your inner guidance system – warning you to slow down and get your feet back under you.

Gaze softly at the Circle and take a moment to gather up all your senses. Bring them into balance so that you can perceive things more clearly.  Imagine you can adjust the volume for seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting and smelling! Take all the time you need.

Intuition Out of Balance Can Over-ride Clear Perception

There are times when intuition gets out of balance and speaks to the unconscious mind  about “how we wish things were, rather than how they are.” In extreme, this makes us vulnerable to fantasy, illusion and those who would love to sell us up the river with false claims!

Certainly, we have all had wishful thinking about that miracle cure or fears about the terrible Armageddon that’s awaiting us all. However, if we get too distracted by fantasy, we may miss something that’s really important in the here and now. Dog medicine is here to tell us that something really important is happening right now and we need to be paying attention!

So, before you plunge into the great unknown, take a few minutes to play the Mind Exercise below, using the Intuitive Learning Circles™. If you follow the directions, you can develop Clear Perception, make friends with dog energy and get all kinds of insight and guidance. 

Get Your Feet Firmly Planted On the Ground

Relax and gaze softly at the center open space of this Circle while you repeat a few positive affirmations to yourself. If there’s a question, just be open to your gut response.

“I slow down because things may be moving too fast for me to sense the truth. “

“I’m willing to admit I don’t know what’s going on. Asking for help is a blessing.”

“Is my inner guidance sending me a warning?”

“Do I need to let go of something? Change something?”

“Does intuition want to redirect my attention to something else?”

“In either case, am I willing to listen and learn?”

You may be surprised at the answers that came to you. If it didn’t work, relax! You can go back and do it again.

Be sure to check the directions again and follow them if you’re not sure.

 

Use this next Circle the same way and ask:

“Am I willing to trust in the power of not knowing?”

“Is the ‘vibe’ around me helpful or harmful?”

“I allow clear perception to heighten my instincts and intuition.”

Very interesting, isn’t it? We instinctively know when the “vibe” is right or wrong, but we often don’t trust the message we get. We doubt and second-guess ourselves or we might try to force our way through.

Look at the Circle again and ask, “Am I heading in the direction of my best interests?”

“Am I making decisions that are in my best interests?”

“Am I taking actions that are helpful or harmful?”

If you’re not clear yet, keep going with the exercise. You may need a few more easy corrections before the truth emerges.

Clear Perception and Being Present

Often, how well we listen to our inner guidance is affected by how present we are in our bodies. It’s called gut instinct because when we’re really present, we can feel it in our solar plexus (the soft area in the front where our ribs go up).

You can use the Circle below with its positive affirmations to help you become more aware if you’re feeling mixed up or confused. Just relax and breathe while you gently look at it for a couple of minutes. Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you embody your experience…

“I am present and facing the truth.”

“I face the facts.”

Use Dog Medicine to Handle Your Agreements Appropriately:

Another reason why we might not understand what’s going on could be because there’s some kind of a problem with an agreement or commitment we’ve made on some level. In this busy, modern life, people tend to take their agreements too lightly and don’t realize how important their word is. Perhaps it seems like too much effort or too complicated. Yet, if you really want to be be loyal to yourself, being clear about your agreements is super important. Especially agreements that you’ve made with yourself!

Here’s some tips about how to handle agreements successfully:

  1. We can keep our agreements and stay in integrity with our word.
  2. We can release agreements when they’re done or no longer serve us.
  3. Or, we can consciously re-negotiate them when they need to be changed.

It’s also a good idea to pay attention if someone hasn’t been keeping their agreements with us. If that’s happening, dog medicine suggests that it’s best to deal with the indiscretion asap. When we allow someone to break their word with us and say or do nothing about it, we lose our own integrity by being disloyal to ourselves.

It’s okay. Our situations are changing at a rapid pace and so are our priorities. To help you identify problem agreements, use this Circle to help you slow down again. Focus on yourself and your current goals.

“I bring my senses back into balance. 

I see myself and my goals as they really are in the present.”

 

Once you can perceive clearly, you may ask yourself:

“Am I trying to keep agreements that are harmful to me? Is it time to renegotiate a pertinent agreement? or Am I ignoring an important agreement that I need to follow through on?”

If so, can you tell what they are? What insights do you get?

If you ignore them, they may turn around and bite you!

Use this Soul Contract Circle to imagine that any harmful agreements you may have with yourself are like contracts that can be burned. Use the Circle to visualize all those contracts burning up with a violet flame. Here’s some affirmations to assist you if you like:

“I release all agreements that no longer serve me.”

“I let go of _______________.    I stop ____________________.”

Possible new agreements could be:

“I am loyal and true to my Self. My needs are a priority.”

“I have faith in my Self. I take good care of my Self.”

“I ________________________________.”

Use Dog Medicine to Help You Sniff Out the Truth:

To complete the correction in your perception, it’s important to realize where your attention has really been. Use the Circle below like you did with the others and see if you can determine what you’ve been focusing on consciously or unconsciously that isn’t in your best interests.

“What have I been paying too much attention to?”

“What action(s) do I need to take to truthfully correct the situation?”

Pull yourself back out of any fantasies, delusions or unconscious fears.

Energy Medicine for the New Paradigm

 

 

It’s very important that you be present, paying attention to your own actions and using your beneficial karma to create your life. Imagine those beneficial actions you’ve taken in the past are all gathered like seeds in the center of this Circle. Visualize positive life force traveling down the lines towards your helpful karma, nourishing them and encouraging them to grow!

 

Now it’s time to redirect your attention to helpful people, opportunities and places. For additional help, ask these questions:

“What is my priority at this time?”

“What is my natural place in this situation – where do I belong?”

“Am I in the New Paradigm of love and co-operation or the old paradigm based on fear and greed?”

 

Finally! It’s time to close the door on all those misuses of your time, attention and energies.

 

“I close the door on any drain or strain on my time, space, attention or energy.”

“I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

“I trust the wisdom of dog medicine.”

Congratulations! 

You now have clear perception about what’s really important to you – and you have some guidance about what to do about it. Not only that, you’ve just gotten a key insight that’s going to save you a lot of trouble in the long run!

Know When Someone Is Lying

Did you know that you instinctively know when someone is lying to you?

It seems like lying and mixed messages are everywhere. How can you know when someone is lying and when they’re telling the truth?

Your gut instinct is the best lie detector – as long as you’re present and paying attention! It’s just that for some reason, the information is being blocked from your conscious awareness and you can’t see the signs.

There’s a lot going on in today’s social and political landscape that’s pretty shocking. Unfortunately, shock can take up a lot of mental bandwidth and  keep us from being able to see lies that are sitting right in front of our noses. That’s why we’re going to start this game by clearing out any shock that might block your ability to know when someone is lying. Take several deep breaths and relax while you look at this Circle that help you release shock and inner conflict.

Imagine you can use it to focus in on a conflict or rigid thought that’s preoccupying your mind at the moment. 

If your mind is blank or frozen, focus on how “blank” or “frozen” it is. You may get a conscious image or message, or you may not.

Once you have a sense that your mind has found the blockage, imagine you can send a beam of light directly to it. Just like hitting a bull’s eye.

Allow your laser beam to break up the fixation until it’s gone.

Check for other blockages or conflicts that you can do the same with. Once you’ve done that, you’re ready to continue with the main exercise…

Know When Someone is Lying to You

There are several reasons why you might not know when someone is lying to you. One reason could be that you have a “blind spot.” For some reason, you’ve been conditioned to not see certain things coming. You may be able to remedy some of that by gazing softly at this Reiki Chakra Key, together with these positive affirmations:

“I reclaim and balance all of my senses.”

“I use them to be present and alert.”

“I use them to sense what will keep me safe, productive and well.”

“I can clearly sense what will help me to _______________.”

Another possibility could be that you’re being distracted. Distractions are a liar’s best friend, because if you’re not paying attention, they can get away with all kinds of things. 

To see if this is happening with you, experiment with one of our Intuitive Learning Circles™ that helps you focus your attention. If you follow the directions, you can get useful answers that could really help you out.

All you have to do is relax and gaze softly at the center open space of this Circle while you ask yourself a couple of questions. Be sure to be receptive and listen for the answer that comes.

“Am I being lied to?”

“if so, do I know who it is? Male or female? More than one person?”

“Could it involve an idea or project I’m working with? Is something based on a lie I don’t know about?”

“Do I have a blind spot here?”

You may be surprised at the answers that came to you. If it didn’t work, you can go back and do it again.

It can help to  gaze softly at the Circle both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body for full integration.

If the answer you get is “no, I’m not being lied to,” count yourself lucky, you’re a very fortunate person! If the answer is “yes” or “maybe”, you might want to continue with the following extra-intuitive activities to see what’s going on and get some emotional healing around the issue.

Extra Intuitive Activities

We might block information about lies because we don’t want to believe it!

Of course, this is understandable, yet the liars could really be doing some damage. When we do that, we’re actually blocking ourselves from the truth.

The good news is, if you know when someone is lying, you have an opportunity to save yourself from a tremendous amount of damage. Use this Circle to gently ask yourself:

“Am I willing to know when someone is lying?”

“In this situation, am I l blocking myself from the truth?”

Use this next Circle the same way and ask:

“Am I willing to know what the lie is?”

“Is it helpful for me to know in this case?”

“If I’m not willing, am I open to the possibility?”

Very interesting, isn’t it? We instinctively know when someone is lying, but we often don’t want to know. Look at the Circle again and ask, “How much damage has been done?”

“About how long has this been going on?”

“Do I want to shift my perspective and see things as they really are?”

If you’re not clear what the lie is yet, keep going with the exercise. You may need a few more easy corrections before the truth emerges.

Another reason why we might not want to know about the lies is because we’re afraid that we won’t know what to do about it once we find out. Perhaps we don’t want to face it and it seems easier to blame others or just look the other way. Having courage to face the truth is one of the most important things we can develop in ourselves. A mind without courage cannot expand and learn new ways of being.

Use this Circle to help you remember a time when you had the courage to face the truth and do what needed to be done. Once you find that experience, relax and let your body remember what it feels like.

“I have the courage, the resources and the capacity to face the truth.”

 

When you’re under the influence of a lie, it’s useful to release your agreement to fall under its spell. Use this Soul Contract Circle to imagine that the lie (or lies) are like contracts that you can burn. Use the Circle to visualize all those contracts burning up into ashes. Let these affirmations assist you if you like:

“I release all agreements to be used, intimidated, entrapped or ______.”

I discard any tendencies to be careless, foolish, misguided or cheated.”

“I make a decision to take good care of myself. I protect myself against lies and deception. My Soul knows what’s best for me to do.”

Sometimes it’s really important to face the truth and understand what’s required of us to change. Use the Circle below like you did with the others and give yourself a chance to reorganize your awareness.

“I reorganize my mind to trust and follow my instincts. I naturally know what to do.”

Make notes of what you think would be helpful to you. “It would help to _______.” 

Now that you’re clearer about what’s really going on, it’s good to be sure that you’ve shifted directions.

“Am I following the direction of truth?”

If you aren’t, take a few minutes to let this Circle help you make the correct adjustments.

Once you’re sure you’re heading in the right direction, finish this mind exercise by asking yourself this important question:

“What is the best thing for me to do in this situation?”

Congratulations! You now know when someone is lying to you – and when you listen to your gut, you know what to do.

You’ve just given yourself an amazing gift that’s going to save you a lot of trouble in the long run. Be sure to close the door on old emotional channels of pain.

“All holes are sealed and healed. I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

Thank yourself and bring the energy of gratitude in towards the center and let it connect with your heart. Now is a good time to take a walk or go out into Nature to help this all integrate.
