If you are someone who easily gets overstimulated or have learning difficulties that interfere with your ability to focus, here is my personal list of Mind Exercises for managing anxiety.
By calming your thinking down and tuning into your inner guidance through the Intuitive Learning Circles, it’s all lot easier to set yourself up for a genuinely successful outcome.
I was raised in a time before ADD, ADHD or Dyslexia had names. In the fifties and early sixties, kids like me didn’t have learning difficulties, we were simply labelled slow, troublemakers or stupid. Judging from the amount of time I spent in the principle’s office, I was probably put into the troublemaker category pretty early on!
Learning Difficulties: The Genius of Thinking Differently
I remember when I was just beginning to learn how to write my name in cursive. I was trying to figure out which hand worked better making all those loops and curly-ques. While experimenting with my left hand, my second grade teacher came over to me and plucked the pencil right out of my hand. “You don’t want to use that hand,” she barked, “only bad people are left handed.”
I didn’t like that teacher much so, at that moment I made a decision. I was going to be left-handed just to spite her! Like any choice, the decision I made had its downsides. For example, I’ve learned over time that being motivated out of spite and anger does nothing to help my level of happiness. On the upside . To this day, I am quasi-ambidextrous – I write with my left hand and do just about everything else with my right.

In the first half of my life, it was important to be right about how unfairly I was treated. For me, being “right” masqueraded as being powerful and justified my anger. And yet, as time went by, the malaise of distrust, dissatisfaction and unhappiness continued to engulf me. began to turn against me.I know that most of the time, advice from teachers, family and friends was meant to help. They just couldn’t understand why I was so unhappy and didn’t know how to help me.
Much later in life, I started to accept that doing things the way that other people did them just wasn’t going to work for me. I eventually came to realize that my unhappiness had a lot to do with what I was paying attention to and how I was treating myself.
Later on in life, I decided that it was more important to be happy than to be right. I decided to listen to my discomfort rather than fight with it. When I changed my response I found myself, my voice and my peace of mind. Not all at once, but over time and gentle patience.
I stopped being so hard on myself and started to embrace the things that came naturally to me. I went into bodywork and somatic education together with hypnotherapy, Reiki and mind/body energy work. I began to experience a satisfaction and success that I had never known before. Finally, I was allowing the way I was wired to stimulate new ways of thinking and being in the world!
I set to work learning about and putting together techniques from many different disciplines to help me and my clients, many of whom were highly sensitive people with similar issues. I developed a whole system of tools for better focus and concentration using muscle testing. I’ve also found that they can help with emotional healing, reducing stress and providing a way to activate advanced states of intuition and creativity.
Taking back your power is an essential part of developing human potential.
The mind looks for what it has agreements to look for. If we want to create peaceful and coherent minds, we need to train ourselves to look for it. Our agreements with this selection of games are:

With the Intuitive Learning Circle method, you will work with these new agreements to create a new relationship with yourself. You’ll be using the symbols and the questions or answers that go with them to gather unconscious information, organize awareness and illuminate solutions that come directly from your Soul. You are in charge and can become your own best friend!
Intro ~
Start by Clearing Up Your Blind Spots ~
Find out how the the Intuitive Learning Circles work by experiencing a short exercise for focusing your attention, energy and senses. This is a great place to start – not only because it’s a great introduction to this work – but also because it can help you clear up an important blind spot that’s blocking your awareness.
Introducing the SOS Symbol:
This is the SOS symbol that we use for the Soul Oriented Solutions processes. When you gaze softly at it (let your eyes relax) it can help you make choices, fine tune your intuition and listen to your gut instincts – even if you’re stressed out.
Once you’ve relaxed with it a bit, go through the list of four categories below and then, ask your gut instinct for a number between 1 and 8 to help you select the specific protocol that’s best for your situation.
Caution: Be sure to take it slowly. This kind of work can be deceptively powerful. Be sure to get plenty of rest, drink adequate water and eat healthy. You can take a hot epsom salt bath or get some gentle exercise.
Make sure your energy is well settled before you go through another exercise.
1. Retrain Your Mind to Go for Joy ~
Stopping the critical mind before it starts it’s shame and blame requires training. We try so hard to win, to look good, to escape punishment or to be “right.” Sadly, many of us are taught that we’re supposed to be perfect, so that’s what we’ve trained the mind to go for. What if we could learn to go for Joy instead?
2. Clear Distractions From Your Mind ~
If you are someone who easily gets overstimulated or have learning difficulties that interfere with your ability to focus, Tutorial VI from Gifts from the Rainforest will provide a more creative and instinctual approach to help your productivity.
3. Setting Clear Boundaries for a Busy Mind ~
This visual meditation from our RESOLVE Ebook provides a quick framework for recovering mental balance and refocusing attention when you’re feeling scattered or out of sync. Going through a quick “game” calms the emotional centers of your brain and opens up new neural pathways for clear focus and boundaries, which significantly reduces stress and increases clarity.
4. Access Intuitive Guidance for Decisive Action ~
You can use the Circles to help you work out what decisions are best for you to make under your current circumstances. Tutorial IX from Gifts from the Rainforest will help you center yourself and establish objectivity, especially if you’re all up in your head or have experienced a recent trauma. By calming your thinking down and tuning into your inner guidance, it’s all lot easier to set yourself up for a genuinely successful outcome.
5. Learn to Trust Your Gut Instincts ~
People say that being present is super important and it’s true. Yet so often, it’s much easier said than done. If you’re jumping ahead of yourself and need to stay present, this particular exercise is especially useful when you’re experiencing performance anxiety.
6. Managing Anxiety about Success ~
If you have been conditioned to be afraid or negative by experiences early on in life, you may have trouble knowing how to handle what to do when things are going well. The way you view yourself and what you think you’re capable of is colored by habitual behaviors learned in early love relationships as well as childhood experiences. You may simply be dealing with an old program or you could be struggling with more serious entanglements with hatred and other destructive tendencies.
7. Simplify Your Life ~
This Transformation Game is a more advanced process made up of Intuitive Learning Circles, pertinent questions and positive affirmations that will give you a new perspective activate your heart wisdom and help you ADAPT to a simpler mindset by clearing up mental and emotional clutter. When life has become too complicated or you’re trying to do too many things, this is your go- to game.
8. Managing Stress That’s Connected to Herd Mentality ~
This Transformation Game can help you let go of anxiety about what other people think about you. Being clear about what’s true for you as opposed to what the social herd mind thinks is it’s own reward.

Chakra Clearing for Electromagnetic Stress
and several additional chakras that will activate a stronger connection to your Spirit above and to Mother Earth below! We’re going to use Reiki Chakra Keys to help you clear electromagnetic stress and other pathogens from your energy system while you balance the polarity of each chakra for increased energy and correct function in the New Paradigm.

This is a great healing meditation to do while moving or stretching. I often go through it while I’m walking a treadmill or riding a recumbent bike. Because of the increased smoke, debris and pathogens in the atmosphere, I‘ve been guided to go through it on an “as needed” basis.
Self-care Formula: Clearing the Polarity of Your Chakras ~
There are hundreds of chakras located throughout the human body. Aside from the seven basic chakras that are well known, there are secondary spiritual chakras activating new levels of consciousness and essential chakras that govern the proper functioning of your body. That means every organ, gland and joint has at least one chakra. When the polarity of one or more chakras go out of sync with the others, you may feel unstable or off balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
A common sign that you might need this formula would be if your electronics start going haywire. Your own unstable polarity could be interacting with your equipment! If you’re a highly sensitive person like me, you might want to go through it as a daily self-care routine…
Electromagnetic stress and virus’s like RSV or the Coronavirus can also cause the chakras to go out of balance.
When you spend a lot of time around technology, it’s easy to build up a toxic load of EMF’s in your energy system. As a Medical Intuitive, I see this process beginning when electro-magnetic debris starts zapping around and jamming up the flow of energy in the chakras. If this “shock to the system” isn’t cleared regularly, a person can experience what’s known as electro-magnetic poisoning. The online magazine, Healthline lists possible reactions to EMF’s. Although the symptoms are vague and hard to diagnose, people suffering from electro-magnetic poisoning can experience significant disturbances in their mental health and physical wellbeing.
So, how can we expel toxins and electromagnetic stress?
First, you want to make sure that your energy system is cleared of all the little “shocks” and fixations.
- On a mental level, these fixations often show up as worry or fragmented thinking.
- Emotionally, you can get stuck in a low vibration, like fear.
- On a physical level, the fixations show up as chronic tension derived from conflicts we’re holding onto.
- Spiritually, you might be clinging to rigid, limiting beliefs that prevent you from being open to new alternatives.
If you’ve been feeling stuck in any of these ways, this exercise could help.
Preparations for Clearing Electromagnetic Stress:
To shake those fixations up a bit, imagine that you can use Condor’s Intuitive Learning Circle to help you relax. Take a few deep breaths and gaze softly into the center of the Circle. See if you can imagine all the lines going in towards the center going loose and limp. Or you could visualize an iceberg of tension melting away. Let these positive affirmations help you:
“I relax and release chronic tension from my body. My shoulders are dropped. My jaw is relaxed.”
“I soften my thoughts around extremes or rigid behavior.”
“I relax and melt away the fear and tension to the best of my ability.”
Take your time and move around if you feel the need. Be sure to breathe deeply and often!
Once you’ve done that, you should feel your system beginning to relax. Next, set a simple intention about polarity. For example:
“This is a clearing for me to balance my chakra system so that it’s flowing in harmony with my Soul and life affirming polarity.”
Adapt to Changes in the Elements
The old, Piscean (Water) Age is gone and we’re all learning to adapt to the new energy flow of the Aquarian (Air) Age. In general, that means energy is moving much faster, lighter, quicker and more directly than we’re used to and our subtle energy systems need to adapt.
To utilize the new protective and generative channels in the new Air energy, take a few minutes and gently meditate on the Divine Protection symbol below. If you like, you can think of it like installing a new “filter” into your chakras. These affirmations will help:
“I am flexible and open to receive generative life force.”
“I use Divine Protection to facilitate effective energy flow.”
Once you’ve got that, you’re ready to access new channels of communication. Visualize all the communications lines coming together into the center spoke of the circle.
Feel free to refer to this symbol whenever you get stuck or feel the need to breathe.
Directions for Using the Keys:
Start going through the Reiki Chakra Keys for each chakra in the order laid out below. Spend approximately a minute or two meditating on each symbol. The Keys help you to shift harmful polarity and let go of electro-magnetic static and poisoning. I use them with Reiki to move static and toxic viral energies out and away to the Light!
You’ll probably feel a lot of energy moving. That’s all right, it simply means the symbols are working to cleanse toxins out of your chakras and then balance them.
As you meditate on each Key, consciously visualize the toxic energy clearing out and going to the Sun. That way, you can be sure that you’re not dumping debris on others or our precious Earth. You will know you’re done when the energy calms down. Then you can move on to the next Key. At the end of the sequence, additional Circles from Soul Prayer Charts will help you get your energy settled and grounded.
Please note: It’s time to stop sending destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not chaos and death!
So, let’s get started with Part One of the Clearing!
Begin with the Fourth Chakra Key (Heart):
Think about someone or something that you love very much. Feel that tender feeling in the center of your chest. That is where the Fourth Chakra is located and its energy radiates out, like a star with positive “Yang” energy.
A balanced and clear Fourth Chakra vibrates with the color GREEN. This is the center of your Being and the focal point for a healthy chakra system in the New Paradigm. It’s often called the Heart Chakra (please note that you have other chakras that bring energy in and out of your actual physical heart and their polarity generally runs more Yin or receptive). To balance the polarity in your 4th chakra, gaze at the Circle while using this affirmation:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
Visualize any toxins or electromagnetic debris going to the Light.
The Fifth Chakra:
Next, gaze at the Fifth Chakra Key for the chakra located at your Throat:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Fifth Chakra vibrates with the color BLUE. Visualize any blockages or heaviness going to the Sun.
Sixth Chakra or Third Eye:
Continue with the Sixth Chakra Key for your Third Eye at the center of your forehead:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Sixth Chakra vibrates with the color PURPLE. Send toxic energy out and to the Sun.
This is a good opportunity to activate a healing energy known as “the Violet Flame.” This gift from Divine Mother is activated in the Third Eye and is especially effective for gently clearing out toxic metals, debris and chemicals.
“I utilize the divine healing grace of the Violet Flame for my highest good.”
Take several minutes to scroll back and forth between the Sixth Chakra and this symbol. With enough time and patience, it’ll start moving stagnant energy out of the chakra, even if it’s gotten very clogged up.
Once you’ve activated the Violet Flame, you can use it to help you gently clear toxins out of your entire system and it works especially well with Reiki energy!
At the top of your head is the Seventh Chakra Key, often called the Crown Chakra:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Seventh Chakra vibrates with the color WHITE. Feel the toxic energy moving up, out of the Crown Chakra like a fountain and going to the Sun. Continue until you feel calm and stable.
Connect with the Soul Chakra:
Keep moving up now and imagine an energy center located about 2″ up from the top of your Crown Chakra. This is what I call your Soul Chakra and it connects you with your Soul energy coming from the Divine Mind:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Soul Chakra vibrates with your unique SOUL COLOR. Let the positive energy of your Soul calm and strengthen your entire system. It helps for you to think about activities and things you’ve created that fill you with joy!
Your Divine Mind Chakra:
Just above your Soul Chakra is the Divine Mind Chakra, which transmits Divine Love energy through your unique connection with Divine Source.
“I connect with my Divine Mind Chakra to receive pure, Source energy.”
Depolarize your Life Path Chakras:
These chakras are positioned on either side of the Crown Chakra about one inch out and carry your potential coming into this lifetime.
“These chakras flow with positive, life affirming polarity.”
When the polarity between these two chakras are positive and balanced, a treasure chest of gifts is unlocked that can help you on your path. Keep breathing!
Dissolve Destructive Blueprints:
Use this symbol to help you surrender any mental/emotional patterns that may be blocking positive energy.
Consciously relax and then tune in for a minute. Visualize the toxic energy clearing out of you and going to the Light.
Please note: It’s time to stop sending destructive or toxic energies down into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!
You will know you’re done when the energy calms down. Then you can move on to the second part of the clearing!
Part Two:
Open the Third Chakra:
Now that you’ve balanced the upper chakras, let’s move down to the center of your body to the Third Chakra, located at your solar plexus (the soft area where your ribs go up):
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Third Chakra vibrates with the color YELLOW. Remember to let the chakra relax and release any stuck or fixated energy, sending it to the Light. It may take a while for the chakra to repair itself if there’s been a lot of damage.
The Second Chakra:
About 2″ below your navel is the Second Chakra. It’s also known as the Spleen Chakra because of its deep connections with emotions, nourishment and immunity. View this symbol to help you adapt to the appropriate structure, function and connectivity needed for your health at this time:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Second Chakra resonates with the color ORANGE. Visualize any toxic energy or entanglements going to the Light.
Clear your First Chakra:
This one is located at the base of your pelvis (sometimes called the Root or Sacral chakra). When there is a problem here, you could be holding onto particularly destructive here. It may be time for you to release some old connections to harmful patterns from the past:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Root Chakra vibrates with the color RED. Visualize any heaviness, illness or toxic energy expelling to the Light.
Find the Earth Chakra:
Now it’s time to connect with the Earth Chakra, located directly below your feet. This chakra connects you with common ground for the common good or the New Paradigm.
“I connect with Mother Earth and am grounded in life nourishing energy.”
A balanced and clear Earth Chakra vibrates with your unique energy signature or Soul Color. Consciously feel your feet joyously connecting to the ground.
Access Divine Protection in the New Paradigm:
Before you finish, use this Chart for Divine Protection to close harmful energy channels from the past. Then, let it help you adapt to the new energy channels that affirm life through the Element of Air. Stay with it until you feel centered and protected with beneficial energy flowing through you.
Once you’ve got that, you’re ready to access new channels of communication. Visualize all the communications lines coming together into the center spoke of the circle.
The Hara Lines:
As we finish this clearing, let’s strengthen the hara lines that connect all the chakras, like a beautiful web of life.
“The hara lines between my chakras are mending, healing and strengthening.”
Imagine that these tiny lines are healing themselves throughout your body and reorganizing around optimal health.
Make Repairs to your Auras:
Finally, take several minutes to let the auras around your body repair and refocus themselves. Imagine that Violet Flame is moving all that debris out and to the Light!
“I repair and refocus my auras.”
“My auric field is strong and organized to create, sustain and protect my health and spiritual autonomy.”
Congratulations!
You’ve balanced the polarity of the seven primary chakras and connected additional chakras that will enhance your health, intuition, personal growth and creativity. Now, your energy will be much clearer – more stable and grounded. Remember, a person whose energy is balanced and grounded benefits everyone. Be sure to take some time to relax and rest.
Go through this process as often as you need to. Let it help you stabilize from extreme weather events and other changes in the Universe.

A Transformation Game for Handling Karmic Entanglements ~

Transformation Games can help you to identify problems, navigate change and clarify what’s really important to you. Simply relax and gaze at the Intuitive Learning Circles while contemplating the accompanying questions and positive affirmations. Let them help you clear karmic entanglements that pull you into harmful situations.
Relax and follow the directions… your intuition will come forward and give you the help that you seek!
Welcome to our Transformation Game for clearing karmic entanglements that tap into the Tarot card, Nine of Swords and the I Ching Hexagram #47 ADVERSITY.

This process is much like a past life regression. You will have the opportunity to clear karmic entanglements that have outlived their purpose and become a burden to your evolution.
It’s important to clear all Soul Contracts and agreements. If they aren’t resolved completely, the karma is still entangled and your mental continuum continues to behave as if the agreement were still in force. This causes a lot of unnecessary suffering for you and those around you.
What Are Karmic Entanglements?
Let me give you an example: A woman who was having trouble feeling settled in her life decided to try playing the game. While going through it, she glimpsed impressions from another life, seeing bare feet and a beat up old suitcase. Later on while she was dreaming, she saw herself clearly living a past life as a Hungarian orphan in Nazi Germany.
In her dream of that life, she was continually used as a slave and moved from place to place without being able to feel safe. She was eventually turned in to a work camp and lost her life without having any control at all.
As the woman brought herself back into her present life, she realized she was still operating under the cultural agreements that were in force back at that time.
Through the safety of this simple Transformation Game, she could release the shame, guilt and collective karma that was forced upon her. Gently, it brought her patterns of lack and uncertainty into consciousness so that she could relax and choose to move into a happier, more productive life.
Easy Steps to Play the Game:
- Select an issue that’s causing a blockage in your mental continuum. Use it as a springboard to accelerate your spiritual growth and prepare you for your next step on your healing journey.
- Follow directions to release your connection to negative influences from the past.
- Read each step with its question or affirmation, one at a time.
- Think about it while looking with a soft gaze at the Intuitive Learning Circle that goes with it. Make notes about the answers you get. That information will help you unravel your entanglement effectively.
- Remember to RELAX! The Circles and symbols help you to access a light hypnotic trance where you can access your akashic records and gently clear harmful karmic entanglements so you can make room for positive, proactive change.

MIND BODY INTEGRATION
For best results, look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.
When you gaze softly at the Intuitive Learning Circles, you are using self-hypnosis to clear out interference and reorganize how you use your energy. You may experience subtle energies running through you, or the Circles may move, rotate or even change color. That means that they’re working! Just keep breathing and relax. When you release your agreement with negative karma, fear or falsehood, you could be detaching from old family patterns, outdated religious vows, or even a larger, collective entanglement like racial slavery. Not only will you feel better in the days and weeks that follow, you’ll be clearing away obstacles to happiness!
So, let’s get started!
Step One:
What is a situation in your life that is causing you adversity? Gaze softly at the Circle below and relax as you contemplate the thoughts that come…
“What is harming me? What do I find particularly upsetting?”
Are you taking this too personally? If so, would you like to let it go?
Remember to make notes, even if they don’t make sense at first.
Step Two:
As you gaze at this symbol, imagine that you’re scanning for information in your unconscious mind.
“Is this situation interfering with me on a karmic level?”
“Am I interfering with others on a karmic level?”
“Am I taking on karma from others?”
“Is this actually my issue? Someone else’s? Is this a collective pattern? Am I willing to let it go?”
Step Three:
It can help to identify the possible players in your entanglement more clearly. Use Snake medicine to help you call the information out from your unconscious mind…
“Can I tell who might be involved with this situation?”
Step Four:
Use this Intuitive Learning Circle that accesses agreements being held deep within your nervous system. With it, you can release karmic agreements you may have with others that keep you entangled with them. Imagine that the agreements are like contracts being thrown into a violet flame where they can burn up and diffuse the situation safely.
“I release all cultural agreements that connect me with harmful patterns such as racism, sexism, hatred, death and prejudice.”
“I release any vow, debt, curse or obligation that is secretly affecting me.”
“I let go of any judgement, shame, blame or self-harm I’m unwittingly participating in.”
“I release my agreements with ________________,” etc.
“I decide to source my responses from a place of Joy and Gratitude rather than greed, fear or vengeance.”
Step Five:
Now it’s time to become aware of the thoughts and energies behind what you’re experiencing.
Use Mosquito Medicine to gather past thoughts and beliefs about this situation.
Are the thoughts your own?
Are you tapping into someone else’s thoughts or emotions in any way? Some of both?
Can you tell what the nature of those thoughts are?
Do you need to go back and release any agreements about what you just discovered?
Are you resonating with an energy that’s causing you harm?

Step Six:
Are you tapping into beneficial energy that will support you and your experiences? Gaze softly at Butterfly Medicine to help you tap into a more nourishing connection with your environment.

Step Seven:
If there are any parts of you that are still hanging out in that harmful experience, use Wasp Medicine to pull yourself out of that space completely.

“I take ownership for my true experiences and learn from them.”
Step Eight:
Are any parts of you still stuck? Could you be tapping into other people’s pain?If so, Condor Medicine can help set you free. Relax with this Circle and bring your attention to the sensation of “stuckness.” Once you find it, imagine it’s like an iceberg in the ocean and that the heat of the Sun is melting it away until it has completely disappeared.
Once it’s gone, there may be others. Keep crossing and uncrossing over the midline of your body until all the icebergs have melted away and the ocean is clear sailing.
Step Nine:
Empower your ability to respond and detach from the ADVERSITY and karmic entanglements in an effective, peaceful way. Use Divine Connection from Soul Prayer Charts to connect in with the personal power that comes from your Source.
“I exist and am empowered to control my actions for my protection and benefit.”
“I come from a place of Gratitude and Joy, rather than fear, greed or vengeance.”
“I am empowered to detach from the ADVERSITY and the ways that I am entangled with it.”
“I decide to set my karma right and use it to help, rather than hurt me.”
“I learn from my mistakes and turn it around.”
Step Ten:
Use Early Morning Storm Medicine to visualize a clear slate.
“I detach from the ADVERSITY and the ways that I perpetuate it.”
“I move forward with joy and gratitude, rather than wallowing in fear or adversity.”
You may need some help from The Essential Human (1 – 42) or Divine Nature Activated (1 – 73) to clear away the shadows completely.
Going through this process will help you draw on the kinds of spiritual / emotional ingredients that will redirect your energy towards creating true joy, freedom and prosperity that’s manifested through gratitude rather than greed.
Step Eleven:
Now that your energy is clear, take a few minutes with Starlight Medicine to center yourself. This affirmation works well:
“I am inside of my body. Everything else is out side of me.”
Once you feel centered, ask yourself:
“Rather than ADVERSITY, what would I rather organize my karma to create?”
Place the answer that comes from your Soul in the center, open space of the Circle and allow your mind to reorganize itself for a few minutes, both crossed and uncrossed.
Step Twelve:
Are you currently using your karma to create what you just came to? If not, take a few minutes to sort things out.
“I detach my energy and karma from this karmic entanglement. I release any commitment I had to feed it, store it or utilize it.”
“I take ownership of my own karma and make a commitment to utilize it for the benefit of my Soul’s purpose instead.”
Step Thirteen:
Continue sorting things out by tending your own karma and allowing others to handle theirs. Imagine that you can untangle from other people’s emotions and return their issues and karma by surrendering them to the Light. That way they can find healing.
“I release other people’s karma to the Light. To each their own.”
“I tend to my own karma instead and clear my burdens by sending karmic seeds of ADVERSITY to the Light for purification.”
Step Fourteen:
It’s time to make certain your karma is properly placed in your own personal garden that lives in your heart using Sacred Garden Medicine.
“I utilize beneficial energy from my environment to nourish myself and create my experience.”
“I intend to create joyful, life affirming experiences and learn from them.”
Step Fifteen:
Before you move on, relax with this symbol for a few minutes to help you integrate the generative and protective flow of energy of the New Paradigm into your personal garden.
“I close down any harmful energy flows from the past.”
“I am open and clear to receive generative life force.”
“I connect to the new, life affirming channels of communication to help me manifest my personal dream.”
Step Sixteen:
Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to send the mental and emotional patterns of ADVERSITY to the Light to be purified. Include societal blueprints related to sexism, racism, violence and hopelessness.
Then, surrender the cultural patterns you’ve been using to take on other people’s issues or intrude on other people’s business.
Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!
Step Seventeen:
Bring closure to the karma by closing any pathways that lead back to the past or the collective pattern of ADVERSITY.
“All holes are sealed and healed.
I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”
Congratulations! You’re ready to approach your situation more objectively, with a different perspective – without all those karmic entanglements!
If you like, you can optimize this process by consciously shifting your focus to what you want to do now. Use the following sequence of Circles to help you. Simply gather your energy into the center of each Circle to facilitate the change:
“I focus my thoughts on productive activities that are in my positive self interest.”
“I connect to balanced prosperity, which is flexible and adapts to what is.”
“I forgive myself completely and reclaim my innocence.”
“I forgive others so I can move beyond the illusion of separation.”
Seal and heal all remaining pathways that are open between you and the entanglements associated with ADVERSITY and ignorance.
Congratulations! Your new awareness makes it more possible for miracles to occur! Be sure to take some time to integrate. Go for a walk. Enjoy the healing that comes from Nature.
*Please note that we are all infinite beings in an infinite universe – as new circumstances or events change, we may encounter new karmic entanglements and Soul Contracts, even with the same people we just cleared. However, you can use this process as many times as you need to.

Welcome to our Transformation Game about Hexagram #6 – Conflict

Sometimes the reason we’re experiencing emotional conflict is because we’re being dragged into unhealthy patterns from the past. These could be societal expectations, a family pattern or it could be an unhealthy, entangled relationship you have with your own self or another individual.
The I Ching says about CONFLICT:
“You may be facing a major disillusionment in your life as you begin to realize that what you believed to be a universal truth is only your subjective view of the situation. You will have to reconsider your premise more realistically. The need for an inner adjustment yielding a more harmonious outlook is indicated.” ~ Hexagram #6 CONFLICT, The I Ching Workbook, R. L Wing
Hexagram #52 MEDITATION has another caution about conflict, “If you attempt to force stillness upon restless desires you will only create inner conflict and resentment. This can be dangerous. Attempt internal composure through relaxation and MEDITATION.”
Quiz: Are You Experiencing Emotional Conflict?
To find out if either of these scenarios are happening for you, gaze softly at the Intuitive Learning Circle and ask yourself:
“Am I tangled up with someone else’s belief or desire?”
“Is an entanglement or misunderstanding pulling out of the present and into an old mindset filled with conflict?”
“Am I in danger of being dragged into an unhealthy trajectory that isn’t my Soul’s path?”
“Am I spending a lot of time wishing things were different and wanting to go back to ‘happier times’ when things seemed to make more sense?”
If the answer you get is”no,” that’s great! Your Soul is in charge and you’re staying grounded in the New Paradigm of equality, co-operation with Nature and balanced prosperity!
However, if the answer you get is “yes,” “maybe,” or “sometimes,” you may be losing your footing, getting confused or even worse, weakening your connection with your Soul. What can you do?
You may feel a lot of conflict over this issue or you might even have experienced a recent shock that blocks your ability to perceive things clearly. Take several deep breaths and relax while you gaze softly at this Circle to release shock and inner conflict.
“I relax and allow any tense thoughts to melt away like ice under the heat of the Sun.”
You can see an iceberg out there floating and the Sun is so bright that the iceberg starts to melt and you can see it breaking apart… until it’s completely melted away. There could easily be more than one. See them all moving around and melting into different configurations until eventually, they disappear.
“I allow my energy to loosen up and let go until the tension is completely gone.”
Mind Body Integration
The Intuitive Learning Circles work best when you look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed, so move around in what ever way you feel would be helpful.
Why? Because the brain and the body communicate with each other through one set of channels when you are uncrossed and another set when you are crossed. If you’re having trouble getting the information, you might be able to access it through movement.
Part I. Determine What’s Involved and How You Can Heal it.
1. Some Inner Conflicts Are Caused by Old Intentions that Need to be Released.
Living in the Aquarian Age is very different from the Piscean Age and you will have different priorities now. For example, sacrificing or taking on other people’s pain to heal it for them is no longer a viable pathway to healing. In the New Paradigm, you help to heal the world when you heal yourself.
If old intentions are not cleared out consciously, they can fester under the surface and interfere with what you really want to create. Help yourself now and prevent trouble later:
“I clear away unhealthy, outdated or compromising intentions.”
“I stop sending energy to other people’s intentions.”
Are there any CONFLICTING intentions that you’re inadvertently sending emotional energy to?
2. Identify Delusions and Projections that Can Cause Emotional Conflict.
Take a few moments with this Circle to relax and contemplate your situation. How are you seeing your Self in it?
Whatever comes up, does it seem like an accurate reflection of what’s really happening in the present? Ask yourself:
“Am I operating under a false idea that’s being projected onto me?”
“Am I being tempted by lies about who I am or what I really want?”
Or
“Have there been so many changes that I need to see this situation completely differently now?”
If so, use this Circle to help you burst the bubble around whatever misunderstanding or falsehood you’re dealing with. Note – There may be quite a few!
3. Identify Mistaken Ideas that Can Cause Emotional Conflict.
See if you can center yourself so you can find out exactly what’s causing problems for you right now. Gaze softly at the Circle below and imagine you’re looking at yourself objectively. Ask yourself these questions:
“What is the biggest challenge I’m facing right now?
What am I telling myself about it? Is that the truth?”
“Am I sending energy to a mistaken idea or false premise that’s interfering with my truth or ability to succeed?”
“Am I willing to ask for the very best possible outcome and receive the best possible help for achieving it?”
4. Get Specifics About this Particular Emotional Conflict.
Ask yourself if your energy is actually tangled up with someone or a group of people around this issue. If so, can you tell who it is?
Are harmful or controlling thoughts being directed towards you?
What are your impressions about how you’re entangled?
Your Soul has a unique signature that identifies you, much like when you sign your name. However, if you’ve been embroiled in a conflict for some time, the signatures of others may actually be blocking your Light and genuine intent.
As you gaze at this chart, can you see your own signature or is it unclear? Ask yourself:
“Are there any markings in my aura that are confusing me?”
If so, use this Soul Prayer Chart to help you clear away any confusing signatures – like erasing graffiti markings.
Are you giving yourself a hard time with your own thoughts or negative self-talk? If so, what is the nature of those thoughts?
If this was a book, what would it be called? Are you ready to be done with this story yet?
Is there an energy drain or harmful habit involved?
If so, close the drain down to the best of your ability.
Then, send loving, healing energy to where the drain was and fill it up completely.
Are you able to protect yourself and stay in control of your own space?
If not, release your agreement to hold space for others or old problems in your energy field.
“I clear out interference and old patterns of conflict.”
“My space is my own and my Soul is in charge of it.”
“I let go and allow others their own space.”
Is the conflict you’re concerned about affecting your health or safety? Is it affecting your ability to prosper? If so, can you tell in what way?
To resolve the conflict, is there something you need to add?
Something you need to take away?
Something that needs to be re-organized?
5. Make a Decision to Detach From Harmful Influences.
If the answers you get are distressing to you, it’s time for your Soul to either: reclaim your personal authority and detach from the conflict. Or, RESOLVE your inner conflict so that your energy can stabilize and ground in the New Paradigm.
If you need to detach, choose aspects of your Essential Self from The Essential Human using the Medicine of Early Morning Storm. Ask for numbers between 1 and 42 that need to detach.
Note – Once you’ve detached, the conflict may still be there, but you’ll be relating to it differently.
Examples: Relax and use this suggested sequence of symbols and positive affirmations from The Essential Human to help you detach…
“I decide to detach from past resentments and the conflicts they create – in the past, now and in the future.”
“I let go of the confusion around this conflict. I now choose thoughts that support my freedom and happiness.”
“I stop focusing my mind on this conflict. I now turn my attention toward helpful and productive solutions.”
“I am able to let go of harmful influences from the past. I fully accept my ability to succeed in my true intentions for myself.”
6. Decide to Reconnect with your Soul.
If you need to reclaim your authority, reconnect with your Soul and let it help you set things right.
“I decide that my Soul is now in charge. I let go of mistaken ideas, flattery, coercion, shame, blame, guilt and punishment.
I let go of the desire to take things personally or waste my energy on lies, no win situations or emotional conflicts.”
“I learn from past mistakes and they are forgiven.”
“I reclaim full connection with my Soul.”
“My Soul helps me detach from false, harmful influences and clears them away. I have full protection.”
“I follow the guidance and integrity of my Soul.”
7. Dissolve Destructive Mental and Emotional Patterns:
Imagine all those emotional conflicts and the ways you get caught up in them are like a dark storm cloud trying to surround and engulf you. This symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints will help your Soul clear the negative pattern. All you have to do is breathe and have the following intentions as you gaze softly at the image:
“I surrender all the patterns of this emotional conflict and any ways that I attach to them. I send them to the Light with Compassion.”
“I release shame, blame, falsehood, entrapment, gullibility, guilt and ____________.”
Simply see the cloud ascending up to the Light until it has disappeared into it. Then, visualize yourself standing in the middle of your own personal garden, filled with beauty and brightly colored flowers.
Please note: It’s time to stop sending destructive energies or emotions into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death or emotional conflict!
8. Say Good-bye to Old Pathways of Conflicts.
Before you go – close the doors to all that conflict so you don’t keep recycling finished business! Use these positive affirmations to help you:
“I seal and heal all pathways that lead back to conflicts, confusion, punishments and suffering.”
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”
Part II: Reclaim Your Integrity and Sense of Inner Peace.
Confirm that You’re Utilizing Your Soul’s Unique Vibration.
Return to the clarity of your Soul and allow it to connect with your true Essence, especially in your solar plexus area.
To do that, gently look at the Chart and breathe deeply. Remember a time when you were very happy and had successfully manifested an important physical goal. Notice if a particular color or felt sense comes to mind. What color or felt sense will show you the way?
Relax into it and let it integrate into your solar plexus. See if you can make it stronger and more vibrant. If so, that is your Soul Color.
“I recognize my unique color vibration.”
“I utilize it to help me maintain my integrity and healthy boundaries.”
Return to Your Best Position.
Emotional conflict could cause trouble in your Third Chakra, located at the solar plexus (in the front where your ribs go up) where your Essential Self resides.
Built up emotional toxins can leave your Essence vulnerable to energetic attack, especially if you’ve been in the habit of taking on other people’s pain.
The Essential Self may even disassociate and move to some other location because it doesn’t feel safe.
Take a minute or so to handle this with kindness. Remember that when you heal yourself, you heal the world.
Gaze softly at the Soul Star Chakra Key for chakra healing so that your Essential Self can re-open the chakra, clear out the junk and get balance again. That way, your Essence (or Psyche) will feel safe to return and access its power effectively.

Make a Heart Centered Course Correction:
Imagine that your Soul is opening your Heart center and connecting with it. Feel the light within you getting stronger and allow your Soul to make the necessary changes. This is your garden. Your way. The way that your heart is guided to create – free of this emotional conflict.
“I allow the Light in my Heart to radiate out into the World.”
Connect the Hara Lines.
Whenever working with chakras, you may need to repair and strengthen hara lines for improved communication and healing. The hara lines are like tiny webs of light that connect the chakras throughout your body. Sometimes they’re broken or damaged because of trauma, illness, toxicity or sudden changes in the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight). These affirmations will help you:
“I repair and strengthen my hara lines.”
“My chakras are connecting with my Soul through a beautiful web of light.”
“I am inside of my body. Everything else is outside.”
“I reorganize my consciousness around inner peace and positive solutions.”
Repair and Refocus Your Auras.
At the end of any epigenetic clearing, your auras need to be refocused, repaired and strengthened. Ask your Soul and Guardian Angel to assist you in finding and healing the areas in need.
“I refocus and repair my auras.”
“My auric field is strong and organized to protect my health and spiritual autonomy.”
Let Yourself Get Grounded in the New Paradigm.
Finally, take a deep breath and place both feet on the ground. Feel the resonance in your body and energy field as you connect with the Earth.
“I relax and release discordant energies so that I can ground.”
Take note of where you feel this new awareness moving through your body. Allow yourself to enjoy it.
Congratulations!
Now is a good time to get out into nature. Go for a walk or do something you enjoy. The time you take for yourself now will help you move beyond emotional conflict and into fully embodied action.
