Gaining a Larger Perspective on the Current Flow

2020 is the Year of the Yang White or Golden Rat in the Chinese Zodiac. Ironically, exactly 300 years ago was also a Year of the White Rat when the ship “Grand Saint Antoine” brought the last major outbreak of bubonic plague to the City of Marseille, France. Unfortunately, the theme of large cycles of collective karma around responsibility and illness is difficult to miss.

The Rat is generally described as active, fertile, filled with energy and industrious, however, his darker side seems to be more predominant this year as it was in 1720. Historically, Rats attract clutter, spread disease and generally insert themselves into situations where they can do serious damage. 

Although we’ve already witnessed unprecedented confusion and mixed messages, 2020 is really teaching us how to stay flexible and change with the changes! 

I Ching Intuitive Reading for July 1st – July 24th, 2020.

The I Ching Energy quickly passed through Hexagram #47 ADVERSITY at the beginning of June, providing just the kind of energy where dangerous and tragic situations could erupt suddenly with little or no provocation. Luckily, it was very short-lived and then moved into #43,  RESOLUTION for a couple of weeks.
Now, it’s gotten volatile again, spurred on by all the astrological events and lack of unified leadership.
Yes, things are difficult, yet how you handle irritations, intense social change and inner conflict can still make a difference. 
Please, remain aware of the potential for explosive situations that could appear almost out of nowhere.

What is the best thing to do in times such as these?

Let go of preconceived ideas that cause division and resolve to use this difficult time to progress into a New Paradigm based on equality, sustainable prosperity and cooperation for the Common Good ~

On June 20th, we settled into the flow of  Hexagram #6, CONFLICT. Here is part of the text that I think will be most relevant between July 1st though the 19th:

“At a time when social unity is most important, it is significantly lacking. There are misunderstandings brought about by basic philosophical differences and they cannot be overcome by forceful measures. Avoid controversial topics unless there is present a wise mediator who is trusted by all concerned… 

…weigh all of the possible difficulties and oppositions at the beginning of your endeavors. Such careful considerations are the only way to end debilitating CONFLICT which can bring your efforts to a standstill. As it is, you cannot engage in confrontation with your adversaries, for this would lead to misfortune. All such aggressive or cunning strategies will come to evil.

In questions of power or politics, it would be in your best interests to place the CONFLICT before an impartial authority who can make an unprejudiced decision. In this way you can bring discord to a halt before it becomes injurious…

…Business matters cannot be brought to fruition at this time…It would be best to hold back major changes or innovations until the time is more auspicious…

Hold back and re-examine your original feelings…

Take Good Care of Yourself Through Moderation

During this pandemic, we’re all learning what we need to do to take good care of ourselves. The path of MODERATION is often the key.

There is no shortage of information and advice out there about what we should and should not do to take care of ourselves. Early on in my experience as a medical intuitive, I discovered that there is no “one way” to protect ourselves or heal that works for everyone. We are all unique individuals with our own strengths, weaknesses and preferences – our own karma, if you will.

I also learned that what works today may not work tomorrow. That has to do with circumstances; something may have suddenly changed that has to be dealt with. A shock may cause you to loose your footing and get off balance. Or, there may be some other spiritual or emotional blockage that needs to be released before a clear solution can appear. There could be underlying toxins in the system, the timing may not be right or the body could be so challenged by something like a virus that it’s unable to communicate properly.

So, given all the variables present in this extremely difficult time, how can you take good care of yourself?

Hexagram # 15 – Moderation – How to Take Good Care of Yourself in the New Paradigm

“In difficult times, it’s usually best to move with the flow of MODERATION, Hexagram #15, where ‘The predominant forces … are in the process of balancing extremes and harmonizing interests.’ ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

The ancient Chinese text describes MODERATION as the best way to make progress by disengaging from harmful extremes and following the truth and guidance that comes from within. In almost any situation, if you’re able to walk a moderate and middle road, there will be improvement in whatever you undertake.

Finding Moderation and Following that Path ~

As a general rule, MODERATION is a sensible flow to follow whenever there’s so much chaos and confusion that it’s hard for you to tell what’s going on. In the midst of chaos, unpreferred karma (cause and effect) can be easily triggered. For many people, soul contracts have been completed and need to be released to prevent unnecessary health problems. Generally, people are probably either:

  1. Falling into a downward spiral of mental, emotional, physical and/or spiritual health.
  2. Experiencing a lot of obstinate refusal to change. 
  3. Getting scattered or pulled back into regressive patterns from the past.
  4. Pulling oneself together into a centered position of empowered authority.

As you softly gaze at this Circle that accesses karmic seeds, see if you’re currently experiencing one of these situations. Ask yourself:

“Am I generally experiencing situation #1, 2, 3 or 4?”

It could easily be a mix, depending on your mindset and what stage of the karma you’re living through.

Whatever it is, you can take good care of yourself by letting go of any karmic agreement that is complete – over and done with or that’s causing you harm in any way. This game will help you do that. 


Let Go So You Can Bring In New Ways to Take Good Care of Yourself.

Use this Soul Contract Circle to help you identify and release the agreements. It can be helpful to imagine that each agreement is like a lock attached to every vertebrae of your spine. To let go, start at the bottom of the line and move up your spine – unlocking any harmful agreements as you go all the way to the top of your neck. Here are some examples:

“I unlock any agreement to sacrifice my health or place myself in harms way.”

“I let go of any lies, poor guidance or assumptions that block my ability to heal.”

“I discontinue activities or beliefs that put me at risk.”

“I release pathways, false concepts and patterns of behavior that lead to conflict, confusion, hardship, over-indulgence or ________, etc.”

 

Reclaim Your Power:

“I decide to gently integrate healthier patterns that upgrade my happiness and well-being – in accordance with my highest good.”

“I exist and am empowered to take good care of myself.”

Take all the time you need to really relax with this one.

 

Clear Out the Clutter:

What is stressing you out? What do you need to pay attention to? This is a good opportunity to clear your mind of any outdated intentions or thoughts that have been interfering with your health or happiness.

As you look at this Reiki Key, take the time to clear the cobwebs out of your head. Include old energies or grievances with family, friends or business relationships. Clear out harmful agendas from social institutions, religious practices, cults or partisanships. Release attachments to completed projects, places you’ve lived, outmoded forms of transportation, communication, consumerism or business, etc.

By letting go of all the cobwebs, you free up a lot of energy that’s better spent on envisioning your health and vitality.

Once you’ve cleared your mind and calmed down, ask yourself: What can I do to help myself?” or “What might be grounding?” 

 

Make Commitments to Your Good Health and Well-being:

Because of the chaos involved, there aren’t many guarantees out there. Making any kind of reliable prediction is next to impossible. You’re going to need all the presence and energy you have to help you during times such as these. Gently look at the next Circle while you affirm these positive affirmations:

“My new agreement is to stay present in my body and follow my inner guidance – calmly and honestly.”

“I am flexible and able to adapt to what’s needed.”

“I notice disturbances in my health. I ask for and receive reliable help when I need it.”

“I make wise choices about my health and well-being.”

“I let go of ______.   I prepare for ______.

I take care of ______.   I am open to ______.”

 

Strengthen Your Energy Field:

“I decide to build an attraction field for _________, _________, _______.” Suggestions: excellent health, healthy boundaries, nourishment, equality, good company, cooperation, sustainable prosperity, etc.

 

Focus On Your Priorities:

Use this Circle to help you shift your focus to what really matters.

“I make a choice to focus my attention on hope, health, sustainable prosperity and ______________.”

 

Develop Healthy Reciprocity:

Take time to organize your energy properly so that you can manifest your intentions.

“I nurture my body, mind and spirit healthfully, in alignment with my highest good and my highest good is returned to me.”

 Once you feel in the flow, ask yourself: “Are there any habits or behaviors that would be helpful for me to change?”

 

Nourishment:

Consider how well you’re nourishing yourself and make notes so that you’ll remember.

“Are there any foods, especially herbs, teas, vegetables or fruits that would benefit me? Am I getting enough fresh water? Is there anything to stay away from?

Is there anything I’m consuming that’s causing a problem?”

“Am I approaching my circumstances correctly? If not, can I tell what’s needed?”

 

Oxygen:

Relax for a few minutes to consciously breathe and relax. Imagine what kind of exercise you could do that would be most helpful today.

“Am I getting enough oxygen through breathing, fresh air and exercise?”

Emotional Calm

“Do I need more relaxation? If so, what might help me?”

 

Sunlight:

Your body needs sunlight to stimulate good health and keep your immune system strong.

“Am I getting enough sunlight to make Vitamin D-3?”

“If not, what would help me with this?”

 

Evaluate Your Current Actions or Intentions.

“Are there any activities I’m planning that would be dangerous?”

If so, can I tell what they are? How can I follow a more MODERATE and beneficial path?”

 

Raise the Vibration of Your Life Force:

Use this Reiki Key to clear out any harmful energies, entanglements or conflicts so that you can raise your energy level.

While you do that, consider a few questions:

What do you need to pay attention to?

What stresses you out?

When that happens, what do you need to do?

What might be grounding for you?

 

Let Go of Destructive Patterns:

Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that pull you off track. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and let go of self-sabotage or any societal or familial pattern that still affects your health in a negative way. See them disappear as you send them to the Sun:

“I dissolve destructive energy and any connection I have ever had to it.”

“I dissolve ___________________.”

Close the Pathways to Suffering:

Once the patterns are cleared, close the door to pathways that lead to  extremes, unnecessary suffering or danger.

“I decide to close the door on harmful pathways. I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

 

Ground:

In order to actualize the benefits of what you’ve done with this game, it’s important to get grounded. Put both feet on the ground and let this Circle help you get grounded in a new paradigm of equality, cooperation and sustainable prosperity.

 

Finish with Gratitude:

At this point, you’re probably feeling much calmer and more in balance. Finish with this affirmation:

“I am grounded in gratitude and appreciation for the help I receive.”

Take Good Care of Yourself

Learning How to Change

Are You Changing with the Changes?

If you’re like most of us, you’re overwhelmed by the speed and amount of uncertainty and confusing changes taking place. One day, it feels like life is getting back to normal and in a flash, everything changes! 

Many people feel anxious about their kids going to school or their work situation. Lines of communication are undergoing radical transition, while others are as stuck and stubborn as can be. The old social structures are crumbling and new ones are rising from the rubble. No wonder you might be more volatile than usual and there should be no surprise if people get over-reactive and defensive. Our bodies are worn out and our minds are torn in a hundred directions!  How can we learn to change with all these changes?  

The 64 Hexagrams in the I Ching or Book of Change have much to teach us about the importance of being flexible and knowing how to change. 

For example, Hexagram #29 DANGER says:

The situation is one of real DANGER, caused by and manifested in the affairs of man... Acting with integrity and confidence is the key to surmounting the DANGER.”

In Hexagram #49 CHANGING, the ancient text states: 

“A struggle is occurring …the time of CHANGING suggests that although you may not know what to do, you know that something must be done. Your best course is to alert yourself by paying careful attention to the shifting moods of those around you. Take stock of the general feelings running throughout society. This may help you determine your own personal imperatives and the support you can expect in carrying them out.”

In Hexagram #51 SHOCKING, the text says, “The only thing predictable about what is coming is its SHOCKING unpredictability… Examine yourself to see if you have in your heart an acceptance of the sudden forces of the cosmos. Only with this attitude can you behave correctly.”

Transformation Game: Learning How To Change in a Changing World.

You can discover how to change more gracefully and let go of the resistance by going through this Transformation Game. When you slow down and take the time to go within, you can gain a deeper understanding of what you’re really struggling with. Not only that, you can find the motivation to change how you’re responding in a more effective way!

Directions: Simply gaze at the Circle while contemplating the positive affirmations. Breathe deeply and allow yourself to relax as much as possible.

“I reclaim and balance my rational senses.”

“I focus them to be present and keep tuning into my body to determine what I need.”

“I use them to notice my environment so I can reject, repel or avoid harmful thoughts, energies and attitudes.”

“I focus on actions that benefit my health, happiness and  ____________.”


An important note about Mind Body Integration ~ 

Retrain Your Mind for Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. As you work with the Circles, cross and uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body. Use a soft focus and breathe patiently. This will help you access your resistances more fully so that you can release more. Let any negative self-talk go by breathing through it.

Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you let go!


Once you feel ready, see if you can slow down and let yourself focus on your true priorities.

“I slow down and breathe while I clear my mind. I turn my attention to what matters most.”

Gently, clear your awareness to notice what specific areas of your life are changing rapidly and those that feel stuck or even rolling backwards. What do you notice? What do you need to catch up with? What do you need to accept and let go of? You might want to make note of some of the impressions you get.

 

Empower your ability to choose in this situation.

“I exist and what I do matters.”

“I can respond to this situation in a productive and helpful way.”

“I bring myself into alignment with my highest good.”

 

Now you’re ready to go through the rest of the game in the same way by asking yourself questions while you gaze softly at each accompanying Circle. Doing so will help you assess where you’re at. Take your time, the answers might not come right away. The Circles are helping your mind to clear away mental and emotional resistance.

“In this particular situation, how am I dealing with change?

Is that working for me? Do I need to change how I’m dealing with the situation? Am I doing the best I can?” 

Am I stuck on something? Shut down? Unwilling? Is it possible that I’m being too hard on myself? What is the concern?”

 

If you’re stuck, you might be able to deal with it fairly easily by using this Circle that clears conflict, resistance and fixated thinking.  

Imagine that you can use the Circle like a bull’s eye to dissolve, melt or send a laser beam to break up any conflicts or fixations you may be experiencing.

If you’re judging yourself too harshly, use the Circle to help you break up those rigid thoughts. If you’re shut down, use the Circle to bring yourself back to life! Move around in any way that you like.

 

Continue with your investigation about how to change…

“Am I taking anything personally?”

You can usually tell if you’re internalizing something because you’ll start to experience physical, mental, emotional or even spiritual irritation.

“I stop taking this personally and let it go. I turn to more positive ways of dealing with this particular situation.”

 

Think about what you can learn from this situation.
“The most important take away for me in this situation is ________.”
“I am learning ____________.”
Be sure to write this down.

For a much deeper integration, trace around the Circle clockwise with your eyes, both uncrossed and crossed, while you consider your take away thought.

Then, do the same as you trace your eyes around the square in the same direct, both crossed and uncrossed.

“What ingredients am I choosing?” 

Choose from the archetypes #1 – 42. Use this affirmation:
“I release harmful ingredients and access beneficial ingredients instead.”

 

Next, imagine that you can release any old agreements, assumptions or obligations that are keeping you stuck in conflict. Visualize them like contracts, burning up into nothingness with a violet flame. Here are some suggestions:

“I let go of outdated agreements to rebel against what’s good for me or to fall into apathy.”

“I let go of the need to hold onto anyone or anything harmful in this situation.”

“I let go of ________. I detach from ________. I remove ________.” Etc.

 

Make some new decisions that support how to change more appropriately. Here are some suggestions: “I choose to see this situation in a positive light.” or… “I am capable and my Spirit helps me to handle change… I am free to change in accordance with my highest good… I allow other people the space to handle their own issues…”, etc.

 

Connect with the Third Chakra at your Solar Plexus and let it open up. Relax and let the tightness go. Deep breathing and presence are your best friends in times of accelerated change! Move around or stretch if you like.

 

Keep breathing and give yourself a good dose of courage with the help of Jaguar Medicine:

“I surround myself with courage, strength and determination.”

 

Imagine that this symbol can help you find any thoughts or seeds of rebellion you’re feeling. They might not even be yours! It’s time to set things right. Send them back to wherever they belong.

Reclaim whatever is yours – your ideas, your power, your own beneficial seeds of karma. Bring them home and nurture them gently.

 

Now it’s time to dissolve your connection to any confusion or conflict. Use this symbol for Dissolving Destructive Blueprints and send all the patterns into the Light.

Examining Intentions for the New Paradigm

Power Circle Tutorial A – Examining Intentions for a Clear Slate ~

As we step into this New Paradigm, are we examining intentions in a way that will actually move us forward or are we doomed to repeat our mistaken ideas and get pulled back into the past? In this exercise, we’re going to explore the possibility of clearing outdated intentions and agreements that may still be affecting us on a collective level.

Is examining intentions a way to start again from a clear slate? Could that be part of how we could reform our current systemic problems?

Let’s face it. In times of DANGER, we humans tend to come up with some pretty extreme ideas. Let’s take for example, the year 1580. 


Did you know that the first clear record of a Flu outbreak was in 1580?

This was also the period of time that brought us the Spanish Inquisition, the Calvanist and Huguenot Reformation, the westward advance of Islam, Puritanism and all kinds of wars based on religious intolerance waged for political and economic gain.

It was the century of Machiavelli’s The Prince, Spanish Conquistador Francisco Pizarro – the eradicator of the Inca civilization, Henry the VIII and Martin Luther, who both defied the Catholic Church in their own ways.


Then there was the St. Bartholomew’s Day Massacre which claimed over 10,000 lives over just a few short days. Yes, it was a special time, given to one of the most horrendous and far reaching outbreaks of religious intolerance on record.

 

So you might ask, “Could that be happening again? Do we really have to react with these kinds of extreme behaviors?”

“Am I carrying any of these old intentions in my epigenetic makeup?”

Then, there are other times when things don’t turn out the way we expected or the way we hoped…


In the 1950’s, scientists invented the premier pesticide, DDT which, at the time, was a boon to food manufacturers. What they didn’t know was that this ‘miraculous’ invention and the completely unrestricted use of it was going to throw the ecology of nature seriously out of balance.

To make matters worse, once they finally admitted there was a problem, they proceeded to invent a complicated series of compensations and hazards that have led us to where we are today (DDT was listed as #14 in The 50 Worst Inventions – Time Magazine).

Unintended Consequences, Complications and Contradictions

The “Malaise”

Most of the time, folks like to react to problems by jumping back into the malaise for a quick solution – typically a “get rich quick” or an “I’m going to show you” solution – and then try to make things happen in the way they want them to. Unfortunately, in our rush to “fix” or “get rich”, we often repeat unintended consequences, complications and all out DANGER.

Intuitively, our hearts know that the old strategies of force and intimidation won’t work in the long run. Perhaps this time we will slow down enough to listen to Nature and the wisdom of our innermost Souls: 

“Our problems cannot be solved from the same mental position they were created from. A transformation of consciousness is required to get from where we are to where we want to be.” ~ SOS – Soul Oriented Solutions, 

SOS - Inner Guidance

 

Of course, we can’t know everything in advance, however, it might be a good idea to slow down and see if old left-over intentions from the past might be causing some of our troubles.

Are there intentions that your Soul would like you to examine?

If so, great! Relax and contemplate the symbol for a few minutes. By carefully examining intentions for hidden dangers, we might yet be able to create a New Paradigm, based on equality, cooperation and sustainable prosperity.

Clarifying Intentions in the New Paradigm

A Mind Exercise to Retrain Your Mind to Let Go of the Old by Examining Intentions for Hidden Danger.

As we move into new ways of being and behaving, there are always challenges that come in the form of old agendas, intentions and agreements that have to be reformed in order to create beneficial conditions that are free of all the internal conflict that comes from lack of clarity. This short exercise is designed to help you handle the initial confusion and hesitancy in your mind. 

You will be going through an exercise that honors what has been, while effectively clearing the way for a new paradigm to be created based on equality, Soul co-operation and sustainable prosperity! 

“I free myself from harmful intentions so that I can create greater harmony and peace in my life.”

 

Imagine you can softly gaze into the center of #40 Mapacho Medicine and see ancient intentions like eggs or seeds waiting to be activated. 

Not only do you see your own intentions and prayers, but also cultural, ancestral goals that no longer have life affirming motivations behind them. 

Visualize them like ingredients in a soup that is spoiling your genuinely desired outcome. Imagine you can scoop out any unpreferred intentions and send them to the Sun:

“In this exercise, I remove or reform any out of date intentions that are harmful to me.” 

“I release other people’s intentions for me.”

“I intend that all harmful energies and intentions be sent to the Light and purified.”

 

 

Don’t be surprised if those old intentions and ingredients bring up some uncomfortable fixated feelings. They could also be memories, physical tension or inner conflicts. 

Gaze softly at #32 Condor and relax. Gently break up or melt those conflicts away (this medicine is also good for when your mind goes blank). Here are some useful affirmations:

“I consciously send a laser beam to any fixations or let them melt.”

“I see the pieces breaking up – dissolving into nothingness.”

“I free my mind and energy to perceive differently.”

Once you’ve done that, it would be a good idea to go back to Mapacho and see if some other old intentions need to  be cleared away.

Be prepared to see things differently.

Imagine that you can send #11 Raccoon up and down your spine to unlock your connection to any agreement that is keeping any harmful intention going. Here are some suggested affirmations::

“I release my agreement to hold onto anything that is harmful to me.”

I let go of being used or abused.”

“I let go of any agreement to contribute to harmful practices such as _________.”

“I let go of fantasies, complications, lies, sabotage, etc. ________.”

“My new agreement is to do my best to learn how to love myself and experience what that really means.”

“I take good care of myself and _______.” 

“I do my best to ____________.”

Go back to Mapacho and clear old intentions again.

 

By acknowledging your Spiritual Self with #49 Old Sol, you can reconnect and allow your Soul to be in charge of how and what you manifest. 

Old Soul“I let go of the idea that I know what’s supposed to happen here.”

“I let go of other people’s intentions and plans for me.” 

“I follow the guidance of my Soul and Higher Self.”

“I acknowledge that surrendering to the wisdom of my Soul and Higher Self is probably the best plan.”

“In accordance with my highest good, I let go of any plans, tendencies or life trajectories that are harmful to me.”

“I realign my goals, plans and intentions to be in harmony with my Soul’s purpose.”

 

Clear any karma with #37 Seed that interferes with having a healthy intention in the present. That includes karma that you may have taken on from others, including ancestral traumas, curses, grudges, etc.

“I let go of karma that actually belongs to others.”

“I release any karma I have to hold or internalize other people’s intentions, emotions, etc.”

“I transmute my negative karma and set it right.”

“I use my beneficial karma to create beneficial intentions for the New Paradigm.”

Ask yourself: “Do I have the karma to successfully manifest my intention?”

If not, what do you need to do?

It would be a good idea to go back to Mapacho again and clear away old intentions.

 

Imagine that #24 Dissolving Destructive Blueprints from Soul Prayer Charts for can help you identify and dissolve any toxic imprints or patterns that may be perpetuating harm.

You might see them as dark clouds dissolving into the pure light of the Sun.

“I dissolve any entanglements with harmful or outdated intentions.”

 

Seal and heal all holes, leaks or pathways that compromise safety and protection with #8, Piranha. These openings may be in your mind, your energy field or in the space around you.

“All holes and harmful pathways are sealed and healed.”

“My intention is to spontaneously close holes and harmful pathways whenever it is needed.”

 

Allow your energy to reorganize itself around the wisdom and spiritual center of your heart with #1 Animal Spirits.

“I am positioned correctly to succeed in the New Paradigm.”

“I am connected and empowered to live in harmony with the Circle of Life.”

“I come from the heart and communicate with my Guides, my Psyche, my Soul, my Power Animal and my Higher Self.”

Ask your heart: 

“Are there any remaining intentions that would interfere?”

If so, go back to Mapacho and clear out interfering intentions one more time.

 

Confirm your readiness to begin manifesting your intention in alignment with prosperity and your highest good. With this symbol, check these questions: 

“I genuinely want to create _______________.”

“With this intention in mind, am I  ready and willing to create happiness in alignment with my highest good?”

If you get a “yes,” great! You’re ready to start your intention. If you get a “no,” go back and reevaluate until you find an intention that checks out with the statement above.

Sometimes the timing is wrong, is that happening now?

Sometimes we need to rest after finishing a big project, could that be happening here?

Other times, something is stuck or we need to wait for the right time to start.

To help you access help from your Soul, take a deep breath and relax your body. Allow your Soul to download its resources – its wisdom and insight for these chaotic times:

“I am filled with the wisdom of my spirit.”

Move around and stretch if you want to.

Make a Course Correction ~

Imagine that your Soul is gently turning you in the direction that’s best for you at this time. This is your way. Your path. The way that your heart is guided to follow that includes inner harmony.

Congratulations! You have created a clear slate for your truly desired, beneficial intention!

Now is a good time to get out into nature. Take a walk or do something you enjoy. The time you take for yourself now will help you move beyond thoughts and prayers and into fully embodied action.

Reform Your Plan For the New Paradigm

It’s time to co-create a New Paradigm based on equality, cooperation and sustainable prosperity! Play a Transformation Game using the Three of Pentacles from the Tarot and the Intuitive Learning Circles to help you reform your plan.

If you’re like most people, you’ve been experiencing an unprecedented amount of change and are realizing that you need to review and reform your plan and assumptions about your life. Whether it’s an overall life trajectory or more specific plans about health, business or even creative projects, now is an opportune time to look at them and recalibrate.

This Transformation Game is part of Plans for a New Paradigm, a coaching program that has been put together to help you evaluate what’s working and what isn’t based on our new circumstances.

Use the Circle in this picture to help you focus on some initial questions to see if this Game would be useful to you:

“What are you building or trying to build?”

“Do you need to reform your plan in any way?”

“Do you have a solid plan? If so, is that plan sustainable?”

“Would you like a new plan that your Soul can really get behind?”

It could be that there’ve been so many changes, you need to scrap your old plan and start over! Hopefully, that’s not the case. However, it’s possible you simply need to focus in on your situation from a different angle or through a different filter.

Transformation Games can help you to identify problems, navigate change and clarify what’s really important to you. Simply relax and gaze at the Intuitive Learning Circles while contemplating the accompanying positive affirmations about how your plan is working for you. Your intuition will come forward and give you the help that you seek. Examples:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I focus them to be present and aware of my current needs.”

“I use them to become aware of confusion, conflicts and self sabotage.”

“I gain clear awareness of beneficial resources, solutions, opportunities and _________.”


An important note about Mind Body Integration ~ 

Retrain Your Mind for Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. As you go through the steps, cross and uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body when you gaze at each Circle. Use a soft focus and breathe patiently. This will help you integrate your thinking more fully so that you can be more creative. Let any negative self-talk go by breathing through it.

Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you embody your experience!


Okay, so let’s take a look at how you’re currently perceiving your plan…

Step One: When evaluating your needs, Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs works well to help you position your priorities accurately. Each level is naturally structured to give your plan the greatest stability and efficiency.  Let’s take a look at the different levels:

Reform Your Plan - Hierarchy of NeedsBriefly, the first level needs are physiological and biological. The second level is about safety and protection. The third level encompasses love and belonging. The fourth level focuses around self-esteem. At the top of the pyramid lies the fifth level needs for personal growth and self-actualization.

Are you currently seeing your needs correctly? Are they positioned correctly?

The triangle may be upside down or out of focus. The levels could be out of order or missing entirely. It might not even seem that it’s your plan at all! Use this Circle to help you create or rearrange them in your mind so that your plan is most likely to meet your current needs.

Do that both crossed and uncrossed.

 

Step Two: Make sure that your plan is actually for you, based on what you need now, in present time.

Relax and let your 3rd Chakra get connected, open and balanced at your solar plexus (the area where your ribs go up in the front).

Your Essential Self is most efficiently located there to help you manifest, create happiness and maintain health.

 

 

In stressful times, it’s pretty common for the Essential Self to get closed off, misplaced or dissociated.

You can correct that now.

Make sure that you have a sense of your Essence facing forward and up right.

 

Step Three: Use this Chart to confirm and empower your connection to your Soul Resources.

“I am utilizing my true Soul Resources to manifest the best results.” 

“I exist and am empowered to reform my plan for the highest good.”

Confirm that you’re using your Soul Color, your preferred Element and your Power Animal to help you reform your plan.

 

Step Four: Once you’re re-centered, clarify what your plan is really about.

Ask yourself: “Is this about a state of being or something specific I want to accomplish?

Is this really my plan, or someone else’s?

How sustainable do I want this to be?

Is there something about the way things have been that I don’t want to go back to?

How would I really like my plan to help me and those I care about?

Am I currently using my time, finances and efforts productively?”

Make note of your answers.

 

Step Five: Uncover your awareness of any danger.

Gaze at this Circle that accesses your unconscious awareness of possible dangers that could be a problem for you now or in the future. Imagine that you can gather up that inner library of wisdom and see what you come up with. Take your time and let the information emerge. Ask yourself:

“Is there something happening that shouldn’t be? Am I missing something? Is anything or anyone involved creating a problem? If so, where are they and how are they affecting me?”

“How much harm is this situation causing for me and for others?
“Am I contributing to the harm and if so, can I tell how?”
“Is there a particular action to take that would help?”
“Is there anything else that I need to prepare for?”

Step Six: Check for Assumptions that are sabotaging your efforts.

“Am I operating under any false assumptions? I.e. Am I assuming that something can only work one way? Am I being right about something?”

“Am I willing to let it go and allow something better to come in?”

 

Step Seven: Bring in your emotional filter and notice what you’re feeling in this situation.

“Are any emotions throwing me off? Am I caught up in any negative attitudes?” 

“If so, what are they and what is it about them that doesn’t feel right?”

“Am I feeling my emotions or someone elses?”

“Is there a better filter I could use that could help me be happier?”

“Do I believe that I have the power to change my emotional filters?”

“What is the best course of action?”

 

Step Eight: Reform outcomes you have agreements with that are no longer desirable.

If there are, this is a good time to release your agreement with them with this Soul Contract Circle. Be sure to release any agreements you have to punish or be hard on yourself for any reason.

Reform Your Plan by Releasing Agreements

“I let go of complications, bad timing, self-sabotage, poor boundaries, intolerance, distractions, ______________, etc.

“I detach from harmful emotional filters and outcomes that no longer fit.”

“I free myself from the burdens of guilt, shame, blame or debt. I stop contributing to harmful patterns.”

“My new agreement is to follow the guidance of my Soul. I forgive myself for any mistakes made and start again with integrity and a clean slate. I _______.” etc.

 

“I am encouraged and inspired to make new plans that will genuinely benefit me and those that I love in our new situation.”

 

“I make clear decisions about what I want to let go of for good and not return to.”

“I’m sure I want to let go of _______________.”

 

“I’ve learned my lessons about _______________.”

 

“I definitively decide to _______________.”

 

Step Nine: Are there methods or modalities you’ve been using (or not using) that need to be re-evaluated?

Can you identify what they are?

 

Step Ten: What have you learned over the course of recent events that you want to integrate into your consciousness?

Use this Circle to help you reorganize and reform your plan around this new level of awareness.

 

Step Eleven: Imagine what could happen if you created your new plan around a central intention that brings you joy – like actualizing your true heart’s desire…

 

Does your intention, as you currently understand it bring you joy?

Bring the energy into your center first and then imagine your new intention radiating out into the world around you.

 

 

What does your heart tell you that you need to do?

 

Step Twelve:  Dissolve your connection to any old plans, pathways, beliefs or barriers that are harmful.

It may help to imagine the patterns like big, black clouds that you can send to the Sun to be transmuted. Keep visualizing until they are completely gone and you can see yourself standing in an open field with a beautiful, blue sky:

“I let them go. I couldn’t call them back, even if I tried.”

 

Step Thirteen: Determine if it’s possible for your plan to be grounded in a New Paradigm of co-operation, equality and sustainable prosperity.

If it can’t, what would need to happen?

If it can, put both feet on the ground and see if the Circle can help you get your energy organized in a coherent and meaningful way. Once it feels organized, you should be able to ground. Take all the time that you need.

 

Step Fourteen: Now that you’ve reformed your plan, close the pathways in your mind that lead back to ways of being that no longer serve you.

“I close the door on all harmful pathways, leaks, gaps and holes.

I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

Having a clear plan that genuinely reflects your true heart’s desire is a key concept for living and prospering in the New Paradigm!

Once you’re ready, use this Circle to help you look at your general situation from an objective standpoint.

Slow down and place the words or images that represent your plan in the center, open space of this Circle. Let your consciousness rearrange itself both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

Can you tell what the main stepping stones are for your new plan?

What actions will you need to take realistically?
Is there something that needs to be removed?
Does something need to be added? Re-arranged? Re-organized?
Are there other preparations that need to be made?
Write the information down, so that you don’t forget.

 

Next, calmly assess the details of your situation from an objective, cause and effect standpoint to see what’s really needed to reform your plan effectively.

For example, sometimes we want to take a specific action, but it really isn’t for us to do….

“Is there a particular action I want to take, but it isn’t meant for me to do?”

“Would I actually be causing myself or other people harm if I were to do it anyway?”

“Is there something I’m meant to do and not taking action on? if so, on a scale of 1 – 10, how important is it to my Soul?”

 

Get into even more detail by playing a “what if” game.

“If I take this action, that response is liable to occur.”

Mapacho Medicine

Take your time, and go through the different scenarios you may be considering. Sort them into “no”, “maybe”, and “yes” categories.

Be sure to let go of any intentions that are a definite “no”.

This final Circle is about having reciprocity and the give and take of Nature.

For example, are you including yourself in the equation or leaving yourself out of receiving the benefits of your plan? Have you incorporated enough fun and enjoyment into your plan?

Ask your Soul:

“Am I positioned to receive the benefits of my plan?”

“How can I have more fun in this situation?”

Otter Medicine

Make a note of what ever answer comes back. From your solar plexus, send your energy to the center of the Circle like throwing a ball into a hoop and imagine it coming back to you. Relax and play with that for awhile!

As you play with the energy, some fun activities or ideas may come to you.
If you practice this regularly you will be building a new pattern of reciprocity to go with your new plan.

 

The Essential HumanNote – If you have a copy of The Essential Human, now would be a good time to use Future Pacing on page 140 to help you access more beneficial ingredients from the Field of Potential to create the “soup” of your life. Choose new ingredients from the archetypes #1 – 42. Use this affirmation:

“I release harmful ingredients and access beneficial ingredients.”

The purpose of Future Pacing is to reform your plan by projecting a more preferred outcome into the future. By freely choosing ingredients such as self-worth, self-love or self-confidence from the collective unconscious, you can create a better future.

You can also do this to prepare for your new plan and improve its potential outcome.

Remember that if you’re not consciously choosing a new awareness of the world and how you want to be in it, you will revert back to old ingredients and old patterns. Making no choice is still a choice!

Welcome to our Transformation Game for clearing karmic entanglements that tap into the Tarot card, Nine of Swords and the I Ching Hexagram #47 ADVERSITY.

Transformation Game - Karmic Entanglements

This process is much like a past life regression. You will have the opportunity to clear karmic entanglements that have outlived their purpose and become a burden to your evolution.

It’s important to clear all Soul Contracts and agreements. If they aren’t resolved completely, the karma is still entangled and your mental continuum continues to behave as if the agreement were still in force. This causes a lot of unnecessary suffering for you and those around you.

What Are Karmic Entanglements?

Let me give you an example: A woman who was having trouble feeling settled in her life decided to try playing the game. While going through it, she glimpsed impressions from another life, seeing bare feet and a beat up old suitcase. Later on while she was dreaming, she saw herself clearly living a past life as a Hungarian orphan in Nazi Germany.

In her dream of that life, she was continually used as a slave and moved from place to place without being able to feel safe. She was eventually turned into a work camp and lost her life without having any control at all.

As the woman brought herself back into her present life, she realized she was still operating under the cultural agreements that were in force back at that time.

Through the safety of this simple Transformation Game, she could release the shame, guilt and collective karma that was forced upon her. Gently, it brought her patterns of lack and uncertainty into consciousness so that she could relax and choose to move into a happier, more productive life.

Easy Steps to Play the Game:

  1. Select an issue that’s causing a blockage in your mental continuum. Use it as a springboard to accelerate your spiritual growth and prepare you for your next step on your healing journey.
  2. Follow directions to release your connection to negative influences from the past.
  3. Read each step with its question or affirmation, one at a time.
  4. Think about it while looking with a soft gaze at the Intuitive Learning Circle that goes with it.
  5. Remember to RELAX! The Circles and symbols help you to access a light hypnotic trance where you can access your akashic records and gently clear harmful karmic entanglements so you can make room for positive, proactive change.

When you gaze softly at the Intuitive Learning Circles, you are using self-hypnosis to clear out interference and reorganize how you use your energy. You may experience subtle energies running through you, or the Circles may move, rotate or even change color. That means that they’re working! Just keep breathing and relax. When you release your agreement with negative karma, fear or falsehood, you could be detaching from old family patterns, outdated religious vows, or even a larger, collective entanglement like racial slavery. Not only will you feel better in the days and weeks that follow, you’ll be clearing away obstacles to happiness!

So, let’s get started!

Step One:

What is a situation in your life that distresses you? Gaze softly at the Circle below and relax as you contemplate that thought…

“What is distressing me?”

 

 

Step Two:

As you gaze at this symbol, imagine that you are scanning for information in your unconscious mind.

“Is this situation interfering with me on a karmic level?”

“Am I interfering with others on a karmic level?”

“Am I taking on karma from others?”

“is this actually my issue? Someone else’s? Is this a collective pattern?”

 

 

Step Three:

Use this Intuitive Learning Circle that accesses agreements being held deep within your nervous system. With it, you can release karmic agreements you may have with others that keep you entangled with them. Imagine that the agreements are like contracts being thrown into a fire and burning up.

“I release all cultural agreements that connect me with societal patterns such as racism, sexism, injustice and prejudice.”

“I release any debt, curse or obligation that is secretly affecting me.”

“I let go of any judgement or harm I’m unwittingly participating in.”

“I release my agreements with ________________,” etc.

 

 

Step Four:

Now it’s time to handle the thoughts behind the entanglements. Use the Circle below to gather past thoughts and beliefs about this situation. Are you tapping into someone else’s thoughts or emotions in any way? Are you resonating with an energy that is causing you harm? If you are, use the Circle below to see if you can pull yourself out of harm’s way by disconnecting from that energy. 

 

 

Step Five:

Are you feeding harmful karma with your energy? Take a few minutes to sort things out.  

“I detach my energy from this karmic debt. I release the concept of ‘owing others and others owing me’. All debts are forgiven.”

 

 

Step Six:

Are you preoccupied with the harm that so many people are participating in? Don’t inadvertently feed it by trying to fix, rescue or take the blame for it.

“I disassemble my tendency towards self-destruction. I now make a commitment to my higher good.”

The Essential Human* If you have a copy of The Essential Human, now would be a good time to use Emotional Corrections A – E between pages 97 and 101 to access and balance energies you’re pulling from the ‘field of potential’.

Going through this process will help you draw on the kinds of spiritual / emotional ingredients that will redirect your energy towards creating true freedom and sustainable prosperity.

 

 

Step Seven:

If there is karma of your own that needs to be cleared, use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to send the karmic imprints from your mental continuum to the Sun to be purified. Include blueprints related to racism, injustice and prejudice.

Then, dissolve the mental and behavioral patterns that you have to take on or try to control other people’s responsibilities and/or karma.

 

 

Step Eight:

Make sure you’ve recovered yourself and back in your body.

“I am fully present in the here and now.”

Continue to relax and let your 3rd Chakra get connected, open and balanced at your solar plexus (the area where your ribs go up in the front).

Your Essential Self is most efficiently located there to help you manifest, create happiness and maintain health.

In stressful times, it’s pretty common for the Essential Self to get closed off, misplaced or dissociated. You can correct that now.

 

“My senses are intact. 

 

Adjust the volume to your senses.

“I perceive things as they really are – in the here and now.”

 

Step Nine:

Bring closure to the karma, by closing any openings that lead back to past.

“All holes are sealed and healed. 

I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

Congratulations! You’re ready to approach your situation more objectively, with a different perspective – without all those karmic entanglements!

If you like, you can optimize this process by consciously shifting your focus to what you want to do now. Use the following sequence of Circles to help you. Simply gather your energy into the center of each Circle to facilitate the change:

“I focus my thoughts on productive activities that are in my positive self interest.”

 

“I connect to my better angels and true prosperity which allows prosperity for all.”

 

“I forgive myself completely and reclaim my innocence.”

“I forgive others and the Creator so I can move beyond the illusion of separation.”

 

Seal and heal all remaining entanglements with suffering and ignorance.

Congratulations! Your new awareness makes it more possible for miracles to occur! Be sure to take some time to integrate. Go for a walk. Enjoy the healing that comes from Nature.

While you walk, consider the following positive affirmations:

“I am a Divine Child of the Universe. I am beautiful, innocent and can trust that I’m fully supported.”

 

*Please note that we are all infinite beings in an infinite universe – as new circumstances or events change, we may encounter new karmic entanglements and Soul Contracts, even with the same people we just cleared. However, you can use this process as many times as you need to.
