Nourishing Healthy Projects in the New Paradigm ~

Section Two: Nourish Yourself with Healthy, Supportive Projects.

It’s important to know if there are any projects that are a problem for you and what the causes might be.

To do that, let’s utilize another Chakra Key that taps into the wisdom of your Soul, called the Third Eye Chakra. Through it, your mind can communicate meaningful insights to you. Use these affirmations to help you open up:

“My intuition and common sense are connected and balanced.”

“I receive meaningful information about ____________.”

“My mind helps me to find appropriate nourishment from joyful, supportive projects.”

 

 

There may be blockages in your energy field that are part of the problem. Relax with this Circle and it’s affirmations:

“I repair the glitches, holes and blockages in my energy system.”

“All shut downs and reversals are gently corrected.”

 

 

Think about a project you’re currently involved in that concerns you. Perhaps there’s a great deal of emotional drama involved with it or the environment may be troubling for you in some way. See if this next Circle can help you gather up your impressions about the situation and bring your concerns into a clearer awareness.

What emotions do you pick up? What do you notice about the environment around your project? 

 

 

Do you currently have healthy boundaries around this project? Do you need to pull yourself back from any part of this project? Do you need to pull your energy out of it entirely? If so, use this Circle to reclaim any and all parts with appreciation and gratitude and protect yourself appropriately.

Are you open to receiving the most beneficial and life affirming energy that is available to you at this time? Is there anything that needs to be changed? How would you put what you need into words?
 

 

Imagine that this symbol for Dissolving Destructive Blueprints can help you identify and dissolve any toxic imprints or patterns that may be perpetuating harm. You might see them as a dark cloud dissolving into the pure light of the Sun.

“I release the blockages and entanglements that keep me from  experiencing healthy nourishment.”

“I release patterns that keep me from experiencing joy.”

Gaze softly into the center of Mapacho Medicine and see ancient intentions like eggs or seeds waiting to be activated. Not only do you see your own intentions and prayers, but also cultural, ancestral goals that no longer have life affirming motivations behind them. Visualize them like ingredients in a soup that could be spoiling your genuinely desired outcome. Imagine you can scoop out any unpreferred intentions and send them to the Sun:

“I let go of all intentions that would contradict my highest good or cause conflict in how I need to nourish myself in the New Paradigm.”

 

 

Release any seeds of karma that perpetuate habits and beliefs that keep you from nourishing yourself properly and send them to the light.

“I plant new karmic seeds for good things that will support my relationships with the cosmos, my family, my environment, my livelihood and myself.

I nourish those seeds with love, light, fresh water and healthy nutrition.”

 

 

Finish this exercise by closing the door on all that toxicity and move in the direction of nourishing yourself appropriately.

First – Evaluate Your Situation for Signs of Shock or Danger

Are you reliving an old traumatic event? Are you experiencing one now?

Let’s face it. The past few years have been filled with one extreme and jarring piece of news after another. Shock is something that we deal with every day. It’s important to give yourself and others a break by realizing that you might be stuck in a survival pattern because you’ve been listening to so many shocking communications.

If you are overwhelmed by how someone is communicating, it’s very likely that you’re experiencing SHOCK from some past or present form of DANGER.

“In times of difficulty and danger, it’s usually best to move with the flow of MODERATION, Hexagram #15, where ‘The predominant forces … are in the process of balancing extremes and harmonizing interests.’

Following the flow of MODERATION as the best way to make progress amidst chaos. The suggestion is to disengage from confusing extremes or opinionated attitudes and instead, follow the guidance that comes from within so that balance can be re-established. In almost any situation, if you are able to travel on the middle road between extremes, there will be improvement in whatever you undertake.

Communicating Through Moderation Puts You In a Different Flow of Energy ~

As a general rule, MODERATION is the most sensible flow to follow, especially in the wake of our political and social unrest. Contradictory mindsets have been fully activated and must be dealt with in one way or the other. Most people are navigating through one or another of these general karmic patterns:

  1. Getting sucked into a negative malaise of mental, emotional, physical or spiritual decline.
  2. Stuck in a gridlock of hatred or rebellious refusal to change.
  3. Getting scattered or revisiting survival patterns from the past, or
  4. Pulling themselves together into a centered position of empowered authority.

Initial Evaluation: As you softly gaze at this Circle, see which of these patterns you are currently experiencing. Ask yourself:

“Am I generally experiencing pattern #1, 2, 3 or 4?”

It could easily be a mix, depending on your mindset and what stage of the karma you’re living through.

Regardless of what’s happening, you can make your life easier by letting go of old patterns, agreements or communication karma that’s ready to be transmuted. This game will help you do that.

Let’s Begin By Calming the Stress in Your Nervous System.

Your nervous system and your ability to communicate are intricately interrelated. Use this Circle for Homeostasis to gently bring up information about your nervous system and what will help to calm you down.

Take several minutes to breathe deeply with the intention of coming back into  rhythm with your Soul. Listen to your heartbeat and slow down. Let all that external noise from the outside go – like being in traffic, shopping the super mart, watching television. Your nervous system takes all that in – and often doesn’t know what to do with it.

It would probably help for you to move around, stretch – or make circular movements until you feel your tension releasing. Take all the time you need with this.

 

Restore your sense of Self with this Circle. Gaze at it softly and remember an activity that you’ve always liked – probably something creative that brings you joy. Relax into it or keep moving if you like.

Does a particular color come to mind?

If you can make it stronger, that’s the color that resonates with your Soul!

Soulful, creative activities help you to get back into your Center and being in your Center is a big help to communicating with moderation.

“I know who I am and I know what’s important to me.

I am learning to communicate with the energy of my Soul.”

If you like to sing, tone or hum, this would be a good time to include them.

 

You may be going through quite an adjustment. Bring your body back into balance by consciously breathing in on the count of three and slowly exhaling on the count of five. It’s helpful if you can breathe in through your nose.
Do that three or four times while you gaze softly at the Circle.

Release your attachment to extremism and cult behavior.
Continue breathing and bring your awareness to your tailbone.
What communication do you need to get in balance about?

 

Let Go of Harmful Karmic Agreements.

Now that you know what you really need to communicate about, Use this Soul Contract Circle to help you release social, familial or religious contracts that are harmful or would pull you out of integrity with your Soul.

Simply gaze softly at the Circle and imagine sending it up and down your spine while you use the affirmations: 

“I release any agreement that says I’m powerless about what I communicate or how my Soul wants me to do it.”
“I let go of other people’s expectations. What my Soul wants to communicate is important.”

Agreements with Extremism and Cult Behavior.
“I am free to communicate my needs and priorities clearly.”
“I am communicating with caring, compassion and moderation.”

 

Don’t Forget to Let Go of Your Old Agreements with the Status Quo.

The old paradigm was a system built on extreme greed and exploitation enforced through oppressive social, religious and moral contracts. Most of us are still operating out of them to one degree the other because they’ve been wired into how we function.

It would be wise to release our agreements with that system and set up new agreements in the New Paradigm that will be generative and life affirming. This won’t just happen on its own. We need to be proactive and intentional if we want to move out of extreme communications and behavior.

“I let go of my agreements to stay stuck in or comply with harmful communication patterns from the status quo.” 

“I release agreements to communicate through the patriarchy.” 
(shame, blame, inequity, deceit, greed, prejudice, intimidation, hatred, manipulation, dishonesty, co-dependence, etc.)

Release agreements with extremism and cult behavior.

“I decide to reorganize my communications around the principles of equality, co-operation, personal responsibility and sustainable prosperity.”

 

“I release my agreements with contradictory, pushy behaviors
that pull me into chaos, violence or no-win situations.”

Extremism and Cult Behavior

“I choose to align with the calm, generative flow of MODERATION
and Divine Protection.”

 

Let Go of Intentions That You Don’t Need Anymore.

Check your old intentions with family, friends or business relationships that interfere with your ability to move forward freely. Release extreme behaviors from old jobs or organizations you’ve been involved with – religious institutions, political agendas, educational systems, ways of communicating or doing business, etc.

“I let go of out-dated or harmful intentions about ___________.”

“I let go of harmful intentions that other people may want me to fulfill.”

To replace them, consider carefully what new intentions would actually serve you now? Do they need to be clarified, simplified or re-organized? What do you need to have happen for yourself? “I need to _________.”

 

Decide to Stop People Pleasing.

The desire to fit in at any cost is one of the most fundamental ways we do harm to ourselves. This desire can often be so extreme, we put ourselves at risk by leaving ourselves wide open to unscrupulous people who are willing to exploit us.

“I decide to respect and have faith in myself. My worth does not come from my family or other people’s opinions of me.”

“I decide to follow the middle road, based on inner guidance and selfworth.”

“I maintain personal integrity while I’m communicating with moderation.”

 

Stop Taking On Other People’s Karma.

In times of increased confusion and chaos, it’s common for people who want to avoid responsibility to systemically dump their problems and karma onto whoever will accept the blame.

If you have been trained to feel guilty when other people are unhappy, you can trap yourself by taking on more than your own karma. You can clarify this with the next Circle by asking these questions:

“What is my karma in this situation? What am I actually responsible for? How can I set things right in a way that’s actually helpful?”

“I let go of my karma to mistake other people’s karma for mine.
I am clear about what karma is mine and what karma belongs to others.
I let go of the temptation to take on other peoples karma.”

 

When we try to handle other peoples karma for them, we are inadvertently complicating things by preventing things from working themselves out naturally.

To help you avoid this trap and set things right, use this symbol with the affirmations to release attachments to survival patterns from the past:

“I let go of attachments and blame.”
“I detach from fearful, sticky or toxic energies.”

Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you!

Use this symbol to identify any mental, emotional or spiritual patterns that are keeping you attached, pulling you back or holding you down. See them dissolve completely as you surrender them to the Light:

“I dissolve any miscommunications, misunderstandings, dogmatic assumptions or mistaken ideas that obscure clear communication.”

“I let go of my angst and co-dependence and surrender them to the Sun.
I dissolve my survival patterns and any connection I have ever had to them.”

“I follow the direction of my Souls protection.”

Invoke Protection and Clarity of Mind:

“I close down all harmful energy channels from the old paradigm.”

“My mind is open and clear to receive generative life force.”

“I let go. I stop communicating through abuse, cruelty or violence.”

How to Change Negative Thoughts In the New Paradigm ~ 

Are you stuck in the past? At any point during a typical day, you may need to release a negative thought, compulsion or worry that you’ve held onto that no longer serves you. You can gently let go and adapt to some better behavior by starting with a short quiz using the Intuitive Learning Circles.

Part I: What is Going On?

Are You Being Bothered By Worry or Negative Thoughts?

As you gaze at the Circle below, go ahead and deliberately find a problem that you’re stuck on and don’t know how to change.

“I find the negative thoughts about ____________ and free myself of them.”

“My new intention is to aim for balance,

Is Your Health or Prosperity Being Affected Negatively?

Are you being distracted? Have you placed your hopes in a losing proposition? Are you stubbornly holding onto ideas or structures that are actually blocking you? Are you trying to do too many things? If you are, ask your heart:

“What can be done about it?”

 

Are There Any Other Dangers That You Ought to be Aware Of?

There are always those who would love to take advantage of our blind spots. You could be stuck because you are being exploited in some way. Your energy might be getting drained. A person or group could be trying to dump their problems or just interfere with your plans. The easiest ways for them to succeed is either by seducing you with flattery or trying to get you mad through insults and intimidation. Don’t buy into these ploys!

“I identify danger and determine how to deal with it effectively.” 

 

Part II: How Can You Help Yourself?

Now that you have a better idea about what’s going on, you can gently let go and adapt to some more effective ways to handle your situation. If you’d like to do that, continue with this simple Mind Exercise using the Intuitive Learning Circles.

When You’re Stuck in the Past, Change Your Agreements.

Imagine you can gently untie those agreements or burn them in a cleansing fire.

“I decide to let go of worry or negative thoughts about _________ (patiently take it one subject at a time).”

“I stop buying into controlling or fearful manipulations.” 

“I let go of ___________ and behaviors that threaten to entangle me with ________. I stop buying into flattery, distractions, lies and ___________.”

 

Getting Unstuck From the Past ~

The old paradigm or Piscean Age that we’ve recently left was governed by the element of Water. The way things worked then will not work in the new energy that is governed by Air (Aquarius). Releasing any agreements to stay stuck in the quagmire of stagnant water and emotions will be very helpful:

“I let go of old, heavy, stagnant or destructive flows of Water.”

“I adapt to the lighter, quicker, generative flow of Air.” 

 

Use Gratitude Rather than Greed:

Worry generally comes from a negative place. You can source from a different place.

“I decide to source my responses from a place of Joy and Gratitude rather than fear, greed or vengeance.”

 

Connect with the New Paradigm Rather than the Old:

The Earth itself is changing and we can change how we’re relating to it.

“I decide to let go of old imprints of exploitation and integrate with the imprint of creating Common Good on Common Ground.”

 

Ask for Help from Your Soul.

Manifesting effectively under this new influence of Air will require many new skills that only a true connection with our Divine Nature will be able to help us with.

“I ask my Soul for help, especially in regards to ___________.”

“I connect with the clear electro-magnetic signature of my Soul.”

“I erase signatures & interferences that block integrity, like old graffiti markings. I release them to the Light.”

 

Gather Up Your Senses to Function Accurately with Your Soul.

Be sure you’re using your senses to correctly assess what’s really going on and the changes you’re going to need to adjust to. Begin by relaxing with this Reiki Chakra Key for a minute or so to connect with your senses and Rational Thought Chakras. They are essential to help you accurately determine what spiritual or physical shifts are necessary and what would be effective.

“I gather up all of my senses and use them to get present and perceive my concerns clearly.”

“I use them to shed light on my blind spots.”
“I use them to discern the difference between helpful and harmful energies.”

Toxic Attachments May Keep You Stuck in the Past ~

Various parts of your energy field may be damaged or struggling with negative energies like smoke, chemicals, illness or other attachments that inhibit your health. Use this Key to relax and meditate on for as long as you like. Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.

“My chakra system can easily and effectively neutralize interfering energies and detach from them.”

 

Correct Reversals and Blockages ~

When we’re under extreme stress, it’s not uncommon for the chakras and/or meridians to start running in reverse or shut down entirely. Relax and let this symbol help you make corrections.

“I repair any reversals, holes or blockages affecting my energy or mindset.”

Take all the time you need to let your energy smooth out.

 

Calm Your Nervous System ~

The same could be happening in your nervous system. Use this Soul Prayer Chart to help you smooth out discordant energies that exacerbate your anxiety and stress. Gently detach from the rhythms of survival, pushing, struggling, fear and completion. Tune into the rhythm and calm of your parasympathetic nervous system.

“I come into harmony with the rhythm of my Soul.”

Breathe, become still and access that place of peace.

 

Clear Shadow Energies with an Infusion of Divine Light ~

Radiate light throughout your auric bodies with the full power of the Divine and Angelic Realms. Keep your attention on the strength and beauty of the light rather than the darkness.

Paying too much attention to problems only creates more of them.

Allow the Light from the Divine and your Soul to cleanse and heal you completely from within.

“I ask the Divine to remove attachments, negativity and dark energies from my subtle energy field.” 

Do this both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

Finish Your Business ~

You’re almost finished now, yet there’s still some business that keeps you stuck in the past. These thoughts keep stinging you for a reason!

What do you still need to realize about your situation? Look at it from a distance. Have you been trying to force something? Have you been trying to make something true that just isn’t? Do you need to pull back from a dangerous energy or situation? Do you need to detach from a negative tendency of your own? If so, go ahead and do so with the help of this Circle.

Do you need to find a safer route to your destination?
Most importantly, are you leaving yourself open to negative energies? If so, use this Circle to gently detach and close them off.

Connect the Hara Lines ~

You may need to repair and/or strengthen hara lines for centering and improved healing. The hara lines are like tiny webs of light that connect the chakras to your center and extend throughout your body. Sometimes they’re broken or damaged because of trauma, illness, toxicity or sudden changes in the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight).
This Circle gives extra energy to the hara lines that connect your chakras.

“I repair and strengthen my hara lines.”
“My chakras are connected properly with my Soul
through a beautiful web of light.”

This Circle also helps us navigate where we are and to organize our consciousness around being present. “I am present and inside of my body. External pressures and harmful energies are outside.”

Now it’s time to make sure you’re tapping into positive energy and the new generative energies that are available in the New Paradigm.

I embrace the new generative flow and use it to support my health, my prosperity and my happiness.”

Patiently, bring in the Light and let it clear your energy field. Release your thoughts and worry until the darkness is all gone. The Light is transmuting, transforming and completing this stage of your Souls journey.

If those pathways remain open, all kinds of trouble (karma, issues, illness or confusion) can continue to pass back and forth through the opening without your awareness. This can manifest in sudden and mysterious illnesses, mental confusion, issues with prosperity or chronic states of overwhelm.

“I choose healthy boundaries and to be done with this sticky situation.”

“All holes, doors or passageways are sealed and healed.”

“I follow the direction of my Souls protection.”

Be sure to see them closed completely both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

Clarify Your Intentions In the New Paradigm ~

A Mind Exercise to Let Go of the Old and Bring In New Intentions From Your Soul.

As we move into new ways of being and behaving, there are always challenges that come in the form of old agendas, intentions and agreements that have to be reformed in order to create beneficial conditions that are free of all the internal conflict that comes from lack of clarity.

This Happiness Power Circle is designed to help you handle the initial confusion and hesitancy in your mind.

What can we do when things don’t turn out the way we expected or the way we hoped?

In the 1950’s, scientists invented the premier pesticide, DDT which, at the time, was a boon to food manufacturers. What they didn’t know was that this ‘miraculous’ invention and the completely unrestricted use of it was going to throw the ecology of nature seriously out of balance.

To make matters worse, once they finally admitted there was a problem, they proceeded to invent a complicated series of compensations and hazards that have led us to where we are today (DDT was listed as #14 in The 50 Worst Inventions – Time Magazine).

Our intentions have consequences.

The “Malaise”

Folks tend to react to problems by RETURNING to the malaise of the old paradigm for a quick fix solution – mostly because it seems familiar. It could also be a “get rich quick” or an “I’m going to show you” solution. The underlying intention there is to make things happen in whatever way they want them to.

Unfortunately, in a rush to “fix,” “get rich” or “get back at someone”, we inadvertently repeat the very intentions we’ve sworn to overcome.

There are six general categories of intentions that could be causing some trouble for you. Let’s examine them:

  1. Intentions that have already been completed or are out-dated. If intentions that are irrelevant or contradictory to your current needs aren’t cleared up and released, they will cause unnecessary confusion, hardship and conflict. Realizing that you are living under different conditions and now have different needs is the key remedy here.
  2. Assumptions that we know what’s going on and are right. This conditioned behavior will keep us from listening to what others are telling us and prevent us from learning at a time when we really need both of those things. Realizing that you are stuck in a stagnant mindset and need some fresh input and energy will help you loosen up.
  3. Intentions that are sourced out of fear, like spite, paranoia or a rebel identity. If everything and everyone is out to get you, it will be very difficult to manifest a peaceful, prosperous outcome. Ask yourself if you’re cutting off your nose to spite your face. If you are, cultivating a willingness to change and softening your edge will help.
  4. Get rich quick or fantasy intentions that aren’t well thought out. Intentions that are contradictory with how things actually work create harm, even if unintentional. Unintended consequences are irritating at best and disastrous at worst. Use cause and effect thinking to sort this out. “If I do (don’t do) _______, what is most likely to happen?” Pay attention to how things work out in Nature.
  5. Too many Intentions or intentions that are in direct conflict with each other.  More is not better. Too much information causes chaos and confusion. In this case, it’s best to start over. Clear the slate and reorganize around your true priorities.
  6. Allowing malignant motivations to poison your intentions. An intention that’s motivated by perfection, revenge or resentment will have a completely different result from one that is motivated by joy, self-love and respect. Make a choice to empower your intentions through your heart connection with the Divine. 

This tutorial will help you to honor what has been, while effectively clearing the way for a new paradigm to be created based on equality, Soul co-operation and sustainable prosperity!

 

Part I: Begin with some Positive Affirmations to Get Help from Your Deepest, Wisest Self

“I ask to free myself from harmful intentions, so I can follow inner guidance. I create greater harmony, peace and _____________ .”

Old Soul

 

“I follow my Inner Guidance to create Freedom.”

Contemplate this Mandala for several minutes to illuminate your current situation. Is something missing or out of place?

“I ask for __________ and ___________.”

 

Clear through the tangle of distractions, falsehoods and wishful thinking.

“I align myself with the truth of what’s really needed.”

“I listen to my true heart’s desire and establish that as my guiding light.”

 

Part II: Identify Harmful Intentions So That You Can Release Them

Imagine you can softly gaze into the center of #40 Mapacho Medicine and see ancient intentions like eggs or seeds waiting to be activated.

Not only do you see your own intentions and prayers, but also cultural, ancestral goals that no longer have life affirming motivations behind them.

Visualize them like ingredients in a soup that is spoiling your genuinely desired outcome. Imagine you can scoop out any unpreferred intentions and send them to the Sun:

“In this exercise, I remove or reform any out of date intentions that are harmful to me.”

“I release other peoples intentions for me.”

“I intend that all harmful energies and intentions be sent to the Light and purified.”

 

Don’t be surprised if those old intentions and ingredients bring up some uncomfortable fixated feelings. There could also be memories, physical tension or inner conflicts.

Gaze softly at #32 Condor and relax. Imagine the lines are softening up like wet spaghetti noodles. Gently melt those conflicts away (this medicine is also good for when your mind goes blank). Here are some useful affirmations:

“I consciously relax any fixations or let them melt.”

“I see the pieces breaking down – dissolving into nothingness.”

“I free my mind and energy to perceive differently.”

Once you’ve done that, it would be a good idea to go back to Mapacho and see if some other old intentions need to  be cleared away.

Be prepared to see things differently.

 

Imagine that you can send #11 Raccoon up and down your spine to unlock your connection to any agreement that’s keeping any harmful intention going. Here are some suggested affirmations:

“I release my agreement to hold onto lies, outdated agreements or anything that is harmful to me.”

“I let go of being used or abused.”

“I let go of any agreement to contribute to harmful practices such as _________(blocking myself, etc.

“I let go of fantasies, complications, control, sabotage, etc. ________.”

“My new agreement is to _______. I do my best to learn how to love myself and experience what that really means.”

Go back to Mapacho and clear old intentions again.

 

By acknowledging your Spiritual Self with #49 Old Sol, you can reconnect and allow your Soul to be in charge of how and what you manifest.

Old Soul“I let go of the idea that I know what’s supposed to happen here.”

“I let go of other peoples agendas and plans for me.”

“I follow the guidance of my Soul and Higher Self.”

“I acknowledge that surrendering to the wisdom of my Soul and Higher Self is the best plan.”

“In accordance with my highest good, I let go of any plans, tendencies or life trajectories that are harmful to me.”

“I realign my goals, plans and intentions to be in harmony with my Souls purpose.”

 

Clear any karma with #37 Seed that interferes with having a clear, direct intention in the present. That includes karma that you may have taken on from others, including ancestral traumas, curses, grudges, etc.

“I let go of karma that actually belongs to others.”

“I release any karma I have to hold or internalize other peoples intentions, emotions, etc.”

“I transmute my negative karma and set it right.”

“I use my beneficial karma to create beneficial intentions for the New Paradigm.”

Ask yourself: “Do I have the karma to successfully manifest my intention?”

If not, what do you need to do?

It would be a good idea to go back to Mapacho again and clear away old intentions.

 

Imagine that #24 Dissolving Destructive Blueprints from Soul Prayer Charts for can help you identify and dissolve any toxic imprints or patterns that may be perpetuating harm. As you meditate on the symbol, consciously visualize toxic energy clearing out of your thoughts and mind and going to the Sun.
That way, you can be sure that you’re not dumping debris on others or our precious Earth!
You’ll know you’re done when the energy calms down.

“I dissolve any entanglements with harmful or outdated intentions.”

 

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

Seal and heal all holes, leaks or pathways that compromise safety and protection with #8, Piranha. These openings may be in your mind, your energy field or in the space around you.

“All holes and harmful pathways are sealed and healed.”

“My intention is to spontaneously close holes and harmful pathways whenever it is needed.”

 

Close the “Bridge to Nowhere.” Free yourself from harmful ties or chords.

“I let go of a harmful connections and obligations to engage with dangerous or abusive situations.”

Let yourself move around a bit so you can let go of excess tension.

 

Part III: Organize Around Your Cleared Intention:

Allow your Heart Center to reorganize itself to properly resonate with and communicate your true heart’s desire with #1 Animal Spirits.

“I am positioned correctly to succeed in the New Paradigm.”

“I am connected and empowered to live in harmony with the Circle of Life.”

“I come from the heart and communicate with my true Guides, my Psyche, my Soul, my Power Animal and my Higher Self.”

Ask your heart:

“Are there any remaining intentions that would interfere?”

If so, go back to Mapacho and clear out interfering intentions one more time.

 

Confirm your readiness to begin manifesting your intention in alignment with prosperity and your highest good. With this symbol, check your response:

“I create greater self-love and ___________ in the New Paradigm.”

“With this intention in mind, am I  ready and willing to create happiness in alignment with my highest good?”

If you get a “yes,” great! You’re ready to start actively manifesting your intention by engaging with our Power Circle Game!

If you get a “no,” go back and reevaluate until you find an intention that truly resonates with the statement above.

Other considerations:

  • Sometimes the timing is wrong, is that happening now?
  • Sometimes we need to rest after finishing a big project, could that be happening here?
  • Other times, something is stuck or we need to wait for the right time to start.

Nourish Healthy Relationships

Did you know that you instinctively know the difference between toxic and healthy relationships?

The Solar Plexus Chakra is key to knowing whether or not a relationship is nourishing or toxic to you. Healthy RelationshipsYour gut feeling is the best lie detector and has all the information it needs about healthy relationships – as long as you’re present and paying attention! It’s just that for some reason, the information is being blocked from your conscious awareness and you can’t see the signs.

There are several ways that gut instinct gets blocked. Two that are particularly relevant in times like these are being in too much of a hurry and getting distracted. 

Distractions keep us from taking good care of ourselves, because if we’re always busy, busy, busy and not paying attention to our basic needs, we’re asking for trouble.

Of course we have all kinds of excuses that make it seem all right.  “I ran out of time… I have to get this done… there’s too much going on…” etc.

Check your response to these statements and notice if you get stuck on either of them:

So, let’s slow down and think about the source of your relationship trouble. Relax into it. Is there a particular person, group or relationship system that seems to be at the core of the problem?

Healthy Relationships

Sadly, many of us we spend too much time or energy on toxic relationships that aren’t particularly good for us. You know the kind of people I’m talking about:

  • the wolf in sheep’s clothing that uses flattery to charm and disarm you.
  • the whiners that are oh, so good at making you feel sorry for them.
  • the wunderkinds who go out of their way to impress you.
  • or bullies that just want to intimidate and make you miserable.

Are you attracting a lot of that? 

If your answer is “no” count yourself lucky. You must have very good relationship karma!

If your answer is “yes,” go ahead and continue this extra-intuitive mind exercise to see what might be going on…


Slow Down and Focus

Let’s see what’s going on for you by experiment with one of our Intuitive Learning Circles for slowing down and focusing on what’s really important.

“I slow down and focus on what I need when it comes to my  _______ relationships.”

If you’re thinking about a particular relationship, it’s worth your time to really slow down and ask yourself a couple of honest questions:

“What is my concern about this particular relationship?”

Clarify the nature of the relationship – friend, business associate, boss, family, lover, etc.

“What is the confusion about?”

 

 

Check for Good Boundaries

Most relationships have their own irritations, resistances and rough patches. Where is the irritation in this relationship? What is it about?

Are you taking something personally or internalizing something that isn’t yours? Are you being codependent in some way?

If so, use this Circle to help you open your energy up wide and let those irritations go. Send it all to the Sun!

What else what might you do to soothe the situation?

 

Examine Emotional Reactions

Sometimes people trigger certain emotional responses in us that come out of our childhood conditioning or earlier relationships. A certain tip of the head or tone of voice can be very potent.

Most of the time, the people in our relationships have no idea about what’s happening. You may have very little power over them. However, you can be responsible for your own reactions. Ask yourself:

“What is the main emotion or emotions I’m feeling when around this person?” 

“Does it happen only in certain situations?”

“Does this relationship remind me of another person? A painful experience?”

Could you be experiencing a harmful attitude, a phobia or an obsession?

 

Clear the Clutter

Sometimes we attract disturbing or stressful situations because our minds are cluttered up with disturbing, stressful thoughts.

Imagine that you can use this Circle to clear out the landscape of your mind. Sweep all that junk and chaos out of your head and send it to the Sun! You might be surprised at how much clutter there is!

That’s one of the reasons people like to meditate. It’s a great way to develop a regular habit of clearing debris out of the mind!

 

Evaluate How You’re Using Your Energy to Nourish Yourself.

Now that you’re present, focused and clear, you can get some accurate information about how to nourish yourself. If you follow the directions, you can get all kinds of answers that could really help you make a big improvement in your happiness. All you have to do is relax and gaze softly at the center open space of this Circle while you ask yourself a few questions. Use a scale of one to ten to evaluate what’s going on (one being lousy and ten being great!). Be sure to listen to your gut and be receptive to the answers that come.

On a scale of one to ten:

Ask yourself when it comes to this person:

“How is this person nourishing me- Emotionally?
Professionally?
Intellectually?
Spiritually?
What, if anything, is missing?
Is there a beneficial exchange
of energy?
Have I closed myself off
in some way?
What, if anything, could be done to improve the relationship?

 

Release or Renegotiate Agreements

Most rules about relationships are rooted in old ideas and systems that we grew up with as children.

In the New Paradigm, a lot of those old agreements and assumptions cause problems and keep us from having truly nourishing relationships.

In this particular relationship, what agreements need to be amended, reformed or let go of entirely?

“I let go of ___________.”
“I reform ________.”
“I amend my agreement to ______.”
“I stop participating in ________.”
“I uproot ______,  _______, &_________.”

 

Release the Mental/ Emotional Patterns

2021 is a number five year (2 + 0 + 2 + 1 = 5) and is represented in the Tarot by Major Arcana cards #V the Hierophant and #14 (1 + 4 = 5) Temperance.

The number 5 is about the five senses and our ability as humans to use them to navigate experience. Our senses are integral to intuition, but must be in balance in order to discern Inner Truth. Intuition is above reason, but never contrary to it. Failure to recognize the difference results in wishful thinking based on false reasoning. As such, the Hierophant is a card about choices, authority and the ethics or morals involved with those choices.

The number 14 represents wholeness, unity, perfect order and permanence – providing a whole foundation. The meanings of the Temperance Card are patience, mental equilibrium and finding the Middle Way through balance. The confluence of these two archetypes is bringing the polarized and delusional thinking of the Collective ever more into the forefront of our experience. Will we choose to LIBERATE ourselves? Or will we stay stuck, out of balance and in distress?

Correct activation and focus of the Third Eye Chakra will assist us in striking the needed balance.

The Chinese Zodiac

Todays Intuitive Reading - The Year of the OXThe Zodiac animal that has settled in since February 12th, 2021 is the auspicious Yin Metal OX. On the plus side, her energy evokes strength, devotion, hard work, honesty and positivity. This is great because we’re going to need all the help we can get on those fronts. Thank goodness we’re done with the scurrying, evasive Rat energy of last year!

However, making the adjustment from one to the other can be a challenge, especially if the more bullish aspect of the Ox is showing itself through stubborn, overly prudent or cautious behavior. There might be resistance to change by blocking things that could actually help. Not only will we encounter more obstinance in our interactions with others, but reversed Oxen energy could influence an introverted or shy person to be even more so than normal. That means that the quality of our response (our personal responsibility) becomes a critical factor in how well the situation resolves itself.

If you are experiencing a lot of resistance or gridlock, check yourself for internal misunderstandings, misinformation or miscommunication. Greed, poor boundaries and communication issues are just a few of the irritants that could keep you stuck in the mud this year. In those situations, you may be tempted to pit your stubborn Ox energy against the stubborn Ox energy of another. This tactic will only dig you deeper into the problem. You might also be tempted to retreat into the shadows to lick your past wounds and insecurities. Both of these old behaviors and identities will not help you anymore. It’s far wiser to devote the Ox’s energy toward accomplishing your own goals through clear communication and Right Action. If a workable compromise isn’t forthcoming, move on with strength and determination that comes from within.

For those who can properly harness her energy, Madame Ox can be a true friend because of her hardworking character and sturdiness. 


The I Ching – March 9th – April 4th, 2021 – Liberation.

The energy flow from the Book of Change shifted from Hexagram #45 ASSEMBLING to #40 LIBERATION with a brief touch down in Hexagram #6 CONFLICT between March 4th and 9th. Because of that, it’s especially important to make sure you aren’t taking on anyone else’s issues, karma or conflicts. During times of political or social unrest, it’s very common for disgruntled people and organizations to try to dump their problems and the karma associated with them onto others. Sadly, that scenario is happening now in an effort to avoid responsibility for a multitude of illegal and unethical actions. If you suspect you’re involved with something like that, there are several Mind Exercises and Transformation Games listed in the Resources section of this reading.

Consciously utilize the strength and persistence of the Ox to help you facilitate your freedom from these types of confusion and interference. Harness all of the energy available to you with your inner wisdom and LIBERATE yourself. “Anxiety and strife will give way if you take firm, aggressive action now. Just as a thunderstorm releases tension in the atmosphere, it is time to clear the air of mistakes and resentment. This should be done decisively and without hesitation in an attempt to return the situation to normal as soon as possible. The timely execution of a LIBERATION from difficulty is essential to success.

The solution to annoying political problems are no longer elusive. It is within your power now to resolve issues that have blocked your progress. Deal with them expediently. When it is possible to overlook past errors and forgive transgressions, do so, for the sooner the tensions are relieved the better for all concerned. If you should find yourself in the midst of an intolerable situation or intrigue, then perhaps the time has come to depart from the situation entirely. Whatever course you take, act quickly. Do not linger in the difficulties. A timely LIBERATION from the stresses that occur in matters of power will bring good fortune.

Persons and problems that have consistently stood in the way of business endeavors can now be bypassed. Many of your past difficulties should resolve themselves with ease, providing you with a sense of relief. Let them go and do not seek retribution. Your concern should lie in returning your affairs to their regular and intended pattern.

Your relations with others should become less rigid as tensions are relieved and a refreshing sense of LIBERATION replaces anxieties. You may now successfully resolve complications brought about by adverse social arrangements. This should be done without delay and with no show of emotionalism. There is no reason to dwell petulantly upon the past or glory in your newfound LIBERATION. Do what you must quickly and quietly, and carry on with your affairs.

Times of tension and anxiety are passing in your personal relationships as well. Take this opportunity to put the past behind you. This LIBERATION from emotional complications and adversity can give you a fresh new start with your loved one. You may, in fact, find the present time unusually erotic.

When LIBERATION is complete, when the tensions of the storm have passed, your spirit will be refreshed and stimulated. The ground will be cleared for new growth, and the future will appear promising. And, once you finally dispense with emotional ruts or resentments from former times, you will have an excellent opportunity for personal advancement. Overall, you should feel increased energy and clarity in your dealings with the outside world.

K’AN, difficulty, in the lower trigram stimulates into activity CHEN, arousing movement, in the upper realm. Such a reaction brings good fortune. When none of the lines are moving, it signals an internal process of LIBERATION. It may be the passing of an unhealthy habit or pattern of behavior. During this fast moving year, the collective karma for illness, lack of personal responsibility and unhealthy patterns of neglect have been fully activated and they’re not just going to go away because we’re in a New Year. Hopefully we’ve learned something from it!

The animal coming in is the auspicious Yin Metal OX, symbolizing strength, hard work, honesty and positivity. Concerns during the transition continue to revolve around keeping your environment clean, your thinking clear and your heart strong. 

December 27th, 2020 – January 12th, 2021 Intuitive Reading from the I Ching or Book of Change – Adapting.

Kuan Yin has been helping us through these readings and games to transition from the old paradigm based on greed and fear to a New Paradigm of co-operation, equality and sustainable prosperity. Some say that this is the official start of the Aquarian Age.

Her advice springs from the I Ching, an ancient book of divination that follows the flow of the cosmos. Because of that, her advice and instruction comes from a different perspective than ours.


Adapting to Change - Todays Intuitive Reading“Since the Jupiter/Saturn Conjunction on the Solstice, you have been ADAPTING to change on many levels. A change of season. A change in your collective mindset. A change that follows the flow of the Universe.

On the physical plane, you have been separated from the usual common activities that you hold dear. This sequestration is a requirement – not by some political agenda or conspiracy, but by the forces of Nature, whose will is being carried out regardless of how you feel about it!

Take heart and be patient. If you’ve been looking upon it as unfair, you are making the situation more difficult than it has to be. 

In your seclusion, you have had many opportunities to reform yourselves and ADAPT to sweeping change in fundamental ways. It is now time to take action on those changes if you genuinely want to change the direction of your collective society. 

“The process of letting go can be difficult, but if we refuse to let go of something that’s already left, we are courting disaster.”

The path that Humanity has been on is filled with dead ends, tangles and irreconcilable differences. You may say, “the path can be altered.” To that, the Universe replies, “the path itself is untenable and can no longer be supported.” You must change the path you’re traveling on and the time is now.

Let me say it again. The path your society has been traveling on is a dead end. 
The good news is that a new path has opened, is taking form and available to ground in. It promises to be a rough transition, but not impossible.
This is a vulnerable time and whether you feel ready or not, you are being called upon to ADAPT to this new path and energy in significant ways. If you are choosing patience, courage and caution, your journey will go much easier.”

“When autumn approaches, all of life that continues to survive begins an adaptation to the season. The pelts of animals begin to thicken in anticipation of the winter, while the seeds of plants scatter themselves in autumn winds to await the spring. The bark of the tree increases to protect itself from the cold, while insects may burrow deep inside to hibernate. By ADAPTING to the forces, life is protected as it rests and restores itself for new activity.

ADAPTING is knowing when to act and when to rest, when to speak and when to be silent. The nature of this hexagram is compared to the time of autumn when activity ebbs and rest begins. This is not a restraint, for there is no stress involved. It is instead a peaceful, accepting frame of mind willing to adjust to the existing forces. You should now concern yourself with doing the best you possibly can under the circumstances. Leave the control of the situation to others. Even if you feel you possess the strength to alter events, it is in your best interests to remain low. True power lies in serving others, and with such behavior comes progress and success.

In worldly matters, only leaders who adapt their vision to the sentiments of society will be followed. If their ideals are too far from the popular mainstream of reality, if they are not ADAPTING their product or service in the interests of the times, then following them can lead to danger. However, if their goals are harmonious with the times, you may commit yourself to their leadership. When you follow another, you may relax and restore yourself.

Try to be flexible in your social and personal relationships and, if necessary, subordinate yourself. It is correct to adapt to the situation presented now, for this is the only way that there will be favorable progress. Do not waste your energies struggling against the predominant forces. Instead, make your relationships as rewarding as possible by ADAPTING yourself to the current mood.

Rid yourself of old prejudices and opinions that may be controlling your behavior and holding you back. If your goals and principles are not consonant with those of your society, then you must make an adjustment in yourself. Your progress now depends upon the reality of your milieu. You may live by your own rules in your own home, but once outside, you must adapt. By ADAPTING to the realities around you at this time, you will find peace of mind and success.

Navigating Danger

September -October, 2020 Intuitive Reading from the I Ching or Book of Change – Navigating Danger.

In this intuitive reading for September 20th – October 11, 2020, Soul Resources offers a variety of SOS formulas and Transformation Games using the Intuitive Learning Circles and the I Ching for navigating DANGER as we seek to build a better world based on the Common Good.

Creating Synergy for a New Paradigm

Gaining a Larger Perspective on the Current Flow

2020 is the Year of the Yang White or Golden Rat in the Chinese Zodiac. The Rat is generally described as active, fertile, filled with energy and industrious. However, Rats also attract clutter, spread disease and tend to meddle in situations where they can do serious damage. As I’ve mentioned before, another year of the White Metal Rat was 1720 when the French city of Marseille was devastated by the Black Plague. Unfortunately, the themes of collective karma around responsibility and illness is difficult to miss.

The I Ching (or Book of Change) Energy was in the flow of Hexagram #6 CONFLICT for the whole month of July. Then, at the beginning of August, the energy changed to #30 SYNERGY. Unfortunately, the collective mindset of the USA remained stuck in the CONFLICT and was unwilling to detach from the gridlock and take advantage of the more positive energy.  
As a result, we have entered into Hexagram #29 DANGER for the next 2 – 4 weeks.

I Ching Intuitive Reading for September 20th – October 11th, 2020.

I Ching Workbook - R. L. WingThe original intent of the I Ching was based on an Eastern philosophy of observation and marking changes in natural and human events. Through many centuries and contributions from shamans and master teachers, including Lau Tzu and Confucius, the Book of Change was developed into a full philosophy for applying beneficial human conduct to varying circumstances. The Art of Feng Shui is part of that philosophy.

The Transformation Games, Mind Exercises and Self-care Formulas listed at the bottom of this Reading follow I Ching advice for Navigating DANGER, as translated by R.L. Wing.

“The situation is one of real DANGER, caused by and manifested in the affairs of man. This DANGER is not inspired by overwhelming tendencies within the cosmos, or by conflicts in your innermost attitudes. The real DANGER that confronts you is brought about by your immediate environment. It will take skill to overcome the difficulties, but managed properly, this time of challenge can bring out the very best in you. The Chinese text points out that if you can act with confidence and virtue whatever you do results in success.”

Do not avoid confrontations in any difficult or threatening situations; you must now meet and overcome them through correct behavior. Maintain a continued resolve. Hold to your ethics and principles and do not for a moment consider compromising what you believe to be right. Acting with integrity and confidence is the key to surmounting the DANGER.

In business or political affairs, stick to approved policy. When making judgements regarding matters of leadership, neither bargain with your principles nor attempt to avoid the issue, for such actions would render meaningless all that has been achieved thus far. In social interactions, remain true to your nature. If possible, convince others of the soundness of your ideas by demonstrating the good effects of your actions. If they will not support you, you do not need them. Keep moving. Do not dally in the DANGER. In personal relationships, do not allow passions to to lead you into peril. If the difficulties cannot be resolved without sacrificing your principles, the relationship may be irresolute.

The time of DANGER can be especially good for inner development. By holding to fixed and virtuous ethics, by maintaining your inner vision and ideals, all things fall into a steady, tangible perspective. You will know your relationships to your environment, and in this way you can accomplish your aims. Although subjective, this perspective is now in accord with the problems facing you now.

Additionally, by persevering in high minded conduct, you become a living example to your family and your fellow man. Through the consistency of your actions you guide and inspire others in the handling of their own affairs. This in turn will create order and dispel DANGER within your milieu. Thus you are protected.

Frequent encounters with DANGER are a part of life. Beyond making you inwardly strong, familiarity with DANGER, like the near brush of death, can instill in you a profound awareness of the life force and the mysterious nature of the cosmos. Such heightened awareness can bring new meaning, determination, and richness into your life.”

Take Good Care of Yourself Through Moderation

During this pandemic, we’re all learning what we need to do to take good care of ourselves. The path of MODERATION is often the key.

There is no shortage of information and advice out there about what we should and should not do to take care of ourselves. Early on in my experience as a medical intuitive, I discovered that there is no “one way” to protect ourselves or heal that works for everyone. We are all unique individuals with our own strengths, weaknesses and preferences – our own karma, if you will.

I also learned that what works today may not work tomorrow. That has to do with circumstances; something may have suddenly changed that has to be dealt with. A shock may cause you to loose your footing and get off balance. Or, there may be some other spiritual or emotional blockage that needs to be released before a clear solution can appear. There could be underlying toxins in the system, the timing may not be right or the body could be so challenged by something like a virus that it’s unable to communicate properly.

So, given all the variables present in this extremely difficult time, how can you take good care of yourself?

Hexagram # 15 – Moderation – How to Take Good Care of Yourself in the New Paradigm

Transformation Game - Take Good Care of Yourself

“In difficult times, it’s usually best to move with the flow of MODERATION, Hexagram #15, where ‘The predominant forces … are in the process of balancing extremes and harmonizing interests.’ ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

The ancient Chinese text describes MODERATION as the best way to make progress by disengaging from harmful extremes and following the truth and guidance that comes from within. In almost any situation, if you’re able to walk a moderate and middle road, there will be improvement in whatever you undertake.

Finding Moderation and Following that Path ~

As a general rule, MODERATION is a sensible flow to follow whenever there’s so much chaos and confusion that it’s hard to tell what’s going on. In the midst of chaos, unpreferred karma (cause and effect) can be easily triggered. For many people, soul contracts have been completed and need to be released to prevent unnecessary health problems. Generally, people are probably either:

  1. Being pulled into a negative spiral of mental, emotional, physical or spiritual health.
  2. Stuck in frustration, rebellion or an obstinate refusal to change. 
  3. Getting scattered or revisiting regressive patterns from the past, or
  4. Pulling themselves together into a centered position of empowered authority.

As you softly gaze at this Circle that accesses karmic seeds, see if you’re currently experiencing one of these situations. Ask yourself:

“Am I generally experiencing situation #1, 2, 3 or 4?”

It could easily be a mix, depending on your mindset and what stage of the karma you’re living through.

Whatever it is, you can take good care of yourself by letting go of any karmic agreement that is complete – over and done with or that’s causing you harm in any way. This game will help you do that. 


Let Go So You Can Bring In New Ways to Take Good Care of Yourself.

Use this Soul Contract Circle to help you identify and release the agreements. Imagine that each agreement is like a lock attached to every vertebrae of your spine. To let go, see if you can access the original Soul Contract that started the whole pattern for you. Start at the bottom of the line and and the bottom of your spine at the tailbone to find the contract that has the strongest emotional charge. Release it first. You can imagine it burning up or breaking apart. 

Then, move up your spine – unlocking any harmful agreements as you go all the way to the top of your neck. Here are some examples:

“I unlock all agreements that sacrifice my health or place me in harms way.”

“I let go of any lies, poor guidance or assumptions that block my ability to heal.”

“I discontinue activities or beliefs that put me at risk.”

“I release pathways, false concepts and patterns of behavior that lead to conflict, confusion, hardship, over-indulgence or ________, etc.”

 

Reclaim Your Power:

Take all the time you need to really relax into this chart with these positive affirmations:

“I decide to gently integrate healthier patterns that upgrade my happiness and well-being, in accordance with my highest good.”

“I exist and am empowered to take good care of myself.”

“I nourish myself with healthy habits.”

 

Clear Out the Clutter:

As you look at this Reiki Key, clear your mind of  hurtful entanglements, confusion or false guidance. By letting go of all the cobwebs, you free up a lot of energy that’s better spent on your good health and vitality.

“I clear my mind and calm down.”


Now it’s time to assess what’s going on for you. What is your main concern at this time? Is anything stressing you out? What do you need to pay attention to? Is this is a good opportunity to clear your mind of any outdated intentions or thoughts that have been interfering with your health or happiness?

 

Make Commitments to Your Good Health and Well-being:

Because of the chaos involved, there aren’t many guarantees out there. Making any kind of reliable prediction is next to impossible. You’re going to need all the presence and energy you have to help you during times such as these. Gently look at the next Circle while you check into these positive affirmations and see what applies in your case:

“My Soul is in charge.”


“My new agreement is to stay present in my body and follow my inner guidance – calmly and honestly.”

“I am flexible and able to adapt to what’s needed.”

Strengthen Your Energy Field:

Focus On Your Priorities:

Use this Circle to help you slow down and shift your focus to what really matters.

“I make a choice to focus my attention on hope, health, sustainable prosperity and ______________.”

 

Evaluate Your Energy:

To successfully accomplish your priorities, it’s essential to assess the energy of your life force or chi’ and how you’re using it. The next few Circles will help you monitor how that’s going. Check in with this Circle to start.

“Am I interacting with auspicious and generative life energies?”
“Am I correctly positioned in my Solar Plexus to receive them properly?”
“Is my Power Animal present and working with me to manifest my intention?”

Develop Healthy Reciprocity:

What you put out comes back to you, so it’s important to put out a clear and direct message with your intentions. Too many contradictory or poorly thought out intentions can create confusion, conflict and even chaos! Take time to organize your energy in alignment with Cause and Effect to help you manifest clear intentions.

“I put out __________ in alignment with my highest good and __________ is returned to me.”

 Once you feel in the flow, ask yourself: “Am I working in alignment with Cause and Effect? Am I remembering to include play and to have fun? Are there any habits or behaviors that would be helpful for me to change? “

 

Physical Nourishment:

Now let’s turn to the physical aspect of taking care of yourself. Consider how well you’re nourishing yourself and make notes so that you’ll remember.

“Are there any foods, especially herbs, teas, vegetables or fruits that would benefit me? Am I getting enough fresh water? Is there anything to stay away from?

Is there anything I’m consuming that’s causing a problem?”

“Am I approaching my physical challenges correctly? If not, can I tell what’s needed?”

 

Breathing and Oxygen:

Relax for a few minutes to consciously breathe and relax. Imagine what kind of exercise you could do that would be most helpful today.

“Am I getting enough oxygen through breathing, fresh air and exercise?”

“Is there anything I need to let go of?”

Emotional Calm

“Am I functioning with too much tension? Am I having a lot of emotional reactions? If so, what might help me?”

 

Sunlight:

Your body needs sunlight to stimulate good health and keep your immune system strong.

“Am I getting enough Vitamin D-3?”
“Am I getting enough sunlight to make it?”
“Am I getting the right nutrition to assimilate it properly?”

“If not, what would help me with this?”

 

Evaluate Your Current Actions or Intentions:

“Are there any activities I’m planning that would be unwise?”

“Are there any external conditions I need to be aware of?”

If so, can I tell what they are? What do I need to be cautious about? How can I follow a more MODERATE and beneficial path?”

 

Check the Vibration of Your Life Force:

The First Chakra located at the base of your pelvis (sometimes called the Root or Sacral chakra) governs the general level of your vitality. Do you sense any unusual sluggishness, sensations or low vibrations? This is a good opportunity to clear your foundation of any outdated intentions or energies that interfere with your health or happiness. 

As you look at this Reiki Key, visualize any heaviness, illness or toxic energy moving out of your root and expelling to the Light.

“What can I do to help raise my vibration? What might me get grounded?”

 

Let Go of Destructive Patterns:

Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that pull you off track. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and let go of self-sabotage or any societal or familial pattern that still affects your health in a negative way. See them disappear as you send them to the Sun:

“I dissolve destructive energy and any connection I have ever had to it.”

“I dissolve ___________________.”

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

Close the Pathways to Suffering:

Once the patterns are cleared, close the door to pathways that lead to  extremes, unnecessary suffering or danger.

“I decide to close the door on harmful pathways. I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

 

Ground:

In order to actualize the benefits of this game, it’s important to get grounded. Put both feet on the ground and let this Circle help you get grounded in a new paradigm of equality, cooperation and sustainable prosperity.

“I finish by being fully grounded in the New Paradigm.”

 

Finish with Positive Energy in the New Paradigm:

At this point, you’re probably feeling much calmer and more in balance. Finish with this affirmation:

“My mind is open and ready to receive generative life force.”
