SOS PTSD Self-care is a collection of online resources using the Intuitive Learning Circle method.

How does it work? 

The Intuitive Learning Circles are visually structured around Dr. Victor Beasley’s ingenious design for energy geometrics which operate on a hypno-therapeutic level to stimulate creative brain activity.

The images work by having you breathe deeply while looking at them in sequence for one to two minutes. Each one is accompanied by a simple phrase or question that encourages you to get calm and look within for answers. By contemplating a Circle without preconceived ideas, the critical mind takes a back seat, which allows your intuition and self healing abilities to come forward.

The therapeutic action that occurs while going through this method of ptsd self-care allows you to slow down, calm your emotions, sort out your thoughts and gain some insight about what you need to do for yourself next.

Each formula or exercise will help you manage symptoms of loss or Secondary Traumatic Stress at any time of the night or day.

The first five self-care formulas listed below are beginning level because they are simple and easy to follow by design. The symbols and affirmations that go with them gently interrupt unhealthy brain activity and then replace it with constructive thoughts and energy flow. When going through one of these formulas, think of it as being gently led from a dark place into the light.

The remaining mind exercises are more like self-healing inquiries or puzzles where you can access answers to important questions and integrate them into your daily life. Once completed, each exercise helps you calm the emotional centers of your brain and retrain your mind to think more clearly. Emotions can be felt and more easily released, which prevents stuffing, anxiety and stress.

In both styles, a powerful form of self-healing occurs where you can easily slow down, communicate with your unconscious and reorganize how you’re taking care of yourself. 

Learning to self heal is an essential part of developing our human potential.

With the Intuitive Learning Circle method, you’re using the symbols as a prompt to gather unconscious information, organize awareness and illuminate solutions that come directly from your Soul. You are in charge!

Look at it in any way you like or at any angle. Just be sure your gaze is soft and that you aren’t too much in your head, trying to “make” something happen.
