Resolving Shock During Traumatic Events
This self-care formula uses the Intuitive Learning Circle method for resolving shock when your life has been upended and you are:
- Disoriented by personal or environmental upheaval
- Feeling scattered, surprised, scared or vulnerable
- Reliving painful experiences
- Having trouble thinking or planning clearly.

This particular formula offers a gentle opportunity to process difficult experiences, heal emotional stress and explore positive ways to respond, especially when it comes to climate change and environmental disasters.
Any person involved in a traumatic event could experience disorientation, numbness, mental confusion or fragmentation. They might even get stuck in the energy of the trauma. This includes people who are witness to traumatic experiences in some way.
Sometimes people who’ve experienced a shocking event will tell you that they’re fine and not to worry about them. That’s because one of the main symptoms of being in shock is not being aware of being in shock. Why is that? During a shock, the mind goes blank as a form of protection.
Contrary to popular opinion, having a shock response is not a sign of weakness. It is an important way that we protect ourselves. Nevertheless, if someone who has experienced shock doesn’t get a chance to relax and separate from the experience – or if they’re not able to – serious problems can develop, including ptsd. Scattered energy and a constant state of fight or flight takes its toll over time. Statements like: “I can’t think of anything positive,” “my life is falling apart” or “I feel so drained” describe the experience of ongoing, unresolved shock.
If any of the above seems familiar, you can go through this mind exercise to help you access your own innate healing abilities. Simply follow the directions step by step and gently pull your energy back into the present.
Mind Body Integration
The brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. As you go through the steps, cross and uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body when you gaze at each Circle. Use a soft focus and breathe patiently. This will help you integrate your thinking more fully so that you can be more creative. If you have any negative self-talk, let it go by breathing through it.
Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you embody your experience!
Resolving Shock and Confusion
Step One:
You may have just gone through a painful experience, a disruption in your life or been triggered by a traumatic memory from the past. If so, you probably need to resolve a shock or a fixated idea that’s keeping you stuck in the pain. Take several deep breaths and relax while you look at this Circle that releases shock and inner conflict.
Imagine that the lines are relaxing and turning into spaghetti. Your mind might seem chaotic, confusing or blank, if so relax into whatever it is. You may get a conscious image or message or you may not.
Once you have a sense that your mind has found the blockage, imagine that it’s like an iceberg and the Sun is melting it away with a beautiful beam of light.
Allow it to melt until it’s completely gone.
Check for other blockages or conflicts that you can do the same with.
Step Two:
In situations like this, there’s too much going on and you don’t want to scatter. Your mind may have too many windows open – like on a computer screen.
Let this Circle help you close the tabs in your mind to help you feel better and more contained.
Step Three:
The environment is changing and you need to protect yourself. Relax with this symbol and close down all harmful energy channels that your mind or body may be open and vulnerable to.
If you like, ask your Soul for divine protection.
Step Four:
Don’t forget to stay hydrated. Make sure you’re drinking plenty of fresh water. If you swish it around in your mouth before you swallow, the water will go where it needs to go faster and more efficiently.
Water is your good friend. Especially now!
Step Five:
A lot is changing. Gather up your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical resources. What’s most important for you to include?
Step Six:
Your senses may have been knocked out of balance. Reconnect with them and focus on being present. Use them to become aware of your body and what you need right now.
Re-orient yourself in your environment, especially if it’s changed.
Take whatever time you need to focus on actions that will bring you back into balance and benefit your well-being. You may want to write ideas down because it’s easy to forget.
Step Seven:
Your energy probably needs some balancing. Go through this short sequence to make repairs and get back in order:
A) Get help clearing your energy field of toxins. Use this Key to relax and mend any energetic wounds that are associated with smoke, chemicals or other negative energies.
Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.
B) When a person is under extreme stress, their energy can become blocked, scattered, reversed or even shut down completely.
Let this Key help you make corrections and repair any glitches, holes or jagged energies in your system.
Keep relaxing with it until the energy smooths out and you begin to sense the calming energy of your Soul coming through.
C) Keep your wits about you. Clear away dark and heavy thoughts.
Use this Circle to imagine you can infuse your body with light and Love. Doing so will help to remove fear, negativity and darkness from your energy field.
Dispense with the darkness by sending it to the Light for purification.
D) Bring your attention to your own heart center. Imagine you can connect with your Source and activate the Light that lives within you.
You are never alone.
Step Eight:
Now it’s time to turn down the volume on all the noise from outside. As you breathe deeply, let this Circle help you to adjust the volume and pitch of your senses to just the right level.
Not too high and not too low – just right.
Soon you will be able to hear that calm, gentle voice inside that reminds you about what matters the most to you.
Let yourself be sad if you need to be. Tears are a sign of letting go of shock.
Step Nine:
It also helps to open and close your hands to get more present. Move your fingers and wiggle your toes around. Notice the time and where you are. These actions all help whenever you’re resolving shock.
Step Ten:
Now you can let your nervous system calm down too. Slow down and listen to the rhythm of your heart.
You’re feeling better with every breath you take.
Move around in any way that you instinctively feel you need.
Step Eleven:
Oftentimes, resolving shock and confusion requires a change in priorities. There may be certain plans, ideas or thoughts that make you feel distressed. You can use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to help you identify them and dissolve whatever is distressing you.
Simply imagine that the negative patterns in your mind are like dark clouds or a tangled maze of confusion.
Surrender the darkness into the pure light of the Sun and let the maze dissolve completely.
You’ll know that you’re done when your mind feels clear enough to visualize you standing in a beautiful field with the Sun shining down upon you.
Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!
Step Twelve:
Before you finish with this formula, take a minute to seal and heal any holes, leaks or openings in your energy field.
Do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.
Your mind and nervous system need closure.
Step Thirteen:
Finally, let your heart recover. This Key helps you balance your heart energy and clear away any residual heaviness. Breathe deeply and take your time.
Feel any remaining heaviness lifting up and out of your heart. Let it radiate out to the Light where it can be transformed.
Take care of yourself and remember that you are loved.

Retrain Your Mind To Go For Joy
Why does joy elude us? Because the mind is busy going for other things. Like “winning,” being “right,” “desirable” or “perfect.”
Yet, when you retrain your mind to go for “joy” rather than “perfection,” amazing things start to happen…
For a lot of us, a tremendous amount of our energy has been focused on externally sourced goals. We try so hard to win, to look good, to escape punishment or to be “right.” Sadly, many of us are taught that we’re supposed to be perfect, so that’s what we’ve trained the mind to go for.
But what does “perfection” mean? Whose definition of being perfect are we using? Our parents? Mom? Dad? Our boss? Our family? Religion? The media? All of these definitions are externally sourced and full of contradictions.
More often than not, “perfection” simply means doing what somebody else wants us to do. No wonder so many of us are spinning around, chasing after a hundred different things! Going for perfection usually creates pressure, confusion and an overwhelmed mind!

Welcome to Intuitive Learning in the New Paradigm – Mind Exercises to Retrain Your Mind to Go for Joy Rather than “Perfection.”

The Intuitive Learning Circles are a great tool to help you retrain your mind to successfully move away from the internal conflict that comes from having to be perfect. This short exercise will get you started. I’ve put it together to help you discover a way to refocus on internally sourced goals that are joyful and genuinely meaningful for you! All you have to do is relax and gaze softly at the Circles while you gently contemplate the affirmations or questions that go with them. Here’s an example:
“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”
“I fine tune them to be present and aware of my Soul and its purpose.”
“I use them to become aware of interference, obstacles and false ideas about perfection.”
“I am motivated to focus on beneficial solutions, opportunities and joy.”
An important note about Mind Body Integration ~
The brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. Changes in the flow of your environment may cause the energy in your subtle energy field to start running in reverse or shut down entirely.
Take a few breaths and let this symbol help you make corrections. Relax and sense your overall energy. If it feels jagged or disjointed, stay with the Key until the energy smooths out and you can begin to feel the energy of your Soul coming through. Affirm this intention both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body:
“I repair the glitches, holes and blockages in my energy system.”
Please note: You may need to do this several times during the course of this exercise…
Okay, so let’s begin to retrain your mind…
Step One: In your current situation, who or what is defining “perfection” for you?
Perhaps it’s the media or something you learned at home or in school.
Wherever it came from, does that definition create joy for you? Is it creating more balanced prosperity? What about freedom or equality? Does it help you to find Common Ground with others?
So, what are you actually asking your mind to accomplish?
Step Two: How much of your energy have you been sending to this definition?
If it were a percentage, what might it be?
10%? 20%? 50% or more?
Would you like to send that energy to create more joy in this situation instead?
Step Three: Imagine you can retrain your mind to reorganize itself around “joy,” rather than “perfection.”
Place the word “Joy,” in the center, open space of the Circle and soften your gaze. Relax. While you’re doing this, the Circle may seem to rotate, spin or even change colors. If that happens – go with it. Release control of the experience and let your thoughts re-arrange themselves. Your new goal may turn into images, experiences, colors, sounds or movements. Let it happen! You will know that the process is complete when the energy subsides.
Try the same with “Balanced Prosperity,” “Freedom” and “Equality”.
You can get up and move around if you like. Take all the time that you need so you can align with the inner guidance system of your Soul!
Step Four: Think about your situation again and bring your senses into balance by focusing on the center open space of this Circle.
Ask your heart: “What do I really want to accomplish?”
Step Five: Take a moment to clarify your intention through your Third Eye Chakra. Focus inwardly on what’s most important for you.
Remember to keep breathing!
Step Six: Clear the energy in your Heart Chakra so you can connect your ideas about Joy with the true creative spark of your life force.
From there, connect with your other intentions for balanced prosperity, etc.
Keep directing the energy to the center open space of the Circle. Doing so will help you bring your true intentions more fully into the center of your life!
Step Seven: How might you approach your life situation differently now? What action can you take that will help you know you’re going for joy?
How is it different when you go for balanced prosperity, freedom and equality?
Step Eight: Confirm that you’re ready to move on rather than fall back into old mindsets about “perfection”.
Is there anything that you need to do to keep you from returning to past patterns that are harmful to you?
Step Ten: Clear destructive patterns out of your mind. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to gather up all your connections to those old mindsets and send them to the Light.
“I dissolve the destructive mental and emotional blueprints from my mind.
All harmful patterns and my connections to them are transmuted by the Light.”
Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!
Step Eleven: Now that you’ve cleared out the perfectionism, close the door on all that past suffering to complete the process.
“I close the door on all that confusion.”
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”
It’s time to take a break and give your mind less to have to think about.
Congratulations! Going for joy rather than perfection is a central concept of the Intuitive Learning Circles that will help you to live and prosper in the New Paradigm of Common Ground based on co-operation, equality and balanced prosperity.

Challenges to Mind Body Integration
To facilitate mind body integration using the Intuitive Learning Circles, look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction to full embodiment is more complete.
Mind Body Integration
- The brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. If you feel resistant or stuck, cross or uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body and go back to the Circle, breathing patiently. See if your thinking starts to move again. Let negative self-talk go by breathing through it.
Fixated Thoughts, Conflicts or Shock
- If you go completely blank or are unable to access anything, the question or subject may have brought up an inner conflict. If that happens, look at this Circle (#32 Condor from Gifts from the Rainforest). Follow these directions:
Take several deep breaths and relax while you gaze into the Circle. Imagine that you can use it to focus in on a thought, experience or conflict that’s causing a problem for you, like a bull’s eye.
Imagine the problem is melting or send a beam of light directly to the blockage. Allow your laser beam to break up the fixation or melt it until it’s gone. Take all the time you need and don’t forget to add any stretching, movements, rolling, shaking, etc., you may need to completely clear the energy.
Once you’re finished, go back to where you left off and complete whatever you were working on.
Somatic Movement Re-Patterning
- The Corpus Callosum is a part of the brain that facilitates communication between your left and right cerebral hemispheres. When dealing with learning difficulties, it may help to perform simple cross crawl movements while you gaze at this Chakra Key to balance the chakras at the corpus callosum.
- Feel free to move at any time in any way to help you embody your experience!
Homeopathic Readiness
- The Intuitive Learning Circles are like homeopathic remedies that work on a vibrational level. If you don’t need the remedy, it will do nothing.
So, if you’re already clear and in balance, looking at a Circle will do nothing. If you don’t really need a process you’ve chosen, the Circles will do nothing.
Individual Circles can, however, help you access answers. Just ask, “what do I need here?” Then trust the answer that comes. Maybe there’s another kind of process that would help you better at this time.

Chakra Balancing with Reiki
Kuan Yin’s Transformation Game for Chakra Balancing ~
Some people may be having difficulty physically and emotionally because they need chakra balancing to help them with one or more levels of their Hierarchy of Needs.
Here is an interesting and informative comparison between Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and the Seven Primary Chakras. As you go through this simple exercise using the Intuitive Learning Circles from Reiki Chakra Keys, you will not only assess each of your Primary Chakras and gain some very interesting psychological insights, you’ll also have the opportunity to connect more deeply so you can clear and balance them to function more effectively in the New Paradigm.
Here’s how it works:
Put both feet flat on the floor and keep your arms and legs uncrossed. Read the information and then gaze softly at the corresponding Reiki Chakra Key for insight and energy healing. You will probably feel a lot of energy moving – that’s all right, that means the symbols are working with Reiki energy to cleanse and balance each of your Primary Chakras. Gaze gently at each Key until the energy you sense calms down and you have a clear answer to the questions.
Suggestions from Kuan Yin are included to lead you into a deeper chakra healing that’s designed to help you understand what makes the New Paradigm “new” and how to function much better within it.
Or you can continue moving through the sequence of the Chakras with each of their descriptions to complete the assessment. Remember it’s always best to relax and go slowly. Allow your energy to settle comfortably between each Key.
Step One: Each of us has a unique vibration and “soul color” that allows us to sync up with the Universe appropriately.
It’s common for empath’s or other highly sensitive people to take on other people’s vibration in an effort to survive or get along. Use this first Circle to reinforce healthy boundaries and be sure that you’re reading your energy and not someone else’s!
To fully integrate your personal vibration simply gaze softly at the Circle both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body while you affirm to yourself:
“I know who I am. I distinguish my needs from the needs of others.”
Step Two: Your chakras respond to old conditioning and mindsets. To change your mindset, establish an overall intention stated in the positive.
You might want to write it down. Examples:
“I understand what’s required for me to be centered and grounded
in the New Paradigm.”
Step Three: Utilize the beneficial Chi’ available through the Element of Air For Divine Protection and healthy communication.
“I close down harmful energy channels and allow my energy to adapt and flow with the lighter, more protective energy of the New Paradigm.”

Now that you know what your intention is, let’s find out what might be needed to balance each of your seven primary chakras to align with your goal!
First Chakra Key:
“Our root chakra is red and governs the physical body, our instincts and the assumptions we have about life.
If we have been brought up under the assumption that our bodies and physical processes are bad or dirty, we will manifest that on the physical plane. We will be prone to violence, disrespect and exhaustion.
Clearing the energy with this Reiki Chakra Key will help us to find a new foundation and give us strength to make the necessary changes for a vibrant and powerful life.” ~ Reiki Chakra Keys, Rheanni Lightwater
In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the Root needs are physiological – air, food, water, shelter, warmth, sex, sleep and having adequate methods of communication.
Gaze softly at the Root Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:
“Are my physiological needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance? Do I need a stronger, more beneficial connection with Mother Earth?”
Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Root Chakra in balance?
What Would Bring Balance to My Physical and Psychological Well-being?

Second Chakra Key
“The second energy center is referred to here as the spleen chakra because it is deeply connected to our emotions, digestion and immunity. Its color is orange.
When this chakra is dis-eased, toxic emotions and entanglements build up and poison the entire system. Our ability to create is repressed and depression sets in.
Free flowing energy here is essential to physical, emotional and mental health.

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the second level needs are safety oriented – protection from the elements, security, order, law, stability and freedom from fear.
Gaze softly at the Second Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:
“Are my safety and security needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”
Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my 2nd Chakra in balance?
What Would Bring Balance to My Physical and Psychological Well-being?
Kuan Yin’s current recommendation: Let go of negative entanglements that affect your immunity>
Third Chakra Key:
“The solar plexus chakra is the center of who we are and who we think we are, so it is fitting that its color is a bright yellow.
When our sense of ourselves is poor, the chakra becomes sluggish and clogged up.
If our sense of ourselves is positive, we have self-confidence and the chakra pulsates with vibrancy and harmony. We exude an attitude of faith and cheerfulness. Our energy-level is high, we a have a high mental capacity for success and others are naturally attracted to our charisma.” ~ Reiki Chakra Keys, Rheanni Lightwater
In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the third level needs include love and belongingness needs – friendship, intimacy, affection and love from work group, family, friends, and romantic relationships.
Gaze softly at the Third Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:
“Are my love and belongingness needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”
Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Third Chakra in balance?
What Would Bring Balance to My Physical and Psychological Well-being?
Kuan Yin’s current recommendation: Connect with your courage and natural instincts>
Fourth Chakra Key (Heart):
“Our heart chakra is the bridge between our bodies and the spiritual world. It is where our thoughts and beliefs about love meet the physical expression of it.
Indigenous people believe that all of nature can communicate with each other through the heart. That is why its color is green, the most basic color for healing, nurturing and abundance. It is the home of the mind of compassion, which extends to every living being, including ourselves.” ~ Reiki Chakra Keys, Rheanni Lightwater
In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the fourth level needs include esteem needs – achievement, self-love, independence, status, dominance, prestige, self-approval, self-respect and respect from others.
Gaze softly at the Fourth Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:
“Are my compassion and esteem needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”
Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Fourth Chakra in balance?
What Would Bring Balance to My Physical and Psychological Well-being?
Kuan Yin’s current recommendation: Open your heart to Joy so you can let go perfectionism>
Fifth Chakra Key (Throat):
“The energy of the throat chakra is about what you put out into the world – having a voice. It’s about speaking your truth and is blue in color, as in ‘true blue’.
Many people in our society have difficulty with this energy center. This may manifest in suppressed emotions, not saying what we really mean or an inability to ask for what we need. It often impairs us from being able to achieve all that we are capable of.
A healthy throat chakra allows us to be clear and honest in our intentions, words and deeds. Through it we can avoid the bitterness and restlessness that comes from an unfulfilled life.” ~ Reiki Chakra Keys, Rheanni Lightwater
In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the fifth level needs include cognitive needs such as knowledge, meaning, expression, self-mastery and self-awareness.
Gaze softly at the Fifth Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:
“Are my cognitive needs being met? Am I able to ask for what I need and straightforward in my requests? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Sixth Chakra Key (Third Eye):
“The third eye chakra contains the energy of insight and wisdom. Located in the center of the forehead just above the eyebrow, this chakra is associated with the color purple.
A healthy third eye is important in the development of intuition and common sense. When it’s blocked, we tend to doubt ourselves, become cynical and rely on the opinions of others. We lose our imagination, our dreams and our personal power.
Conversely, when it’s clear, we are capable of regaining our inner vision and receiving clairvoyant information. We can develop relationships with our Higher Self, Angels, Teachers and Guides. Welcome to the I Ching Reading and Transformation Game for: Hexagram # 15 – Finding Moderation
“In times of difficulty and danger, it’s usually best to move with the flow of MODERATION, Hexagram #15, where ‘The predominant forces … are in the process of balancing extremes and harmonizing interests.’ ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing, Random House, NYC, NY, 1979
The ancient Chinese text describes finding MODERATION as the best way to make progress amidst chaos. The suggestion is to disengage from confusing extremes or opinionated attitudes and instead, follow the guidance that comes from within. In almost any situation, if you are able to walk the middle road between extremes, there will be improvement in whatever you undertake.”
Finding Moderation and Following that Path ~
As a general rule, MODERATION is the most sensible flow to follow, especially since so much chaos is playing out in the wake of environmental, political and social change. The karma for deeply held misunderstandings and conflicts has been activated and people are dealing it in a variety of ways.
Most people are navigating through one or another of these general karmic patterns:
- Getting pulled into a negative mental, emotional, physical or spiritual decline.
- Stubbornly stuck in willful indifference or self-righteous denial.
- Elevated by greed, hatred, resentment or revenge.
- Getting scattered or lost survival patterns from the past, or
- Pulling themselves together into a centered position of balance and stability.
Initial Evaluation: As you softly gaze at this Circle, see which of these patterns you are currently experiencing. Ask yourself:
“Am I generally experiencing pattern #1, 2, 3, 4 or 5?”
It could easily be a mix, depending on your mindset and what stage of the karma you’re living through.
Regardless of what’s happening, you can make your life easier by letting go of old agreements or karma that’s over and done with. This game will help you do that.
First, Let’s Address Conflict that’s Caused by Collective Shock.
Let’s face it. The past decade has been filled with one jarring event after another. Consequential changes are happening daily. Give yourself and others a break by realizing that you might be caught in a reactive pattern because you’ve received so many repeated shocks to your system. See what happens if you look at this Circle and relax for a minute or so. Breathe deeply and imagine that the conflicts in your mind are melting away like ice melting under the light of the Sun.
You may find that your attachment to those reactive patterns could melt away as well!

Finding Moderation in Your Emotional Responses.
Release Your Attachments to the Old Paradigm.
The old status quo was built on extreme and oppressive social, religious and moral dogmas that used force and fear to control others. Most of us are still tapping into that divisiveness in one way or another because we’ve been wired to react to events out of defensiveness (fear), attack (outrage) or submission (giving up).
It would be wise to detach from those ways of handling ourselves because they have lost their ground. To find out if you’re still giving them power, ask yourself:
“Am I unconsciously tapping into extreme emotions?”
Remember, emotions are just energy in motion. They are not solid things and they aren’t who you are! Let this Soul Prayer Chart help you find the flow of harmful emotions that are running through your mind so that you can effectively detach from them.
The recent change from the Piscean Age (Water) to the Aquarian Age (Air) has caused some instability in how we process our thoughts and emotions. You can decide that your response to events can be more Air based than Water based. Here are some suggested affirmations to use with this diagram:

Release Codependent Behaviors.
Protect Yourself from Being Dumped On or Scapegoated.
In times of increased conflict and instability, it’s common for people who want to avoid responsibility to systemically dump their issues, problems and karma onto others who they hope will accept the blame.
You don’t have to accept the blame anymore. Send those issues back – to each their own!
People who have a tendency to take on other people’s problems are often mistakenly organizing their life around the problem and being “the fixer.”
If you’ve been trained that you need to be liked or to fix things when other people are unhappy, you can trap yourself by taking on more than your part of a difficult situation. You can clarify this by asking yourself these questions:
“What is my part in this situation? What am I actually responsible for?”
“Is my desire to help joyful, or has it become twisted in some way?”
If it’s twisted, relax with the Circle and let it unwind. Now you can find moderation in what’s motivating you.
“What action could I take in this situation that would actually be helpful?”
When we buy into codependent behaviors, we are inadvertently complicating matters and preventing things from working themselves out in a simpler, more direct way.
To help you set things right, use this symbol with the affirmations to release attachments to the malaise of codependent and destructive behavior:
“I let go of attachments and blame. I detach from sticky, toxic energies.”

Let Go of Harmful Karmic Agreements and Energies.
Use this Soul Contract Circle to help you identify and release any social, familial or religious agreements that prevent you from being present for yourself or that pull you out of balance. Simply gaze softly at the Circle while you use the affirmations.
“I release any agreement that says I’m powerless or have no choice.”
“I release all agreements to allow myself to be shamed, blamed or manipulated in any way.”

Let Go of Intentions That You Don’t Need Anymore.
Release yourself from intentions with family, friends or business relationships that cause conflict and block your ability to move forward freely. Consider old jobs, organizations you’ve been involved with – religious institutions, political agendas, completed projects, hobbies, places you’ve lived, modes of transportation, ways of communicating or doing business, etc.
“I let go of out-dated, extreme or conflicting intentions that are harmful to me.”
What intentions will actually serve you now? Do they need to be clarified, simplified or re-organized? What do you need to have happen for yourself?
“My intentions are moderate, helpful and life affirming.”
Unearth Old Emotional Garbage and Karmic Patterns.
Use this symbol for Dissolving Destructive Blueprints to identify and release any mental or emotional patterns that are causing you harm. See the Light opening up so that you can surrender them:
“I gather destructive patterns or energies and release them to the Light.
I dissolve my connection to them, so that they may be set free and transformed.”
Please note: Never send pain or harmful energies into the Earth to be neutralized, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of life, health and happiness – not death, illness and unhappiness!
Close the Door on Harmful Paths or Unnecessary Suffering.
Finish this part of the game by closing the door on harmful activities, agendas and pathways that lead back to unhealthy patterns. Take all the time you need. There are probably a lot of them.

“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

Refocus Your Energy to Clarify Your Priorities.
Visualize what’s truly important to you in the center open space of this Circle. Do you feel uncentered? Is your energy scattered? If so, take a moment to center yourself in your solar plexus area and aim your energy in the center open space like a bull’s eye.

Welcome to the Middle Road! You probably feel much more balance. Go back to the Initial Evaluation for the game and see what has changed.
If you feel complete, congratulations! Go out for a walk to integrate and get grounded.
If you feel incomplete, you can continue to the Extra-intuitive Activities part of this process and let go of a few extreme collective mindsets that can get in the way of finding MODERATION:
There are several other decisions to explore that might really improve how you’re dealing with your situation.
Extreme #1: The need to be liked and approved of by others.
Here is the prime example, ‘Being liked = being important and having purpose.’ You might want to let go of that, because this is a terrible time to base your self-worth on how other people react to you.
“I decide that my worth comes from within. I let go of the need for approval.”
“I build my relationships out of sincere goodwill from my heart, not from projected expectations of self-importance.”
Extreme #2: The ‘more is better’ or ‘bigger is better’ syndrome.
For example: The Sun is good, however too much Sun causes cancer. Butter is good, yet too much butter causes weight gain, etc. Another social meme that explains the mindset is: ‘The sky is the limit. I want it all now, so I should be able to have it all now!’
“I am clear about who I am and what’s in my best interest.“
“I decide that clear, MODERATE limits enhance my wellbeing.”
Use this Circle like a mirror and clear away any markings or old graffiti that obscure the pure energy signature of your Soul.
Extreme #3: The ‘I’m not doing enough/doing too much” dichotomy.
Finding MODERATION means putting in just the right amount of effort to get the desired result. Think Goldilocks – not too much and not too little… just right.
If you’re uncomfortable because you’re feeling blocked or scattered, there may be a good reason. Do you know what it is? Suddenly heading off into fifteen different directions will probably backfire on you badly.
If you’re sending your energy in too many directions, stop and regain your center. Thoughtful consideration about what you really need is what’s most important now.
“What do I really need to focus on right now? What will help me do that?”
Congratulations!
Now that you’ve made choices about finding moderation you can bring order and new happiness into your environment!”

Generally, the text from Hexagram #29 talks about DANGER that exists in your immediate environment. Responding correctly is really about Right Action – knowing when and how to take action with clarity of mind. Sometimes it’s best to take minimal action or do nothing at all. Awareness and keeping your wits about you are really the keys.”
Learning from Danger – A Transformation Game
This Game uses the Intuitive Learning Circles to help you gain a deeper understanding of the dangers facing you. You may know that something’s wrong and not be able to specify the details of what you need to be aware of. This game can help you identify it. Or, you may have awareness of the danger, but not know what to do about it. In addition, your desires could be leading you into danger time and time again and you’re not learning from it. You can use this game to explore what that’s about and see if there’s something you can do to transcend the habit.
Step One: Access Your Gut Instincts.
Simply relax and gaze softly at this Reiki Chakra Key to open and balance your Third Chakra located at your Solar Plexus (the soft area in the front where your ribs go up).
In times of danger, it’s not unusual for the chakra system to get pulled out of balance. Let this Soul Star Detachment Key help you clear your energy field of toxins. Relax and mend any energetic wounds that are associated with toxic materials such as smoke, chemicals, heavy energies or viruses.
Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.
Step Two: Balance Your Senses.
When DANGER is present, It’s essential to see things as they really are. See if you can remedy any “blind spots” or confusion by gazing softly at this Reiki Chakra Key for the five senses, together with these positive affirmations:
“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”
“I use them to be present and make sense of my current conditions and environment.”
“They help me to clear blind spots and confusion.”
“I use them to be aware of DANGER and find helpful solutions.”

Step Three: Connect with Your Instinctual Nature.
Tune into your psyche, your instincts and your connection to the natural world. Make a commitment to pay attention to signals from Nature and learn to respect the power of Mother Earth’s energies.
“I connect with my natural instincts, my timing and Soul resources.”
“I pay attention to my environment and allow it to inform me about elements of concern.”
Step Four: Slow down.
Danger often comes from being in too much of a hurry and trying to push our way through. Sometimes, it’s the opposite – we’re not taking action when we know in our hearts that it’s in our best interest to do so!
Gaze softly at the Circle to help you slow down and unwind any confusion around what’s really important. Take several deep breaths. Keep inhaling and exhaling until you’ve relaxed and your mind has slowed down.
“I slow down and allow my true priorities to reveal themselves.”
Step Five: Uncover Your Awareness of the Danger.
Gently contemplate this Circle that accesses your intuition and unconscious awareness of a danger you are facing now. Imagine that you can gather up that inner library of experience and see what kind of knowledge comes forward.
Take your time and let the information emerge. Ask yourself:
“What is the real danger about? Is something about to happen? Is there anything or anyone in my environment that is dangerous to me or others? If so, where are they and what affect are they having?”
“How much harm is this situation causing for me and for others?”
“Are there any extreme or narcissistic behaviors that I need to be aware of?
“Am I returning to harmful energy patterns from the old paradigm that are interfering with my ability to handle this situation to my best ability?”
“Is anyone trying to exert control over me or my environment?”
“Is there some kind of negative influence hovering over one of my projects?”
“Am I allowing my emotional reactions to pull me out of balance?”
“If so, how is that affecting me?”
“Does that tendency put me in any DANGER?”
It can help to remember that emotions are merely energy in motion and they don’t belong to anyone. They just exist.
Whatever you decide about an emotion or group of emotions is what gives you agency over them. If you decide that you have authority over how you respond to emotions you also have power over your actions and the consequences of those actions.
If you decide that you are powerless over emotions, you are like a rudderless boat in a sea of chaos.
Six Six: Ask for Empowerment from Your Source.
Empower your ability to respond to emotional energy and the DANGER that may be present in an effective way.
Use Divine Connection from Soul Prayer Charts to tap into the personal power that comes from your Source.
“I exist and am empowered to control my actions for my protection and benefit.”
“I come from a place of Gratitude and Joy, rather than fear or vengeance.”
Step Seven: See it Calmly and With Discernment.
First, let’s make a couple of corrections that will improve your awareness of your situation…
Is any part of you getting caught up in harmful power games? If so, breathe deeply and gaze at this DNA symbol from Kuan Yin. The more relaxed you are, the better these work. Use the positive affirmations to help:
“I let go of harmful manipulations and power ploys.”
“I decide to accept responsibility for my own decisions.”
If you’re having trouble seeing your way or understanding the DANGER, relax with this symbol.
“I cut through the smoke screen that blocks clear perception.”
Do you have a tendency to make things harder than they need to be? If so, imagine a wall of thorny tangles surrounding you and blocking you in.
Then, just imagine them dissolving or melting away..
Remember to relax and gaze at the symbol softly, both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body for best results.
“I release thorny complications and conflicts.”
“I stop trying to make things more complicated than they are.”
“I decide to allow simple solutions for my problems.”

Step Eight: Dissolve Destructive Blueprints.
Imagine that the symbol below can help you clear destructive patterns that may be blocking or threatening you. Lift them completely off of you and send them to the Light.
“I dissolve the dangerous imprints of ________ and any connection I have ever had to them. I clear my field of destructive habits and the mental / emotional patterns that cause them. I send them all to the Light.”

Step Nine: Apply Clear Perception to What’s Happening Now.
The DANGER may be upsetting. Don’t get carried away (remember that viruses and other destructive energies feed off of strong emotions).
So, breathe with this Circle and let it help you adjust the volume and bring your senses back to a comfortable level. They could have bumped up too high, too loud or intense. If it helps, you can use these affirmations:
“I calm down and get back into balance. I connect with my common sense. I perceive things as they are.”
Step Ten: Adapt to the Changes In Your Environment.
This symbol provides an interface and filter to assist us in making the functional transition from the old paradigm of Water (Piscean Age) to the New Paradigm Air (Aquarian Age).
“I close down any harmful energies that I might still be open to. I have Divine Protection.”
“I am open to receiving generative life force. I connect with new, improved
lines of communication. I am learning to apply this beneficial energy to my life.”
This would be a good time to take a break. Get some water. Walk around. Stretch. Let this integrate before you continue…
Step Eleven: Clarify the Right Action(s) to Take.
Use this Circle to help you identify possible solutions that you can honestly take upon yourself without placing yourself in further, unnecessary danger. Explore different scenarios until you find a response that makes sense.
“What is an action I could take that would be genuinely helpful to me?”
“Is there something in particular that I need to refrain from?”
“Is there something else I need to learn from danger in this situation?”
“What else do I need to nourish myself appropriately?”
Make a note of the suggestions that come. Times of danger can be filled with distractions that make it easy to forget.
‘Am I centered and putting out the kind of intention that will bring the results I really want?”
If not, use this affirmation with the Circle and see if you can change it:
“I put out __________ in alignment with my highest good and __________ is returned to me.”
Step Twelve: Repair and Refocus Your Auras.
At the end of a game like this, it’s important to make sure that any holes or tears in your auras are repaired and refocused, especially when there are so many chaotic toxins floating around!
“My auras are sealed, repaired and refocused.”
“The healing protection for my body is strengthened.”
Gaze at this chart both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body to make sure they are completely repaired.
Step Thirteen: To manage yourself well in dangerous times, be sure that you are grounded and centered in the New Paradigm.
Get your feet on the ground and connect with the positive energy of Mother Earth.
Step Fourteen: Close the Doors to Actions that Would Invite Further Danger.
Your unconscious mind knows what’s helpful and what’s harmful to your body, mind and spirit. It’s time to close the door on any harmful pathways that are still open in your mind. See them disappear, as if they were never there.
“All harmful pathways are sealed and healed.”
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”
