Navigate Confusion with Tarot2021 is a number five year (2 + 0 + 2 + 1 = 5) and is represented in the Tarot by Major Arcana card #V the Hierophant and #14 (1 + 4 = 5) Temperance.

The number 5 is about the five senses and our ability as humans to use them to navigate experience. The Hierophant is a Major Archetype about choices, authority and the ethics or morals involved with those choices.

The number 14 represents wholeness, unity, perfect order and permanence – providing a whole foundation. The meanings of the Temperance Card are patience, mental equilibrium and finding the Middle Way through balance.


The Chinese Zodiac

This year’s Chinese Horoscope animal is the Yin Metal Ox, which began on February 12th and will continue January 31st, 2021. The positive qualities of the Ox are generally described as strength, devotion, hard work, honesty and positivity. The I Ching: June 13th – June 28th, 2021 – Navigate Confusion through MODERATION.

The I Ching energy has been traveling in a multiple highway pattern since April 4th and is likely to remain that way throughout most of the month of May.

Whenever that happens, Kuan Yin advises me to “follow the middle road” or the road of MODERATION – the path that is guided from within.

Navigate Confusion through Moderation“In difficult times, it’s usually best to move with the flow of MODERATION, Hexagram #15, where ‘The predominant forces … are in the process of balancing extremes and harmonizing interests.’ ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

The ancient Chinese text describes finding MODERATION as the best way to make progress amidst chaos. The suggestion is to disengage from extremes or opinionated attitudes and then follow the guidance that comes from within instead. In almost any situation, if you are able to walk the middle road between extremes, there will be improvement in whatever you undertake.

Here are selected excerpts from the text of Hexagram #15 MODERATION, as translated by R.L. Wing:

(MODESTY)

“Nature balances itself with plagues, droughts, and cycles of overabundance, and human nature strives toward MODERATION in its tendency to reduce the excesses of the over powerful and to augment the needs of those who are desperately wanting.

Worldly matters can now be brought to success through MODERATION. Leaders should strive to firmly carry their objectives through to completion, not with a show of extraordinary force but with the continuing sincerity that springs from their true natures… The self-evident, self-actualizing demonstration of purpose is the mark of great leaders acting with MODERATION.

In social relationships, avoid extremes. People who are overly intelligent or overly ignorant tend to extremes in their behavior and attitudes. You should now concentrate on establishing harmonious equilibrium with your fellow man and bring MODERATION and order to social institutions. This not only means avoiding radicalism and ostentatious values, but also tolerating weaknesses and inferior elements. “Everything in moderation” means just that.

…This inner equilibrium aligns you with the tao, thus bringing you into harmony with forces that can work for you.”

Special advice to note from the Bottom Changing Line: “If you can carry out your proposed endeavor quietly, competently, and thoroughly, without obvious announcements of your intentions, you can achieve even significant aims. Letting Go and Moving On

Help for Moving On from Deteriorating Relationships

Transformation Game - Moving OnMany people are having a difficult time getting grounded and staying clear in the New Paradigm of cooperation and equality because they are getting pulled out of the present by emotional attachments to the past. You can get centered and remedy this situation by going through  Kuan Yin’s I Ching Reading for moving on.

“If you are experiencing a situation where there is:

  • a great deal of incompetence
  • argumentative persons
  • societal discord
  • a break up in friendship or family relations
  • refusal to participate in cooperative ventures or
  • depressed health due to a toxic environment

The situation is definitely in the flow of the I Ching Hexagram #23 – DETERIORATION.

In cases such as these, forceful displays of power will absolutely backfire. Stay strong within yourself. Do nothing to push your personal agenda regarding this particular situation and be very conservative with any investment of time or money. Doing so would probably result in loss.

The best things to do when dealing with DETERIORATING situations is to take care of yourself very sensibly and to find acceptance of the times within yourself. Be generous and kind to those you care about. Keep your focus on important opportunities that are available to you now.

Keep emotional reactions to a minimum and refrain from jumping to conclusions. Meditate, surrender to the fact that all things must end. Know that eventually there will come a change for the better.

If you deal with a situation of DETERIORATION with an attitude of “I’m going to fix this” or “I need to understand why these people are thinking or behaving this way,” notice how you’re actually giving the situation more fuel, rather than letting nature take its course. It could be your attachment to the situation that’s keeping it from dying out on its own. When you let go, Nature can take its course. In most cases, the negativity will feed on itself and die out naturally. 

Here’s some help through a Transformation Game called “Letting Go and Moving On.”

Gently gaze at these Intuitive Learning Circles one at a time and consider the question or affirmation that goes with each Step. This process helps you to become aware of what’s bothering you, so that you can make a different choice to use your energy more productively and in tune with your Inner Guidance.

 Step 1:

What is a relationship around you now that is DETERIORATING? Trust the message that comes through from your deepest, wisest guidance.

Step 2:

Enhance your inner guidance by calming your senses and bringing them into balance. Some may be turned up too high and some may be too low. Relax and allow your eyes to rest gently on the Circle below.

Mind Body IntegrationTake some deep breaths and let your shoulders drop. Adjust the volume to your senses. Do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body to achieve greater mind body integration.

 

Step 3:

What is the emotion that tends to pull you into that energy?

Once you have identified what you’re feeling, take a moment and just relax into it. Could it be a phobia, an obsession or a compulsion?

“I accept that this emotional state is present and that it must change. All things eventually change.”

If you can, rub your shoulders and neck for a minute or two. The more you relax and accept what you’re feeling, the easier it will release and dissipate.

 

Step 4:

Release your agreement to remain connected with that energy or the emotions it transmits.

“I detach from energy imprints that are foreign or harmful to me.”

“I send them to the Sun where they can safely be transmuted.”

 

Step 5:

Bring your awareness now to your body. Go to your solar plexus area and open your third chakra, the home to your Essence and “gut instincts.”  

Let go of any toxic energy and bring the chakra into balance.

 

Step 6:

Bring your awareness to your Heart Center. Allow this Reiki Chakra Key to open and balance it.

Keep relaxing and breathing into it. Eventually, you will be able to feel life energy radiating out. The light of your Heart Chakra is shining!

 

Step 7.

Gaze softly at this Circle that connects you with the energy and empowerment of your Soul. Imagine that your energy system can adapt to the changes that are needed. Continue to relax and breathe as you use this affirmation:

“When it comes to the situation of _________, I exist and am empowered to manifest my highest good.”

 

Step 8:

Allow yourself to connect with your Soul’s unique vibration and energy. Continue to relax and breathe as you use this affirmation:

“I am resonating with the vibration of my Soul.”

“I strengthen my unique gifts and talents.”

 

Step 9:

Use this Circle to help you detach from negative energies around your situation.

“I release all attachments and energy signatures that are not from my Soul.” 

“I detach from destructive energies and illnesses.”

These may include energies from other people, even family members.

 

Step 10:

Consciously close down any destructive energy channels that are coming from the DETERIORATING situation.

“I am no longer connected to that DETERIORATING situation.”

 

Step 11.

Now, get fully present. Use this affirmation to help you:

“I live in the present and deal with what is.”

If you’re having trouble getting present, it can help to close your fingers into fists and open them again, several times. If you get overwhelmed or feel a strong emotion come up, go back to Step #2 and repeat the process to relax and dissipate the emotion.

 

Step 12:

Now that you are present, ask your deepest wisest guidance:

“What is an action I can take that will help me to move on?”

Take as much time as you need to reorganize your thoughts and energy around positive action.

 

Step 13:

Consciously re-direct your energy and attention toward a situation you want to encourage instead. Move your attention and energy away from the DETERIORATING situation.

“I turn my energy toward productive activities and plans.”

 

Step 14:

Use this symbol to consciously release any remaining mental, emotional or spiritual baggage that is interfering with your freedom. 

You can visualize them as dark clouds or entanglements that you can send to the Light to be purified. Stay with it until you feel they are completely gone.

Step 15:

Finish the game by closing off the pathways in your mind that lead back to the DETERIORATING situation.

“I let go and seal off the ways I prolong or maintain suffering for myself or anyone else.”

Congratulations!

Having the faith that you don’t need to be in control of a DETERIORATING situation is a big help in coming to terms with change and moving on in a positive way.

Have we lost our free will? POTENTIAL ENERGY is available and could be used for “ambitious and far reaching endeavors.”

The I Ching (or Book of Change) entered Hexagram #26 POTENTIAL ENERGY on Nov. 1st and should remain with us for until about Nov. 27th. However, the collective mindset in the USA is either still caught up in the CONFLICT of the past several years or is too exhausted to put the influx of energy to good use!
How can we get back on our feet and work towards solutions, rather than getting bogged down in our emotional reactions? Is there a way to catch a ride on the forward momentum to greater heights of #26 POTENTIAL ENERGY?

When we’re feeling anxiety, it’s usually directly related to the levels of uncertainty we’re experiencing. In normal times, managing anxiety has been an individual matter and has to do with being okay with not knowing what’s going to happen.

However, due to the pandemic and political unrest, society in general is experiencing existential levels of uncertainty, which in turn increases our collective levels of anxiety. None of us knows what’s going to happen! Whether it be how to reenter our social networks, learning new procedures or handling economic stress, being able to focus your attention on something positive may simply seem out of the question.

Managing AnxietyThese feelings can come on suddenly and be very overwhelming. For example, the other day I was out and about and felt myself getting jumpy and nervous. Even though I was just driving in the car, I was keenly aware of a paranoia, an uncertainty and emotional backdrop of anxiety that was very unnerving.

Thank goodness I quickly released my agreement to buy into it and then went through this handy exercise once I got home to help me gently separate from the panic and keep my thoughts from running away too far!

Managing Anxiety in the Midst of Collective Fear uses affirmations and the Intuitive Learning Circles™ that can help when you are:

  • Picking up on anxiety around you
  • Getting anxious about an important decision
  • Experiencing performance anxiety
  • Overstimulated or feeling under attack
  • Feeling dizzy or overwhelmed
  • Unable to follow through due to anxiety.

Set aside about ten to fifteen minutes. Start by reading the directions: Gaze at each Circle for approximately two minutes. A longer or shorter time may be necessary. Let yourself breathe and relax as much as possible.

Here’s an example of how the Circles can help you restore balance when you’re managing anxiety:

Contemplate the positive affirmations that go with this Circle for a minute or so:

“I bring my senses into balance.”

“I focus them so that I can feel calmer and concentrate on what’s important.”

“I use them to help me be more aware of my surroundings and what I’m doing.”

“I focus on thoughts and actions that are helpful and in my best interest.”

The Circle may seem to move, spin or even change color. That means that it’s working. Just keep breathing and let the energy move. Once it calms down, your emotional state may improve as well. Then you’ll be ready to continue with the exercise.

Managing Anxiety

This exercise will help you slow down, pull your thoughts together and help you take good care of yourself.

Step One: Awareness

Breathe in and gently gaze at the Circle. While you exhale, affirm to yourself:
“I am connected, aware and guided by the truth.”

“Taking good care of myself is important.”

 

Step Two – Balance

It may feel like you’re all off balance or whirling like a top. Keep breathing and let this Circle help you get more balanced again.

Pay special attention to your tailbone.

 

Step Three – Protection

Continue to breathe and imagine yourself in an environment that’s very safe and peaceful.
You are completely protected in this place.

 

Step Four ~ Clarity

Let this Circle help you turn the volume down on your senses. They could be turned up too high. You can calm down and see things as they really are. Move if you need to. Let your shoulders drop.

“I can see the light in a dark situation.”

Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

 

Step Five – Slow Motion

Your mind might be hurried, spinning or frenzied, so let this Circle help you imagine that everything’s slowing down. 
It’s okay to slow down… moving in slow motion.


Again, do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

 

Step Six – Trust

Let your belly relax where your ribs go up in the front.
It’s okay for you to relax there and breathe as deeply as you want.

It’s okay for you to just be. Things are getting sorted out now.

 

Step Seven – Steadfast

Use this Circle to focus in on your heart.
Your heartbeat is steady and getting calmer by the minute.
You are okay.

 

Step Eight – Breath

Let this Circle help you open up your breath now.
Your lungs work together with your heart to keep oxygen flowing through you.
Breathing in the breath of life and exhaling…

 

Step Nine – Equilibrium

It’s important to keep breathing.
Your diaphragm works together with your heart and lungs to help you breathe.
You are okay. Your breathing is okay.

 

Step Ten – Resolution

As you gaze at this Circle, you can deactivate the overstimulated parts of your brain. Just keep breathing and say to yourself:

“I am calming down. Everything is relaxing.”

 

Step Eleven – Release

Imagine that you’re completely surrounded by a sphere of light filled with strength, courage and determination. Take as long as you like with this.

“I am filled with strength and determination.

I am strong and deflect the excess energy of collective anxiety.” 

 

Step Twelve – Emotional Freedom

Dissolve your connection to the mental and emotional malaise that’s behind our collective anxiety. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to clear the patterns from your mental continuum and send them to the Sun to be purified. 

Then, collapse the energetic sewers that spread the malaise.

Finish this formula by closing the doors in your mind that lead to collective anxiety and fear.

During this pandemic, we’re all learning what we need to do to take good care of ourselves. The path of MODERATION is often the key.

There is no shortage of information and advice out there about what we should and should not do to take care of ourselves. Early on in my experience as a medical intuitive, I discovered that there is no “one way” to protect ourselves or heal that works for everyone. We are all unique individuals with our own strengths, weaknesses and preferences – our own karma, if you will.

I also learned that what works today may not work tomorrow. That has to do with circumstances; something may have suddenly changed that has to be dealt with. A shock may cause you to loose your footing and get off balance. Or, there may be some other spiritual or emotional blockage that needs to be released before a clear solution can appear. There could be underlying toxins in the system, the timing may not be right or the body could be so challenged by something like the coronavirus that it’s unable to communicate properly.

So, given all the variables present in this extremely difficult time, how can you take good care of yourself?

Hexagram # 15 – Moderation – How to Take Good Care of Yourself in the New Paradigm

Transformation Game - Take Good Care of Yourself

“In difficult times, it’s usually best to move with the flow of MODERATION, Hexagram #15, where ‘The predominant forces … are in the process of balancing extremes and harmonizing interests.’ ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

The ancient Chinese text describes MODERATION as the best way to make progress by disengaging from harmful extremes and following the truth and guidance that comes from within. In almost any situation, if you’re able to walk a moderate and middle road, there will be improvement in whatever you undertake.

Finding Moderation and Following that Path ~

As a general rule, MODERATION is a sensible flow to follow whenever there’s so much chaos and confusion that it’s hard for you to tell what’s going on. In the midst of chaos, unpreferred karma (cause and effect) can be easily triggered. For many people, soul contracts have been completed and need to be released to prevent unnecessary health problems. Generally, people are probably either:

  1. Falling into a downward spiral of mental, emotional, physical and/or spiritual health.
  2. Experiencing a lot of obstinate refusal to change. 
  3. Getting pulled back into regressive patterns from the past.
  4. Pulling oneself together into a centered position of empowered authority.

As you softly gaze at this Circle that accesses karmic seeds, see if you’re currently experiencing one of these situations. Ask yourself:

“Am I generally experiencing situation #1, 2, 3 or 4?”

It could easily be a mix, depending on your mindset and what stage of the karma you’re living through.

Whatever it is, you can take good care of yourself by letting go of any karmic agreement that is complete – over and done with or that’s causing you harm in any way. This game will help you do that. 


Let Go So You Can Bring In New Ways to Take Good Care of Yourself.

Use this Soul Contract Circle to help you identify and release the agreements. It can be helpful to imagine that each agreement is like a lock attached to every vertebrae of your spine. To let go, start at the bottom of the line and move up your spine – unlocking any harmful agreements as you go all the way to the top of your neck. Here are some examples:

“I unlock any agreement to sacrifice my health or place myself in harms way.”

“I let go of any lies, poor guidance or assumptions that block my ability to heal.”

“I discontinue activities or beliefs that put me at risk.”

“I release pathways, false concepts and patterns of behavior that lead to conflict, confusion, hardship, over-indulgence or ________, etc.”

 

Reclaim Your Power:

“I decide to gently integrate healthier patterns that upgrade my happiness and well-being – in accordance with my highest good.”

“I exist and am empowered to take good care of myself.”

Take all the time you need to really relax with this one.

 

Clear Out the Clutter:

This is a good opportunity to clear your inner garden of any outdated intentions or energies that interfere with your health or happiness.

As you look at this Reiki Key, allow your heart center to clear out any hurtful entanglements or conflicts. Include old energies or grievances with family, friends or business relationships. Clear out harmful agendas from social institutions, religious practices, cults or partisanships. Release attachments to completed projects, places you’ve lived, outmoded forms of transportation, communication, consumerism or business, etc.

By letting go of all that clutter, you free up a lot of energy that’s better spent on your health and vitality.

 

Make Commitments to Your Good Health and Well-being:

Because of the chaos involved, there aren’t many guarantees out there. Making any kind of reliable prediction is next to impossible. You’re going to need all the presence and energy you have to help you during times such as these. Gently look at the next Circle while you affirm these positive affirmations:

“My new agreement is to stay present in my body and follow my inner guidance – calmly and honestly.”

“I am flexible and able to adapt to what’s needed.”

“I notice disturbances in my health. I ask for and receive reliable help when I need it.”

“I make wise choices about my health and well-being.”

“I let go of ______.   I prepare for ______.

I take care of ______.   I am open to ______.”

 

Strengthen Your Energy Field:

“I decide to build an attraction field for _________, _________, _______.” Suggestions: excellent health, healthy boundaries, nourishment, equality, good company, cooperation, sustainable prosperity, etc.

 

Focus On Your Priorities:

Use this Circle to help you shift your focus to what really matters.

“I make a choice to focus my attention on hope, health, sustainable prosperity and ______________.”

 

Develop Healthy Reciprocity:

Take time to organize your energy properly so that you can manifest your intentions.

“I nurture my body, mind and spirit healthfully, in alignment with my highest good and my highest good is returned to me.”

 Once you feel in the flow, ask yourself: “Are there any habits or behaviors that would be helpful for me to change?”

 

Nourishment:

Consider how well you’re nourishing yourself and make notes so that you’ll remember.

“Are there any foods, especially herbs, teas, vegetables or fruits that would benefit me? Am I getting enough fresh water? Is there anything to stay away from?

Is there anything I’m consuming that’s causing a problem?”

“Am I approaching my circumstances correctly? If not, can I tell what’s needed?”

 

Oxygen:

Relax for a few minutes to consciously breathe and relax. Imagine what kind of exercise you could do that would be most helpful today.

“Am I getting enough oxygen through breathing, fresh air and exercise?”

Emotional Calm

“Do I need more relaxation? If so, what might help me?”

 

Sunlight:

Your body needs sunlight to stimulate good health and keep your immune system strong.

“Am I getting enough sunlight to make Vitamin D-3?”

“If not, what would help me with this?”

 

Evaluate Your Current Actions or Intentions.

“Are there any activities I’m planning that would be dangerous?”

If so, can I tell what they are? How can I follow a more MODERATE and beneficial path?”

 

Let Go of Destructive Patterns:

Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that pull you off track. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and let go of self-sabotage or any societal or familial pattern that still affects your health in a negative way. See them disappear as you send them to the Sun:

“I dissolve destructive energy and any connection I have ever had to it.”

“I dissolve ___________________.”

Close the Pathways to Suffering:

Once the patterns are cleared, close the door to pathways that lead to  extremes, unnecessary suffering or danger.

“I decide to close the door on harmful pathways. I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

 

Ground:

In order to actualize the benefits of what you’ve done with this game, it’s important to get grounded. Put both feet on the ground and let this Circle help you get grounded in a new paradigm of equality, cooperation and sustainable prosperity.

 

Finish with Gratitude:

At this point, you’re probably feeling much calmer and more in balance. Finish with this affirmation:

“I am grounded in gratitude and appreciation for the help I receive.”

Learning How to Change

Are You Changing with the Changes?

If you’re like most of us, you’re overwhelmed by the speed and amount of uncertainty and confusing changes taking place. One day, it feels like life is getting back to normal and in a flash, everything changes! 

Many people feel anxious about returning to work. Some situations seem incredibly unstable, while others are as stuck as stuck can be. The old social structures are crumbling while new ones are struggling to take form. Personal support systems feel like they’re slipping away. No wonder you might be more volatile than usual and there should be no surprise when people shut down and get depressed. Our bodies are worn out and our minds are going round and round in circles – how can we learn to change with all these changes?  

Learning How To Change

The 64 Hexagrams in the I Ching or Book of Change have much to teach us about the importance of being flexible and knowing how to change. 

For example, in Hexagram #29 DANGER, it says:

The situation is one of real DANGER, caused by and manifested in the affairs of man... Acting with integrity and confidence is the key to surmounting the DANGER.”

In Hexagram #49 CHANGING, the ancient text states: 

“A struggle is occurring …the time of CHANGING suggests that although you may not know what to do, you know that something must be done. Your best course is to alert yourself by paying careful attention to the shifting moods of those around you. Take stock of the general feelings running throughout society. This may help you determine your own personal imperatives and the support you can expect in carrying them out.”

In Hexagram #51 SHOCKING, the text says, “The only thing predictable about what is coming is its SHOCKING unpredictability… Examine yourself to see if you have in your heart an acceptance of the sudden forces of the cosmos. Only with this attitude can you behave correctly.”

Transformation Game: Learning How To Change in a Changing World.

You can discover how to change more gracefully and let go of the resistance by going through this Transformation Game. When you slow down and take the time to go within, you can gain a deeper understanding of what you’re really struggling with. Not only that, you can find the motivation to change how you’re responding in a more effective way!

Directions: Simply gaze at the Circle while contemplating the positive affirmations. Breathe deeply and allow yourself to relax as much as possible.

“I reclaim and balance my rational senses.”

“I focus them to be present and keep tuning into my body to determine what I need.”

“I use them to notice my environment so I can reject, repel or avoid harmful thoughts, energies and dangerous situations.”

“I focus on actions that benefit my health, happiness and  ____________.”


An important note about Mind Body Integration ~ 

Retrain Your Mind for Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. As you work with the Circles, cross and uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body. Use a soft focus and breathe patiently. This will help you access your resistances more fully so that you can release more. Let any negative self-talk go by breathing through it.

Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you let go!


Once you feel ready, see if you can slow down and let yourself focus on your true priorities.

“I slow down and breathe while I clear my mind. I turn my attention to what matters most.”

Gently, clear your awareness to notice what specific areas of your life are changing rapidly and those that feel stuck or even stagnant. What do you notice? What do you need to catch up with? What do you need to accept and let go of? You might want to make note of some of the impressions you get.

 

Empower your ability to choose in this situation.

“I exist and what I do matters.”

“I can respond to this situation in a productive and helpful way.”

“I bring myself into alignment with my highest good.”

 

Now you’re ready to go through the rest of the game in the same way by asking yourself questions while you gaze softly at each accompanying Circle. Doing so will help you assess where you’re at. Take your time, the answers might not come right away. The Circles are helping your mind to clear away mental and emotional resistance.

“In this particular situation, how am I dealing with change?

Is that working for me? Do I need to change how I’m dealing with the situation? Am I doing the best I can?” 

Am I stuck on something? Shut down? Unwilling? Is it possible that I’m being too hard on myself? What is the concern?”

 

If you’re stuck, you might be able to deal with it fairly easily by using this Circle that clears conflict, resistance and fixated thinking.  

Imagine that you can use the Circle like a bull’s eye to dissolve, melt or send a laser beam to break up any conflicts or fixations you may be experiencing.

If you’re judging yourself too harshly, use the Circle to help you break up those rigid thoughts. If you’re shut down, use the Circle to bring yourself back to life! Move around in any way that you like.

 

Continue with your investigation about how to change…

“Am I taking anything personally?”

You can usually tell if you’re internalizing something because you’ll start to experience physical, mental, emotional or even spiritual irritation.

“I stop taking this personally and let it go. I turn to more positive ways of dealing with this particular situation.”

 

Think about what you can learn from this situation.
“The most important take away for me in this situation is ________.”
“I am learning ____________.”
Be sure to write this down.

For a much deeper integration, trace around the circle clockwise with your eyes, both uncrossed and crossed, while you consider your take away thought.

Then, do the same as you trace your eyes around the square in the same direct, both crossed and uncrossed.

“What ingredients am I choosing?” 

Choose from the archetypes #1 – 42. Use this affirmation:
“I release harmful ingredients and access beneficial ingredients instead.”

 

Next, imagine that you can release any old agreements, assumptions or obligations that are keeping you stuck in conflict. Visualize them like contracts, burning up into nothingness with a violet flame. Here are some suggestions:

“I let go of outdated agreements to resist or to take on someone else’s issues as my own.”

“I let go of the need to hold onto anyone or anything harmful in this situation.”

“I let go of ________. I detach from ________. I remove ________.” Etc.

 

Make some new decisions that support how to change more appropriately, like: “I choose to see this situation in a positive light.” or… “I am capable and my Spirit helps me to handle change… I am free to change in accordance with my highest good… I allow other people the space to handle their own issues…”, etc.

 

Connect with the Third Chakra at your Solar Plexus and let it open up. Relax and let the tightness go. Deep breathing is your best friend in times of accelerated change! Move around or stretch if you like.

 

Keep breathing and give yourself a good dose of courage with the help of this Circle:

“I surround myself with courage, strength and determination.”

 

Imagine that this symbol can help you find any thoughts or seeds of resistance you’re feeling. They’re probably not even yours! It’s time to set things right. Send them back to wherever they belong.

Reclaim whatever is yours – your ideas, your power, your own beneficial seeds of karma. Bring them home and nurture them gently.

 

Now it’s time to dissolve your connection to any confusion or conflict. Use this symbol for Dissolving Destructive Blueprints and send all the patterns into the Light.

“I dissolve the mental, emotional and spiritual connections to these patterns of conflict.”

Take your time and visualize them dissolving like dark clouds into bright sunshine!

 

Next, seal and heal all leaks, holes or pathways that lead to back to any resistance or unnecessary suffering:

“All holes are sealed and healed. I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

 

Are you grounded in the New Paradigm of cooperation and sustainable prosperity? If not, put your feet flat on the ground and let your energy organize around it now.

 

Finally, let your mindset align itself with gratitude and grace:

Electro-magnetic Poisoning and Chakra Polarity

Welcome to a Powerful Clearing for Your Primary Chakras

and several additional chakras that will activate a stronger connection to your Spirit above and to Mother Earth below! We’re going to use Reiki Chakra Keys to help you clear electro-magnetic poisoning and other pathogens from your energy system while you balance the polarity of each chakra for increased energy.

This is a great healing meditation to go through while moving or stretching. I love to do it while I’m riding a recumbent bike. Lately, because of the increased pathogens in the atmosphere, I‘ve been guided to go through it on an “as needed” basis. One common sign that you need this formula would be if your electronics start going haywire. Your own unstable polarity could be interacting with your equipment! If you’re a highly sensitive person like me, you might want to go through it as a daily self-care routine…


Transformation Game: Clearing the Polarity of Your Chakras ~

There are hundreds of chakras located throughout the human body. Aside from the seven basic chakras that are well known, there are secondary spiritual chakras activating new levels of consciousness and essential chakras that govern the proper functioning of your body. That means, every organ, gland and joint has at least one chakra. When the polarity of one or more of these chakras go out of sync with the others, you may feel unstable or off balance physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually.

Electro-magnetic poisoning and virus’s like the coronavirus can cause the chakras to go out of balance.

Electro-magnetic Poisoning and the ChakrasWhen you spend a lot of time around technology, it’s easy to build up a toxic load of EMF’s in your energy system.  As a Medical Intuitive, I see this process beginning when electro-magnetic debris starts zapping around and jamming up the flow of energy in the chakras. If this “shock to the system” isn’t cleared regularly, highly sensitive people  can eventually experience what’s known as electro-magnetic poisoning. The online magazine, Healthline lists possible reactions to EMF’s including: disturbances in your sleep, including insomnia, headache, depression and depressive symptoms, tiredness and fatigue, dysesthesia (a painful, often itchy sensation), lack of concentration, changes in memory, dizziness, irritability, loss of appetite and weight loss, restlessness and anxiety, nausea, skin burning, tingling and changes in the electrical activity of the brain.

Although the symptoms are vague and hard to diagnose, people suffering from electro-magnetic poisoning can experience significant disturbances in their mental health and physical wellbeing.

So, how can we expel electro-magnetic poisoning?

Fixation and Electro-magnetic PoisoningFirst, you want to make sure that your energy system is cleared of all the little  “shocks” and fixations.

  • On a mental level, these fixations often show up as rigid or dogmatic thinking.
  • Emotionally, you can get stuck in a low vibration, like fear.
  • On a physical level, the fixations show up as chronic tension derived from conflicts  we’re holding onto.
  • Spiritually, you might be clinging to dogma that’s preventing you from being as happy as you could be.

If you’ve been feeling stuck in any of these behaviors, this could be one reason!

To shake those fixations up a bit, imagine that you can use the Intuitive Learning Circle below like a bull’s eye and send a laser beam to the center of the Circle with these positive affirmations: 

“I release agreements to buy into extreme thinking or rigid behavior.”

“I relax my chakras to help me make beneficial changes. I see myself getting unstuck.”

“I let go of electro-magnetic poison in accordance with my highest good.”

“I release chronic tension from my body. I let go of conflicts.”

Take your time and move around if you feel the need. Be sure to breathe deeply and often!

Once you’ve done that, you should feel your system beginning to relax. Next, set a simple intention about polarity. For example:

“This is a clearing for me to balance my chakra system so that it’s flowing in harmony with life affirming polarity.”

Start going through the different Circles for the chakras in the order laid out below. Spend approximately a minute or two meditating on each symbol. The Reiki Chakra Keys are helping you to shift harmful polarity and let go of electro-magnetic poisoning. I’ve used them myself to help me move viral energies out of my system!

You’ll probably feel a lot of energy moving. That’s all right, it simply means the symbols are working with Reiki energy to cleanse toxins out of your chakras and then balance them.

As you meditate on each Key, consciously visualize the toxic energy clearing out of you and going to the Sun. That way, you can be sure that you’re not dumping debris on others or our precious Earth. You will know you’re done when the energy calms down. Then you can move on to the next Key. At the end of the sequence, additional Circles from Gifts from the Rainforest will help you get your energy settled and grounded.


So, let’s get started with Part One!

Begin with the Fourth Chakra Key (Heart): Think about someone or something that you love very much. Feel that tender feeling in the center of your chest. This is where the Fourth Chakra is located and its energy radiates out, like a star with “Yang” energy.

A balanced and clear Fourth Chakra vibrates with the color GREEN. This is the center of your Being and the focal point for a healthy chakra system in the New Paradigm. It’s often called the Heart Chakra (please note that you have other chakras that bring energy in and out of your actual physical heart and their polarity generally runs more Yin or receptive). To balance the polarity in your 4th chakra, gaze at the Circle while using this positive affirmation:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

Primary Chakras - The 4th Chakra

Visualize any electro-magnetic debris going to the Sun.

 

Next, gaze at the Fifth Chakra Key for the chakra located at your Throat:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

A balanced and clear Fifth Chakra vibrates with the color BLUE. Visualize any blockages or heaviness going to the Sun.

 

Continue with the Sixth Chakra Key for your Third Eye at the center of your forehead:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

A balanced and clear Sixth Chakra vibrates with the color Purple. Send toxic energy out and to the Sun.

 

At the top of your head is the Seventh Chakra Key, often called the Crown Chakra:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.” 

Primary Chakras - The Seventh Chakra

A balanced and clear Seventh Chakra vibrates with the color WHITE. Feel the toxic energy moving up, out of the Crown Chakra like a fountain and going to the Sun. Continue until you feel calm and stable.

 

Keep moving up now and imagine an energy center located about 2″ up from the top of your Crown Chakra. This is what I call your Soul Chakra and it connects you with your Soul energy coming from the Divine Mind:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

A balanced and clear Soul Chakra vibrates with your unique Soul COLOR. Let the positive energy of your Soul calm and strengthen your entire system. It helps for you to think about activities and things you’ve created that fill you with joy!

 

Just above your Soul Chakra is the Divine Mind Chakra, which transmits Divine Love energy through your unique connection with Divine Source.

“I connect with my Divine Mind Chakra to receive pure, Source energy.

Grail Reiki Healing - Divine Mind Chakra

Your LifePath Chakras are positioned on either side of the Crown Chakra about one inch out. These chakras carry your potential coming into this lifetime.

“These chakras flow with positive, life affirming polarity.”

When the polarity between these two chakras are positive and balanced, a treasure chest of gifts is unlocked that can help you on your path. Keep breathing!

Take a moment to dissolve any buildup of toxins with this symbol.

Consciously visualize the toxic energy clearing out of you and going to the Sun.

You will know you’re done when the energy calms down.

Then you can move on to the second part of the clearing!

Part Two:

Now that you’ve balanced the upper chakras, let’s move down to the center of your body to the Third Chakra, located at your solar plexus (the soft area where your ribs go up):

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

A balanced and clear Third Chakra vibrates with the color YELLOW. Remember to let the chakra relax and release any stuck or fixated energy, sending it to the Light.

 

About 2″ below your navel is the Second Chakra:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

Primary Chakras - The Second Chakra

A balanced and clear Second Chakra resonates with the color ORANGE. Visualize any toxic energy or entanglements going to the Light.

 

Next, let’s clear your First Chakra located at the base of your pelvis (sometimes called the Root or Sacral chakra):

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

Primary Chakras - Root Chakra

A balanced and clear Root Chakra vibrates with the color RED. Visualize any heaviness, illness or toxic energy expelling to the Sun.

 

Now its time to connect with the Earth Chakra, located directly below your feet:

“I connect with Mother Earth and am grounded in pure, Source energy.

A balanced and clear Earth Chakra vibrates with your unique energy signature or Soul Color. Consciously feel your feet joyously connecting to the ground.

 

As we finish this clearing, let’s strengthen the hara lines that connect all the chakras, like a beautiful web of life.

“The hara lines between my chakras are mending, healing and strengthening.

Imagine that these tiny lines are healing themselves throughout your body and reorganizing around optimal health.

 

Finally, take a moment to let everything blend and flow together while you keep your feet on the floor to finish grounding.

“My chakras are flowing together in harmony with life affirming polarity.”

Congratulations!

You’ve balanced the polarity of the seven primary chakras and connected additional chakras that will enhance your health, intuition, personal growth and creativity. Now, your energy will be much clearer – more stable and grounded. Remember, a person whose energy is balanced and grounded benefits everyone. Be sure to take some time to relax and rest.

It’s time to co-create a New Paradigm based on equality, cooperation and sustainable prosperity! Play a Transformation Game using the Three of Pentacles from the Tarot and the Intuitive Learning Circles to help you reform your plan.

If you’re like most people, you’ve been experiencing an unprecedented amount of change and are realizing that you need to review and reform your plan and assumptions about your life. Whether it’s an overall life trajectory or more specific plans about health, business or even creative projects, now is an opportune time to look at them and recalibrate.

This Transformation Game is part of Plans for a New Paradigm, a coaching program that has been put together to help you evaluate what’s working and what isn’t based on what has happened during the pandemic.

Use the Circle in this picture to help you focus on some initial questions to see if this Game would be useful to you:

“What are you building or trying to build?”

“Do you need to reform your plan in any way?”

“Do you have a solid plan? If so, is that plan sustainable?”

“Would you like a new plan that your Soul can really get behind?”

It could be that there’ve been so many changes, you need to scrap your old plan and start over! Hopefully, that’s not the case. However, it’s possible you simply need to focus in on your situation from a different angle or through a different filter.

Transformation Games can help you to identify problems, navigate change and clarify what’s really important to you. Simply relax and gaze at the Intuitive Learning Circles while contemplating the accompanying positive affirmations about how your plan is working for you. Your intuition will come forward and give you the help that you seek. Examples:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I focus them to be present and aware of my current needs.”

“I use them to become aware of confusion, conflicts and self sabotage.”

“I gain clear awareness of beneficial resources, solutions, opportunities and _________.”


An important note about Mind Body Integration ~ 

Retrain Your Mind for Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. As you go through the steps, cross and uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body when you gaze at each Circle. Use a soft focus and breathe patiently. This will help you integrate your thinking more fully so that you can be more creative. Let any negative self-talk go by breathing through it.

Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you embody your experience!


Okay, so let’s take a look at how you’re currently perceiving your plan…

Step One: When evaluating your needs, Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs works well to help you position your priorities accurately. Each level is naturally structured to give your plan the greatest stability and efficiency.  Let’s take a look at the different levels:

Reform Your Plan - Hierarchy of NeedsBriefly, the first level needs are physiological and biological. The second level is about safety and protection. The third level encompasses love and belonging. The fourth level focuses around self-esteem. At the top of the pyramid lies the fifth level needs for personal growth and self-actualization.

Are you currently seeing your needs correctly? Are they positioned correctly?

The triangle may be upside down or out of focus. The levels could be out of order or missing entirely. It might not even seem that it’s your plan at all! Use this Circle to help you create or rearrange them in your mind so that your plan is most likely to meet your current needs.

Do that both crossed and uncrossed.

 

Step Two: Make sure that your plan is actually for you, based on what you need now, in present time.

Relax and let your 3rd Chakra get connected, open and balanced at your solar plexus (the area where your ribs go up in the front).

Your Essential Self is most efficiently located there to help you manifest, create happiness and maintain health.

In stressful times, it’s pretty common for the Essential Self to get closed off, misplaced or dissociated.

You can correct that now.

Make sure that you have a sense of your Essence facing forward and up right.

 

 

 

 

Use this Chart to confirm and empower your connection to your Soul Resources.

“I am utilizing my true Soul Resources to manifest the best results.” 

“I exist and am empowered to reform my plan for the highest good.”

Confirm that you’re using your Soul Color, your preferred Element and your Power Animal to help you reform your plan.

 

Step Three: Once you’re re-centered, clarify what your plan is really about.

Ask yourself: “Is this about a state of being or something specific I want to accomplish?

Is this really my plan, or someone else’s?

How sustainable do I want this to be?

Is there something about the way things have been that I don’t want to go back to?

How would I really like my plan to help me and those I care about?

Am I currently using my time, finances and efforts productively?”

Make note of your answers.

 

Step Four: Uncover your awareness of any danger.

Gaze at this Circle that accesses your unconscious awareness of possible dangers that could be a problem for you now or in the future. Imagine that you can gather up that inner library of wisdom and see what you come up with. Take your time and let the information emerge. Ask yourself:

“Is there something happening that shouldn’t be? Am I missing something? Is anything or anyone involved creating a problem? If so, where are they and how are they affecting me?”

“How much harm is this situation causing for me and for others?”

“Is there a particular action to take that would help?”

“Am I operating under any false assumptions? I.e. Am I assuming that something can only work one way? Am I being right about something?”

“Am I willing to let it go and allow something better to come in?”

 

Step Five: Bring in your emotional filter and notice what you’re feeling in this situation.

“Are any emotions throwing me off? Am I caught up in any negative attitudes?” 

“If so, what are they and what is it about them that doesn’t feel right?”

“Am I feeling my emotions or someone elses?”

“Is there a better filter I could use that could help me be happier?”

“Do I believe that I have the power to change my emotional filters?”

“What is the best course of action?”

 

Step Six: Are there outcomes you have agreements with that are no longer desirable?

If there are, this is a good time to release your agreement with them with this Soul Contract Circle. Be sure to release any agreements you have to punish or be hard on yourself for any reason.

Reform Your Plan by Releasing Agreements

“I let go of complications, bad timing, self-sabotage, poor boundaries, intolerance, distractions, ______________, etc.

“I detach from harmful emotional filters and outcomes that no longer fit.”

“I free myself from the burdens of guilt, shame, blame or debt. I stop contributing to harmful patterns.”

“My new agreement is to follow the guidance of my Soul. I forgive myself for any mistakes made and start again with integrity and a clean slate. I _______.” etc.

 

“I am encouraged and inspired to make new plans that will genuinely benefit me and those that I love in our new situation.”

 

“I make clear decisions about what I want to let go of for good and not return to.”

“I’m sure I want to let go of _______________.”

 

“I’ve learned my lessons about _______________.”

 

“I definitively decide to _______________.”

 

Step Seven: Are there methods or modalities you’ve been using (or not using) that need to be re-evaluated?

Can you identify what they are?

 

Step Eight: What have you learned over the course of recent events that you want to integrate into your consciousness?

Use this Circle to help you reorganize and reform your plan around this new level of awareness.

 

Step Nine: Imagine what could happen if you created your new plan around a central intention that brings you joy – like actualizing your true heart’s desire…

Bring the energy into your center first and then imagine your new intention radiating out into the world around you.

What does your heart tell you that you need to do?

 

Step Ten:  Dissolve your connection to any old plans, pathways, beliefs or barriers that are harmful.

It may help to imagine the patterns like big, black clouds that you can send to the Sun to be transmuted. Keep visualizing until they are completely gone and you can see yourself standing in an open field with a beautiful, blue sky:

“I let them go. I couldn’t call them back, even if I tried.”

 

Step Eleven: Determine if it’s possible for your plan to be grounded in a New Paradigm of co-operation, equality and sustainable prosperity.

If it can’t, what would need to happen?

If it can, put both feet on the ground and see if the Circle can help you get your energy organized in a coherent and meaningful way. Once it feels organized, you should be able to ground. Take all the time that you need.

 

Step Twelve: Now that you’ve reformed your plan, close the pathways in your mind that lead back to ways of being that no longer serve you.

“I close the door on all harmful pathways, leaks, gaps and holes.

I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

Having a clear plan that genuinely reflects your true heart’s desire is a key concept for living and prospering in the New Paradigm!

This is a good time to write down specifics because you’ve had time to clear away  extraneous mental and emotional clutter.

You could also draw, sketch, doodle or journal your desires via a stream of consciousness.

Any kind of artwork can help to bring the right brain in for creative inspiration from your Soul!

Once you’re ready, use this Circle to help you look at your general situation from an objective standpoint.

Slow down and place the words or images that represent your plan in the center, open space of this Circle. Let your consciousness rearrange itself both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

Can you tell what the main stepping stones are for your new plan? What actions will you need to take realistically? Is there something that needs to be removed? Does something need to be added? Re-arranged? Re-organized? Write the information down, so that you don’t forget.

 

Next, calmly assess the details of your situation from an objective, cause and effect standpoint to see what’s really needed to reform your plan effectively.

For example, sometimes we want to take a specific action, but it really isn’t for us to do….

“Is there a particular action I want to take, but it isn’t meant for me to do?”

“Would I actually be causing myself or other people harm if I were to do it anyway?”

Old Soul
Sun Medicine

“Is there something I’m meant to do and not taking action on? if so, on a scale of 1 – 10, how important is it to my Soul?”

 

Get into even more detail by playing a “what if” game.

“If I take this action, that response is liable to occur.”

Mapacho Medicine

Take your time, and go through the different scenarios you may be considering. Sort them into “no”, “maybe”, and “yes” categories.

This final Circle is about having fun. Have you incorporated enough fun and enjoyment into your plan?

Ask your Soul:

“How can I have more fun in this situation?”

Otter Medicine

Make a note of what ever answer comes back. Then, send your energy to the center of the Circle like throwing a ball into a hoop and imagine it coming back to you. Relax and play with that for awhile!

As you play with the energy, some fun ideas or activities may come to you.

The Essential HumanNote – If you have a copy of The Essential Human, now would be a good time to use Future Pacing on page 140 to help you access more beneficial ingredients from the Field of Potential to create the “soup” of your life. Choose new ingredients from the archetypes #1 – 42. Use this affirmation:

“I release harmful ingredients and access beneficial ingredients.”

The purpose of Future Pacing is to reform your plan by projecting a more preferred outcome into the future. By freely choosing ingredients such as self-worth, self-love or self-confidence from the collective unconscious, you can create a better future.

You can also do this to prepare for your new plan and improve its potential outcome.

Remember that if you’re not consciously choosing a new awareness of the world and how you want to be in it, you will revert back to old ingredients and old patterns. Making no choice is still a choice!
