Gaining a Larger Perspective on the Current Flow

2020 is the Year of the Yang White or Golden Rat in the Chinese Zodiac. Ironically, exactly 300 years ago was also a Year of the White Rat when the ship “Grand Saint Antoine” brought the last major outbreak of bubonic plague to the City of Marseille, France. The theme of large cycles of collective karma around responsibility and illness is difficult to miss. The Rat is generally described as active, fertile, filled with energy and industrious. However, his darker side seems to be more predominant this year as it was in 1720. Historically, Rats attract clutter, spread disease and generally insert themselves into situations where they can do serious damage. 

Intuitive Reading for MayAlthough we’ve already witnessed unprecedented confusion and mixed messages, 2020 is really teaching us how to take back our power and stand our ground! 

Concerns for the rest of this year will continue to revolve around keeping your environment clean, your thinking clear and your heart strong. Our collective karma for illness and unhealthy patterns of neglect have been activated. How you decide to take care of yourself is up to you!

By the way, all this fits in perfectly with 2020 being the Year of the Emperor within the Tarot system. The Emperor is about male authority and the effective (or ineffective) ways that we manage our physical reality. It’s easy to see how dangerous the Rat’s out of control enthusiasm mixes with the concept of personal responsibility. 

Todays Intuitive Reading for May 15 – 29, 2020.

The I Ching flow did finally land into one predominant flow represented by Hexagram #23 DETERIORATION (Splitting Apart) around April 24th. Here is an excerpt from the text as it applies at this time:

“There is an impressive display of DETERIORATION in nearly every aspect of the current affair. These lesser elements and those who represent them have gained complete control over the situation. DETERIORATION will continue to spread until it falls out of fashion, and there is nothing a person of integrity can do but wait. Eventually there will come a change for the better.

In political affairs and matters of power the time may be thought of as a rapid DETERIORATION or overthrow. There exists now an abundance of incompetent persons in positions of authority to help bring this about. As shown in the extraordinarily long period of recorded history in China, where the I Ching was often used as a political manual, such declines were expected and accepted. The original text of the hexagram states: “The superior man respectfully appreciates the cycles of increase and decrease, of greatness and decadence, as revealed by the heavenly bodies.” The text continues to warn against forging ahead at this time. Your best course is to wait out the difficult times and protect yourself by generously providing for those close to you.

Intuitive Reading for MayThe time should be contemplated with great care in all financial and business matters. If possible, do nothing to progress your own interests. You will simply be advancing into adversity and possibly disaster. The situation is in the hands of persons lacking in vision. Learning How to Change

Transformation Game: Learning How To Change in a Changing World

If you’re like most of us, you’re probably going through a surreal period of rapid and sudden changes in your life. You might feel immobilized, or frustrated about how to change effectively when so much of “normal” life is gone. Or you might be resisting the whole situation with every fiber in your body! 

Learning How to Change
“Should I stay in? Can I go out?”

The I Ching or Book of Change talks about the importance of being flexible and knowing how to change  in many of the 64 Hexagrams that teach us how to go with the flow of Life.

In Hexagram #49 CHANGING, the ancient text states: 

“…the time of CHANGING suggests that although you may not know what to do, you know that something must be done.”

Do You Know How To Change with the Changes or Are You Stuck in the Old?

You can discover how to change more gracefully by going through this Transformation Game associated with the I Ching Hexagrams #49 CHANGING and #51 SHOCKING.  By taking the time to go within,  you can gain a deeper understanding of what the resistance is about. Not only that, you can find the motivation to change how you’re responding in a more positive way!

Directions: Simply gaze at the Circle while contemplating the positive affirmations. Breathe deeply and allow yourself to relax as much as possible.

“I reclaim and balance my rational senses.”

“I focus them to be present and aware of my environment.”

“I use them to notice harmful thoughts or energies so that I can let them go.”

“I focus on actions that benefit my health and happiness.”

 

Once you feel ready, see if you can slow down and let yourself focus on one thing at a time.

“I continue to relax and breathe while my thoughts slow way down.”

Gently, bring your awareness to a specific area of life that is changing very quickly. What do you notice? You might want to make note of some of the impressions you get.

 

Now you’re ready to go through the rest of the game in the same way by asking yourself the questions while you gaze softly at the accompanying Circle. Take your time, the answers might not come right away. The Circles are helping your mind to clear away mental and emotional clutter.

“In this particular situation, am I changing with the changes?” 

Am I stuck on something? What is the concern?”

 

Whatever you’re stuck on, you could deal with it easily using this Circle that clears shock, resistance and fixated thinking.

Imagine that you can use the Circle like a bull’s eye to dissolve, melt or send a laser beam to break up any “hard thoughts” or fixations you may be experiencing.


An important note about Mind Body Integration ~ 

Retrain Your Mind for Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. As you work with the Circles, cross and uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body. Use a soft focus and breathe patiently. This will help you access your resistances more fully so that you can release more. Let any negative self-talk go by breathing through it.

Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you let go!


Continue with your investigation about how to change…

“Am I taking anything personally?”

You can usually tell if you’re internalizing something because you’ll start to experience physical, mental, emotional or even spiritual symptoms.

The Essential HumanIf that’s happening and you have an updated copy of The Essential Human, you might want to go through the Emotional Corrections on pages 97 – 101 to help you disengage from taking this situation so personally. You can use this positive affirmation:

“I stop taking this personally and open up to more positive ways of dealing with this particular situation.”

Imagine that you can release any old agreements, assumptions or obligations that are keeping you stuck. Visualize them like contracts, burning up into nothingness.

“I let go of outdated agreements to resist or to take on someone else’s resistance as my own.”

“I let go of the need to hold onto anything harmful in this situation.”

Make some new agreements that support how to change more appropriately, like:

“I choose to see this situation in a positive light.” or… “I am capable and my Spirit helps me to handle change… I am free to change in accordance with my highest good… I allow other people to handle their own resistance…” etc.

 

Connect with the Third Chakra at your Solar Plexus and let it open up. Relax and let the tightness go. Deep breathing is your best friend in times of change! Move around or stretch if you like.

 

Give yourself a good dose of courage with the help of this Circle:

“I surround myself with courage, strength and determination.”

 

Imagine that this Circle can help you find the seeds of the resistance you’re feeling. They’re probably not even yours! Let them go back to wherever they came from.

Reclaim your own seeds of acceptance and nurture them gently.

 

Now it’s time to dissolve your connection to any of that old resistance. Use this symbol for Dissolving Destructive Blueprints and send all the patterns to the Sun!

“I dissolve the mental, emotional and spiritual connections to these patterns of resistance.”

Take your time and visualize them dissolving like dark clouds into a pure, blue sky.

 

Next, seal and heal all leaks, holes or pathways that lead to back to any unnecessary suffering:

“All holes are sealed and healed. I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

 

Are you grounded in the New Paradigm of cooperation and sustainable prosperity? If not, put your feet flat on the ground and let your energy organize around it now.

 

Finally, let your mindset align itself with gratitude and grace:

“I am grateful to be changing with the changes.”

Electro-magnetic Poisoning and Chakra Polarity

Welcome to a Powerful Clearing for Your Primary Chakras

and several additional chakras that will activate a stronger connection to your Spirit above and to Mother Earth below! We’re going to use Reiki Chakra Keys to help you clear electro-magnetic poisoning and other pathogens from your energy system while you balance the polarity of each chakra for increased energy.

This is a great healing meditation to go through while moving or stretching. I love to do it while I’m riding the recumbent bike at the gym. Lately, because of the increased pathogens in the atmosphere, I‘ve been guided to go through it on an “as needed” basis. One common sign that you need this would be if your electronics start going haywire. Your own unstable polarity could be interacting with your equipment! If you’re a highly sensitive person like me, you might want to go through it as a daily self-care routine…


Transformation Game: Clearing the Polarity of Your Chakras ~

There are hundreds of chakras located throughout the human body. Aside from the seven basic chakras that are well known, there are secondary spiritual chakras activating new levels of consciousness and essential chakras that govern the proper functioning of your body. That means, every organ, gland and joint has at least one chakra. When the polarity of one or more of these chakras go out of sync with the others, you may feel unstable or off balance physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually.

Electro-magnetic poisoning and virus’s like the coronavirus can cause the chakras to go out of balance .

Electro-magnetic Poisoning and the ChakrasWhen you spend a lot of time around technology, it’s easy to build up a toxic load of EMF’s in your energy system.  As a Medical Intuitive, I see this process beginning when electro-magnetic debris starts zapping around and jamming up the flow of energy in the chakras. If this “shock to the system” isn’t cleared regularly, highly sensitive people  can eventually experience what’s known as electro-magnetic poisoning. The online magazine, Healthline lists possible reactions to EMF’s including: disturbances in your sleep, including insomnia, headache, depression and depressive symptoms, tiredness and fatigue, dysesthesia (a painful, often itchy sensation), lack of concentration, changes in memory, dizziness, irritability, loss of appetite and weight loss, restlessness and anxiety, nausea, skin burning, tingling and changes in the electrical activity of the brain.

Although the symptoms are vague and hard to diagnose, people suffering from electro-magnetic poisoning can experience significant disturbances in their mental health and physical wellbeing.

So, how can we expel electro-magnetic poisoning?

Fixation and Electro-magnetic PoisoningFirst, you want to make sure that your energy system is cleared of all the little  “shocks” and fixations. On a mental level, these fixations often show up as rigid or dogmatic thinking. Emotionally, you can get stuck in a low vibration, like fear. If your thinking has gotten a little extreme lately, this could be one reason!

To shake those fixations up a bit, imagine that you can use the Intuitive Learning Circle below like a bull’s eye and send a laser beam to the center of the Circle with these positive affirmations: 

“I release fixations, extreme thinking or rigid behavior.

I relax my chakras and release low vibrations in accordance with my highest good.

I dispel pathogens and electro-magnetic poison and send them to the Sun.”

Be sure to breathe deeply and often!

Once you’ve done that, you should feel your system beginning to relax. Next, set a simple intention about polarity. For example:

“This is a clearing for me to balance my chakra system so that it’s flowing in harmony with life affirming polarity.”

Start going through the different Circles for the chakras in the order laid out below. Spend approximately a minute or two meditating on each symbol. The Reiki Chakra Keys are helping you to shift harmful polarity and let go of electro-magnetic poisoning. I used them myself to help me move viral energies out of my system!

You’ll probably feel a lot of energy moving. That’s all right, it simply means the symbols are working with Reiki energy to cleanse toxins out of your chakras and then balance them.

As you meditate on each Key, consciously visualize the toxic energy clearing out of you and going to the Sun. That way, you can be sure that you’re not dumping debris on others or our precious Earth. You will know you’re done when the energy calms down. Then you can move on to the next Key. At the end of the sequence, additional Circles from Gifts from the Rainforest will help you get your energy settled and grounded.


So, let’s get started with Part One!

Begin with the Fourth Chakra Key (Heart): Think about someone or something that you love very much. Feel that tender feeling in the center of your chest. This is where the Fourth Chakra is located and its energy radiates out, like a star with “Yang” energy.

A balanced and clear Fourth Chakra vibrates with the color GREEN. This is the center of your Being and the focal point for a healthy chakra system in the New Paradigm. It’s often called the Heart Chakra (please note that you have other chakras that bring energy in and out of your actual physical heart and their polarity generally runs more Yin or receptive). To balance the polarity in your 4th chakra, gaze at the Circle while using this positive affirmation:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

Primary Chakras - The 4th Chakra

Visualize any electro-magnetic debris going to the Sun.

 

Next, gaze at the Fifth Chakra Key for the chakra located at your Throat:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

A balanced and clear Fifth Chakra vibrates with the color BLUE. Visualize any blockages or heaviness going to the Sun.

 

Continue with the Sixth Chakra Key for your Third Eye at the center of your forehead:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

A balanced and clear Sixth Chakra vibrates with the color Purple. Send toxic energy out and to the Sun.

 

At the top of your head is the Seventh Chakra Key, often called the Crown Chakra:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.” 

Primary Chakras - The Seventh Chakra

A balanced and clear Seventh Chakra vibrates with the color WHITE. Feel the toxic energy moving up, out of the Crown Chakra like a fountain and going to the Sun. Continue until you feel calm and stable.

 

Keep moving up now and imagine an energy center located about 2″ up from the top of your Crown Chakra. This is what I call your Soul Chakra and it connects you with your Soul energy coming from the Divine Mind:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

A balanced and clear Soul Chakra vibrates with your unique Soul COLOR. Let the positive energy of your Soul calm and strengthen your entire system. It helps for you to think about activities and things you’ve created that fill you with joy!

 

Just above your Soul Chakra is the Divine Mind Chakra, which transmits Divine Love energy through your unique connection with Divine Source.

“I connect with my Divine Mind Chakra to receive pure, Source energy.

Your LifePath Chakras are positioned on either side of the Crown Chakra about one inch out. These chakras carry your potential coming into this lifetime.

“These chakras flow with positive, life affirming polarity.”

Take a moment to dissolve any buildup of toxins with this symbol.

Consciously visualize the toxic energy clearing out of you and going to the Sun.

You will know you’re done when the energy calms down.

Then you can move on to the second part of the clearing!

Part Two:

Now that you’ve balanced the upper chakras, let’s move down to the center of your body to the Third Chakra, located at your solar plexus (the soft area where your ribs go up):

Self-care for Grief, illness and Loss

A Soul Oriented Solutions Formula: Self-care for Grief ~

Many people are experiencing deep levels of grief and mourning over events happening both near and far. Feelings of anxiousness, distress and even PTSD can come on suddenly and be very overwhelming. What are some things that can bring some relief and self-care for grief?

This brief exercise from RESOLVE uses affirmations and the Intuitive Learning Circles™ to quickly help you when you are:

  • Grieving
  • Recovering from abuse – past or present
  • Dealing with a serious or long-term illness
  • Preparing for surgery
  • Coming to terms with tragedy, loss or death.

Here’s an example of how the Circles can help you relax:

“I bring my senses into balance.”

“I focus them so that I can feel calmer and more aware of what’s important.”

“I use them to help me be more aware of where I am and what I’m doing.”

“I focus on thoughts and actions that are in my best interest.”

 

Next, you can begin self-care for grief by allowing this Reiki Chakra Key to provide chakra healing to your heart center. It can help to put both feet flat on the floor and place your hands on your heart with this first symbol. Simply gaze softly at the image while you contemplate the positive affirmations that go with it for for a minute or so. Relax and breathe. Here’s some suggestions:

“I am filled with compassion for the suffering of myself and others. I open my heart to the possibility of healing.”

Strong emotions or insights may come up. The images may move, rotate, vibrate or change color. Don’t worry. That happens sometimes. It just means they are working to help you feel better. Once the energy calms down a bit, you can move on to the remaining Circles with each of their affirmations to complete the process.

You might want to journal some of your thoughts so that you can speak with a trusted counselor or friend about what comes up. So, get out some paper and something to write with as you go through the steps.

Send away any illness or pain that you’re experiencing. Send it to the Sun or wherever it needs to go to heal.

Fill yourself with strength and the knowledge that you are loved. 

 

Thank yourself for taking the time today to acknowledge and release some stress from your loss. Take all the time you need to bring the energy of gratitude in towards the center of this Circle and let it connect with your heart.

 

 Let yourself rest now. You might feel tired or sad. That’s okay. It means that you’re feeling safe enough to really let go and rest.

Intuition is Learning to Listen with Your Heart


You could say that heartfelt communication is something many people would like to achieve. In the best of times it happens naturally by opening your heart and listening to its promptings. Unfortunately, when life takes a difficult turn or tragedy happens, the heart and throat centers can shut down, leading you to feel cut off and at a loss for words. Repeated trauma and other violations of the spirit take their toll. Perhaps it’s the shock of disappointment or the panic one feels when the world gets turned upside down. Opening up again may take time and some extra encouragement, especially for introverted, shy or highly sensitive people.

Yet, with a little help, your heart can heal and your throat can relax again. By practicing heartfelt communication with yourself first, you strengthen your intuition, which is like having an inner guidance system. When you go one step further and act on your intuition, you can:

  • Re-examine your relationship with yourself, your family and the world around you,

  • Reclaim an inner peace that helps you remain objective while adapting to major changes,

Once you feel the blank area, Electric Eel will help you fill in the void with positive energy and purpose. It can also help you change the polarity of your throat and heart chakras so that they can open up again.

Once you feel more open and grounded, look at what you wrote down. Is this really what you want to communicate?

Do you think that this message, as it is, will evoke the response you’re really looking for?

Epigenetic Healing - Divine Nature activatedThe next symbol is from Divine Nature Activated and will help you release negative conditioning on an epigenetic level. The key is to relax as much as possible while looking at the symbol. It can help to imagine that an old, broken DNA strand is falling apart while a vibrant and cohesive DNA strand is relaxing, healing and filling up with light.

When using these symbols, it’s important to relax and breathe as you use each affirmation:

“I cut through the smoke screen of conflict, doubt, fear and confusion.”

“The airwaves are clear so I can hear the true guidance of my heart.”

“I call on the power of Love to assist me in times of fear and violence.”

“I hold the victory of Love in mind.”

“I know how to communicate the correct message in a safe, respectful manner.”

Visualize those seeds moving up, out and away from you… send them to the Sun to be transformed!

Now that you’ve released all that negative conditioning, be sure to refocus and strengthen your auras using this Circle. Your auras protect you and are an important part of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Take all the time you need using these affirmations:

“I decide to take good care of myself.”

“My auras are completely repaired and refocused. I strengthen my mental capacity for heartfelt communication.”

Step Four

Dissolve any karma that you may have for harmful or ineffective communication with this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints.

“I dissolve the destructive energy of harmful communication and any connection I have ever had to it.”

See it dissolve like a black cloud, dissipating into the pure light of the Sun.

Setting Limitations for Strong Boundaries

Are You Setting Limitations That Are Strong Enough to Maintain Healthy Boundaries in Times of Social Upheaval?

As we enter into the New Paradigm of equality and personal responsibility, setting LIMITATIONS becomes more and more essential to our health and well-being. 

Transformation Game - Setting LimitationsAs a part of that growth, sometimes we have to ask ourselves unpleasant questions. In this game we’re going to address some particularly painful ones:

“Am I being dumped on or scapegoated? If so, how am I contributing to the problem?”

“What can I do about it (without creating more drama) in a non-violent, yet effective way?”

Welcome to the I Ching Reading and Transformation Game for: Hexagram #60 Setting LIMITATIONS for Strong Boundaries ~

“Extravagant behavior and lack of restraint has led you into a state of difficulty. If you are now feeling regret over this and not busy placing the blame elsewhere, you will avoid further mistakes.” ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

When people choose to blame others and you happen to be in their crossfires, you are liable to be dumped on. This tendency is especially common among highly sensitive people.

In this context, when someone is being “dumped on” (or scapegoated), it means that they’re consciously or unconsciously taking on responsibility for other people’s feelings, karma, behavior, etc. This method of coping is usually learned early on in life and can cause great suffering for the “dumpee.” In contrast, it creates quite a bit of freedom for the “dumper.”

Sometimes dumpers just feel overwhelmed and are looking for relief, as in the case of a small child. However, some people never learn to handle their own feelings and go around unconsciously looking for someone to shame, blame and/or dump their feelings on. Unfortunately, some people are actually narcissistic and dump on purpose to further their quest for power and control. A big, red flag is when they want you to feel sorry for them. “Poor me. I have it so hard!” Watch out… that means the energetic dump truck is pulling up to your driveway!

Another technique is flattery and adulation. “You’re so wonderful! Your work is so amazing…you’re such a great healer, mother, artist, etc.” Don’t fall for it, you’re about to be covered with energetic ick and ook from the ethers!

The truth is, unless you want to spend your life cleaning up after others, rather than living your own dreams, you’re going to have to start setting limitations.

All forms of dumping are an abuse of power based on co-dependence and a desire to escape responsibility. In addition, there are certain situations where dumping is more likely to happen.

If you feel you are in such a situation and want to do something constructive to help yourself, you can go through this Transformation Game on Setting Limitations. Simply relax and gaze at the Circles while contemplating the questions or positive affirmations that go with them. Your intuition will come forward and give you the help that you seek.

Begin By Gaging Your Willingness to Change:

If you’re willing to examine your personal habits and are setting LIMITATIONS for yourself that are healthy and life affirming, you can learn to stop being a dumpee. To get started, ask yourself:

“Have I been willing to let other people dump on me? Have I allowed it to happen a lot in the past?” 

“Am I willing to stop this tendency in myself?”

If you have a tendency to be caught off guard by others, now is the time to set stronger LIMITATIONS. Ask your Self, “Am I currently experiencing situations where:

1) There’s a lot of incompetence or my privacy is being disrespected?

2) People are noncooperative, argumentative or easily offended?

3) There is poor health or breakups in friendship or family relations?”

If so, setting LIMITATIONS is definitely called for.

In cases such as these, forceful displays of power will absolutely backfire. Realize that you’re being baited. Do nothing to aggressively confront people in regard to those particular situations and be very conservative with any investment of energy, time or money. Doing so would probably result in a nasty bout of dumping.

The best things to do when dealing with the “dumper/dumpee” dynamic is to stay calm, accept what’s happening and take care of yourself very sensibly. Don’t take the bait. Be generous and kind to those you care about and trust, while you stay out of their business. Find new avenues of behavior that genuinely support your well-being.

Let me repeat…

If you don’t want to be dumped on, don’t engage in dramatic emotional exchanges. That’s because whenever you’re caught up in emotional turmoil, you’re in an excellent energetic position to be dumped on. And that’s true regardless of whether the emotion is positive or negative.

To help yourself, gaze softly at this symbol and imagine that your karmic seeds for harmful or co-dependent habits are burning up.

“I purify my karmic tendency towards co-dependence and self-destruction. I now make a commitment to my higher good.”

 

Tell your neurological system that you are done with behavior that puts you in harm’s way – like shaming and blaming yourself or continuing to hang out with people who have dumped on you multiple times.

“I release my agreement to ____________________________.”

“I release any agreement I have to hate myself. I detach from harming or disrespecting myself in any way.”

Include situations like buying into gossiping, conflicts, contradictions, obligations, “duty,” lies, trickery or someone else’s suffering.

Release Fixations:

You may be experiencing shock that’s interfering with your ability to sense what’s really going on. Relax and use this affirmation to help you release whatever is causing conflict in you.

“I stop gripping on self-criticism and self-hate.”

“I release the conflict around _______________ or anything else that causes me harm. “

You can use this Circle like a telescope to help you find fixations in your mind and energy field. Once you find one, use the symbol to send a laser beam to break it apart or melt it like an iceberg in the Sun. There may be more than one.

Next, scan your body and energy field to do the same with any denser, hardened energies. You can even do it for the immediate space around you.

 

Open the connection to your spirit through your Heart Chakra. Allow your energy to connect with what’s true for you. Acknowledge that there may be some interference that’s blocking you from the truth.

“I let go of pleasing others. I now connect with the truth and the positive input of my Soul.”

“I exist and what happens to me matters.”

Setting Limitations On How You Contribute to the Problem:

Slow down and use this Circle to help you become aware of how you are approaching projects, plans, organizations and people that aren’t working in your best interest. If you let your thoughts slow down, you can begin to sense what is contributing to your problems. The very awareness of how you’re tied into the problem reveals possible solutions.

“I slow down and take things one at a time… is there something about this situation that I’m missing and need to know?”

“I clarify my awareness of what I’m doing to contribute to unhealthy boundaries.”

 

Dissolve any harmful thoughts or emotions that keep you in the dark. It might help to imagine those patterns like dark clouds that obstruct the light. See the darkness dissolve and dissipate into sunlight and clear blue skies.

“I dissolve the confusion and chaos. I let go of needing to please others. I let go of the need to_______________.”

Before you continue, seal and heal any holes that may have been hidden behind in the darkness. These positive affirmations work very well:

“All holes or leakages are sealed and healed.”

“I now head in the direction of my Souls true purpose.”

Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

 

“I understand the part I have played in this situation.”

 

In this lighter, clearer mind space, ask yourself:

“What makes sense to do next?” or “How can I best protect myself in this situation?”

Congratulations! You’ve taken an important first step towards protecting your Self from being dumped on. Taking the time now to understand how you have unknowingly contributed to your own suffering is truly a gift of self-love.

Extra-intuitive Activities

The following extra-intuitive activities aren’t required, but they can really help you prevent future suffering…

Note: At any point during the rest of this Transformation Game, you may need to go back to the Release Fixations section to look for and clear additional fixations. 

Setting Limitations On What You’re Attracting:

If you’re approaching situations with an attitude of “I’m going to fix this,” or “I’m supposed to rescue this person or change how they are thinking / behaving,” you’re setting yourself up to fall into the dumper/dumpee trap. To avoid it, stay centered and focused on your own integrity.

The Essential Human* If you have a copy of The Essential Human, now would be a good time to use Emotional Corrections A – E between pages 97 and 101 to access and balance energies you’re pulling from the ‘field of potential’.

Going through this process will help you draw on the kinds of spiritual / emotional ingredients that will support your integrity.

“I am focused on my own integrity.”

 

Setting Limitations on What Kinds of Situations You Participate In:

Put your feet on the floor and ground in the New Paradigm – a consciousness of equality, personal responsibility and sustainable prosperity.

 

Once you’re feeling grounded, ask for the very best.

“I now access healthy nourishment and support for my Souls purpose.”

 

Imagine that you can form strong, healthy boundaries with this affirmation:

“I am surrounded with courage and determination. I reject and repel shame, blame, frustration, jealousy, impatience, panic and _________.”

Congratulations!

The fact that you have taken the time now to strengthen your boundaries and protect yourself will serve you well throughout your life.

Resolving Shock and Confusion

This mind exercise uses the Intuitive Learning Circle™ method for resolving shock when you are:

  • Unable to relax tension or feelings of restlessness
  • Caught in a “blank” or confused state of mind
  • Waking up at night worried, with obsessive thoughts
  • Reliving painful experiences.

Resolving Shock and ConfusionAny person involved in a traumatic event could experience disorientation, numbness, mental confusion or fragmentation. They might even disconnect and leave their body. This includes people who are witness to traumatic experiences in some way. These are all ways that the unconscious mind protects us during a traumatic event.

Sometimes people who’ve experienced a shocking event will tell you that they’re fine and not to worry about them. That’s because one of the main symptoms of being in shock is not being aware of being in shock. Why is that? During a shock, the mind goes blank as a form of protection.

Contrary to popular opinion, having a shock response is not a sign of spiritual weakness. It is a physiological event. Nevertheless, if the person doesn’t get a chance to get grounded in their body again – or if they’re not able to – serious problems may develop. Blocked energy and a constant state of fight or flight takes its toll over time. Statements like: “I can’t think straight,” “my life was shattered” or “I feel disconnected” describe the experience of shock.

If any of the above seems familiar, you can go through this mind exercise step by step to help you access your own innate healing abilities and bring yourself back into balance.

Simply follow the directions and see if you can free up some of the confusion and conflict that comes from shock. Here’s an example of how it works:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I focus them to be present and aware of my body.”

“I use them to become aware of my environment and what’s important to me right now.”

“I focus on actions that benefit my well-being and happiness.”

Resolving Shock and Confusion

Step One:

Take several deep breaths and relax while you look at this Circle that releases shock and inner conflict.

Imagine you can use it to focus in on a conflict or rigid thought that’s blocking your way. If your mind is blank, focus on how “blank” it is. You may get a conscious image or message, or you may not.

Once you have a sense that your mind has found the blockage, imagine you can send a beam of light directly to it. Allow your laser beam to break up the fixation until it’s gone.

Check for other blockages or conflicts that you can do the same with.

Step Two:

The next step is to bring your senses into balance so that you can see and hear things without the distortion that often accompanies shock.

As you breathe deeply, let this Circle help you to adjust the volume and pitch of your senses to just the right level for you.

Soon you will be able to hear that “calm, gentle voice” inside that reminds you about what matters the most to you:

“I see things as they really are. My senses are balanced.”

“I reconnect with what matters the most.”

Step Three:

If your gut feels tight or uncomfortable, use this Circle to help you relax in your solar plexus and get back into balance there.

“It’s safe. I can feel safe again.”

Step Four:

Sometimes a person who’s coming out of shock will be disoriented and feel a bit “out of their body.” In case that’s happening with you, take a few minutes to consciously bring yourself back into your body.

“I am at home in my center. I am inside myself.”

Close your hands into fists and then stretch them out wide several times. Wiggle your toes around. Notice the time and where you are. These actions all help whenever you’re resolving shock.

Step Five:

The next thing is to make sure you’re grounded. Without proper grounding, you could be flying all over the place, wasting your time and not getting anything constructive done. That’s the last thing you want right now!

Let this Circle for grounding help you. Place both feet on the ground and your hands on each knee while you use these affirmations:

“I uproot whatever is confusing me.”

“I decide to get grounded. The Earth supports me.”

Step Six:

Oftentimes, resolving shock and confusion requires a change in priorities. There may be certain plans, ideas or habitual patterns that make you feel trapped or confused. You can use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to help you identify them and dissolve whatever is confusing you.

Simply imagine that the negative patterns in your mind are like dark clouds or a jumbled maze of lines, dead ends and cages.

Once you have the image, bring the pure light of the Sun in and dissolve the maze completely.

Step 7:

The next step is to seal and heal any holes, leaks or openings in your energy field. These openings may lead to danger or allow harmful energies to attach to you.

As you gaze at the Circle, imagine harmful leaks and openings are closing as if they were never there.

“All holes are healed and sealed.”

“I follow the protection of healthy direction.”

Step 8.

To finish this exercise, let your heart recover. This Circle will help you to balance your heart energy and clear away any residual heaviness. Breathe deeply and take your time.

“I feel the heaviness lifting up out of my heart.”

“I let it go and send it to the Sun where it can be transformed.”

“I choose to be happy and healthy.”

“I resolve the conflicts and confusion.”

“I live from the heart.”

Thank yourself for taking the time today for resolving shock. By releasing it now, you can prevent more than you know!

Take all the time you need to bring the energy of gratitude in towards the center of this Circle and let it connect with your heart.

I’ve learned from experience that what others may call a disease or disability can become the foundation for brilliance, innovation and thinking outside the box.

I was raised in a time before ADD, ADHD or Dyslexia were considered diseases. In the fifties and early sixties, kids like me didn’t have learning difficulties, we were simply labelled slow, troublemakers or stupid. Judging from the amount of time I spent in the principle’s office, I was probably put into the troublemaker category pretty early on!

Learning Difficulties - Left HandedI remember when I was just beginning to learn how to write my name in cursive. I was trying to figure out which hand worked better making all those loops and curly-ques. While experimenting with my left hand, my second grade teacher came over to me and plucked the pencil right out of my hand. “You don’t want to use that hand,” she barked, “only bad people are left handed.”

I didn’t like that teacher much (for obvious reasons) so, at that moment I made a decision. I was going to be left-handed just to spite her! To this day, I am quasi-ambidextrous – I write with my left hand and do just about everything else with my right.

Similarly, I had learning difficulties getting my b’s and d’s right. They always seemed to get mixed up in my mind. I was restless in class because I had trouble concentrating and following what the teacher said was unbearable to me. In my early 20’s I even experienced stuttering because I literally couldn’t think of anything to say when in conversation. My mind would go completely blank, which was humiliating to me.

I know that most of the time, advice from teachers, family and friends was meant to help. They just couldn’t understand why I had learning difficulties or what to do about them. Unfortunately, having a mind that’s wired differently meant that techniques that worked well for others, didn’t work well for me.

Much later in life, I started to accept that doing things the way that other people did them just wasn’t going to work for me. I was eventually forced to accept that my learning difficulties had to do with early childhood trauma when a family crisis put me into a full-fledged case of PTSD.

It took me quite a while to get my bearings again, but once I decided that it was okay to be different, outside of the approval of my family, my life took a sharp turn for the better. I stopped beating myself up and started to embrace the things that came naturally to me. I went into bodywork and somatic education together with hypnotherapy and mind/body energy work. I began to experience a satisfaction and success that I had never known before. Finally, I was allowing the way I was wired to lead me into exciting new fields of discovery and innovation!

I set to work learning about and putting together techniques from many different disciplines to help me and my clients, many of whom were highly sensitive people with similar learning difficulties. I developed a whole system of tools for better focus and concentration using muscle testing. I’ve also found that they can help with emotional healing, reducing stress and providing a way to activate advanced states of intuition and creativity.
