You could say that heartfelt communication is something many people would like to achieve. In the best of times it happens naturally by opening your heart and listening to its promptings. Unfortunately, when life takes a difficult turn or tragedy happens, the heart and throat centers can shut down, leading you to feel cut off and at a loss for words. Repeated trauma and other violations of the spirit take their toll. Perhaps it’s the shock of disappointment or the panic one feels when the world gets turned upside down. Opening up again may take time and some extra encouragement, especially for introverted, shy or highly sensitive people.

Yet, with a little help, your heart can heal and your throat can relax again. By practicing heartfelt communication with yourself first, you strengthen your intuition, which is like having an inner guidance system. When you go one step further and act on your intuition, you can:

  • Re-examine your relationship with yourself, your family and the world around you,
  • Reverse negativity,
  • Reclaim an inner peace that helps you remain objective while adapting to major changes,
  • Resource new ways to nurture cooperation and appreciation,
  • Resolve to be free from apathy and indifference to the plight of the planet and your fellow (wo)man,
  • Renew your hope and faith in the power of Love to heal and create.

By observing their behavior and the role they play in their environment, we can adapt to and make the most of the circumstances in our lives. This Intuitive Learning Circle helps us to adapt and take ownership of how we use our energy. It also helps us to set things right by listening to the wisdom of our hearts. If you gaze gently at the Circle, you can tune in and receive your own answers to the questions below.

Relax and breathe as you would in a state of meditation. Think of a person or group that you would like to improve your communications with.

What do you really want to communicate to this person or group? Write it down.

Step Two

Electric Eel Medicine

The message of Electric Eel is always about grounding. Being grounded in the truth about who we are and what we’re doing. Use this medicine to scan your body and pay attention to any areas that feel blank or void when it comes to communicating with this person or group. Once you feel the blank area, Electric Eel will help you fill in the void with positive energy and purpose. It can also help you change the polarity of your throat and heart chakras so that they can open up again.

Once you feel more open and grounded, look at what you wrote down. Is this really what you want to communicate?

Do you think that this message, as it is, will evoke the response you’re really looking for?

Is there a more positive message to send?

Step Three:

Epigenetic Healing - Divine Nature activatedThe next symbol is from Divine Nature Activated and will help you release negative conditioning on an epigenetic level. The key is to relax as much as possible while looking at the symbol. It can help to imagine that an old, broken DNA strand is falling apart while a vibrant and cohesive DNA strand is relaxing, healing and filling up with light.

When using these symbols, it’s important to relax and breathe as you use each affirmation:

“I cut through the smoke screen of conflict, doubt, fear and confusion.”

“The airwaves are clear so I can hear the true guidance of my heart.”

“I call on the power of Love to assist me in times of fear and violence.”

“I hold the victory of Love in mind.”

“I know how to communicate the correct message in a safe, respectful manner.”

Visualize those seeds moving up, out and away from you… send them to the Sun to be transformed!

Now that you’ve released all that negative conditioning, be sure to refocus and strengthen your auras using this Circle. Your auras protect you and are an important part of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Take all the time you need using these affirmations:

“I decide to take good care of myself.”

“My auras are completely repaired and refocused. I strengthen my mental capacity for heartfelt communication.”

Step Four

Dissolve any karma that you may have for harmful or ineffective communication with this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints.

“I dissolve the destructive energy of harmful communication and any connection I have ever had to it.”

See it dissolve like a black cloud, dissipating into the pure light of the Sun.

I Ching Transformation Game - Nourishing

Did you know that your body knows a lot about what it needs and how well you’re nourishing yourself?

Section One: Physical and Emotional Nourishment

For example, your second chakra is deeply connected to your emotions, your digestion and immunity. It has a lot of information about how you’re NOURISHING yourself on these levels and what you might do to improve. However, things have changed a lot! During times of high stress or illness, communication can get blocked from your conscious awareness and you can’t hear what your body is trying to tell you. Take a moment and relax with this Reiki Chakra Key for your Second Chakra to help you bypass any blockages. Tune in and listen. Use the affirmations if they help or come up with one of your own.

“I allow free flowing energy in my Second Chakra.”

“I get clear information about my health and how well I’m taking care of myself.”

There are several ways that the Second Chakra can get blocked. One is inappropriate nourishment. Perhaps you’re eating the wrong foods for you at this time or you could have gotten exposed to toxins in your environment, including chemicals, electro-magnetics or even destructive energies!

 

There might also be some kind of karmic entanglement, an emotional conflict or outright danger in your environment. Could any of those issues be present for you right now?

 

You could also be over indulging in something that is generally good for you when taken in moderate amounts.

To better determine if something like that is happening with you, experiment with one of our Intuitive Learning Circles™ for slowing down and focusing on what’s really important.

“I slow down and focus on my basic needs.”

 

So, how are you seeing your needs? You can use Maslov’s Hierarchy of Needs as a model to help you assess your priorities. Are they in balance?

The triangle may be upside down or out of focus. The levels could be out of order or missing entirely. It might not even seem that it fits at all! Use the Circle below to help you clear any conflicts or fixations.

“I set things right so that how I nourish myself actually fits my current needs.”

 

 

Now, check into your heart center for a few minutes. Take some relaxing breaths and let your heart (4th) chakra come into balance. 

“I open my heart to positive nourishment.” 

“I radiate positive energy from my heart center.”

Take all the time that you need…

 

Evaluate How You Are Nourishing Yourself.

Now that you’re more present and relaxed, you can get some accurate information about how to nourish yourself. If you follow the directions, you can get all kinds of answers that could really help you out. All you have to do is relax and gaze softly at the center open space of this Circle while you ask yourself a few questions. Use a scale of one to ten to evaluate what’s going on (one being lousy and ten being great!). Be sure to listen to your body and be receptive to the answers that come.

Use a scale of “One “to “Ten”:

“How am I nourishing myself nutritionally? Am I taking in too much of something? Is there something I’m not getting enough of?

How about emotionally?

What about nourishing my spiritual Self?

Am I giving myself helpful mental nourishment?

How well am I taking care of my body’s needs for exercise, rest, fresh air?

 

“Am I missing anything? What could I really use?”

“What do I need to do to put this all together?”

Congratulations! In this first section we wanted to clear things up enough for you to get a general picture of how you’re nourishing yourself. In the next section we’re going to take a look at how some of your projects are nourishing you!


 Section Two: Nourishing Yourself with Healthy, Supportive Projects.

There’s another chakra that taps into the wisdom of your Soul called the Third Eye Chakra. Through it, your mind can communicate meaningful insights to you. Use these affirmations to help you open up:

“My mind is connected and balanced.”

“I receive meaningful information about ____________.”

“My mind helps me to find appropriate nourishment from joyful, supportive projects.”

 

Think about a project you’re currently involved in that concerns you. Perhaps there’s a great deal of emotional drama involved with it or the environment may be troubling for you in some way. See if this next Circle can help you gather up your impressions about the situation and bring your concerns into a clearer awareness.

What emotions do you pick up? What do you notice about the environment around your project? 

 

Is this project genuinely beneficial to you now? Could it be?

Protection

If so, what would you need to change about how you’re nourishing yourself?

 

Is there anything you’re making up about yourself or the situation that needs to change?

 

Imagine that this symbol for Dissolving Destructive Blueprints can help you identify and dissolve any toxic imprints or patterns that may be perpetuating harm. You might see them as a dark cloud dissolving into the pure light of the Sun.

Now it’s time to close the door on all that toxicity and move in the direction of nourishing yourself appropriately.

How To Access Common Sense

This Mind Exercise is about how to access common sense. 

How to Access Common SenseLet’s start with some words about common sense* that I like to remember:

Common Sense is good sense and judgement based on verifiable experience or repeated observation of the facts, not just because someone said so. When someone says, “something is so, because I say it is,” that is not common sense.

When a person’s common sense is out of balance, they’re more interested in looking good than anything else. They have poor boundaries and are more concerned about how they are being perceived than they are with facts. The thought process is externally driven (peer pressure), not internally developed and checked against the facts.

If a person accepts a judgement as truth from a second or third party without any personal verification, it’s actually an assumed agreement or conditioning. Learning without verification can be very dangerous. An example of this would be prejudice against someone you have never met. Someone told you this person, group or activity is untrustworthy. It may be true or it may not. Without verifiable evidence, common sense is lacking.

What can be done about common sense that’s out of balance?

A good place to start is to access your senses. Everyone has a “blind spot.” For some reason, we’ve been conditioned to turn a blind eye to certain things. See if you can remedy some of that by gazing softly at this Reiki Chakra Key, together with these positive affirmations:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I use them to be present and make sense of my current conditions and environment.”

“I use them to become aware of helpful resources, solutions and opportunities.”

“I focus on behavior that supports good common sense and integrity.”

 

Next, release your agreement with any unverifiable prejudices. These may have been planted deeply in your unconscious mind by your family, religion and society, even your dearest friends. Oh, and be sure to include the media!

Use this Intuitive Learning Circle™ to help you find unconscious prejudices in your mind and uproot them:

“I unearth unverified assumptions, prejudices or agreements that prevent me from having good, common sense.”

“I uproot the resistance I have to verify the facts and question what I’ve been conditioned to believe.”

“I uproot the need for approval and the belief that I have to agree with what I’m told in order to survive.”

What else would you like to uproot?


To teach genuine common sense, a good teacher shows by example or demonstration. True common sense can prevent fascism, slavery and abuse. It instills personal integrity, plus things just work better when they make sense.

The brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. If you feel resistant or stuck, cross or uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body and go back to the Circle, breathing patiently. See if your thinking starts to move again. Let negative self-talk go by breathing through it.


How to Access Common Sense

Common Sense and the Third Eye ChakraStep One: Gaining insight through common sense works with having good intuition. Allow the Reiki Chakra Key below to open and balance your Third Eye energy center. The affirmations will help you focus your intention:

“I balance my inner vision with good common sense. I free my mind to focus on inspiration that makes the most sense in this situation – based on verifiable evidence.” 

Step Two: Slow down. Both intuition and common sense are more accessible when you’re not in a hurry or trying to do too many things.

“I slow down and pay attention to what’s happening now.”

It will help to imagine you can bring all the energy into focus on the center, open space of each Intuitive Learning Circle™.

Step Three: You might sense a blockage or your mind may go blank. That’s okay. Let this Circle soften your rigid thoughts. Allow them to melt, move and dissolve away. Do this both crossed and uncrossed until the blockage is cleared.

Now, without censoring yourself, what would you like to do?

Feel free to move around or take a walk to get in some steps. Using the body helps your mind to integrate new ideas!

Step Four: Let your senses get balanced. Some may be turned up too high and some too low. You can imagine them like a ring of lights orbiting around your waist, casting light and awareness on the world around you.

Adjust them like a radio dial until the level feels just right.

Be sure that your lights are focused on sensing joy – not on what someone else wants you to pay attention to!

Step Five: Surround those lights with a ring of protection and strength.

“I am safe and protected. I have the courage to change my perspective.”

PLUG INTO TRUTH

Step Six: Resonate with the power of your Soul to separate yourself from lies, confusion and manipulations.

Consciously “unplug” from lies and manipulations at your solar plexus and then plug into truth.

Be sure to do that while looking at this Circle both crossed and uncrossed!

Step Seven: In this quieter, clearer mind space, think of a decision you are unclear about and would like to apply some common sense to – something that isn’t making sense to you right now.

Or you can ask: “What makes sense to do next?” If you are unclear, this would be a perfect situation to experiment with.

Step Eight: Continue your inquiry,  “How can I put it all together so that it makes sense?” Bring your thoughts in toward the center, blank space. This could take some time. Listen for the answer. What is your inner guidance?

Intuition combined with common sense is often simpler and more straightforward than most people are comfortable with. Let go of the three C’s – complication, convolution and conspiracy. Be patient and let your mind sift through the possibilities.

Step Nine: Balance your senses again and ask yourself:

“What makes the most sense?”

Once you get a heartfelt answer, Congratulations! Be sure to write down what you came up with. The critical mind often doesn’t like to remember the quieter, gentler vision of intuition combine with common sense.

Extra-intuitive Activities

The following extra-intuitive activities aren’t required, but they can help you excel in creating the very best of your talents, interests and passions…

Improving Brain Chemistry for Better Common Sense

We are more likely to make good sense of things when our brains have a balanced chemistry. Chakra healing can help. Let’s see what happens when we allow the chakras of important parts of our brains to let go of toxic chemicals that might be impairing our thinking and how we access common sense.

Gaze softly at the Essential Chakra Key with this intention:

“Accurate messages are transferred between my brain and spinal cord.”

Next, gaze at this Chakra Key with the intention:

“My left and right brain communicate accurately with each other.”

Sometimes we have “the sense knocked out of us” physically. Trauma like that can affect all kinds of thought processes.

“My focus, balance and stability are in place.”

Use this Circle to help you appropriately reconnect any chakras that have disconnected due to accident, injury or violence.

“My communication lines are connected.”

“I make sense of things.”

“Reliable communication has resumed throughout my nervous system.”

Some parts of your brain can anticipate pain and overreact with highly charged emotional responses. Allow them to gently release and let go with this intention:

“I am safe and calm. All is well.”


Application

Go back to Step Seven at the beginning of this exercise and review the decision you were considering.

“What makes good sense to do next?”

INTEGRATION

Imagine that you can release any negative karmic patterns you may have around peer pressure or needing to look good. Send any chaos or confusion up to the Sun.

Next, access your beneficial karma for having good common sense. Gather your good deeds into the center, blank area of this Circle.

“I access my beneficial karma for actualizing good and balanced common sense.”

The mind intuitively appreciates closure. Let’s get grounded as we complete this mind exercise.

Place both feet on the floor and put your hands on your knees if you can. Gaze softly at the Circle and repeat the affirmation until you feel your body has fully settled in the present.

“I am grounded in the present.”

“I ground common sense in the New Paradigm.”

Ask yourself:

“How does it feel to access good common sense, based on verifiable experience or repeated observation of the facts?”

Congratulations!

You can thank yourself for taking the time today to learn how to access common sense and good judgement – a gift that will make your life a whole lot better!

Bring the energy of gratitude and appreciation in towards you in the center.

Closure for Mind Body HealingFinish it all up now by sealing and healing any pathways or holes that lead back to old harmful patterns or suffering.

“The circling vulture reminds us that there will always be those who feed off of the misfortunes of others. They are attracted to helplessness and pain and see it as opportunity for feeding, not kindness.

It is important that you be able to distinguish true assistance from exploitation. Focus on your gut feelings when someone offers you help in times of trouble. Recognize when others feed your insecurities, fear or hatred rather than your strength and faith.

Do you feel competent and empowered around them? If not, return to your center and listen to that still, small voice.

Remember, the persistent squawking of the vulture is intended to frighten and distract you from listening to your own truth and higher good.

Further Exploration to Help You Cultivate Discernment:

New light is being shone on the subject of your inquiry. A truth that you have ignored or disregarded has come back to haunt you. However, haunting is not always a bad thing. It may mean that you are getting very close to a breakthrough. If you can discover how you are sabotaging yourself, you will have gone a long way towards finding the solution to your dilemma.

Only you have the power to heal yourself. Have you given that power away? Some people would prefer that you think you cannot do without them. There are many around you that are available to assist you without any strings attached. Ask them for help. If you are surrounded by criticism, find some new companions. Remember that you are not alone. If you feel obligated, free yourself. It may take courage to say no, however that is what is called for now.”

Interview with a Vulture: Advice on How to Cultivate Discernment

Cultivate DiscernmentRheanni Lightwater: Hello, Mr. Vulture. Could you tell me if are there any humans that you respect?

V. Vulture: Hey, that’s easy. I like folks who can say “no” to things that they don’t want to do.

RL: And why is that?

VV: Because there’s too many people that don’t pay enough attention to what’s good for them, you know what I mean?

RL: I guess I don’t know what you mean exactly.

VV: Let me put it this way – people like to take chances, right?

RL: Well, quite a few of us do.

VV: Right. But a lot of those people take foolish chances just because they think their friends will like them better or they want to be cool.

RL: I think they do that because it’s easier to go along with the crowd than to be different.

VV: It may seem easier at first, but after a while they stop thinking for themselves and just do whatever other folks tell them to do. Eventually, they lose touch with their gut instincts.

RL: You mean they stop taking care of themselves?

VV: That’s right. That makes them easy prey for vultures like me. Now, if folks would pay attention to their gut feelings, they would know whether they really want to do something or if they’re just being taken for a ride.

If you don’t mind a little friendly advice, take a look at the Circle I sent you, while you ask yourself this question:

“Is there a situation in my life right now, where I’m in danger or being taken advantage of in a harmful way?”

If the answer that comes to you is no, then good for you! You are listening to your gut instincts.  But, If the answer is yes, you might want to ask what that situation is and what to do about it. It’s always a good idea to know when someone is lying to you. 

It’s even more important to realize when you’ve been lying to yourself!

RL: That sounds like pretty good advice.

VV: You bet! Take it from someone who knows.

RL: I will. Thank you, Mr. Vulture.

VV: No problem.

“Experiences from your past or family of origin have shaped your imagination and fostered limiting beliefs about what is possible. If you look around you right now, you may realize that most everything you see has been influenced by the tastes and tendencies that began in your childhood. In your adult life, you will need to expand your imagination to find your way to creating the happiness you desire.

Tune Into the Kind of Emotional Energy That Will Take You Where You Really Want to Go ~

Sometimes people have been conditioned so deeply to be afraid or negative, they aren’t really sure what to do when things are going well. The way you view yourself and what you think you’re capable of is colored by habitual behaviors learned in early love relationships as well as childhood experiences. You may simply be struggling with old programs, entanglements and destructive tendencies. However, there is a simple way to change the emotional energy you’re tapping into using these Intuitive Learning Circles™ with your imagination.

Step One: Adapting to Success Begins with Awareness

Think about how things were communicated to you when you were little. Use this symbol to help you tap into the problem so that you can clear it out. Ask yourself:

“Is there a pattern of dysfunction that is coming to the surface for me now? If so, is it related to family, society, career, religious upbringing or an old relationship?

The fact that it’s coming up could mean that you’re ready to ADAPT to a healthier mindset. Is that the case here? If you’re not ready, are you willing to respect your healing process and step back?

 

Step Two: Clarity

Even though you may not be ready to clear the energy, you may be able to use your awareness in some other way to benefit you. For example, do you need to protect yourself in some way? Would it be good to take a few breaths and slow down? Would some movement be helpful? Gaze at the Circle with soft eyes and ask yourself:

“What does adapting to success mean to me in this situation?”

What’s really important here? What will help me?”

“Am I just getting sucked into an old habit?”

 

Step Three:

Empower yourself to follow your own advice. Let this Circle help you come up with the very best scenario that you can imagine*.

“What is the very best thing I could ask for?”

Write down your request, in your own words. Then imagine your request. See it, hear it, taste it, smell it and feel it as specifically as you can.

*If you’re having trouble imagining anything or your mind is going blank, you have probably accessed an inner conflict. Gaze softly at this Circle, relax and let the lines get all wavey. Continue to breathe while you gently release the conflict(s). Once the energy calms down, go back to Step Three and ask the question again.

Congratulations! You now know what the pattern is and how you would like it to change. This is an important first step in the process of ADAPTING to success.”

“I access my own way of doing things.”

“I draw on the very best of my skills, talents and gifts. I set my sights high. I access good fortune.”

** Using symbols from Divine Nature Activated  will help you release negative conditioning on an epigenetic (ancestral) level. Choose between 1 – 73 to activate faith. It will probably take more than one symbol to activate the energy. With each new symbol imagine that an old, broken DNA strand is falling apart while a vibrant and cohesive DNA strand is replacing it – healing and filling up with light.

When using these symbols, it’s important to relax and breathe while you affirm your intention:

“I access a deep-seated faith in my Soul and its purpose.”

Learn How You Can Tap Into Your Second Chakra for Creating Internal Safety in Your Environment ~

It’s the energy plexus where emotions, digestion and immunity all come together. When it gets out of balance or entangled with toxic pollutants, your physical, emotional and spiritual health can be impacted in a negative way.

Gaze softly at the Reiki Chakra Key below to help you balance and gather up physiological information that will help you organize your space in a way that helps you feel safe and healthy.

The environment in your second chakra is very important to your self-care and emotional healing. When it’s balanced and healthy, it transmits a vibrant orange energy that attracts belonging and support. It’s also your creative center, the place where you generate your personal mana or creative energy. If it becomes stagnant, goes into shock or gets caught up in emotional entanglements, your physical, emotional and spiritual health suffers. In today’s environment, that is something that most of us are experiencing. This simple feng shui exercise is designed to help you go within and come up with important resources for staying healthy.

Creating Internal Safety is based on SOS Mind Exercise #8: Setting Up a Safe Space

Creating Internal Safety by Setting Up a Safe Space In Creating Internal Safety, you’ll be utilizing your intuitive insight to implement very simple changes that can make a world of difference in how you’re creating stability and safety in your personal space. You’ll discover that your intuition and unconscious mind are much more aware of whats going on than your conscious mind is!

Go through this mind exercise by reading each step and then gazing softly at the Circle that goes with it to gain insight about what creative changes you can make in your internal and/or external environment that will help you.


1. The goal of Creating Internal Safety is for you to get clarity about how well your personal space is supporting you and what you can do to make improvements. You might get insights about your body or your external environment. After all, they are connected and this is an important time to become aware of them.

First, take some time to slow down while you gaze softly at the Circle. Breathe in and out several times. Drop your shoulders. Relax your jaw. 

Move around and stretch if you need to.

 

Now that you’re more relaxed, imagine you can see the space within your Second Chakra (remember, that’s located about 2″ below your navel).

Zoom in, like a camera. See or sense it moving in slow motion.

What do you notice? Go ahead and make notes about what you sense.

 

2. Gaze at this Circle for Divine Protection and ask for help so that you can get more aware.

Let’s start with very simple questions that we take one at a time…

Is there anything in your personal space or immediate environment that could be triggering an unsettling reaction in you?

  • Is something missing? Is something present that shouldn’t be?
  • Is there any toxic build up?
  • What else do you notice that doesn’t seem right? Make notes so that you’ll remember.

3. Physical objects in your environment carry a lot of energy through them, especially if they have been gifted to you or are second hand pieces. These could be books, equipment, furniture, pictures and other objects of art. Are there any objects in your home or office that are having a negative effect on you? If so, can you identify them?

What would remedy the situation?

Does something need to be moved, rearranged, cleaned or removed completely? Can something be brought in to remedy the situation?

 

4. You could be preoccupied by other things that are causing you to be anxious. Like many of us, you may be reorganizing your work/living arrangements. Let this Circle help you relax and answer questions about how you need to nurture yourself now, under your new circumstances:

“Is there something I can let go of that will help ease the situation? If so, what is it and where is it located?”

“Have I forgotten something that I need to add to my space?”

“Is there anything else?”

Many times after a significant change, it’s a great help to rearrange or clean out certain areas of our homes. Especially crystals. Read more about that here…

Feng shui tradition also suggests to find at least twelve objects to move. This Circle may help you come up with the objects that would be most helpful for you to move!

4. Now that you’ve considered your external environment, it’s time to check in with your body. Take a minute and use this next Circle to tune into yourself: What emotion is running through you? Is it throwing you off balance?

Is that emotion helpful or harmful to you?

If it’s harmful, you might be experiencing a compulsion, obsession or phobia from the collective unconscious. If that’s happening, release your agreement to carry it any longer.

 

6. Is there anything else that’s irritating you?

Identify it if you can.

What will remedy the situation?

Does something need to be moved, cleaned, cleared or rearranged? Does anything need to be removed completely?

Is there anything else?

 

7. Is there anything that you could bring into your space or your diet that would help you be happier or more creative?

Would anything increase your good health or emotional stability?

Could anything be done to increase your sense of safety?

What might you add that would bring more beauty into your space?

Is there anything else you need to know?

 

You can finish the game today by closing the door to any old pathways to suffering. Then remind yourself that your personal space belongs to you. How you take care of it has a profound effect on the rest of your life!

Developing Precognition – Staying Out of Trouble

If you’ve ever stepped into a compromising situation or gotten caught in the middle of a fight between people, you know what it feels like to take a punch that was actually meant for someone else. It feels horrible! Especially for highly sensitive people, who often get caught up in emotional and mental conflicts between people.

“If only I knew beforehand or had some kind of “spidey sense” that there was going to be a problem, I wouldn’t have even shown up!”

But wait. That’s not really so far out of the realm of possibilities. It’s called developing precognition or as I like to say, listening to your intuitive hit.

Clearing the Way for Making Smart Decisions

Use Your Inner Guidance and Gut Instincts to Get Out of the Way and Learn How to Be in the Right Place at the Right Time.

You’ve probably had an experience of knowing that it just felt wrong to go to a certain place at a certain time. Then later, you find out that you were right. Something dangerous happened in that very same place and time! That’s your precognition at work and it’s a darn useful skill to have, especially when times are so chaotic.


The Intuitive Learning Circles ™  are great at bringing intuitive hits, hunches and other unconscious information up to the surface to be examined more closely. Especially if you have learning difficulties or your inner guidance is blocked for some reason. That’s why I’m sharing this Mind Exercise from Learning in the New Paradigm. By playing, you’ll have the opportunity to engage your imagination and shed some light on potential situations where you might be better off just getting out of the way!

In the old paradigm based on greed and elitism, it’s been commonplace for people to try to control things by invading other people’s space or interfering with important personal projects or relationships. This can happen on a physical level, but it can also happen on an energetic level, which often causes emotional shock that sits frozen under the surface of our awareness. We have expressions for when these kinds of manipulations happen.  “Get out of my space,” or “stop playing mind games with me,” are just a few.


Preparations for Developing Precognition

Begin by balancing your senses so that your intuition will come forward and give you the help that you seek. You can use these affirmations:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses for improved intuition and heightened self-awareness.”

“I fine tune them to be present and aware of my environment.”

“I sense my circumstances accurately.”

“I access beneficial resources, solutions and opportunities.”

 

Next, gaze softly at this Circle to help you gently release any shock that might be under the surface for you. Imagine the lines are getting all wavy and loose.

 

Use this next Circle to help you develop precognition in your current situation by tapping into your unconscious mind. Gaze softly at this Circle and ask yourself:

“Is there a situation coming up where I need to get out of the way?”

“Is there a situation where someone is getting in my way or blocking what I need to do?”

Be patient and relax into your body. The Circle is helping you focus in on pertinent unconscious information. Your answer could come in the form of a feeling, an image, words or a combination of them all.

 

Sometimes we’re empathically picking up on someone else’s situation. Could that be happening in this case?

 

Is there an action you’re thinking about taking that isn’t in your best interests?

If the answer you get is “no”, count yourself lucky and keep up the good work staying out of trouble!

If the answer is “yes” or “maybe”, keep going with this exercise to find out more about what’s going on and what you can do about it.


Continue the Mind Exercise for Developing Precognition

1. Slow down and ask for more information about what’s really going on. Use your imagination and see the landscape of your mind slowing down too. Things may simply be moving too fast for you to get out of the way when trouble is about to happen.

 

3. When things are chaotic or moving too fast, it’s easy to get distracted and fall into scams, traps and deceptive mind games. Plus, people are more likely to be mixed up in situations where they really don’t belong. Use this Reiki Chakra Key to open your Third Eye to intuition and common sense. You can use these positive affirmations to help:

“I open my Third Eye and let it balance. I use it to separate what’s true from what’s a distraction or all-out lie.”

 

Being in the Wrong Place at the Wrong Time

4. Remember the relationship or situation where you think there might be a problem. While you think about it, gaze at this Circle and ask your gut a couple of simple “yes” or “no” questions:

“What is the situation? Is there any danger in this situation?”

Once you find the situation, ask yourself:

“What is the danger here? Can I tell how I’m participating in the situation? Is there an important reason why I’m participating or considering doing this? Is it worth it to put myself in this situation?”

 

5. Continue your self-inquiry:

“Would I be pulled off track or doing harm to myself? Would my projects be harmed? My loved ones? If so, what is the problem?”

It could be timing, placement, priorities, a belief, an agreement or something else…

Take your time to get as much information as you can.

 

6. Would being in this situation have a negative effect on your boundaries? Your prosperity? Your health or well-being? In what way?

 

7. Sometimes, how people see you can be a source of the problem. People often project what’s going on within themselves onto other people. Check in with this Circle to see if anything like that could be involved. Note – what’s being projected onto you could be either unflattering, flattering or both!

“In this situation, am I being projected on?”

So, now you have a lot more information to work with as you decide what to do!

8. What is the best thing to do in this case? If you need to move out of the way, see yourself doing that in your minds eye. If you need to let go or say “no”, see yourself doing that. Whatever message you get, see yourself taking your own advice.

“What do I need to do?”

Finish this part of Developing Precognition with these affirmations:

“I resolve to be in the right place at the right time for my highest good.”

“I stay out of trouble and follow through on my priorities.”

 

“I close the doors on old habits, distractions or misconceptions.”

Hexagram # 15 – Finding Moderation

I Ching Hexagram #15 Finding Moderation

In especially difficult times, it’s usually best to move with the flow of MODERATION, Hexagram #15, where ‘The predominant forces … are in the process of balancing extremes and harmonizing interests.’ ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

The ancient Chinese text describes finding MODERATION as the best way to make progress is to disengage from extremes or opinionated attitudes and follow the guidance that comes from within. In almost any situation, if you are able to walk a moderate and middle road, there will be improvement in whatever you undertake.

Finding Moderation and Following that Path ~

As a general rule, MODERATION is a sensible flow to follow, especially when there’s too much chaos and confusion for you to tell what’s going on. In the midst of chaos, unpreferred karma (cause and effect) can be easily triggered. For many people, soul contracts have been completed or need to be released because they’re probably either:

  1. Feeling threatened, at risk or censured,
  2. Caught in the chaos of things splitting apart, or
  3. Seeking harmony and balance by letting go of extremes.

As you gaze at this Circle that accesses karmic seeds, see if you are currently experiencing one of these forms of karma. Ask yourself:

“Am I generally experiencing situation #1, 2, or 3?”

Maybe a mix of each depending on your mindset?

Whichever one it is, you can make your life easier by letting go of any karmic agreement that is complete – over and done with or that is causing you harm in any way.

Let Go So You Can Be Present

Use this Soul Contract Circle to help you identify and release the agreements. Simply gaze softly at the Circle while you use the affirmations. It can be helpful to imagine the agreements being pulled from the ground as you go through this process.

“I uproot any agreement to place myself in harms way.”

“I let go of activities or beliefs that are falling apart or finished entirely.”

“I release patterns of behavior that support conflict, ignorance, false pride, victimization, co-dependency, extremism, deception, elitism or ______.”

“I gently detach from timelines that are no longer pertinent to me.” 

This is a good opportunity to clear your inner garden of any outdated intentions or plans that are interfering with your health or happiness. Include family, friends or business relationships. Update agreements with organizations you’ve been involved with – religious institutions, political agendas, completed projects, places you’ve lived, modes of transportation, communication issues, ways of doing business, etc.

By doing so, you free up a lot of energy and effort that’s tangled up with the way things used to be or the way you wish they were.

Because of the chaos involved, making any kind of reliable prediction is next to impossible. You’re going to need all the presence and energy you have to help you during times such as these. Gently look at the next Circle while you affirm these helpful ideas:

“My new agreement is to stay in the present and follow my inner guidance calmly and honestly.”

“I make choices that align me with my Soul’s path and purpose.”

“I let go of _________. I prepare for __________. I take care of __________.”

 

“I make a choice to focus my energy on people, intentions and activities that are genuinely beneficial in the present.”

Be sure to include some fun and restful relaxation!

 

“I nurture my body, mind and spirit healthfully, in alignment with my true nature.”

Is there any herbs, teas, vegetables or fruits that would be especially helpful to you now?

 

“I am motivated by Divine Love which uplifts me and my purpose.” 

 

 

“I decide to close the door on harmful distractions and pathways to suffering.”

You probably feel more stable now.

If you’re willing, there are several other decisions you could make that would really improve your situation. Let’s continue with a couple of extremes that might be making it hard for you to find and stay on the road to MODERATION:

Extreme #1: The 24/7 syndrome.

Here is the prime example, ‘Being busy = being important.’ You might want to let go of that, because this is a terrible time to overload yourself.

“I disconnect from being too hard on myself.”

“I close the doors to severe judgement, panic, chaos or _______.”

“I open the doors to serenity and well-being.”

“I am open to forgiveness and compassion.”

 

Extreme #2: The ‘if some is good, more is better’ extreme.

For example: The Sun is good, however too much Sun causes cancer. Butter is good, yet too much butter causes weight gain, etc. Another social meme that explains the mindset is: ‘There are no limits. I want it all now, so I have to have it now!’

“I send a laser beam to break up impatience, perfectionism and unrealistic demands. I let go of rigid or extreme behavior.”

“Healthy boundaries and alignment with my true Self benefits me now.”

“I am stable and calm. I follow my inner guidance.”

 

 

Extreme #3: The ‘too many choices, not enough time’ extreme.

Heading off into fifteen different directions will blow you out of finding MODERATION. That’s because panic, overwhelm and poor planning usually leads to poor results at best, and chaos at worst. If you want to succeed, stop and slow things down. Taking good care of yourself is what’s most important now.

What will help me to take good care of myself right now?

 

Make a promise to yourself that you will keep your boundaries and refrain from meddling, “fixing” or becoming too involved with others.

“I decide to feel my own feelings and take responsibility for them.”

 

Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that pull you off track. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and let go of self-sabotage or any societal or familial patterns that still affect you in a negative way. See them disappear as you send them to the Sun:

Once the patterns are cleared, close the door to pathways that lead to extremes and danger.

“All harmful pathways are sealed and healed.

I am finding MODERATION in accordance with my highest good.”

For some people, finding MODERATION signifies an opportunity to go within and expel deep patterns of fanaticism within their psyche so that they can evolve and arise from that pattern, much as a beautiful lotus arises from the muck and mire at the bottom of a pond.
