By calming your thinking down and tuning into your inner guidance through the Intuitive Learning Circles, it’s all lot easier to set yourself up for a genuinely successful outcome.
I was raised in a time before ADD, ADHD or Dyslexia had names. In the fifties and early sixties, kids like me didn’t have learning difficulties, we were simply labelled slow, troublemakers or stupid. Judging from the amount of time I spent in the principle’s office, I was probably put into the troublemaker category pretty early on!
Learning Difficulties: The Genius of Thinking Differently
I remember when I was just beginning to learn how to write my name in cursive. I was trying to figure out which hand worked better making all those loops and curly-ques. While experimenting with my left hand, my second grade teacher came over to me and plucked the pencil right out of my hand. “You don’t want to use that hand,” she barked, “only bad people are left handed.”
I didn’t like that teacher much so, at that moment I made a decision. I was going to be left-handed just to spite her! Like any choice, the decision I made had its downsides. For example, I’ve learned over time that being motivated out of spite and anger does nothing to help my level of happiness. On the upside . To this day, I am quasi-ambidextrous – I write with my left hand and do just about everything else with my right.

In the first half of my life, it was important to be right about how unfairly I was treated. For me, being “right” masqueraded as being powerful and justified my anger. And yet, as time went by, the malaise of distrust, dissatisfaction and unhappiness continued to engulf me. began to turn against me.I know that most of the time, advice from teachers, family and friends was meant to help. They just couldn’t understand why I was so unhappy and didn’t know how to help me.
Much later in life, I started to accept that doing things the way that other people did them just wasn’t going to work for me. I eventually came to realize that my unhappiness had a lot to do with what I was paying attention to and how I was treating myself.
Later on in life, I decided that it was more important to be happy than to be right. I decided to listen to my discomfort rather than fight with it. When I changed my response I found myself, my voice and my peace of mind. Not all at once, but over time and gentle patience.
I stopped being so hard on myself and started to embrace the things that came naturally to me. I went into bodywork and somatic education together with hypnotherapy, Reiki and mind/body energy work. I began to experience a satisfaction and success that I had never known before. Finally, I was allowing the way I was wired to stimulate new ways of thinking and being in the world!
I set to work learning about and putting together techniques from many different disciplines to help me and my clients, many of whom were highly sensitive people with similar issues. I developed a whole system of tools for better focus and concentration using muscle testing. I’ve also found that they can help with emotional healing, reducing stress and providing a way to activate advanced states of intuition and creativity.
Taking back your power is an essential part of developing human potential.
The mind looks for what it has agreements to look for. If we want to create peaceful and coherent minds, we need to train ourselves to look for it. Our agreements with this selection of games are:

With the Intuitive Learning Circle method, you will work with these new agreements to create a new relationship with yourself. You’ll be using the symbols and the questions or answers that go with them to gather unconscious information, organize awareness and illuminate solutions that come directly from your Soul. You are in charge and can become your own best friend!
Intro ~
Start by Clearing Up Your Blind Spots ~
Find out how the the Intuitive Learning Circles work by experiencing a short exercise for focusing your attention, energy and senses. This is a great place to start – not only because it’s a great introduction to this work – but also because it can help you clear up an important blind spot that’s blocking your awareness.
Introducing the SOS Symbol:
This is the SOS symbol that we use for the Soul Oriented Solutions processes. When you gaze softly at it (let your eyes relax) it can help you make choices, fine tune your intuition and listen to your gut instincts – even if you’re stressed out.
Once you’ve relaxed with it a bit, go through the list of four categories below and then, ask your gut instinct for a number between 1 and 8 to help you select the specific protocol that’s best for your situation.
Caution: Be sure to take it slowly. This kind of work can be deceptively powerful. Be sure to get plenty of rest, drink adequate water and eat healthy. You can take a hot epsom salt bath or get some gentle exercise.
Make sure your energy is well settled before you go through another exercise.
1. Retrain Your Mind to Go for Joy ~
Stopping the critical mind before it starts it’s shame and blame requires training. We try so hard to win, to look good, to escape punishment or to be “right.” Sadly, many of us are taught that we’re supposed to be perfect, so that’s what we’ve trained the mind to go for. What if we could learn to go for Joy instead?
2. Clear Distractions From Your Mind ~
If you are someone who easily gets overstimulated or have learning difficulties that interfere with your ability to focus, Tutorial VI from Gifts from the Rainforest will provide a more creative and instinctual approach to help your productivity.
3. Setting Clear Boundaries for a Busy Mind ~
This visual meditation from our RESOLVE Ebook provides a quick framework for recovering mental balance and refocusing attention when you’re feeling scattered or out of sync. Going through a quick “game” calms the emotional centers of your brain and opens up new neural pathways for clear focus and boundaries, which significantly reduces stress and increases clarity.
4. Access Intuitive Guidance for Decisive Action ~
You can use the Circles to help you work out what decisions are best for you to make under your current circumstances. Tutorial IX from Gifts from the Rainforest will help you center yourself and establish objectivity, especially if you’re all up in your head or have experienced a recent trauma. By calming your thinking down and tuning into your inner guidance, it’s all lot easier to set yourself up for a genuinely successful outcome.
5. Learn to Trust Your Gut Instincts ~
People say that being present is super important and it’s true. Yet so often, it’s much easier said than done. If you’re jumping ahead of yourself and need to stay present, this particular exercise is especially useful when you’re experiencing performance anxiety.
6. Managing Anxiety about Success ~
If you have been conditioned to be afraid or negative by experiences early on in life, you may have trouble knowing how to handle what to do when things are going well. The way you view yourself and what you think you’re capable of is colored by habitual behaviors learned in early love relationships as well as childhood experiences. You may simply be dealing with an old program or you could be struggling with more serious entanglements with hatred and other destructive tendencies.
7. Simplify Your Life ~
This Transformation Game is a more advanced process made up of Intuitive Learning Circles, pertinent questions and positive affirmations that will give you a new perspective activate your heart wisdom and help you ADAPT to a simpler mindset by clearing up mental and emotional clutter. When life has become too complicated or you’re trying to do too many things, this is your go- to game.
8. Managing Stress That’s Connected to Herd Mentality ~
This Transformation Game can help you let go of anxiety about what other people think about you. Being clear about what’s true for you as opposed to what the social herd mind thinks is it’s own reward.

Welcome to a Transformation Game that can help you identify problems and repair your priorities by clarifying what’s really important to you. Simply relax and gaze at the Intuitive Learning Circles while contemplating the accompanying positive affirmations. Let them help you clear karmic entanglements using the I Ching and the Tarot.*

How to Repair Your Priorities
If you have found yourself on this page, there is likely some aspect of your life that is in a deep state of disrepair. It could be that you have inherited some kind of difficulty from your family or you may have been unaware of something or a responsibility you have that strongly impacts you. The I Ching says in these situations:
“You cannot ignore, or discount as unimportant, even the smallest detail of any situation over which you wish to maintain control. All things have built-in weak points, places that decay and eventually collapse. This is especially visible in human affairs…”
The effects of this disrepair is also visible in your personal affairs.
“The situation has been less than harmonious for quite some time, yet this condition of discord has been tolerated. Under these circumstances things will continue to degenerate… ~ Hexagram #18 REPAIR, The I Ching Workbook, R.L Wing
Hope lies in an unrelenting energetic and conscientious attitude.

You may already know what all this is about. However, the issue could be eluding you because of a shock or an all encompassing distraction that has preoccupied your mind.
Gaze at this Circle and imagine your distracted thoughts are melting away like ice in the sunlight. It may take a couple of minutes to get to clear them out. Then, redirect your thoughts towards what’s really important and wait for clarity. Ask yourself:
“What is in need of repair?” or “Where is the disharmony located?”
See if you can relax some of the tension you’re feeling.

Imagine that this Circle can help you calm down and get into balance.
Let your shoulders drop and your jaw unclench.
Every time you take a deep breath and let go, you feel a little more balanced.
It’s important that you’re seeing things correctly.
Mind Body Integration
If you’re having trouble identifying it, try looking at the Circle both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed. That helps you access more information.
Repair and Transform Your Personal Growth
Now you’re ready to play the game to help you pinpoint what needs REPAIR and how you might go about doing that. The sequence has been put together to help you relax, contemplate your priorities and find solutions that will genuinely support your well-being.
Step One: Access your Gut Instincts.
Relax and gaze softly at this Reiki Chakra Key to open and balance your Third Chakra located at your Solar Plexus (the soft area in the front where your ribs go up). This is the chakra that accesses your gut instincts.
It helps to trust your gut instinct, because the gut is that place in the body where most people get an actual physical sense that “something’s not right here.” Look for that feeling when you choose a situation where your gut knows that REPAIR is needed. Ask:
“What situation needs repair right now in my life?”
Take the answer that comes to you first. Write it down, even if you don’t fully understand what it means yet. Continue your inquiry:
“Am I in danger?”
“Am I off track?”
“Can I tell what the trouble is?”
“How long has this been going on and what kind of repair is needed?”
Step Two: Balance Your Senses.
When REPAIR is needed, you’ll want to perceive things as they really are. See if you can remedy any “blind spots” or confusion by gazing softly at this Reiki Chakra Key for the five senses, together with these positive affirmations:
“I clear confusion by balancing the chakras for my five senses.”
“I use them to become aware of my true priorities.”
“I see things the way they really are and find genuinely helpful solutions.”
Step Three: Clear irrelevant information and haze out of your mind.
Let this Circle help you clear away distractions and confusion like an early morning rain clears the atmosphere.
“Am I looking at the information that will really help me in this situation?”
“Can I tell what I’m focusing on?”
“Is that the best thing for me to be focusing on?”
If not, what would be best?”
Step Four: To repair your priorities, its necessary to change your perspective.
Think about what your life would be like if your problem was solved. What would you be doing that you aren’t doing now?
If you’re having trouble, don’t worry! Experiment by placing the words “CLARITY” or “POSITIVE OUTCOME” in the center of the Circle above and imagine life force energy traveling down the lines – feeding your intention to GET CLEAR.
Step Five: Examine your intentions for conflicts and/or contradictions.
It’s possible that you’re operating out of intentions that are out-dated or unrealistic. Are you willing to examine them and make changes if needed? Ask yourself:
“Am I holding a mistaken intention?”
Am I trying to fulfill someone else’s expectations?”
“Am I trying to carry out an intention that’s unwise, unlikely or truly impossible to manifest?”
To REPAIR mistaken intentions, look for an avenue of constructive action – an area where positive growth can occur. Ask yourself:
“What is a completely new way of handling my life in this situation?”
“Do I know what I would like to have happen?”
Step Six: Acknowledge that what you pay attention to is what gets your energy.
Ask yourself:
“What thoughts or distractions am I paying attention to that get in the way of my true priorities?”
“How much of my attention have I been sending to these thoughts?”
Perhaps you’ve been spending too much time thinking about other people’s stuff or what you don’t like or don’t want for yourself. Try turning your attention to yourself and things that bring you joy instead. If it’s hard, keep refocusing. This is one of those times when faking it till you make it may be the only way to repair your priorities.
“I decide to move my attention and focus on what I want, rather than on what I don’t want.”
Step Seven: Clarify a positive vision that includes your true priorities.
Use this Circle to help you put together a positive vision of how your life could be if the problem was repaired. Fill it in with sights, sounds, tastes, smells and feelings that support your health, wealth and well-being.
“What do I really want to bring into reality?”
Step Eight: Focus your attention on your Highest Good.
Once you have your vision, do you want to send your energy to that instead? If so, place your vision at the center of this Circle and focus your attention in towards the center, like a bull’s eye – both crossed and uncrossed!
Step Nine: Clear away projections.
Now that you’ve refocused, you may become aware of some projections that are interfering with you.
Are projections causing some of your difficulties?
Relax with Parrot Medicine and imagine you can ‘pop’ those projections like balloons. Or, you may want to imagine a house of mirrors and you can shatter the mirrors until the whole projection is dispelled.
Step Ten: What are things that you can do for yourself now that will lay the foundation for continued growth toward the good?
Make a list.
Step Eleven: Evaluate the choices you’re making.
Are these your true priorities? Is there an order? Do they work together for effective repair?
Step Twelve: Take a look at your agreements regarding this situation.
Now that you have clarity, it’s good to release any agreements with what you’re leaving behind – including all those distractions, conflicts, confusion, obstacles, frustrations, etc…
Release your agreement to pay attention to unproductive thoughts, people or activities that are a waste of time.
What else might you need to let go of or renegotiate for yourself?
What new agreements would you like to make with yourself?
Step Thirteen: Dissolve any old patterns that you need to let go of.
Be sure you consciously send them up to the light where they can be purified. We don’t want to burden Mother Earth with our mental and emotional debris anymore!
Keep sending all that debris to the Light until your mind is clear and your heart feels light and free.
Step Fourteen: Once you feel clear, close the doors and pathways to past disharmony and disrepair.
Your unconscious mind knows what things are helpful and what things are harmful to your body, mind and spirit. Imagine that the doors in your mind are now closing all harmful pathways that lead to danger, distractions or wasted time and effort. See the openings disappear, as if they were never there.
“All harmful pathways are sealed and healed.”
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”
Step Fifteen: Finish the game by empowering your ability to repair your priorities and reform how you’re using your energy!
Connect with the energy of joy and gratitude and use it to empower your new priority!

Karmic Entanglements With Adversity

Welcome to our Transformation Game for clearing karmic entanglements that tap into the Tarot card, Nine of Swords and the I Ching Hexagram #47 ADVERSITY.

This game operates like regression therapy. You will have the opportunity to clear karmic entanglements that have outlived their purpose and become a burden to your evolution.
It’s important to clear all Soul Contracts and agreements. If they aren’t resolved completely, the karma is still entangled and your mental continuum continues to behave as if the agreement were still in force. This causes a lot of unnecessary suffering for you and those around you.
What Are Karmic Entanglements?
Let me give you an example: A woman who was having trouble feeling settled in her life decided to try playing the game. While going through it, she glimpsed impressions from another life, seeing bare feet and a beat up old suitcase. Later on while she was dreaming, she saw herself clearly living a past life as a Hungarian orphan in Nazi Germany.
In her dream of that life, she was continually used as a slave and moved from place to place without being able to feel safe. She was eventually turned in to a work camp and lost her life without having any control at all.
As the woman brought herself back into her present life, she realized she was still operating under the cultural agreements that were in force back at that time.
Through the safety of this simple Transformation Game, she could release the shame, guilt and collective karma that was forced upon her. Gently, it brought her patterns of lack and uncertainty into consciousness so that she could relax and choose to move into a happier, more productive life.
Easy Steps to Play the Game:
- Select an issue that’s causing a blockage in your mental continuum. Use it as a springboard to accelerate your spiritual growth and prepare you for your next step on your healing journey.
- Follow directions to release your connection to negative influences from the past.
- Read each step with its question or affirmation, one at a time.
- Think about it while looking with a soft gaze at the Intuitive Learning Circle that goes with it. Make notes about the answers you get. That information will help you unravel your entanglement effectively.
- Remember to RELAX! The Circles and symbols help you to access a light hypnotic trance where you can access your karmic history and gently clear harmful entanglements so you can make room for positive, proactive change.

MIND BODY INTEGRATION
For best results, look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.
When you gaze softly at the Intuitive Learning Circles, you are using self-hypnosis to clear out interference and reorganize how you use your energy. You may experience subtle energies running through you, or the Circles may move, rotate or even change color. That means that they’re working! Just keep breathing and relax.
When you release your agreement with negative karma, fear or falsehood, you could be detaching from old family patterns, outdated religious vows, or even a larger, collective entanglements like racial slavery. Not only will you feel better in the days and weeks that follow, you’ll be clearing away obstacles to happiness!
So, let’s get started!
Step One:
Empower your ability to respond and detach from the ADVERSITY and karmic entanglements in an effective, peaceful way. Use Divine Connection from Soul Prayer Charts to tap into the personal power that comes from your Source.
“I exist and am empowered to control my actions for my protection and benefit.”
“I am empowered to detach from the ADVERSITY and come from a place of Gratitude and Joy.”
“I decide to set my karma right and use it to help, rather than hurt me.”
“I enjoy empowering Balanced Prosperity in the New Paradigm.”
Step Two:
An upset mind tends to focus on problems and what’s going wrong, rather than what could help. Use Kuan Yin’s Feng Shui Mandala to set a new destination in your mind that will lead you away from ADVERSITY and towards Balanced Prosperity that works in alignment with Nature.
You might want to check and see if all aspects of your Essential Self are willing and able to make this new choice.
Step Three:
This Intuitive Learning Circle accesses agreements being held deep within your nervous system. Using it, you can release karmic agreements you may have with others that keep you entangled with them.
To let go, start at the bottom of the line and the bottom of your spine. As you move up, you can imagine locks unlocking – freeing each vertebrae from the chains of outdated, oppressive agreements – all the way up to the top of your spine. Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed.
“I release all cultural agreements to run my life through the delusions
and distractions of the ego.” – include harmful patterns such as greed, fear, racism, violence, sexism, hatred and prejudice.
“I stop defining myself and my self-worth through external sources.”
“I release any vow, debt, curse or obligation that’s secretly controlling me.”
“I release my original agreement with success, failure and ___________,” etc.
Please note: As you progress through this game, It’s important to clear all Soul Contracts, so be prepared too come back to this step as many times as you need to. If key agreements aren’t resolved completely, the karma is still entangled and your mental continuum continues to behave as if the agreement were still in force. This causes a lot of unnecessary suffering for you and those around you.
“I decide to source my responses from a place of Joy and Gratitude rather than greed, fear or vengeance.”
“I release any agreements to buy into conflicts, fear and confusion.”
“I release my agreements to be motivated by greed, resentment, revenge and ________________,” etc.
Step Four:
Before you move on, relax with this symbol for a few minutes to help you integrate the generative and protective flow of energy of the New Paradigm into your personal garden.
“I close down any harmful energy flows from the past.”
“I am open and clear to receive generative life force.”
“I connect to the new, life affirming channels of communication to help me manifest my personal dream.”
Step Five:
Are you tapping into beneficial energy that will support you and your experiences? Gaze softly at Butterfly Medicine to help you tap into a more nourishing connection with your environment.
“I utilize beneficial energy from my environment to nourish myself and create my experience.”
“I intend to create joyful and life affirming experiences and learn from them.”
Step Six:
This is an imprint for “Common Ground for the Common Good” based on equality, co-operation and balanced prosperity.
This template encourages us to work with Nature to create life, rather than against her.
If you meditate on this image, your mind can get a better grasp of how to reorganize your energy to embrace Balanced Prosperity rather than ADVERSITY.
“I pull myself back and out of this experience of ADVERSITY. I am present and able to ground in Common Ground for the Common Good.”
“I reclaim my relationship with Nature and work with her, rather than against her.”
Step Seven:
Use Stingray Medicine to help you identify any low vibrations of ADVERSITY that are still hanging out in your energy field.
Do you notice a low vibration or harmful energy that makes you feel uneasy, unsafe or interferes with your ability to be happy and healthy?
Is any part of you still resonating with that energy?
The next few steps will help you to detach from it…
Step Eight:
Are any parts of you still stuck? Could you be tapping into other people’s pain?If so, Condor Medicine can help set you free. Relax with this Circle and bring your attention to the sensation of “stuckness.” Once you find it, imagine it’s like a chunk of ice on the sidewalk and that the heat of the Sun is melting it away until it has completely disappeared.
Once it’s gone, there may be others. Keep crossing and uncrossing over the midline of your body until all the pieces of ice have melted away and the sidewalk is clear.
Step Nine:
In cases of ADVERSITY, it often happens that aspects of the Soul have gotten lost in emotional trauma or fragmented and displaced in the astral fields of the Collective Unconscious.
Reclaim the Lost Self from Soul Prayer Charts will help you re-associate missing parts of your Soul or Essential Self. This affirmation will help:
“I am whole and have integrity.”
As you gaze softly at the Chart, call everything that belongs to you back to you in this place and time.
Do this both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of the body.
Step Ten:
To process, it will help you to become aware of the thoughts and energies behind what you’re experiencing.
Use Mosquito Medicine to gather past thoughts and beliefs about this situation.
Are the thoughts your own?
Are you tapping into someone else’s thoughts or emotions in any way? Some of both?
Can you tell what the nature of those thoughts are?
Do you need to go back and release any agreements about what you just discovered?
Step Eleven:
What do you need to do to pull yourself out of past harmful experiences that’s causing you harm?
Use Wasp Medicine to help you pull your energy back to where you are in the present.
Is there anything that you still need to learn from this experience of ADVERSITY?
Step Twelve:
The collective behavior of society has a huge influence over automatic behaviors, however, you can decide to stop buying into them. Bring those unconscious behaviors out of the shadows so that you can release and replace them with more preferred decisions.
Gaze softly at Llama’s Circle and gently synchronize the wheels turning in your mind. Some gears may need to come out completely.
“I decide to set my karma right and use it to help, rather than hurt me.”
“I decide to let go of false ideas and premises.”
“I learn from my mistakes so I can turn adverse situations around.”
“I decide to create success and Balanced Prosperity rather than Adversity.”
Step Thirteen:
Now that your energy is clear, take a few minutes with Starlight Medicine to center yourself. This affirmation works well:
“I am inside of my body. Everything else is out side of me.”
Once you feel centered, reinforce :
“Rather than ADVERSITY, I would rather organize my energy to create Balanced Prosperity.”
Place the mandala in the center, open space of the Circle and allow your mind to reorganize itself for a few minutes, both crossed and uncrossed.
Step Fourteen:
Are you currently using your karma to create what you just came to? If not, take a few minutes to sort things out.
“I stop using my energy and karma to feed ADVERSITY. I release any commitment I had to feed it, store it or internalize it.”
“I take ownership of my own karma and make a commitment to utilize it for the benefit of my heart’s desire and Soul’s purpose instead.”
Step Fifteen:
Continue sorting things out by tending your own karma and allowing others to handle theirs. Imagine that you can untangle from other people’s emotions and return their issues and karma by surrendering them to the Light. That way they can find healing.
“I release other people’s karma to the Light. To each their own.”
“I tend to my own karma instead and clear my burdens by sending karmic seeds of ADVERSITY to the Light for purification.”
Step Sixteen:
It’s time to make certain your karma is properly planted in your own personal garden that lives in your heart using Sacred Garden Medicine.
“I utilize beneficial energy from my environment to nourish myself and create my experience.”
“I intend to create joyful, life affirming experiences and learn from them.”
Step Seventeen:
Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to send the mental and emotional patterns of ADVERSITY to the Light to be purified. Include societal blueprints related to harmful business practices, sexism, racism, violence and hopelessness.
Then, surrender the cultural patterns you’ve been using to take on other people’s issues or intrude on other people’s business.
Please note: It’s time to stop sending destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!
Step Eighteen:
Bring closure to the karma by closing any pathways that lead back to the past or the collective pattern of ADVERSITY.
“All holes are sealed and healed.
I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”
Seal and heal all remaining pathways that are open between you and the entanglements associated with ADVERSITY and ignorance.
Congratulations! You’re ready to approach your situation more objectively, with a different perspective – without all those karmic entanglements!
Your new awareness makes it more possible for miracles to occur! Be sure to take some time to integrate. Go for a walk. Enjoy the healing that comes from Nature.
*Please note that we are all infinite beings in an infinite universe – as new circumstances or events change, we may encounter new karmic entanglements and Soul Contracts, even with the same people we just cleared. However, you can use this process as many times as you need to.
