Welcome to our Transformation Game for clearing karmic entanglements that tap into the Tarot card, Nine of Swords and the I Ching Hexagram #47 ADVERSITY.

This process is much like a past life regression. You will have the opportunity to clear karmic entanglements that have outlived their purpose and become a burden to your evolution.

It’s important to clear all Soul Contracts and agreements. If they aren’t resolved completely, the karma is still entangled and your mental continuum continues to behave as if the agreement were still in force. This causes a lot of unnecessary suffering for you and those around you.

What Are Karmic Entanglements?

Let me give you an example: A woman who was having trouble feeling settled in her life decided to try playing the game. While going through it, she glimpsed impressions from another life, seeing bare feet and a beat up old suitcase. Later on while she was dreaming, she saw herself clearly living a past life as a Hungarian orphan in Nazi Germany.

In her dream of that life, she was continually used as a slave and moved from place to place without being able to feel safe. She was eventually turned in to a work camp and lost her life without having any control at all.

As the woman brought herself back into her present life, she realized she was still operating under the cultural agreements that were in force back at that time.

Through the safety of this simple Transformation Game, she could release the shame, guilt and collective karma that was forced upon her. Gently, it brought her patterns of lack and uncertainty into consciousness so that she could relax and choose to move into a happier, more productive life.

Easy Steps to Play the Game:

  1. Select an issue that’s causing a blockage in your mental continuum. Use it as a springboard to accelerate your spiritual growth and prepare you for your next step on your healing journey.
  2. Follow directions to release your connection to negative influences from the past.
  3. Read each step with its question or affirmation, one at a time.
  4. Think about it while looking with a soft gaze at the Intuitive Learning Circle that goes with it. Make notes about the answers you get. That information will help you unravel your entanglement effectively.
  5.  Remember to RELAX! The Circles and symbols help you to access a light hypnotic trance where you can access your akashic records and gently clear harmful karmic entanglements so you can make room for positive, proactive change.

You may experience subtle energies running through you, or the Circles may move, rotate or even change color. That means that they’re working! Just keep breathing and relax. When you release your agreement with negative karma, fear or falsehood, you could be detaching from old family patterns, outdated religious vows, or even a larger, collective entanglement like racial slavery. Not only will you feel better in the days and weeks that follow, you’ll be clearing away obstacles to happiness!

What is a situation in your life that is causing you adversity? Gaze softly at the Circle below and relax as you contemplate the thoughts that come…

“What is harming me? What do I find particularly upsetting?”

Remember to make notes, even if they don’t make sense at first.

 

Step Two:

As you gaze at this symbol, imagine that you’re scanning for information in your unconscious mind.

“Is this situation interfering with me on a karmic level?”

“Am I interfering with others on a karmic level?”

“Am I taking on karma from others?”

“Is this actually my issue? Someone else’s? Is this a collective pattern? Am I willing to let it go?”

 

Step Three:

It can help to identify the possible players in your entanglement more clearly. Use Snake medicine to help you call the information out from your unconscious mind…

“Can I tell who might be involved with this situation?”

Step Four:

Use this Intuitive Learning Circle that accesses agreements being held deep within your nervous system. With it, you can release karmic agreements you may have with others that keep you entangled with them. Imagine that the agreements are like contracts being thrown into a violet flame where they can burn up and diffuse the situation safely.

“I release all cultural agreements that connect me with harmful patterns such as racism, sexism, hatred and prejudice.”

“I release any vow, debt, curse or obligation that is secretly affecting me.”

“I let go of any judgement, shame, blame or harm I’m unwittingly participating in.”

Step Five:

Now it’s time to become aware of the thoughts and energies behind what you’re experiencing.

Use Mosquito Medicine to gather past thoughts and beliefs about this situation. 

Are the thoughts your own?

Are you tapping into someone else’s thoughts or emotions in any way? Some of both?

Can you tell what the nature of those thoughts are?

Do you need to go back and release any agreements about what you just discovered?

 

Are you resonating with an energy that’s causing you harm?

If you are, use Stingray Medicine to bring your attention to the low vibration of that energy in your field.

 

 

 

The next few steps will help you to detach from it… 

 

Step Six:

Are you tapping into beneficial energy that will support you and your experiences? Gaze softly at Butterfly Medicine to help you tap into a more nourishing connection with your environment.

“I utilize beneficial energy from my environment to nourish myself and create my experience.”

“I intend to create joyful and life affirming experiences and learn from them.”

 

Step Seven:

If there are any parts of you that are still hanging out in that harmful experience, use Wasp Medicine to pull yourself out of that space completely.

“I pull myself back and out of this experience of adversity. I am present and in my own space.”

“I take ownership for my true experiences and learn from them.”

 

Step Eight:

Are any parts of you still stuck? Could you be tapping into other people’s pain?If so, Condor Medicine can help set you free. Relax with this Circle and bring your attention to the sensation of “stuckness.” Once you find it, imagine it’s like an iceberg in the ocean and that the heat of the Sun is melting it away until it has completely disappeared.

Once it’s gone, there may be others. Keep crossing and uncrossing over the midline of your body until all the icebergs have melted away and the ocean is clear sailing.

 

Step Nine:

Empower your ability to respond and detach from the ADVERSITY and karmic entanglements in an effective, peaceful way. Use Divine Connection from Soul Prayer Charts to connect in with the personal power that comes from your Source.

“I exist and am empowered to control my actions for my protection and benefit.” 

“I come from a place of Gratitude and Joy, rather than fear, greed or vengeance.”

“I am empowered to detach from the ADVERSITY and the ways that I am entangled with it.”

“I decide to set my karma right and use it to help, rather than hurt me.”

“I learn from my mistakes and turn it around.”

 

Step Ten:

Use Early Morning Storm Medicine to visualize a clear slate.

“I detach from the ADVERSITY and the ways that I perpetuate it.”

“I move forward with joy and gratitude, rather than wallowing in fear or adversity.”

 

The Essential Human You may need some help from The Essential Human (1 – 42) or Divine Nature Activated (1 – 73) to clear away the shadows completely.

Going through this process will help you draw on the kinds of spiritual / emotional ingredients that will redirect your energy towards creating true joy, freedom and prosperity that’s manifested through gratitude rather than greed.

Step Eleven:

Now that your energy is clear, take a few minutes with Starlight Medicine to center yourself. This affirmation works well:

“I am inside of my body. Everything else is out side of me.”

Once you feel centered, ask yourself:

“Rather than ADVERSITY, what would I rather organize my karma to create?”

Place the answer that comes from your Soul in the center, open space of the Circle and allow your mind to reorganize itself for a few minutes, both crossed and uncrossed.

 

Step Twelve:

Are you currently using your karma to create what you just came to? If not, take a few minutes to sort things out.  

“I detach my energy and karma from this karmic entanglement. I release any commitment I had to feed it, store it or utilize it.” 

“I take ownership of my own karma and make a commitment to utilize it for the benefit of my Soul’s purpose instead.”

 

Step Thirteen:

Continue sorting things out by tending your own karma and allowing others to handle theirs. Imagine that you can untangle from other people’s emotions and return their issues and karma by surrendering them to the Light. That way they can find healing.

“I release other people’s karma to the Light. To each their own.”

“I tend to my own karma instead and clear my burdens by sending karmic seeds of ADVERSITY to the Light for purification.”

 

Step Fourteen:

It’s time to make certain your karma is properly placed in your own personal garden that lives in your heart using Sacred Garden Medicine.

“I utilize beneficial energy from my environment to nourish myself and create my experience.”

“I intend to create joyful, life affirming experiences and learn from them.”

 

Step Fifteen:

Before you move on, relax with this symbol for a few minutes to help you integrate the generative and protective flow of energy of the New Paradigm into your personal garden.

“I close down any harmful energy flows from the past.”

“I am open and clear to receive generative life force.”

“I connect to the new, life affirming channels of communication to help me manifest my personal dream.”

 

Step Sixteen:

Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to send the mental and emotional patterns of ADVERSITY to the Light to be purified. Include societal blueprints related to sexism, racism, violence and hopelessness.

Then, surrender the cultural patterns you’ve been using to take on other people’s issues or intrude on other people’s business.

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

 

Step Seventeen:

Bring closure to the karma by closing any pathways that lead back to the past or the collective pattern of ADVERSITY.

“All holes are sealed and healed. 

I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

Congratulations! You’re ready to approach your situation more objectively, with a different perspective – without all those karmic entanglements!

If you like, you can optimize this process by consciously shifting your focus to what you want to do now. Use the following sequence of Circles to help you. Simply gather your energy into the center of each Circle to facilitate the change:

“I focus my thoughts on productive activities that are in my positive self interest.”

 

“I connect to balanced prosperity, which is flexible and adapts to what is.”

Seal and heal all remaining pathways that are open between you and the entanglements associated with ADVERSITY and ignorance.

Many people are experiencing deep levels of grief and mourning over events happening both near and far. Feelings of anxiousness, distress and even PTSD can come on suddenly and be very overwhelming. What are some things that can bring some relief and self-care for grief?

This brief exercise from RESOLVE uses affirmations and the Intuitive Learning Circles to quickly help you when you are:

  • Grieving
  • Recovering from abuse – past or present
  • Dealing with a serious or long-term illness
  • Preparing for surgery
  • Coming to terms with tragedy, loss or death.

Here’s an example of how the Circles can help you relax:

“I bring my senses into balance.”

“I focus them so that I can feel calmer and more aware of what’s important.”

“I use them to help me be more aware of where I am and what I’m doing.”

“I focus on thoughts and actions that are in my best interest.”

 

You may feel as though your energy is being drained right out of you. Relax and gaze softly at this Circle. Let it help you close the drains in your heart.

When you’re ready, you can begin self-care for grief by allowing this Soul Prayer Chart to help you reclaim your connection to Creator and Soul through your heart center. It can help to put both feet flat on the floor and place your hands on your heart with this symbol. Simply gaze softly at the image while you contemplate the positive affirmation that goes with it for for a minute or so. Relax and breathe. Here’s some suggestions:

“I reclaim my power and fill my heart with courage, faith and determination.”

Strong emotions or insights may come up. The image may move, rotate, vibrate or change color. Don’t worry. That happens sometimes. It just means they are working to help you feel better. Once the energy calms down a bit, you can move on to the remaining Circles with each of their affirmations to complete the process.

You might want to journal some of your thoughts so that you can speak with a trusted counselor or friend about what comes up. If so, get out some paper and something to write with as you go through the steps.


Step One: Asking for Help

Breathe in deeply, all the way to your belly while you look at this Circle and then exhale. Breathe in through your nose, if you can. Do that several times.

If you could ask for something that would help you feel better, what would that be?

 

Step Two – Support

Imagine that you can bring healing and release into all parts of your body, mind and spirit while you continue to breathe and gaze softly with this next symbol.

Step Three ~ Peace

What do you think is the main difficulty or burden you’re dealing with right now?
Are you ready to let go of that burden and find a solution? 
If not, why not? Be sure to respect your process.

 

 

Step Four – Release

Where are you holding tension?

You can release the tension around anything that’s bothering you right now. Your shoulders are dropped. Your jaw is relaxed. Rub them if you like. Keep melting the tension until it’s all gone.

 

Step Five – Soul Vision

Consider what your Soul would tell you about this situation. Connect with the Love that comes from within as much as you are able to. Allow your heart to open to it.

 

Step Six – Remove Your Burdens

Imagine that you can send all those burdens to where ever they need to go to resolve themselves. Imagine the heaviness lifting up and off of you.

You have done the best that you can under the circumstances.

 

Step Six – Rebalance

Breathe again.
Feel a calmness coming over you.
You feel calmer and calmer with every breath.

 

Step Seven – Cleansing

Send away any illness or pain that you’re experiencing. Send it to the Sun or wherever it needs to go to heal.

 

Step Eight – Faith

Fill yourself with strength and the knowledge that you are loved. 

 

 Let yourself rest now. You might feel tired or sad. That’s okay. It means that you’re feeling safe enough to really let go and rest.

Social paradigms and relationships from the past are in various stages of falling apart and it’s important that you don’t fall apart along with them. Welcome to the I Ching Reading and Transformation Game for The TOWER and Hexagram #23 – Deterioration

Staying Empowered (even when things are falling apart) ~

“If you’re experiencing a situation where there’s a great deal of societal upheaval and discord, the situation may well be in the flow of the I Ching Hexagram #23 – DETERIORATION. Other signs or symptoms would include:

  • widespread incompetence,
  • arguments,
  • blow ups and break ups,
  • power grabs or
  • illness due to being in a toxic environment.

If this fits what you’re going through, be extra cautious about how you spend your energy, time or money. Reckless expenditures, whether they be financial, emotional or spiritual, are much more likely to result in loss at this time. 


The best thing to do when dealing with deteriorating situations is to step back and get perspective from your Soul.

Staying Empowered

  • Clear your mind and your energy.
  • Adapt by taking care of yourself and examining how well you are handling all the changes.
  • Be generous and kind to yourself and those you care about.

Remember that deterioration and conflict is an ideal atmosphere for tricksters, abusers and despots. The ego runs rampant and doesn’t want to let go. Do your best to meditate, gather and remind yourself that all things must end. There will eventually come a change for the better. 

Don’t Let Yourself Get Drained.

If you handle DETERIORATION with an attitude of revenge or resentment, you will deplete yourself by giving the situation more fuel, which is probably exactly the reaction the ego wants. Your good intentions are better served by keeping yourself centered and grounded.”

Gently gaze at the Intuitive Learning Circles one at a time and consider the question or affirmation that goes with each Step. This self-care process helps you to become aware of what’s bothering you, so that you can make a different choice about how to use your energy more productively and in tune with your Inner Guidance.

 Step 1:

What is a situation around you now that is DETERIORATING?
Trust the message that comes through from your deepest, wisest guidance.

 

Step 2:

Are you having trouble understanding the situation because it’s so confusing or it makes you so upset you can’t see straight?

Are you too close to someone or something involved to be objective?

Take a few minutes with this Circle to help you relax any fixations or rebellious judgements that could be blocking an empowered response.
Breathe deeply and imagine all the lines in this Circle are going loose and limp – like overcooked spaghetti. Keep gazing until you can sense a glimmer of Light coming through.
Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

Step 3:

Do you sense that something is trying to stick to you?
Relax with this correction key and imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you, helping you to detach from any interfering energies.

“I easily and effectively neutralize all interfering energies and detach from them. It’s impossible for them to stick to me.”

 

Step 4.

Give your mind an opportunity to close the doors on all that confusion and chaos. Imagine it’s like you have too many tabs open on your internet browser. It’s time to close them out – for your own sanity and safety!

“All holes, doors or passageways are sealed and healed.”

“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.

Closure for Mind Body Healing

Completing this mental action may take a while, yet it will be so worth it once they’re all closed!

 

Step 5.

Spiritual empowerment comes from an open and positive heart center. Check in with this Reiki Chakra Key to strengthen your connection.

“The Light in my heart center is strong and radiating out into the world.”

Don’t allow a deteriorating situation to put out your Light! If you’re having trouble, take several deep breaths. Inhale on the count of 4. Exhale on the count of six. Open and close your fingers. 

 

Step 6.

Staying empowered is much easier when you let go of controlling, stagnant or toxic energy from the old Piscean Age. Meditate for a few minutes on this symbol that accesses the new flow of chi’ that’s available through the Element of Air.

“I close down harmful energy or communication channels from the status quo.
 I utilize the generative flow of chi’ and protection available through the Element of Air.”

Don’t assume that this will happen on its own. Conscious participation is required for staying empowered – especially when things are falling apart.

 

Step 7.

You may be feeling tension in your solar plexus or it could feel numb or empty. This Reiki Chakra Key helps you balance your Third Chakra at your solar plexus so that you can let the tension go and integrate your Essence. Breathe deeply into your belly where your ribs go up in the front. and let it relax. It’s okay for you to relax there and breathe as deeply as you want. Use this affirmation if you like:

“I exist and am present in my body.”

 

Step 8:

Organize your consciousness around what’s most important at this time: 

“I am fully present inside my body. I organize my awareness around ________.”

Step 9:

Connect and empower your ability to remain stable, even in the midst of DETERIORATION.

“I exist and am empowered to __________.”

 

 

 

Step 10:

Now that you’re fully connected, ask your deepest wisest guidance:

“What is an action I can take that will help me with staying empowered?”

Take as much time as you need to reorganize your thoughts and energy around positive action.

 

Step 11. DNA Epigenetic Healing:

Epigenetic Healing - Divine Nature ActivatedThe next few symbols are from Divine Nature Activated and will help you release negative conditioning and stimulate some epigenetic healing. The key is to relax as much as possible while looking at each symbol. It can help to imagine that an old, broken DNA strand is falling apart and replaced by a light-filled and cohesive DNA strand that connects into your heart.

When using these symbols, it’s important to relax and breathe as you use each affirmation:

“I let go of whatever is hiding my Light. I ask for assistance from my Soul to cut through the smokescreen.”

 

“I am communicating Truth with the intention of Love and freedom.”

 

“I let go of rigid ideas that have changed or proven to be false. I let go of stubborn self-righteousness.” 

“I move my attention to solutions that are truthful and serve the highest good.”

 

“I let go of harmful family stories and ancestral patterns that block acceptance of the Truth.”

 

“I ask my Soul to assist me in connecting with the consciousness of Hope.”

 

Step 12.

Now you can dissolve destructive mental, emotional and spiritual blueprints using these affirmations:

“I allow my mind to let go of any attachments to the past or the future that I’m still holding onto. I see patterns of fear, hatred and intolerance dissolving like dark clouds into a clear, blue sky.”

“I dissolve negative templates, attitudes and behaviors that cause me harm.”

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth to be neutralized, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of health, happiness and life – not illness, unhappiness and death!

When we send destructive energy up to the Light, it can be transformed and set right.

To completely release possible entanglements, use the symbol below to collapse any energy drains or sewage lines that lead to or from the deteriorating situation. You don’t need or want to be attached to them anymore.

And now, the final step to any kind of Epigenetic Healing and it’s very important!

Auras

Take time to strengthen and repair your auras.

You will want to keep your auras close to your body whenever you want to stay empowered. That’s because your auras provide protection. When they’re strong and focused, they can repel toxicity and keep your energy from mixing up with other people.

So, to finish this game, gaze softly at this Soul Prayer Chart for as long as you need to repair and refocus them. Use this affirmation if you like:

“My auras are very strong and focused. I naturally keep them close to my body.”

 

Congratulations!

Staying empowered is essential in times of DETERIORATION. Remember the transformation isn’t complete until you’ve taken the action you were guided to take in Step #10. If you like, you may go through this healing meditation again around other issues that are falling apart.  Be sure to rest though and take good care of yourself!
