Especially when the stakes are high, you need to remember the important things. However, people often times have memory problems when they’re under a lot of emotional stress, especially if they’re highly sensitive. Why is that and what can be done to help?

Next, go through this short mind exercise to understand how emotional stress might be causing memory lapses in your case and what you can do to help yourself. Read each step and then gaze softly at its Circle, one at a time.

Give yourself permission to look at the Circles in any way or from any angle that you like. All you have to do is stay relaxed. If you’re drawn to focus on the center of a Circle, great!

How Are You Experiencing Disorientation?

1. We’re going to look at several possible reasons why emotional stress might be affecting your memory. One reason could be that you are disoriented due to a sudden recent change. You might also be picking up on other people’s stress. Another possibility could be that your mind has been exposed to an overwhelming amount of information. It helps to be aware what is involved.

Let this Circle help you gather up any important information involved. Your unconscious mind knows what’s pertinent and what’s not.

You might want to jot down any impressions you notice. However, don’t be surprised if nothing definite comes to you. There may not be any words because the unconscious mind is not linear. 

Just make note of what your experience is for now.

 

What is a Clear Intention That will Help?

2. To help bring your mind into focus, establish a simple and clear intention for this exercise.

“I improve mental acuity and brain function.”

Go ahead and meditate on the center open space of this chart with that intention in mind. Breathe deeply and relax. Don’t try to make anything happen. A relaxed mind will lead you to a more relaxed body!

When the energy of the chart slows down, you’re ready to move onto the next step.

 

What Would You Like to Shine Light On?

3. The pineal gland is an important part of your brain because of its main function of regulating light and darkness through its production and secretion of melatonin. In addition, the pineal contains light-sensitive cells that control the circadian cycle of sleep and wakefulness.
Melatonin also supports healthy memory function and reproductive cycles.

Relax and breathe for a minute or two and let this Chakra Key help you clear toxins from your pineal gland so that your natural rhythms and cycles can come into better balance.

 

How Would You Like to Feel?

4. The hypothalamus is a part of your brain that regulates homeostasis. Through it, you have the ability to maintain inner balance and a calm state of mind. It also regulates a variety of functions including your physical development, digestive health and metabolism.

Allow this Chakra Key to help you clear and balance your hypothalamus.

 

What Would You Like to Remember?

5. The hippocampus is actually two structures located on either side of the temporal lobe that are involved with memory development, verbal, spacial and directional skills.

Repeat what you just did in the previous steps. Relax and breathe while you gaze at this Chakra Key to clear out toxins and bring both areas of your hippocampus into balance.

Once you’ve really relaxed with it, check in with a question:

“Is there something I’ve forgotten that’s important? More than one?”

Make a note of it and continue with your mind exercise.

 

What Would Bring You More Ease?

Emotional Stress and the Third Eye6. There’s another part of your brain function that taps into the wisdom of your Soul. Some call it the Third Eye Chakra. Through it, the pineal, hippocampus and hypothalamus can connect and work together to enhance learning and create coherent thoughts. Intuition and common sense can then blossom and communicate meaningful insights to you.

Keep relaxed and gaze softly at the Circle with each affirmation:

“My common sense and intuition are working together.”

“I receive meaningful insights about my situation.”
“My mind helps me to reduce stress and integrate joy into my life.”

 

What Needs to Get Connected?

7. Keep relaxed and gaze softly at the Circle with each affirmation:

“My mind is connected and balanced to create improved mental acuity and brain function.”

“I improve my comprehension and understanding.”
“I connect with solutions.”

 

What Would Support You?

8. It’s possible that you’re dehydrated or not getting the right nutrition. While you gently focus on this Circle, ask yourself:

“Is there something I could eat or drink that would help me?”
“Is there something I’m eating or drinking too much of?”

 

 Is There Something That You Need To Let Go Of?

9. If there is, let this Circle help you open up and let it go.

Just keep letting go and release all that emotional stress. See yourself relaxing under an afternoon Sun. Take all the time you like. It’s okay to let go and rest.

Is there something it would be best to stop doing?
Use this Circle to consider actions you could take that would help in this situation. Make sure they would be genuinely helpful to you now.

11. It could be that things are just moving too fast and your mind is trying to keep up. Take a moment to slow down and tune into your heart. Ask yourself:

“What is my heart telling me?”
“Am I worried about something (physical, financial, family issue, etc)?”

“Is there anything I can do that could actually help the situation?”
“What have I been doing? Has that helped?”
“What do I feel?”

 

How Will Life Be Better Without This Emotional Stress?

12. Your physical body is the foundation for your vitality and your instinct to take care of yourself. Clearing energy, especially in your lower body, will give you strength and support to make necessary changes. Put both feet on the floor to help you ground. Take whatever time you need.

Once you feel stronger, ask yourself:

“What, if anything, am I forgetting about my physical health?
“Is there something I need to remember?”

There’s always more than one way to do things, what new way comes to mind in this case?

 

What Would Keep You Grounded?

13. A strong connection to the Earth gives you support to make the necessary changes and stay balanced at the same time. Put both feet on the floor to help you ground.
If needed, go back to Step 7 and connect with your other chakras.
Take whatever time you need.  

“What do I need remember?”
“Do I need to change anything?”
“Do I have the connections and resources I need to resolve this stress?”
“What would be involved? Is anything missing?”

 

Ask For Blessings On Your Life Path.

14. Finish by balancing out your Life Path Chakras. They help you stay on your own path and tune into the promptings of your Soul – a very important thing to remember!

“I open up to my potential and stay positive.”

“I stay true to my Souls path.”

You may want to sit with this for quite a while.
Plan to take a walk or relax for a bit out in Nature once you feel ready.

Advanced Chakra Healing and Clearing ~

Recommended Transformation Games to Help you adjust and Keep You Moving with the Flow In the New Paradigm, Rather than Against it.

Recent changes in the flow of the Universe have affected us in so many ways that we do not understand yet. Because the chakras react to and reflect environmental factors, it’s important that we pay attention to how well they are functioning and proactively rebalance them when needed.

Navigate Reversals During Retrograde

The biggest issue during this  period is the tendency for chakras (and other energy systems) to suddenly start running in reverse or shut down completely. This backward movement can cause serious physical problems that come on suddenly.

Add to that the increase in violence, chronic health imbalances caused by Covid 19 and the overwhelmed state of our collective mental/emotional health and you’ve got a serious situation that should not be ignored.

For that reason, Kuan Yin has asked me to bring back a format I used to utilize so that I can post Mind Exercises and Transformation Games that are likely to address conflicts in each of the Primary Chakras. It is my hope that they will help you keep your chakras moving in the right direction, free of conflict and reversals. Here are her suggested intentions:

“I am centered and balanced.”

“I release toxic energy and allow my energy to adapt and flow with the new energy of the New Paradigm.”

 

Lets begin with the Root Chakra and move up:

1st Chakra - Root Chakra Balancing

“Our root chakra is red and governs the physical body, our instincts and the assumptions we have about life. It’s located at the very base of the trunk of your body.

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the Root needs are physiological – air, food, water, shelter, warmth, sex, sleep and having adequate methods of communication.

Gaze softly at the Root Chakra Key above and then ask yourself:

“Are my physiological needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Root Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin would like you to let go of an old pattern of emotional pain that has been affecting your Root Chakra for a long time. 

Next up is the Second Chakra (also known as the Spleen Chakra):

2nd Chakra - Spleen Chakra Balancing“The second energy center is referred to here as the spleen chakra because it is deeply connected to our emotions, digestion and immunity. Its color is orange and is located 2-3 inches down from the navel.

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the second level needs are safety oriented – protection from the elements, security, order, law, stability and freedom from fear.

Gaze softly at the Second Chakra Key above for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my safety and security needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my 2nd Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin wants you to check in with your immune system and detach from harmful energies>

Continue by addressing the Third Chakra needs:

3rd Chakra - Solar Plexus Chakra Balancing“The solar plexus chakra is the center of who we are and who we think we are, so it’s fitting that its color is a bright yellow and is located in the solar plexus.

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the third level needs include love and belongingness needs – friendship, intimacy, affection and love from work group, family, friends, and romantic relationships.

Gaze softly at the Third Chakra Key above for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my love and belongingness needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Third Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin wants you to examine your intentions and weed out those that are causing you to scatter>

The Heart Center and Basic Balance:

Fourth Chakra - Heart Chakra Balancing“Our heart chakra is the bridge between our bodies and the spiritual world. It is where our thoughts and beliefs about love meet the physical expression of it.

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the fourth level needs include esteem needs – achievement, self-love, independence, status, dominance, prestige, self-approval, self-respect and respect from others. 

Gaze softly at the Fourth Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my compassion and esteem needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Fourth Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin wants you to be able to ground in your truth and your power>

Consider the Fifth Chakra and the Power of Your Word: 

Fifth Chakra - Throat Chakra Balancing“The energy of the throat chakra is about what you put out into the world – having a voice. It’s about speaking your truth and is blue in color, as in ‘true blue’.

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the fifth level needs include cognitive needs such as knowledge, meaning, expression, self-mastery and self-awareness.

Gaze softly at the Fifth Chakra Key above for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my cognitive needs being met? Am I able to ask for what I need and straightforward in my requests? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Fifth Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin would like you to experience greater self-confidence in how you see yourself and communicate> 

The Sixth Chakra and the Power of Your Perception:

Sixth Chakra - Third Eye Chakra Balancing“The third eye chakra contains the energy of insight and wisdom. Located in the center of the forehead just above the eyebrow, this chakra is associated with the color purple.

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the sixth level needs include aesthetic needs – the appreciation of and search for beauty, balance and form, etc. Kuan Yin would add the need for spiritual insight and understanding.

Gaze softly at the Sixth Chakra Key above for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my needs for creativity and spiritual understanding being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Sixth Chakra in balance?

The Seventh Chakra and Self-actualization: 

Seventh Chakra - Crown Chakra Balancing“The crown chakra is our connection to spirit. This is the energy center that connects us with divine inspiration. Its color is white as it contains all things and it can cast a golden ring when in states of ecstasy.

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the seventh level needs include self actualization  needs – realizing personal potential, self-fulfillment, seeking personal growth and peak experiences.

Gaze softly at the Seventh Chakra Key above for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my self-actualization needs being met? Are my fulfillment needs blocked in any way? Am I taking action and giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Seventh Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin would like you to keep your mind clear even when lies are everywhere>

Transformation Game: A Remedy for Group Think and Herd Mentality

Emotional Entanglements are the Basis of Group Think or Herd Mentality

Group Think is basically a situation where a lot of people are attached to each other through conflict based emotions, beliefs, agendas and attitudes. But what if you don’t want to share in that way anymore?

Herd Mentality

Let’s work with this through your own example. Your awareness can be used to enhance your mind/body healing.

Notice the “herd mentality” that has your attention now.

Remember the group communication that’s causing irritation or conflict within you. It could be an attitude, an agenda or a distressing belief.

It can help to “name” the entanglement or herd mentality.

Slow down and see the situation more clearly. Use this Circle to help you slow everything down, just like the slo-mo camera effect in a televised sports event.

What name would you give this mentality?

What does it want? What is the underlying conflict for this mentality?

What about your own internal conflict? What do you make of the situation?

In most situations, the simplest thing to start with is to detach your energy from the herd mentality.

In the old paradigm, many healing modalities “cut the cords.” However, in my experience, this is another expression of “making it happen.” A sharp, cutting action like that doesn’t resolve the underlying conflict. It only offers temporary relief and extends the either/or conflict to return again another day.

I like to use a softer approach, taught to me by my guides. Use this Chart to relax and mend any wounds within yourself and your own energy field that are associated with this entanglement. Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.

Attachments and conflicts are melting away. Relax. Breathe. Take your time and move around if you need to.

Project that healing balm out into the past, present and future.

Next, clear up the mental and spiritual entanglement.

You will want to address any confusion the herd mentality is causing you.

Imagine you can softly gaze into the center of this Circle, Mapacho Medicine, and see ancient intentions like eggs or seeds.

Not only do you see your own intentions and prayers, but also the intentions held by the group entanglement. You can even sense the cultural, ancestral goals that are perpetuating harm and devision in your heart.

Visualize them like ingredients in a soup that’s interfering with your life. Scoop out any life destructive intentions and send them to the Light. You don’t have to let them harm you anymore!

“I remove or reform any out of date intentions that are harmful to me.”
“I release harmful intentions from others.”
“I intend that all harmful energies and intentions be sent to the Light and purified.”

Put it all together and make the proper connections with this Circle.

Now, dissolve the underlying destructive blueprints of conflict.

These conflicts could be ancestral, societal, racial or sexual biases. They could involve grudges, curses, vows for revenge, etc. After all, resentment and frustration can be internalized and externalized in a thousand ways!

You can dissolve them all now and send any heaviness to the Light.*

*Be sure to let go of the human tendency of sending negative energy and emotions we don’t want anymore into the ground. Mother Earth doesn’t want to hold those seeds anymore either! She’s busy making the changes she needs for the next stages of life on this planet

When we send destructive energy up to the Light, it can be transformed and set right.

In addition, your mind can be more at peace, which matters! Like a dark cloud, the heaviness is lifting up and off of you.

 

To completely release entanglements, collapse the channels they move through.

We can communicate in other, more helpful ways. Use the symbol below to collapse any energy drains or channels that lead to or from the conflicts, grudges and curses. You don’t need or want them anymore.

 

Once you have finished that, tune into your Heart Center.

This Reiki Chakra Key helps you to access compassion for yourself and others. Relax and breathe deeply again. In this place, you can connect with hope and communicate with the best of who you are.

Imagine new connections taking place. Remember don’t force it! A true heart connection has to happen from the inside. No one else can do this for you.

 

Eventually, if you’re patient and open, you can feel a light begin to radiate out, extending a sense of gratitude coming through from your deepest, wisest Self.

“My Heart is at peace and the interference is released.”

Congratulations! Now that you’ve taken the time to stop, listen and connect with your heart, you can feel the truth. Forcing things doesn’t work in the long run. “Making things happen” or trying to avoid the truth eventually strips away every shred of joy and respect from our relationships, especially the ones we have with ourselves. The need to make things be the way we want them to be is actually the source of our suffering and attachments. These attachments hold us back, boomerang around and give us a big kick in the behind!

Our problems cannot be solved from the same mental position they were created from. A transformation of consciousness is required to get from where we are to where we want to be. Obviously, no one can do that for us. We can get good help, but ultimately, we have to make the shift ourselves.

The I Ching energy has been traveling in a multiple highway pattern since April 4th and is likely to remain that way throughout most of the month of May.

Whenever that happens, Kuan Yin advises me to “follow the middle road” or the road of MODERATION – the path that is guided from within.

Navigate Confusion through Moderation“In difficult times, it’s usually best to move with the flow of MODERATION, Hexagram #15, where ‘The predominant forces … are in the process of balancing extremes and harmonizing interests.’ ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

The ancient Chinese text describes finding MODERATION as the best way to make progress amidst chaos. The suggestion is to disengage from extremes or opinionated attitudes and then follow the guidance that comes from within instead. In almost any situation, if you are able to walk the middle road between extremes, there will be improvement in whatever you undertake.

Here are selected excerpts from the text of Hexagram #15 MODERATION, as translated by R.L. Wing:

(MODESTY)

“Nature balances itself with plagues, droughts, and cycles of overabundance, and human nature strives toward MODERATION in its tendency to reduce the excesses of the over powerful and to augment the needs of those who are desperately wanting.

Worldly matters can now be brought to success through MODERATION. Leaders should strive to firmly carry their objectives through to completion, not with a show of extraordinary force but with the continuing sincerity that springs from their true natures… The self-evident, self-actualizing demonstration of purpose is the mark of great leaders acting with MODERATION.

In social relationships, avoid extremes. People who are overly intelligent or overly ignorant tend to extremes in their behavior and attitudes. You should now concentrate on establishing harmonious equilibrium with your fellow man and bring MODERATION and order to social institutions. This not only means avoiding radicalism and ostentatious values, but also tolerating weaknesses and inferior elements. “Everything in moderation” means just that.

…This inner equilibrium aligns you with the tao, thus bringing you into harmony with forces that can work for you.”

Special advice to note from the Bottom Changing Line: “If you can carry out your proposed endeavor quietly, competently, and thoroughly, without obvious announcements of your intentions, you can achieve even significant aims. Welcome to an energy clearing that uses the Intuitive Learning Circles to help you reduce confusion and set things right by activating your imagination and renegotiating key agreements about your identity.

Reduce Confusion About Your Identity

If you are in the process of changing your career, where you live, your relationships or your priorities, you’re finding out how much energy old identities hold and how hard it can be to let them go. The stories we keep up about ourselves are powerful and take a lot of energy.

Perhaps you’re making changes in your family life. Maybe the career you invested so much in is no longer relevant. You may want to retire or even wonder whether the whole way you’ve been thinking about yourself is harmful to your well being.

So often, when we want a change, we think it will just happen automatically!

It’s easy to forget that you had agreements around those relationships or activities and they literally structured how you went about your day. The habits, memories and intentions that came with them helped you generate your life up until this point and have become part of your identity. That identity could also have roots in collective, past life or ancestral experiences. Regardless of how they got there, they are all important and need to be tended to, even the difficult ones!

To Reduce Confusion it’s important to examine Soul Contracts and other agreements to see if they need to be either:

  • Kept
  • Released completely or
  • Re-negotiated to adjust to what’s needed now.


You may say, “I don’t have time for this right now. There’s too much going on. It doesn’t really matter, does it?”

Yes, it does matter, because you matter. Your relationships matter. What you do matters. In fact, when there’s a lot going on, that’s the very best time to examine who you are and who you want to be at this pivotal time in your life.

If you just barge forward into what you think you want now without handling your agreements, you’ll simply go back to what you’ve always done before. The times are too significant to just return to the old status quo! That will just make things harder for everyone – especially you!

If you’re willing to slow down just a little, and make your agreements a priority now rather than later, you can free up a lot of repressed or suppressed energy. Even more importantly, you’ll be amazed at how much conflict and confusion you can bypass altogether!

When you can be fully present and without attachments to the old story, whatever your future holds will have much less baggage.

A wise person once said, “when one door closes, another one opens.” and  “what you put out, comes back to you.” The principles behind re-negotiating healthy agreements absolutely concur with those ideas. If we don’t change our agreements – especially institutional, cultural agreements – the old stories will keep coming back to us even when we thought we had outgrown them!

The intention of this mind exercise is to acknowledge who you’ve been and where you’ve come from by examining your agreements with respect so that you are truly free and open to create your new identity!

In this experience, you’re going to create a ceremony for reducing confusion and preparing for a prosperous new beginning by using your imagination, intuition and common sense to paint a new picture. All you need to do is relax and gaze softly at the Circles while you follow the directions that go along with each one. If you want, bring along something to write on or draw with!

The Importance of Agreements

The mind works through agreements. Transitioning out of an identity and setting up a new life goes so much easier when you release agreements with the parts of your life that are over and done with.

That includes the contracts or agreements around relationships: the people, the places and the organizations that you’re going to be moving beyond. Those relationships may not be over, but surely they are going to change! Free up your energy with this Circle and let go of those agreements.

“I let go of all Soul Agreements that are complete – over and done with.  I allow the necessary changes to take place.”

See completed debts, vows and resentments burn up like old contracts in a beautiful, violet flame.

If you’ve completed an important project with a person, an organization or a special place, acknowledge it by releasing that contract into the fire. This would include places you used to frequent, raising any children, building a career, finishing school or being in a relationship of any kind.

You have completed that project successfully and what you did with that mattered!

 

You also have agreements with yourself that need to be released or renegotiated in order to reduce confusion about who you are now.

You may have made an agreement with yourself about yourself when you were younger. You could have decided that certain things just weren’t going to be possible for you, so why try? You may have given way your power, your space or even your body! If those agreements are still operating somewhere in your psyche, you can release them now with this Circle.

Your nervous system holds the energy of those agreements. To let go, start at the bottom of the line and the bottom of your spine.

As you move up, you can imagine locks unlocking – freeing each vertebrae from the chains of outdated, oppressive agreements – all the way up to the top of your spine. Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed. Here’s some suggested affirmations:

I let go of finished agreements around the identity of __________.”

“I let go of being abused, disempowered, confused or _________. I am free of any enslavement. My Soul is now in charge of who I am and how I behave.” 

I release agreements that interfere with my health, my productivity, prosperity and self-confidence.” “I decide that my body and mind is no longer a place for _______ or ________.” “I utilize my gifts and talents to create ________ and ________.” Etc. You get the idea!

 

Reduce Confusion by “Setting Things Right”.

A helpful metaphor for setting things right is to think of your life like a puzzle. That puzzle consists of many pieces – like your karma and other aspects of your Soul or Essential Self, including various skills, dreams, talents and gifts.

If you don’t have all your puzzle pieces or if you’ve gotten your pieces mixed up in someone else’s puzzle, things won’t come together correctly.

Think about it. If you have a box of puzzle pieces from five different puzzles, it’s going to be very difficult to sort out what really needs to happen. Whose puzzle is it?

Even worse, what if you realize that you’re not working on your puzzle at all? That would really explain your confusion! Until you’ve set things right, you will continue to be confused and unable to put it all together.

Use these positive affirmations to help you set things right:
“My life is a puzzle that I’m putting together. I’m willing to set things right in accordance with what I need now.”

“I decide to release any puzzle or puzzle pieces that don’t belong with me and call back what does.” Visualize the transfer taking place.

“I work on my puzzle and allow others to work on theirs.” Visualize your true puzzle coming together, with every piece in place!

 

Get Completely Present So That You Can Make Sense of Things.

Relax and let your 3rd Chakra get connected, open and balanced at your solar plexus (the area where your ribs go up in the front).

Your Essential Self is most efficiently located there to help you manifest, create happiness and maintain health.

In stressful times, it’s pretty common for the Essential Self to get closed off, misplaced or dissociated. You can correct that now.

If you need extra help, go back up to the Release Attachments Key.

 

Now You’re Ready to Clear Up Old Baggage.

With this new awareness, you can go into more detail. Consciously let go of anything that doesn’t really belong to you and needs to be returned. A lot of this is energetic in nature so, it’s best to imagine those things going to the Light. If you think of something that you actually, physically need to return to someone, make a note of it and plan to return it.

“I decide to reduce confusion by returning anything that belongs to someone else. That includes their confusion! All debts, confusions and misunderstandings are set right.”

Do that both crossed and uncrossed.

 

Establish Autonomy.

You can do the same with people. Maybe there are a few people that still cling to you for reasons of their own. It could be neediness, fear, anger, jealousy, co-dependence or any kind of pain and suffering. They need their energy to help themselves, so send it back to them or wherever it belongs so that everyone is free to move on.

 

Establish Reciprocity.

As part of setting things right, you need to reciprocate. For example, there could be some people that you cling to as well. You will want to reclaim your authority by recalling all parts and/or functions that have attached to others, yet really belong with you.

“I call back all parts or functions that have attached to others for any reason.”

Include your personal power, your principles, your energy, dreams, special abilities, talents and gifts. You will need these things as you create your new identity.

Forgive Old Debts.

If you’re willing to let go of any harmful intentions, grudges or resentments, you’ll be doing everyone a favor – especially you! Remember, what you put out comes back to you, so it’s in your own best interests to forgive yourself and put those conflicts to rest by letting them go to the Light.

If you like, you can imagine a beautiful Light opening up to you with a place for you to surrender your resentments and disagreements. All debts are forgiven.

 

Repair Any Reversals or Glitches in Your Energy System That Would Prevent Resolution.

Use this chart to help you make corrections. Relax and sense your overall energy. If it feels jagged, reversed or disjointed, stay with the Key until the energy smooths out. Do this both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

 

Release Any Old, Out of Date or Harmful Intentions.

Now is a good time to clear up any old intentions and unconscious attachments that go along with it.
Deeply relax as you gaze into the center open space of this Circle for the grandmother of tobacco – Mapacho. Imagine any prayer, wish, intention or agenda that may be keeping you attached to your old identities.

See them like wisps of smoke, clearing the way to reveal forgotten seeds of desire, aversion and ignorance, including other harmful intentions such as ancestral curses, filial and financial obligations and outdated societal vows.

These could include intentions from past lives or earlier in this life. You might be carrying them for others because of a family identity of “fixer,” “rebel” or “scapegoat” (this might explain why certain people or situations keep coming back time after time).
It is tremendously beneficial to clear them out now, so that you don’t inadvertently reignite them when you move forward with your new choices.

 

Now It’s Time to Call Back Lost or Confused Aspects of Your Essence.

This is like a Soul Retrieval. Use this chart to call back all parts of your Essence that may have gotten lost or fragmented along the way in your life.

“I reclaim my Essence with appreciation and gratitude.” 

Energy Medicine for the New Paradigm

Note: It’s worth it to think back on any special places or experiences you’ve released your agreements with. A fragmented part of yourself could very likely be stuck or wandering around in those places. Call them back so that you can live in wholeness!

 

Clear Destructive Emotional or Mental Patterns.

There are probably many old patterns that need to be cleared away by now. Use this symbol to dissolve any harmful mental or emotional patterns that are ready to be transmuted. See those attachments or behavioral structures like a large cloud bank that you can consciously send to the Light. Dissolve them into pure sunlight – the darkness all gone.

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

 

When One Door Closes, Another One Opens.

Before moving on, bring completion to this process. Let this Circle help you close those old doors and pathways so that you can reduce confusion and your new path can become clear.

Search for any of the old habits and behaviors of your old identity and close the drains that they’ve been stealing from your time, energy and environment.

Express Gratitude By Getting Grounded.

Finally! Thank all the people, places and experiences that have been a part of your life. Whether you liked them or not, they have helped you become who you are today. Put both feet on the floor and get grounded in the New Paradigm based on equity, cooperation and sustainable prosperity.

This is a good time to find and follow through on a simple action that you know will help you reduce confusion and move on.

Letting Go and Moving On

Help for Moving On from Deteriorating Situations

Transformation Game - Moving OnMany people are having a difficult time being stable because they are getting pulled out of the present by conditioning and emotional attachments to the past. You can get grounded in the New Paradigm of cooperation and equality by going through Kuan Yin’s I Ching Reading for moving on.

“If you are experiencing a situation where there is:

  • a great deal of incompetence
  • argumentative persons
  • societal discord
  • a break up in friendship or family relations
  • refusal to participate in cooperative ventures or
  • depressed health due to a toxic environment

The situation is definitely in the flow of the I Ching Hexagram #23 – DETERIORATION.

In times such as this, prideful displays of power will absolutely backfire. This is not the time to push your expectations or agendas. Withdraw and consolidate your energy as best as you can. Take care and stay strong within yourself. Do nothing to push your personal agenda regarding this particular situation and withdraw as much investment of your time or money as you reasonably can. Unwillingness to let go will most probably result in loss.

I connect my consciousness with Hope.

The best things to do when dealing with DETERIORATING situations is to take care of yourself very sensibly and to find acceptance of the times within yourself. Be generous and kind to those you care about. Maintain your inner connection to Hope.

Keep your focus on those things that are working. They are the important opportunities that are available to you now.

Keep emotional reactions to a minimum and refrain from jumping to conclusions. Meditate, surrender to the fact that all things must end. Know that eventually there will come a change for the better. 

If you deal with a situation of DETERIORATION with an attitude of ‘I’m going to fix this’ or ‘I need to stop what’s happening,’ you will actually be giving the situation more fuel and prolonging it, rather than letting it die out on its own. When you let go, Nature can take its course. In most cases, the negativity will feed on itself and die out naturally. This reality may be unpleasant however, acceptance is what is called for.” 

Here’s some help through a Transformation Game called “Letting Go and Moving On.”

Gently gaze at these Intuitive Learning Circles one at a time and consider the question or affirmation that goes with each Step. This process helps you to become aware of what’s bothering you, so that you can make a different choice to use your energy more productively and in tune with your Inner Guidance.

 Step 1:

What is a situation around you now that is DETERIORATING? Trust the message that comes through from your deepest, wisest guidance.

Step 2:

Enhance your inner guidance by calming your senses and bringing them into balance. Some may be turned up too high and some may be too low. Relax and allow your eyes to rest gently on the Circle below.

Mind Body IntegrationTake some deep breaths and let your shoulders drop. Adjust the volume to your senses. Do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body to achieve greater mind body integration.

 

Step 3:

Release your conditioning to personally attach to that situation.

“I uproot the conditioning, beliefs and behaviors that are pulling me into this DETERIORATING situation.”

“I release them to the Light where they can safely be transformed.”

 

Step 4.

Can you  identify the emotion that pulls you towards the DETERIORATING situation?

Once you have identified what you’re feeling, take a moment and just relax into it. Could it be a phobia, an obsession or a compulsion?

“I accept that this emotional state is present and that it must change. All things eventually change.”

If you can, rub your shoulders and neck for a minute or two. The more you relax and accept what you’re feeling, the easier it will release and dissipate.

Step 5:

Bring your awareness now to your body. Go to your solar plexus area and open your Third Chakra, the home to your Essence and “gut instincts.”  

Let go of any toxic energy and bring the chakra into balance.

 

Step 6:

Bring your awareness to your Heart Center. Allow this Reiki Chakra Key to help you open and balance it.

Keep relaxing and breathing into it. Eventually, you will be able to feel life energy radiating out. The light of your Heart Chakra is shining!

 

Step 7.

Gaze softly at this Chart that connects you with the empowerment of your Soul. Imagine that your energy system can adapt to the changes that are needed. Continue to relax and breathe as you use this affirmation:

“When it comes to the situation of _________, I exist and am empowered to manifest my highest good.”

 

Step 8:

Connect with your Soul’s unique vibration and energy. Continue to relax and breathe as you use this affirmation:

“I am resonating with the vibration of my Soul.”

“I strengthen my unique gifts and talents.”

 

Step 9:

Use this Chart to help you detach from negative energies around your situation. These may include energies from other people, even family members.

Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.

“I release all attachments and energy signatures that are not from my Soul.” 
“I detach from destructive energies, lies, curses, sabotage and illnesses.”

 

Step 10:

Consciously close down any destructive energy channels that are coming from the DETERIORATING situation.

“I am no longer connected to that DETERIORATING situation.”

 

Step 11.

Now, get fully present. Use this affirmation to help you:

“I live in the present and deal with what is.”

If you’re having trouble getting present, it can help to close your fingers into fists and open them again, several times. If you get overwhelmed or feel a strong emotion come up, go back to Step #2 and repeat the process to relax and dissipate the emotion.

 

Step 12:

Now that you are present, ask your deepest wisest guidance:

“What is an action I can take that will help me to move on?”

Take as much time as you need to reorganize your thoughts and energy around positive action.

 

Step 13:

Consciously re-direct your energy and attention toward a situation you want to encourage instead. Move your attention and energy away from the DETERIORATING situation.

“I turn my energy toward productive activities and plans.”

 

Step 14:

Use this symbol to consciously release any remaining mental, emotional or spiritual baggage that’s interfering with your freedom. 

You can visualize them as dark clouds or entanglements that you surrender to the Light to be transformed. Stay with it until you feel they’re completely gone.

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

Step 15:

Finish the game by closing off the pathways in your mind that lead back to the DETERIORATING situation.

“I let go and seal off the ways I prolong or maintain suffering for myself or anyone else.”

Healing Emotional Shock

Any person who is going through serious loss could experience emotional shock.

Healing Emotional ShockThe symptoms of emotional shock are disorientation, numbness, mental confusion or fragmentation. A person may even disconnect and leave their body. This includes people who are witness to traumatic experiences in some way. 

Note: If you have just gone through a serious physical disruption in your life, like the recent fires in New Mexico, please go to Resolving Shock from Traumatic Events.

These are all ways that the unconscious mind protects us during a traumatic event:

  • Feeling stuck, numb, lost or helpless
  • Unable to rest or relax
  • Caught in a blank or fixed state of mind
  • Waking up at night worried, with obsessive thoughts
  • Reliving painful experiences
  • Alternately feeling trapped and shattered.

The following mind exercise uses the Intuitive Learning Circle method for healing emotional shock ~

Emotional ShockRheanni Lightwater - Resolving ShockSometimes people who’ve just received bad news or experienced a traumatic event will tell you that they’re fine and not to worry about them. That’s because one of the main symptoms of being in shock is not being aware of being in shock. Why is that? During a shock, the mind goes blank as a form of protection.

The shock response is natural and not a sign of spiritual, mental or emotional weakness. It is a physiological event. Nevertheless, if the person doesn’t get a chance to get grounded in their body again – or if they’re not able to – serious problems may develop. Blocked energy and a constant state of fight or flight takes its toll over time. Statements like: “I can’t think straight,” “my life was shattered” or “I feel disconnected” describe the experience of emotional shock.

If any of the above seems familiar, you can go through this mind exercise step by step to help you access your own innate healing abilities and bring yourself back into balance.

Simply follow the directions and see if you can free up some of the confusion and conflict that comes from shock. Here’s an example of how it works. Simply gaze softly at the Circle while you contemplate each of these positive affirmations:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I focus them to be present and aware of my body.”

“I use them to become aware of my environment and what’s important to me right now.”

“I focus on positive actions that benefit my well-being and happiness.”

For best results, look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.

Let yourself breathe and relax as much as possible. Don’t worry if the images move around or change in any way. That just means the Circles are working and that your mind and body are relaxing.
Be sure to go through the entire formula and at the end, give yourself time to rest and integrate.


Healing Emotional Shock and Confusion

Step One:

Take several deep breaths and relax while you look at this Circle that releases shock and inner conflict.

Imagine you can use it to focus in on a conflict or painful experience that’s blocking your way. If your mind is blank, focus on how “blank” it is. You may get a conscious image or message, or you may not.

Once you have a sense that your mind has found the blockage, imagine that it’s like an iceberg and the Sun is melting it away with a beautiful beam of light. Allow it to melt until it’s completely gone.

Check for other blockages or conflicts that you can do the same with.

Step Two:

The next step is to bring your senses into balance so that you can see and hear things without the distortion that often accompanies shock.

As you breathe deeply, let this Circle help you to adjust the volume and pitch of your senses to just the right level for you.

Soon you will be able to hear that “calm, gentle voice” inside that reminds you about what matters the most to you:

“I see things as they really are. My senses are balanced. I reconnect with what matters the most.”

Step Three:

If your gut feels tight or uncomfortable, use this Circle to help you relax in your solar plexus and get back into balance there. Your solar plexus is that soft place in your belly where your ribs go up. Just take a nice breath and feel it relax as you say to yourself:

“It’s safe. I feel safe and more relaxed with every breath.”

Step Four:

Sometimes a person who’s had an emotional shock will be disoriented and feel a bit “out of their body.” In case that’s happening with you, take a few minutes to consciously bring yourself back into your body.

“I am at home in my heart. I am inside myself.”

You can open and close your hands. Move your fingers and wiggle your toes around. Notice the time and where you are. These actions all help you recover from emotional shock.

Step Five:

The next thing is to make sure you’re grounded. Without proper grounding, you could get frantic, distracted and confused. That’s not what you want. What you decide to do matters now more than ever!

Let this Circle for grounding on the Earth help you. Place both feet on the ground and your hands on each knee while you use these affirmations:

“I uproot whatever is confusing me. I decide to get grounded. The Earth supports me.”

Take all the time you need with this.

Step Six:

Oftentimes, healing emotional shock and confusion requires a change in priorities. There may be certain plans, ideas or habitual patterns that are no longer relevant or constructive. Certain roles may get suddenly reversed. You can use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to help you identify them and dissolve whatever is confusing you.

Actively imagine that the negative patterns in your mind are like heavy clouds or a jumbled maze of fears and nightmares.

Once you have the image, bring the pure light of the Sun in and dissolve the maze completely.

You’ll know that you’re done when you can see yourself standing in a beautiful open field with clear blue skies all around.

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

Step 7:

Be sure to seal and heal any holes, leaks or openings in your energy field. Leaky energy may open you up to danger or allow harmful energies to attach to you. It can also leave you feeling drained and exhausted.

As you gaze at the Circle, imagine harmful leaks and openings are closing as if they were never there.

“All holes are healed and sealed.”

“I follow the protection of healthy direction.”

 

“I close up any energy drains so that I may recover my strength.”  

“I let go of old habits that are causing me harm.”

 

Bring your attention to the area that surrounds your body.

“I strengthen the protection of my auras around me.”

“I feel protected and safe in my body.”

Step 8.

To finish this exercise, let your heart recover. This Circle will help you to balance your heart energy and clear away any residual heaviness. Breathe deeply and take your time.

“I feel the heaviness lifting up out of my heart.”

“I let it go and send it to the Sun where it can be transformed.”

“I have the strength and resilience to shine my light.”

Now that you’re finished with the exercise, consider taking a nice walk outside. Nothing grounds you like being in nature after an emotional shock.
