Welcome to our Transformation Game for clearing karmic entanglements that tap into the Tarot card, Nine of Swords and the I Ching Hexagram #47 ADVERSITY.

This game operates like regression therapy. You will have the opportunity to clear karmic entanglements that have outlived their purpose and become a burden to your evolution.
It’s important to clear all Soul Contracts and agreements. If they aren’t resolved completely, the karma is still entangled and your mental continuum continues to behave as if the agreement were still in force. This causes a lot of unnecessary suffering for you and those around you.
What Are Karmic Entanglements?
Let me give you an example: A woman who was having trouble feeling settled in her life decided to try playing the game. While going through it, she glimpsed impressions from another life, seeing bare feet and a beat up old suitcase. Later on while she was dreaming, she saw herself clearly living a past life as a Hungarian orphan in Nazi Germany.
In her dream of that life, she was continually used as a slave and moved from place to place without being able to feel safe. She was eventually turned in to a work camp and lost her life without having any control at all.
As the woman brought herself back into her present life, she realized she was still operating under the cultural agreements that were in force back at that time.
Through the safety of this simple Transformation Game, she could release the shame, guilt and collective karma that was forced upon her. Gently, it brought her patterns of lack and uncertainty into consciousness so that she could relax and choose to move into a happier, more productive life.
Easy Steps to Play the Game:
- Select an issue that’s causing a blockage in your mental continuum. Use it as a springboard to accelerate your spiritual growth and prepare you for your next step on your healing journey.
- Follow directions to release your connection to negative influences from the past.
- Read each step with its question or affirmation, one at a time.
- Think about it while looking with a soft gaze at the Intuitive Learning Circle that goes with it. Make notes about the answers you get. That information will help you unravel your entanglement effectively.
- Remember to RELAX! The Circles and symbols help you to access a light hypnotic trance where you can access your karmic history and gently clear harmful entanglements so you can make room for positive, proactive change.

MIND BODY INTEGRATION
For best results, look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.
When you gaze softly at the Intuitive Learning Circles, you are using self-hypnosis to clear out interference and reorganize how you use your energy. Step One:

Step Two:
An upset mind tends to focus on problems and what’s going wrong, rather than what could help. Use Kuan Yin’s Feng Shui Mandala to set a new destination in your mind that will lead you away from ADVERSITY and towards Balanced Prosperity that works in alignment with Nature.
You might want to check and see if all aspects of your Essential Self are willing and able to make this new choice.
Step Three:
This Intuitive Learning Circle accesses agreements being held deep within your nervous system. Using it, you can release karmic agreements you may have with others that keep you entangled with them.
To let go, start at the bottom of the line and the bottom of your spine. As you move up, you can imagine locks unlocking – freeing each vertebrae from the chains of outdated, oppressive agreements – all the way up to the top of your spine. Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed.

Please note: As you progress through this game, It’s important to clear all Soul Contracts, so be prepared too come back to this step as many times as you need to. If key agreements aren’t resolved completely, the karma is still entangled and your mental continuum continues to behave as if the agreement were still in force. This causes a lot of unnecessary suffering for you and those around you.

“I release any agreements to buy into conflicts, fear and confusion.”
“I release my agreements to be motivated by greed, resentment, revenge and ________________,” etc.
Step Four:
Before you move on, relax with this symbol for a few minutes to help you integrate the generative and protective flow of energy of the New Paradigm into your personal garden.
“I close down any harmful energy flows from the past.”
“I am open and clear to receive generative life force.”
“I connect to the new, life affirming channels of communication to help me manifest my personal dream.”
Step Five:
Are you tapping into beneficial energy that will support you and your experiences? Gaze softly at Butterfly Medicine to help you tap into a more nourishing connection with your environment.
“I utilize beneficial energy from my environment to nourish myself and create my experience.”
“I intend to create joyful and life affirming experiences and learn from them.”
Step Six:
This is an imprint for “Common Ground for the Common Good” based on equality, co-operation and balanced prosperity.
This template encourages us to work with Nature to create life, rather than against her.
If you meditate on this image, your mind can get a better grasp of how to reorganize your energy to embrace Balanced Prosperity rather than ADVERSITY.

Step Seven:
Use Stingray Medicine to help you identify any low vibrations of ADVERSITY that are still hanging out in your energy field.
Do you notice a low vibration or harmful energy that makes you feel uneasy, unsafe or interferes with your ability to be happy and healthy?
Is any part of you still resonating with that energy?
The next few steps will help you to detach from it…
Step Eight:
Are any parts of you still stuck? Could you be tapping into other people’s pain?If so, Condor Medicine can help set you free. Relax with this Circle and bring your attention to the sensation of “stuckness.” Once you find it, imagine it’s like a chunk of ice on the sidewalk and that the heat of the Sun is melting it away until it has completely disappeared.
Once it’s gone, there may be others. Keep crossing and uncrossing over the midline of your body until all the pieces of ice have melted away and the sidewalk is clear.
Step Nine:
In cases of ADVERSITY, it often happens that aspects of the Soul have gotten lost in emotional trauma or fragmented and displaced in the astral fields of the Collective Unconscious.

Step Twelve:
The collective behavior of society has a huge influence over automatic behaviors, however, you can decide to stop buying into them. Bring those unconscious behaviors out of the shadows so that you can release and replace them with more preferred decisions.
Gaze softly at Llama’s Circle and gently synchronize the wheels turning in your mind. Some gears may need to come out completely.

“I learn from my mistakes so I can turn adverse situations around.”
“I decide to create success and Balanced Prosperity rather than Adversity.”
Step Thirteen:
Now that your energy is clear, take a few minutes with Starlight Medicine to center yourself. This affirmation works well:
“I am inside of my body. Everything else is out side of me.”
Once you feel centered, reinforce :
“Rather than ADVERSITY, I would rather organize my energy to create Balanced Prosperity.”
Place the mandala in the center, open space of the Circle and allow your mind to reorganize itself for a few minutes, both crossed and uncrossed.
Step Fourteen:
Are you currently using your karma to create what you just came to? If not, take a few minutes to sort things out.
“I stop using my energy and karma to feed ADVERSITY. I release any commitment I had to feed it, store it or internalize it.”
“I take ownership of my own karma and make a commitment to utilize it for the benefit of my heart’s desire and Soul’s purpose instead.”
Step Fifteen:
Continue sorting things out by tending your own karma and allowing others to handle theirs. Imagine that you can untangle from other people’s emotions and return their issues and karma by surrendering them to the Light. That way they can find healing.
“I release other people’s karma to the Light. To each their own.”
“I tend to my own karma instead and clear my burdens by sending karmic seeds of ADVERSITY to the Light for purification.”
Step Sixteen:
It’s time to make certain your karma is properly planted in your own personal garden that lives in your heart using Sacred Garden Medicine.
“I utilize beneficial energy from my environment to nourish myself and create my experience.”
“I intend to create joyful, life affirming experiences and learn from them.”
Step Seventeen:
Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to send the mental and emotional patterns of ADVERSITY to the Light to be purified. Include societal blueprints related to harmful business practices, sexism, racism, violence and hopelessness.
Then, surrender the cultural patterns you’ve been using to take on other people’s issues or intrude on other people’s business.
Please note: It’s time to stop sending destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!
Step Eighteen:
Bring closure to the karma by closing any pathways that lead back to the past or the collective pattern of ADVERSITY.
“All holes are sealed and healed.
I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”
Seal and heal all remaining pathways that are open between you and the entanglements associated with ADVERSITY and ignorance.
Congratulations! You’re ready to approach your situation more objectively, with a different perspective – without all those karmic entanglements!
Your new awareness makes it more possible for miracles to occur! Be sure to take some time to integrate. Go for a walk. Enjoy the healing that comes from Nature.
*Please note that we are all infinite beings in an infinite universe – as new circumstances or events change, we may encounter new karmic entanglements and Soul Contracts, even with the same people we just cleared. However, you can use this process as many times as you need to.

A Soul Oriented Solutions Formula: Self-care for Grief ~
Many people are experiencing deep levels of grief and mourning over events happening both near and far. Feelings of anxiousness, distress and even PTSD can come on suddenly and be very overwhelming. What are some things that can bring some relief and self-care for grief?
This brief exercise from RESOLVE uses affirmations and the Intuitive Learning Circles to quickly help you when you are:
- Grieving
- Recovering from abuse – past or present
- Dealing with a serious or long-term illness
- Preparing for surgery
- Coming to terms with tragedy, loss or death.
Here’s an example of how the Circles can help you relax:

When you’re ready, you can begin self-care for grief by allowing this Soul Prayer Chart to help you reclaim your connection to Creator and Soul through your heart center. It can help to put both feet flat on the floor and place your hands on your heart with this symbol. Simply gaze softly at the image while you contemplate the positive affirmation that goes with it for for a minute or so. Relax and breathe. Here’s some suggestions:
“I reclaim my power and fill my heart with courage, faith and determination.”
Strong emotions or insights may come up. The image may move, rotate, vibrate or change color. Don’t worry. That happens sometimes. It just means they are working to help you feel better. Once the energy calms down a bit, you can move on to the remaining Circles with each of their affirmations to complete the process.
You might want to journal some of your thoughts so that you can speak with a trusted counselor or friend about what comes up. If so, get out some paper and something to write with as you go through the steps.
Step One: Asking for Help
Breathe in deeply, all the way to your belly while you look at this Circle and then exhale. Breathe in through your nose, if you can. Do that several times.
If you could ask for something that would help you feel better, what would that be?
Step Two – Support
Imagine that you can bring healing and release into all parts of your body, mind and spirit while you continue to breathe and gaze softly with this next symbol.

What do you think is the main difficulty or burden you’re dealing with right now?
Are you ready to let go of that burden and find a solution? If not, why not? Be sure to respect your process.
Step Four – Release
Where are you holding tension?
You can release the tension around anything that’s bothering you right now. Your shoulders are dropped. Your jaw is relaxed. Rub them if you like. Keep melting the tension until it’s all gone.
Step Five – Soul Vision
Consider what your Soul would tell you about this situation. Connect with the Love that comes from within as much as you are able to. Allow your heart to open to it.
Step Six – Remove Your Burdens
Imagine that you can send all those burdens to where ever they need to go to resolve themselves. Imagine the heaviness lifting up and off of you.
You have done the best that you can under the circumstances.
Step Six – Rebalance
Breathe again.
Feel a calmness coming over you.
You feel calmer and calmer with every breath.
Step Seven – Cleansing
Send away any illness or pain that you’re experiencing. Send it to the Sun or wherever it needs to go to heal.
Step Eight – Faith
Fill yourself with strength and the knowledge that you are loved.
Let yourself rest now. You might feel tired or sad. That’s okay. It means that you’re feeling safe enough to really let go and rest.
Some people have gotten extra support out of going through this self-care for grief exercise every day for twenty-one days. It helps to retrain your mind to think more positively and keep you on track toward your full recovery.

Hexagram #57 – Overcoming Indecision with PENETRATING INFLUENCE (The Gentle)
“By attempting to penetrate all the myriad possibilities of the situation, you have dissipated the energy to influence. Great understanding means little without decisive action. Negativity can no longer be prevented.” ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing
This particular line in the I Ching text for Hexagram #57 PENETRATING INFLUENCE serves as a warning to those who would like to avoid falling further into the collective holes of chaos and confusion by overcoming indecision in their personal lives. This idea can be compared to the modern meme, “making no decision is still a decision.”
Relax and allow your eyes to gently rest on Snake’s Circle. Slow down so you can get insightful answers about the overall situation and instinctual information about what you personally need to watch out for.
Transformation Game: Overcoming Indecision through Gentleness and Patience
Start with this Circle that helps you check into decisions that are currently affecting your health, wealth and general wellbeing. See if you have one or more decisions that need to be made in order to keep you safe and on track with your goals. Gaze softly at the Circle and ask yourself:
“Is there a decision on my horizon that needs to be made?”
Relax your shoulders. Take a few breaths and see if you can identify it. There may be more than one. Start with the one that comes to mind first.
Your answer might come in the form of words, like “yes”, “no” or “maybe.” Or you could get a vague sense of something, a flash or a feeling in your gut. You could also come up blank and get nothing at all! Whatever comes, be patient and gentle with yourself. Trust your gut. After all, there’s a reason why you haven’t made this decision yet.
“I decide to be gentle with myself and ground in my own center.”
Turn your attention to this Circle and imagine all that urgency – the have to’s, supposed to’s and musts – are gently melting away. Notice how you can let the lines move around and go wavey while you relax some more.
“I decide to be gentle with myself. I melt away the harsh thoughts, judgements and pressures. I let my body relax.”
Take your time and move around if you feel the need. Be sure to breathe deeply and often!
Continue until you’re able to imagine a positive outcome that provides some possible solutions and/or steps to take.
“I let myself visualize a realistic, positive outcome.”

Where You Ground Your True Self Matters.
A person can definitely get lost in the chaos of the ego and lose their footing.
You may need to pull yourself out of any confusion and fully connect with a new template based on Common Ground for the Common Good:
“I decide to connect with the imprint of Common Ground.”
“I ground myself in Common Good based in equality and balanced prosperity where I can work cooperatively with others and Nature.”
Integrate with the new protective flow of chi’ that’s helping us through the Element of Air.
Make an intention to utilize life affirming and generative life force to bring your decisions to life – in accordance with your highest good:
“I adapt to the positive flow of chi’ available in the New Paradigm to the best of my ability.”
“I close down harmful energy channels from the past.”
“I integrate with the new, life affirming channels of communication.”
To help you connect properly, access your potential. To do that, use the Reiki Chakra Key for the Life Path Chakras, positioned on either side of the top of the head, about one inch out from the Crown Chakra.
When these two energy centers are disconnected or carrying a negative charge, it takes a lot more effort to achieve our aims.
When they’re connected and their polarity is positive and balanced, things get a lot easier. That includes the clarity needed to make good decisions. Breathe deeply and allow them to integrate.

“I am opening up to my potential and following my own life path.”

Gently bring your Crown Chakra into the formula. When this energy center at the top of your head is integrated, you can more easily receive accurate information and inspiration from your Higher Self and spiritual guidance. Relax and let the energy get connected and balanced.

“I utilize the protective chi’ from the Element of Air.”
“I intend that my spiritual connection be receptive and nourished by all fourteen of my meridians.”
Empower your ability to make truly beneficial decisions by connecting with your internal fountain of Joy and Gratitude that comes from your heart.

“I am empowered to release any fears of punishment, loss or retribution.”

Relax and let your mind ride on that vibration for several minutes.
Give yourself the gift of extra courage and confidence with Jaguar medicine. Imagine you can completely surround yourself with a ring of light and determination.

Now, gently bring the decision that you thought you needed to make back into your mind and balance your senses so you can examine it again.
With what you know now, do you want to follow through with it or would it be better to let it go?
Does it need revisioning?
If so, see the outdated parts of the vision or plan falling apart.
If you do want to follow through on some or part of it, imagine your Soul’s vision or plan of it coming together.
“In this case, I patiently put together the pieces. My vision of it is positive.”
“I’m seeing it clearly. I understand what to do.”
If you don’t, it’s best to let it go completely. Use your imagination to erase what no longer serves you.
“In this case, I stop holding onto the pieces. I’m taking apart any harmful plans in my head.”
“I stop wasting my time and attention and definitively decide it’s not for me.”
Congratulations! You have just become aware of a decision that needs to be made. Now you have more resources to help you sort it out and navigate the details. This would be a good time to take a break and do something completely different!

In this case, how much unconscious energy have you been sending to being hard on yourself or indecisive?

Release Harmful Family Patterns:
Most of us have family karma and genetic trauma that we’re ready to rise above. Take this opportunity to release harmful epigenetic tags and replace them with imprints from your Soul and Divine Nature. To find them, ask for a number between 1 – 73, then go to that number in Divine Nature Activated and clear the energy out.
With the symbols, it’s very important to relax as much as possible. Accept that you’re likely to feel interference or blockage. Accept whatever you’re feeling and meet your vibration with it. Stay with it until the emotions and/or feeling are excavated, dispelled and sent to the Light. Then, be sure to bring in that new positive energy from your Soul.
Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that pull you off track. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and let go of any societal or familial patterns that are still affecting you in a negative way. See them disappear as you send them to the Sun:

Please note: It’s time to stop sending pain or destructive energies into the Earth to be neutralized, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of health, happiness and life – not illness, unhappiness and death!
Instead, plant beneficial intentions and send positive energy to those seeds so that your new decisions can genuinely benefit you and the Earth.
If you like, you can plant new seeds for Virtues like Compassion, Gentleness, Respect, Wisdom, or Kindness, etc!
Once the patterns are cleared and your beneficial seeds of karma are nourished properly in your own garden, give your mind some relief through closure.
Whenever an important decision is being made, take several moments to close the energy leaks or pathways of suffering between you and everyone involved with your decision.
Otherwise, a channel remains open, allowing all kinds of confusion and opportunities for manipulation to pass back and forth between the participants. This can manifest in overwhelming states of mental confusion, issues with prosperity or abuse of power. This final step is especially important for highly sensitive people.
By closing the door to pathways that lead you back to chaos, confusion and negativity, you make a fresh start.
