It could be that your ego or someone else is telling you what you ought to be doing and there’s a hidden agenda that’s causing conflict. As you look at the Circle, ask your heart: “Is there a conflict here, and if so, what is it really about?” Let your inner strength answer.
Follow up by asking, “How can I regain my integrity without causing further harm?”
Then ask: “Where has my loyalty been in this situation?” If you are not being loyal to yourself, your power has been co-opted and you cannot be working for your higher good.
Finally, ask: “How can I regain my power?”
Follow your own advice and take care of yourself. If damage has been done, clean up your part and get back in the flow.
Courage is about knowing and standing behind your truth. You don’t need permission to be true to yourself. Understanding the Larger Picture ~

When a roller coaster is being flung this way and that, it’s natural to grab onto something that you think will help to stabilize you. However, if you’re clinging to something that is itself unstable, you are actually making your situation worse, whether you’re aware of the mistake or not. It may seem, in the moment, that the larger the structure, the safer you’ll be and that encourages you to grip even harder. This is a classic survival response, and completely understandable.

You may feel safer for a moment, yet once you’ve given over the weight of your body to a larger structure that is in DECLINE and falling down, the gravity and force of the fall is exponentially greater.

This is the reason that you are  encouraged to stay in the I Ching Flow of  MODERATION whenever possible.

Todays Intuitive Reading - ModerationIf you can pull back and look at your situation from a larger perspective, you may see the truly precarious situation that you’re in as a society.

Your levels of communication are an extreme example of how desperately people are clinging to the way things used to be. Structures of communication are falling down, tangled and filled with outages, glitches, hijacking of information – these are all signs of the general DECLINE we’re going through.

This DECLINE is completely natural and cannot be stopped.

“Although DECLINE points to the beginning of a later flowering, the way you handle this current decrease in resources is of great importance. 2022 Year of the Tiger - Todays Intuitive ReadingThe Chinese Zodiac animal that has dominated the energy of 2022 is the ferocious TIGER. There is no ignoring the arrogance, sudden changes and contradictory behaviors that he’s so well known for.

To navigate the flow of CONTRADICTION that’s predominant right now requires a great deal of caution and courage. It’s important that your intentions don’t further complicate the many problems that are evident everywhere. It will be essential for any new invention or plan to be fully scrutinized and vetted for unconscious gripping and mistaken assumptions about what would be actually joyful for you.

Making a careful and comprehensive examination regarding your intentions and motivations will yield the best results. Then, because you’ve consciously weeded out harmful, outdated methods and procedures, your actions will take on greater meaning.

“This is a time when you may meet with the dualism in your own nature. You may appear indecisive or equivocal to others as you weigh contradicting viewpoints. Never before have you been able to see both sides so clearly. Arbitrary predispositions such as patriotism, clannishness, fixed ideas of principle or class prejudice may become less important in your life as you begin to see things in the larger overview. The struggle between good and evil, life and death, and all such opposites may appear to be simply the natural interaction of the great forces in the universe, as you develop the perspective of the sage. This sense of oneness or wholeness in a world of CONTRADICTION can bring you great depth of character and peace of mind.

2. Communicating in MODERATION.

How we communicate can have a significant impact on how we’re handling the CONTRADICTIONS in our different points of view. When opposing viewpoints come front and center, striking a balance through MODERATION can bridge the gap and become the basis for future re-unification.

If you are aware of the need for a new beginning and have the courage to make the change, this exercise will help you avoid RETURNING into the trap of narcissism.

Can Emotional Stress Affect Your Memory?

Especially when the stakes are high, you need to remember the important things. However, people often times have memory problems when they’re under a lot of emotional stress, especially if they’re highly sensitive. Why is that and what can be done to help?

Emotional Stress If this sounds like you, you are probably overwhelmed by the uncertainty and ungrounded by the sheer amount of information that you feel you have to process. You might be experiencing symptoms like the ones below. 

  • Processing difficult news 
  • Feeling weak or mentally exhausted
  • Disoriented due to grief or sudden loss

How Are You Experiencing Disorientation?

1. We’re going to look at several possible reasons why emotional stress might be affecting your memory. One reason could be that you are disoriented due to a sudden recent change. You might also be picking up on other people’s stress. Another possibility could be that your mind has been exposed to an overwhelming amount of information. It helps to be aware what is involved.

Let this Circle help you gather up any important information involved. Your unconscious mind knows what’s pertinent and what’s not.

You might want to jot down any impressions you notice. However, don’t be surprised if nothing definite comes to you. There may not be any words because the unconscious mind is not linear. 

Just make note of what your experience is for now.

 

What is a Clear Intention That will Help?

2. To help bring your mind into focus, establish a simple and clear intention for this exercise.

“I improve mental acuity and brain function.”

Go ahead and meditate on the center open space of this chart with that intention in mind. Breathe deeply and relax. Don’t try to make anything happen. A relaxed mind will lead you to a more relaxed body!

When the energy of the chart slows down, you’re ready to move onto the next step.

3. The pineal gland is an important part of your brain because of its main function of regulating light and darkness through its production and secretion of melatonin. In addition, the pineal contains light-sensitive cells that control the circadian cycle of sleep and wakefulness.
Melatonin also supports healthy memory function and reproductive cycles.

Relax and breathe for a minute or two and let this Chakra Key help you clear toxins from your pineal gland so that your natural rhythms and cycles can come into better balance.

4. The hypothalamus is a part of your brain that regulates homeostasis. Through it, you have the ability to maintain inner balance and a calm state of mind. It also regulates a variety of functions including your physical development, digestive health and metabolism.

5. The hippocampus is actually two structures located on either side of the temporal lobe that are involved with memory development, verbal, spacial and directional skills.

Repeat what you just did in the previous steps. Relax and breathe while you gaze at this Chakra Key to clear out toxins and bring both areas of your hippocampus into balance.

Once you’ve really relaxed with it, check in with a question:

“Is there something I’ve forgotten that’s important? More than one?”

Make a note of it and continue with your mind exercise.

 

What Would Bring You More Ease?

Emotional Stress and the Third Eye6. There’s another part of your brain function that taps into the wisdom of your Soul. Some call it the Third Eye Chakra. Through it, the pineal, hippocampus and hypothalamus can connect and work together to enhance learning and create coherent thoughts. Intuition and common sense can then blossom and communicate meaningful insights to you.

Keep relaxed and gaze softly at the Circle with each affirmation:

“My common sense and intuition are working together.”

“I receive meaningful insights about my situation.”
“My mind helps me to reduce stress and integrate joy into my life.”

 

What Needs to Get Connected?

7. Keep relaxed and gaze softly at the Circle with each affirmation:

“My mind is connected and balanced to create improved mental acuity and brain function.”

8. It’s possible that you’re dehydrated or not getting the right nutrition. While you gently focus on this Circle, ask yourself:

“Is there something I could eat or drink that would help me?”
“Is there something I’m eating or drinking too much of?”

9. If there is, let this Circle help you open up and let it go.

Just keep letting go and release all that emotional stress. See yourself relaxing under an afternoon Sun. Take all the time you like. It’s okay to let go and rest.

Use this Circle to consider actions you could take that would help in this situation. Make sure they would be genuinely helpful to you now.

11. It could be that things are just moving too fast and your mind is trying to keep up. Take a moment to slow down and tune into your heart. Ask yourself:

“What is my heart telling me?”
“Am I worried about something (physical, financial, family issue, etc)?”

“Is there anything I can do that could actually help the situation?”
“What have I been doing? Has that helped?”
“What do I feel?”

 

How Will Life Be Better Without This Emotional Stress?

12. Your physical body is the foundation for your vitality and your instinct to take care of yourself. Clearing energy, especially in your lower body, will give you strength and support to make necessary changes. Put both feet on the floor to help you ground. Take whatever time you need.

Once you feel stronger, ask yourself:

“What, if anything, am I forgetting about my physical health?
“Is there something I need to remember?”

There’s always more than one way to do things, what new way comes to mind in this case?

 

What Would Keep You Grounded?

13. A strong connection to the Earth gives you support to make the necessary changes and stay balanced at the same time. Put both feet on the floor to help you ground.
If needed, go back to Step 7 and connect with your other chakras.
Take whatever time you need.  

“What do I need remember?”
“Do I need to change anything?”
“Do I have the connections and resources I need to resolve this stress?”
“What would be involved? Is anything missing?”

 

Ask For Blessings On Your Life Path.

14. Finish by balancing out your Life Path Chakras. They help you stay on your own path and tune into the promptings of your Soul – a very important thing to remember!

“I open up to my potential and stay positive.”

You may want to sit with this for quite a while.
Plan to take a walk or relax for a bit out in Nature once you feel ready.

Did you know that you instinctively know the difference between toxic and healthy relationships?

In stressful times, it’s pretty common for the Essential Self to get closed off, misplaced or dissociated. You can correct that now with this Soul Prayer Chart.

There are several ways that gut instinct gets blocked. Two that are particularly relevant in times like these are being in too much of a hurry and getting distracted. 

Distractions keep us from taking good care of ourselves, because if we’re always busy, busy, busy and not paying attention to our basic needs, we’re asking for trouble.

Of course we have all kinds of excuses that make it seem all right.  “I ran out of time… I have to get this done… there’s too much going on…” etc.

Check your response to these statements and notice if you get stuck on either of them: 

“I get distracted.”

 “I get in too much of a hurry.”

So, let’s slow down and think about the source of your relationship trouble. Relax into it. Is there a particular person, group or relationship system that seems to be at the core of the problem?

Healthy Relationships

Sadly, many of us we spend too much time or energy on toxic relationships that aren’t particularly good for us. You know the kind of people I’m talking about:

  • the wolf in sheep’s clothing that uses flattery to charm and disarm you.
  • the whiners that are oh, so good at making you feel sorry for them.
  • the wunderkinds who go out of their way to impress you.
  • or bullies that just want to intimidate and make you miserable.

Are you attracting a lot of that? 

If your answer is “no” count yourself lucky. You must have very good relationship karma!

If your answer is “yes,” go ahead and continue this extra-intuitive mind exercise to see what might be going on…


Slow Down and Focus

Let’s see what’s going on for you by experiment with one of our Intuitive Learning Circles for slowing down and focusing on what’s really important.

“I slow down and focus on what I need when it comes to my  _______ relationships.”

If you’re thinking about a particular relationship, it’s worth your time to really slow down and ask yourself a couple of honest questions:

“What is my concern about this particular relationship?”

Clarify the nature of the relationship – friend, business associate, boss, family, lover, etc.

“What is the confusion about?”

 

 

Check for Good Boundaries

Most relationships have their own irritations, resistances and rough patches. Where is the irritation in this relationship? What is it about?

Are you taking something personally or internalizing something that isn’t yours? Are you being codependent in some way?

If so, use this Circle to help you open your energy up wide and let those irritations go. Send it all to the Sun!

What else what might you do to soothe the situation?

 

Examine Emotional Reactions

Sometimes people trigger certain emotional responses in us that come out of our childhood conditioning or earlier relationships. A certain tip of the head or tone of voice can be very potent.

Most of the time, the people in our relationships have no idea about what’s happening. You may have very little power over them. However, you can be responsible for your own reactions. Ask yourself:

“What is the main emotion or emotions I’m feeling when around this person?” 

“Does it happen only in certain situations?”

“Does this relationship remind me of another person? A painful experience?”

Could you be experiencing a harmful attitude, a phobia or an obsession?

 

Clear the Clutter

Sometimes we attract disturbing or stressful situations because our minds are cluttered up with disturbing, stressful thoughts.

Imagine that you can use this Circle to clear out the landscape of your mind. Sweep all that junk and chaos out of your head and send it to the Sun! You might be surprised at how much clutter there is!

That’s one of the reasons people like to meditate. It’s a great way to develop a regular habit of clearing debris out of the mind!

 

Evaluate How You’re Using Your Energy to Nourish Yourself.

Now that you’re present, focused and clear, you can get some accurate information about how to nourish yourself. If you follow the directions, you can get all kinds of answers that could really help you make a big improvement in your happiness. All you have to do is relax and gaze softly at the center open space of this Circle while you ask yourself a few questions. Use a scale of one to ten to evaluate what’s going on (one being lousy and ten being great!). Be sure to listen to your gut and be receptive to the answers that come.

On a scale of one to ten:

Ask yourself when it comes to this person:

“How is this person nourishing me- Emotionally?
Professionally?
Intellectually?
Spiritually?
What, if anything, is missing?
Is there a beneficial exchange
of energy?
Have I closed myself off
in some way?
What, if anything, could be done to improve the relationship?

 

Release or Renegotiate Agreements

Most rules about relationships are rooted in old ideas and systems that we grew up with as children.

In the New Paradigm, a lot of those old agreements and assumptions cause problems and keep us from having truly nourishing relationships.

In this particular relationship, what agreements need to be amended, reformed or let go of entirely?

“I let go of ___________.”
“I reform ________.”
“I amend my agreement to ______.”
“I stop participating in ________.”
“I uproot ______,  _______, &_________.”

 

Release the Mental/ Emotional Patterns

Imagine that this symbol for Dissolving Destructive Blueprints can help you identify and dissolve any toxic imprints or patterns that may be perpetuating harm. You might see them as a dark cloud dissolving into the pure light of the Sun.

“I release the blockages and entanglements that keep me from  experiencing healthy nourishment.”

“I release patterns that keep me from experiencing joy.”

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

 

Let Go of Old, Outdated Intentions

Gaze softly into the center of this Circle and see ancient intentions like eggs or seeds waiting to be activated.Not only do you see your own intentions and prayers, but also cultural, ancestral goals that no longer have life affirming motivations behind them.

Visualize them like ingredients in a soup that is spoiling your genuinely desired outcome.Imagine you can scoop out any unpreferred intentions and send them to the Sun:

“I let go of all intentions that would contradict my highest good or cause conflict in how I’m nourishing myself.”

 

Release the Karma 

Release any seeds of karma that perpetuate habits and beliefs that keep you from nourishing yourself properly and send them to the light.

“I plant new karmic seeds for good things that will support my new choices. I nourish those seeds with love, light, fresh water and healthy nutrition.”

 

Close the Door on Suffering and Unhealthy Pathways

Now it’s time to close the door on all that toxicity and move in the direction of nourishing yourself appropriately.

“I close the door on any drain or strain on my time, space, attention or energy.”

Congratulations! You’ve just set the stage to let go of harmful energies and emotions and begin moving in the direction of NOURISHING yourself appropriately.  Be sure to take time to rest and relax. Take a walk or get out into nature if you can!

Many people who come to Soul Resources LLC want to release attachments, detach from destructive energies and clear unwanted emotions. Here are some things that you’ll want be aware of:

How Do Attachments Form?

Release Attachments to Group Think
Most attachments center around emotional conflict and desire. In a perfect world, our emotions would be accepted and respected. We could simply ask for what we want and accept the response, whether it’s positive or negative.

Unfortunately, this kind of perfect response isn’t always forthcoming!  We often react instead because we’ve been taught to try and make things happen in many overt and covert ways. Typically, when one person or group of people wants something from another, they make a lot of assumptions about what would be in everyone’s best interest. Then, when compliance isn’t forthcoming, emotions are bound to escalate!

The Either / Or Conundrum

Depending on the situation, most people keep pushing their agendas and insist on their way. Or, they may have learned more subtle ways to control relationships and manipulate outcomes through mind games, group think or emotional ties and attitudes like guilt, shame, blame, self-pity, flattery… etc. 

Unfortunately, both of these options lead to escalating conflict until one party either “wins” or “loses”. Of course, the external either/or option rarely actually resolves a conflict. Resentments and frustration go underground and create internal conflicts that either lead to overtly acting out (oppositional defiance) or covertly turning in against the Self (self-hate).

Sadly, many forms of low self-esteem, chronic failure,  loneliness, separation anxiety and even physical illness have their source in  unresolved conflicts and their resulting emotional entanglements.

Our social and media institutions send us constant messages that  we must struggle to win. It’s good to want what we want, when we want it! We can make it happen. Even though all the signs around us are saying, “Stop! You’re heading for trouble! This isn’t going to work.”

Group Think is basically a situation where a lot of people are attached to each other through conflict based emotions, beliefs, agendas and attitudes. But what if you don’t want to share in that way anymore?

Release Attachments in Relationships

Let’s investigate this through your own example. Your awareness can be used to enhance your mind/body healing.

Notice the “attachment” that has your attention now.

In this moment, there is probably some form of group communication that’s causing irritation or conflict within you. It could be an attitude, an agenda or a distressing belief. Think of it like a radio channel that you’re tuning into. There could be one or there could be several.

For the moment, don’t try to fight it or get away from it. Don’t beat yourself up about it. Just gently observe the quality of it.
