How To Do the Right Thing and Turn Things Around

Do you ever have the feeling that you’re about to do something that you’ll regret? Do you get concerned that you’re not doing something that you really ought to do? If you could straighten out your thinking and do the right thing, what would it be?

You may be having difficulty interacting with relationships around you because of mixed messages or unresolved issues from your past. By taking the time to go within and find out what your thinking really is, you can understand what’s motivating you and take action to resolve the situation.

Note: This exercise is associated with the I Ching Hexagrams #6 CONFLICT, #38 CONTRADICTION and #43 RESOLUTION:

The way to play this game is to relax and breathe deeply while you meditate on the questions and suggestions that accompany the Circles. This first one will help you to slow down and let yourself focus on one thing at a time.

“I slow down and relax.”

“I am able to focus on my priorities.”

 

Once you’re relaxed, go through the rest of the quiz in the same way – asking yourself the questions while you gaze softly at the accompanying Circle. Take your time, the answers might not come right away. The Circles are helping your mind to clear away mental and emotional clutter.

“What do I want to do?” 

“Am I holding onto a past decision that’s in CONFLICT with what I really want to do now? If so, can I tell what it is?”

 

“What is my motivation here? Is there an agreement I have with myself or anyone else involved that’s causing a conflict?”

“What do I need to do to remain loyal to myself?”

 

“What things have I been thinking to myself about this situation?” 

“Is that really true?
Do I need to amend my thinking in some way?
What might help me respond better in this situation?”

 

“What would help me connect better with my Soul so that I can do the right thing?”

 

Sometimes the CONFLICTING energy around us contributes to glitches or reversal in our energy fields. Use this Correction Key to smooth out any rough  energy.

Keep relaxing until you can begin to feel the calming energy of your Soul coming through.

 

Once you’ve got a better connection, contemplate your situation again.

“What is the real danger here? How am I getting thrown off?”

Is there a fear or some kind of emotional distress involved?
Am I picking up someone else’s situation or my own?

 

The Essential Human

If there is and you have a copy of The Essential Human, you might want to go through the Emotional Corrections A – E on pps. 97 – 101 to clear it up.

“I take responsibility for handling my own part in this situation.”

“I let other people handle their own part.”

 

Is there something that you need to manage better or think about differently?

 

Do you need to shine some light on a real solution?

Do you need to re-examine your motivations?
If so, imagine that you can do just that!

 

Continue your inquiry:

“Am I anticipating a problem? What am I afraid will happen?”

Relax for a few minutes and let the Circle help you calm down with this affirmation: “I relax and let go of any fears. I’m open to a positive outcome.”

 

Are you holding onto a family assumption or expectation that you need to let go of? If so, relax and let go of any entanglements.

“I let go of harmful assumptions and expectations.”
“I let go of family pattens of CONFLICT and CONTRADICTION.”

 

“What do I need to do for this to change for the better?”

“Is there something that would be best for me to refrain from doing?”

 

Release any old agreements, assumptions or grudges that could be keeping this CONFLICT going. Visualize them like contracts, burning up into nothingness.

“I let go of outdated agreements, assumptions, contradictions, compulsions, obsessions or taking things personally.”

“I let go of the need to hold onto the conflict in this situation.”

Make some new agreements that support a healthy resolution, like:

“My Soul is in charge. I accept and forgive myself for what I’ve done in the past. I choose my words wisely now.”

“I decide to accept the other party as they are and respond appropriately.”

“I decide to use the cooperative, life affirming energies of the New Paradigm to RESOLVE this situation effectively.” Etc.

 

Make a RESOLUTION to overcome your difficulties by making progress in a unified and productive direction. Gently formulate some positive affirmations about how you can follow through now and do things in a way that will really benefit you. Write them down so you remember to follow through! For example:

“I make a RESOLUTION to relax and grow in the direction of my general good.”

 

“Am I willing to do what would be required for this to change in a positive, meaningful way?”

If you are willing, gather up your Soul resources and Free Will.
If you’re not, this is a good opportunity to explore what’s happening.

 

Let your Throat Chakra open and balance out so it can support your words in your new RESOLUTION.

After all, saying the right thing and doing the right thing are inter-related!

Next, let your thinking balance out and support you in your new RESOLUTION.

Keep relaxing between these two chakras until you can clearly see yourself taking the appropriate actions. Remember that actions speak louder than words!

Crown Chakra

 

It’s time to bring RESOLUTION to the various mental and emotional behaviors that have fed your CONFLICT. Use this symbol to dissolve destructive blueprints that have been causing you harm.

“I release the mental/emotional patterns of reacting out of fear, obligation, dread, revenge or disdain.”

“I dissolve the underlying patterns of worry, guilt or ___________ and send them to the Light.”

Take your time and visualize them dissolving like dark clouds into the pure, light of the Sun.

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

 

Once the patterns are dissolved in your mind, seal and heal any leaks or attachments that may lead you back into CONFLICT.

“All holes are sealed and healed. All pathways that lead to CONTRADICTIONS and CONFLICT are closing.” 

“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection and intended path.”

Making Friends with the Helpers of Physical Manifestation

This Game has three goals:

  1. Animal Totems - Opening Your HeartTo open your heart to a method for communicating with nature and your Soul through the Intuitive Learning Circles.
  2. To develop your intuition and ability to look within for answers. 
  3. To improve your level of personal power and discernment for living appropriately in the New Paradigm.

Open Your Heart to Reorganize Around the Common Good


In order to adapt to the many changes that are happening in our environment, our minds will have an easier time navigating the journey if we have signs and maps to help us find our way. Navigating life under the guidance of our Soul is the primary purpose of the Intuitive Learning Circles.

A Layout and Foundation for the Common Good

For example, if you meditate on the “map” provided in this image, your mind can get a better grasp of what it can organize around in the New Paradigm we’ve entered and how we might be able to co-create common ground for the common good. 

Relax for a minute or two with this template for common ground based on cooperation, joy, equality and balanced prosperity.

If you are able to, go ahead and relax into it to create an imprint. Put your feet on the floor and ground yourself.

Open Your Heart and Reunite with Nature

Within this new terrain, it will be tremendously helpful to develop respectful, reciprocal relationships with the Helpers of Physical Manifestation in Gifts from the Rainforest. This process takes time, trust and a sincere intention to ask for and receive their guidance or medicine.

Each Helper has its own unique medicine, which is explained in the aphorism and “Further Explanation” sections of the post. One Helper might have medicine for dealing with difficult people (for example, Parrot #18), while another might help you to focus better, such as Praying Mantis, #6.

The Helpers are like new friends that can really assist you if you’re willing to slow down, open your heart and get to know them. This Transformation Game will help you to create a healing relationship based on common ground for the common good with whatever Helper you want to get to know next.

Open Your Heart

Begin by going to Old Sol #49 and reading its message.

Through this Circle, symbolized by the Sun, you can connect with your Higher Self. All the other Intuitive Learning Circles only work through your Higher Self or Soul in order to avoid false guidance.

You will be using “Old Sol” to tell you which Helper would be good to get to know next. You can also use it to confirm guidance that you get or formulate questions and intentions that are important to you.

The next step is to gaze softly at the Circle itself and take several relaxing breaths. It doesn’t really matter what part of the image you’re looking at and it isn’t necessary to figure out what the lines or circles do. Just let your intuition guide you.

If you find yourself criticizing or doubting yourself, that’s your critical mind trying to take over and control your thinking. Just set it aside and bring your attention back towards opening your heart.

Now that you’ve read the directions, it’s time to ask your first question. Look at the Circle and ask your heart:

“Is there an issue or situation that I could use some guidance with right now?”

Old Sol

Answers may come in the form of words, a symbol, an impression or a feeling. What ever comes to you, write it down, even if it doesn’t seem to make sense at first.

Also, it’s important to take the the time to include your heart center and listen to it. If you’re all up in your head, chasing after thoughts, that’s not really intuition. Gently bring your attention down into your heart area, slow down and listen for quiet, heart centered messages.

 

Once you have an issue, ask Old Sol for a number between one and fifty-eight and take the very first number that comes to you. The number you come up with is the number of the Helper and Circle that you most need to make friends with right now.

What number between 1 – 58 does your Soul want you open your heart to? 

Write the number down, go to that Helper in your copy or the online book and read about its medicine. Notice if there are any messages that stick out to you.

Next, gaze softly at the Circle (both crossed and uncrossed) and relax. Breathe deeply a few times. Imagine your mind can gather up all the unconscious information it has about this medicine. Now you’re ready to go through the series of Circles in the first section of the game.

For best results playing a Transformation Game, look at each Circle both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.

Section One: Open Your Heart and Clear Obstacles to Communication

1. Earth ~ Our early life conditioning is often the biggest obstacle to spiritual connection and guidance. Gaze at the Earth Circle with soft eyes and breathe deeply with each affirmation:

“In accordance with my highest good…

… I unearth all harmful societal / tribal conditioning that prevents me from connecting with my Higher Self through my heart.”

“I uproot all harmful conditioning that would prevent me from making friends with the _________ Helper I have chosen.”

“I disentangle from all tribal conditioning based on ignorance or harm that would block clear and cooperative communication.”

 

2. Seed #37~ Pretend this Circle is like a communication device. You ask it a question and an answer comes back to you in the form of words, an image, a feeling or a symbol.

This is how you can use the Circles and their Helpers to communicate intuitively with your Soul or Higher Self. Try it out by asking the Seed Helper:

“What is preventing me from following the true guidance of the __________ Helper?”

Make a note of your answers. At this point the answer(s) may or may not make sense to you yet, so just write them down and continue.

 

3. Alligator #3 ~ Now it’s time to discover thought processes, emotions or behaviors that are preventing a helpful connection with your chosen Helper. Look into the Intuitive Learning Circle for Alligator and ask the following questions one at a time:

“Can I tell what the problem is?”

“Is it about a behavior? A habit? An attitude?”

“Is it emotional? Conceptual?”

“Is it a blockage in how I’m interacting with my environment?”

“Is it a misunderstanding about how I’m using my energy?”

“Is it an attachment or entanglement?”

“Is there more than one thing preventing clear communication? If so, what are they?”

“Am I perceiving this situation correctly and truthfully?”

4. Divine Protection ~ Recalibrate your energy to adjust to the new generative flow of life force based on the Air element. As you gaze at the symbol, allow your breathing to become lighter and easier. This chi’ moves quicker and you don’t need to work as hard as you used to in order to accomplish something. Imagine you can use this symbol as a filter for interacting with your chosen Helper more effectively.

“I am open and clear to utilize generative life force.”

Bring your awareness to the center black circle. What do you think is blocking open communication? Whatever comes to you, write it down because that phrase or idea has important information that could help you understand more about what you need to do to help yourself.

Once you’ve done that, look at the Circle and ask your heart:

“How would my life be better if I were friends with the ________ Helper I have chosen?”

Again, write your answer down.

 

The Importance of Soul Contracts

5. Raccoon #11 ~ Raccoon is the primary animal totem that handles Soul Contracts which are agreements you’ve made on a Soul level to help you experience who you are more deeply. When you have completed the karma of a particular experience, you can move on to other experiences. However, your nervous system will keep repeating the feedback loop for that karma until you have consciously released the contract and integrated the lesson into your consciousness.

Raccoon Medicine bypasses your critical mind and goes directly into the nervous system to release completed contracts. As you look at Raccoon’s Circle, relax into your spine. Go through this list of potential agreements that might get in the way of truthful communication and genuine help:

A. “I release all agreements, contracts, allegiances, obligations or vows that prevent me from communicating clearly with my Higher Self and receiving help.” 

B. “I release all agreements, contracts, allegiances, obligations or vows that prevent me from communicating clearly and receiving help from the true spirit of the __________ Helper.”

C. “I release all agreements to put up with disorder, lies, deception, hostility or _____________.”

D. “I release all agreements, contracts, allegiances, obligations or vows that prevent me from benefiting from and utilizing the medicine of the _________ Helper.”

Releasing contracts and agreements of this kind significantly loosens the grip that the ego has on your mind, body and spirit. Energy can begin to move differently for you now and negative patterns are more easily changed to benefit you.

 

Clear your energy of entanglements and destructive toxins:

Continue breathing while you use this Soul Star Detachment Key to relax and mend any energetic wounds that are associated with negative attachments or toxins. 

Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.

“My energy system can easily and effectively, neutralize and detach from interfering energies.”

Relax and sense your overall energy. If it feels stuck or sluggish, stay with the Key until the energy lets go and smooths out. 

Congratulations! Going through the first section of this game has helped you to release attitudes, behaviors and beliefs that are getting in the way of good guidance that comes through your Soul. When you are ready, go through Section Two below, where you will reconnect with essential components of your personal power and effectively redirect your energy and attention towards positive and life affirming ways of being.

Section Two – Open Your Heart to Receive True Help and Guidance 

This part of the game uses charts from Soul Prayer Charts, the companion piece to Gifts from the Rainforest.

Use Soul Prayer Chart #13 for Divine Connection to help you.

“My Heart is open. My Soul is in charge and I am empowered to connect through joy and gratitude to this Helper.”

Open Your Heart

“I ask for and receive help from the 
 ___________ Helper and its medicine.”

“I am empowered to co-create a New Paradigm –
based on common ground for the common good.”

Smooth Out Your Energy: You might be experiencing difficulty adjusting to all the significant environmental changes that are ongoing. Sudden reversals, blockages and changes in momentum can cause your subtle energy fields to react in unusual ways.

As you look at this Soul Star Correction Key, do you notice any rough glitches or reversed energies going on? If so, relax with it for a few minutes until things smooth out.

“Jagged, disjointed glitches in my sensory system are being repaired.”

“All shut downs and reversals are gently corrected.”

Continue crossing and uncrossing over the midline of your body until you can feel the unique energy of your Soul coming through.

 

Set Things Right: If needed, use the To Each Their Own symbol which will help you sort out emotions, karma and other issues that don’t belong with you and reclaim the things that do. 

As you look at the chart, first visualize sending back other people’s issues and energies that may have attached to you for any reason. Return them to where ever they belong – through the Light – thus “setting things right.”  Be sure to do that freely, with a sense of forgiveness.

“I send issues, emotions, karma and energies
to wherever they need to go to heal.”

Once you’ve returned what needs to be returned, relax and let the symbol help you reclaim whatever belongs with you, for example, your own gifts, talents or karma and intentions. Ask your Soul to position them correctly so they can either be cleared or utilized to benefit you.

“I reclaim my own issues, energies and karma
so that I may handle them in accordance with my highest good.”

 

Dissolve Destructive Blueprints: Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that keep you at odds with yourself and your new friend. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and disperse any harmful personal, societal or familial patterns that have come up in this process. See them disappear like old cloud banks dissolving into pure sunlight:

“I release into the Light all destructive patterns that keep me from reuniting with Nature.”

“I dissolve all pathways that keep me connected to harmful patterns.
I surrender them to the Light completely – and with Forgiveness.”

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of health, happiness and life – not illness, unhappiness and death!

 

Closure and Completion: Once the patterns are cleared, give your heart and Soul some relief through closure.

“All doors that lead back to guilt, blame, abuse and suffering are sealed and healed. I follow the direction of my Soul’s intention.”

 

Finish by closing down any harmful energy drains from the past. An energy drain could be anything – a false belief, an outdated plan or some kind of individual or collective behavior that drains your life force. Use Fly Medicine to visualize the drain(s) deconstructing and closing down.

“I deconstruct old behaviors and shut down any drains to my energy.”

Once they are closed down, use the Circle to find where the voids are and fill them with loving, life affirming energy!

“I fill in the leftover void with healthy, life affirming energy.”

Excellent! When you open your heart and reunite with Nature, you are accessing communication with your Soul that offers profound truth and transformation.

Access Generative Flow: Now is a good time to confirm that you’ve closed down old energy and communication channels from the malaise left over from the Piscean Age. Gaze softly at Divine Protection and allow it to help you get centered. Then, when you’re ready, bring your attention back into your Heart Center and let it integrate. 

“I surrender to the help and protection of my Inner Guidance.”

“My Heart and mind is open to receive generative life force.”

“I connect to the new communication channels available in the Aquarian Age.”

Keep breathing with the awareness that this new chi’ is much lighter and quicker than what we were used to in the Piscean Age. It will take some time to adjust!

 

Ground in the New Paradigm: Once you feel your energy has stabilized, ask about your relationship to the map for common good and common ground in the New Paradigm.

Are you gaining familiarity with this new template?

  • Does your Soul approve of what this map can open up for you?
  • Is there a place for you there and a path for you to move forward in a positive way?
  • Do you have a working agreement with this Helper for creating common ground for the Common good?
  • How do the Helpers feel about their relationship with you now?

Do you have other, related questions you would like to ask? Go ahead and ask them. Place your feet on the floor again and get grounded.

Finish the Game with Your New Friend ~

Now you can test how well this game has opened up your relationship with your Helper. Go to the Helper that you chose and think about the issue or problem that you wrote down at the beginning of the game. Come up with a simple question, like:

“How has my perception changed?”
or
“How can we work together to create the common good?”

Look at the Circle for your Helper and ask it. What answer(s) do you get? Write them down and follow through if needed. 

Tips for asking the totems questions and receiving guidance: 

• Keep your questions simple and about one thing at a time. 

• If you don’t get an answer, it may mean that your mind is fixated on a person, an event or something from the past. Mental fixations usually happen because of some kind of emotional or spiritual trauma. If that happens, go to Condor #32, and let its medicine help you to release the fixation. You will know the fixation is cleared when you can come up with an answer to your question. 

• Once you have an answer to your first question, do you have other, related questions you can ask? Go ahead and ask them. 

• Once you’ve finished, put the book aside. Now is a good time to rest, get out into nature, take a walk or otherwise refresh yourself. Allow the answer to percolate while you’re doing something else.

• For optimum results, go through both sections of this game with Old Sol #49 first, because your relationship with your Higher Self is of primary importance. After that, play the game for Animal Spirits #1 and Plant Spirits #36.

• After playing the game, spend the next week or so asking for guidance and help from the totem on a regular basis.

• If you are a practitioner and are planning to use Gifts from the Rainforest with others, ask questions about how you can use the totem’s medicine to help your clients and what will help you to be more receptive to its guidance.

• If you are a teacher, counselor or in a position to guide others, ask your Higher Self, through Old Sol #49 for protection, help and guidance. Ask for a symbol or sign that affirms you are on the right track.

Congratulations! If you are sincere in your requests and willing to follow through on the guidance you’re given, be prepared for increased dream activity, creative inspiration and opportunities for manifesting the common good!

The world is filled with advice about how to do this and that. How to find love… how to be happy… what you need to wear… how you need to look. The advertising in the media has an agenda and unconsciously you know what it is: “You’re not good enough as you are – buy our product and you will instantly be fixed!”

Your own mind may be constantly fussing about the past – what you did or didn’t do – or you may be worrying about the future. Especially lately, it’s all too easy to get caught up in external dramas and ignore how important it is to stay grounded and keep our minds calm.  

In times like this it’s obvious that what most people really need and want is love. But how can we get there? The way that seems to work best is to remind ourselves through self love. Unfortunately, we often forget to show up for ourselves and in the process, we miss out on what we want the most! 

You can take this short self love quiz that uses Angelic guidance and your Essential Self to help remind you that you are a being of Love.

All you need to do is gaze softly at each symbol while you read the affirmation or question that goes with it. 

Begin by Asking for Help from Angelic Beings of Light.

Imagine that you can ask them: “Please, help me slow down and understand how to love myself better…

The answer you get may be “yes,” “no,” “sometimes” or “not lately.”

Are you ready to realign your energy to include what’s best for you? If so, that is self love! Ask your angels to help you fill your Self with strength and courage to love yourself better. Imagine that with every breath, you are filling up with love and light. Here’s a couple of positive affirmations that could help:

“I am important. When I am grounded and love myself, I am grounding Love on the planet.”

With this Reiki Chakra Key, become aware of your solar plexus – the soft area in front just below where your ribs go up. 

This is the area where your Essential Self is properly positioned.

In stressful times, it’s pretty common for the Essential Self to get closed off, misplaced or dissociated.

Gazing gently at the Key will help your Essence get re-connected, centered and balanced.

 

Self-love QuizSee if you can relax that area and allow positive energy to flow into it with this affirmation:

“I am present and included in the equation of creating Love.”

If you do Reiki, you can send it right to your solar plexus.

If there are aspects of your Essential Self that aren’t present, ask for numbers between 1 – 42 from The Essential Self  to call them back and center them in your Solar Plexus Chakra.

 

Now gently look at this symbol and ask your Essential Self:

“Is there something I need to think, do, change or have that would help me to attract more love into my life?”

 

Whatever your answer to that question is, imagine that you can connect with that truth  – like the lines that are connecting in with the center of this symbol for Divine Connection:

“I connect my Essence with truthful channels of communication.” 

“I have protection. Harmful energy channels from the past are closing down.”

 

Are there any remaining blockages? If so, ask if any numbers between 1 – 73 from Divine Nature Activated would help to clear them.

The Intuitive Learning Circles are great at developing precognition, bringing intuitive hits, hunches and other unconscious information up to the surface to be examined more closely. Especially if you have learning difficulties or your inner guidance is blocked for some reason. That’s why I’m sharing this Mind Exercise from Intuitive Learning in the New Paradigm. By playing, you’ll have the opportunity to engage your imagination and shed some light on potential situations where you might be better off staying out of the way!


If you’ve ever stepped into a compromising situation or gotten caught in the middle of a fight between people, you know what it feels like to suddenly find yourself caught in the middle of a “no-win” situation. It feels horrible! Especially for highly sensitive people, who often find themselves in the middle of highly charged, emotional conflicts.

Developing Precognition

“If only I knew beforehand or had some kind of “spidey sense” that there was going to be a problem, I wouldn’t have even shown up!”

But wait. That’s not really so far out of the realm of possibilities. It’s called developing precognition or as I like to say, listening to your intuitive hit.

Clearing the Way for Making Smart Decisions

Use Your Inner Guidance and Gut Instincts to Get Out of the Way and Learn How to Be in the Right Place at the Right Time.

You’ve probably had an experience of knowing that it just felt wrong to go to a certain place at a certain time. Then later, you find out that you were right. Something unfortunate happened in that very same place around that time! That’s your precognition at work and it’s a darn useful skill to have, especially now, when times are so unstable and chaotic.

In the old paradigm based on greed and elitism, it’s been commonplace for people to try to control things by invading other people’s space or interfering with important personal projects or relationships.  This can happen on a physical level, but it can also happen on an emotional/mental level, which often causes emotional shock that sits frozen under the surface of our awareness. We have expressions for when these kinds of manipulations happen. “Get out of my space,” or “stop playing mind games with me,” are just a few. Unfortunately, when this happens, emotions can easily escalate out of control and our normal awareness of danger can get blocked!

Developing precognition through accurate intuition is one way to help you keep your mind on your own business and protect yourself from dangerous situations.


Preparations for Developing Precognition

Begin by activating your five senses so that your intuition can come forward and give you the help that you seek. You can use these affirmations:

“I reclaim and reconnect with my senses.”

“I clear them up so that I can accurately sense my environment.”

“I use them to sense what will keep me safe, productive and well.”

“I become aware if I’m intruding on other people’s business.”

“I can clearly sense what will help me to _______________.”

 

Next, gaze softly at this Circle to help you gently release any shock that might be under the surface for you. Imagine the lines are getting all wavy and loose.

 

Give yourself more help by making repairs to any chakras that might have been affected by all the chaotic energies in the environment.

“I smooth out any jagged energies, addictions, viruses, reversals or blockages in my field.”

 

Use this next Circle to help you develop precognition in your current situation by tapping into your unconscious mind. Gaze softly at this Circle and ask yourself:

“Is there a situation coming up where I need to get out of the way?”

“Is there a situation where someone is getting in my way or blocking what I need to do?”

Be patient and relax into your body. The Circle is helping you focus in on pertinent unconscious information. Your answer could come in the form of a feeling, an image, words or a combination of them all.

Let’s get some more information…

Sometimes we’re empathically picking up on someone else’s situation.
Could that be happening in this case?

If so, is there any shared karma? Have you let your protection down?
Do you need to pull your energy back and re-establish protection?

 

Is there an action you’re thinking about taking that isn’t in your best interests? Do you need increased awareness to take that action?

If the answer you get is “no”, count yourself lucky and keep up the good work staying out of trouble!

If the answer is “yes” or “maybe,” keep going with this exercise to find out more about what’s going on and what you can do about it.


Continue the Mind Exercise for Developing Precognition

1. Slow down and ask for more information about what’s really going on. Use your imagination and see the landscape of your mind slowing down too. Things may simply be moving too fast for you to get out of the way when trouble is about to happen.

 

2. When things are chaotic or moving too fast, it’s easy to get distracted and fall into scams, traps and deceptive mind games. Plus, people are more likely to be mixed up in situations where they really don’t belong. Use this Reiki Chakra Key to open your Third Eye to intuition and common sense. You can use these positive affirmations to help:

“I open my Third Eye and let it balance.
I use it to separate what’s true from what’s a distraction or all-out lie.”

 

Being in the Wrong Place at the Wrong Time

3. Remember the relationship or situation where you think there might be a problem. While you think about it, gaze at this Circle and ask your gut a couple of simple “yes” or “no” questions:

“What is the situation? Is there any danger in it?”

Once you find the situation, ask yourself:
“What is the danger here? Can I tell how I’m participating in the situation?
Is there an important reason why I’m participating or considering doing this? Is it worth it to put myself in this situation?”

 

“Am I placing my hopes into something that isn’t in my best interests?”
What does my inner guidance say about this?

 

4. Continue your self-inquiry:

“Would I be pulled off track or doing harm to myself? Would my projects be harmed? My loved ones? If so, what is the problem?”

It could be timing, placement, priorities, a belief, an agreement, a habit or something else…

Take your time to get as much information as you can.

 

5. Would being in this situation have a negative effect on your boundaries? Your prosperity? Your health or well-being? In what way?

 

6. Sometimes, how people see you can be a source of the problem. People often project what’s going on within themselves onto other people. Check in with this Circle to see if anything like that could be involved. Note – what’s being projected onto you could be either unflattering, flattering or both!

“In this situation, am I being projected on?”

So, now you have a lot more information to work with as you decide what to do!

7. What is the best thing to do in this case? If you need to move out of the way, see yourself doing that in your minds eye. If you need to let go or say “no”, see yourself doing that. Whatever message you get, see yourself taking your own advice.

“What do I need to do?”

 

Finish this part of Developing Precognition with these affirmations:

“I resolve to be in the right place at the right time for my highest good.”

“I stay out of trouble and follow through on my true priorities.”

 

“I close the doors on old habits, distractions or misconceptions.”

Closure for Developing Precognition

“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

Navigate Your Karma: Understanding How the Root Cause is the Answer to Resolution ~ with Rheanni Lightwater

Your Root Chakra Is Deeply Connected to Personal and Collective Karma that Influences your Physical Conditions.

Root Chakra - Navigate Your Karma

Your chakras are part of how you use your energy to manifest your goals and your root energy provides a foundation for your basic physiological and biological needs. This includes your needs for air, food (nourishment), water, shelter, warmth, sex, sleep and method(s) of communication. This exercise is designed to help you navigate your karma, especially around these basic needs by gently reprogramming your Root Chakra.


In these exercises, what is meant by “karma”?

Being human at this time and on this planet is your karma (as well as mine) and we share that karma collectively. In my experience, the most useful explanation of karma is simply the physical and spiritual law of cause and effect. “For every action, there is a reaction.” “What I put out comes back to me.”

Navigate Your Karma - Life Destructive Flow

Karma = thoughts, decisions and actions that you’ve followed through on.

Whenever you have a thought, decide to follow through on it and then take action, you have created karma. As far as the Cosmos is concerned, there is no judgement about it or suffering assigned to it, only consequences. In other words, for anything that’s put into motion, there will be some kind of effect.

Let’s use the example of your birth. Certain thoughts, decisions and actions your grandparents took caused them to create the circumstances for your parents to conceive you. Congratulations, you incarnated! Your karmic seeds for being a human have ripened, for better or for worse! That goes for me too, both good and bad, or as I like to put it – preferred and unpreferred.

There is always a mixture of preferred and unpreferred karma. It’s never all bad or all good. Even the terms “good” and “bad” are only relevant to your goals and point of view. You may say that your job situation is bad karma, yet to another person, having any job at all could be seen as good karma to them. The individual’s perspective makes all the difference.

Timing and circumstances are also important considerations. For example, you may see that new car as good karma today and tomorrow you get into a bad accident by driving too fast in it. Is it “good,” “bad,” a punishment? No, simply the natural consequences of actions you’ve taken. However, if you decide that it’s a punishment and then you act on that decision, you are technically creating the karma for “punishment.” The Cosmos is neutral, but you have condemned yourself.

Now, let’s say you decide to deny your responsibility for your part in that accident and continue to lie to yourself about it, a karmic pattern begins to form (or continues). Denial only plants the karmic seeds for more denial and lies which then leads to punishment, then more denial, which then creates more lies… and so it goes – on and on and on. In Buddhism, it’s called samsara – the cycle of suffering.

The Way Out – You Can Navigate Your Karma by Setting It Right.

Situations are neutral and more often than not, our unpreferred situations actually help us to learn and propel us further on our spiritual journey.

Another more poignant example is our karma as it pertains to something collective, like the coronavirus. The overall atmosphere of the pandemic and its accompanying financial upheaval has undeniably been a group experience and therefore a clearcut example of collective cause and effect.

Yet the disruption provides valuable experience as it assists us in understanding why we need to deal with social injustice or climate change. We might also discover ways to create more preferred financial structures or ways to live and communicate more peacefully.

How can we navigate our karma as individuals in the midst of this collective karma?

There are many choices people made during the pandemic and subsequent consequences. Some people made a decision to ignore safety recommendations and follow through by going out without protection. “I went out. I got sick. I should have listened!” Some went out and had little or no immediately perceivable consequences. “I went out. I didn’t catch the virus. I’m all that.” Others might have done everything right and still have a terrible time. “I did everything right. I still got the virus. Why am being punished?”

The structures of the status quo tell us that we are “sinners” and that we need to be obedient to an angry, male god. However, the Cosmos is neutral. We are really our own judge and jury. Our perception and what ideas we buy into are the key factors for how we either resolve the karma or intensify it.

So here we all are, sitting in the middle of our collective karma. What’s the best thing to do? For me, the initial answer is to come clean with it. Accept my part in what’s happening and learn from it. Be open to more life-affirming thoughts and decisions and then take action on them.

Sounds simple, yet so very difficult. After all, there are those pesky consequences to consider!

Here’s what I do, and it seems to work pretty well. I offer it up for your consideration:

  1. I accept what’s happening and how I feel about it (personal responsibility).
  2. I become open to new thoughts about hope and forgiving myself.
  3. I gather my courage and awareness to make a new decision based on what I would now prefer to experience.
  4. I take action on steps 1, 2 and 3 with care and patient consideration.

Navigate Your Karma - Life Affirming Flow

Taking Care of the Root Cause Through a Mind Exercise Using the Intuitive Learning Circles

Let’s begin by changing our agreements around punishment and being so very black and white, good and bad about everything. Your nervous system holds the energy of those agreements. To let go, start at the bottom of the line and the bottom of your spine. Imagine you can get to the bottom of the very first agreements you made about punishment. As you move up, you can imagine locks unlocking – each vertebrae is being  freed from the chains of outdated, oppressive agreements. Go up all the way up to the top of your spine.

“I release my agreement with being a”bad” girl or boy. I forgive myself completely.”

“I give up shame, blame and punishment.”

“I release my judgement and let myself off the hook.”

“I let go of any agreements I have that karma is ‘bad’ or ‘good’.”

“I decide that karma is neutral. It’s what I decide about it and do with it that matters.”

“I decide to accept what’s happening and learn more life-affirming ways of being, based on what’s needed now.”

What other agreements would you like to change?

 

Consider a current experience you’re having that you would like to navigate differently. One experience might be your fears around astrological events such as Mercury in Retrograde. This regular occurrence is often collectively thought of as “bad” where negative experiences and breakdowns in communication happen more often.

Take a few minutes with this next Circle to turn down the volume and pay attention to how you’re perceiving  your current situation.

Once you’ve calmed down, ask yourself:

What karmic experience is a concern to me right now? How am I perceiving the situation?

What are my fears?

Am I present in my body?”

Note: You may want to go back and renegotiate some more agreements…

 

 

It’s important that you be fully present to make effective corrections.

Continue to relax and let your 3rd Chakra get connected, open and balanced at your solar plexus (the area where your ribs go up in the front).

Your Essential Self is the embodiment of your instinctual nature and the keeper of your personal  energy. It’s most efficiently located in the 3rd Chakra to help you manifest, create happiness and maintain health.

In times when you’re experiencing unpreferred Karma, it’s pretty common for the Essential Self to go into a fight or flight response. It may get angry and resist or it could run away, go into hiding or even dissociate. Are you experiencing one of those responses now?

Remind your Essence that you have given up punishment, that it is safe and that you have completely forgiven yourself. 

“I decide to stay present, in my body, even when I am afraid.”

Imagine that you can pull yourself back into your center. You can return from places where you are still stuck in fight or flight or “punishment.”

 


Next, decide to utilize life affirming ingredients to create more preferred life affirming experiences.
 

“I decide to utilize life affirming thoughts, words, decisions and actions to create my experience.”

Protection

“I decide that I will clear life destructive patterns of karma and set them right.”
“My actions are life affirming.”

 

Integrate Divine Protection into your Root Energy.

“I close down harmful energy channels.”
“My mind and body are open to receive generative life force.”

“I connect with life affirming communications.”

 

Now, turn your attention to your Root Chakra at the base of your pelvis to check out the energy there. It may feel stuck, detached, wobbly, reversed or clogged. If that’s the case, don’t worry! You can clear it through your intention and attention with the help of the next few Circles…

It helps to imagine the Root Chakra as a brilliant, red vibration swirling in a clockwise direction. Breathe deeply and let this Reiki Star raise your vibration there.

Feel free to move at any time in any way to embody your experience. Take all the time you need to do that.

Repair any damage or reversals in your Root Chakra.
Parts of your subtle energy system might be shut down entirely.
Allow this symbol help you make corrections. If your energy feels jagged or disjointed, stay with the Key until the energy smooths out.

“I repair the glitches, holes and blockages
in my energy system.”
“All shut downs and reversals are gently corrected.”

Make room for Joy
Visualize the energy of Joy being placed in the center of your Root Chakra.
Let a joyful, life affirming foundation replace the old, collective foundation of sin, punishment and burden!

This foundation is becoming a base for new preferred decisions and life affirming karmic flow.

 

Now meditate on the Earth Chakra located just below your feet.

Establish a healing connection with Mother Earth.
When you’re ready, visualize the energy of this chakra connecting with your Root Chakra. Let this connection bring strength, hope and positive grounding.

Note: You may need to clear destructive blueprints again.

 

Clear a space for preferred karma to take root within the Self.

Like clearing a field before planting, use this symbol to dissolve destructive mental and emotional patterns. Visualize letting go of all the guilt, shame and fight or flight responses you may be holding. See those karmic patterns like dark clouds that you can dissipate into sunlight and clear blue skies.
“I dissolve destructive patterns that interfere with my health and happiness
and send them to the Light to be purified.”

Clear Destructive Blueprints

Notice how much more aware you are about how your health and happiness is deeply interconnected with the health and happiness of others.

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

 

Take some time to close any pathways that lead back to punishment.

Transformation Game: Healing Emotional Abuse from Our Collective Karma

Transformation Game - Healing Emotional AbuseThe key to healing emotional abuse and remaining positive in difficult times is to remember the bottom line – you are a being of love!

Sometimes we forget or never believed it in the first place. We allow past patterns of fear, hatred or abuse to influence us. One of the main ways that this happens is through confusion. Another is apathy.

As we adjust to the New Paradigm, we need ways to address the collective karma that is at the source of the abuse. To help with that, I’d like to share a powerful process that has helped many people shift negative collective patterns into positive well being. It’s called Healing Emotional Abuse– R Lightwater

Transformation Games are inspired by Kuan Yin, a beloved and respected healing guide among natural health and energy medicine practitioners.

*Caution! Her advice is, as always,  direct and to the point!


“Did you know that confusion, disorientation and feelings of impotence are symptoms of karmic patterns of abuse?
Some patterns are about individual karma and some are collective patterns. In a collective pattern, we are all affected in one way or another. A poignant example would be the tragedy of 9/11 or Nazi Germany in World War II. 
In current times, the attack on children’s safety, mass shootings, autonomy over our bodies, the exploitation of our environment and the loss of privacy rights are all definitely group patterns.

Every person shares the collective karma of these events, although the level of our involvement varies with each person or group, of course.

The game below is made up of Intuitive Learning Circles that can help you disentangle from collective karma that’s causing you harm in the present. Simply go through the game by answering pertinent questions that will activate your heart wisdom and give you a new perspective.

Step One: Gaze at the Circle for a moment and then consider this question:

“In what aspect of my life am I experiencing apathy, confusion or fear?”



Use the answer that comes to you as the basis for the game so that you can disengage from the confusion and release your fears very quickly. If there’s more than one situation causing you to be concerned, angry or fearful, play the game again later for each specific situation. The best way to take the energy out of anything is to stop feeding it and turn your attention to positive activities that will feed what you love. That is exactly what Healing Emotional Abuse will help you to do with these unconscious patterns.”

How to Play Healing Emotional Abuse:

Simply gaze softly at the images below while you ponder the statements or questions that go with them. Use the symbols to help you go within and access new energy and clarity.  What you do with the information you come up with is up to you!

Mind Body Integration

Mind Body IntegrationFor best results, look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.

 

Step Two: Relax with this symbol and repeat to yourself several times:

“I am ready, willing and able to shift my perception from negative to positive, from confused to clear and/or from powerless to empowered.”

 

Imagine that your life is like a movie and that your inner camera is filming it from a certain angle. Allow your Inner Guidance to pull the camera back and move it to an entirely different angle – a perception that includes a viable solution. Focus in on this new perspective like a close up in a movie. 

 

Step Three: While looking at this Circle, remember that aspect of your life that’s troubling you. Ask yourself:

“What name would I give this issue? How would I describe it?”

How is it affecting me? How is it affecting others?”

 

Step Four: Continue your inquiry by asking your heart:

“What am I feeling about this?”

“Is there a particular time when I feel especially anxious or confused?

“Is there a time when I feel particularly despondent or upset?”

“Where do I feel those things in my body?” 

Remember, there is no right or wrong answer. Any information you get can be used to help you!

 

Step Five: Notice how this situation may shut you down or agitate you because it opens up a lot of turmoil. Breathe a few times and allow this Circle to help you calm yourself and start to get back into balance.

 

Step Six: See if you can free up your breath and body even more. Gaze softly at this symbol and open your breathing for a few minutes.

  • If you’re uncomfortable or tight – move around.
  • Imagine the space around you is relaxing and opening up.
  • If your breathing feels stilted or anxious, vary the tempo, the length and breadth of it.
  • Stretch. Fire breathe. Whatever it takes!

“With every breath, I relax the tension and reconnect with life.”

Emotional Calm

 

 

Once you’re ready, let your energy be opened, lifted and lightened by the new, generative Universal flow that rides on the element of Air. Allow any remaining tension to unwind. You are relaxing with every breath and becoming very, very calm. All doors to anxiety, fear or abuse are closing now…  

“I close down all harmful energy channels. I am divinely protected.”

“I connect with generative life energy available in the New Paradigm to help me let go of negativity and reconnect with Life.”

Continue moving around, breathing and stretching for as long as you like.

Take a break. If you feel a lot of tension or anxiety releasing, this is probably a good time to get up and take a walk or exercise.

Step Seven: Whenever you’re dealing with emotional abuse or confusion, it’s very helpful to make sure you’re oriented properly to receive natural healing and nurture your true hearts desire.

“I am present and inside my body. I consciously re-orient myself.”

“I am aware of my boundaries and expel energies that are abusive to me.”

 

Step Eight: Use this Soul Prayer Chart to tune directly into your heart. You can do this by focusing your inner camera again. This time, use it to zoom in on your heart center. Once you feel a connection, ask for help from your Soul resources and allow yourself to receive all the help that you need. Take your time and embrace the strength that comes from your Soul.

“I exist. I am important and filled with the support and strength of my spirit.”

 

 

 

Step Nine. Use this Circle to help you visualize your personal Sacred Garden that lives in your heart. This is the place where you can rest and nurture your dreams. Gaze softly at the Circle and ask your heart:

 “Am I in my own Sacred Garden?”

If you aren’t, pull yourself back. If you are, look to see if the landscape could use some tending.

 

Step Ten: While you’re there, clear out any old or harmful intentions that may keep you invested in emotional abuse, chaos, bondage or any other abuse of power.

Be sure to consider familial and ancestral intentions that are no longer relevant and may even be harmful.

“All harmful intentions are cleared out of my body, mind and spirit.”

Once all harmful intentions are cleared away, what is a life affirming intention you can redirect your energy to that comes directly from your Soul?

 

Step Eleven: In the Intuitive Learning Circle method, karma refers to thoughts, decisions and actions that you’ve followed through on. In other words, Cause and Effect. This could mean either personal actions made or group karma.

Imagine that you can clear away any seeds of harmful karma that are contributing to this situation. Include any group karma that may have come through ancestral or societal connections. If you can, go all the way back to the original event and clear out the seeds that set this karmic cycle into motion.

Once the old seeds are cleared, imagine you are planting new seeds that will help you create something truly beneficial as an expression of your love. For example, you could use the Circle to help you plant the karmic seeds for a new collective pattern of Divine Love. Be sure to include seeds for everything your garden would need to prosper and grow in the New Paradigm.

 

Step Twelve: It’s time to dispel destructive energies from your field. You can use this symbol, which helps you dissolve any mental/emotional patterns that you might be feeling right now. You can even include chaotic feelings, harmful habits or illness if you’re experiencing those.

You can imagine any turmoil, hopelessness or confusion is like a flurry of dramatic clouds. Visualize a Light opening up from the Divine that envelopes and transforms the clouds. Continue until the disturbance is completely gone.

Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed.

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

 

Step Thirteen: Make a firm decision that you are done with this abuse and you’re not going back. With this Circle, find the holes, openings or pathways that pull you back into the past and close them – in accordance with your highest good.

“All holes are sealed and healed. I’m not going back.”

“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

 

Step Thirteen: Now that you’ve cleared old patterns and destructive energy away, take a moment and focus on something or someone that you truly love. It could be you – a place in nature, a favorite animal, an activity, a person that you care deeply for or all of the above! You can use this affirmation if you like:

“I turn my attention towards love. Experiencing Love is my priority.”

It also helps to place an image of what you love in the center, blank area of the Circle. Be sure to take all the time you need with this.

Congratulations for closing the door on all that. Now would be a great time to rest and nurture yourself. Take a walk or spend time in nature – doing something you love. Allow yourself to receive the blessings that come from leaving the past behind and healing emotional abuse.
