Gaining a Larger Perspective on the Current Flow

2020 is the Year of the Yang White or Golden Rat in the Chinese Zodiac. The Rat is generally described as active, fertile, filled with energy and industrious. However, Rats also attract clutter, spread disease and tend to meddle in situations where they can do serious damage. 

We’ve already witnessed unprecedented confusion and mixed messages so far in 2020. This month, our challenge is to detach from the gridlock that we’ve gotten stuck in and get back into the proper I Ching flow.

I Ching Intuitive Reading for August 1st – September 4th, 2020.

The I Ching Energy was in the flow of Hexagram #6 CONFLICT for the whole month of July. Then, at the beginning of August, the energy changed to #30 SYNERGY, which is very much about cooperation and what we can do together if we synergize our true desires and efforts. That’s actually really good news!
Creating Synergy - Todays Intuitive ReadingUnfortunately, the collective mindset of the USA is still stuck in the CONFLICT and doesn’t seem to have the will to snap out of it. If this pattern isn’t stopped, we will likely wind up in abject STAGNATION – completely at odds with the prevailing I Ching flow – a societal gridlock that is sadly of our own making. That possibility definitely exists until enough people pull themselves out of it and begin creating SYNERGY for a hopeful future.

What are the best things we could do together to create SYNERGY?

I have found from my work in the past, that when certain key individuals let go of collective patterns, the pattern itself loses steam. If you look carefully, you can see that already happening. Some people are moving forward into new ways of being and relating to one another. The rest of us just have to let go enough to see the possibilities more clearly and then reclaim our energy for creating synergy together ~ 

So where are we stuck?

These points are where I see us as still being stuck in a malaise of CONFLICT:

  • “At a time when social unity is most important, it is significantly lacking.” Society is made up of the collective will of individual people. Are you personally feeding the conflict? Are you willing to stop?
  • “Keep a low profile… Do not put yourself in a position of prominence whatever you imagine to gain in prestige.” Notice the backlash that happens to people who force themselves into the limelight. A wise person working with SYNERGY instinctively knows that this is not the time to do that.
  • “Material possessions and status mean nothing now. Only your inner worth will be of value to you.” The lessons from the coronavirus can be brutal, however it has provided an opportunity to heal our collective fixation on external definitions of value. Have you discovered what’s really important to you?
  • “Don’t try to bring things to a decision or engage yourself in a dispute.” Meddling into affairs that are not our concern has always caused problems, but rarely so much as now. Are you having trouble walking away from a conflict that doesn’t need your help?
  • “If you engage now in forceful CONFLICT, it is possible you will emerge victorious. However, you will have created a situation of unending contest. Again and again, your position will be challenged. Such triumphs are ultimately meaningless.” ~ Hexagram #6, CONFLICT, The I Ching Workbook, R. L. Wing

What are the remedies available in Synergy?

As I mentioned before, when certain key individuals let go of collective patterns, the pattern itself loses steam. Interestingly, those key people are rarely famous or central to the situation. They simply have a relationship to the situation that is key to disempowering it. Everyday people deciding to say no, to let go and move on. People like you!

This year, the Chinese Horoscope animal is the White Metal Rat, which began on January 25th, 2020, ending on to February 11th, 2021. Recent Years ruled by the Rat are 1948, 1960, 1972, 1984, 1996 and 2008.

Transforming Your Life in the Year of the RatThe Rat is generally described as active, fertile, filled with energy and industrious. However, Rats also have a nasty tendency to attract clutter, spread disease and generally insert themselves into situations where they’re not wanted.

The major considerations of Rat energy includes keeping your environment and thinking clear to help you with illness and unhealthy patterns of neglect.

BTW, all this fits in perfectly with 2020 being the Year of the Emperor within the Tarot system. The Emperor is about male authority and the effective (or ineffective) management of physical reality, particularly the land. Focus in on the open, blank space in the middle of this Circle. Send your energy to it using these positive affirmations:

“I use my energy wisely.”

“I make a conscious choice to focus my energy on genuinely helpful people, projects and activities.”

Make a list of things or experiences you would like to create that would be genuinely productive for you at this time.

 

“I decide to let go of unproductive activities and negativity. I send them to the Sun to be transformed.”

 

“I am fully present and ready to transform my life.”

Energy Medicine for the New Paradigm

Once you’ve done that, you’ll probably feel quite a bit better.


If you’re willing, there are several other decisions you could make that could really improve how you handle opportunities. 

Let’s continue with several principles that are bound to be helpful as you transform your life.

Priority #1: Stay focused and calm.

The year will have many challenges – sometimes too many! Keeping a calm and peaceful mindset will help you stay aware of possible difficulties. Ask yourself:

“Am I calm?  Focused? Is there something I need to pay attention to for my own good?

 Priority #2: Keep Your Choices Down to Earth and Do-able.

Keeping your perception realistic sets you up for success and keeps you on track.

“I let go of fantasies and unrealistic ideas.”

“I focus on what’s really possible for me to create in my current situation.”

“I perceive my situation as it really is.”

“Simplicity and good boundaries create the best conditions for success.”

“I decide that being calm and stable are healthy qualities to nurture.”

 

Priority #3: Stay Grounded In Your Own Garden.

It can be pretty easy to wander off into other people’s gardens looking for tempting morsels or opportunities that aren’t really meant for us. This is what is known as ‘the other man’s grass is always greener.” Don’t buy into it!

“I am in my own garden and harvest my own blessings.”

Priority #4: Keep Your Space Clear of Garbage and Clutter.

We may have a tendency to accumulate too much stuff. Use this Circle to help you clear any clutter or garbage out of your mind or personal space. You can imagine a broom just sweeping it all away to the Sun!

Once your mind feels clear, ask yourself, “Is there anything I should clear out or clean up in my physical environment?”

Priority #5: Know What’s Best for You.

Slow down and remember what’s most important for you at this time. Having priorities out of order contributes to neglect, failure and self-pity. Stop and make a choice about what’s most important for you right now.

“What is most important right now?’

“Do I have some intentions that interfere with each other? If so, can I tell what they are?

Am I in a suitable position to be successful?”

 

Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that pull you off track. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and let go of any societal or familial patterns that interfere with transforming your life. See them disappear as you send them to the Sun:

“I dissolve the destructive energies or old patterns of ____________, etc. ”

 

I decide to get grounded and follow the path that’s most beneficial to me.”

 

Once the patterns are cleared, close the door to pathways that lead to trouble.

“All harmful pathways are sealed and healed.

I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

Transforming your life is an opportunity to go within and expel deep patterns of neglect that prevent us from creating more sustainable systems for health, relationships and prosperity. 

You can use this opportunity to plant beneficial karmic seeds for these new systems and any other useful resources that you may need in the near or distant future.

Gaining a Larger Perspective on the Current Flow

2020 is the Year of the Yang White or Golden Rat in the Chinese Zodiac. Ironically, exactly 300 years ago was also a Year of the White Rat when the ship “Grand Saint Antoine” brought the last major outbreak of bubonic plague to the City of Marseille, France. Unfortunately, the theme of large cycles of collective karma around responsibility and illness is difficult to miss.

The Rat is generally described as active, fertile, filled with energy and industrious, however, his darker side seems to be more predominant this year as it was in 1720. Historically, Rats attract clutter, spread disease and generally insert themselves into situations where they can do serious damage. 

Although we’ve already witnessed unprecedented confusion and mixed messages, 2020 is really teaching us how to stay flexible and change with the changes! 

I Ching Intuitive Reading for July 1st – July 24th, 2020.

The I Ching Energy quickly passed through Hexagram #47 ADVERSITY at the beginning of June, providing just the kind of energy where dangerous and tragic situations could erupt suddenly with little or no provocation. Luckily, it was very short-lived and then moved into #43,  RESOLUTION for a couple of weeks.
Now, it’s gotten volatile again, spurred on by all the astrological events and lack of unified leadership.
Yes, things are difficult, yet how you handle irritations, intense social change and inner conflict can still make a difference. 
Please, remain aware of the potential for explosive situations that could appear almost out of nowhere.

What is the best thing to do in times such as these?

Let go of preconceived ideas that cause division and resolve to use this difficult time to progress into a New Paradigm based on equality, sustainable prosperity and cooperation for the Common Good ~

On June 20th, we settled into the flow of  Hexagram #6, CONFLICT. Here is part of the text that I think will be most relevant between July 1st though the 19th:

“At a time when social unity is most important, it is significantly lacking. There are misunderstandings brought about by basic philosophical differences and they cannot be overcome by forceful measures. Avoid controversial topics unless there is present a wise mediator who is trusted by all concerned… 

…weigh all of the possible difficulties and oppositions at the beginning of your endeavors. Such careful considerations are the only way to end debilitating CONFLICT which can bring your efforts to a standstill. As it is, you cannot engage in confrontation with your adversaries, for this would lead to misfortune. All such aggressive or cunning strategies will come to evil.

In questions of power or politics, it would be in your best interests to place the CONFLICT before an impartial authority who can make an unprejudiced decision. In this way you can bring discord to a halt before it becomes injurious…

…Business matters cannot be brought to fruition at this time…It would be best to hold back major changes or innovations until the time is more auspicious…

Hold back and re-examine your original feelings…

Your adversary is superior in strength.”

How to Take Good Care of Yourself

During this pandemic, we’re all learning what we need to do to take good care of ourselves. The path of MODERATION is often the key.

There is no shortage of information and advice out there about what we should and should not do to take care of ourselves. Early on in my experience as a medical intuitive, I discovered that there is no “one way” to protect ourselves or heal that works for everyone. We are all unique individuals with our own strengths, weaknesses and preferences – our own karma, if you will.

I also learned that what works today may not work tomorrow. That has to do with circumstances; there may be a spiritual or emotional blockage that needs to be released first. There could be underlying toxins in the system, the timing may not be right or the body could be so challenged by something like the coronavirus that it’s unable to communicate properly.

So, given all the variables present in this extremely difficult time, how can you take good care of yourself?

Hexagram # 15 – Moderation – How to Take Good Care of Yourself in the New Paradigm

Transformation Game - Take Good Care of Yourself

“In difficult times, it’s usually best to move with the flow of MODERATION, Hexagram #15, where ‘The predominant forces … are in the process of balancing extremes and harmonizing interests.’ ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

The ancient Chinese text describes MODERATION as the best way to make progress by disengaging from harmful extremes and following the truth and guidance that comes from within. In almost any situation, if you’re able to walk a moderate and middle road, there will be improvement in whatever you undertake.

Finding Moderation and Following that Path ~

As a general rule, MODERATION is a sensible flow to follow whenever there’s so much chaos and confusion that it’s hard for you to tell what’s going on. In the midst of chaos, unpreferred karma (cause and effect) can be easily triggered. For many people, soul contracts have been completed and need to be released to prevent unnecessary health problems. Generally, people are probably either:

  1. Feeling threatened, at risk or censured,
  2. Stuck in the desire to return to the way things were,
  3. Caught in the chaos of things splitting apart, or
  4. Seeking harmony and balance by letting go of extremes.

As you softly gaze at this Circle that accesses karmic seeds, see if you’re currently experiencing one of these situations. Ask yourself:

“Am I generally experiencing situation #1, 2, 3 or 4?”

It could easily be a mix, depending on your mindset and what stage of the karma you’re living through.

Whatever it is, you can take good care of yourself by letting go of any karmic agreement that is complete – over and done with or that’s causing you harm in any way. This game will help you do that. 


Let Go So You Can Bring In New Ways to Take Good Care of Yourself.

Use this Soul Contract Circle to help you identify and release the agreements. It can be helpful to imagine that each agreement is like a lock attached to every vertebrae of your spine. To let go, start at the bottom of the line and move up your spine – unlocking any harmful agreements as you go all the way to the top of your neck. Here are some examples:

“I unlock any agreement to sacrifice my health or place myself in harms way.”

“I let go of any lies, poor guidance or assumptions that block my ability to heal.”

“I discontinue activities or beliefs that put me at risk.”

“I release pathways, concepts and patterns of behavior that lead to conflict, confusion, hardship, over-indulgence or ________, etc.”

“I decide to gently integrate healthier patterns that upgrade my happiness and well-being – in accordance with my highest good.” 

 

This is a good opportunity to clear your inner garden of any outdated intentions or energies that interfere with your health or happiness.

As you look at this Reiki Key, allow your heart center to clear away any hurtful entanglements or conflicts. Include old resentments or grievances with family, friends or business relationships. Clear out harmful agendas from societal institutions, religious practices, cults or partisanships. Release attachments to completed projects, places you’ve lived, outmoded forms of transportation, communication, consumerism or business, etc.

By letting go of all that clutter, you free up a lot of energy that’s better spent on your health and vitality.

Because of the chaos involved, there aren’t many guarantees out there. Making any kind of reliable prediction is next to impossible. You’re going to need all the presence and energy you have to help you during times such as these. Gently look at the next Circle while you affirm these positive affirmations:

“My new agreement is to stay present in my body and follow my inner guidance – calmly and honestly.”

“I am flexible and able to adapt.”

“I notice disturbances in my health. I ask for and receive reliable help when I need it.”

“I make wise choices about my health and well-being.”

“I let go of ______.   I prepare for ______.

I take care of ______.   I am open to ______.”

 

“I decide to build an attraction field for _________, _________, _______… suggestions: healthy nourishment, equality, good company, cooperation, sustainable prosperity, etc.

 

“I make a choice to focus my attention on hope, health, sustainable prosperity and ______________.”

 

 

Take time to organize your energy properly so that you can manifest your intentions.

“I nurture my body, mind and spirit healthfully, in alignment with my highest good.”

 Once you feel in the flow, ask yourself: “Are there any habits or behaviors that would be helpful for me to change?”

 

Are there any foods, especially herbs, teas, vegetables or fruits that would benefit me? Am I getting enough fresh water?

Is there anything I’m consuming that’s causing a problem?

Am I approaching my circumstances correctly? If not, can I tell what’s needed?

 

Are there any activities I’m planning that would be dangerous?

If so, can I tell what they are? How can I follow a more MODERATE and beneficial path?”

 

Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that pull you off track. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and let go of self-sabotage or any societal or familial pattern that still affects your health in a negative way. See them disappear as you send them to the Sun:

“I dissolve destructive energy and any connection I have ever had to it.”

“I dissolve ___________________.”

Once the patterns are cleared, close the door to pathways that lead to extremes and danger.

“I decide to close the door on harmful pathways. I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

 

At this point, you’re probably feeling much calmer and more in balance. Finish with this affirmation:

“I am grounded in gratitude and appreciation for the help I receive.” 

Congratulations!

Take Good Care of Yourself

Learning how to take good care of yourself at this time is an opportunity to go within and expel deep patterns of fear and conflict. May we all arise from those patterns, much as a beautiful lotus arises from the muck and mire at the bottom of a pond.”

 Now is a good time to move around or take a nice walk if you can. Enjoy being out in the Sun and fresh air.

Gaining a Larger Perspective on the Current Flow

2020 is the Year of the Yang White or Golden Rat in the Chinese Zodiac. Ironically, exactly 300 years ago was also a Year of the White Rat when the ship “Grand Saint Antoine” brought the last major outbreak of bubonic plague to the City of Marseille, France. The theme of large cycles of collective karma around responsibility and illness is difficult to miss. The Rat is generally described as active, fertile, filled with energy and industrious. However, his darker side seems to be more predominant this year as it was in 1720. Historically, Rats attract clutter, spread disease and generally insert themselves into situations where they can do serious damage. 

Grounding in the TruthAlthough we’ve already witnessed unprecedented confusion and mixed messages, 2020 is really teaching us how to take back our power and stand our ground! 

Concerns for the rest of this year will continue to revolve around keeping your environment clean, your thinking clear and your heart strong. Our collective karma for illness and unhealthy patterns of neglect have been activated. How you decide to take care of yourself is up to you!

By the way, all this fits in perfectly with 2020 being the Year of the Emperor within the Tarot system. The Emperor is about male authority and the effective (or ineffective) ways that we manage our physical reality. It’s easy to see how dangerous the Rat’s out of control enthusiasm mixes with the concept of personal responsibility.

Learning How to Change

Are You Changing with the Changes?

If you’re like most of us, you may have gotten completely overwhelmed by the speed and amount of confusing changes taking place. In one day, you might feel panicked, shut down or frustrated by others who don’t seem to know how to change. So much of “normal” life is gone. You may feel threatened and ready to fight due to any number of conflicts – both inner and outer. Or you might be resisting the whole situation with every fiber in your body! 

The 64 Hexagrams in the I Ching or Book of Change has much to teach us about the importance of being flexible and knowing how to change. 

For example, in Hexagram #29 DANGER, it says:

The situation is one of real DANGER, caused by and manifested in the affairs of man... Acting with integrity and confidence is the key to surmounting the DANGER.”

In Hexagram #49 CHANGING, the ancient text states: 

“A struggle is occurring …the time of CHANGING suggests that although you may not know what to do, you know that something must be done. Your best course is to alert yourself by paying careful attention to the shifting moods of those around you. Take stock of the general feelings running throughout society. This may help you determine your own personal imperatives and the support you can expect in carrying them out.”

In Hexagram #51 SHOCKING, the text says, “The only thing predictable about what is coming is its SHOCKING unpredictability… Examine yourself to see if you have in your heart an acceptance of the sudden forces of the cosmos. Only with this attitude can you behave correctly.”

Transformation Game: Learning How To Change in a Changing World

You can discover how to change more gracefully and let go of the gridlock by going through this Transformation Game. When you slow down and take the time to go within,  you can gain a deeper understanding of what you’re really struggling with. Not only that, you can find the motivation to change how you’re responding in a more effective way!

Directions: Simply gaze at the Circle while contemplating the positive affirmations. Breathe deeply and allow yourself to relax as much as possible.

“I reclaim and balance my rational senses.”

“I focus them to be present and keep tuning into my body to determine what I need.”

“I use them to notice my environment so I can reject, repel or avoid harmful thoughts and energies.”

“I focus on actions that benefit my health, happiness and  _______________.”

 

Once you feel ready, see if you can slow down and let yourself focus on one thing at a time.

“I continue to relax and breathe while my thoughts slow way down.”

Gently, bring your awareness to a specific area of your life that’s caught in any kind of gridlock. What do you notice? You might want to make note of some of the impressions you get.

 

Now you’re ready to go through the rest of the game in the same way by asking yourself the questions while you gaze softly at the accompanying Circle. Take your time, the answers might not come right away. The Circles are helping your mind to clear away mental and emotional clutter.

“In this particular situation, how am I dealing with change?” 

Am I stuck on something? Shut down?  What is the concern?”

 

If you’re stuck, you might be able to deal with it fairly easily by using this Circle that clears shock, resistance and fixated thinking.

Imagine that you can use the Circle like a bull’s eye to dissolve, melt or send a laser beam to break up any “rigid thoughts” or fixations you may be experiencing.


An important note about Mind Body Integration ~ 

Retrain Your Mind for Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. As you work with the Circles, cross and uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body. Use a soft focus and breathe patiently. This will help you access your resistances more fully so that you can release more. Let any negative self-talk go by breathing through it.

Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you let go!


Continue with your investigation about how to change…

“Am I taking anything personally?”

You can usually tell if you’re internalizing something because you’ll start to experience physical, mental, emotional or even spiritual symptoms.

If that’s happening, you can use this positive affirmation:

“I stop taking this personally and turn to more positive ways of dealing with this particular situation.”

The Essential Human*Note: if you have an updated copy of The Essential Human, you might want to go through the Emotional Corrections on pages 97 – 101 to further help you disengage from taking this situation so personally.

 

Next, imagine that you can release any old agreements, assumptions or obligations that are keeping you stuck in the gridlock. Visualize them like contracts, burning up into nothingness. Here are some suggestions:

“I let go of outdated agreements to resist or to take on someone else’s resistance as my own.”

“I let go of the need to hold onto anything harmful in this situation.”

” I let go of ________. I detach from ________. I remove ________.” Etc.

Make some new agreements that support how to change more appropriately, like: “I choose to see this situation in a positive light.” or… “I am capable and my Spirit helps me to handle change… I am free to change in accordance with my highest good… I allow other people to handle their own issues…” Etc.

 

Connect with the Third Chakra at your Solar Plexus and let it open up. Relax and let the tightness go. Deep breathing is your best friend in times of accelerated change! Move around or stretch if you like.

 

Keep breathing and give yourself a good dose of courage with the help of this Circle:

“I surround myself with courage, strength and determination.”

 

Imagine that this Circle can help you find the seeds of resistance you’re feeling. They’re probably not even yours! Let them go to wherever they belong.

Return your attention to your own beneficial seeds of karma. Place them in your Heart center and nurture them gently.

 

Now it’s time to dissolve your connection to any confusion or conflict. Use this symbol for Dissolving Destructive Blueprints and send all the patterns into the Light.

“I dissolve the mental, emotional and spiritual connections to these patterns of conflict.”

Take your time and visualize them dissolving like dark clouds into bright sunshine!

 

Next, seal and heal all leaks, holes or pathways that lead to back to any unnecessary suffering:

“All holes are sealed and healed. I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

 

Are you grounded in the New Paradigm of cooperation and sustainable prosperity? If not, put your feet flat on the ground and let your energy organize around it now.

 

Finally, let your mindset align itself with gratitude and grace:

“I am grateful to be changing with the changes.”

It’s rarely easy to let go of conflict, but once you know how to change with the changes, your situation is bound to improve! The I Ching leaves you with this thought:

“Remove discordant elements as they appear, throw out outmoded or stifling policies when they once again create problems, and establish far-reaching clarity about the future whenever the opportunity presents itself.” ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

If you’re like most people, you’ve been experiencing an unprecedented amount of change and are realizing that you need to review and reform your plan and assumptions about your life. Whether it’s an overall life trajectory or more specific plans about health, business or even creative projects, now is an opportune time to look at them and recalibrate.

Step One: When evaluating your needs, Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs works well to help you position your priorities accurately. Each level is naturally structured to give your plan the greatest stability and efficiency.  Let’s take a look at the different levels:

The fourth level focuses around self-esteem. At the top of the pyramid lies the needs for personal growth and self-actualization.

Are you currently seeing your needs correctly? Are they positioned correctly?

The triangle may be upside down or out of focus. The levels could be out of order or missing entirely. It might not even seem that it’s your plan at all! Use this Circle to help you create or rearrange them in your mind so that your plan is most likely to meet your current needs.

Do that both crossed and uncrossed.

 

Step Two: Make sure that your plan is actually for you, based on what you need now, in present time.

Relax and let your 3rd Chakra get connected, open and balanced at your solar plexus (the area where your ribs go up in the front).

Your Essential Self is most efficiently located there to help you manifest, create happiness and maintain health.

In stressful times, it’s pretty common for the Essential Self to get closed off, misplaced or dissociated.

You can correct that now.

 

Step Three: Once you’re re-centered, clarify what your plan is really about.

Ask yourself: “Is this about a state of being or something specific I want to accomplish?

Is this really my plan, or someone else’s?

Is there something about the way things have been that I don’t want to go back to?

How would I really like my plan to help me and those I care about?

Am I currently using my time, finances and efforts productively?”

Make note of your answers.

 

Step Four: Uncover your awareness of any danger.

Gaze at this Circle that accesses your unconscious awareness of possible dangers that could be a problem for you now or in the future. Imagine that you can gather up that inner library of wisdom and see what you come up with. Take your time and let the information emerge. Ask yourself:

“Is there something happening that shouldn’t be? Am I missing something? Is anything or anyone involved creating a problem? If so, where are they and how are they affecting me?”

“How much harm is this situation causing for me and for others?”

“Is there a particular action to take that would help?”

“Am I operating under any false assumptions? I.e. Am I assuming that something can only work one way? Am I being right about something?”

“Am I willing to let it go and allow something better to come in?”

 

Step Five: Bring in your emotional filter and notice what you’re feeling in this situation.

“Are any emotions throwing me off? Am I caught up in any negative attitudes?” 

“If so, what are they and what is it about them that doesn’t feel right?”

“Am I feeling my emotions or someone elses?”

“Is there a better filter I could use that could help me be happier?”

“Do I believe that I have the power to change my emotional filters?”

“What is the best course of action?”

 

Step Six: Are there outcomes you have agreements with that are no longer desirable?

If there are, this is a good time to release your agreement with them with this Soul Contract Circle. Be sure to release any agreements you have to punish or be hard on yourself for any reason.

Reform Your Plan by Releasing Agreements

“I let go of complications, bad timing, self-sabotage, poor boundaries, intolerance, distractions, ______________, etc.

“I detach from harmful emotional filters and outcomes that no longer fit.”

“I free myself from the burdens of guilt, shame, blame or debt. I stop contributing to harmful patterns.”

“My new agreement is to follow the guidance of my Soul. I forgive myself for any mistakes made and start again with integrity and a clean slate. I _______.” etc.

 

“I am encouraged and inspired to make new plans that will genuinely benefit me and those that I love in our new situation.”

 

“I make clear decisions about what I want to let go of for good and not return to.”

“I’m sure I want to let go of _______________.”

 

“I’ve learned my lessons about _______________.”

 

“I definitively decide to _______________.”

 

Step Seven: Are there methods or modalities you’ve been using (or not using) that need to be re-evaluated?

Can you identify what they are?

 

Step Eight: What have you learned over the course of recent events that you want to integrate into your consciousness?

Use this Circle to help you reorganize and reform your plan around this new level of awareness.

 

Step Nine: Imagine what could happen if you created your new plan around a central intention that brings you joy – like actualizing your true heart’s desire…

Bring the energy into your center first and then imagine your new intention radiating out into the world around you.

What does your heart tell you that you need to do?

 

Step Ten:  Dissolve your connection to any old plans, pathways, beliefs or barriers that are harmful.

It may help to imagine the patterns like big, black clouds that you can send to the Sun to be transmuted. Keep visualizing until they are completely gone and you can see yourself standing in an open field with a beautiful, blue sky:

“I let them go. I couldn’t call them back, even if I tried.”

 

Step Eleven: Determine if it’s possible for your plan to be grounded in a New Paradigm of co-operation, equality and sustainable prosperity.

If it can’t, what would need to happen?

If it can, put both feet on the ground and see if the Circle can help you get your energy organized in a coherent and meaningful way. Once it feels organized, you should be able to ground. Take all the time that you need.

 

Step Twelve: Now that you’ve reformed your plan, close the pathways in your mind that lead back to ways of being that no longer serve you.

“I close the door on all harmful pathways, leaks, gaps and holes.

I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

For example, sometimes we want to take a specific action, but it really isn’t for us to do….

“Would I actually be causing myself or other people harm if I were to do it anyway?”

Take your time, and go through the different scenarios you may be considering. Sort them into “no”, “maybe”, and “yes” categories.

Choose new ingredients from The Essential Human #1 – 42. Use this affirmation:

“I release harmful ingredients and access beneficial ingredients.”

Welcome to Soul Resources FREE Transformation Game that uses the Intuitive Learning Circles to help you cut through stagnation and release the epigenetic patterns of apathy and inertia.

When you play, you’re strengthening a New Paradigm in our collective consciousness for greater joy and sustainable prosperity!

Our Transformation Games can help you to identify problems, change your focus to positive solutions, ground yourself and get in the present. We’re getting help from the I Ching, an ancient book of change that follows the flow of the cosmos. Simply relax and gaze at the Circles while contemplating positive affirmations. Your intuition will come forward and give you the help that you seek.


Are you concerned about how the pervasive pattern of inertia and foot dragging in our society is preventing us from finding viable solutions to violence, poverty, environmental issues and equality? 

Play a Transformation Game for I Ching Hexagram #12 that helps you to successfully Cut Through STAGNATION!

So, let’s get started:

This symbol represents a lazy, apathetic energy that blocks energetic REPAIR and REFORM. It clogs our vision and loves to masquerade as grief (think of the wolf in sheep’s clothing and crocodile tears). One of the goals of playing this Transformation Game is to cut through STAGNATION and the illusion created from this destructive pattern.

The false narrative of ‘thoughts and prayers’ after a devastating act of violence is an expression of this apathetic energy. Those who utilize it want to keep the status quo intact, so they spread it on thick to block appropriate action. The grief, the feigned hurt feelings, the guilt, shame and righteous indignation. You’ve been there, right? We’ve all been there. In fact, we’ve all been there for years! 

Unfortunately, when nothing is done, we resort to comforting ourselves with things. Comfort food, comfort drinks, comfort distractions. We self-medicate. We feel shut down, trapped and hopeless. Like being in a kind of psychic mud hole. Nothing gets done and nothing changes for the better.

Take a moment to meditate on the symbol and really get a feel for it. Once your unconscious mind identifies it, you’ll have a much easier time recognizing and dispelling it.

Mind Body IntegrationFor best results, look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.

 


1. All right. Now that you’ve identified the energy, let go of any agreement you have to be trapped by it for any reason. Use the Intuitive Learning Circle below with these affirmations to release any unconscious connections you have to this toxic energy:

“I disconnect from this energy. I release all agreements to mistake it for a real solution or true comfort. I have no need of it.

Instead, I choose to expel it entirely. I now cut through STAGNATION caused by this energy.”

My new agreements are:

“I connect with energetic action to repair and reform the current situation. I am determined to take good care of myself and my resources.”

 

2. Let this symbol help you identify and expel the thoughts and energy of violence. Use these affirmations if they help:

“I expel the thoughts and intentions of violence and safely send them to the light.”

 

Cut through stagnation and violence

Epigenetic Healing - Divine Nature Activated3. Clear epigenetic information with the next few images from Divine Nature Activated. Allow the positive affirmations to help you shift your energy. Relax and take your time.

Imagine that you can cut through stagnation and “stuck” energy and that you can then connect with a light filled DNA strand that comes directly from your Source.

“I ask for assistance in disabling the destructive energy. I now connect with my highest good.”

 

“I hold the victory of Love in my mind. I am protected in times of fear and violence.”

 

“I clear away the smoke screen and cut through stagnation in all aspects of my life.”

 

 

4. Finish this section by imagining that the toxic pattern is sticking to you and that this symbol can peel it off.

“I remove destructive energy from my body, mind and spirit and send it to the Sun. I am clean and clear.”

 

5. Now it’s time to visualize the destructive mental/ emotional blueprints of inertia and apathyinertia and foot-dragging and send them to the Sun to be transformed:

 

“I dissolve this imprint of apathy and any connection I have ever had to it.”

“I clear my field of destructive mental and emotional patterns and send them to the Sun.” 

6. With this Circle, find any whirlpools or drains that could suck you back into the STAGNATION or any old patterns of danger or inaction. See them close completely.

 

 

7. Find any energetic opening(s) that leave you open and vulnerable to the destructive patterns and close them completely.

“All pathways to apathy or violence are closed – sealed and healed.”

“I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

 

8. You’re almost finished with the game now, please take a minute to refocus and strengthen your auras before you go!

Be sure that you spend all the time you need with this Circle. Your auras are an important part of having good health and protection.

“My auras are strengthened, repaired  and refocused.”

 

 

Congratulations!

You have lifted yourself out of the mud and detached from the epigenetic pattern of apathy. Go out and relax in nature, take a walk… celebrate!

How to Repair Your Priorities

If you have found yourself on this page, there is likely some aspect of your life that is in a deep state of disrepair. It could be that you have inherited some kind of difficulty from your family or you may have been unaware of something or a responsibility you have that strongly impacts you. The I Ching says in these situations:

“You cannot ignore, or discount as unimportant, even the smallest detail of any situation over which you wish to maintain control. All things have built-in weak points, places that decay and eventually collapse. This is especially visible in human affairs…”  

The effects of this disrepair is also visible in your personal affairs.

“The situation has been less than harmonious for quite some time, yet this condition of discord has been tolerated. Under these circumstances things will continue to degenerate… ~ Hexagram #18 REPAIR, The I Ching Workbook, R.L Wing

Hope lies in an unrelenting energetic and conscientious attitude.

You may already know what all this is about. However, the issue could be eluding you because of a shock or an all encompassing distraction that has preoccupied your mind.

Gaze at this Circle and imagine your thoughts are melting away like ice in the sunlight. It may take a couple of minutes to get to the bottom of the situation. Ask yourself:

“What is in need of repair?” or “Where is the disharmony located?”

Repair your Priorities and Transform Your Personal Growth

Now you’re ready to play the game to help you pinpoint what needs REPAIR and how you might go about doing that. The sequence has been put together to help you relax, contemplate your priorities and find solutions that will genuinely support your well-being.

Step One: Access your Gut Instincts.

Relax and gaze softly at this Reiki Chakra Key to open and balance your Third Chakra located at your Solar Plexus (the soft area in the front where your ribs go up). This is the chakra that accesses your gut instincts.

 

It helps to trust your gut instinct, because the gut is that place in the body where most people get an actual physical sense that “something’s not right here.” Look for that feeling when you choose a situation where your gut knows that REPAIR is needed. Ask:

“What situation needs repair right now in my life?”

Take the answer that comes to you first.  Write it down, even if you don’t fully understand what it means yet. Continue your inquiry:

“Am I in danger?”

“Am I off track?”

“Can I tell what the trouble is?”

“How long has this been going on and what kind of damage has occurred?”

 

Step Two: Balance Your Senses.

When REPAIR is needed, you’ll want to perceive things as they really are. See if you can remedy any “blind spots” or confusion by gazing softly at this Reiki Chakra Key for the five senses, together with these positive affirmations:

“I clear confusion by balancing my five senses.”

“I use them to become aware of my true priorities.”

“I see things the way they really are and find genuinely helpful solutions.”

 

Step Three: Clear irrelevant information and haze out of your mind.

Let this Circle help you clear away distractions and confusion like an early morning rain clears the atmosphere.

“Am I looking at the information that will really help me in this situation?”

“Can I tell what I’m focusing on?”

“Is that the best thing for me to be focusing on?”

If not, what would be best?”

 

Step Four: To repair your priorities, its necessary to change your perspective.

Think about what your life would be like if your problem was solved. What would you be doing that you aren’t doing now?

If you’re having trouble, don’t worry! Just place the words “CLARITY” in the center of the Circle above and imagine life force energy traveling down the lines – feeding your intention to GET CLEAR.

 

Step Five: Look for an avenue of constructive action – an area where positive growth can occur. Ask yourself:

“What is a completely new way of handling my life in this situation?”

 

“Do I know what I would like to have happen?”

 

Step Six: Acknowledge that whatever you’re paying attention to is what’s getting your energy. 

“What thoughts or distractions am I paying attention to that get in the way of my true priorities?”

“How much of my attention have I been sending to these thoughts?”
Perhaps you’ve been spending too much time thinking about what you don’t like or don’t want. Try turning your attention to things that bring you joy instead. This is one of those times when faking it till you make it may be the only way to repair your priorities.

“I decide to move my attention and focus on what I want, rather than on what I don’t want.”

 

Step Seven: Clarify a positive vision that includes your true priorities.

Use this Circle to help you put together a positive vision of how your life could be if the problem was repaired. Fill it in with sights, sounds, tastes, smells and feelings that support your health, wealth and well-being.

“What do I really want to bring into manifestation?”

Once you have your vision, do you want to send your energy to that instead? If so, go ahead and bring that life force energy in towards the center, both crossed and uncrossed!

Release your heavy thoughts and allow your imagination to move you to a place where Universal Love can flow abundantly towards your true heart’s desire!

Step Eight: What are things that you can do for yourself now that will lay the foundation for continued growth toward the good?

Make a list.

 

Step Nine: Evaluate your decisions.

Are these your true priorities? Is there an order? Do they work together for effective repair?

 

Step Ten: Take a look at your agreements regarding this situation.

Now that you have clarity, it’s good to release any agreements with what you’re leaving behind. Including all those distractions, conflicts, confusion, obstacles, frustrations, etc…

Release your agreement to pay attention to unproductive thoughts, people or activities that are a waste of time.

What else might you need to let go of or renegotiate for yourself?

What new agreements would you like to make with yourself?

 

Step Eleven: Dissolve any old patterns that you need to let go of.

Be sure you consciously send them up to the light where they can be purified. We don’t want to burden Mother Earth with our mental and emotional trash anymore!

Keep sending all that trash to the Light until your mind is clear and your heart feels light and free.

Step Twelve: Once you feel clear, close the doors and pathways to past disharmony and disrepair.

Your unconscious mind knows what things are helpful and what things are harmful to your body, mind and spirit. Imagine that the doors in your mind are now closing all harmful pathways that lead to danger, distractions or wasted time and effort. See them disappear, as if they were never there.

“All harmful pathways are sealed and healed.”

“I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

Step Thirteen: Finish the game by being grateful for the opportunity to repair your priorities and reform how you’re using your energy!

Bring the energy of gratitude and appreciation in towards you in the center.

Congratulations on your newfound awareness about repairing your true priorities!
