Release the Binding Energy of Hate
Many people are having a difficult time healing hate and keeping their hearts open to hope and peaceful possibilities.
Healing hate is a big topic of concern, so let’s talk about the energy of hate and how it affects our energetic system.
I learned early on in my intuitive practice that hate is a binding energy. What I mean by that is when you “hate” something, your thoughts, your mindset and your energy gets very hard and constricted – not to mention your heart.
The same goes for anger, however, anger is more of an immediate reaction – it usually comes up to let you know that something is off – something is wrong that needs your attention right away. Anger is your friend when it’s telling you that there’s some aspect of a situation that’s isn’t good for you and is contributing to your experience of unhappiness.
Yes, you read that right! I’ll repeat it – anger is a very useful emotion when it motivates you to get centered and take productive action to change something that’s causing you harm. It gives you the energy to pull yourself out of complacency and disloyalty to your own highest good.
The I Ching talks about these kinds of situations in the text of Hexagram #36 Censorship:
“…in areas of personal and spiritual development, this situation can help you learn to accept times of evil. If one attempts to aggressively deny or ignore evil, then evil is often nurtured in one form or another. Good and evil are as much a part of the cosmos as night and day. It is much easier to develop a sound character once evil is acknowledged and accepted as part of the world. ~ The I Ching Workbook, R. L. Wing
The trick to navigating anger is what you do with it after the heat of the moment. Do you use that energy to go for the results you really want or do you get stuck in it? Does hate take control over you?
Hate is stuck anger hardened into a whole belief system and feedback loop.
People like to bond with each other through hate, because it’s easy to feel justified when we can get others to agree with us.
We fixate our attention on the object of our hate and send angry thoughts toward it, thinking that somehow doing so will make it go away and ease our suffering. We generalize about people and refuse to accept that there might possibly be anything good about the object of our hate. We revel in the energy boost that anger creates and narcissists are especially good at taking advantage of that group energy.
Simply put, when we let our anger harden into hate, we get caught in a powerful collective feedback loop and miss the opportunity to transform a harmful situation for the better.
There’s an old saying, “What I believe about you, I awaken within you.” To understand that better, compare the thought to “what I put out, comes back to me.”
These are the premises of the Law of Reciprocity, or Karma.
If I buy into the idea that what I put out comes back to me at all, it would be pretty hard on me if I were to put out that any particular group of people are lying, cheating, dangerous, predators!
That kind of generalization simply is not helpful. Not only is it untrue, it would also cause me to:
- Bind myself to the “lie” even more strongly
- Cheat myself out of a lot of potential friends and supporters
- Create dangerous situations for myself by feeding the seeds of violence in myself and others and,
- Stamp out my own potential to be happy.
Yet returning hate for more hate is how the feedback loop gets maintained. When will we decide to stop feeding this self-perpetuating trap and step out of it?
Just to clarify what we mean by karma here –
Karma = Cause & Effect
i.e. I have a thought. I make a decision. I act on the decision.
Whatever I have followed through on has natural consequences.
Cause & Effect = Karma.

Healing the Emotional Roots of Hate
How can we transform the stress and suffering that comes with the mindset of hate? I suggest that we start by enhancing our inner guidance. After all, we don’t want to run off in the heat of our anger and do something that is actually hurtful to us!
Take a few minutes with this Circle to breathe and relax. Calm your senses and bring them into balance. Some may be turned up too high and some may be too low.
Take some deep breaths and let your shoulders drop. Adjust the volume to perceive your situation clearly. Notice how that calms you emotionally. Do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body to achieve greater mind body integration.
Mind Body Integration
The Intuitive Learning Circles work best when you look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.
Why? Because the brain and the body communicate with each other through one set of channels when you are uncrossed and another set when you are crossed. If you can’t get the information one way, you might be able to get it in the other. The same goes for making corrections – we want whatever correction is needed to be made all of the time, not just some of the time.
If you try this, and it still doesn’t work, you may have an internal conflict or fixation that’s interfering with cognitive function. Not to worry. If that happens, scroll back up to the Conflicts and Fixations image above and relax into it.
Healing Hate: Releasing Agreements and Social Contracts
Next, I suggest that we release our agreement to hold the energy of hate in our nervous systems, as if it’s helpful to us! Don’t forget that many agreements to hate are based on social contracts from our ancestral, cultural and religious lines. Look at the Soul Contract Circle and imagine that you can mindfully send the symbol all the way up and down your spine, unlocking harmful agreements as you go:
“I gently release my nervous system from the binding energy of hate.”
“I release any agreement I have to buy into the energy and mindset of extremism and hate. I unlock ancestral chains that bind me. I release any vow I’ve taken to keep the destructive fires burning.”
“I release any ancestral/societal agreement I have to plant emotional distress and hatred in the ground or try to process it myself.
It’s time to stop perpetuating negativity in myself or Mother Earth. I now choose to create peaceful prosperity and understanding.”
Then, be more specific. Use the same Circle in a different way to identify and release agreements to hold hatred towards different people, groups or organizations that you feel are wrong. There are far more productive energies to use that will be more helpful to you, like a gentle violet flame.
If you’re willing, go through each item on your list with these positive affirmations:
“I release all my agreements to hate __________________.” (how people act, how hard my job is, how stuck I feel, etc.)
“I pull my energy back and release my agreements to react out of violence, resentment or revenge.”
“I release all agreements to mobilize the destructive energies of hate. I utilize gentler and more productive energies to manifest my highest good.”
Don’t forget to release any agreement to hate yourself! It’s amazing how much energy you can free up by doing this.
There are other agreements we can change to help us navigate out of the maze.
The out-dated system of the Patriarchy currently affirms that only certain classes of people are heard, respected. Release your agreements with that system and set up new agreements to organize around healthy and prosperous dealings in the New Paradigm that include balanced prosperity, equality and personal responsibility.
Another agreement to change would be to source your responses from a place of gratitude and joy, rather than from a fearful, greedy or vengeful place.
“I release agreements to source from fear, greed or revenge.”
“I decide Source from Gratitude and Joy.”
This symbol from Soul Prayer Charts helps you to interface with your environment more efficiently. Most of us need assistance in making the transition from the old paradigm of Water (Piscean Age) to the New Paradigm of Air (Aquarian Age). Relax and close down all heavy or destructive energy channels that your mind or body may still be open and vulnerable to.
“I close down harsh and harmful energy channels from the status quo.”
“I am open to generative Life Force to manifest improved health, happiness and communication channels.”
Healing hate requires a lot of change and in this new energy, it’s important that we be gentle with ourselves and take the time we need to integrate safely.

How can we sort ourselves out of the roots of hate?
Especially if you’re a good Samaritan or employed in one of the helping professions, confusion around hateful attitudes can easily escalate into dramas of monumental proportions.
Without even realizing it, you can get seriously off track from priorities that are vital to your health and well-being. Plus, it can happen so quickly, you might not even notice it until you’re up to your eyeballs in confusing and toxic emotions!

Clear Your Crown Chakra
When In Search of the Truth: Clear Your Crown Chakra ~
It can be hard to keep your mind clear when lies are everywhere. The sheer amount of them can make your head spin and have you doubt your sanity! Luckily, there are ways to detach from the crazy-making and get centered again. This Mind Exercise has been put together to be one of those ways. Simply go through this step by step process and you will be guided to clear your Crown Chakra and strengthen your Soul connection.
Directions: Find a quiet place if possible, where you won’t be disturbed for 20 – 30 minutes. Begin by reading the information and then gazing gently at each Circle that goes with it for approximately two minutes. A longer or shorter time may be necessary. Let yourself breathe and relax as much as possible. Don’t worry if the images move around or change in any way. That just means the Circles are working and that your mind and body are coming into balance.
Some emotions might come up as well. That also means the Circles are working. If you’re being hard on yourself or afraid you aren’t “doing it right,” give yourself permission to continue relaxing. You could very well be releasing confusion that’s caused you quite a bit of suffering for some time now. Resolve to patiently keep breathing and let it go.
A Series of Divine Connections
The Seventh or Crown Chakra is an energy center that, among many other things, helps us to process self actualization needs like realizing personal potential, self-fulfillment and seeking personal growth or peak experiences. When the Crown Chakra is blocked, it’s easy to get confused and misled by false information.
Use this Reiki Chakra Key to tap into your Crown Chakra at the top of your head. Relax for a minute or two. Does it feel balanced and open? If not, how would you describe it? Clogged? Blocked? Shut down? Disconnected?

If you are a Reiki Practitioner, this is a good time to beam Reiki into the Circle.
If you’re not a Reiki Practitioner, simply make the commitment to use natural healing energies that work with Mother Nature, rather than against her or trying to dominate her!
Clearing your Crown Chakra naturally when it’s blocked is one of the most important energetic interventions you can employ to maintain a free and open mind.
Why do I say that?
Because, when the Seventh Chakra is blocked by false imprints and entanglements, a domino effect is created that impairs the Sixth Chakra, also known as “The Third Eye.”
The Third Eye is located in the center of the forehead between the eyebrows and governs our need for spiritual insight and understanding, among many other things. When it’s open and clear, a person can properly “see” and utilize their own intuition and common sense.

If those important mental functions get thrown off, the person becomes more susceptible to delusions and fantasy thinking that emanate from groupthink and herd mentality.
They begin to doubt themselves, become cynical and rely on the opinions of others. This loss of personal power creates a stage that’s set perfectly for conspiracies and cults to come in and take over.
Take a moment and use this Reiki Chakra Key to tap into your Third Eye. How does it feel? Clogged? Cluttered? Chaotic? Confusing?
If you’re experiencing any blockages, it may help to meditate on this sequence that helps connect a person’s Crown Chakra to their Soul Chakra:
The goal is to connect your Crown Chakra to your Soul Chakra located directly above it.



It may help to scroll back and forth through the sequence several times to establish a strong connection…
Being able clear your Crown Chakra and maintain it requires clear agreements from you to connect directly with your own Soul and Divine Connection – rather than going through someone else’s.
An example of this would be in religious organizations. Many spiritual institutions or philosophies from the old paradigm have taught that we have to go through the priest, guru or spiritual leader to find a connection to the Divine. This is no longer true in the New Paradigm. We each have our own connection. We just need to know how to make that connection and keep it.

You may say, “I don’t need to connect with my Divinity through another person or group!” And yet, human beings have been trained for millennia to do exactly that. The conditioning to hand over our personal authority is deeply ingrained and maintained on an unconscious level. Even when we rebel against it, we’re still reacting out of that conditioning. We can’t just snap our fingers and dismiss all that cultural training.
Ask yourself, are you experiencing a direct and clear connection to your spiritual guidance?
A New Way to Relate To Ourselves and Others ~
Think about the contracts or agreements you hold around authority and self-determination: the people, the places and the organizations that have been important to you throughout your life. They could be affecting you in a negative way now.

Those agreements may not be over, but they have certainly changed! For example, you could still want to care about a significant person or group, but that doesn’t mean that you want to let them control you or interfere with your thoughts.
Then there are those people who you don’t want to care about, and yet they are always trying to get into your head…
Mind control… brainwashing… herd mentality… it’s enough to drive you crazy! But it doesn’t have to…
Give yourself permission to have healthy boundaries.
Free up your energy with the Circle below by letting go of old, out-dated agreements about control, authority and self-determination.
Release sub-conscious agreements to put up with control and manipulation. See completed debts, vows and resentments burn up like old contracts in a beautiful, violet flame.
“I let go of all Soul Agreements that are harmful or interfere with healthy boundaries or clear spiritual guidance.
I don’t need to go through others to connect with my Divinity.
I let go of interference with others.
I allow the necessary changes to take place.”
You may want to release harmful connections with a project, a belief system, a person or an organization that’s no longer serving your needs. They may have even become abusive. Rather than wasting your energy on trying to get revenge, release them by surrendering those Soul Contracts into the fire. Affirm your own authority and ability to say “no.”
Take all the time you need to relax deeply with this one:
“I let go of harmful thoughts and belief systems that interfere with direct communication and connection to my heart, mind and Soul.
Free your mind and spirit from the agreement of having to organize around the patriarchal imprint of control, greed, hatred, prejudice and fear.
“I choose to create Common Ground through cooperation, equality and sustainable prosperity instead.”
Decide to connect through the energies of Joy and Gratitude, rather than Greed and Revenge.
When your chakras can source from a positive life force, Divine Connection is possible and preferable.
“I decide to connect through Joy, rather than fear or hatred.”
Reclaim Your Personal Power ~
“I am free to choose a direct and divine connection to my Soul.”
Release Attachments ~
Because of the sheer amount of information and interference we encounter everyday, we need to address the possibility that various aspects of our subtle energy field may be damaged or struggling with attachments.
Use this Key to relax and meditate on for as long as you like. Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.
“My energy system can easily and effectively neutralize interfering energies and detach from them.”
Correct Reversals and Blockages ~
When we’re under extreme stress, it’s not uncommon for the chakras and/or meridians to start running in reverse or shut down entirely. Relax and let this symbol help you make corrections to problems including deformations, reversals and misdirections.
“I repair any glitches, holes or blockages in my energy system.”
Take all the time you need with this.
Connect the Hara Lines ~
Whenever working with chakras, you may need to repair and/or strengthen hara lines for improved communication and healing.
The hara lines are like tiny webs of light that connect the chakras throughout your body. Sometimes they’re broken or damaged because of trauma, illness, toxicity or sudden changes in the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight).
This Circle gives extra energy to the hara lines that surround and connect with your Crown Chakra.
“I repair and strengthen my hara lines.”
“My chakras are connected properly to my Soul
through a golden web of light.”
This Circle also helps us navigate where we are and to organize our consciousness around being present.

Adapt to the Generative Life Energies Available in the New Paradigm ~
It helps to know that you can close down many harmful energies left over from the old paradigm that may be running rampant through your body, mind and space.
“I have protection.”
“I close down all harmful energy channels.”
Once they’re closed, you’ll find that your chakra centers are more open and receptive to the generative life force (chi) that is available in the New Paradigm. You can “install” this symbol like an adaptive filter for you to function better with the lighter, quicker energy of Air.

Let Go of Any Remaining Ties That Connect You To Abuse~
“I let go of those bridges that lead me back to trauma, control or abuse.”

Take your time and visualize them dissolving like dark clouds into the pure, light of the Sun.

Emotional Stress and Memory
Can Emotional Stress Affect Your Memory?
Especially when the stakes are high, you need to remember the important things. However, people often times have memory problems when they’re under a lot of emotional stress, especially if they’re highly sensitive. Why is that and what can be done to help?
If this sounds like you, you are probably overwhelmed by the uncertainty and ungrounded by the sheer amount of information that you feel you have to process. You might be having experiences like the ones below.
- Processing difficult news
- Feeling weak or mentally exhausted
- Disoriented due to grief or sudden loss
- Picking up on other peoples pain
- Noticing an increase in forgetfulness
- Getting confused more easily than usual
If you are, you’re not alone and you can easily get some relief by going through the Emotional Stress that Affects Memory Exercise out of our Soul Oriented Solutions series.
Directions: Start by confirming that this is the best formula for you with the SOS Symbol.

Next, go through this short mind exercise to understand how emotional stress might be causing memory lapses in your case and what you can do to help yourself. Read each step and then gaze softly at its Circle, one at a time.
Give yourself permission to look at the Circles in any way or from any angle that you like. All you have to do is stay relaxed. If you’re drawn to focus on the center of a Circle, great!
If you come up with a message, an image or instinctively want to trace over the lines, let your imagination guide you. A playful approach reduces stress and opens up possibilities so you can look at your situation from different perspectives.
Developing intuition in this way enhances your personal growth and can keep those creative juices flowing for better mind function.

Stress That Affects Memory ~
How Are You Experiencing Disorientation?
1. We’re going to look at several possible reasons why emotional stress might be affecting your memory. One reason could be that you are disoriented due to a sudden recent change. You might also be picking up on other people’s stress. Another possibility could be that your mind has been exposed to an overwhelming amount of information. It helps to be aware of what is involved.
Let this Circle help you gather up any important information involved. Your unconscious mind knows what’s pertinent and what’s not.
You might want to jot down any impressions you notice. However, don’t be surprised if nothing definite comes to you. There may not be any words because the unconscious mind is not linear.
Just make note of what your experience is for now.
What is a Clear Intention That will Help?
2. To help bring your mind into focus, establish a simple and clear intention for this exercise.
“I improve mental acuity and brain function.”
Go ahead and meditate on the center open space of this chart with that intention in mind. Breathe deeply and relax. Don’t try to make anything happen. A relaxed mind will lead you to a more relaxed body!
When the energy of the chart slows down, you’re ready to move onto the next step.
What Would You Like to Shine Light On?
3. The pineal gland is an important part of your brain because of its main function of regulating light and darkness through its production and secretion of melatonin. In addition, the pineal contains light-sensitive cells that control your equilibrium through the circadian cycle of sleep and wakefulness.
Melatonin also supports healthy memory function and reproductive cycles.
Relax and breathe for a minute or two and let this Chakra Key help you clear toxins from your pineal gland so that your natural rhythms and cycles can come into better balance.
How Would You Like to Feel?
4. The hypothalamus is a part of your brain that regulates homeostasis. Through it, you have the ability to maintain inner balance and a calm state of mind. It also regulates a variety of functions including your physical development, digestive health and metabolism.
Allow this Chakra Key to help you clear and balance your hypothalamus.
What Would You Like to Remember?
5. The hippocampus is actually two structures located on either side of the temporal lobe that are involved with memory development, verbal, spacial and directional skills.
Repeat what you just did in the previous steps. Relax and breathe while you gaze at this Chakra Key to clear out toxins and bring both areas of your hippocampus into balance.
Once you’ve really relaxed with it, check in with a question:
“Is there something I’ve forgotten that’s important? More than one?”
Make a note of it and continue with your mind exercise.
What Would Bring You More Ease?
6. There’s another part of your brain function that taps into the wisdom of your Soul. Some call it the Third Eye Chakra. Through it, the pineal, hippocampus and hypothalamus can connect and work together to enhance learning and create coherent thoughts. Intuition and common sense can then blossom and communicate meaningful insights to your Heart Center.
Keep relaxed and gaze softly at the Circle with each affirmation:
“My common sense and intuition are working together.”
“I receive meaningful insights about my situation.”
“My mind helps me to reduce stress and integrate joy into my life.”
What Needs to Get Connected?
7. Keep relaxed and gaze softly at the Circle with each affirmation:
“My mind is connected and balanced to create improved mental acuity and brain function.”
“I improve my comprehension and understanding.”
“I connect with solutions.”
What Would Support You?
8. It’s possible that you’re dehydrated or not getting the right nutrition. While you gently focus on this Circle, ask yourself:
“Is there something I could eat or drink that would help me?”
“Is there something I’m eating or drinking too much of?”
Is There Something That You Need To Let Go Of?
9. If there is, let this Circle help you open up and let it go.
Just keep letting go and release all that emotional stress. See yourself relaxing under an afternoon Sun. Take all the time you like. It’s okay to let go and rest.
What Would Help Your Emotional Stress?
10. Is there something that you could do to help your mental emotional stress?
Is there something it would be best to stop doing?
Use this Circle to consider actions you could take that would help in this situation. Make sure they would be genuinely helpful to you now.
Is there anything you could do or stop doing that would be genuinely helpful to others?
What Is Your heart Saying?
11. It could be that things are just moving too fast and your mind is trying to keep up. Take a moment to slow down and tune into your Heart Center. Ask yourself:
“What is my heart telling me?”

12. Your physical body is the foundation for your vitality and your instinct to take care of yourself. Clearing energy, especially in your lower body, will give you strength and support to make necessary changes. Put both feet on the floor to help you ground. Take whatever time you need.

“What, if anything, am I forgetting about my physical health?
“Is there something I need to remember?”
There’s always more than one way to do things, what new way comes to mind in this case?

Second Chakra Balancing in the New Paradigm
Improve Your Emotional and Immune Health with Second Chakra Balancing ~
This mind exercise has been developed to help us adapt to the change in environmental energies through Second Chakra balancing.
The second energy center is deeply connected to our emotions, digestion and immunity. Its color is orange and it’s located approximately 2 – 3 inches down from your navel. Free flowing energy in the 2nd Chakra is essential to physical and emotional health.
Gaze softly at the Second Chakra Key, then ask yourself:
“Am I experiencing emotional turmoil? Is it my turmoil or does it come from somewhere else?” Can you identify where?
“Am I particularly susceptible to communicable illnesses, such as viruses, flus and colds?”
“Are blocked emotions or built up toxins exacerbating any chronic health conditions?”
It’s quite easy for toxic emotions and entanglements to build up and poison your entire system. Do you feel that you’re entangled with others?
Does it feel like you’re out of balance because of changes in your environment? Or, are you being affected by negative energies? If so, you can go through this exercise for some re-organization and relief.

Improve Self-Perception by Having a Clear Throat Chakra ~
Many people don’t realize how important and inter-related the chakras are to our physical, mental and emotional health. Take, for example, having a clear Throat Chakra.
This energy center is about communication and is important to the function of our thyroid / parathyroid glands. Plus, it affects the respiratory system. It also influences our abilities of expression and creativity. The color vibration of a balanced and healthy throat chakra is blue – as in “true blue.”
