Are You Changing with the Changes?

If you’re like many, you’re overwhelmed by the speed and amount of alarming changes that are taking place. So much of what used to provide stability has been threatened by dissolution without any sensible notice or plan for the future. Each day, life seems to be moving in several directions and then, in a flash, something new has been added to the mix! What is the best way to handle all this chaos? How can we keep our own balance when everything is happening so fast? What do we need to learn to know how to change with all these changes?

Change

If you’re feeling emotionally drained and anxious, it’s understandable. Under these conditions, it’s easy to bounce between outrage, fear and deep sadness about what’s actually happening around us.

Our attention is getting pulled this way and that. Our bodies are worn out and our hearts and minds are split in far too many directions!   

The 64 Hexagrams in the I Ching or Book of Change have much to teach us about the importance of being flexible and knowing how to change. 

For example, we get a poignant warning from the Third Line in Hexagram #49 CHANGING:
” 
Avoid haste and excessive behavior… There is some possibility here of conflicting interests or perhaps aggressive attempts to control the relationship. This occurs because of a need for a single, well-ordered vision. If things get completely out of hand, give thought to altering the entire nature of the relationship. You may be in the midst of a revolutionary change in your overall point of view.”

Hexagram #29 DANGER, offers more information: “In social interactions, remain true to your nature. If possible, convince others of the soundness of your ideas by demonstrating the good effects of your actions. If they will not support you, you do not need them. Keep moving. Do not dally in the DANGER. In personal relationships, do not allow passions to lead you into peril. If the difficulties cannot be resolved without sacrificing your principles, the relationship may be irresolute.”

Hexagram #6 CONFLICT says:
At a time when social unity is most important, it is significantly lacking. There are misunderstandings brought about by basic philosophical differences and they cannot be overcome by forceful measures. Avoid controversial topics unless there is present a wise mediator who is trusted by all concerned.  ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing, Doubleday, New York City, NY, 1979.


Transformation Game: Learning How To Change in a Changing World.

You can discover how to change more gracefully while keeping your integrity by going through this Transformation Game. When you slow down and take the time to go within, you gain a deeper understanding of what you’re really struggling with. Not only that, you can find the motivation from within to change how you’re responding in a more effective way!

Part One: Getting Out of Fight or Flight ~

Directions: Start by gazing softly at the Circle for River Medicine while contemplating the positive affirmations that accompany it. As you breathe deeply, let the Circle help you adjust the volume and pitch to just the right level of calm.

“I turn down the volume on all the noise from outside.”

“Not too high and not too low.”


An important note about Mind Body Integration ~ 

Retrain Your Mind for Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. As you work with the Circles, cross and uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body. Use a soft focus and breathe patiently. This will help you access more information from your unconscious mind. Let any negative self-talk go by breathing through it.

Balanced Prosperity

 

You might also be experiencing a tremendous shock to the system. Take several breaths and imagine you can use the Circle to help you find that difficult or painful experience.

Relax and imagine that whatever’s happening – the darkness, the chaos, the fight or flight is also relaxing. Let it soften and melt away, like ice under a beautiful beam of sunlight.

Stay with it until it’s completely gone.

Once you feel ready, see if you can slow down and let yourself focus on your true priorities. Ask for spiritual guidance that comes from within.

“I slow down and breathe while I turn my attention to what matters most.”

Gently notice the important aspects of your life that need your attention and some extra help.
It might help to pull focus into the center open space of the Circle.
Take all the time that you need until tangible actions begin to take form. Do you need to make a list?
Get out a pen and paper to make note of what’s coming to you.

Part Two: Reclaim Your Power and Soul Resources

Contemplate the medicine from Butterfly for a moment or two:

“I ask my Inner Wisdom for details about what needs to change and how to do it in the most beneficial way.”

What needs to happen? Are you tapping into the most beneficial energies available to you?

 

There may be toxins or destructive energies sticking to you. Let this Detachment Key help you neutralize interfering energies and detach from them.

Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.

 

Hopefully, you’re freed up enough to bring your attention to the center of your chest. Let your heart be involved in this conversation. Are you willing to listen to what your heart is telling you?

 

Release any old agreements, assumptions or obligations that are keeping you stuck or pulling you into danger. Visualize them like contracts, burning up into nothingness with a violet flame. Here are some suggestions:

“I let go of ________________.”

“I reclaim _________________.”

“I stop hurting myself.”

What new agreements would you like to make? For example:

“I slow down and maintain my center, my inner balance and stability.”

“I can make necessary changes when needed and am determined to find solutions that work.”

 

Empower your ability to choose in this situation.

“I exist. What I say and do matters.”
“I connect with the Gratitude and Joy that lives in my heart.” 

“I am empowered center myself and bring my intentions into alignment with my highest good.”

“I reclaim my power and ability to protect my Self and my ____________.”

 

This is a good time to let your energy and mindset utilize the generative flow of the New Paradigm. Use this symbol to help you access it:

“I am willing and able to change with the new flow of the Cosmos.” 
“I appreciate that I’m doing the best I can.” 
“I close down all harmful energy channels.”
“I am open and clear to receive generative life force.” 

“I use new cooperative channels of communication that connect me to my center and the Common Good.”

 

To help you pull yourself out of chaos, your mind needs to have a safe idea of where to go and how to organize your energy. This template for Common Ground will help you re-organize around a place that’s aligned with your Soul, Mother Nature and the Common Good.

If you gently meditate on this image, you can connect with an environment aligned with Nature that includes room for equality, peaceful co-operation and balanced equality.

 

Part Three: Working Through the Details

Now you’re ready to go through the rest of the game in the same way by asking yourself questions while you gaze softly at each accompanying Circle. Doing so will help you assess where you’re at and improve your connection with the Common Good.

Take your time, the answers might not come right away. The Circles are helping your mind to clear away mental and emotional resistance to change.

“In this particular situation, how am I dealing with change?

Is that working for me? Is there something I need to change about how I’m dealing with the situation? Am I doing the best I can?”

Am I stuck on something? Shut down? Unwilling? Is it possible that I’m being too hard on myself? What is the concern? What don’t I understand?”

 

Do I have an unexamined intention that’s holding me up?

What do I need to stop sending my energy to?

 

If you’re stuck around a particular detail, you might be able to release it fairly easily by using Condor Medicine to clear conflict, resistance and fixated thinking.  

Imagine that you can use the Circle like a bull’s eye to send healing energy to any conflicts or fixations you may be experiencing. Let go by imagining that the lines are going all limp and loose like spaghetti noodles. Or, you can imagine an iceberg melting away under the Sun.

Either way, be gentle with yourself. If you’re judging yourself too harshly, use the Circle to help you loosen up those rigid thoughts. If you’re shut down, use the Circle to bring your energy back to life! If you need to open up to creativity or dissolve toxic emotions, see yourself doing that.
Move around and stretch in any way that you like.

 

Continue with your investigation about how to change…

“Am I holding onto past experiences that are no longer relevant?”

You can usually tell if you’re internalizing something because you’ll start to feel physical, mental, emotional or even spiritual irritation. If that’s happening, see if you can stop taking it personally and let it go.
“I surrender these old experiences to the Light and turn to more proactive ways of dealing with change.”

 

There is no doubt that what we’re going through is challenging. The best thing we can do in difficult situations is to think about what we can learn from them.
“The most important take away for me in this situation is ________.”
“I am learning ____________.”
Be sure to write this down.

For a much deeper integration, trace around the Circle clockwise with your eyes, while you consider your take away thought.

Then, do the same as you trace your eyes around the square in the same direction, both crossed and uncrossed.

How To Change our Experiences – Choose New Ingredients

If we keep choosing ingredients from the past, the soup we call our lives will keep repeating itself over and over.  For example, if we were born into a family that keeps choosing shame or blame, we will be liable to keep choosing those ingredients ourselves until we can become conscious of what we’re doing. If we want to change the flavor of our soup, it will help to change the ingredients we’re using!

By choosing ingredients such as self-worth, self-love or self-confidence, we can learn how to change and create a better future.

The Essential Human*Note: if you have an updated copy of The Essential Human, you might want to go through Future Pacing (on page 140). Choose from the archetypes #1 – 42 to help you choose beneficial “ingredients” for creating your life. Ask yourself:
“What ingredients am I choosing? Are there some ingredients that I would like to change?”

“I release harmful ingredients and access beneficial ingredients instead.”

 

Release any old agreements, assumptions or obligations that are keeping you stuck or pulling you into danger. Visualize them like contracts, burning up into nothingness with a violet flame. Here are some suggestions:

“I let go of outdated agreements that keep me stuck in old patterns or to take on someone else’s conflicts, issues, principles or karma as my own.”

“I let go of being controlled by emotions or external manipulations.”

“I am willing to change when needed and let go of anyone or anything that is causing me harm.”

“I let go of my resistance to ________. I detach from ________. I remove myself from ________.” Etc.

What new agreements would you like to make? For example:
“I maintain my center, my inner balance and stability.”

 

New Decisions

Make some new decisions that support how to change more appropriately. Here are some suggestions:

“I decide to stay positive in this situation to the best of my ability.” or…
I am capable and my Spirit helps me to handle change…
I am free to change in accordance with my highest good…
I allow other people the space to handle their own issues…”, etc.

“I decide to __________ and _______________,”

See if you can get all the wheels in your mind turning in a clockwise direction.

 

Renewed Presence

Connect with the Third Chakra at your Solar Plexus and let it open up. Relax and let the tightness go. Deep breathing and presence are your best friends in times of accelerated change! Move around or stretch again if you like.

 

Courage and Confidence

Keep breathing and give yourself a good dose of courage with the help of Jaguar Medicine:

“I surround myself with courage, confidence and strength.”

 

Seed Medicine can help you find any karmic seeds you may be holding that are causing you harm. They might not even be yours! It’s time to set things right. Send them to the Light so they can return to wherever they belong.

Reclaim whatever is yours – your ideas, your power, your own beneficial seeds of karma. Bring them home and nurture them gently.

When you’re ready, apply your karma to your own safety and well-being. Nurture those experiences that bring you genuine joy.

 

Now it’s time to dissolve your connection to any underlying abuse, confusion or conflict. Use this symbol for Dissolving Destructive Blueprints and allow the Light to dissolve and lift them off of you.

Take your time and visualize them disappearing like dark clouds into the Light!

Considering what you’ve learned from this situation, you may have made some decisions about certain situations that you want to close the door on. Use this Circle to seal and heal all leaks, holes or pathways that lead to back to any resistance or unnecessary suffering:

“All holes are sealed and healed.” 
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

Imagine that your mind is like a computer where you can close all the tabs and windows that have been open for far too long!

 

Before you finish this process, are you grounded in the New Paradigm of cooperation and balanced prosperity? If not, put your feet flat on the ground and let your energy organize around it now.

Welcome to our Transformation Game for clearing karmic entanglements that tap into the Tarot card, Nine of Swords and the I Ching Hexagram #47 ADVERSITY.

This game operates like regression therapy. You will have the opportunity to clear karmic entanglements that have outlived their purpose and become a burden to your evolution.

It’s important to clear all Soul Contracts and agreements. If they aren’t resolved completely, the karma is still entangled and your mental continuum continues to behave as if the agreement were still in force. This causes a lot of unnecessary suffering for you and those around you.

What Are Karmic Entanglements?

Let me give you an example: A woman who was having trouble feeling settled in her life decided to try playing the game. While going through it, she glimpsed impressions from another life, seeing bare feet and a beat up old suitcase. Later on while she was dreaming, she saw herself clearly living a past life as a Hungarian orphan in Nazi Germany.

In her dream of that life, she was continually used as a slave and moved from place to place without being able to feel safe. She was eventually turned in to a work camp and lost her life without having any control at all.

As the woman brought herself back into her present life, she realized she was still operating under the cultural agreements that were in force back at that time.

Through the safety of this simple Transformation Game, she could release the shame, guilt and collective karma that was forced upon her. Gently, it brought her patterns of lack and uncertainty into consciousness so that she could relax and choose to move into a happier, more productive life.

Easy Steps to Play the Game:

  1. Select an issue that’s causing a blockage in your mental continuum. Use it as a springboard to accelerate your spiritual growth and prepare you for your next step on your healing journey.
  2. Follow directions to release your connection to negative influences from the past.
  3. Read each step with its question or affirmation, one at a time.
  4. Think about it while looking with a soft gaze at the Intuitive Learning Circle that goes with it. Make notes about the answers you get. That information will help you unravel your entanglement effectively.
  5.  Remember to RELAX! The Circles and symbols help you to access a light hypnotic trance where you can access your karmic history and gently clear harmful entanglements so you can make room for positive, proactive change.

Step Two:

Balanced ProsperityAn upset mind tends to focus on problems and what’s going wrong, rather than what could help. Use Kuan Yin’s Feng Shui Mandala to set a new destination in your mind that will lead you away from ADVERSITY and towards Balanced Prosperity that works in alignment with Nature.

You might want to check and see if all aspects of your Essential Self are willing and able to make this new choice.

 

Step Three:

This Intuitive Learning Circle accesses agreements being held deep within your nervous system. Using it, you can release karmic agreements you may have with others that keep you entangled with them.
To let go, start at the bottom of the line and the bottom of your spine. As you move up, you can imagine locks unlocking – freeing each vertebrae from the chains of outdated, oppressive agreements – all the way up to the top of your spine. Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed.

“I release all cultural agreements to run my life through the delusions

Please note: As you progress through this game, It’s important to clear all Soul Contracts, so be prepared too come back to this step as many times as you need to. If key agreements aren’t resolved completely, the karma is still entangled and your mental continuum continues to behave as if the agreement were still in force. This causes a lot of unnecessary suffering for you and those around you.

 

“I decide to source my responses from a place of Joy and Gratitude rather than greed, fear or vengeance.”

Karmic Entanglements

“I release any agreements to buy into conflicts, fear and confusion.”

“I release my agreements to be motivated by greed, resentment, revenge and ________________,” etc.

 

Step Four:

Before you move on, relax with this symbol for a few minutes to help you integrate the generative and protective flow of energy of the New Paradigm into your personal garden.

“I close down any harmful energy flows from the past.”

“I am open and clear to receive generative life force.”

“I connect to the new, life affirming channels of communication to help me manifest my personal dream.”

 

Step Five:

Are you tapping into beneficial energy that will support you and your experiences? Gaze softly at Butterfly Medicine to help you tap into a more nourishing connection with your environment.

“I utilize beneficial energy from my environment to nourish myself and create my experience.”

“I intend to create joyful and life affirming experiences and learn from them.”

 

Step Six:

This is an imprint for “Common Ground for the Common Good” based on equality, co-operation and balanced prosperity.
This template encourages us to work with Nature to create life, rather than against her.
If you meditate on this image, your mind can get a better grasp of how to reorganize your energy to embrace Balanced Prosperity rather than ADVERSITY.

“I pull myself back and out of this experience of ADVERSITY. I am present and able to ground in Common Ground for the Common Good.”

“I reclaim my relationship with Nature and work with her, rather than against her.”

 

Step Seven:

Use Stingray Medicine to help you identify any low vibrations of ADVERSITY that are still hanging out in your energy field.

Do you notice a low vibration or harmful energy that makes you feel uneasy, unsafe or interferes with your ability to be happy and healthy?

Is any part of you still resonating with that energy?

The next few steps will help you to detach from it… 

 

Step Eight:

Are any parts of you still stuck? Could you be tapping into other people’s pain?If so, Condor Medicine can help set you free. Relax with this Circle and bring your attention to the sensation of “stuckness.” Once you find it, imagine it’s like a chunk of ice on the sidewalk and that the heat of the Sun is melting it away until it has completely disappeared.

Once it’s gone, there may be others. Keep crossing and uncrossing over the midline of your body until all the pieces of ice have melted away and the sidewalk is clear.

 

Step Nine:
In cases of ADVERSITY, it often happens that aspects of the Soul have gotten lost in emotional trauma or fragmented and displaced in the astral fields of the Collective Unconscious.
Reclaim the Lost Self from Soul Prayer Charts will help you re-associate missing parts of your Soul or Essential Self. This affirmation will help:

Step Ten:

To process, it will help you to become aware of the thoughts and energies behind what you’re experiencing.

Are the thoughts your own?

Are you tapping into someone else’s thoughts or emotions in any way? Some of both?

Can you tell what the nature of those thoughts are?

What do you need to do to pull yourself out of past harmful experiences that’s causing you harm?

Is there anything that you still need to learn from this experience of ADVERSITY?

 

Step Twelve:

The collective behavior of society has a huge influence over automatic behaviors, however, you can decide to stop buying into them. Bring those unconscious behaviors out of the shadows so that you can release and replace them with more preferred decisions.
Gaze softly at Llama’s Circle and gently synchronize the wheels turning in your mind. Some gears may need to come out completely.

“I decide to set my karma right and use it to help, rather than hurt me.”

“I decide to let go of false ideas and premises.”

“I learn from my mistakes so I can turn adverse situations around.”

“I decide to create success and Balanced Prosperity rather than Adversity.”

 

Step Thirteen:

Now that your energy is clear, take a few minutes with Starlight Medicine to center yourself. This affirmation works well:

“I am inside of my body. Everything else is out side of me.”

Once you feel centered, reinforce :

Balanced Prosperity“Rather than ADVERSITY, I would rather organize my energy to create Balanced Prosperity.”

Place the mandala in the center, open space of the Circle and allow your mind to reorganize itself for a few minutes, both crossed and uncrossed.

 

Step Fourteen:

Are you currently using your karma to create what you just came to? If not, take a few minutes to sort things out.  

“I stop using my energy and karma to feed ADVERSITY.  I release any commitment I had to feed it, store it or internalize it.” 

“I take ownership of my own karma and make a commitment to utilize it for the benefit of my heart’s desire and Soul’s purpose instead.”

 

Step Fifteen:

Continue sorting things out by tending your own karma and allowing others to handle theirs. Imagine that you can untangle from other people’s emotions and return their issues and karma by surrendering them to the Light. That way they can find healing.

“I release other people’s karma to the Light. To each their own.”

“I tend to my own karma instead and clear my burdens by sending karmic seeds of ADVERSITY to the Light for purification.”

 

Step Sixteen:

It’s time to make certain your karma is properly planted in your own personal garden that lives in your heart using Sacred Garden Medicine.

“I utilize beneficial energy from my environment to nourish myself and create my experience.”

“I intend to create joyful, life affirming experiences and learn from them.”

 

Step Seventeen:

Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to send the mental and emotional patterns of ADVERSITY to the Light to be purified. Include societal blueprints related to harmful business practices, sexism, racism, violence and hopelessness.

Then, surrender the cultural patterns you’ve been using to take on other people’s issues or intrude on other people’s business.

Please note: It’s time to stop sending destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

 

Step Eighteen:

Bring closure to the karma by closing any pathways that lead back to the past or the collective pattern of ADVERSITY.

I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

Seal and heal all remaining pathways that are open between you and the entanglements associated with ADVERSITY and ignorance.

Congratulations! You’re ready to approach your situation more objectively, with a different perspective – without all those karmic entanglements!

Your new awareness makes it more possible for miracles to occur! Be sure to take some time to integrate. Go for a walk. Enjoy the healing that comes from Nature.

*Please note that we are all infinite beings in an infinite universe – as new circumstances or events change, we may encounter new karmic entanglements and Soul Contracts, even with the same people we just cleared. However, you can use this process as many times as you need to.

Sometimes the reason we’re experiencing emotional conflict is because we’re being dragged into unhealthy patterns from the past. These could be societal expectations, a family pattern or it could be an unhealthy, entangled relationship you have with your own self or another individual.

The I Ching says about CONFLICT:

“You may be facing a major disillusionment in your life as you begin to realize that what you believed to be a universal truth is only your subjective view of the situation. You will have to reconsider your premise more realistically. The need for an inner adjustment yielding a more harmonious outlook is indicated.” ~ Hexagram #6 CONFLICT, The I Ching Workbook, R. L Wing

Hexagram #52 MEDITATION has another caution about conflict, “If you attempt to force stillness upon restless desires you will only create inner conflict and resentment. This can be dangerous. Attempt internal composure through relaxation and MEDITATION.”


Quiz: Are You Experiencing Emotional Conflict?

To find out if either of these scenarios are happening for you, gaze softly at the Intuitive Learning Circle and ask yourself:

“Am I tangled up with someone else’s belief or desire?”

“Is an entanglement or misunderstanding pulling out of the present and into an old mindset filled with conflict?”

“Am I in danger of being dragged into an unhealthy trajectory that isn’t my Soul’s path?”

“Am I spending a lot of time wishing things were different and wanting to go back to ‘happier times’ when things seemed to make more sense?”

If the answer you get is”no,” that’s great! Your Soul is in charge and you’re staying grounded in the New Paradigm of equality, co-operation with Nature and balanced prosperity!

However, if the answer you get is “yes,” “maybe,” or “sometimes,” you may be losing your footing, getting confused or even worse, weakening your connection with your Soul. What can you do?

 

You may feel a lot of conflict over this issue or you might even have experienced a recent shock that blocks your ability to perceive things clearly. Take several deep breaths and relax while you gaze softly at this Circle to release shock and inner conflict.

“I relax and allow any tense thoughts to melt away like ice under the heat of the Sun.”

You can see an iceberg out there floating and the Sun is so bright that the iceberg starts to melt and you can see it breaking apart… until it’s completely melted away. There could easily be more than one. See them all moving around and melting into different configurations until eventually, they disappear.

“I allow my energy to loosen up and let go until the tension is completely gone.”

Why? Because the brain and the body communicate with each other through one set of channels when you are uncrossed and another set when you are crossed. If you’re having trouble getting the information, you might be able to access it through movement.


Part I. Determine What’s Involved and How You Can Heal it.

1. Some Inner Conflicts Are Caused by Old Intentions that Need to be Released.

Living in the Aquarian Age is very different from the Piscean Age and you will have different priorities now. For example, sacrificing or taking on other people’s pain to heal it for them is no longer a viable pathway to healing. In the New Paradigm, you help to heal the world when you heal yourself.

If old intentions are not cleared out consciously, they can fester under the surface and interfere with what you really want to create. Help yourself now and prevent trouble later:

“I clear away unhealthy, outdated or compromising intentions.”

“I stop sending energy to other people’s intentions.”

Are there any CONFLICTING intentions that you’re inadvertently sending emotional energy to?

 

2. Identify Delusions and Projections that Can Cause Emotional Conflict.

Take a few moments with this Circle to relax and contemplate your situation. How are you seeing your Self in it?

Whatever comes up, does it seem like an accurate reflection of what’s really happening in the present? Ask yourself:
“Am I operating under a false idea that’s being projected onto me?”
“Am I being tempted by lies about who I am or what I really want?”
Or
“Have there been so many changes that I need to see this situation completely differently now?”

If so, use this Circle to help you burst the bubble around whatever misunderstanding or falsehood you’re dealing with. Note – There may be quite a few!

 

3. Identify Mistaken Ideas that Can Cause Emotional Conflict.

See if you can center yourself so you can find out exactly what’s causing problems for you right now.  Gaze softly at the Circle below and imagine you’re looking at yourself objectively. Ask yourself these questions:

“What is the biggest challenge I’m facing right now?
What am I telling myself about it? Is that the truth?”

“Am I sending energy to a mistaken idea or false premise that’s interfering with my truth or ability to succeed?”

“Am I willing to ask for the very best possible outcome and receive the best possible help for achieving it?”

 

4. Get Specifics About this Particular Emotional Conflict.

Ask yourself if your energy is actually tangled up with someone or a group of people around this issue. If so, can you tell who it is?

Are harmful or controlling thoughts being directed towards you?
What are your impressions about how you’re entangled?

 

Your Soul has a unique signature that identifies you, much like when you sign your name. However, if you’ve been embroiled in a conflict for some time, the signatures of others may actually be blocking your Light and genuine intent.

As you gaze at this chart, can you see your own signature or is it unclear? Ask yourself:

“Are there any markings in my aura that are confusing me?”

If so, use this Soul Prayer Chart to help you clear away any confusing signatures – like erasing graffiti markings.

 

Are you giving yourself a hard time with your own thoughts or negative self-talk? If so, what is the nature of those thoughts?

If this was a book, what would it be called? Are you ready to be done with this story yet?

 

Is there an energy drain or harmful habit involved?

If so, close the drain down to the best of your ability.
Then, send loving, healing energy to where the drain was and fill it up completely.

 

Are you able to protect yourself and stay in control of your own space?

If not, release your agreement to hold space for others or old problems in your energy field.

“I clear out interference and old patterns of conflict.”
“My space is my own and my Soul is in charge of it.”
“I let go and allow others their own space.”

 

Is the conflict you’re concerned about affecting your health or safety? Is it affecting your ability to prosper? If so, can you tell in what way?

To resolve the conflict, is there something you need to add?
Something you need to take away?
Something that needs to be re-organized?

 

5. Make a Decision to Detach From Harmful Influences.

If the answers you get are distressing to you, it’s time for your Soul to either: reclaim your personal authority and detach from the conflict. Or, RESOLVE your inner conflict so that your energy can stabilize and ground in the New Paradigm.

If you need to detach, choose aspects of your Essential Self from The Essential Human using the Medicine of Early Morning Storm. Ask for numbers between 1 and 42 that need to detach.

Note – Once you’ve detached, the conflict may still be there, but you’ll be relating to it differently.

Examples: Relax and use this suggested sequence of symbols and positive affirmations from The Essential Human to help you detach…

“I decide to detach from past resentments and the conflicts they create – in the past, now and in the future.”

 

“I let go of the confusion around this conflict. I now choose thoughts that support my freedom and happiness.”

 

“I stop focusing my mind on this conflict. I now turn my attention toward helpful and productive solutions.”

 

“I am able to let go of harmful influences from the past. I fully accept my ability to succeed in my true intentions for myself.”

 

6. Decide to Reconnect with your Soul.

If you need to reclaim your authority, reconnect with your Soul and let it help you set things right.

“I decide that my Soul is now in charge. I let go of mistaken ideas, flattery, coercion, shame, blame, guilt and punishment.

I let go of the desire to take things personally or waste my energy on lies, no win situations or emotional conflicts.”

“I learn from past mistakes and they are forgiven.”

 

 

“I reclaim full connection with my Soul.”

 

“My Soul helps me detach from false, harmful influences and clears them away. I have full protection.”

“I follow the guidance and integrity of my Soul.”

 

7. Dissolve Destructive Mental and Emotional Patterns:

Imagine all those emotional conflicts and the ways you get caught up in them are like a dark storm cloud trying to surround and engulf you. This symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints will help your Soul clear the negative pattern. All you have to do is breathe and have the following intentions as you gaze softly at the image:

“I surrender all the patterns of this emotional conflict and any ways that I attach to them. I send them to the Light with Compassion.”

“I release shame, blame, falsehood, entrapment, gullibility, guilt and ____________.”

Simply see the cloud ascending up to the Light until it has disappeared into it. Then, visualize yourself standing in the middle of your own personal garden, filled with beauty and brightly colored flowers.

Please note: It’s time to stop sending destructive energies or emotions into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death or emotional conflict!

 

8. Say Good-bye to Old Pathways of Conflicts.

Before you go – close the doors to all that conflict so you don’t keep recycling finished business! Use these positive affirmations to help you:

“I seal and heal all pathways that lead back to conflicts, confusion, punishments and suffering.”

“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

 

Part II: Reclaim Your Integrity and Sense of Inner Peace.

Confirm that You’re Utilizing Your Soul’s Unique Vibration.

Return to the clarity of your Soul and allow it to connect with your true Essence, especially in your solar plexus area.

To do that, gently look at the Chart and breathe deeply. Remember a time when you were very happy and had successfully manifested an important physical goal. Notice if a particular color or felt sense comes to mind. What color or felt sense will show you the way?

Relax into it and let it integrate into your solar plexus. See if you can make it stronger and more vibrant. If so, that is your Soul Color.

“I recognize my unique color vibration.”
“I utilize it to help me maintain my integrity and healthy boundaries.”

 

Return to Your Best Position.

Emotional conflict could cause trouble in your Third Chakra, located at the solar plexus (in the front where your ribs go up) where your Essential Self resides.

Built up emotional toxins can leave your Essence vulnerable to energetic attack, especially if you’ve been in the habit of taking on other people’s pain.

The Essential Self may even disassociate and move to some other location because it doesn’t feel safe.

Take a minute or so to handle this with kindness. Remember that when you heal yourself, you heal the world.

Gaze softly at the Soul Star Chakra Key for chakra healing so that your Essential Self can re-open the chakra, clear out the junk and get balance again. That way, your Essence (or Psyche) will feel safe to return and access its power effectively.

Make a Heart Centered Course Correction:

Imagine that your Soul is opening your Heart center and connecting with it. Feel the light within you getting stronger and allow your Soul to make the necessary changes. This is your garden. Your way. The way that your heart is guided to create – free of this emotional conflict.

“I allow the Light in my Heart to radiate out into the World.”

 

Connect the Hara Lines.

Whenever working with chakras, you may need to repair and strengthen hara lines for improved communication and healing. The hara lines are like tiny webs of light that connect the chakras throughout your body. Sometimes they’re broken or damaged because of trauma, illness, toxicity or sudden changes in the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight). These affirmations will help you:

“I repair and strengthen my hara lines.”
“My chakras are connecting with my Soul through a beautiful web of light.”
“I am inside of my body. Everything else is outside.”

“I reorganize my consciousness around inner peace and positive solutions.”

 

Repair and Refocus Your Auras.

At the end of any epigenetic clearing, your auras need to be refocused, repaired and strengthened. Ask your Soul and Guardian Angel to assist you in finding and healing the areas in need.

“I refocus and repair my auras.” 
“My auric field is strong and organized to protect my health and spiritual autonomy.”

 

Let Yourself Get Grounded in the New Paradigm.

Finally, take a deep breath and place both feet on the ground. Feel the resonance in your body and energy field as you connect with the Earth.

“I relax and release discordant energies so that I can ground.”

Take note of where you feel this new awareness moving through your body. Allow yourself to enjoy it.

Congratulations!

Now is a good time to get out into nature. Go for a walk or do something you enjoy. The time you take for yourself now will help you move beyond emotional conflict and into fully embodied action.
