Setting Clear Boundaries for a Busy Mind
What can you do to help yourself when you’re unable to focus on important tasks that really need to get done? Is your line of thinking clear? Has someone or something gotten under your skin and you can’t seem to let go? Clear boundaries may be the answer.
Without strong boundaries, thoughts and emotions can pass back and forth between people without their awareness. When left unchecked, this type of attachment can go underground and contribute to sudden and mysterious illnesses, mental confusion, issues with prosperity or chronic states of overwhelm.
It’s a valuable skill to know how to close the doors or energy pathways at will. This Mind Exercise can help you learn how to consciously set clear boundaries and close off those pathways.
This visual meditation from our SOS Resolve Ebook provides a quick framework for recovering mental balance and refocusing attention. Going through a quick “game” calms the emotional centers of your brain and opens up new neural pathways for self-awareness and clear boundaries, which significantly reduces stress and increases clarity.
Use this Mind Exercise when you are:
~ Feeling scattered or out of sync
~ Easily triggered and need better boundaries
~ Experiencing distress or separation anxiety
~ Worried, agitated or anticipating hardship
~ Feeling pressured or compulsive
~ Unable to meditate or sit still
~ Obsessed with a particular person or situation.
Directions: Confirm this is the best exercise for you with the RESOLVE symbol.
Find a quiet place if possible, where you won’t be disturbed for about twenty minutes. Follow the sequence of symbols while you read their accompanying instructions. Gaze gently at each Circle for about two minutes. A longer or shorter time may be necessary. Let yourself breathe and relax as much as possible.
Don’t worry if the images move around or change in any way. That just means the Circles are working and that your mind and body are relaxing.
Mind Body Integration
The brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. Therefore, you will want to look at each Circle both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.
If you feel resistant or stuck, cross or uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body and go back to the Circle, breathing patiently. See if your thinking starts to move again. Let negative self-talk go by breathing through it Just breathe deeply and relax.
After you’ve finished going through the entire exercise, give yourself some time to let it integrate. A quiet mind and light heart will change your perspective and make it easier to accomplish your goals.
Step 1. Balance
Begin by consciously breathing in on the count of three and slowly exhaling on the count of five. Do that three or four times while you gaze softly at the Circle. It’s helpful if you can breathe in through your nose.
Continue breathing and bring your awareness to your tailbone.
Step 2. Calm
Keep breathing with your belly soft and relaxed.
Let your shoulders drop.
Gaze softly at this Circle and imagine you can turn down the feelings or thoughts that are turned up too high, just like the volume on a radio.
Step 3. Centering
See if you can gather your awareness and connect it – like all the lines that come together into the center of this symbol.
Imagine you can close up unhealthy energy channels between you and any interference that’s coming from the outside.
Stay with it until you feel more centered with beneficial energy flowing through you.
Step 4. Protection
Now, gaze softly at this Circle and use it to close all holes or harmful pathways that have been left wide open, like too many tabs that have been left open on your computer. Affirm to yourself:
“I close the pathways that lead to distractions, disturbances and interference.”
“All holes are sealed and healed.”
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”
Step 5. Beauty
Now that the pathways are closed, you can shift your attention away from the negative and turn towards more positive input. Breathe in again and exhale slowly.
Take your time and let this Circle help you call the most majestic scenes into your mind that you can imagine.
Notice how your body responds and relaxes into the experience.
Step 6. Expansion
Turn your attention to your breathing again and how calming it is.
You can sense the steady rhythm of your heart.
The gentle expansion and contraction of your lungs.
Breathing in and letting go. The space around you is relaxing too.
Step 7. Letting Go
There may be some especially sticky energies that don’t seem to want to let go. Let this Key help you neutralize interfering energies and detach from them.
Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.
Step 8. Intention
Now you’re ready to gently turn your mind to what’s in your best interests. What are your true priorities?
Slow down and take your time.
Step 9: Grounding and Coherence
This Circle will help your energy get organized and grounded. Put both your feet on the floor, place your palms on the inside of your knees and keep breathing until you feel planted.
Then, visualize a wheel spinning out any discordant energy that’s still hanging on and causing problems. When you can release excess energy, it’s much easier to think more clearly and feel like yourself again.
Step 10. Compassion
Imagine with each relaxing new breath that you can fill your heart with renewed understanding and compassion – that includes caring for yourself with clear boundaries.
Step 11. Decision
Your well-being is important. Are the any new decisions would you like to make about it?
Here’s a few suggestions:
“I decide to be loyal to myself.”
“It’s okay to have strong and clear boundaries.”
“It’s genuinely joyful to have a quiet mind and a light heart.”
Step 12. Resolution
Make a commitment to stay centered and true to yourself.
“I keep my own energy contained for my own protection.”
“I easily eject and deflect harmful thoughts, interference or expectations.”
“I resolve to create and maintain clear boundaries.”
Step 13. Nourishment
Before you get on with your day, see if there’s any helpful nutrition that would support you. Let this Circle help you tune into natural healing energy.
Are there any vegetables, fruits, herbs, teas or other healing foods that come to mind? Anything else?
Step 14. Completion
Finish by closing any remaining openings to the noise and distractions of the external world.
“All holes are sealed and healed.”
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

Congratulations! Now that you’ve finished, give yourself some time to let it integrate. A quiet mind and light heart changes your perspective and makes it easier to accomplish your goals.

What Process Is Best for Me – Right Now?
Many of you have asked, “There’s so many Games and Exercises here in the Intuitive Learning Circle – how do I know which one is right for me?
Since we’re here to help you develop your intuition, it’s only natural that we would come up with a simple & fun way to decide – using your intuition!
First of all, it’s true that we have quite a few self-healing offerings, so below you’ll find a list of games that pertain to the Soaring Spirit of the Condor.
There are 5 categories to choose from ~
I: Cosmos
II: Family
III: Environment
IV: Livelihood
V: Self and new
VI: Romantic Love
Each category has a selection of games listed underneath which are numbered 1, 2 and 3.
The first step is to take a moment and think about what’s going on for you and then look at Condor Medicine and ask your heart:
“What category would be most useful for me to look at now?”
Once you have the category number, ask yourself:
“Which number in that category represents the best self healing process for me right now – or is the best place to start?”
Remember to take the very first number that comes to you, because that is your Inner Wisdom speaking or your intuition. If more than one number comes up, write them all down in the order they came to you.
Once you have your number, scroll down the list and check out that process. You might be surprised at what you chose, because intuition doesn’t always makes sense at first. However, I suggest that you trust your first response and explore the exercise anyway. See if it pertains to your situation and feels right.
This is the intuitive way to determine which exercise is best for you right now!

Emotional Stress and Memory
Can Emotional Stress Affect Your Memory?
Especially when the stakes are high, you need to remember the important things. However, it’s not unusual for people to have temporary memory problems or tracking glitches when they’re under a lot of emotional stress, especially if they’re highly sensitive. Why is that and what can be done to help?
If this sounds like you, it could be that you’ve become overwhelmed by the uncertainty of life and the future. Or, you might have gotten ungrounded by the sheer amount of information that you feel you have to process.
You might also be going through experiences like the ones below:
- Going through a major emotional transition
- Having difficulty processing new information
- Feeling weak or mentally exhausted
- Disoriented due to grief or sudden loss
- Picking up on other peoples pain
- Noticing an increase in forgetfulness
- Getting confused more easily than usual.

Directions: Start by confirming that this is the best formula for you with the SOS Symbol.
Next, go through this integrating mind exercise to understand how emotional stress might be causing what’s happening in your case and what you can do to re-orient yourself. Read each step and then gaze softly at its Circle, one at a time.
Give yourself permission to look at the Circles in any way or from any angle that you like. All you have to do is stay relaxed. If you’re drawn to focus on the center of a Circle, great!
If you come up with a message, an image or instinctively want to trace over the lines, let your imagination guide you. A playful approach reduces stress and opens up possibilities so you can look at your situation from different perspectives.
Developing intuition in this way enhances your personal growth and can keep those creative juices flowing for better mind function.

Stress That Affects Memory ~
How Are You Experiencing Disorientation?
1. We’re going to look at several possible reasons why emotional stress might be affecting your memory. One reason could be that you are disoriented due to a sudden recent change. You might also be picking up on other people’s stress. Another possibility could be that your mind has been exposed to an overwhelming amount of information or static energy. It helps to be aware of what is involved.
Let this Circle help you gather up any important information involved. Your unconscious mind knows what’s pertinent and what’s not.
You might want to jot down any impressions you notice. However, don’t be surprised if nothing definite comes to you. There may not be any words because the unconscious mind is not linear.
Just make note of what your experience is for now.
What is a Clear Intention That will Help?
2. To help bring your mind into focus, establish a simple and clear intention for this exercise.
“I improve mental acuity and brain function.”
Go ahead and meditate on the center open space of this chart with that intention in mind. Breathe deeply and relax. Don’t try to make anything happen. A relaxed mind will lead you to a more relaxed body!
When the energy of the chart slows down, you’re ready to move onto the next step.
What Would You Like to Shine Light On?
3. The pineal gland is an important part of your brain because of its main function of regulating light and darkness through the production and secretion of melatonin. In addition, the pineal contains light-sensitive cells that control your equilibrium through the circadian cycle of sleep and wakefulness.
Melatonin also supports healthy memory function and reproductive cycles.
Relax and breathe for a minute or two and let this Chakra Key help you clear toxins from your pineal gland so that your natural rhythms and cycles can come into better balance.
Does It Feel Like Your Energy is Struggling?
4. Emotional stress can cause significant internal and external changes. Sudden reversals, blockages and changes in momentum can cause your energy to react in unusual ways.
You might also have an awareness of rough or reversed energies around you.
Keep this Correction Key handy to help you correct any rough glitches or reversals that you may be experiencing with any of the chakras you’ll be working with in this exercise.
Relax with it for a few minutes until things smooth out and you can begin to feel the calming energy of your Soul coming through.
Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

5. The hypothalamus is a part of your brain that regulates homeostasis. Through it, you have the ability to maintain inner balance and a calm state of mind. It also regulates a variety of functions including your physical development, digestive health and metabolism.
What kind of support would you like with those things?
Allow this Chakra Key to help you clear and balance your hypothalamus.
What Would You Like to Remember?
6. The hippocampus is actually two structures located on either side of the temporal lobe that are involved with memory development, verbal, spacial and directional skills.
Repeat what you just did in the previous steps. Relax and breathe while you gaze at this Chakra Key to clear out toxins and bring both areas of your hippocampus into balance.
Once you’ve really relaxed with it, check in with a question:
“Is there something I’ve forgotten that’s important? More than one?”
Make a note of it and continue with your mind exercise.
What Would Bring You More Ease?
7. There’s another part of your brain function that taps into the wisdom of your Soul. Some call it the Third Eye Chakra. Through it, the pineal, hippocampus and hypothalamus can connect and work together to enhance learning and create coherent thoughts. Intuition and common sense can then blossom and communicate meaningful insights to your Heart Center.
Keep relaxed and gaze softly at the Circle with each affirmation:
“My common sense and intuition are working together.”
“I receive meaningful insights about my situation.”
“My mind helps me to reduce stress and integrate joy into my life.”
What Needs to Get Connected?
8. This Circle helps you repair the subtle hara lines that connect your chakras, like a beautiful web of Light. Keep relaxed and gaze softly at the Circle with each affirmation:
“My mind and body are connected and balanced to create improved mental acuity and brain function.”
“I improve my comprehension and understanding.”
“I connect with solutions.”
What Would Support You?
9. It’s possible that you’re dehydrated or not getting the right nutrition. While you gently focus on this Circle, ask yourself:
“Is there something I could eat or drink that would help me?”
“Is there something I’m eating or drinking too much of?”
Is There Something That You Need To Let Go Of?
10. If there is, let this Circle help you open up and let it go.
Just keep letting go and release all that emotional stress. See yourself relaxing under an afternoon Sun. Take all the time you like. It’s okay to let go and rest.
What Would Genuinely Help Your Emotional Stress?
11. Is there something that you could do to help your mental / emotional stress?
Is there something it would be best to stop doing?
Use this Circle to consider actions you could take that would help in this situation. Make sure they would be genuinely helpful to you now.
Is there anything you could do or stop doing that would be genuinely helpful to others?
What Is Your heart Saying?
12. It could be that things are just moving too fast and your mind is trying to keep up. Take a moment to slow down and tune into your Heart Center. Bring it into balance first. Then, ask yourself:
“What is my heart telling me?”
“Am I worried about something (physical, financial, family issue, etc)?”
“What have I been doing? Has that helped?”
“What do I feel?”
How Will Life Be Better Without This Emotional Stress?
13. Your physical body is the foundation for your vitality and your instinct to take care of yourself. Clearing energy, especially in your lower body, will give you strength and support to make necessary changes.
Once you feel stronger, ask yourself:
“What, if anything, am I forgetting about my physical health?
“Is there something I need to remember?”
There’s always more than one way to do things, what new way comes to mind in this case?
What Would Keep You Grounded?
14. A strong connection to the Earth gives you support to make the necessary changes and stay balanced at the same time. Put both feet on the floor to help you ground.
If needed, go back to Step 8 and connect with your other chakras.
Take whatever time you need.
Once you’re centered and grounded, ask yourself:
“What do I need remember?
“Do I need to change anything?”
“Do I have the connections and resources I need to resolve this stress?”
“What would be involved? Is anything missing?”
Ask For Blessings On Your Life Path.
15. Finish by balancing out your Life Path Chakras. They help you stay on your own path and tune into the promptings of your Soul – a very important thing to remember!
“I open up to my potential and stay positive.”
“I stay true to my Soul’s path.”
You may want to sit with this for awhile.
Plan to take a walk or relax for a bit out in Nature once you feel ready.
Releasing emotional stress takes time and space!

Second Chakra Balancing in the New Paradigm
Improve Your Emotional and Immune Health with Second Chakra Balancing ~
This mind exercise has been developed to help us adapt to the change in environmental energies through Second Chakra balancing.
The second energy center is deeply connected to our emotions, digestion and immunity. Its color is orange and it’s located approximately 2 – 3 inches down from your navel. Free flowing energy in the 2nd Chakra is essential to physical and emotional health.
Gaze softly at the Second Chakra Key, then ask yourself:
“Am I experiencing emotional turmoil? Is it my turmoil or does it come from somewhere else?” Can you identify where?
“Am I particularly susceptible to communicable illnesses, such as viruses, flus and colds?”
“Are blocked emotions or built up toxins exacerbating any chronic physical or emotional health conditions?”
It’s quite easy for toxic emotions and entanglements to build up and poison your entire system. Do you feel that you’re entangled with others?
Does it feel like you’re out of balance because of changes in your environment? Or, are you being affected by negative energies? If so, you can go through this exercise for some re-organization and relief.
This Reiki Chakra Key can help you be more clear about what you would like to change so you can reduce confusion. Relax with it and start with how you’re seeing yourself in your current situation. Is there something about what you see that you’d like to change?
“When it comes to this particular situation, how am I seeing myself?”
“Can I tell how I might like to see myself differently?”
Note: The most effective self-healing will include a sense of empowerment and self-mastery.
Release Agreements That Compromise Your Immunity and Emotional Health.
Take a look at contracts or agreements that affect your emotional and immune system health. Consider the people, the places and organizations that could be affecting you in a negative way. Those relationships may not be over, but surely they are going to change! Free up your energy with this Circle by letting go of those agreements.
“I let go of all Soul Agreements that are complete – over and done with.
I establish a new agreement to be present and to create physical and emotional health – regardless of what I’m doing.
I allow the necessary changes to take place.”
Release sub-conscious agreements to hold up emotional drama or chaotic frequencies. See completed debts, vows and resentments burn up like old contracts in a beautiful, violet flame.
You may want to surrender your involvement with a project, a person, a social circle or organization or even a specific place that no longer serves your needs. Surrender it by releasing that Soul contract into the fire.

Use Your Unique Soul Vibration and Color to Differentiate Between Your Self and Others.
Many times, people have been interconnected for so long that they may not be able to distinguish the difference between their personal energy and that of others. This is particularly true between family members.
Use this Soul Prayer Chart to accurately identify your own unique Soul Color so that you can effectively sort yourself out from other people. To help you find it, remember a time when you successfully manifested something physical. What color comes to mind?

Release Attachments.
Because of the sheer amount of tragic and heart breaking events we’re encountering everyday, we need to address the possibility that various chakras may be damaged or struggling with attachments.
Use this Soul Star Detachment Key to relax and meditate on for as long as you like. Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.
“My energy system can easily and effectively neutralize harmful energies and detach from them.”
Correct Reversals and Blockages.
When you’re experiencing stress, it’s not uncommon for the chakras and/or meridians to start running in reverse or shut down entirely. Relax and let this symbol help you make corrections to problems including deformations, reversals and misdirections.
“I repair any glitches, holes or blockages in my energy system.”
Take all the time you need with this until your energy smooths out and you can begin to feel the energy of your Soul coming through.
Connect the Hara Lines.
Whenever working with chakras, you may need to repair and/or strengthen hara lines for improved communication and healing.
The hara lines are like tiny webs of light that connect the chakras throughout your body. Sometimes they’re broken or damaged because of trauma, illness, toxicity or sudden changes in the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight).
This Circle gives extra energy to the hara lines that surround and connect with your Second Chakra.
“I repair and strengthen my hara lines.”
“My chakras are connected with my Soul properly
through a golden web of light.”
This Circle also helps us navigate where we are and to organize our consciousness around being present. “I am inside of my body. Everything that doesn’t belong, is outside of me.”
Release Any Destructive Energies to the Light.
This balancing exercise may have brought up negativity and harmful energies that need to be safely expelled. This symbol will help you dissolve destructive blueprints and release them to the Light. These positive affirmations will help you:
“I surrender my connection with harmful energies and let them go to the Light.”
I send the poisons of poor health and emotional stress to the Light to be transformed.”
Take your time and visualize them disappearing like dark clouds into the pure light of the Sun.
Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!
Close the Doors to Suffering and Poor Health.
It’s time to close the holes or pathways in your mind or energy field that lead back to suffering or harmful communications.
If those pathways remain open, all kinds of trouble (violent thought forms, karma, issues or emotions) can continue to pass back and forth through the opening without your awareness. This can manifest in sudden and mysterious illnesses, mental confusion, issues with prosperity or chronic states of overwhelm.
Take all the time you need. There are probably a lot of them.
“All holes, doors or passageways are sealed and healed.”
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection and intended path.”
Close the doors both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

The medicine of Amazon Ant wants you to consider the true nature of freedom and whether or not you’re allowing it. Are you being too hard on yourself? Do you have trouble exercising free agency and taking beneficial actions for yourself without allowing others to interfere? If so, it’s likely that trauma from the past is dominating your behavior.
Whenever controlling attitudes and behavior patterns are intruding on your freedom, that’s your cue to stop buying into intrusive thoughts or intentions others may have for you and let go of your own prejudices.
Are you being too hard on others? Remember that a domineering mind puts just as much pressure on itself as it does on others. You could be caught in the illusion of separateness; feeling you’re alone and powerless. Reclaim your peace of mind by letting go and allowing others their own free will and autonomy. When you back off and respect their decisions, the natural law of Cause and Effect can come in and restore balance.

You may be caught in an entangled relationship where one or both parties assume they couldn’t possibly exist without the other. Because of this misconception, Free Will is being blocked and twisted by and unconscious need for control.
It’s time to choose for yourself, freely and without attachment. To help you disentangle, meditate on Ant’s Circle. Ask these questions and wait for your Soul’s reply:
- “Am I using my energy in a creative or destructive way?” Make an agreement to affirm life rather than deny it.
- “Am I feeling sorry for someone or holding them in judgement?” Make sure you’re seeing things with an eye on reciprocity. In other words, is whatever you’re putting out something you would like to receive?
- “How am I connecting with others?” Decide to connect through Love rather than fear.
- ”How can I let go of fear?” Reclaim your power by reconnecting with your Soul.
It may a while to work through this, however, once you do, the new wisdom you gain will change your behavior and put you back into balance with the Circle of Life.

Stingray medicine is about protection and the importance of maintaining healthy boundaries if you want to live in wholeness and integrity. For example, if you’re a people pleaser, it may be that you’re so used to multiple energies hanging around that you don’t realize they’re not you! Regardless of why they’re there, it’s best to move them out of your field as soon as possible.
To solve your dilemma, return to the source of your true nature and connect with gratitude.
Ask yourself a few honest questions: Do you tend to take on other people’s energy in order to get along with them better? Do other people often take advantage of you? What would happen if you could say “no” without guilt or excuses? Do you feel pulled this way and that?
Examine your intentions and see if they line up with what’s actually happening. If you’re confused by what you see, that immediately explains why things have not been going the way you’ve wanted them to. Clear intentions get clear results.
Look into the middle of Stingray’s Circle and ask: “What is my intention?” Wait for a clear answer to come back. Then ask, “Is my energy matching up with that intention?”
If your intention is unclear, ask your heart, “How can I properly communicate what I want? Do I have my free will?”
To make a correction in your energy, keep affirming your intention in the present tense while gazing at the Circle. You may be guided to other Helpers or processes to shift your energy and ground firmly in your intention.
When you send a clear and unified message, there can be no confusion about what you intend to do. If someone is interfering with your intentions, visualize a Ring of Fire around you for protection and then suggest an alternate path for them to take.
