Sometimes people are overstimulated or have learning difficulties that interfere with their ability to focus and productivity. Sometimes, a more creative and instinctual approach will help.

Use these positive affirmations with the Circles to access your intuition, gut instincts and the creative magic of Nature through #31 Dragonfly.

“I accept help from the generous, abundant resources of life

Are there any distractions pulling at you? If so, intend to withdraw from any harmful intentions, extremes or life trajectories that are harmful to you.

What Process Is Best for Me – Right Now?

Balancing with Plants SpiritsMany of you have asked,  “There’s so many Games and Exercises here in the Intuitive Learning Circle – how do I know which one is right for me?

Since we’re here to help you develop your intuition, it’s only natural that we would come up with a simple & fun way to decide – using your intuition!

First of all, it’s true that we have quite a few self-healing offerings, so below you’ll find a list of games that will help the Snake in you shed her old skins.

Snake Totem

There are 5 categories to choose from ~

I: Cosmos
II: Family
III: Environment
IV: Livelihood and
V: Self 

Each category has a selection of games listed underneath which are numbered 1, 2 and 3.

The first step is to take a moment and think about what’s going on for you and then look at the Snake Totem and ask your heart:

“What category would be most useful for me to look at now?”
Once you have the category number, ask yourself:
“Which number in that category represents the best self healing process for me right now – or is the best place to start?”

Remember to take the very first number that comes to you, because that is your Inner Wisdom speaking or your intuition. If more than one number comes up, write them all down in the order they came to you.
Once you have your number, scroll down the list and check out that process. You might be surprised at what you chose, because intuition doesn’t always makes sense at first. However, I suggest that you trust your first response and explore the exercise anyway. See if it pertains to your situation and feels right.
This is the intuitive way to determine which exercise is best for you right now!

Handle Irritations Before They Handle You

Is the Way You Handle Irritations Working for You or Impairing Your Health?

Mind Exercise - Handle IrritationsDo you handle irritations by flying off the handle, cursing out loud, or is it more like a slow burn? Some people are able to put on a happy face and set their grievances aside only to wind up paying for it much later with serious health problems.

Certainly, it seems that everywhere and every day, there are plenty of things to be irritated about. However, are you letting them drain your energy or sour your mood? Do they keep you up at night? Are you dangerously close to lashing out at others, even those that you hold most dear?

Well, if that’s happening, you’re certainly not alone. These are all ways that we keep “scratching the itch” and make bad situations worse.

This is a great subject to journal about for your own personal growth. You can turn irritations into positive progress, and this Mind Exercise is here to help you do that.

Simply relax and gaze at the Intuitive Learning Circles while contemplating the accompanying positive affirmations and questions. Going through the process will help you discover how well you’re handling irritations and what you can do to improve. 

So, get out a pen and paper and let’s get started…

An irritation is there to alert you of a problem. Use Chigger Medicine to slow down and tune into what’s bothering you.

What is a problem that’s been irritating you? Pick one and write it down.

Often, an irritation communicates on several levels. Ask yourself:

“How is this irritation affecting me physically?

Mentally?

Emotionally?

What about spiritually?”

Does it remind you of something that has happened before? If so, how far back does it go?

In what ways do you keep “scratching the itch?”

Is that working for you? If not, are you open to an alternative path?

Keep writing until you feel confident you’ve gotten all the information.


MIND BODY INTEGRATION

Mind Body IntegrationFor best results, look at each Circle both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.


Engage in a Change in Perception to Help You Handle Irritations.

Because of recent changes in your life, It’s possible that your sense of this irritation needs a shift in focus. Look at your situation from a different angle or through a different filter. You can get some help with that by relaxing with these affirmations:

Rational Thought Chakras

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I use them to become aware of how my environment has changed.”

“I focus them to be present and aware of my current needs.”

“I gain clear awareness of alternative paths that hold beneficial resources, solutions, opportunities and _________.”

 

At any point In this exercise, you may need to handle blockages or reversals in your energy field.

Heal Blockages & Reversals

Use this symbol to help you smooth out any reversals, glitches or jagged edges.

“I bring my energy system back into balance and flow.”

This may take several minutes, however, it’s well worth whatever time it takes.
You will know you’re done when you can take regular, deep breaths.

 

Relax and let this Circle help you adjust the volume on your senses so you can handle irritations from a more balanced point of view.

Some may be turned up too high, causing anxiety, tension and/or misinformation about what’s really going on. That happens most often with the senses of feeling and hearing. You can use this Circle to help you adjust the volume up or down to just the right level.

Relax and allow your mind to adjust to the best level for clear perception:

Bring your senses into balance and perceive your situation with clarity.

 

Check in with Fly Medicine to see if your energy is getting drained by this situation.

If so, can you tell how often it happens? Does something seem to trigger it? What goes on mentally?

It probably wouldn’t surprise you if a lot of what’s irritating you is the fact that it’s so draining! Take a few moments to consciously close the drains like old plumbing lines that need to be closed down completely.

 

Check Into Emotional Patterns with Alligator Medicine.

Are there other emotional constructs such as compulsions, obsessions, attitudes, addictions, phobias or allergic reactions involved?

In this new energy, you might just be able to collapse them.

Emotional constructs don’t have the same power over you that they used to. What you decide about them has more importance now.

Go ahead and see what happens when you decide to collapse the emotional structures that are jumping around in your mind and causing you harm.

 

Get Centered with Starlight to make sure that you’re navigating this situation correctly.

See yourself in the center, open space of the Circle and re-orient yourself.

Are you beginning to understand your irritation differently now?
Do you need to reorganize your thoughts? If so, how?
Are you going in the right direction to solve the problem?
What really matters here?

 

Let Praying Mantis help you focus on solutions.

This is a good time to write down specifics to help you clear away extraneous mental and emotional clutter. Get all that stress off of you by getting it down on paper.

What are some potential solutions in this situation that would really make a difference?

It might help to move, stretch, draw, doodle or journal via a stream of consciousness. Art often brings in creative inspiration and self-care from your Soul!

Let Rat Medicine help you get specific about what needs to happen to clear the irritation.

Is this situation genuinely detrimental to your physical, mental, emotional health? What about the spiritual level?

Is there something that needs to be re-arranged? Moved? Added? Does something need to be reorganized or removed entirely?

This could be internal or external in your physical environment.

 

The Essential Human* If you have a copy of The Essential Human, now would be a good time to use the process on page 10 to help you make corrections for a healthy and full expression of the power that comes from your Essential Self. Choose from The Essential Human charts #1 – 42.

Detach from harmful emotional patterns and connect with beneficial qualities that will help you in this new energy. 

Emotional Calm

 

Check in with Armadillo to see if any parts of you are still pulling your experience from dangerous or nightmarish experiences you’ve had in the past.

Are you protecting yourself appropriately?

If you’re not, is there a number from The Essential Human between #1 – 42 that would help you make the correction?

 

Clear attachments and residual toxic energies.

There may be something attached to you that you’re not aware of. It could be an irritation that comes from toxic exposure or an emotional attack that could cause allergies and even addictions.

Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.

Attachments and conflicts are melting away. Relax. Breathe. Take your time and move around if you need to.

 

Make sure that your energy isn’t scattered or being drained anymore.

If it’s not complete, what else do you think is needed?

Make a note of what that is so that you remember to follow through.

Handle Irritations

Pull back any parts of you that are getting sucked into a negative situation.

Close the drain for good.

 

Realign with your Soul.

Are you open to the positive vibration of your Soul?

Are you willing to slow down and let your Soul help you in this situation?

Most importantly, are you willing to forgive yourself so that you can let go of your irritation?

 

If so, this is a good time to let a white light of forgiveness clear away any darkness from around you. Stay with it until it’s cleared completely. Be sure you feel at peace with yourself.

“I forgive myself for getting irritated.”

If you are Attuned to Reiki, this is a perfect time to use it!

Excellent!

Bring closure by closing any holes or pathways that might leave you open to that irritation and the problems it brings.

“All holes are sealed and healed. 

I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

 

It’s time to get yourself grounded.

Notice how much better you feel. You will feel even better if you are grounded. What do you need to do to get yourself fully grounded in the present? 

Handle Irritations by getting grounded.

You may need to go for a walk, rub your feet or ground spiritually.

Congratulations! You now have a way to handle irritations more objectively, with a different perspective and without the intense energy drain! Now is a good time to make sure you follow through on grounding yourself.

Your energy and how you use it has powerful implications to your health, your mood and your sense of prosperity. This Mind Exercise will help you uncover and resolve your blockages to happiness in the Year of the Rabbit.

Tuning in and going with the flow of nature is a difficult thing for most human beings. We’ve been trained since childhood to use force and effort to accomplish our aims. In fact, in many circles, it’s considered a weakness to behave in any other way.

Blockages to Happiness

Let’s start with a quick explanation about the energetic flow of unhappiness and the creative flow of happiness that we’re going to use as underlying principles to this process ~

Blockages to HappinessUnhappiness is a state of being caught in a maze, where a person is focused on external conditions and the delusion of powerlessness. In that place, their energy easily becomes diffused, distracted, scattered and drained.

Because they’re looking for answers outside of themselves, they are more susceptible to deceptions, false promises and no-win situations and will habitually attract ‘unhappy’ conditions.

In addition, sudden changes in one’s environment and toxic exposure can  increase the confusion and exacerbate a lack of direction, focus and self-awareness. This confusion, in turn, becomes a part of the person’s attraction field.

It’s important to note that unhappiness can be transmuted into happiness through courage and awareness that different choices can be made at any time.


Happiness is a heart centered state of being where a person is internally creating their experience and more likely to attract their needs in an open, natural way. As they experience happiness, they are living the concept of reciprocity; that “what you put out comes back to you.” They take responsibility for their choices and know that their mindset is important in maintaining their happiness. They also know that how their energy is flowing and what actions they take are key components to experiencing happiness.

Ask yourself if your creative energy flowing up and out like a fountain?

Acknowledging Significant Archetypal Energies

There are other archetypal energies that have an effect on our abilities to create happiness in any given year. For example, the current Chinese Lunar Year, which began on January 22nd, 2023, is the Year of the Yin Water Rabbit.

RabbitHer positive energy traits are considered to be:
Docile. Peaceful. Fertile. Tender. Quiet. Gentle. Cautious and Considerate.

Her less desirable qualities are: Irresolute. Skittish. Stubborn. Timid. Escapist and having a tendency to  Procrastinate.

Her energy is quite different from the previous year of the Black Yang Tiger, who left quite a ferocious imprint (that some people are still using).

Fortunately for us, this archetypal transition from dominance to gentleness has opened up an opportunity for our Souls to let go of the old and create new Soul connections and pathways to travel on.

However, before we jump into big changes head first, let’s bring in some of that peace loving Rabbit energy! She would caution us to complete and actually let go of lingering patterns of unhappiness from the past. By clearing up old conflicts and confusion, we can happily hop forward in a truly more prosperous way.

In order to do that, we look to the wisdom of our Reiki Guides, Kuan Yin and the Helpers of Physical Manifestation, who have been helping us since 2011 with the Power Circle of Life – Ten Stages of Natural Physical Manifestation. In this case, they recommend that we start with the COMPLETION Stage.

Breaking Through Your Blockages to Happiness

To understand what your blockages to happiness are, let’s go through this simple series of Intuitive Learning Circles. They’ve been put together to help you relax and contemplate the nature of what’s interfering with your energy flow and ability to manifest happiness.

But first, something to remember about working with the Circles… 

Mind Body Integration

Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. If you feel resistant or stuck, cross or uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body and go back to gazing softly at the Circle, breathing patiently.

See if your thinking starts to move again. Let negative self-talk go by breathing through it. This action alone could release blockages to happiness.


STAGE 10: Completion – Acceptance of the Natural Flow of Activity and Rest

It may seem odd to start with the final Stage of Natural Physical Manifestation, yet that is exactly where many people are stuck because they have chronic UNFINISHED BUSINESS. Without attending to the Completion Stage, the psyche is unable to move on. Kuan Yin reminds us that, for many people, the main underlying cause of unhappiness is unresolved grief.

Take a moment or two and meditate on this Reiki Chakra Key for the Heart Center. Notice how you feel emotionally and how your energy feels, especially around the central area of your chest.
How would you describe it?  Please note if that energy feels like yours or someone else’s.

 

Does it feel as though you are stuck, disconnected or having difficulty adjusting to positive changes in your life?

Gaze softly at the Circle and imagine that what you’re feeling is melting or the lines going in towards the center are becoming loose and limp – like cooked spaghetti.

Clarify Your Situation

Take a few minutes to relax and bring your senses into balance so that you can perceive what’s really happening with you. For example, have you been paying attention to somebody else or to yourself?

Sometimes highly sensitive people are more attuned to others than they are to themselves. If that’s so, make that correction now.

 

Take another moment to be sure that you’ve closed down any drains to your energy or old habits that might be pulling you back into a pattern that you’ve been working on letting go for a long time. Let’s not waste time on something that you’ve already resolved!

 

Now you’re ready to utilize the chart to pan back like a camera and contemplate your situation from a distance. Allow your Soul to introduce a different angle to view your situation from. Do your best to be as objective and dispassionate as possible…

What do you notice? What new questions come to your mind?

What impressions can you receive from a more objective standpoint?
Make a note of what comes to you so you remember.

 

Do you have inappropriate boundaries with someone or something that needs to be examined? What do you need to gain more awareness of?

 

Do you sense that there’s something sticky or toxic going on? If so, use this Detachment Key to relax and neutralize interfering energies so you can detach from them.

Imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you, like a healing balm.

 

Could there be a reversal of energy going on that’s causing the blockage?

If so, take all the time that you need with this Correction Key to smooth out any jagged energy. Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed.

 

Is there an energetic collapse that needs to be addressed?

Are you turning yourself inside out trying to get something done?
Are you present and in your body?

 

Ask a simple question: “What area of my life is experiencing a blockage?”  Listen for the answer.

 

“Is there an aspect of how I’m using my resources and energy that’s inappropriate, missing or out of sync?”

You might get a visual that clarifies what’s going on. Or you could ask for a number between 1 – 58 from Gifts from the Rainforest to give you more information about what’s happening.

Once you have gone through these steps to clarify the situation, congratulations! You are now more aware and have begun the process of breaking through blockages to happiness! You might want to make a note of what you came up with. The critical mind often doesn’t like to remember the quieter, gentler voice of intuition.

A Quick Reminder: Make sure that you’re applying the generative life flow for Air to heal, protect, communicate and manifest happiness, prosperity and peace.

Learning Resiliency with Mind Exercises

Learning resiliency is another way to say “I want to know how to be stronger and in charge of myself.”

One of the biggest challenges in learning resiliency is dealing with energy drains.

Learning Resiliency - Getting sucked into an energy drainIt’s so easy to get sucked into negative, disaster thinking. All you have to do is turn on any form of media and within minutes you’re hit with intense waves of anger, fear, even paranoia. Before you know it, you can hear that loud, sucking sound of your energy being drained right out of you!

Of course there are plenty of disastrous events that are actually happening. It doesn’t pay to isolate, live in denial or surround yourself with ‘nothing to see here’ apathy. However, paying too much attention to problems while ignoring the solutions is like feeding a shark and then expecting it to behave nicely. It ain’t gonna happen!

Our problems can’t be solved from the same mental position they were created from. A positive balance can be struck by consciously pulling your attention and energy away from the problems and redirecting them to genuinely helpful solutions.

It may sound hard to do, but learning resiliency through this short Mind Exercises is a simple 4 Step process.

With the Intuitive Learning Circle™ method, you can easily use the Circles below as refocusing tools. All you have to do is be open and follow the simple directions. Each Circle helps gather unconscious information, organize awareness and illuminate solutions that come directly from your Soul. You are in charge!

Start out by taking a moment to consider the kinds of situations that really suck you in. Your energy drain could be anything – work, family, politics, technology, social media or even a personal relationship.

What energy drain comes to mind first?

Next, scroll down and gaze softly at the short sequence of Intuitive Learning Circles™ below. Let each Circle help you access intuitive answers to the questions that go along with them.

Step 1:

Take a moment to relax and take a few deep breaths. Let your shoulders drop and gently look at the Circle in whatever way that appeals to you. Once you feel pretty relaxed. Ask yourself this question:

“What am I paying too much attention to that isn’t in my best interests?”

It’s important that you take whatever answer comes to you because that answer is your Inner Guidance speaking to you.

Protection

Step 2:

Gaze softly at this next Circle that helps you access your unconscious decisions:

“What decisions am I making about this situation? What have I decided about myself? Are those productive thoughts?”

If they are productive, great! Make them even stronger.

If they’re not productive, what kind of thoughts and decisions would be better for you to make? Don’t judge, just keep a mental note. Oftentimes when we change our decisions, the situation begins to change too.

Step 3:

As you gaze at this Circle, ask yourself:

“Am I willing to close the pathways in my awareness that lead to disaster thinking and energy drains?”

If the answer is yes, use your imagination with this Circle to see the pathways close, as if they were never there. 

Step 4:

Am I heading in the direction that is genuinely helpful to me?”

If the answer you get is no, imagine that your spirit is gently turning you in the direction that would be most helpful to you.

Once you’re clear that you’re heading in the right direction, you have successfully pulled yourself out of disaster thinking.

Congratulations!

Now that you know how to use the Circles and what they can do, you might want to experiment some more. There’s a list of possibilities in the next section.

How Can You Choose a Mind Exercise or Self-care Formula That Will Further Help Your Personal Growth in Learning Resiliency?

Why does joy elude us? Because the mind is busy going for other things. Like “winning,” being “right,” “desirable” or “perfect.”

Retrain Your Mind to Go For Joy

For a lot of us, a tremendous amount of our energy has been focused on externally sourced goals. We try so hard to win, to look good, to escape punishment or to be “right.” Sadly, many of us are taught that we’re supposed to be perfect, so that’s what we’ve trained the mind to go for.

Retrain Your Mind - Let Go of "Being Perfect"But what does “perfection” mean? Whose definition of being perfect are we using? Our parents? Mom? Dad? Our boss? Our family? Religion? The media? All of these definitions are externally sourced and full of contradictions.

More often than not, “perfection” simply means doing what somebody else wants us to do. No wonder so many of us are spinning around, chasing after a hundred different things! Going for perfection usually creates pressure, confusion and an overwhelmed mind!

On the other hand, going for joy usually creates more joy – which connects us with our true creative spark, which seems as though it would be much better. However, in some situations, it might be even more effective to go for “freedom”, “balance” or “sustainable prosperity.”

Welcome to Learning in the New Paradigm – Mind Exercises to Retrain Your Mind to Go for Joy Rather than “Perfection.”

Rheanni Lightwater - Retrain Your MindThe Intuitive Learning Circles are a great tool to help you retrain your mind to successfully move away from the internal conflict that comes from having to be perfect. This short exercise will get you started. I’ve put it together to help you discover a way to refocus on internally sourced goals that are joyful and genuinely meaningful for you! All you have to do is relax and gaze softly at the Circles while you gently contemplate the affirmations or questions that go with them. Here’s an example:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I fine tune them to be present and aware of my Soul and its purpose.”

“I use them to become aware of interference, obstacles and false ideas about perfection.”

“I focus on beneficial solutions, opportunities and joy.”


An important note about Mind Body Integration ~ 

Retrain Your Mind for Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. As you go through the steps, cross and uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body when you gaze at each Circle. Use a soft focus and breathe patiently. This will help you integrate your thinking more fully so that you can be more creative. If you have any negative self-talk, let it go by breathing through it.

Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you embody your experience! 

Changes in the flow of your environment may cause the energy in your subtle energy field to start running in reverse or shut down entirely. 

Relax and let this symbol help you make corrections. Relax and sense your overall energy. If it feels jagged or disjointed, stay with the Key until the energy smooths out. Affirm this intention both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body:

“I repair the glitches, holes and blockages in my energy system.”

Please note: You may need to do this several times during the course of this exercise…


 

Okay, so let’s begin to retrain your mind…

Step One: In your current situation, who or what is defining “perfection” for you?

Perhaps it’s the media or something you learned at home or in school.

Wherever it came from, does that definition create joy for you? Is it creating more balance or freedom?

So, what are you actually asking your mind to accomplish?

 

Step Two: How much of your energy have you been sending to this definition?

If it were a percentage, what might it be?

10%? 20%? 50% or more?

Would you like to send that energy to create more joy in this situation instead?

 

Step Three: Imagine you can retrain your mind to reorganize itself around “joy,” rather than “perfection.”

Place the word “Joy,” “Balance”, “Freedom” or Sustainable Prosperity” in the center, open space of the Circle and soften your gaze. Relax. While you’re doing this, the Circle may seem to rotate, spin or even change colors. If that happens – go with it. Release control of the experience and let your thoughts re-arrange themselves. Your new goal may turn into images, experiences, colors, sounds or movements. Let it happen! You will know that the process is complete when the energy subsides.

You can get up and move around if you like. Take all the time that you need so you can align with the inner guidance system of your Soul!

 

Step Four: Think about your situation again and bring your senses into balance by focusing on the center open space of this Circle.

Ask your heart: “What do I really want to accomplish?”

 

Step Five: Take a moment to clarify your intention through your Third Eye Chakra. Focus inwardly on what’s most important for you.

Remember to keep breathing!

 

Step Six: Clear the energy in your Heart Chakra so you can connect your ideas about Joy with the true creative spark of your life force.

From there, connect with your other intentions for balance, freedom, sustainable prosperity, etc.

Keep directing the energy to the center open space of the Circle. Doing so will help you bring your true intentions more fully into the center of your life!

 

Step Seven: How might you approach your life situation differently now? What action can you take that will help you know you’re going for joy?

How is it different when you go for balance or freedom? What about sustainable prosperity?

Congratulations! Going for joy rather than perfection is a central concept of the Intuitive Learning Circles that will help you to live and prosper in the New Paradigm of co-operation and sustainable prosperity.

I’ve learned from experience that what others may call a disease or disability can become the foundation for brilliance, innovation and thinking outside the box.

I was raised in a time before ADD, ADHD or Dyslexia had names. In the fifties and early sixties, kids like me didn’t have learning difficulties, we were simply labelled slow, troublemakers or stupid. Judging from the amount of time I spent in the principle’s office, I was probably put into the troublemaker category pretty early on!

Learning Difficulties: The Genius of Thinking Differently

Learning Difficulties - Left HandedI remember when I was just beginning to learn how to write my name in cursive. I was trying to figure out which hand worked better making all those loops and curly-ques. While experimenting with my left hand, my second grade teacher came over to me and plucked the pencil right out of my hand. “You don’t want to use that hand,” she barked, “only bad people are left handed.”

I didn’t like that teacher much (for obvious reasons) so, at that moment I made a decision. I was going to be left-handed just to spite her! To this day, I am quasi-ambidextrous – I write with my left hand and do just about everything else with my right.

Similarly, I had learning difficulties getting my b’s and d’s right. They always seemed to get mixed up in my mind. I was restless in class because I had trouble concentrating and following what the teacher said was unbearable to me. In my early 20’s I even experienced stuttering because I literally couldn’t think of anything to say when in conversation. My mind would go completely blank, which was humiliating to me.

I know that most of the time, advice from teachers, family and friends was meant to help. They just couldn’t understand why I had learning difficulties or what to do about them. Unfortunately, having a mind that’s wired differently meant that techniques that worked well for others, didn’t work well for me.

Much later in life, I started to accept that doing things the way that other people did them just wasn’t going to work for me. I was eventually forced to accept that my learning difficulties had to do with early childhood trauma when a family crisis put me into a full-fledged case of PTSD.

It took me quite a while to get my bearings again, but once I decided that it was okay to be different – outside of the approval of my family – my life took a sharp turn for the better. I stopped beating myself up and started to embrace the things that came naturally to me. I went into bodywork and somatic education together with hypnotherapy, Reiki and mind/body energy work. I began to experience a satisfaction and success that I had never known before. Finally, I was allowing the way I was wired to lead me into exciting new fields of discovery and innovation!

I set to work learning about and putting together techniques from many different disciplines to help me and my clients, many of whom were highly sensitive people with similar learning difficulties. I developed a whole system of tools for better focus and concentration using muscle testing. I’ve also found that they can help with emotional healing, reducing stress and providing a way to activate advanced states of intuition and creativity.

The Intuitive Learning Circles are great at developing precognition, bringing intuitive hits, hunches and other unconscious information up to the surface to be examined more closely. Especially if you have learning difficulties or your inner guidance is blocked for some reason. That’s why I’m sharing this Mind Exercise from Learning in the New Paradigm. By playing, you’ll have the opportunity to engage your imagination and shed some light on potential situations where you might be better off staying out of the way!


If you’ve ever stepped into a compromising situation or gotten caught in the middle of a fight between people, you know what it feels like to suddenly find yourself caught in the middle of a “no-win” situation. It feels horrible! Especially for highly sensitive people, who often find themselves in the middle of highly charged, emotional conflicts.

Developing Precognition

“If only I knew beforehand or had some kind of “spidey sense” that there was going to be a problem, I wouldn’t have even shown up!”

But wait. That’s not really so far out of the realm of possibilities. It’s called developing precognition or as I like to say, listening to your intuitive hit.

Clearing the Way for Making Smart Decisions

Use Your Inner Guidance and Gut Instincts to Get Out of the Way and Learn How to Be in the Right Place at the Right Time.

You’ve probably had an experience of knowing that it just felt wrong to go to a certain place at a certain time. Then later, you find out that you were right. Something unfortunate happened in that very same place around that time! That’s your precognition at work and it’s a darn useful skill to have, especially now, when times are so unstable and chaotic.

In the old paradigm based on greed and elitism, it’s been commonplace for people to try to control things by invading other people’s space or interfering with important personal projects or relationships.  This can happen on a physical level, but it can also happen on an emotional/mental level, which often causes emotional shock that sits frozen under the surface of our awareness. We have expressions for when these kinds of manipulations happen. “Get out of my space,” or “stop playing mind games with me,” are just a few. Unfortunately, when this happens, emotions can easily escalate out of control and our normal awareness of danger can get blocked!

Developing precognition through accurate intuition is one way to help you keep your mind on your own business and protect yourself from dangerous situations.


Preparations for Developing Precognition

Begin by activating your five senses so that your intuition can come forward and give you the help that you seek. You can use these affirmations:

“I reclaim and reconnect with my senses.”

“I clear them up so that I can accurately sense my environment.”

“I use them to sense what will keep me safe, productive and well.”

“I become aware if I’m intruding on other people’s business.”

“I can clearly sense what will help me to _______________.”

 

Next, gaze softly at this Circle to help you gently release any shock that might be under the surface for you. Imagine the lines are getting all wavy and loose.

 

Give yourself more help by making repairs to any chakras that might have been affected by all the interference in the environment.

“I smooth out any jagged energies, addictions, viruses, reversals or blockages in my field.”

 

Use this next Circle to help you develop precognition in your current situation by tapping into your unconscious mind. Gaze softly at this Circle and ask yourself:

“Is there a situation coming up where I need to get out of the way?”

“Is there a situation where someone is getting in my way or blocking what I need to do?”

Be patient and relax into your body. The Circle is helping you focus in on pertinent unconscious information. Your answer could come in the form of a feeling, an image, words or a combination of them all.

Let’s get some more information…

Sometimes we’re empathically picking up on someone else’s situation.
Could that be happening in this case?

If so, is there any shared karma? Have you let your protection down?
Do you need to pull your energy back and re-establish protection?

 

Is there an action you’re thinking about taking that isn’t in your best interests? Do you need increased awareness to take that action?

If the answer you get is “no”, count yourself lucky and keep up the good work staying out of trouble!

If the answer is “yes” or “maybe,” keep going with this exercise to find out more about what’s going on and what you can do about it.


Continue the Mind Exercise for Developing Precognition

1. Slow down and ask for more information about what’s really going on. Use your imagination and see the landscape of your mind slowing down too. Things may simply be moving too fast for you to get out of the way when trouble is about to happen.

 

2. When things are chaotic or moving too fast, it’s easy to get distracted and fall into scams, traps and deceptive mind games. Plus, people are more likely to be mixed up in situations where they really don’t belong. Use this Reiki Chakra Key to open your Third Eye to intuition and common sense. You can use these positive affirmations to help:

“I open my Third Eye and let it balance.
I use it to separate what’s true from what’s a distraction or all-out lie.”

 

Being in the Wrong Place at the Wrong Time

3. Remember the relationship or situation where you think there might be a problem. While you think about it, gaze at this Circle and ask your gut a couple of simple “yes” or “no” questions:

“What is the situation? Is there any danger in it?”

Once you find the situation, ask yourself:
“What is the danger here? Can I tell how I’m participating in the situation?
Is there an important reason why I’m participating or considering doing this? Is it worth it to put myself in this situation?”

 

“Am I placing my hopes into something that isn’t in my best interests?”
What does my inner guidance say about this?

 

4. Continue your self-inquiry:

“Would I be pulled off track or doing harm to myself? Would my projects be harmed? My loved ones? If so, what is the problem?”

It could be timing, placement, priorities, a belief, an agreement, a habit or something else…

Take your time to get as much information as you can.

 

5. Would being in this situation have a negative effect on your boundaries? Your prosperity? Your health or well-being? In what way?

 

6. Sometimes, how people see you can be a source of the problem. People often project what’s going on within themselves onto other people. Check in with this Circle to see if anything like that could be involved. Note – what’s being projected onto you could be either unflattering, flattering or both!

“In this situation, am I being projected on?”

So, now you have a lot more information to work with as you decide what to do!

7. What is the best thing to do in this case? If you need to move out of the way, see yourself doing that in your minds eye. If you need to let go or say “no”, see yourself doing that. Whatever message you get, see yourself taking your own advice.

“What do I need to do?”

 

Finish this part of Developing Precognition with these affirmations:

“I resolve to be in the right place at the right time for my highest good.”

“I stay out of trouble and follow through on my true priorities.”

 

“I close the doors on old habits, distractions or misconceptions.”

Closure for Developing Precognition

“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”
