How to ADAPT and Come From a Grounded Place in the New Paradigm ~

Many of us are aware that our environment has a lot to do with how well we’re feeling and how easy or difficult it is to come from a grounded place. That’s especially so when we need to communicate or move forward in a genuinely productive way! The energy of the Cosmos is changing radically and we are being called to ADAPT to a new paradigm based on common ground.

Come From a Grounded Place

If you feel like you or your environment are:

  • Ungrounded
  • Overwhelmed by too much stuff
  • Disorganized and confused
  • Unstable, unsafe or explosive
  • Juggling too many things
  • Unproductive – going around in circles
  • A magnet attracting negative energies.

Directions: Confirm this is the best formula for you with the SOS Symbol.

Find a quiet place to sit in the center of your space, where you won’t be disturbed for about twenty minutes. Make sure both of your feet are firmly planted on the floor. Begin by reading the first message and then gaze gently at the Circle or chart that goes with it for approximately two minutes. A longer or shorter time may be necessary. Let yourself breathe and relax as much as possible. Don’t worry if the images move around or change in any way. That just means the Circles are working to help you and your environment to come into balance with each other and ground.

Some emotions may come up and when that happens always visualize the heaviness moving up, out and towards the Sun. You may intuitively feel that an object in the space should be moved or removed completely. Trust your instincts. Give yourself permission to let go of anything that could keep you stuck in the old paradigm.

Feel free to cross or uncross your arms whenever you intuitively feel you need to!


It helps to know that you can close down many harmful energies that may be running rampant through your body, mind and space.

Divine Protection

Keep this symbol handy to help you identify and close down life-destructive energy channels from the old paradigm. Keep in mind that those energy channels could be found within you or in your space.

Once they are closed, you’ll find that it’s much easier to clear your mind and be open to the generative life force (chi) that we look for in Feng Shui.

In Chinese, Feng Shui means wind water. These are the two elements that move energy for creating life when they are in balance. When they’re out of balance, they can create all kinds of destructive energy patterns – poltergeists, sudden reversals, collapse of protection and stagnancy – just to name a few. Needless to say, the energy channels from the old paradigm are very much out of balance and are creating quite a bit of instability for everyone.

The bottom line is – the sooner we can come from a grounded place in the New Paradigm – based on common ground, the better!

Connection
  1. Begin by relaxing while you softly gaze at this Key. Use the following affirmation:

“I choose to relax and open up to my true potential.”

 

Presence 

2. Take some more time to breathe deeply.
Pay special attention to those places in your body where you are feeling pain or discomfort.
Consciously send your breath to those places and let them relax.
Stretch if you need to. Open and close your hands. Notice the time and the space around you.

“I am fully present in the New Paradigm.”

Mind Body IntegrationScroll back up to Divine Protection and take a few moments to consciously close down any harmful energy channels in your body or your space.

Do it both crossed and uncrossed over the center line of your body.

 

Receptivity

3. Ask for peace and harmony to come into your heart and awareness.

Consciously move your energy out of your head and pull it down into your heart and solar plexus area.

Old Soul

Once you feel the shift, close down harmful energy channels again. The more relaxed you are, the better this works.

 

Balance

4. You don’t need to be perfect or be everything to everyone.

Could you be holding onto something that doesn’t belong to you or open to something that’s not yours to fix? If so, resolve to let any baggage go and send it to the Light.

You are responsible for yourself and only your part of the situation. What is your part? Shut down any energy channels that are irrelevant or distracting you.

 

Coherence

5. What you do matters and it’s important that you take good care of yourself.  Focus your energy on getting grounded. When you get grounded, you have a positive effect on those around you.

“I pull myself together and get grounded.”

What makes sense to do? What would be genuinely helpful in this situation? Is there something you can do to be genuinely helpful to others?

 

Nourishment

6. To do this effectively, you need a strong connection to a generative life force. You need to take care of yourself and able to ask for help. Go back to your heart and listen to it beating – nice and steady. Affirm to yourself:

“I call on my Spirit to help me get in balance.”

“I am connected and aligned with my highest good.”

Take all the time you need with this.

 

Self-care

7. What else do you need to help you take good care of yourself?

Make a list so you can remember.

 

Change

8. Do you have old intentions or agendas you need to change? You can find them by examining your life and asking yourself, “what’s been working and what hasn’t been working?”

Are you willing to let go of things that are not working?

Release any agreements to hold on.

“I’m willing and able to let go and make the changes necessary for me now.”

 

Realization

9. Keep looking at the Circle while you relax and think of something that you love very much.

Have you been jeopardizing things that matter to you? If you have, what can you do to set it right?

Make note of the ideas that come to you.

 

Clean Up

9. Use this Circle to sweep any confusion or clutter out of your mind and send the debris up to the Sun. In your mind’s eye, sweep it all away!

Notice how much better your body feels when your mind gets clear.

 

REDIRECT

10. Imagine that your Spirit can gently take you by your heart and head. Let it turn you around – toward the direction of your highest good.

Allow a generative flow of life affirming energy to circulate through your body.

 

DECISION

11. Use this Circle to help you close the door on all that clutter and confusion.

Choose to close the doors and seal the leaks as if they were never there.

You probably feel much clearer now.

 

Inner Guidance

12. Take some deep breaths and move your body around again. Let your shoulders drop. Listen to that calm, gentle voice that comes from your heart. What is it telling you?

Old Soul

 

New BeginningS

Allow a generative energy to begin in your solar plexus. Feel it moving up into your heart and let it fill up your entire body – all the way to your fingertips. You are creating a new template for a new beginning.

 

Closure

13. Gaze at this symbol and close harmful energy channels that may still be open from all ten directions of the Feng Shui Grid: north, northeast, east, southeast, south, southwest, west, northwest – above and below.

“I close down all harmful energy channels.”

Repeat all directions with this intention: “My mind is open and clear to receive generative life force.”

Remember that the need to unify in common ground is real! The changes are taking place over time and you will likely need to do this exercise repeatedly. Take yourself for a gentle walk in nature or have a soak in a hot bath with Epsom/Sea Salts to cleanse yourself.

A Soul Oriented Solutions Formula: Self-care for Grief ~

Many people are experiencing deep levels of grief and mourning over events happening both near and far. Feelings of anxiousness, distress and even PTSD can come on suddenly and be very overwhelming. What are some things that can bring some relief and self-care for grief?

This brief exercise from RESOLVE uses affirmations and the Intuitive Learning Circles™ to quickly help you when you are:

  • Grieving
  • Recovering from abuse – past or present
  • Dealing with a serious or long-term illness
  • Preparing for surgery
  • Coming to terms with tragedy, loss or death.

Here’s an example of how the Circles can help you relax:

“I bring my senses into balance.”

“I focus them so that I can feel calmer and more aware of what’s important.”

“I use them to help me be more aware of where I am and what I’m doing.”

“I focus on thoughts and actions that are in my best interest.”

 

Next, you can begin self-care for grief by allowing this Soul Prayer Chart to help you reclaim your connection to Creator and Soul through your heart center. It can help to put both feet flat on the floor and place your hands on your heart with this first symbol. Simply gaze softly at the image while you contemplate the positive affirmations that go with it for for a minute or so. Relax and breathe. Here’s some suggestions:

“I reclaim my power and fill my heart with courage, faith and determination.”


Strong emotions or insights may come up. The image may move, rotate, vibrate or change color. Don’t worry. That happens sometimes. It just means they are working to help you feel better.
Once the energy calms down a bit, you can move on to the remaining Circles with each of their affirmations to complete the process.

You might want to journal some of your thoughts so that you can speak with a trusted counselor or friend about what comes up. So, get out some paper and something to write with as you go through the steps.

Step One: Asking for Help

Breathe in deeply, all the way to your belly while you look at this Circle and then exhale. Breathe in through your nose, if you can. Do that several times.

If you could ask for something that would help you feel better, what would that be?

 

Step Two – Support

Imagine that you can bring healing and release into all parts of your body, mind and spirit while you continue to breathe and gaze softly with this next symbol.

Step Three ~ Peace

What do you think is the main difficulty or burden you’re dealing with right now?
Are you ready to let go of that burden and find a solution? 
If not, why not? Be sure to respect your process.

 

 

Step Four – Release

Where are you holding tension?

You can release the tension around anything that’s bothering you right now. Your shoulders are dropped. Your jaw is relaxed. Rub them if you like. Keep melting the tension until it’s all gone.

 

Step Five – Soul Vision

Consider what your Soul would tell you about this situation. Connect with the Love that comes from within as much as you are able to. Allow your heart to open to it.

 

Step Six – Remove Your Burdens

Imagine that you can send all those burdens to where ever they need to go to resolve themselves. Imagine the heaviness lifting up and off of you.

You have done the best that you can under the circumstances.

 

Step Six – Rebalance

Breathe again.
Feel a calmness coming over you.
You feel calmer and calmer with every breath.

 

Step Seven – Cleansing

Send away any illness or pain that you’re experiencing. Send it to the Sun or wherever it needs to go to heal.

 

Step Eight – Faith

Fill yourself with strength and the knowledge that you are loved. 

 

 Let yourself rest now. You might feel tired or sad. That’s okay. It means that you’re feeling safe enough to really let go and rest.

Resolving Shock and Confusion

This mind exercise uses the Intuitive Learning Circle method for resolving shock when you are:

  • Unable to relax tension or feelings of anticipated trouble
  • Caught in a blank or fixed state of mind
  • Waking up at night worried, with obsessive thoughts
  • Reliving painful experiences
  • Alternately feeling trapped and shattered.

Any person involved in a traumatic event could experience disorientation, numbness, mental confusion or fragmentation. They might even disconnect and leave their body. This includes people who are witness to traumatic experiences in some way. These are all ways that the unconscious mind protects us during a traumatic event.

Resolving Shock and ConfusionSometimes people who’ve experienced a shocking event will tell you that they’re fine and not to worry about them. That’s because one of the main symptoms of being in shock is not being aware of being in shock. Why is that? During a shock, the mind goes blank as a form of protection.

Contrary to popular opinion, having a shock response is not a sign of spiritual weakness. It is a physiological event. Nevertheless, if the person doesn’t get a chance to get grounded in their body again – or if they’re not able to – serious problems may develop. Blocked energy and a constant state of fight or flight takes its toll over time. Statements like: “I can’t think straight,” “my life was shattered” or “I feel disconnected” describe the experience of shock.

If any of the above seems familiar, you can go through this mind exercise step by step to help you access your own innate healing abilities and bring yourself back into balance.

Simply follow the directions and see if you can free up some of the confusion and conflict that comes from shock. Here’s an example of how it works:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I focus them to be present and aware of my body.”

“I use them to become aware of my environment and what’s important to me right now.”

“I focus on actions that benefit my well-being and happiness.”

Resolving Shock and Confusion

Step One:

Take several deep breaths and relax while you look at this Circle that releases shock and inner conflict.

Imagine you can use it to focus in on a conflict or rigid thought that’s blocking your way. If your mind is blank, focus on how “blank” it is. You may get a conscious image or message, or you may not.

Once you have a sense that your mind has found the blockage, imagine you can send a beam of light directly to it. Allow your laser beam to break up the fixation until it’s gone.

Check for other blockages or conflicts that you can do the same with.

Step Two:

The next step is to bring your senses into balance so that you can see and hear things without the distortion that often accompanies shock.

As you breathe deeply, let this Circle help you to adjust the volume and pitch of your senses to just the right level for you.

Soon you will be able to hear that “calm, gentle voice” inside that reminds you about what matters the most to you:

“I see things as they really are. My senses are balanced.”

“I reconnect with what matters the most.”

Step Three:

If your gut feels tight or uncomfortable, use this Circle to help you relax in your solar plexus and get back into balance there. Your solar plexus is that soft place in your belly where your ribs go up. 

Just take a nice breath and feel it relax as you say to yourself:

“It’s safe. I feel safe and more relaxed with every breath.”

Step Four:

Sometimes a person who’s coming out of shock will be disoriented and feel a bit “out of their body.” In case that’s happening with you, take a few minutes to consciously bring yourself back into your body.

“I am at home in my heart. I am inside myself.”

You can open and close your hands. Move your fingers and wiggle your toes around. Notice the time and where you are. These actions all help whenever you’re resolving shock.

Step Five:

The next thing is to make sure you’re grounded. Without proper grounding, you could be flying all over the place, wasting your time and not getting anything constructive done. That’s the last thing you want. What you decide to do matters now more than ever.

Let this Circle for grounding on the Earth help you. Place both feet on the ground and your hands on each knee while you use these affirmations:

“I uproot whatever is confusing me.”

“I decide to get grounded. The Earth supports me.”

Take all the time you need with this.

Step Six:

Oftentimes, resolving shock and confusion requires a change in priorities. There may be certain plans, ideas or habitual patterns that make you feel trapped or confused. You can use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to help you identify them and dissolve whatever is confusing you.

Simply imagine that the negative patterns in your mind are like dark clouds or a jumbled maze of lines, dead ends and cages.

Once you have the image, bring the pure light of the Sun in and dissolve the maze completely.

You’ll know that you’re done when you can see yourself standing in a beautiful open field with clear blue skies all around.

Step 7:

Be sure to seal and heal any holes, leaks or openings in your energy field. Leaky energy may open you up to danger or allow harmful energies to attach to you. It can also leave you feeling drained and exhausted.

As you gaze at the Circle, imagine harmful leaks and openings are closing as if they were never there.

“All holes are healed and sealed.”

“I follow the protection of healthy direction.”

Step 8.

To finish this exercise, let your heart recover. This Circle will help you to balance your heart energy and clear away any residual heaviness. Breathe deeply and take your time.

“I feel the heaviness lifting up out of my heart.”

“I let it go and send it to the Sun where it can be transformed.”

“I choose to be happy and healthy.”

Thank yourself for taking the time today for resolving shock. By releasing it now, you can prevent more than you know!

When you’re finished, consider taking a nice walk outside. Nothing grounds you like being in Nature after a shock.

I’ve learned from experience that what others may call a disease or disability can become the foundation for brilliance, innovation and thinking outside the box.

I was raised in a time before ADD, ADHD or Dyslexia were considered diseases. In the fifties and early sixties, kids like me didn’t have learning difficulties, we were simply labelled slow, troublemakers or stupid. Judging from the amount of time I spent in the principle’s office, I was probably put into the troublemaker category pretty early on!

Learning Difficulties - Left HandedI remember when I was just beginning to learn how to write my name in cursive. I was trying to figure out which hand worked better making all those loops and curly-ques. While experimenting with my left hand, my second grade teacher came over to me and plucked the pencil right out of my hand. “You don’t want to use that hand,” she barked, “only bad people are left handed.”

I didn’t like that teacher much (for obvious reasons) so, at that moment I made a decision. I was going to be left-handed just to spite her! To this day, I am quasi-ambidextrous – I write with my left hand and do just about everything else with my right.

Similarly, I had learning difficulties getting my b’s and d’s right. They always seemed to get mixed up in my mind. I was restless in class because I had trouble concentrating and following what the teacher said was unbearable to me. In my early 20’s I even experienced stuttering because I literally couldn’t think of anything to say when in conversation. My mind would go completely blank, which was humiliating to me.

I know that most of the time, advice from teachers, family and friends was meant to help. They just couldn’t understand why I had learning difficulties or what to do about them. Unfortunately, having a mind that’s wired differently meant that techniques that worked well for others, didn’t work well for me.

Much later in life, I started to accept that doing things the way that other people did them just wasn’t going to work for me. I was eventually forced to accept that my learning difficulties had to do with early childhood trauma when a family crisis put me into a full-fledged case of PTSD.

It took me quite a while to get my bearings again, but once I decided that it was okay to be different, outside of the approval of my family, my life took a sharp turn for the better. I stopped beating myself up and started to embrace the things that came naturally to me. I went into bodywork and somatic education together with hypnotherapy and mind/body energy work. I began to experience a satisfaction and success that I had never known before. Finally, I was allowing the way I was wired to lead me into exciting new fields of discovery and innovation!

I set to work learning about and putting together techniques from many different disciplines to help me and my clients, many of whom were highly sensitive people with similar learning difficulties. I developed a whole system of tools for better focus and concentration using muscle testing. I’ve also found that they can help with emotional healing, reducing stress and providing a way to activate advanced states of intuition and creativity.

How To Develop Healthy Boundaries

SOS Self-care Formula #4: Develop Healthy Boundaries

SOS - Develop Healthy BoundariesMany people, especially those who are highly sensitive or empathic, want to learn how to develop healthy boundaries because they are so open to thoughts and energies coming from other people. Sometimes those thoughts get attached in their minds and spin around, causing a great deal of discomfort.

If the pathways remain open, all kinds of trouble (karma, issues, illness or confusion) can pass back and forth between people without their awareness. If left unchecked, this type of attachment can eventually manifest in negativity, sudden and mysterious illnesses, mental confusion, issues with prosperity or chronic states of overwhelm.

It’s a valuable skill to know how to shift your energy and Develop Healthy Boundaries.

Self-care Formula #4 from SOS – Soul Oriented Solutions uses affirmations and the Intuitive Learning Circles to help you learn to consciously close off the pathways to busy or negative thoughts and shift into a more positive mindset. Here’s an example of how it works. Simply gaze softly at the Circle while you contemplate each of these positive affirmations:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I focus them to be present and aware of appropriate boundaries.”

“I use them to become aware of intrusive thoughts, attachments, illness and confusion so that I can let them go.”

“I focus on a hopeful future and productive actions that will benefit my health and happiness.”

Use Develop Healthy Boundaries when you are:

  • Agitated or feeling out of sync
  • Distressed by recent news
  • Getting negative or anticipating hardship
  • Feeling claustrophobic
  • Unable to meditate or sit still
  • Obsessed with a particular person or situation.

Here’s how it works: Find a quiet place if possible, where you won’t be disturbed for about twenty minutes. Follow the sequence of symbols while you read their accompanying instructions. Gaze gently at each Circle for about two minutes. A longer or shorter time may be necessary.

Mind Body Integration

Mind Body IntegrationFor best results, look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.

Let yourself breathe and relax as much as possible. Don’t worry if the images move around or change in any way. That just means the Circles are working and that your mind and body are relaxing.
Be sure to go through the entire formula and at the end, give yourself time to rest and integrate.

Developing a quiet mind and light heart changes your perspective and that makes it easier to accomplish your goals.


Step 1. Begin by consciously breathing in on the count of three and slowly exhaling on the count of five. It’s helpful if you can breathe in through your nose. Do that three or four times while you gently focus on the Circle.
Continue breathing and bring your awareness to your tailbone.

Balance – What do you need to get in balance about?

 

Step 2. Keep breathing with your belly soft and relaxed.
Let your shoulders drop.
Gaze softly at the Circle and imagine you can turn down the feelings or thoughts that are turned up too high, just like the volume on a radio dial. Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed.

Calm – What are some thoughts that relax you? What thoughts give you hope?

 

Step 3. See if you can collect any noisy thoughts or distractions into the center of this Circle. You may sense something like a web or a bunch of strings that have gotten all tangled up with each other. Or, you may get a sense of an open, gaping hole. Whatever it is, bring it all into the center.

Gathering – Are there any distractions to let go of?

 

Step 4. Now that you have all the distractions gathered up, let the next Circle help you close that gaping hole or any other open pathways between you and all those noisy thoughts.
Keep closing the hole until all pathways are completely sealed and healed.

Protection – Is there anything you need to say goodbye to?

 

Step 5. Now you’re ready to shift your attention. Breathe in and exhale. Beauty is everywhere. Consciously turn your attention to it.
Take your time and let the Circle help you call the most majestic, inspiring scene into your mind that you can imagine. Form a mental picture of what it’s like. Imagine the sounds and how it would feel to be there.

Beauty – What is a beautiful place you remember or would like to go to?

 

Step 6. Come back to your breathing again and notice how calming it is.
You can sense the steady rhythm of your heart.
The gentle expansion and contraction of your lungs.
Breathing in and letting go. Learning to trust.

Trust – What do you trust? Could anything be done to increase your sense of trust?

 

Step 7. Give yourself permission to slow down and sense your own energy. Turn your attention to what really matters to you. Can you name what’s most important?
Let the Circle help you lift any falsehood or pressure you may feel right up off of you and send it to the Sun. Without all that pressure, it’s easier to know what your true priorities are.

Intention – What’s important to you now?

 

Step 8. Gather your resources and get present in your body. Put your feet on the ground and feel your connection with the Earth.
If you like, you can stretch or move around in any way that feels good.
Flexing your fingers and toes can really help you become more aware.

Presence – What do you feel in your body?

 

Step 9. Imagine with each new, relaxing breath you are able to fill your heart with compassion and understanding for yourself. You can forgive yourself.
Let any heaviness you feel lift up and out of you.
Dark clouds are dissolving into blue skies and sunlight. Your mind is clear and your heart is filled with courage.

Courage – What is something you can do that expresses love?

 

Step 10. Before you finish this formula, make a commitment to stay centered and follow through on your priorities. Your health and happiness are important.
You can easily deflect foreign energies, other people’s thoughts or expectations.
It’s genuinely joyful to have a quiet mind and a light heart.

Resolution – What other joyful decisions can you make?

 

Step 11.  Use the Circle to help you finish closing any remaining pathways that would lead you back to the noise and distractions of the external world.
Close the doors and seal the leaks – as if they were never there.
You are calm. Your mind is able to rest now.

Completion – How do you feel now?

Be sure to give yourself time to rest and integrate. Now is a good time to take a walk or go out into Nature to help this all settle.

Dispelling Self-doubt and Projections

This exercise, Dispelling Self-doubt is an excerpt from the Soul Oriented Solutions PTSD Workbook by Rheanni Lightwater ~

 Use this mind exercise for dispelling self-doubt when you are:

  • Suddenly overcome with distrust or confusion
  • Sorting out what’s really going on in a relationship
  • Having trouble distinguishing what’s true and what’s not
  • Caught up in the past and need to clear the slate
  • Wanting to let go of thoughts or beliefs that cause you harm.

Dispelling Self-doubt Mind Exercise PTSDIt’s so important to understand that sometimes we’re tapping into a collective fear or the judgements of those around us – even if we’re in a basically healthy situation ourselves. Empathic abilities are more prevalent than most people would have you believe. People are sensitive to each others thoughts and emotions more than ever, and it’s especially easy to tap into negative thoughts that you grew up with as a child because they’re so familiar. Yet, you don’t want to live in the past or under the shadow of other people’s projections.

When making decisions about what’s best for you now, you want to be able to distinguish between a thought or a memory and the reality of what’s really happening in the present.

Dispelling Self--doubt Projection-ReflectionThis self-care formula for Dispelling Self-doubt is here to help you clear away some of those projections and see things more clearly, from your own viewpoint. If your efforts to solve a problem are causing you to become overwhelmed and frustrated, go through this exercise and watch how your perspective changes! By playing, you will get to the bottom of what’s going on and access your intuition, which will give you constructive guidance on how to effectively come to a solution, at least for yourself.

Here’s how it works:
Start with both feet flat on the floor and keep your arms and legs uncrossed. Gaze softly at the Circle in Step One while you repeat the affirmations that go with it for several minutes.
You will probably feel a lot of energy moving while you do this exercise – that’s all right, that means the Circles are working to unlock a fixated pattern and get you ready for the rest of the exercise. You will know you’re done when the energy calms down and you can think clearly. Then you can move on to the remaining Circles with each of their affirmations to complete the process.

Mind Body Integration

Once you’re done, your energy will be more your own and you will have a much clearer idea of what is actually going and what you can do about it.

Be sure to take some time afterward to relax and rest.

Dispelling Self-doubt and Projections

Step One:

Relax and gaze gently at this Soul Circle while you ask yourself this question:
“Is there someone or something in my life today that I don’t trust?”

 

Step Two:

Tune into this Circle to help you identify what is involved.
Who or what is it about? There may be more than issue.
Is this real or a projection?
Is it a memory that seems real to you?

 

Step Three:

Make a mental list of the fears, assumptions and judgements that come to you. Include any beliefs about yourself, others or the situation in general that’s having a negative effect on you. Consider how things are appearing and what’s happened in the past. Is there a pattern of prejudice based on gender roles, status, sexual preferences, levels of experience, intelligence or general abilities?

Examples: Is there something about the physical situation? Is there an emotional component? Are you unclear about your role or responsibilities? When was the last time you felt this way?

“I assume ______. I’m afraid ______. My judgment is ______. I believe ______.”

 

 

Step Four:

Now that you have your list, go back through the answers and ask yourself:

“Are these things really true?”
“Do they have to be this way?”

Whether they are or not, see if you can move them further away from you, so that you can see them more objectively and not take them personally.

 

Step Five:

Imagine that your list of untrue thoughts and beliefs can be gathered up and gently burned until there’s nothing left but ashes. Go ahead and see that happening in your mind’s eye right now…

Now that you’ve burned them up forever, how much more calm is your mind?

 

Step Six:

 Is there any other garbage that needs to be dispelled?

Are you willing to let it go? If so, relax and see it clearing out.

If you’re not willing to let it go, why not?

Is it still serving you in some way?

Would it help to go through the formula again specifically around this garbage?

 

Step Seven:

If the garbage is gone and you feel clear, you’re ready to focus on productive activities that will help you create a happier life.

“I connect with productive thoughts and solutions.”

You may want to make a list of things to do that will help you now.

 

Step Eight.

Focus your attention and energy on these activities, like aiming at a bullseye.

Congratulations!

You have freed yourself from the grip of projections, paranoia and self-doubt. Now would be a good time to explore the possibilities that you’re open to now.

The phrases I use most often when describing what I do are ‘freedom and choice,’ ‘being joyful,’ ‘personal responsibility’, ‘sustainable prosperity’ and ‘clearing the way for your heart’s desire’. During an initial consultation, I’ll want to know what you want to have happen and if I can assist you in getting there. I see my role in the healing process as a teacher who can guide you through some of the more difficult transitions of your life. I offer a safe, learning space for you to discover how powerful and capable you are.

I believe in the innate healing capabilities of the human spirit. When I first began studying the area of self-healing and soul retrieval in 1998, I already had eight years of bodywork experience working with people who had suffered from traumatic experiences. I saw everything from emotional and physical abuse, to sexual abuse and post-traumatic stress. I learned how the body forms patterns of contraction and hyperextension to compensate and protect itself from pain. I found out that the memory of a traumatic event is held in the tissue and perpetuated through stress messages that are routinely sent through the central nervous system like a continuous feedback loop.

It became apparent to me as I worked with ptsd, that most people’s impulses and immediate reactions to situations are based on their past experiences. Bits of important movements and memories become frozen through trauma or shock, leaving the person in a state of amnesia. I also noticed that people with this kind of amnesia can be highly sensitive and often have difficulty following through on their goals and hopes for the future. 

I have observed recurring episodes where physical and mental symptoms would erupt, seemingly without warning. However, these episodes are almost always triggered by an event or person that brings back memories of a past traumatic event. It seems that the mind and body are definitely working together on some unknown level to sabotage any efforts made towards full recovery. 

As a part of my own journey, I have also been working through my own learning disabilities resulting from traumatic early life situations. I have suffered from dyslexia for as long as I could remember. My mind would often go blank and anxiety attacks were frequent and debilitating.

One day, I decided that no matter what, I would find a way to bridge the gap between the limited life I was living and the life I dreamed of having. I decided that I would search every avenue that might bring me into contact with that unknown level where mind and body meet and rectify the damage that had been done. At the time, the books all said that victims of trauma and abuse could never fully recover, that they would at best, just learn to live with it. I wasn’t willing to settle for that answer.

I pursued every modality available to me, including Hypnotherapy, Hanna Somatics, Cranial-sacral Therapy, Structural Integration and dozens of other forms of bodywork. I learned about Homeopathy and put myself in the care of a fine Homeopathic Nurse Practitioner in Los Angeles.

Anything that held promise, I investigated tirelessly. I came into contact with various forms of indigenous healing – Hawaiian, Peruvian, Chinese, Tibetan and Native American – just to name a few. I meditated, learned kinesiology and got attuned to Reiki. In 1998, I began writing about what was working and why. I studied soul retrieval, dreams and symbology, shamanism and theories about the collective unconscious. Each modality was helpful in its own way, yet I kept having trouble holding ground. I would do all right for a while, but then I’d fall back into the same old patterns.

It wasn’t enough for me to just escape from unwanted thoughts and feelings. I had learned that problems cannot be solved from the same mental position they were created from. During intensive shamanic journeys it became clear that a transformation of consciousness was required to get from where I was to where I wanted to be and that my emotional healing was inextricably interwoven with how I was relating to my environment. What I needed was a way to retrain myself to adapt to the changes happening all around me. I needed to be stronger,  more resilient and able to access  inner resources I didn’t know I had. That is when the Intuitive Learning Circles™ came into being and my intuitive abilities came in full force. 

Rheanni Lightwater, Santa Fe Intuitive Using KinesiologyIn 2002, I started working as a medical intuitive at a Naturopathic Detoxing Clinic in Tigard, Oregon that specialized in helping highly sensitive people detox from exposure to harmful chemicals, electro-magnetic poisoning and heavy metals. I was asked to come up with energy medicine protocols that would assist people in detoxing quicker and easier.  I succeeded with the Re-balancing Cellular Resonance process using the Intuitive Learning Circles™. Soon, the Doctors started sending me home with the patients to find out what they were reacting to in their environment. That is when I discovered how important Feng Shui and space clearing is to living a happy, healthy life.
