As you learned in the previous Tutorials, each Circle has a different healing action or medicine and are often used in sequence with positive affirmations to help you focus your intent. to support the positive changes that you’re asking for.
When the Circle are put together in different sequences, they can help us accomplish different mental and emotional tasks. In this case, let’s go through a short sequence where you will utilize your personal Power Animal to help you clear distractions and focus on your goals more effectively.
Access and Utilize Your Natural Creative Abilities.
Sometimes people are overstimulated or have learning difficulties that interfere with their ability to focus and productivity. Sometimes, a more creative and instinctual approach will help.
Use these positive affirmations with the Circles to access your intuition, gut instincts and the creative magic of Nature through #31 Dragonfly.
“I actively seek out the wisdom of my Animal Instincts and the Natural World.”
“I accept help from the generous, abundant resources of life
and listen to their promptings.”
“I connect to the natural
protective and creative abilities of my Psyche and Soul.”
“I allow my Power Animal to help me see this project from the perspective of my Higher Self.”
Are there any distractions pulling at you? If so, intend to withdraw from any harmful intentions, extremes or life trajectories that are harmful to you.
When you have a lot of noise or buzzing going on in your head, Mosquito Medicine can help you.
“I move the buzzing and excess noise from my head.”
Imagine that your mind just has too many windows open that allow random thoughts to come flying in. Another analogy is having too many tabs open on your computer. Piranha Medicine #8 will help you close them down. Use these positive affirmations to help:

Tuning in and going with the flow of nature is a difficult thing for most human beings. We’ve been trained since childhood to use force and effort to accomplish our aims. In fact, in many circles, it’s considered a weakness to behave in any other way.
Since 2009, Kuan Yin has been co-creating with us to find another, more peaceful way for you to manifest your goals called “The Power Circle of Life – Ten Stages of Natural Physical Manifestation.” This process has been inspired by Reiki, Tibetan Energy Work, Feng Shui and Hawaiian Huna, and has been developed for those who truly desire to create in alignment with Nature. In that way, they can experience the abundance and joy of surrendering to the flow of creativity or “happiness”.
The purpose of each Stage in the Power Circle of Life is to illuminate how you can be more in the flow in any situation and this year, Kuan Yin has partnered with the Rabbit Animal Totem to help us manifest more effectively in the New Paradigm…
Animal Totem Tracks with the Rabbit
It’s time to make friends with the positive Rabbit archetype and use her gentler energy to invite more peace and prosperity into your life.
Rabbit positive energy traits: Docile. Peaceful. Fertile. Tender. Quiet. Gentle. Cautious and Considerate.
Reversed energy traits: Irresolute. Skittish. Stubborn. Timid. Escapist and tending to Procrastination.
With this series of Ten Power Circles we will get to know the the gentle and considerate qualities of the Rabbit and utilize her quiet courage and quick response to danger.
Before you get started with the Power Circle, contemplate a few basic questions with the Rabbit Feng Shui Mandala.
If you’re tempted to go down a certain path, ask yourself, “Does this feel right? Could I be tricking myself?” The trickster aspect of Rabbit medicine knows better than to fight with things that are out of her league or to follow a path that has led to danger in the past.
If you’ve been down this road before, ask yourself, “What is the benefit of returning here? Has it yielded benefits in the past? How did they turn out? What, if anything, doesn’t smell right about this? What would be different this time?” Rabbit knows from experience that fear, malice and sabotage have a distinct smell. She knows when it’s wise to retreat and tend to the safety of her own burrow. In this set of games you will learn to recognize if something is off or out of sync.
Not only that, Rabbit’s fertility and connection with family, community and prosperity is legendary. She lives in groups and has learned to be considerate of the neighbors living in her warren. Living in common ground is her home turf. What a lovely metaphor and teaching for us human beings at this time!
Invite the Rabbit’s quiet courage and cooperative nature to inspire new ways to communicate and relate with one another this Winter in the New Paradigm.
What Process Is Best for Me – Right Now?
There are 10 Stages of Physical Manifestation to choose from ~

Each Stage has a game that Rabbit and Kuan Yin recommends for successful manifesting in 2023. Please note: Many people are feeling completely stuck. If that’s happening for you, start with Blockages to Happiness.
The first step is to take a moment to look at Old Soul (your higher guidance) and think about what you’re hoping to create. Then, ask your heart:
“What Stage would be most useful for me to look at now?”
Or you could ask yourself:
“Which number between 1 and 10 represents the best self awareness process for me right now – or is the best place to start?”
Remember to take the very first number that comes to you, because that is your Inner Wisdom speaking or your intuition.
Once you have your number, scroll down the list and check out that process. You might be surprised at what you chose, because your Higher Self has access to information that you do not. Trust your first response and explore the exercise anyway. Rabbit is particularly good at sniffing out trouble that needs to be handled before you commit to jumping down that Rabbit Hole!
If you have a journal, make notes of important insights and ideas that come to you during the process, or use the back of the paper if you prefer. Feel free to sketch if you like. This is the intuitive way to determine which exercise is best for you right now!

1. Inspiration – Birthing a Heartfelt Desire
Rabbit says, “When you come upon tasty morsels and helpful resources, take full advantage of the opportunity.” Without a doubt, she recommends using prosperous energy to manifest prosperity. Enhance and refine your awareness of what is genuinely beneficial to your health, your projects and your relationships.
Confirm that What You Want to Nourish Will Nourish You. (Three Parts)
2. Attention – Focusing the Desire
Rabbit warns, “If you don’t feel it’s safe to go down a rabbit hole, don’t go down it! If you decide to travel a path that doesn’t feel joyful, you probably won’t enjoy it once you get to your destination!” Find a way out of this no-win situation by taking some time in the beginning to examine what’s really going on and make joy your priority.
Get a New Perspective by Going For Joy, Rather than Perfection.
3. Intention – Voicing the Desire
Rabbit is known as a trickster, but she also doesn’t want to get tricked herself! “Make sure your intentions don’t have hidden sabotage buried in them. Be sure to ask for help from those who are liable to give it.” Commune with your Soul to create an authentic request that will bring together the needed elements for attracting your highest good.
Ask for Healing from the Past and Set New Intentions for Peace and Prosperity.
4. Adaptation – Expanding an Awareness of the Possibilities
When something has gone awry with your plans yet another time, Rabbit recommends digging down into the details. “Be careful whose garden you’re nibbling from. Meddling in other people’s business is always a dangerous proposition!” You may need to go back to where the misunderstanding began to find the right pieces to your puzzle.
Use the Power of Your Word to Let Go of Old Conflicts and Confusion.
5. Perception – Activating the Imagination
Rabbit tells us not to get tricked by our own imaginations. “Don’t let old habits and limitations fool you! When making changes or starting something new – make sure your vision is uplifting, safe and prosperous.” Are you seeing it right? What criteria are you using? If you sincerely ask for the very best you’re liable to get it.
Use Your Imagination to Help You Visualize Success.
6. Organization – Refine and Prioritize
“Before you jump into a rabbit hole – first of all – make sure it’s yours! Secondly, check that you’ve got what you need to be peaceful, prosperous and happy. Thirdly – in case your plan doesn’t work out – make sure you have a way out.” Your Soul has a distinct feel and its own ways of creating happiness. Make sure your energy, efforts and direction are organized around and guided by your Soul.
Following Your Path in the Year of The Chariot.
7. Decision – Conscious Alignment of Energy
Rabbit medicine has good advice about making decisions in CHANGING conditions… “Keep alert and flexible. Take advantage when true opportunities present themselves. However, things could change quickly. If you find yourself in a dangerous place, get out of there, post haste! When escape is out of the question, patiently wait for an opening or solutions to present themselves. Then, once they do – take quick action.”
Use Intuitive Guidance for Decisions and Specific Actions to Take.
8. Determination – Follow Through
Following through effectively is the Art of making sure your actions are timed correctly and that you trust your instincts about what you’re getting into. Let Rabbit help you develop an extra-sensory awareness about avoiding DANGER and being in the right place at the right time. “Train yourself to refine your senses. Fear and malice have a distinct smell, learn to recognize them.”

Reform Your Relationship with Your Environment
Reform and Liberate for the New Paradigm
First, a word about environmental changes and getting a grasp on the larger picture… Most people know on the unconscious level that a shift has occurred. However, the conscious mind may still be acting as if everything’s still the same. In order to REFORM and LIBERATE ourselves from the old paradigm appropriately, our minds will need signs and maps to assist us to navigate the new terrain. That is the reason and purpose for all the symbols and Intuitive Learning Circles on this website.
For example, If you meditate on the “map” available in this image, your mind can get a better grasp of what it can organize around in the New Paradigm we are in. This is the imprint of common ground based on cooperation, joy, equality and sustainable prosperity.
Whenever conditions change, it follows that we’ll need to REFORM our intentions and LIBERATE our outmoded relationship with our environment.
For years, Kuan Yin has been saying that the way we humans have been living will have to radically change. Luckily, I was willing to listen and took some time every day to be sure I knew my relationship with my environment. Now that the flow of the Tao (the Gate of Life) is operating out of the influence of Air, rather than Water, many, many, many conditions have changed and are continuing to change at a far quicker pace than they ever have before.
This Transformation Game contains her latest advice after the “still point” of the Solstice season between 2022 and 2023.
As always, her advice is direct and to the point.
REFORM and Recalibrate How You’re Interacting with the Flow of Life or Chi’ ~
The change in the quality of energy flow is significant when its dominant quality changes from Water to Air.
The Element of Air is about mental activity: Rational thought, putting concepts into words, discernment, understanding, decision. Successful projects include these components:
- Clear messaging.
- Clear intention (single-minded, straightforward, simple).
- Motivation to cooperate.
- Access to beneficial karma that will support the objective.
Therefore, unity of thought, simplicity, being straightforward and having the karma to follow through will effectively “cut through” any difficulties you’re having with your environment.
Check in with these questions:
Are my thoughts positive?
Is my intention clear?
Is my motivation life affirming?
Do I have the appropriate karma and reasoning to follow through successfully?
Reform Your Agreements
The energy of our agreements are important to release as part of this transformation because our agreements organize how we navigate through life. We each have agreements about ourselves, our relationships with others and our relationships with life and the environment. Some Soul Contracts are individual, while others are collective and tribal. You can keep them, you can break them or you can renegotiate them.
Your nervous system also holds the energy of those agreements. This Circle can help you to release or renegotiate any agreements that no longer serves you. To let go, start at the bottom of the line and the bottom of your spine.
As you move up, you can imagine a violet flame LIBERATING each vertebrae from the chains of outdated, oppressive agreements – all the way up to the top of your spine. Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed.
By doing so, you free up a lot of energy and effort that’s tangled up with the way things used to be which could be creating a lot of confusion or even health problems for you.
An environmental shift of this magnitude requires both internal and external changes.
Make new agreements with yourself to REFORM how you are interacting with the Elements of Water and Air so that you can work with them, rather than against them. Think about the difference between how you move when you’re wading through water as opposed to strolling down the street. It takes much less effort to move through Air.
Release how you interacted with the Water dominated, emotional energy of Pisces and make new agreements to mindfully generate life with the Air energy of Aquarius.
“I REFORM how I utilize the Elements of Water and Air to create life in the New Paradigm.”
“It will help to slow down and use much less force for accomplishing my aims.”
In addition, the out-dated system of the Patriarchy currently affirms that you use and pollute the Land in whatever way you like. Rather than cultivating Mother Earth’s resources in a sustainable way, this system has aggressively extracted them and used her as a garbage dump for leftover trash and unwanted emotional garbage.
Release your agreement to use Earth in that way and set up new agreements for a healthy and equitable relationship with the Land.
“I release agreements to use Earth as a dumping ground.”
“I also release any agreement to be used as a dumping ground myself.”
“Instead, I choose to plant seeds of karma that will result in equitable co-operation, healthy balance, sustainable prosperity and personal responsibility.”
“I choose to respect myself and the Earth.”
Another agreement to change would be to SOURCE your intentions for life from a place of gratitude and joy, rather than from a grumpy, greedy or vengeful place.
“I release agreements to source from conflict, greed, resentment or revenge.”
“I now Source from Gratitude and Joy.”

Another change that’s needed is in how we relate to and utilize the Element of Water.

Unfortunately, many people use toxic, stagnant yin water energy to process their feelings and to interact with others. This “stuck” energy relates to current social tendencies such as apathy, resistance, self-pity, co-dependence and laziness. Meditate on this symbol for a few minutes and then release any agreements you have to utilize it in your internal or external processes:
“I let go of old, heavy, stagnant or destructive flows of Water.”
Utilize pure Water to process and clear emotions.
Instead, make a conscious choice to activate a new relationship with the Element of Water – fresh and purified to gently clear emotions, imbalances and the residual effects of past indifference and abuse.
This affirmation will help you make an actual adjustment in how you relate to and utilize this precious resource:
“I now make a conscious decision to use pure, life affirming Water to process my emotions and create vibrant health.”
There are also changes around the archetypal Animal energy from the Chinese Zodiac:
We have just left Year of the Black Yang Water Tiger. The arrogant, grandiose and ferocious nature of the Tiger has left it’s mark in obvious ways throughout the past year.
The Year of the Yin Water Rabbit officially started on January 22nd, 2023.
The beneficial qualities of the Rabbit are said to be: Docile. Peaceful. Fertile. Tender. Quiet. Gentle. Cautious and Considerate. Her fertility and connection with Family, Community and Prosperity is legendary.
Her more challenging qualities are liable to be: Irresolute. Skittish. Stubborn. Timid. Escapist and tending to Procrastination.
Rabbit is considered by many to be a trickster, however, if you are willing and able to make friends with her, she’s very good about warning you when somethings amiss. Because she’s so finely attuned to the passing scents of predators, she knows quick and clever ways to escape from any danger she may sense in her vicinity. If you ask nicely, she will help you to do the same: Does Rabbit sense any present danger for you? If so, is it near or far? Is there a place or activity that that would be better to avoid? What is her advice?
She’s also very good at sniffing out prosperity by finding the tastiest morsels, the coziest warrens and following the most profitable opportunities. Does she sense any valuable opportunities for you? What kind of activity would benefit you most right now?
Finally, the nature of chi’ or life force flowing through the Tao has changed to an Air based flow rather than the previous Water based flow.
Let this symbol help you make the adjustment needed.
“I close down all harmful energy channels from the old paradigm.”

“I allow my mind and body to acclimate to this lighter, quicker life force.”
“I learn to receive generative life force and use it in my relationship with my environment.”
Of course, this will all take some time to integrate. The adjustments needed won’t just happen on their own. In this new environment, having integrity in thought, word and deed is the best way to manifest genuine happiness. It’s worth it to take your time as you learn to navigate all these changes. Be proactive and intentional with what you want to set up for yourself.
‘Know what you want, know what makes you feel good about your Self, know what brings you into harmony with others. These are your guidelines and principles’.”

RECIPROCITY – UNDERSTANDING GIVE AND TAKE

There are 58 Intuitive Learning Circles in Gifts from the Rainforest. Each one represents and transmits the healing medicine of a plant, animal or nature spirit that lives in the rainforest.
In this tutorial, we’re going to learn how we can use the Intuitive Learning Circles to train our ability to direct and control our personal energy to manifest our highest good!
Organizing Principle of the Intuitive Learning Circles: Use Your Energy Effectively.
You can use the Intuitive Learning Circles to practice how you’re using your energy to create better outcomes, however, your intention, whatever it may be, cannot be completed until you have followed through and taken action in the real, physical world.
That’s why whenever I really want to accomplish something, I spend time with #14, River Otter. That’s because River Otter is a Master of cause and effect, reciprocity and knowing how to have fun while doing it! He knows that no matter how difficult life gets, things are not as bad as they seem. You can bring fun into doing almost anything.
Let Otter give you a quick lesson in reciprocity.
Gaze into the Circle and imagine that Otter is there with your Soul, coaching you with a smile. He wants you to know that good-natured fun comes from the sheer joy of doing things just for the pleasure of doing them. Take away the have to’s, should haves and second guessing!
Step One: Centering. Get present in your body. Use your breath with Otter’s Circle to gather up your energy and awareness into the central area of your solar plexus and heart. This is your potential energy or life force – what some people call chi’, mana or life force.
Practice this step alone to improve your balance and self-confidence.
Breathe into it. Eventually, you’ll feel a ball of potential energy to fuel your objective and be able to hold it!
Be sure to do that both crossed over the midline of your body and uncrossed.
Organizing Principle: The Golden Mean.
Otter knows that “what you put out come back to you” is an essential principle to master if you want to create the preferred karma and good will needed for true prosperity and happiness.
Step Two: Self Awareness. Let Otter help you examine what kind of energy you’ve been sending out into the World. Soften your gaze at his Circle, and ask yourself:
“At the moment, what am I putting out?
Fear?
Conflict?
Irritation?
Resentment?
Confusion?
Hopelessness?
Dissatisfaction?
Am I being positive? Negative?
Am I being too extreme?
When I send this life force out, is it splattering all over the place? Do I know where or to whom that energy has been going to?”
Whatever you’re putting out, is that what you would like to experience in return? Consider for a few moments how what you’re putting out might be related to what you’ve been experiencing. What has been coming back to you?
Step Three: Focused Attention. Now let Otter help you change your experience for the better. Place the words ‘focused attention” in the center open space of Otter’s Circle. Then, consciously bring your full attention to those words, until you have a clear focus on them. Next, you may ask yourself what you would like your attention to be focused on. Once you have the words that express your objective, place those words into the center open space and bring your attention in on them.
Especially if it feels like your energy is scattered, use the Circle to aim your energy clearly and directly into the center.
Step Four: Reciprocity – the Game of Taking Aim. Now you’re ready to play target practice by engaging with the center of the Circle like a bull’s eye. Wait until you can sense clear, direct energy coming back to your center.
It’s like playing a game of ball, whatever you toss out to the bull’s eye in Otter’s Circle, he will toss it back to you and you can feel it in your gut!
Practice with this for a few minutes to improve your concentration and control over how you use your energy.
Now check to see what happens when you add the intention of having fun. While you keep playing with it you’re learning how to consciously direct your energy toward a goal and align multiple objectives with each other. This creates unity of thought and an improved sense of direction!
Even better, if you want to change what you’re putting out, you can practice with Otter before you actually go out into the world and do it. What other things might you prefer to experience? Confidence? Courage? Trust? Joy? Clear communication? Try adding them one at a time. Keep throwing the ball back and forth until you get a good flow going. This “game of taking aim” increases your stamina, enriches your intentions and is the essence of reciprocity.
What else can you learn from Otter? As you can see, this fun little game is a great way to re-align your goals if you’ve been having trouble with that. Maybe you have a project you’re working on that just never seems to line up or fit together. Take each component of the plan one at a time and add them to the center bull’s eye until you can get that reciprocal back and forth going.
Healing Tips:
- If there’s an aspect of your project that just won’t go into the center, it’s a good indication that something about it needs to be reconsidered or let go of entirely.
- You can use the Intuitive Learning Circles to practice how you’re using your energy to create better outcomes, however, your intention, whatever it may be, cannot be completed until you have followed through and taken action in the real, physical world.
Summary: If you send out negative energy that scatters out in a lot of different directions, you get a lot of scattered, negative energy back.
If you send positive, focused energy out, you get clearer, more positive energy back.
If your intention includes things like fun and gratitude, what you get back is even better!

CONTEMPLATING Your Life: What Did You Learn?

We are all being challenged to contemplate and REFORM certain aspects of our lives and create a new path forward.
Can we effectively let go of the old paradigm based on greed, fear and extremism while we intentionally move into a New Paradigm based on co-operation, equity and sustainable prosperity?
Kuan Yin has been helping us to transition through a variety of readings, games and Power Circles since 2009. Her advice springs from the I Ching, an ancient book of divination that follows the flow of the cosmos.
The Great Conjunction on Winter Solstice 2020 marked the official start of what some call the Aquarian Age. Kuan Yin simply refers to it as a New Paradigm based on the Common Good. Her guidance for this game comes from Hexagram #20 CONTEMPLATING:

What Did You Learn?

Often our need to be right keeps us from learning what we need to know about difficult situations. The intent of this game is to breakthrough that tendency so that we can do better in the future. We do that by CONTEMPLATING our answers to these questions:
- How can we learn from our mistakes, missteps and miscommunications?
- How can we be kind to ourselves and come up with real solutions to follow through on that will help things go better moving forward?
First, get out some paper and something to write or draw with. Give yourself permission to draw or color during this exercise. Notes to yourself don’t have to be linear!
Next, choose an experience that you know you need help with and are willing to look at honestly. Examples might be: What did I learn in the decade between from 2012 and 2022? During the pandemic? In my previous relationship? In how I handle conflict at work? You can make your inquiry as specific or general as you like. Make a note or image of what this inquiry is about.
Then, let’s agree that your responses are for you and that you don’t have to share them with anyone else, unless you want to. This game is for you!
Soul Guidance
“What do I need to know about this? What would be helpful?”
“Is something missing? Is something lost?
Do I need to let go of something?
Sometimes our experiences can be pretty rough, yet somehow we make it through. How do we know what worked and what didn’t?
This energy clearing is designed to help you relax and look back at what you’ve learned about a significant life event, now that you can be more objective…
1. Begin by taking a few deep breaths. It’s possible that your experience and the transition coming out of it has been stressful and you still may be feeling it. Use this Circle to help you relax and release some of that tension. Releasing tension can do a lot to prevent or relieve many symptoms of ptsd.
Did this experience contain a lot of CONFLICT, anxiety or frustration for you? Did you feel a lot of judgement or fear? Are you concerned that you might return to certain energies and attitudes that were prevalent then?

If so, relax and imagine that the lines in this first Circle are softening and melting the tension away. Let your shoulders drop and your jaw unclench. Every time you take a deep breath, that feeling loosens up. Take all the time you need with this.
2. Imagine you can open the doors and windows and get a breath of fresh air. It’s been pretty musty in there!
Continue breathing and if you can, imagine you can actually relax the tension in the space around you. Go ahead and move around or stretch if you need to.
3. Let your senses come back into balance. Some of them may have gotten turned up too high. Some may have shut down completely. You can adjust the volume now.
You might imagine that you’re lying next to a beautiful lake or river, enjoying a gentle breeze, with the sunlight dancing on the water. How refreshing!
Once you’ve taken this time to refresh yourself, notice how different the energy feels now rather than how it did just a few minutes ago. You can let go of all that chaos now.
4. Okay. Now we’re ready to dive in with the main question:
What did you learn from _____________________?
Use this Circle to gather pertinent information from your unconscious mind about that experience.
5. What did you learn about yourself and how you react?
6. Kuan Yin wants to know: What do you still need to learn? Is there anything unresolved? What would you like to have happen going forward?
Let this Reiki Chakra Key strengthen your Heart and bring truly beneficial lessons into greater awareness and balance.
Continue to breathe until you feel the energy there can radiate out, like a beautiful star!
7. Is there still a CONFLICT left over from that experience? Is it your conflict or someone else’s?
How might you handle conflict differently now?
What have you learned about safety, responsibility, boundaries, freedom, etc? Take each specific concern one at a time.
What do they mean to you now that’s different from what it was during that experience? Gather up all that unconscious information!
8. What did you learned about fear or anxiety and how you handle it?

What did you learn about protecting yourself?
9. Did you internalize a lot of things? If so, how did you handle that? What did you learn about that?
If you didn’t take things too personally, what do you think was the secret to your success?
10. What did you learn about taking good care of yourself?
What became apparent?
What was the area of most personal growth for you?

Would you like to integrate any benefits you learned about those things?
What are your priorities after all of this? What matters the most?
11. Do you feel that any changes happened that affected your sense of identity and purpose?
What wisdom does your Soul want you to take with you about that?
12. What did you learn about nourishing yourself? What did you change in regard to that? Is it still serving you now? Do you need time to digest and integrate what you learned?
Are you tapping into beneficial nourishment now?
13. Are there parts of you that are still caught up in what happened?
If so, see if you can gently and patiently pull your energy back from that experience.
14. Do you have any objects in your environment that are keeping you unconsciously connected to that period of time?
Is there any room or part of the building(s) that feels blocked, dead or unable to ground in the New Paradigm?
15. Are there any new decisions you would like to make as a result of what you learned?

What would you like to decide differently about dealing with change? How about taking care of others? What have you decided about standing up for yourself and maintaining healthy boundaries? How will you now deal with deception, neglect or misuse of authority?
16. What new agreements or intentions do you need to make after that experience?
What new intentions do you want to make about dealing with change? How about taking care of others? What new intentions do you need to make about standing up for yourself and maintaining healthy boundaries? What are your intentions about dealing with deception, neglect or misuse of authority?
17. Let yourself relax for a few minutes while you get centered and find a strong connection in your heart center to empower the positive changes you would like to make.
Ask your Soul to help you integrate all that you’ve learned and use it to empower your highest good as you move into this next phase of your life.

18. What is the very best thing you can do to help yourself in the here and now?
19. Take a moment to close down any drains from that period of time that are affecting your energy, your business, your health and your happiness.
20. To finish this game, gaze at this last symbol and consciously close any harmful or chaotic energy channels that may still be open from your experience of that time.
“I close down all harmful energy channels.”
Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.
You’ll know that the harmful channels are closed when the emotional chaos stops. Once that happens, gently and patiently acknowledge your new relationship with generative life flow that exists now to support you.
“I allow myself to receive generative life force.”
