When In Search of the Truth: Clear Your Crown Chakra ~
It can be hard to keep your mind clear when lies are everywhere. The sheer amount of them can make your head spin and have you doubt your sanity! Luckily, there are ways to detach from the crazy-making and get centered again. This Mind Exercise has been put together to be one of those ways. Simply go through this step by step process and you will be guided to clear your Crown Chakra and strengthen your Soul connection.
Directions: Find a quiet place if possible, where you won’t be disturbed for 20 – 30 minutes. Begin by reading the information and then gazing gently at each Circle that goes with it for approximately two minutes. A longer or shorter time may be necessary. Let yourself breathe and relax as much as possible. Don’t worry if the images move around or change in any way. That just means the Circles are working and that your mind and body are coming into balance.
Some emotions might come up as well. That also means the Circles are working. If you’re being hard on yourself or afraid you aren’t “doing it right,” give yourself permission to continue relaxing. You could very well be releasing confusion that’s caused you quite a bit of suffering for some time now. Resolve to patiently keep breathing and let it go.
A Series of Divine Connections
The Seventh or Crown Chakra is an energy center that, among many other things, helps us to process self actualization needs like realizing personal potential, self-fulfillment and seeking personal growth or peak experiences. When the Crown Chakra is blocked, it’s easy to get confused and misled by false information.
Use this Reiki Chakra Key to tap into your Crown Chakra at the top of your head. Relax for a minute or two. Does it feel balanced and open? If not, how would you describe it? Clogged? Blocked? Shut down? Disconnected?

If you are a Reiki Practitioner, this is a good time to beam Reiki into the Circle.
If you’re not a Reiki Practitioner, simply make the commitment to use natural healing energies that work with Mother Nature, rather than against her or trying to dominate her!
Clearing your Crown Chakra naturally when it’s blocked is one of the most important energetic interventions you can employ to maintain a free and open mind.
Why do I say that?
Because, when the Seventh Chakra is blocked by false imprints and entanglements, a domino effect is created that impairs the Sixth Chakra, also known as “The Third Eye.”
The Third Eye is located in the center of the forehead between the eyebrows and governs our need for spiritual insight and understanding, among many other things. When it’s open and clear, a person can properly “see” and utilize their own intuition and common sense.

If those important mental functions get thrown off, the person becomes more susceptible to delusions and fantasy thinking that emanate from groupthink and herd mentality.
They begin to doubt themselves, become cynical and rely on the opinions of others. This loss of personal power creates a stage that’s set perfectly for conspiracies and cults to come in and take over.
Take a moment and use this Reiki Chakra Key to tap into your Third Eye. How does it feel? Clogged? Cluttered? Chaotic? Confusing?
If you’re experiencing any blockages, it may help to meditate on this sequence that helps connect a person’s Crown Chakra to their Soul Chakra:
The goal is to connect your Crown Chakra to your Soul Chakra located directly above it.

Being able clear your Crown Chakra and maintain it requires clear agreements from you to connect directly with your own Soul and Divine Connection – rather than going through someone else’s.
An example of this would be in religious organizations. Many spiritual institutions or philosophies from the old paradigm have taught that we have to go through the priest, guru or spiritual leader to find a connection to the Divine. This is no longer true in the New Paradigm. We each have our own connection. We just need to know how to make that connection and keep it.

You may say, “I don’t need to connect with my Divinity through another person or group!” And yet, human beings have been trained for millennia to do exactly that. The conditioning to hand over our personal authority is deeply ingrained and maintained on an unconscious level. Even when we rebel against it, we’re still reacting out of that conditioning. We can’t just snap our fingers and dismiss all that cultural training.
Ask yourself, are you experiencing a direct and clear connection to your spiritual guidance?
A New Way to Relate To Ourselves and Others ~
Think about the contracts or agreements you hold around authority and self-determination: the people, the places and the organizations that have been important to you throughout your life. They could be affecting you in a negative way now.

Those agreements may not be over, but they have certainly changed! For example, you could still want to care about a significant person or group, but that doesn’t mean that you want to let them control you or interfere with your thoughts.
Then there are those people who you don’t want to care about, and yet they are always trying to get into your head…
Mind control… brainwashing… herd mentality… it’s enough to drive you crazy! But it doesn’t have to…
Give yourself permission to have healthy boundaries.
Free up your energy with the Circle below by letting go of old, out-dated agreements about control, authority and self-determination.
Release sub-conscious agreements to put up with control and manipulation. See completed debts, vows and resentments burn up like old contracts in a beautiful, violet flame.
“I let go of all Soul Agreements that are harmful or interfere with healthy boundaries or clear spiritual guidance.

You may want to release harmful connections with a project, a belief system, a person or an organization that’s no longer serving your needs. They may have even become abusive. Rather than wasting your energy on trying to get revenge, release them by surrendering those Soul Contracts into the fire. Affirm your own authority and ability to say “no.”

When your chakras can source from a positive life force, Divine Connection is possible and preferable.

“I am free to choose a direct and divine connection to my Soul.”
Release Attachments ~
Because of the sheer amount of information and interference we encounter everyday, we need to address the possibility that various aspects of our subtle energy field may be damaged or struggling with attachments.
Use this Key to relax and meditate on for as long as you like. Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.

Correct Reversals and Blockages ~

Emotional Stress and Memory
Can Emotional Stress Affect Your Memory?
Especially when the stakes are high, you need to remember the important things. However, people often times have memory problems when they’re under a lot of emotional stress, especially if they’re highly sensitive. Why is that and what can be done to help?
If this sounds like you, you are probably overwhelmed by the uncertainty and ungrounded by the sheer amount of information that you feel you have to process. You might be having experiences like the ones below.
- Processing difficult news
- Feeling weak or mentally exhausted
- Disoriented due to grief or sudden loss
- Picking up on other peoples pain
- Noticing an increase in forgetfulness
- Getting confused more easily than usual

Directions: Start by confirming that this is the best formula for you with the SOS Symbol.

Next, go through this short mind exercise to understand how emotional stress might be causing memory lapses in your case and what you can do to help yourself. Read each step and then gaze softly at its Circle, one at a time.
Give yourself permission to look at the Circles in any way or from any angle that you like. All you have to do is stay relaxed. If you’re drawn to focus on the center of a Circle, great!
If you come up with a message, an image or instinctively want to trace over the lines, let your imagination guide you. A playful approach reduces stress and opens up possibilities so you can look at your situation from different perspectives.

Stress That Affects Memory ~
How Are You Experiencing Disorientation?
1. We’re going to look at several possible reasons why emotional stress might be affecting your memory. One reason could be that you are disoriented due to a sudden recent change. You might also be picking up on other people’s stress. Another possibility could be that your mind has been exposed to an overwhelming amount of information. It helps to be aware of what is involved.
Let this Circle help you gather up any important information involved. Your unconscious mind knows what’s pertinent and what’s not.
You might want to jot down any impressions you notice. However, don’t be surprised if nothing definite comes to you. There may not be any words because the unconscious mind is not linear.
Just make note of what your experience is for now.
What is a Clear Intention That will Help?
2. To help bring your mind into focus, establish a simple and clear intention for this exercise.
“I improve mental acuity and brain function.”
Go ahead and meditate on the center open space of this chart with that intention in mind. Breathe deeply and relax. Don’t try to make anything happen. A relaxed mind will lead you to a more relaxed body!
When the energy of the chart slows down, you’re ready to move onto the next step.
What Would You Like to Shine Light On?
3. The pineal gland is an important part of your brain because of its main function of regulating light and darkness through its production and secretion of melatonin. In addition, the pineal contains light-sensitive cells that control your equilibrium through the circadian cycle of sleep and wakefulness.
Melatonin also supports healthy memory function and reproductive cycles.
Relax and breathe for a minute or two and let this Chakra Key help you clear toxins from your pineal gland so that your natural rhythms and cycles can come into better balance.
How Would You Like to Feel?
4. The hypothalamus is a part of your brain that regulates homeostasis. Through it, you have the ability to maintain inner balance and a calm state of mind. It also regulates a variety of functions including your physical development, digestive health and metabolism.
Allow this Chakra Key to help you clear and balance your hypothalamus.
What Would You Like to Remember?
5. The hippocampus is actually two structures located on either side of the temporal lobe that are involved with memory development, verbal, spacial and directional skills.
Repeat what you just did in the previous steps. Relax and breathe while you gaze at this Chakra Key to clear out toxins and bring both areas of your hippocampus into balance.
Once you’ve really relaxed with it, check in with a question:
“Is there something I’ve forgotten that’s important? More than one?”
Make a note of it and continue with your mind exercise.
What Would Bring You More Ease?
6. There’s another part of your brain function that taps into the wisdom of your Soul. Some call it the Third Eye Chakra. Through it, the pineal, hippocampus and hypothalamus can connect and work together to enhance learning and create coherent thoughts. Intuition and common sense can then blossom and communicate meaningful insights to your Heart Center.
Keep relaxed and gaze softly at the Circle with each affirmation:
“My common sense and intuition are working together.”
“I receive meaningful insights about my situation.”
“My mind helps me to reduce stress and integrate joy into my life.”
What Needs to Get Connected?
7. Keep relaxed and gaze softly at the Circle with each affirmation:
“My mind is connected and balanced to create improved mental acuity and brain function.”
“I improve my comprehension and understanding.”
“I connect with solutions.”
What Would Support You?
8. It’s possible that you’re dehydrated or not getting the right nutrition. While you gently focus on this Circle, ask yourself:
“Is there something I could eat or drink that would help me?”
“Is there something I’m eating or drinking too much of?”
Is There Something That You Need To Let Go Of?
9. If there is, let this Circle help you open up and let it go.
Just keep letting go and release all that emotional stress. See yourself relaxing under an afternoon Sun. Take all the time you like. It’s okay to let go and rest.

10. Is there something that you could do to help your mental emotional stress?
Is there something it would be best to stop doing?
Use this Circle to consider actions you could take that would help in this situation. Make sure they would be genuinely helpful to you now.

11. It could be that things are just moving too fast and your mind is trying to keep up. Take a moment to slow down and tune into your Heart Center. Ask yourself:
“What is my heart telling me?”
“Am I worried about something (physical, financial, family issue, etc)?”
“What have I been doing? Has that helped?”
“What do I feel?”
How Will Life Be Better Without This Emotional Stress?
12. Your physical body is the foundation for your vitality and your instinct to take care of yourself. Clearing energy, especially in your lower body, will give you strength and support to make necessary changes. Put both feet on the floor to help you ground. Take whatever time you need.
Once you feel stronger, ask yourself:
“What, if anything, am I forgetting about my physical health?
“Is there something I need to remember?”
There’s always more than one way to do things, what new way comes to mind in this case?
What Would Keep You Grounded?
13. A strong connection to the Earth gives you support to make the necessary changes and stay balanced at the same time. Put both feet on the floor to help you ground.
If needed, go back to Step 7 and connect with your other chakras.
Take whatever time you need.
“What do I need to remember?”
“Do I need to change anything?”
“Do I have the connections and resources I need to resolve this stress?”
“What would be involved? Is anything missing?”
Ask For Blessings On Your Life Path.
14. Finish by balancing out your Life Path Chakras. They help you stay on your own path and tune into the promptings of your Soul – a very important thing to remember!
“I open up to my potential and stay positive.”
“I stay true to my Souls path.”
You may want to sit with this for quite a while.
Plan to take a walk or relax for a bit out in Nature once you feel ready.

Advanced Chakra Healing and Clearing ~
Recommended Mind Exercise and Transformation Games to Help you adjust and Keep You Moving with the Flow In the New Paradigm, Rather than Against it.
Recent changes in the flow of the Universe have affected us in so many ways that we do not understand yet. Because the chakras react to and reflect environmental factors, it’s important that we pay attention to how well they are functioning and proactively rebalance them when needed.
The biggest issue during this period is the tendency for chakras (and other energy systems) to suddenly start running in reverse or shut down completely. This backward movement can cause serious physical problems that come on suddenly.
Add to that the increase in violence, chronic health imbalances caused by Covid 19 and the overwhelmed state of our collective mental/emotional health and you’ve got a serious situation that should not be ignored.
For that reason, Kuan Yin has asked me to bring back a format I used to utilize so that I can post Mind Exercises and Transformation Games that are likely to address conflicts in each of the Primary Chakras. It is my hope that they will help you keep your chakras moving in the right direction, free of conflict and reversals. Here are her suggested intentions:
“I am centered and balanced.”
“I release toxic energy and allow my energy to adapt and flow with the new energy of the New Paradigm.”
Lets begin with the Root Chakra and move up:
“Our root chakra is red and governs the physical body, our instincts and the assumptions we have about life. It’s located at the very base of the trunk of your body.
In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the Root needs are physiological – air, food, water, shelter, warmth, sex, sleep and having adequate methods of communication.
Gaze softly at the Root Chakra Key above and then ask yourself:
“Are my physiological needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”
Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Root Chakra in balance?
Next up is the Second Chakra (also known as the Spleen Chakra):
“The second energy center is referred to here as the spleen chakra because it is deeply connected to our emotions, digestion and immunity. Its color is orange and is located 2-3 inches down from the navel.
In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the second level needs are safety oriented – protection from the elements, security, order, law, stability and freedom from fear.
Gaze softly at the Second Chakra Key above for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:
“Are my safety and security needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”
Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my 2nd Chakra in balance?
Kuan Yin wants you to check in with your immune system and detach from harmful energies>
Continue by addressing the Third Chakra needs:
“The solar plexus chakra is the center of who we are and who we think we are, so it’s fitting that its color is a bright yellow and is located in the solar plexus.
In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the third level needs include love and belongingness needs – friendship, intimacy, affection and love from work group, family, friends, and romantic relationships.
Gaze softly at the Third Chakra Key above for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:
“Are my love and belongingness needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”
Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Third Chakra in balance?
Kuan Yin would like to encourage you to REPAIR a significant aspect of your life>
The Heart Center and Basic Balance:
“Our heart chakra is the bridge between our bodies and the spiritual world. It is where our thoughts and beliefs about love meet the physical expression of it.
In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the fourth level needs include esteem needs – achievement, self-love, independence, status, dominance, prestige, self-approval, self-respect and respect from others.
Gaze softly at the Fourth Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:
“Are my compassion and esteem needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”
Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Fourth Chakra in balance?
Kuan Yin wants to help you release group entanglements that are hurting your heart>
Consider the Fifth Chakra and the Power of Your Word:
“The energy of the throat chakra is about what you put out into the world – having a voice. It’s about speaking your truth and is blue in color, as in ‘true blue’.
In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the fifth level needs include cognitive needs such as knowledge, meaning, expression, self-mastery and self-awareness.
Gaze softly at the Fifth Chakra Key above for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:
“Are my cognitive needs being met? Am I able to ask for what I need and straightforward in my requests? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”
Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Fifth Chakra in balance?
Kuan Yin would like you to experience greater self-confidence in how you’re expressing yourself>
The Sixth Chakra and the Power of Your Perception:
“The third eye chakra contains the energy of insight and wisdom. Located in the center of the forehead just above the eyebrow, this chakra is associated with the color purple.
In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the sixth level needs include aesthetic needs – the appreciation of and search for beauty, balance and form, etc. Kuan Yin would add the need for spiritual insight and understanding.
Gaze softly at the Sixth Chakra Key above for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:
“Are my needs for creativity and spiritual understanding being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”
Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Sixth Chakra in balance?
Kuan Yin wants you to be sure that you’re receiving clear guidance from your Soul>
The Seventh Chakra and Self-actualization:
“The crown chakra is our connection to spirit. This is the energy center that connects us with divine inspiration. Its color is white as it contains all things and it can cast a golden ring when in states of ecstasy.
In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the seventh level needs include self actualization needs – realizing personal potential, self-fulfillment, seeking personal growth and peak experiences.
Gaze softly at the Seventh Chakra Key above for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:
“Are my self-actualization needs being met? Are my fulfillment needs blocked in any way? Am I taking action and giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”
Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Seventh Chakra in balance?
In conclusion, Kuan Yin recommends that you take the time to understand and adapt to all the changes going on.
Whether you want to prepare for improved health, career, finances or relationships, your mind and the whole experience will be much happier if you have an ongoing practice that will help you adapt and nurture yourself.

Transformation Game: A Remedy for Group Think and Herd Mentality
Emotional Entanglements are the Basis of Group Think or Herd Mentality
Group Think is basically a situation where a lot of people are attached to each other through conflict-based emotions, beliefs, agendas and attitudes that cause suffering. There’s a lot of that going around – everywhere! But what if you don’t want to share in that way anymore? What if you prefer to connect with others through Love or compassion?
Let’s work with this through your own example. Your awareness can be used to enhance your mind/body healing.
Notice the “herd mentality” that has your attention now.
Tap into your heart and bring to mind a significant group communication that’s been painful or causing irritation or conflict within you. It could be an attitude, an agenda, a behavior or a distressing belief.
It can help to “name” the entanglement or herd mentality.
Slow down and see the situation more clearly. Use this Circle to help you slow everything down, just like the slo-mo camera effect in a televised sports event.
What name would you give this mentality?
What do you make up that it wants? What emotion is fueling this mentality?
What does it bring up in you? What do you make of the situation?
Are there any agreements or obligations that chain you to this mentality?
If so, imagine that you can gently unlock them, starting at the bottom of your spine and moving all the way up to the back of your head.
In most situations, the best thing you can do is to gently detach your energy from the herd mentality.
In the old paradigm, many healing modalities “cut the cords.” However, in my experience, this is another expression of forcing or “making it happen.” A sharp, cutting action like that doesn’t resolve the underlying suffering. It merely offers relief by cutting off the pain or conflict temporarily, only for it to return again another day.
I like to use a softer approach, taught to me by through Reiki guidance. Use this Chart to relax and mend any wounds within yourself and your own energy field that are associated with this entanglement. Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you – especially your heart center.
“I neutralize and detach from any entanglements that are harmful to me.”
Attachments and conflicts are melting away. The poison is being drawn out and released to the Light. Relax. Breathe. Take your time and move around if you need to.
Next, clear up the intention behind the mental and/or spiritual entanglement.
You will want to address any confusion the herd mentality is causing you. Imagine you can softly gaze into the center of this Circle, Mapacho Medicine, and see ancient intentions like eggs or seeds.
Not only do you see your own intentions and prayers, but also the intentions held by the group entanglement. You can even sense the cultural, ancestral goals that are perpetuating the confusion and devision in your heart.
Visualize them like ingredients in a soup that’s interfering with your life. Scoop out any life destructive intentions and send them to the Light. You don’t have to let them run you anymore!
“I remove or reform any out of date intentions that are harmful to me.”
“I release harmful intentions from others.”
“I intend that all destructive energies and intentions be sent to the Light and purified.”
There may be multiple projections or delusions coming from multiple groups. One way to deal with them is by using this Circle to visualize them all “popping” like bubbles until you’ve cleared your mind scape of them.
Put your new awareness together to make the proper connections with this Circle.

Now, dissolve the underlying destructive blueprints of conflict and suffering.
These conflicts could be ancestral, societal, racial or sexual biases. They could involve grudges, curses, vows for revenge, etc. After all, resentment and frustration can be internalized and externalized in a thousand ways!
You can dissolve them all now and send any heaviness to the Light.*
*Be sure to let go of the human tendency of sending negative energy and emotions we don’t want anymore into the ground. Mother Earth doesn’t want to hold those seeds anymore either! She’s busy making the changes she needs for the next stages of life on this planet.
When we send destructive energy up to the Light, it can be transformed and set right.
In addition, your mind can be more at peace, which matters! Like a dark cloud, the heaviness is lifting up and off of you.
To completely release entanglements, collapse the channels they move through.
We can communicate in other, more helpful ways. Use the symbol below to collapse any energy drains or sewage lines that lead to or from the groupthink, conflicts, grudges and curses. You don’t need or want them anymore.
Leave Behind Harmful Habits and Close Those Energy Drains.
Make sure you don’t get sucked into a toxic habit or pattern from the past by closing own any energy drains that may have come open during this process.

Forcing things doesn’t work in the long run. “Making things happen” or trying to avoid the truth causes more pain and destroys the joy and respect from our relationships, especially the ones we have with ourselves. The need to make things be the way we want them to be is actually the source of our suffering and attachments. These attachments hold us back, boomerang around and give us a big kick in the behind!
Our problems cannot be solved from the same mental position they were created from. A transformation of consciousness is required to get from where we are to where we want to be. Obviously, no one can do that for us. We can get good help, but ultimately, we have to make the shift ourselves.
This is an excellent time to get up and go for a walk, preferably out in nature if you can.

Understanding the Larger Picture ~
When a roller coaster is being flung this way and that, it’s natural for people to cling onto something they think will stabilize them. However, if they keep grabbing for something that is illusory or no longer there, they will only make the situation worse for everyone.
You may not be aware of how you’re clinging to your own past. It may seem, in your mind, that because things used to work in a certain way, you’ll be safer to return there and that encourages you to grip onto how things used to be even harder. This is a classic survival response and completely understandable.
You may feel safer for a moment, yet if you make the mistake of gripping onto a way of being that can no longer sustain itself, the difficulties you experience will be far greater.
This is the confusing situation the world’s social and political affairs are navigating through.
The I Ching: Navigate Confusion through MODERATION.
The I Ching energy started traveling in a multiple highway pattern on Thursday, March 30th, 2023 and there’s no telling how long it will last.
Of course, that’s happened before many times and when it does, Kuan Yin advises me to “follow the middle road” or the road of MODERATION – the path that is guided from within.
“In difficult times, it’s usually best to move with the flow of MODERATION, Hexagram #15, where ‘The predominant forces … are in the process of balancing extremes and harmonizing interests.’ ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing
The ancient Chinese text describes finding MODERATION as the best way to make progress amidst chaos. The suggestion is to disengage from extremes or opinionated attitudes and then follow the guidance that comes from within instead. In almost any situation, if you are able to walk the middle road between extremes, there will be improvement in whatever you undertake.
Here are selected excerpts from the text of Hexagram #15 MODERATION, as translated by R.L. Wing:
(MODESTY)
“Nature balances itself with plagues, droughts, and cycles of overabundance, and human nature strives toward MODERATION in its tendency to reduce the excesses of the over powerful and to augment the needs of those who are desperately wanting.
Worldly matters can now be brought to success through MODERATION. Leaders should strive to firmly carry their objectives through to completion, not with a show of extraordinary force but with the continuing sincerity that springs from their true natures. Confucius says of this idea, “When a man enters public life he does not change from what he was in private life. How unflinching is his strength!” The self-evident, self-actualizing demonstration of purpose is the mark of great leaders acting with MODERATION…
…Your inner development now requires a modest and sincere attitude. Do not indulge in extremes of any sort, and instead strive for MODERATION in all that you do. *It must be understood that acting with MODERATION means not only limiting the obvious excesses, but also exposing yourself to new areas of experience. Through MODERATION you can now gain some real control over your destiny. In this way you use the balancing tendency of the current forces to center yourself. This inner equilibrium aligns you with the tao, thus bringing you into harmony with forces that can work for you.”
Special advice to note from the Fifth Changing Line: “Despite the mild balance that is reached in MODERATION, it may be necessary to take forceful action to accomplish your aims. This should not be done with a boastful display of power, but with firm, decisive and objective action. Navigate Confusion with the Tarot
The Tarot Major Arcana Card for 2023 is # VII: The Chariot
Perhaps we could employ the single-minded determination and will power of The Chariot to reform the the myriad of misfortunes we’re experiencing.
The basic meanings for The Chariot card are: forward momentum, action or progressive activity through the balancing of opposing forces.
The image of the charioteer suggests that you be the drivers (mind) in charge of your own vehicle (body) and that you steer with the long view in mind (spiritual). Through determined effort and willpower The Chariot inspires you to take courage as you embark on our journey.
On the reverse side, it could also be a warning that you’re heading for danger. It would be better to “hold your horses” and wait for clarity before moving forward.
Good questions to ask The Chariot are:

Am I driving my own chariot or trying to drive someone else’s?
Is the vehicle I’m using safe and heading in the right direction? Do I need to slow down?
Am I navigating my situation correctly?
Am I heading off in too many directions?
Am I operating under an illusion?
What decision would help me regain or maintain control of my journey?
The Chinese Zodiac –
The Year of the Yin Water Rabbit officially started on January 22nd, 2023.
The beneficial qualities of the Rabbit are said to be: Docile. Fertile. Tender. Quiet. Gentle. Cautious. Considerate. Her fertility and connection with women’s health is legendary, although whether you consider that beneficial or not is entirely up to you!
Her more difficult qualities are liable to be: Irresolute. Skittish. Stubborn. Timid. Escapist. Plus, the rabbit is considered by many to be a trickster, although her tricks can be viewed as warnings about how we may be heading down the wrong rabbit hole.

If you decide to continue in your mistake – if you double down on an untruth – the difficulties and karmic backlash you experience will be far greater.

The I Ching: Use Your Potential Energy to Make Positive Change.
The I Ching energy has given us an opening from all the stuck and confusing CONFLICT of the past few months. The conflicts remain, however the energy of CHANGING has come in and will make it easier to find more positive opportunities to reform and reorganize ourselves as we move through them.

The Chinese Zodiac –
The collective unconscious has always looked for guidance from the stars and different constellations or Zodiac signs are often named after animals. In the Chinese Zodiac, 2023 is the Year of the Yin Water Rabbit, an energy that is quiet, gentle and cautious.
Because of our collective experience, we have universal symbols and patterns that affect us, whether or not they are often used in our own culture. Electro-magnetic Poisoning and Chakra Polarity
Welcome to a Powerful Clearing for Your Primary Chakras
and several additional chakras that will activate a stronger connection to your Spirit above and to Mother Earth below! We’re going to use Reiki Chakra Keys to help you clear electro-magnetic poisoning and other pathogens from your energy system while you balance the polarity of each chakra for increased energy.

This is a great healing meditation to go through while moving or stretching. I love to do it while I’m riding a recumbent bike. Lately, because of the increased pathogens in the atmosphere, I‘ve been guided to go through it on an “as needed” basis. One common sign that you need this formula would be if your electronics start going haywire. Your own unstable polarity could be interacting with your equipment! If you’re a highly sensitive person like me, you might want to go through it as a daily self-care routine…
Transformation Game: Clearing the Polarity of Your Chakras ~
There are hundreds of chakras located throughout the human body. Aside from the seven basic chakras that are well known, there are secondary spiritual chakras activating new levels of consciousness and essential chakras that govern the proper functioning of your body. That means every organ, gland and joint has at least one chakra. When the polarity of one or more of these chakras go out of sync with the others, you may feel unstable or off balance physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually.
Electro-magnetic poisoning and virus’s like the coronavirus can cause the chakras to go out of balance.
When you spend a lot of time around technology, it’s easy to build up a toxic load of EMF’s in your energy system. As a Medical Intuitive, I see this process beginning when electro-magnetic debris starts zapping around and jamming up the flow of energy in the chakras. If this “shock to the system” isn’t cleared regularly, highly sensitive people can eventually experience what’s known as electro-magnetic poisoning. The online magazine, Healthline lists possible reactions to EMF’s including: disturbances in your sleep, including insomnia, headache, depression and depressive symptoms, tiredness and fatigue, dysesthesia (a painful, often itchy sensation), lack of concentration, changes in memory, dizziness, irritability, loss of appetite and weight loss, restlessness and anxiety, nausea, skin burning, tingling and changes in the electrical activity of the brain.
Although the symptoms are vague and hard to diagnose, people suffering from electro-magnetic poisoning can experience significant disturbances in their mental health and physical wellbeing.
So, how can we expel electro-magnetic poisoning?
First, you want to make sure that your energy system is cleared of all the little “shocks” and fixations.
- On a mental level, these fixations often show up as rigid or dogmatic thinking.
- Emotionally, you can get stuck in a low vibration, like fear.
- On a physical level, the fixations show up as chronic tension derived from conflicts we’re holding onto.
- Spiritually, you might be clinging to dogma that’s preventing you from being as happy as you could be.
If you’ve been feeling stuck in any of these behaviors, this could be one reason!
To shake those fixations up a bit, imagine that you can use the Intuitive Learning Circle to help you relax and let all the lines going in towards the center of the Circle go loose and limp. Or you can imagine that there’s an iceberg of tension melting away. Let these positive affirmations help you:
“I relax and release chronic tension from my body. I let go of conflicts.”
“I soften my thoughts around extremes or rigid behavior.”
“I relax and melt away the fear and tension in accordance with my highest good.”
Take your time and move around if you feel the need. Be sure to breathe deeply and often!
Once you’ve done that, you should feel your system beginning to relax. Next, set a simple intention about polarity. For example:
“This is a clearing for me to balance my chakra system so that it’s flowing in harmony with life affirming polarity.”
Start going through the different Circles for the chakras in the order laid out below. Spend approximately a minute or two meditating on each symbol. The Reiki Chakra Keys are helping you to shift harmful polarity and let go of electro-magnetic poisoning. I’ve used them myself to help me move viral energies out of my system!
You’ll probably feel a lot of energy moving. That’s all right, it simply means the symbols are working with Reiki energy to cleanse toxins out of your chakras and then balance them.
As you meditate on each Key, consciously visualize the toxic energy clearing out of you and going to the Sun. That way, you can be sure that you’re not dumping debris on others or our precious Earth. You will know you’re done when the energy calms down. Then you can move on to the next Key. At the end of the sequence, additional Circles from Gifts from the Rainforest will help you get your energy settled and grounded.
Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!
So, let’s get started with Part One!
Begin with the Fourth Chakra Key (Heart): Think about someone or something that you love very much. Feel that tender feeling in the center of your chest. This is where the Fourth Chakra is located and its energy radiates out, like a star with “Yang” energy.
A balanced and clear Fourth Chakra vibrates with the color GREEN. This is the center of your Being and the focal point for a healthy chakra system in the New Paradigm. It’s often called the Heart Chakra (please note that you have other chakras that bring energy in and out of your actual physical heart and their polarity generally runs more Yin or receptive). To balance the polarity in your 4th chakra, gaze at the Circle while using this positive affirmation:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
Visualize any electro-magnetic debris going to the Light.
Next, gaze at the Fifth Chakra Key for the chakra located at your Throat:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Fifth Chakra vibrates with the color BLUE. Visualize any blockages or heaviness going to the Sun.
Continue with the Sixth Chakra Key for your Third Eye at the center of your forehead:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Sixth Chakra vibrates with the color Purple. Send toxic energy out and to the Sun.
At the top of your head is the Seventh Chakra Key, often called the Crown Chakra:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Seventh Chakra vibrates with the color WHITE. Feel the toxic energy moving up, out of the Crown Chakra like a fountain and going to the Sun. Continue until you feel calm and stable.
Keep moving up now and imagine an energy center located about 2″ up from the top of your Crown Chakra. This is what I call your Soul Chakra and it connects you with your Soul energy coming from the Divine Mind:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Soul Chakra vibrates with your unique Soul COLOR. Let the positive energy of your Soul calm and strengthen your entire system. It helps for you to think about activities and things you’ve created that fill you with joy!
Just above your Soul Chakra is the Divine Mind Chakra, which transmits Divine Love energy through your unique connection with Divine Source.
“I connect with my Divine Mind Chakra to receive pure, Source energy.”
Your Life Path Chakras are positioned on either side of the Crown Chakra about one inch out. These chakras carry your potential coming into this lifetime.
“These chakras flow with positive, life affirming polarity.”
When the polarity between these two chakras are positive and balanced, a treasure chest of gifts is unlocked that can help you on your path. Keep breathing!
Take a moment to dissolve any buildup of toxins with this symbol.
Consciously relax and then tune in for a minute. Visualize the toxic energy clearing out of you and going to the Light.
You will know you’re done when the energy calms down.
Then you can move on to the second part of the clearing!
Part Two:
Now that you’ve balanced the upper chakras, let’s move down to the center of your body to the Third Chakra, located at your solar plexus (the soft area where your ribs go up):
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Third Chakra vibrates with the color YELLOW. Remember to let the chakra relax and release any stuck or fixated energy, sending it to the Light.
About 2″ below your navel is the Second Chakra:
It’s also known as the Spleen Chakra because of its deep connections with emotions, nourishment and immunity. View this symbol to help you adapt to the appropriate structure, function and connectivity needed for your health at this time:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Second Chakra resonates with the color ORANGE. Visualize any toxic energy or entanglements going to the Light.
Next, let’s clear your First Chakra located at the base of your pelvis (sometimes called the Root or Sacral chakra).
It may be time for you to release some old connections to harmful patterns from the past:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Root Chakra vibrates with the color RED. Visualize any heaviness, illness or toxic energy expelling to the Light.
Now its time to connect with the Earth Chakra, located directly below your feet:
“I connect with Mother Earth and am grounded in life nourishing energy.”
A balanced and clear Earth Chakra vibrates with your unique energy signature or Soul Color. Consciously feel your feet joyously connecting to the ground.
As we finish this clearing, let’s strengthen the hara lines that connect all the chakras, like a beautiful web of life.
“The hara lines between my chakras are mending, healing and strengthening.”
Imagine that these tiny lines are healing themselves throughout your body and reorganizing around optimal health.
Finally, take a moment to let everything blend and flow together while you keep your feet on the floor to finish grounding.
“My energy is flowing in harmony and grounding in life affirming polarity.”
Congratulations!
You’ve balanced the polarity of the seven primary chakras and connected additional chakras that will enhance your health, intuition, personal growth and creativity. Now, your energy will be much clearer – more stable and grounded. Remember, a person whose energy is balanced and grounded benefits everyone. Be sure to take some time to relax and rest.
