Reiki Basic Training – FAQ: Your Questions Answered

The Japanese word Reiki describes different types of healing and spiritual work. 

   REI is interpreted as meaning divine knowledge or spiritual consciousness. 

        Ki is life force and that energy which permeates all living things. 

Therefore, Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy that is non-religious, yet supports a lifestyle that incorporates the Reiki Ideals of Dr. Usui and the individuals need for their own spiritual growth.

The principles or Reiki Ideals are as follows:

  • Reiki is a vibrational or subtle energy therapy, facilitated by light touch or no physical contact.
  • The World Health Organization, (WH0), has recognized Reiki as an alternative therapeutic modality.
  • The National Institute of Health Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM), classified Reiki as a biofield modality, affecting energy fields that surround and penetrate the human body. It works in harmony with allopathic medicine and other complementary health techniques. It can be used to enhance other techniques according to the highest good of the client.
  • Reiki produces deep relaxation, harmonizing the emotional, mental, and spiritual fields. Reiki promotes health at the level needed. It is good for people, animals and plants.

Reiki Training Tips for After Your First Degree Attunement ~

#1 Begin with Self-healing.

Great benefits await those who utilize Reiki self treatments in their regular self-care routine. Daily treatments (anywhere between 5 – 25 minutes) are ideal, especially for those who may be experiencing toxic overload, burnout or high stress. During a treatment, Reiki has its own innate intelligence and will go where it’s needed.

#2 Be Open to Receive Healing and Proper Instruction.

Those who have been properly Attuned to the First Degree of Reiki Basic Training have a Reiki Guide who is there to help you learn how to use Reiki for yourself using your unique gifts and talents.

#3 Remember to Ask for Help.

I think the saying is, “riding on the wings of angels” and that’s just what we’re doing when we get our first Attunement and allow ourselves to accept help from our Reiki Guides and Teachers. 

It’s a good idea to regularly ask for help from enlightened beings and you can easily do that with #17 Divine Grace from Soul Prayer Charts.

Remember that Angels and your Reiki Guides respect your free will and will not ever try to force you into anything! Therefore, if you want their help, ask for it.

#4 Make a Commitment to Developing Your Highest Good.

What might be possible if you were to make a new agreement with your Higher Self that you are ready, willing and able to receive genuine help and support in accordance with your highest good? I suggest that your agreement include being respectful in your requests and appreciative towards those who help you.

Most importantly, make a Soul Contract with yourself to be kind and patient with yourself and to get more comfortable about asking for genuine help as you continue your Reiki journey. Would you be willing to sign your name to a contract like that?

#5 Remember to Follow Your Soul’s Intention.

Second Degree Reiki Training and Attunement – Facilitating Reiki as a Practitioner 

The next step in your journey with Reiki will be Second Degree. This is another one day course in which the Reiki symbols are given to you and you are taught how to use them.

Learn how to facilitate hands-on Reiki Treatment with your friends, loved ones & clients. Develop intuition and the ability to sense subtle energies. Receive the Second Level Attunement and learn how to use Reiki for protection, distant healing, scanning, beaming, chakra balancing and creating sacred space for healing and meditation.

Included is specialized mentoring to help you develop your “Reiki Team” and enhance your relationship with the Power Symbol, the Mental/Emotional Symbol and the Distant Healing Symbol. 

3rd Degree Reiki Training and Attunement – Using Reiki at the Master Level*

Study advanced forms of energy healing such as “Psychic Surgery”, using Reiki Grids with crystals and clearing entities from spaces. Participants receive the Master Symbol Attunement and are taught how to use it to enhance manifesting abilities and facilitate high levels of transformation.

*The “Master Level” refers to self-mastery only. There is no mastery over others.

Master/Teacher Reiki Training

For those Master Level students who have completed all the previous levels and are well enough experienced in their practice to Attune and teach other students. This training can be done in conjunction with the Third Degree Training or separately.

Note: All completed levels include a Certificate of Completion. Because of the personal nature of this kind of work, a brief, initial consultation with one of the instructors is required to make certain that the course you’ve selected is appropriate for you. STAGE 10: Completion – Acceptance of the Natural Flow of Activity and Rest

Before we move into a busy New Year, filled with externally driven agendas and intentions, it’s essential to allow time for rest and restoration. If you are feeling drained and tired, it might be helpful to consider how important it is to let go of any guilt or anxiety you may be feeling about it.

You have a genuine need to follow your own natural cycles. When you allow time for completion and rest, you are proactively preventing burnout and break downs in your immune system.

Completion and Rest Prevents Burnout

Stop. Slow down. Let go of the Guilt.

We are not separate from Nature. Our health and ability to manifest depends on how we handle the final Stage of Natural Physical Manifestation that we’re calling COMPLETION in the Power Circle. The mid-winter season between Solstice and the Lunar New Year is naturally a time of COMPLETION. Learning how to come into sync with the cycles of Nature is a big piece of how we can help ourselves and the planet.

Here are Tips for the Completion Stage from Kuan Yin and the Reiki Guides that explain why rest and acceptance is so important to the success in your upcoming year….

Tip #1 – ALLOW TIME TO REST
In our modern world, there’s a notion that one must be forever moving forward. This is reflected in the unchanging mechanisms of seconds, minutes and hours in a clock. “Time marches on,” “time waits for no man” and other such mantras give one the impression that they are missing out on something if they stop to rest. In fact, the opposite is true.

If you accomplish something important and do not stop to rest and center yourself, you are actually sabotaging yourself. This is because your energy has a natural process of re-organizing itself around changes in consciousness. If you do not get present and allow time for this, you cannot change and are stunting your own growth.

Release agreements about putting so much pressure on yourself and any other unhealthy agreements about time. 

“I stop fighting against or feeling guilty about my natural cycles.”

“It’s okay to be both active and receptive. I keep myself in balance.”

“I release unhealthy pressure and agreements about time. When I stay in the present, my Soul can be in charge of timing.”

“I release agreements to beat myself up because my body is having a natural  response. It’s okay to be tired and feeling whatever I’m feeling.”

“It’s okay to process and integrate the changes I have gone through.”

Tip #2 – ACCEPT THE ROLE OF BOTH YIN AND YANG ENERGIES IN THE MANIFESTING PROCESS

Balance & EqualityMasculine energy (Yang) is result oriented and serves us well in accomplishing our goals. However, in our society we tend to have a drive behind our work that often puts us into conflict with others and ourselves. The Completion stage of manifestation can give us guidance on how to extract the beneficial aspects of this drive and learn how to use them in a balanced way.

Once you have completed a project or a stage of a project, let your receptive Feminine energies (Yin) gather and do what they do best, which is to process. It’s important to rest, clear out the energy around that project, focus your thoughts on what makes you happy, and come to a place of peace before you begin the next stage or project. Allow your entire being to honor what you have accomplished and integrate the changes that have taken place as a result of all your efforts. If you have attended to the Stage of Completion and accepted where you are, your Psyche will be able to restore itself and will naturally open to new inspiration.

Tip #3 – CLEAR OUT THE ENERGY FROM PROJECTS OR GOALS YOU HAVE FINISHED
Being tired is most often looked upon as indulgence or a sign of weakness. Very often, there is also a sense of fear or anxiety around the concept of resting. Perhaps there’s a nagging idea that somehow you’re going to miss out on something or that you’ll appear lazy.

Actually, being tired is a natural and necessary response to having completed something. If you will allow yourself to feel tired, your body will naturally begin a shedding process. You may describe this as feeling sluggish, foggy, heavy, sad or possibly even a little dizzy. These are all beneficial, because they are the processes through which your body can clear out debris from the old consciousness you have now transcended.

If you’re having trouble letting go, you may want to make sure that you’re not taking on or perpetuating someone else’s issue about procrastination, over-achieving, perfectionism or poor self-esteem with Whose Problem is It? Even if the issue isn’t yours personally, you’re using up your own precious energy trying to process it, which may very well be causing a serious blockage for you.

Tip #4 – FOCUS YOUR THOUGHTS ON WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY
This process gives your mind time to integrate the changes that have taken place and decide what you like about them and what you want to continue or discontinue.

Completion

In essence, you are creating an opening and groundwork for a new cycle of inspiration. If you continually think negative thoughts about what you’re unhappy or dissatisfied with, you are digging yourself into an even deeper karmic cycle of dissatisfaction and unhappiness.

If you’re feeling emotionally down and apathetic, you can gently Retrain Your Mind to Go for Joy.

Tip #5 – COME TO A PLACE OF PEACE
This idea is very important, because it releases worry and allows acceptance of what is. Complete transformation is not possible without acceptance of what you’ve done, what you haven’t done and what is left to do.

If you haven’t allowed yourself to completely rest for a long time, your body will force you to take time through illness, accidents or your mind will simply become blocked.

It’s useless to become frustrated or struggle against the completion stage of manifestation. Doing so will only create more blockages. The best plan is to surrender, let yourself slow down and be still. Allow the process take its course.

If you can’t get past chronic exhaustion or pain, you can go to SOS for Collapse.  It may be that you’ve experienced a significant shock that’s preventing you from processing what you need to process. This self-care formula is designed to help you reconnect with fragmented parts  or your Essence and energy.

 

SO, TO SUMMARIZE:
When you have completed a project or a stage of a project, it’s important to rest, clear out the energy around that project, focus your thoughts on what makes you happy and come to a place of peace before you begin your next stage or project. Taking care of yourself in this way allows your entire being to honor what you’ve accomplished and integrate the changes that have taken place as a result of all your efforts. Once you have processed the Stage of Completion and accepted where you are, you can naturally open to new inspiration.

ONE FINAL THOUGHT About the Power Circle of Happiness: 

Before moving on to your next Cycle of manifesting, it’s really a good idea to go over what you’ve learned from the last cycle and to truthfully answer how well you’re taking care of your self through self-love. Taking part in these gentle life reviews is a life affirming way to acknowledge and accept the many advancements you’ve made.

Release the Binding Energy of Hate

Many people are having a difficult time healing hate and keeping their hearts open to hope and peaceful possibilities.

Healing Hate through Heart OpeningHealing hate is a big topic of concern, so let’s talk about the energy of hate and how it affects our energetic system.

I learned early on in my intuitive practice that hate is a binding energy. What I mean by that is when you “hate” something, your thoughts, your mindset and your energy gets very hard and constricted – not to mention your heart.

The same goes for anger, however, anger is more of an immediate reaction – it usually comes up to let you know that something is off – something is wrong that needs your attention right away. Anger is your friend when it’s telling you that there’s some aspect of a situation that’s isn’t good for you and is contributing to your experience of unhappiness.

Healing Hate and UnhappinessYes, you read that right! I’ll repeat it – anger is a very useful emotion when it motivates you to get centered and take productive action to change something that’s causing you harm. It gives you the energy to pull yourself out of complacency and disloyalty to your own highest good.

The I Ching talks about these kinds of situations in the text of Hexagram #36 Censorship:
“…in areas of personal and spiritual development, this situation can help you learn to accept times of evil. If one attempts to aggressively deny or ignore evil, then evil is often nurtured in one form or another. Good and evil are as much a part of the cosmos as night and day. It is much easier to develop a sound character once evil is acknowledged and accepted as part of the world. ~ The I Ching Workbook, R. L. Wing

The trick to navigating anger is what you do with it after the heat of the moment. Do you use that energy to go for the results you really want or do you get stuck in it? Does hate take control over you?

Hate is stuck anger hardened into a whole belief system and feedback loop.

People like to bond with each other through hate, because it’s easy to feel justified when we can get others to agree with us.

We fixate our attention on the object of our hate and send angry thoughts toward it, thinking that somehow doing so will make it go away and ease our suffering. We generalize about people and refuse to accept that there might possibly be anything good about the object of our hate. We revel in the energy boost that anger creates and narcissists are especially good at taking advantage of that group energy.

Simply put, when we let our anger harden into hate, we get caught in a powerful collective feedback loop and miss the opportunity to transform a harmful situation for the better.

Resources for Healing Hate

There’s an old saying, “What I believe about you, I awaken within you.” To understand that better, compare the thought to “what I put out, comes back to me.”

These are the premises of the Law of Reciprocity, or Karma.

Karam and Healing Hate

If I buy into the idea that what I put out comes back to me at all, it would be pretty hard on me if I were to put out that any particular group of people are lying, cheating, dangerous, predators!

That kind of generalization simply is not helpful. Not only is it untrue, it would also cause me to:

  • Bind myself to the “lie” even more strongly
  • Cheat myself out of a lot of potential friends and supporters
  • Create dangerous situations for myself by feeding the seeds of violence in myself and others and,
  • Stamp out my own potential to be happy.

Yet returning hate for more hate is how the feedback loop gets maintained. When will we decide to stop feeding this self-perpetuating trap and step out of it?

Just to clarify what we mean by karma here –
Karma = Cause & Effect
i.e. I have a thought. I make a decision. I act on the decision.
Whatever I have followed through on has natural consequences.
Cause & Effect = Karma.

Since 2001, I have been developing and using the Intuitive Learning Circles with Reiki, Energy Healing, Hypnotherapy and practical shamanic practices to optimize my own spiritual growth and assist others in finding their way through the maze of our collective dysfunction.

This collection of Mind Exercises and Transformation Games is devoted to helping us to find a way out of this karmic bind.

Healing the Emotional Roots of Hate

How can we transform the stress and suffering that comes with the mindset of hate? I suggest that we start by enhancing our inner guidance. After all, we don’t want to run off in the heat of our anger and do something that is actually hurtful to us!

Take a few minutes with this Circle to breathe and relax. Calm your senses and bring them into balance. Some may be turned up too high and some may be too low.

Take some deep breaths and let your shoulders drop. Adjust the volume to perceive your situation clearly. Notice how that calms you emotionally. Do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body to achieve greater mind body integration.


Mind Body Integration

Mind Body IntegrationThe Intuitive Learning Circles work best when you look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.

Why? Because the brain and the body communicate with each other through one set of channels when you are uncrossed and another set when you are crossed. If you can’t get the information one way, you might be able to get it in the other. The same goes for making corrections – we want whatever correction is needed to be made all of the time, not just some of the time.

If you try this, and it still doesn’t work, you may have an internal conflict or fixation that’s interfering with cognitive function. Not to worry. If that happens, scroll back up to the Conflicts and Fixations image above and relax into it.


Healing Hate: Releasing Agreements and Social Contracts

Next, I suggest that we release our agreement to hold the energy of hate in our nervous systems, as if it’s helpful to us! Don’t forget that many agreements to hate are based on social contracts from our ancestral, cultural and religious lines. Look at the Soul Contract Circle and imagine that you can mindfully send the symbol all the way up and down your spine, unlocking harmful agreements as you go:

“I gently release my nervous system from the binding energy of hate.”

“I release any agreement I have to buy into the energy and mindset of extremism and hate. I unlock ancestral chains that bind me. I release any vow I’ve taken to keep the destructive fires burning.”

“I release any ancestral/societal agreement I have to plant emotional distress and hatred in the ground or try to process it myself.

It’s time to stop perpetuating negativity in myself or Mother Earth. I now choose to create peaceful prosperity and understanding.”

Then, be more specific. Use the same Circle in a different way to identify and release agreements to hold hatred towards different people, groups or organizations that you feel are wrong. There are far more productive energies to use that will be more helpful to you, like a gentle violet flame.

If you’re willing, go through each item on your list with these positive affirmations:

“I release all my agreements to hate __________________.” (how people act, how hard my job is, how stuck I feel, etc.)

“I pull my energy back and release my agreements to react out of violence, resentment or revenge.”

“I release all agreements to mobilize the destructive energies of hate. I utilize gentler and more productive energies to manifest my highest good.”

Don’t forget to release any agreement to hate yourself! It’s amazing how much energy you can free up by doing this.

There are other agreements we can change to help us navigate out of the maze.

The out-dated system of the Patriarchy currently affirms that only certain classes of people are heard, respected. Release your agreements with that system and set up new agreements to organize around healthy and prosperous dealings in the New Paradigm that include balanced prosperity, equality and personal responsibility.

Agreements and Healing Hate

 

Another agreement to change would be to source your responses from a place of gratitude and joy, rather than from a fearful, greedy or vengeful place.

“I release agreements to source from fear, greed or revenge.”

“I decide Source from Gratitude and Joy.”

 

This symbol from Soul Prayer Charts helps you to interface with your environment more efficiently. Most of us need assistance in making the transition from the old paradigm of Water (Piscean Age) to the New Paradigm of Air (Aquarian Age). Relax and close down all heavy or destructive energy channels that your mind or body may still be open and vulnerable to.

“I close down harsh and harmful energy channels from the status quo.”

“I am open to generative Life Force to manifest improved health, happiness and communication channels.”

Healing hate requires a lot of change and in this new energy, it’s important that we be gentle with ourselves and take the time we need to integrate safely.

Healing the Karmic Roots of Hate:

More answers to the question: How do we relieve the stress and suffering that comes with the mindset of hate?

In Resources for Healing Hate, we explored what’s involved with freeing your heart and mind from the grip of hatred and now you have chosen to Kuan Yin’s Transformation Game: Liberation from the Karmic Roots of Hate to get even more centered and find out what would work better for you.


LIBERATION from the Karmic Roots of Hate.

How can you sort yourself out of the roots of hate compassionately? Especially if you’re a good Samaritan or employed in one of the helping professions, confusion around hateful attitudes can easily escalate into dramas of monumental proportions.

Without even realizing it, you can get seriously off track from priorities that are vital to your health and well-being. Plus, it can happen so quickly, you might not even notice it until you’re up to your eyeballs in confusing and toxic emotions!

Step #1: Unearthing the True Cost of Hatred.

Find out what’s going on for you, now. As you look at the Circle below, ask your gut instinct: 

“Am I internalizing someone else’s problem?”

“Am I being dumped on?”

“Is my power being compromised?”

“Am I letting someone else’s expectations take over?”

“Am I living someone elses life?”

“Are harmful attitudes interfering with my health and well-being?”

If the answer is yes to any of those questions, use the Circle to gently begin a process of separating yourself from the roots of hate. Is there a number between 1 and 42 from The Essential Human that needs some extra help? Does a symbol from Divine Nate Activated come up with a number between 1 – 73?

 

You’ll want to feel like you’re centered in your solar plexus area.

Again, if you need help from The Essential Human, keep asking from numbers between 1 and 42 and make corrections until you feel completely centered.

 

 

Expel any harmful and toxic energies that may have accumulated in your solar plexus or Third Chakra.

Step 2: Choose to Empower Love Over Hate.

They say that misery loves company. With this exercise you are being given a choice to go another way – by creating a feedback loop for Love and Compassion. If a connection with Love is what you’d like to choose, spend a few minutes to connect with your heart center. 

You may want to put your right hand on your heart center to feel your breath and heart beat.

 

Your heart connects you with your true Source of Power.

“I empower my connection with Love.”

 

Step #3: Utilize the Elements Properly to Help You.

Water was the predominant style of energy flow in the old paradigm or Piscean Age. Air is now the dominant element in the Aquarian Age, or the New Paradigm. The Water element moves slower than the Air element and requires more effort to shift direction and transform. Attitudes that are processed through Water are far more easily misconstrued, diverted, ambiguous, distorted and wishy-washy than those that are processed through Air.

If you have a desire to be free of the roots of hate and head in a direction that will bring you greater happiness, you will want to renegotiate how you process emotions and attitudes.

Stagnant Water VS. Clear, Fresh Water

When water doesn’t move, it gets STAGNANT, apathetic and toxic. This stagnant condition relates to our current social “stuckness” in attitudes like apathy, resistance, self-pity and laziness.

You would be wise to release your agreements to utilize such a stagnant energy flow. This DNA symbol can help you release your tendencies on an epigenetic level.. Relax into it with this affirmation:

“I am empowered to dissolve the aspects of dread and inadequacy from the Element of Water.”

 

Instead, make a conscious choice to activate a new relationship with the Element of Water – fresh and purified to offset the imbalances and SHOCKING effects of past indifference and abuse.

With this DNA symbol, you can open up to and make an actual adjustment in how you utilize this blessed and precious resource.

“I ask for assistance from the pure life force energy of the Element of Water in all aspects of my life.”

 

Step #4: Choose to Utilize Generative Energy Flow.

The adjustments we need to make won’t just happen on their own. It will help to be proactive and intentional with what you want to set up for yourself to replace the destructive energy and roots of hate.

“I close down all harmful energy channels.”
I am open and clear to receive generative life force.”

The Divine Protection symbol provides an interface and filter to assist us in making the functional transition from the old paradigm of Water (Piscean Age) to the New Paradigm of Air (Aquarian Age). It is helpful to gradually integrate all energy systems with Generative Life Flow.
Finish by sealing and healing any heavy or destructive energy channels that might still be open to the energy of hate and “install” this filter.

Divine Protection

“I connect with healthy channels of communication for my highest good.”

 

Step #5: Release Conditioning to Sacrifice Your Wellbeing.

The out-dated system of the Patriarchy currently holds the space for quite a bit of greed and hatred. You can release your agreements with that system and create healthier circumstances in the New Paradigm that include Common Ground for balanced prosperity, equality and personal responsibility.

“I release hidden agreements with the Patriarchal imprint and choose to ground in the New Paradigm.” 

“I release agreements to source from or ground in the patriarchal imprint.”
“I now organize around and ground in the Common Good.”

 

Once you feel that shift in awareness, use this Soul Prayer Chart for the Element of Earth to release any outdated agreement that contributes to the problem of being stuck in old ways of being disloyal to yourself.

“I uproot any conditioning to tap into the roots of hate in any way.”

“I unearth all patterns of being a dumping ground of any kind for other people.”

“I dig up the old dumping grounds where I have allowed others to dump and send the debris to the Light for purification.”

“I uproot my conditioning to let other people or their agendas to get in the way of my own higher good.”

“I detach from toxic emotions, unrealistic expectations or harmful attitudes and send them to the Light.”

 

 

Civilized people have long been disconnected from the powerful energy of the Earth and, in most cases have used her mostly as a resource to be exploited or as a dumping ground. Increase your personal power by establishing a healthy connection with this Earth Chakra Key: 

“I place my feet on the Earth to empower my Earth connection.”

“I release any hidden agreements to disrespect or abuse my Earth connection.”

“I detach from doing or supporting things that harm my relationship with the Earth.”

“I discharge any interference or destructive energy patterns that obstruct a natural and beneficial connection with the Earth.”

 

Step #6: Prepare Your Root Chakra to Detach from the Roots of Hate.

When you feel ready, you can stabilize and clear the energy in your First Chakra, which is also known as the Root Chakra.

“I discharge any destructive energies that interfere with a healthy, generative flow of life force.”
“I seal and heal any leakages that drain my life force using Divine Protection.”

 

Continue with this Reiki Star Key for your Root Chakra to help you expel harmful energies that keep pulling you back to the karmic roots of hate.

“I uproot my connection to the attachments and roots of hate so I can establish a healthy sense of wellbeing.”

Take all the time you need and scroll back and forth between these symbols until you feel complete.

 

Step#7: Release the Karmic Seeds of Hate.

In the Intuitive Learning Circle method, Karma refers to thoughts, decisions and actions that you’ve followed through on. In other words, Cause and Effect. This could mean either personal actions made or group karma that you’ve participated in. That’s quite a puzzle to sort out!

Use this Reiki Chakra Key to gently open up and detach from other people’s karma and whatever negative path they’re heading down. 

Imagine you can sort through and release any karmic paths that are not part of your path. Wait until you feel positive about the path you’re heading down and that your Soul is directing you.

 

Next, use Seed Medicine to imagine you can sort through and release any seeds of karma that contribute to the situation you’re dealing with. Include any group karma that may have come through ancestral, religious, political or societal connections.

Once the entangled karma feels  cleared, you can gently release any karmic seeds of your own that are weighing heavily and need to be purified.

Gently, release them to the Light by forgiving yourself for any mistakes, miscommunications or mis-understandings that may have caused them.

 

Step #8: Make New Choices.

Once the old seeds are cleared, you are ready to plant seeds that would help to heal the wounds of hate and create something different as an expression of Love.

Use the Garden Medicine to help you locate your own personal and sacred garden that lives in your heart. What would you prefer to grow there?

 

Plant seeds that would empower living in balance with Nature in the New Paradigm.

In this new environment based on Common Ground, having integrity in thought, word and deed will help us move beyond hate and work with the Earth in the best way that we can.

If you agree, plant seeds that will help you manifest good health, genuine happiness and balanced prosperity in the New Paradigm.

 

Step#9: Integrate Sacred Feminine Principles.

Use Kuan Yin’s Mandala for Balanced Prosperity to help you reorganize your intentions. Lovingly plant life affirming karmic seeds for everything you would need to prosper and grow in the New Paradigm!

Step #10: Clear the Underlying Blueprints that Support Hatred.

We all have family patterns and conditioning that contribute to our tendencies to get caught up in all of this. You can use this symbol to identify mental and emotional blueprints in your unconscious mind and clear them. Just imagine the entangled thoughts, attitudes, expectations and emotions are like a massive cloud of curses that are being released to the Light.

 

If you’ve been internalizing anything, have you let it go yet?

If not, imagine you can open up and release whatever it is to the Light.

You may also need to go back to Step 4 or 5 and close unhealthy energy channels from the old paradigm.

 

Step #11: Close the Energetic Pathways to Suffering.

Now you’re ready to seal and heal the pathways that have been connecting us to the feedback loop of hatred.

“I close the pathways that lead back to hate.”
“All holes are sealed and healed.”
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

Congratulations!

You’ve given yourself some freedom from the roots of hate. Go out and take a walk in Nature, stretch or play a word game. Relaxing will help you to integrate what you’ve learned.

Negative Thoughts That Keep You Stuck

Many people are feeling stuck and unhappy because they’re trying to control or avoid negative thoughts they’re having about themselves and the world around them.

The object of this mind exercise is to clear basic misconceptions about our negative thoughts and how “real” we think they are.

Negative Thoughts that Keep You StuckYou know the kind of thoughts we’re talking about – the ones that keep running through our minds again and again until we think we’re going to go batty! Or the kind that we just want to push away. The more we fight them or stuff them, the stronger they become until they start running our lives.

The truth is, thoughts are only concepts and have no power unless we give it to them. So, in the simplest terms, whenever we try to fight, control or sweep negative thoughts under the carpet, we are actually causing ourselves more suffering.

An example would be when you’re struggling with an event or something someone said and are spending a lot of time trying to figure out why you’re feeling so upset by it. Another example would be a repetitive need to prove that whatever happened was wrong.

The Compulsion to Repeat Negative Thoughts Fosters a Negative Karmic Loop

Negative Thoughts & Negative KarmaBy rerunning the conflict over and over in our minds, we feed a karmic feedback loop and continue to suffer as if that memory were actually existing now in the present. Perhaps it helps us to feel justified in our position, even though simply letting it go would give our minds more room to focus on things we actually want to have happen, which would help us be happier.

By giving a memory or a thought that amount of power, we actually limit ourselves and stay locked into the past. Our decisions and projections become fixated and immovable. This preoccupation with how real we think our thoughts are actually cause us to miss opportunities to be present and happy. Life energy or chi’ gets diverted and used to feed negativity, rather than our true potential.

Focus your thoughts on what makes you happy ~

When you can change your focus, your mind has the room integrate any positive changes that have taken place and decide what you like about them and what you want to continue or discontinue. In essence, you are creating an opening for happiness. Of course, you will still need to take action on those new thoughts! However, when you continually think negative thoughts about what you’re unhappy or dissatisfied with, you’re mentally digging yourself into an even deeper karmic cycle of dissatisfaction and unhappiness.

If it feels like something like this is going on in your mind, you might like to try playing a simple Mind Exercise using the Intuitive Learning Circles to help you loosen the grip of painful, repetitive thoughts and let go on a DNA level so that you can use your energy to fuel happiness rather than suffering.

Gently gaze at each Circle one at a time and consider the question or affirmation that goes with it. The process helps you to become aware of what kind of thinking is bothering you and make a different choice about it by relaxing and letting go.

Mind Body Integration

Mind Body IntegrationFor best results, look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.

 


Step 1:

Give yourself permission to relax with #49 Old Sol for a moment and get some help from your Higher Self that will give you distance from a negative thought, experience or memory that’s taking up a lot of space in your mind. 

Old Soul

Notice how easy it is to “rerun” this thought process over and over again and how it never really takes you anywhere positive or productive.

 

If something like that is happening, your mind has become blocked by a fixation. Luckily, this next Circle can help you release the feedback loop and take a gentler approach to what’s bothering you. Take several relaxing breaths while gazing softly at the Circle. Imagine all the lines softening or melting. Use deep relaxing breaths to help you.  

“I imagine that the block is loosening and the thoughts in it are moving around differently.”

Once the thoughts start moving, you may notice a whole constellation of related thoughts and feelings about yourself or others in the background.  Take several more minutes and let them start moving differently too.

Continue breathing and softening until the negative energy has stopped.

 

Since your chakras are wheels of light that facilitate the inward and outward movement of energy that rides on vibration, they are literally part of how our bodies “breathe.” Every organ, gland or joint has a constellation of chakras that brings the vibration of life into that area and releases toxins. That includes toxic thoughts that might be hanging out in your aura or the environment around you. When the motion of a chakra is stuck or withheld, you’ll know because your breathing will stop or become shallow.

Emotional Calm

To remedy this, look at the chart, breathe deeply and imagine that the space around you is actually relaxing and softening.
“I allow all affected chakras to resonate once again with the breath of life.”

You are now in a position to be more objective as you continue to Step 2 of the exercise.

 

Step 2:

Use these affirmations with the Circle below to imagine that you can make room in your mind for more open and positive energy to fill that “head space.”

“I let go of any beliefs that I am stuck, trapped or powerless. I make room for inspiration, self-respect and new ways to think about ‘happiness’ and what that would mean for me.”

Then do the same for the space around you. You don’t have to keep putting up with negative thoughts running around in your space and cramping your style! After all they’re just thoughts and don’t “belong” to anyone.

Imagine those old thoughts are like ashes that you’ve been holding onto. See yourself letting them go now and let the wind blow them up and away. Watch them disappear into the Light.

 

While you continue to relax your body, affirm:

“I tap into helpful, life affirming energy to nourish my mind and thinking processes.”

“I am filling myself and my space with life affirming thoughts and energy.”

“I acknowledge the thoughts and energies that are helpful and recognize those that are harmful.”

 

Keep relaxing and affirm:

“I pull my energy back from harmful memories or experiences so that I can be more objective and learn from them.”

 

“I close down destructive energy channels that are harmful to Life.”

“I open to the generative flow of chi from the Universe and connect with the new, life affirming channels of communication.”

 

Step 3:

As long as we agree with negative and repetitive thoughts, we can’t be open to new visions of who we have the potential to be. See if any of these suggested affirmations will help you to free up your mind:

“I release any agreement to buy into or uphold blockages to my happiness.”
“I release any agreement that these thoughts define who I am or what I can do.”
“I let go of harmful agreements with anyone involved with these thoughts.”
“I let go of any agreements I have to be controlled by others.”

“My new agreements are to live in the present and love who I truly am, etc.”
“I reclaim my power and free will. I protect myself.”
“I look for, find and utilize productive, workable solutions that nourish me.”
“I am a kind and powerful person who _____________.”

 

Step 4:

The next few symbols are from “Divine Nature Activated” and will provide us with epigenetic healing down to our DNA. The key is to relax as much as possible while looking at each symbol. It can help to imagine an actual DNA strand relaxing, healing and filling up with light – much like this picture.

“I’m ready and willing to sort through what is in my highest good.”

 

“I ask my Soul to assist my consciousness in connecting with genuine Hope.”

 

“I let go of any compulsive need to be right or to keep the conflict going in my own mind.”

“I welcome thoughts that offer positive solutions.”

 

“I ask the Divine to assist me in releasing worry and cynicism over the future.”

“I now keep my senses and my energy focused on the present moment.”

 

“I am a Divine Child of the Universe.
I am beautiful, innocent and trust that I am fully supported.”

Check to see if there are any other symbols needed from Divine Nature Activated to make appropriate corrections.
Ask for numbers between 1 – 73.

 

Step 6:

Connect and empower your ability to follow through by relaxing into this symbol called Divine Connection.

“I am empowered to manifest my highest good out of joy and gratitude.
I exist and what I say and do matters.”

“I connect with the power of joy that comes from my heart.”

 

Step 7:

Notice what’s caught your attention about this exercise. It may be initially confusing. Notice how all the wheels in your mind are going every which way! Take a minute or two to step back and objectively contemplate your situation. Let this Circle help you synchronize those wheels or pull the ones that don’t belong out completely. A question may come to you and if it does, go ahead and ask your question while looking at the Circle, like:

“What’s going on here? What kind of decisions have I been making?”
“Have I decided that things only work in one particular way?”
“What have I been putting out and is that really what I want to get back?”

“I let go of lies and falsehood. I stop trying to figure them out.”
“I let them go and make room in my mind for more positive, productive thoughts.”
“My thoughts and decisions begin to make sense.”
“They fit with each other and my life becomes happier.” 

 

Step 8.

Imagine that all negative thoughts about yourself or others are like a dark cloud that’s now dissolving into a clear, blue sky.

Continue looking at this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints until all clouds are completely gone.

“I dissolve all negative thoughts like a black cloud that dissipates into a clear blue sky.”

Once you’ve done that, make sure you get all the negative attachments. Use the symbol to collapse any drains or channels that lead to or from any group think, herd mentality, conflicts, grudges or curses like old sewage pipes:

“I collapse any other negativity or attachments from other people who might be poisoning me or draining my energy.”

“I deconstruct habitual, negative thoughts and close up any drains that may have been open to them in my energy field.” 

 

Step 9:

Use this Soul Prayer Chart to repair and refocus your auras.

Be sure that you spend all the time you need with it. Your auras are an important part of having good health and protection!


Congratulations!

You’ve just let go of an old mental pattern that’s been sabotaging your happiness and prosperity for a long time. After you’ve rested, you may want to go through this mind exercise again around other negative thoughts or memories that are troubling you. Be sure to take good care of yourself though by drinking enough water, etc. It’s always wise to be gentle with ourselves when integrating personal growth.
