Gaining a Larger Perspective on the Current Flow

2020 is the Year of the Yang White or Golden Rat in the Chinese Zodiac. Ironically, exactly 300 years ago was also a Year of the White Rat when the ship “Grand Saint Antoine” brought the last major outbreak of bubonic plague to the City of Marseille, France. Unfortunately, the theme of large cycles of collective karma around responsibility and illness is difficult to miss.

The Rat is generally described as active, fertile, filled with energy and industrious, however, his darker side seems to be more predominant this year as it was in 1720. Historically, Rats attract clutter, spread disease and generally insert themselves into situations where they can do serious damage. 

Although we’ve already witnessed unprecedented confusion and mixed messages, 2020 is really teaching us how to stay flexible and change with the changes! 

I Ching Intuitive Reading for July 1st – July 24th, 2020.

The I Ching Energy quickly passed through Hexagram #47 ADVERSITY at the beginning of June, providing just the kind of energy where dangerous and tragic situations could erupt suddenly with little or no provocation. Luckily, it was very short-lived and then moved into #43,  RESOLUTION for a couple of weeks.
Now, it’s gotten volatile again, spurred on by all the astrological events and lack of unified leadership.
Yes, things are difficult, yet how you handle irritations, intense social change and inner conflict can still make a difference. 
Please, remain aware of the potential for explosive situations that could appear almost out of nowhere.

What is the best thing to do in times such as these?

Let go of preconceived ideas that cause division and resolve to use this difficult time to progress into a New Paradigm based on equality, sustainable prosperity and cooperation for the Common Good ~

On June 20th, we settled into the flow of  Hexagram #6, CONFLICT. Here is part of the text that I think will be most relevant between July 1st though the 19th:

“At a time when social unity is most important, it is significantly lacking. There are misunderstandings brought about by basic philosophical differences and they cannot be overcome by forceful measures. Avoid controversial topics unless there is present a wise mediator who is trusted by all concerned… 

…weigh all of the possible difficulties and oppositions at the beginning of your endeavors. Such careful considerations are the only way to end debilitating CONFLICT which can bring your efforts to a standstill. As it is, you cannot engage in confrontation with your adversaries, for this would lead to misfortune. All such aggressive or cunning strategies will come to evil.

In questions of power or politics, it would be in your best interests to place the CONFLICT before an impartial authority who can make an unprejudiced decision. In this way you can bring discord to a halt before it becomes injurious…

…Business matters cannot be brought to fruition at this time…It would be best to hold back major changes or innovations until the time is more auspicious…

Hold back and re-examine your original feelings…

There are two sides to this Circle. Take a few moments to evaluate your behavior. You have activated your spiritual will and are now moving toward a higher purpose for you and your world. You may want to revisit lost hopes and see if you desire to incorporate them back into your life.

The way to do this is to bring all levels of yourself into alignment with the truth by addressing the following forms of extravagance and ignorance:

You are dealing with your shadow side and healing disloyalty within yourself. Shed any lies that you may have been telling yourself. These lies come in the forms of denial, jealousy, judgment or vengeance, which have created imbalance and illness within you.

Shamans often refer to this kind of healing as “uncrossing your path”, and the truth is, we always do it to ourselves, usually by following someone else’s path, rather than our own. Successfully making this transition into loyalty will expand the possibilities regarding where you can go. It may benefit you to let go of ideas that you have laid claim to. Ideas are like air – they are everywhere, traveling freely, belonging to no one. Claiming ownership over them poisons the body, mind and spirit. If you like an idea, apply it to your life and pass it on. If you don’t like it, just let it go.

See yourself and your situation as it really is. In that way you will rid yourself of indecision and move forward into your higher good.

Are You Changing with the Changes?

If you’re like most of us, you’re overwhelmed by the speed and amount of confusing changes taking place. In one day, you might feel panicked, enraged or frustrated by others who don’t seem to know how to change. So much of “normal” life is gone. You may feel threatened and just want to get away. You could be ready to fight due to any number of conflicts – both inner and outer. You might shut down or go round and round in circles – resisting the whole situation with every fiber in your body!  

Transformation Game - How to Change

The 64 Hexagrams in the I Ching or Book of Change have much to teach us about the importance of being flexible and knowing how to change. 

For example, in Hexagram #29 DANGER, it says:

The situation is one of real DANGER, caused by and manifested in the affairs of man... Acting with integrity and confidence is the key to surmounting the DANGER.”

In Hexagram #49 CHANGING, the ancient text states: 

“A struggle is occurring …the time of CHANGING suggests that although you may not know what to do, you know that something must be done. Your best course is to alert yourself by paying careful attention to the shifting moods of those around you. Take stock of the general feelings running throughout society. This may help you determine your own personal imperatives and the support you can expect in carrying them out.”

In Hexagram #51 SHOCKING, the text says, “The only thing predictable about what is coming is its SHOCKING unpredictability… Examine yourself to see if you have in your heart an acceptance of the sudden forces of the cosmos. Only with this attitude can you behave correctly.”

Transformation Game: Learning How To Change in a Changing World.

You can discover how to change more gracefully and let go of the resistance by going through this Transformation Game. When you slow down and take the time to go within, you can gain a deeper understanding of what you’re really struggling with. Not only that, you can find the motivation to change how you’re responding in a more effective way!

Directions: Simply gaze at the Circle while contemplating the positive affirmations. Breathe deeply and allow yourself to relax as much as possible.

“I reclaim and balance my rational senses.”

“I focus them to be present and keep tuning into my body to determine what I need.”

“I use them to notice my environment so I can reject, repel or avoid harmful thoughts and energies.”

“I focus on actions that benefit my health, happiness and  _______________.”


An important note about Mind Body Integration ~ 

Retrain Your Mind for Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. As you work with the Circles, cross and uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body. Use a soft focus and breathe patiently. This will help you access your resistances more fully so that you can release more. Let any negative self-talk go by breathing through it.

Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you let go!


Once you feel ready, see if you can slow down and let yourself focus on your true priorities.

“I slow down and breathe while I clear my mind. I turn my attention to what matters most.”

Gently, clear your awareness to notice what specific areas of your life feel stuck or not moving. What do you notice? You might want to make note of some of the impressions you get.

 

Empower your ability to choose in this situation.

“I exist and what I do matters. I can do something about this.”

“I bring myself into alignment with my highest good.”

 

Now you’re ready to go through the rest of the game in the same way by asking yourself questions while you gaze softly at each accompanying Circle. Doing so will help you assess where you’re at. Take your time, the answers might not come right away. The Circles are helping your mind to clear away mental and emotional clutter.

“In this particular situation, how am I dealing with change?

Is that working for me? Do I need to change how I’m dealing with the situation? Am I doing the best I can?” 

Am I stuck on something? Shut down? Unwilling? Is it possible that I’m being too hard on myself? What is the concern?”

 

If you’re stuck, you might be able to deal with it fairly easily by using this Circle that clears conflict, resistance and fixated thinking.  

Imagine that you can use the Circle like a bull’s eye to dissolve, melt or send a laser beam to break up any conflicts or fixations you may be experiencing.

If you’re judging yourself too harshly, use the Circle to help you break up those rigid thoughts. If you’re shut down, use the Circle to bring yourself back to life! Move around in any way that you like.

 

Continue with your investigation about how to change…

“Am I taking anything personally?”

You can usually tell if you’re internalizing something because you’ll start to experience physical, mental, emotional or even spiritual irritation.

“I stop taking this personally and let it go. I turn to more positive ways of dealing with this particular situation.”

 

Think about what you can learn from this situation.
“The most important take away for me in this situation is ________.”
“I am learning ____________.”
Be sure to write this down.

For a much deeper integration, trace around the circle clockwise with your eyes, both uncrossed and crossed, while you consider your take away thought.

Then, do the same as you trace your eyes around the square in the same direct, both crossed and uncrossed.

The Essential Human*Note: if you have an updated copy of The Essential Human, you might want to go through Future Pacing (on page 140) to help you choose beneficial “ingredients” for creating your life. Ask yourself:
“What ingredients am I choosing?” 

Choose from the archetypes #1 – 42. Use this affirmation:
“I release harmful ingredients and access beneficial ingredients instead.”

 

Next, imagine that you can release any old agreements, assumptions or obligations that are keeping you stuck in conflict. Visualize them like contracts, burning up into nothingness with a violet flame. Here are some suggestions:

“I let go of outdated agreements to resist or to take on someone else’s issues as my own.”

“I let go of the need to hold onto anyone or anything harmful in this situation.”

“I let go of ________. I detach from ________. I remove ________.” Etc.

 

Make some new decisions that support how to change more appropriately, like: “I choose to see this situation in a positive light.” or… “I am capable and my Spirit helps me to handle change… I am free to change in accordance with my highest good… I allow other people the space to handle their own issues…”, etc.

 

Connect with the Third Chakra at your Solar Plexus and let it open up. Relax and let the tightness go. Deep breathing is your best friend in times of accelerated change! Move around or stretch if you like.

 

Keep breathing and give yourself a good dose of courage with the help of this Circle:

“I surround myself with courage, strength and determination.”

 

Imagine that this symbol can help you find any thoughts or seeds of resistance you’re feeling. They’re probably not even yours! It’s time to set things right. Send them back to wherever they belong.

Reclaim whatever is yours – your ideas, your power, your own beneficial seeds of karma. Bring them home and nurture them gently.

 

Now it’s time to dissolve your connection to any confusion or conflict. Use this symbol for Dissolving Destructive Blueprints and send all the patterns into the Light.

“I dissolve the mental, emotional and spiritual connections to these patterns of conflict.”

Take your time and visualize them dissolving like dark clouds into bright sunshine!

 

Next, seal and heal all leaks, holes or pathways that lead to back to any resistance or unnecessary suffering:

“All holes are sealed and healed. I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

 

Are you grounded in the New Paradigm of cooperation and sustainable prosperity? If not, put your feet flat on the ground and let your energy organize around it now.

 

Finally, let your mindset align itself with gratitude and grace:

“I am grateful to be changing with the changes.”

This is a great healing meditation to go through while moving or stretching. I love to do it while I’m riding a recumbent bike. Lately, because of the increased pathogens in the atmosphere, I‘ve been guided to go through it on an “as needed” basis. One common sign that you need this formula would be if your electronics start going haywire. Your own unstable polarity could be interacting with your equipment! Transformation Game: Clearing the Polarity of Your Chakras ~

There are hundreds of chakras located throughout the human body. Aside from the seven basic chakras that are well known, there are secondary spiritual chakras activating new levels of consciousness and essential chakras that govern the proper functioning of your body. That means, every organ, gland and joint has at least one chakra. When the polarity of one or more of these chakras go out of sync with the others, you may feel unstable or off balance physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually.

Electro-magnetic poisoning and virus’s like the coronavirus can cause the chakras to go out of balance.

Electro-magnetic Poisoning and the ChakrasWhen you spend a lot of time around technology, it’s easy to build up a toxic load of EMF’s in your energy system.  As a Medical Intuitive, I see this process beginning when electro-magnetic debris starts zapping around and jamming up the flow of energy in the chakras. If this “shock to the system” isn’t cleared regularly, highly sensitive people  can eventually experience what’s known as electro-magnetic poisoning. The online magazine, Healthline lists possible reactions to EMF’s including: disturbances in your sleep, including insomnia, headache, depression and depressive symptoms, tiredness and fatigue, dysesthesia (a painful, often itchy sensation), lack of concentration, changes in memory, dizziness, irritability, loss of appetite and weight loss, restlessness and anxiety, nausea, skin burning, tingling and changes in the electrical activity of the brain.

Although the symptoms are vague and hard to diagnose, people suffering from electro-magnetic poisoning can experience significant disturbances in their mental health and physical wellbeing.

So, how can we expel electro-magnetic poisoning?

Fixation and Electro-magnetic PoisoningFirst, you want to make sure that your energy system is cleared of all the little  “shocks” and fixations.

  • On a mental level, these fixations often show up as rigid or dogmatic thinking.
  • Emotionally, you can get stuck in a low vibration, like fear.
  • On a physical level, the fixations show up as chronic tension derived from conflicts  we’re holding onto.
  • Spiritually, you might be clinging to dogma that’s preventing you from being as happy as you could be.

If you’ve been feeling stuck in any of these behaviors, this could be one reason!

To shake those fixations up a bit, imagine that you can use the Intuitive Learning Circle below like a bull’s eye and send a laser beam to the center of the Circle with these positive affirmations: 

“I release agreements to buy into extreme thinking or rigid behavior.”

“I relax my chakras to help me make beneficial changes. I see myself getting unstuck.”

“I let go of electro-magnetic poison in accordance with my highest good.”

“I release chronic tension from my body. I let go of conflicts.”

Take your time and move around if you feel the need. Be sure to breathe deeply and often!

Once you’ve done that, you should feel your system beginning to relax. Next, set a simple intention about polarity. For example:

“This is a clearing for me to balance my chakra system so that it’s flowing in harmony with life affirming polarity.”

Start going through the different Circles for the chakras in the order laid out below. Spend approximately a minute or two meditating on each symbol. The Reiki Chakra Keys are helping you to shift harmful polarity and let go of electro-magnetic poisoning. I’ve used them myself to help me move viral energies out of my system!

You’ll probably feel a lot of energy moving. That’s all right, it simply means the symbols are working with Reiki energy to cleanse toxins out of your chakras and then balance them.

As you meditate on each Key, consciously visualize the toxic energy clearing out of you and going to the Sun. That way, you can be sure that you’re not dumping debris on others or our precious Earth. You will know you’re done when the energy calms down. Then you can move on to the next Key. At the end of the sequence, additional Circles from Gifts from the Rainforest will help you get your energy settled and grounded.


So, let’s get started with Part One!

Begin with the Fourth Chakra Key (Heart): Think about someone or something that you love very much. Feel that tender feeling in the center of your chest. This is where the Fourth Chakra is located and its energy radiates out, like a star with “Yang” energy.

A balanced and clear Fourth Chakra vibrates with the color GREEN. This is the center of your Being and the focal point for a healthy chakra system in the New Paradigm. It’s often called the Heart Chakra (please note that you have other chakras that bring energy in and out of your actual physical heart and their polarity generally runs more Yin or receptive). To balance the polarity in your 4th chakra, gaze at the Circle while using this positive affirmation:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

Primary Chakras - The 4th Chakra

Visualize any electro-magnetic debris going to the Sun.

 

Next, gaze at the Fifth Chakra Key for the chakra located at your Throat:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

A balanced and clear Fifth Chakra vibrates with the color BLUE. Visualize any blockages or heaviness going to the Sun.

 

Continue with the Sixth Chakra Key for your Third Eye at the center of your forehead:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

A balanced and clear Sixth Chakra vibrates with the color Purple. Send toxic energy out and to the Sun.

 

At the top of your head is the Seventh Chakra Key, often called the Crown Chakra:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.” 

Primary Chakras - The Seventh Chakra

A balanced and clear Seventh Chakra vibrates with the color WHITE. Feel the toxic energy moving up, out of the Crown Chakra like a fountain and going to the Sun. Continue until you feel calm and stable.

 

Keep moving up now and imagine an energy center located about 2″ up from the top of your Crown Chakra. This is what I call your Soul Chakra and it connects you with your Soul energy coming from the Divine Mind:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

A balanced and clear Soul Chakra vibrates with your unique Soul COLOR. Let the positive energy of your Soul calm and strengthen your entire system. It helps for you to think about activities and things you’ve created that fill you with joy!

 

Just above your Soul Chakra is the Divine Mind Chakra, which transmits Divine Love energy through your unique connection with Divine Source.

“I connect with my Divine Mind Chakra to receive pure, Source energy.

Grail Reiki Healing - Divine Mind Chakra

Your LifePath Chakras are positioned on either side of the Crown Chakra about one inch out. These chakras carry your potential coming into this lifetime.

“These chakras flow with positive, life affirming polarity.”

When the polarity between these two chakras are positive and balanced, a treasure chest of gifts is unlocked that can help you on your path. Keep breathing!

Take a moment to dissolve any buildup of toxins with this symbol.

Consciously visualize the toxic energy clearing out of you and going to the Sun.

You will know you’re done when the energy calms down.

Then you can move on to the second part of the clearing!

Part Two:

Now that you’ve balanced the upper chakras, let’s move down to the center of your body to the Third Chakra, located at your solar plexus (the soft area where your ribs go up):

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

A balanced and clear Third Chakra vibrates with the color YELLOW. Remember to let the chakra relax and release any stuck or fixated energy, sending it to the Light.

 

About 2″ below your navel is the Second Chakra:

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

Primary Chakras - The Second Chakra

A balanced and clear Second Chakra resonates with the color ORANGE. Visualize any toxic energy or entanglements going to the Light.

 

Next, let’s clear your First Chakra located at the base of your pelvis (sometimes called the Root or Sacral chakra):

“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”

Primary Chakras - Root Chakra

A balanced and clear Root Chakra vibrates with the color RED. Visualize any heaviness, illness or toxic energy expelling to the Sun.

 

Now its time to connect with the Earth Chakra, located directly below your feet:

“I connect with Mother Earth and am grounded in pure, Source energy.

A balanced and clear Earth Chakra vibrates with your unique energy signature or Soul Color. Consciously feel your feet joyously connecting to the ground.

 

As we finish this clearing, let’s strengthen the hara lines that connect all the chakras, like a beautiful web of life.

“The hara lines between my chakras are mending, healing and strengthening.

Imagine that these tiny lines are healing themselves throughout your body and reorganizing around optimal health.

 

Finally, take a moment to let everything blend and flow together while you keep your feet on the floor to finish grounding.

“My chakras are flowing together in harmony with life affirming polarity.”

Congratulations!

You’ve balanced the polarity of the seven primary chakras and connected additional chakras that will enhance your health, intuition, personal growth and creativity. Now, your energy will be much clearer – more stable and grounded. Remember, a person whose energy is balanced and grounded benefits everyone. Be sure to take some time to relax and rest.

Many people are experiencing deep levels of grief and mourning over events happening both near and far. Feelings of anxiousness, distress and even PTSD can come on suddenly and be very overwhelming. What are some things that can bring some relief and self-care for grief?

This brief exercise from RESOLVE uses affirmations and the Intuitive Learning Circles™ to quickly help you when you are:

  • Grieving
  • Recovering from abuse – past or present
  • Dealing with a serious or long-term illness
  • Preparing for surgery
  • Coming to terms with tragedy, loss or death.

Here’s an example of how the Circles can help you relax:

“I bring my senses into balance.”

“I focus them so that I can feel calmer and more aware of what’s important.”

“I use them to help me be more aware of where I am and what I’m doing.”

“I focus on thoughts and actions that are in my best interest.”

 

Next, you can begin self-care for grief by allowing this Soul Prayer Chart to help you reclaim your connection to Creator and Soul through your heart center. It can help to put both feet flat on the floor and place your hands on your heart with this first symbol. Simply gaze softly at the image while you contemplate the positive affirmations that go with it for for a minute or so. Relax and breathe. Here’s some suggestions:

Strong emotions or insights may come up. The image may move, rotate, vibrate or change color. Don’t worry. That happens sometimes. It just means they are working to help you feel better.

You might want to journal some of your thoughts so that you can speak with a trusted counselor or friend about what comes up. So, get out some paper and something to write with as you go through the steps.

Consider what your Soul would tell you about this situation. Connect with the Love that comes from within as much as you are able to. Allow your heart to open to it.

 

Step Six – Remove Your Burdens

Imagine that you can send all those burdens to where ever they need to go to resolve themselves. Imagine the heaviness lifting up and off of you.

You have done the best that you can under the circumstances.

Breathe again.
Feel a calmness coming over you.
You feel calmer and calmer with every breath.

 

Step Seven – Cleansing

Send away any illness or pain that you’re experiencing. Send it to the Sun or wherever it needs to go to heal.

 

Step Eight – Faith

Fill yourself with strength and the knowledge that you are loved. 

 

 Let yourself rest now. You might feel tired or sad. That’s okay. It means that you’re feeling safe enough to really let go and rest.

You could say that heartfelt communication is something many people would like to achieve. In the best of times it happens naturally by opening your heart and listening to its promptings. Unfortunately, when life takes a difficult turn or tragedy happens, the heart and throat centers can shut down, leading you to feel cut off and at a loss for words. Repeated trauma and other violations of the spirit take their toll. Perhaps it’s the shock of disappointment or the panic one feels when the world gets turned upside down. Opening up again may take time and some extra encouragement, especially for introverted, shy or highly sensitive people.

Yet, with a little help, your heart can heal and your throat can relax again. By practicing heartfelt communication with yourself first, you strengthen your intuition, which is like having an inner guidance system. When you go one step further and act on your intuition, you can:

It can also help you change the polarity of your throat and heart chakras so that they can open up again.

Once you feel more open and grounded, look at what you wrote down. Is this really what you want to communicate?

Once you’ve released the negative epigenetic conditioning, be sure to refocus and strengthen your auras using this Circle. Your auras protect you and are an important part of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Take all the time you need using these affirmations:

“I decide to take good care of myself.”

“My auras are completely repaired and refocused. I strengthen my mental capacity for heartfelt communication.”

Step Four:

Dissolve any karma that you may have for harmful or ineffective communication with this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints.

“I dissolve the destructive energy of harmful communication and any connection I have ever had to it.”

See it dissolve like a dark cloud, dissipating into the pure light of the Sun.


“I close the door on any harmful or manipulative communication.”

Step Five:

Starlight Medicine

Now you’re ready to reform and clarify your message! Starlight aligns our individual consciousness with Universal Truth to achieve clarity and order. This medicine supports compassionate action, clarity of direction and alignment with your spirit. Continue to relax as you gaze at the Circle and allow it to help you re-frame what you really want to communicate. That way, your words will have a more desirable impact.

Setting Limitations for Strong Boundaries

Are You Setting Limitations That Are Strong Enough to Maintain Healthy Boundaries in Times of Social Upheaval?

As we enter into the New Paradigm of equality and personal responsibility, setting LIMITATIONS becomes more and more essential to our health and well-being. 

Transformation Game - Setting LimitationsTo assess our own responsibility, sometimes we have to ask ourselves unpleasant questions. In this Transformation Game we’re going to address some that may be a little sensitive:

“Am I being dumped on or scapegoated? If so, how am I contributing to the problem?”

“Is my energy field resilient enough to repel interference?”

“What can I do about it (without creating more drama) in a non-violent, yet effective way?”

Welcome to the I Ching Reading and Transformation Game for: Hexagram #60 Setting LIMITATIONS for Strong Boundaries ~

“Extravagant behavior and lack of restraint has led you into a state of difficulty. If you are now feeling regret over this and not busy placing the blame elsewhere, you will avoid further mistakes.” ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

When people choose to blame others and you happen to be in their crossfires, you’re liable to be dumped on energetically, even if you’re not directly involved with the situation. This tendency is especially common among highly sensitive people.

In this context, when someone is being “dumped on” (or scapegoated), it means that they’re consciously or unconsciously taking on responsibility for other people’s feelings, karma, behavior, etc. This method of coping is usually learned early on in life and can cause great suffering for the “dumpee.” In contrast, it creates quite a bit of freedom for the “dumper.”

Sometimes dumpers just feel overwhelmed and are looking for relief, as in the case of a small child. However, some people never learn to handle their own feelings and go around unconsciously looking for someone to shame, blame and/or dump their issues on.

Unfortunately, narcissistic people  actually dump on others purposely to further their quest for power and control. A big, red flag for that is when they want you to feel sorry for them. “Poor me. I have it so hard!” Watch out… that means the energetic dump truck is pulling up to your driveway!

Another way that unsuspecting people get dumped on is through flattery and adulation. “You’re so wonderful! Your work is so amazing… you’re such a great leader, healer, mother, artist, etc.” If you’re wise, you won’t fall for it, because you’re about to be covered with energetic ick and ook from the ethers!

The truth is, unless you want to spend your life cleaning up after others, rather than living your own dreams, you’re going to have to start setting limitations.

All forms of dumping are either: inexperience (as in the case of a small child) or an abuse of power based on co-dependence and a desire to escape responsibility. The examples mentioned are merely  situations where dumping is far more likely to happen.

If you feel you are in such a situation and want to do something constructive to help yourself, you can go through this Transformation Game on Setting Limitations. Simply relax and gaze at the Circles while contemplating the questions or positive affirmations that go with them. Your intuition will come forward and give you the help that you seek.

Begin By Gaging Your Willingness to Change:

If you’re willing to examine your personal habits and are setting LIMITATIONS for yourself that are healthy and life affirming, you can learn to stop being a dumpee. To get started, ask yourself:

“Have I been willing to let other people dump on me? Have I allowed it to happen a lot in the past?” 

“Am I willing to stop this tendency in myself and build greater resiliency into my energy field?”

If you have a tendency to be caught off guard by others, now is the time to set stronger LIMITATIONS. Ask your Self, “Am I currently experiencing situations where:

1) There’s a lot of incompetence or my privacy is being disrespected?

2) People are noncooperative, argumentative or easily offended?

3) There is poor health or breakups in friendship or family relations?”

If so, Setting LIMITATIONS is definitely called for.

In situations like these, forceful displays of power will absolutely backfire. Realize that you’re being baited. Do nothing to aggressively confront people in regard to those particular situations and be very conservative with any investment of energy, time or money. Doing so would probably result in a nasty bout of dumping.

The best things to do when dealing with the “dumper/dumpee” dynamic is to:

  1. Stay calm and stand your ground by rejecting whatever is being dumped.
  2. Notice what’s happening and take care of yourself very sensibly.
  3. Don’t take the bait of getting into a fight. Remove yourself from the situation.
  4. Be generous and kind to those you care about and trust, while you stay out of their business.
  5. Find new avenues of behavior that genuinely support your well-being.

Let me repeat…

If you don’t want to be dumped on, don’t engage in dramatic emotional exchanges. That’s because whenever you’re caught up in emotional turmoil or flattery, you’re in an excellent energetic position to be dumped on. And that’s true regardless of whether the emotion is positive or negative.

To help yourself, gaze softly at this symbol and imagine that whatever has been dumped on you is being returned to where ever it belongs.

Then imagine your own karmic seeds for harmful or co-dependent habits are being purified through fire.

“I purify my karmic tendency towards co-dependence and self-destruction. I now make a commitment to my higher good.”

 

Detach from the collective “herd mentality” of self- pity.

“I let go of feeling sorry for myself or others. I decide to embrace self-responsibility and healthy self-care.”

 

Release Your Agreement with Abusive, Codependent Behavior.

Tell your neurological system that you are done with behavior that puts you in harm’s way – like shaming and blaming yourself or continuing to hang out with people who have dumped on you multiple times.

“I release my agreement to ____________________________.”

“I release any agreement I have to abuse myself in this way. I detach from harming or disrespecting myself now and in the future.”

Include situations like watching too much media, buying into gossip, conflicts, contradictions, obligations, “duty”, exaggerated self-importance, lies, trickery or someone else’s delusional suffering.

 

Release the Conflicts:

You may be experiencing shock that’s interfering with your ability to sense what’s really going on.

You can address that by relaxing and bringing your senses into correct balance so that you can accurately scan your body and energy field for other dense and hardened energies.

“I connect and balance my rational senses.”

You can even do it for the immediate space around you.

 

Adjust your senses so that you can perceive correctly.

 

Continue to relax and use this affirmation to help you release whatever is causing conflict in you.

“I stop gripping on _____________.”

“I release the conflict around _______________ or anything else that causes me harm. “

You can use this Circle like a telescope to help you find fixations in your mind and energy field. Once you find one, use the symbol to send a laser beam to break it apart or melt it like an iceberg in the Sun. There may be more than one. Break up any fixations that you find!

Communicate with Your Soul:

Open the connection to your spirit through your Heart. Allow your energy to reorganize in accordance with what’s best for you at this time. Acknowledge that there may be some interference that’s blocking you from the truth.

“I acknowledge that my energy needs to be recalibrated to connect with the truthful and positive influence of my spirit.”

“I exist and what happens to me matters.”

 

Dissolve any harmful thoughts or emotions that have kept you in the dark.

It might help to imagine those patterns like dark clouds that obstruct the light. See the darkness dissolve and dissipate into sunlight and clear blue skies.

“I dissolve the confusion and chaos. I let go of needing to please others. I let go of the need to_______________.”

Before you continue, seal and heal any holes that may have been hidden behind in the darkness. These positive affirmations work very well:

“I seal and heal all ways that others dump on me. I am safe.”

“I now head in the direction of my Souls true purpose.”

Setting Limitations On How You Contribute to the Problem:

Use this Circle to help you become aware of ways you have been approaching things that haven’t been working for you.

If you let your thoughts slow down, you can begin to sense what’s contributing to your problems.

The very awareness of how you’re tied into the problem reveals possible solutions.

“I slow down and consider my situation carefully.

Is there something about this situation that I’m missing and need to know?

Do I understand the part I have played in this situation?”

 

In this lighter, clearer mind space, ask yourself:

“What makes sense to do next?” or “How can I best protect myself in this situation?”

Congratulations! You’ve taken an important first step towards protecting your Self from being dumped on. Taking the time now to understand how you have unknowingly contributed to your own suffering is truly a gift of self-love.

Extra-intuitive Activities

The following extra-intuitive activities aren’t required, but they can really help you prevent future suffering…

Note: At any point during the rest of this Transformation Game, you may need to go back to the Release Fixations section to look for and clear additional fixations. 

Setting Limitations On What You’re Attracting:

If you’re approaching situations with an attitude of “I’m going to fix this,” or “I’m supposed to rescue this person or change how they are thinking / behaving,” you’re setting yourself up to fall into the dumper/dumpee trap. To avoid it, stay centered and focused on your own integrity.

The Essential Human* If you have a copy of The Essential Human, now would be a good time to use Emotional Corrections A – E between pages 97 and 101 to access and balance energies you’re pulling from the ‘field of potential’.

Going through this process will help you draw on the kinds of spiritual / emotional ingredients that will support your integrity.

“I am focused on my own integrity.”

 

Setting Limitations on What Kinds of Situations You Participate In:

Put your feet on the floor and ground in the New Paradigm – a consciousness of equality, personal responsibility and sustainable prosperity.

 

Once you’re feeling grounded, ask for the very best.

“I now access healthy nourishment and support for my Souls true purpose.”

 

Imagine that you can form strong, healthy boundaries with this affirmation:

“I am surrounded with courage and determination. I reject and repel shame, blame, frustration, jealousy, impatience, panic and _________.”

Congratulations!

The fact that you have taken the time now to strengthen your boundaries and protect yourself will serve you well throughout your life.
