Transformation Game - Balance Your Crown ChakraThe crown chakra is located on the crown or top of the head. When clear, this energetic wheel of light vibrates with the colors white and/or gold and influences the entire endocrine system via the pineal gland. If you can open and balance your Crown Chakra, you’re keeping an important link with your spiritual essence clear.

Not only that, when your Crown Chakra is open and integrating well with the rest of your body, you can tap into how you manage your natural cycles, hormones and rhythms that govern self-care and improve sleep.

These are all ingredients for a life affirming, peaceful state of mind.

Unfortunately, the proliferation of harmful toxins and electro-magnetic frequencies in our environment can clog up important energy centers. If you’ve been having trouble with your sleep or connecting with your inner guidance, you can go through this chakra meditation to help you let go of those toxins.

Begin with this Reiki Chakra Key for the five senses, which will help bring your perception of things into greater balance. Use these positive affirmations:

“I connect with and balance my five senses.”

“I use them to be aware of changes in my natural rhythms and to help me get balanced.”

“I sense things accurately – as they are really happening for me in the present, so that I can align with my highest good.”

 

Your chakras could be having a difficult time adjusting to all the significant changes that are taking place. Sudden reversals, blockages and changes in momentum can cause disruptions in our subtle energy system.

This Soul Star Correction Key can help you correct any rough glitches or reversals that you may be experiencing.

Relax with it for a few minutes until your sense of things smooths out and you can begin to feel the energy of your Soul coming through.

 

Next, open and balance your Third Chakra located in your solar plexus, the area in front where your ribs go up.

Reiki Chakra Key - Solar PlexusYour Psyche or Essential Self resides most effectively in your Third Chakra. This is the place where it can most effectively connect with the rest of your body. The existence of the Essential Self is discussed in many cultures and disciplines. Other names would be your Inner Child, the Authentic Self, the Golden Child or the Basic Self. Regardless of what it’s called, you can think of it as your gut instincts or “I am” essence. 

Keeping this “home space” clear and open is important, so take all the time you need!

 

Now that your Essence is present, let’s see if you can gently open and balance your Fourth or Heart Chakra. Gaze softly at the Reiki Chakra Key below for a minute or so.

When your heart center is open and balanced, you can naturally feel the energy radiating out into the world. You are a light in this world!

 

Next, open and align your Master Chakras with your Heart Chakra. This will help to clarify and empower your intentions.

 

Now it’s time to open and balance your Crown Chakra. Gaze softly at the Reiki Chakra Key below for a minute or two. When it feels like the energy is moving, actively imagine a channel opening up at the very top of your head – like a fountain, letting go of any blockage and interference that may be there.

“I decide to open my Crown Chakra and bring it into balance.”

Once the initial rush of energy is released at the Crown, the fountain will naturally subside. 

 

Let’s not forget to open and balance the chakras for your pineal gland itself (every gland, organ and joint has at least one chakra). The pineal gland produces melatonin, which helps maintain the sleep-wake cycle known as the circadian rhythm and regulate reproductive hormones. Be patient with this one because pineal glands often get clogged up with toxic residue.

“I relax and let my pineal gland relax and clear itself out.”

 

Now let’s strengthen and reweave the subtle hara lines that connect all these chakras like a beautiful web of light!

 

To finish this section, clear harmful thoughts and clutter out of the landscape of your mind. Imagine they’re like leftover garbage and you can simply sweep them all away!

Decide that you will no longer allow others to dump their garbage into your mind. Close the door that lets all that garbage in!

 

Congratulations! You’ve cleared and balanced your Crown Chakra and associated energy fields. Now you’ve set yourself up to function more effectively in the New Paradigm and shift your consciousness to accommodate your new intentions.

 

 

The following extra-intuitive activities aren’t required, but they can really help you excel in creating the very best of your talents, interests and passions…

The energy is changing! We’re moving from the Piscean Age (water) into the Aquarian (air), which works quite differently from what we’re used to.

You may need to release some agreements that are preventing you from ADAPTING to the changes. Use this Soul Contract Circle to identify and release conditioning that contributes to struggling, being fearful or out of balance. Simply gaze softly at the Circle while you use the affirmations. Actively imagine those old contracts burning up as you go through this process.

“I clear any agreements I have to panic, over-think or _________.”

I let go of harmful intentions, rhythms, patterns or energies.”

“I let go of harmful ideas, misunderstandings and false guidance.”

You might also want to make new agreements using these suggestions:

“My new agreement is to take good care of myself. I am a priority.” 

“I slow down and ask for help from my Spirit to ____________.”

“I am open to spontaneous suggestions from my Soul to __________.  Examples: Rest and relax. Take frequent walks in nature. Wash my hands thoroughly with a calm state of mind. Drink clear, refreshing water. Take epson salt baths and use cleansing products with natural clay, etc.

 

Take several minutes to gaze softly at #32 Condor from Gifts from the Rainforest. This Circle can help you de-magnetize static that contributes to over-thinking, fixations, conflicts or irritation.

“I relax and allow the stress to melt away with every breath I take.”

“I release my grip on feelings of confusion, fear or panic.”

“I let go of mental patterns of compulsive thinking
and being hard on myself.”

“I am open to gentler ways of thinking and being.”

You’ll know you’ve let go when you can easily visualize and feel a more relaxed way of being. “All aspects of my Essence are willing to relax and take it easy
so I can enjoy life better.”

 

Continue to breathe deeply with this Circle. Imagine that any resistance you may be feeling is loosening up and blowing away, like leaves in the wind.

You might want to move around, shake or rock your body to help you actualize it physically. Take all the time you need!

 

Let this symbol help you seal off any harmful energy channels that you’ve been open to (do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body).

“I close down harmful energy channels.”
“My mind and body are open to receive generative life force.”

“I connect with life affirming channels of communication.”

 

Now let’s see if you’ve cleared your Self enough to connect with your true hearts desire.

“What would I genuinely like to experience?”

 

What do you need to help you be in the flow with Nature and get back into sync with it?

 

Allow the energy of your Soul to come in and fill your consciousness with its life giving vibration. This is your Soul Color. Let it fill your body, your mind and into your aura.

 

Empower this new chain of communication channels with your Soul. If you feel like you don’t exist, imagine that your Soul can gently connect with your Essence through your heart center. Ask to be empowered in accordance with your highest good!

Breathe deeply while the adjustments take hold.

 

Once you feel empowered, finish the shift by sending any destructive mental or emotional patterns to the Light with this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints. 

“I let go of outdated ways of thinking and emotional stress. 

I send all blockages and interference to the Light to be transformed.

Once the patterns are cleared, give your heart and Soul some relief through closure.

Congratulations! Once you feel complete, go back now to the Crown Chakra at the beginning of this exercise and see if you notice a difference in how the energy is moving. When your Crown Chakra is open and balanced, your consciousness, your mood and your natural cycles are greatly improved.

Heartfelt Communication Using Your Intuition

Intuition is Learning to Listen with Your Heart

The goal of this exercise is to empower more confident, cooperative and heartfelt communication in the New Paradigm.

Heartfelt Communication - Transformation GameHeartfelt communication is something many people say they would like and wonder why it’s so difficult to achieve. In the best of times it happens naturally by opening your heart and listening to its promptings.

Unfortunately, when life takes a difficult turn or tragedy happens, as it has for many of us, the heart and throat centers can shut down, leading us to feel cut off and at a loss for words. Repeated trauma and other violations of the spirit take their toll. Perhaps it’s the shock of disappointment or the panic one feels when the world gets turned upside down.

Opening up again may take time and some extra encouragement, especially for introverted, shy or highly sensitive people. Yet, with a little help, your heart can heal and your throat can relax again.

By practicing heartfelt communication with yourself first, you strengthen your intuition, which is like having an inner guidance system. When you go one step further and act on your intuition, you can:

  • Re-examine your relationship with yourself and the world
  • Reclaim an inner peace that helps you remain objective
  • Recalibrate your ability to express your truth
  • Renew the connection between your throat and your heart.
  • Resource new ways to nurture cooperation and appreciation

*If you often go blank or feel like you’re out of your body during conversations you may be dealing with unresolved shock or anxiety. If that happens during this exercise, or at any other time, you can go through Self-care Formula #1 Healing Emotional Shock to get grounded.

** If you’re having difficulty with boundaries, you may need to go through Mind Exercise #8 Developing Healthy Boundaries in conjunction with this exercise.

In the New Paradigm there are new channels of protection and communication that we can learn to utilize for our benefit.

The transition out of the Water based Piscean Age into the lighter, quicker energy of the Aquarian Age (Air) has contributed to quite a few challenges. Most people are experiencing including breakdowns in communication and a general atmosphere of instability.

As you go through the exercise, utilize the Divine Protection Chart to access the generative energy flow of the New Paradigm. Let it help you organize your communication and give it the lift and lightness needed to be successful.

By contemplating the symbol, you’ll be able to intentionally close down harmful channels and open up to the generative life force (chi) that is available through the Element of Air. Gaze softly at the symbol with these positive affirmations:

“Any stagnant, heavy or destructive energy flows from the past are closing down now – in my mind, my body and my communications.”

Integrating with this new channel will help us connect with each other in far more generative and life affirming ways.

“I am open to receiving generative life force through the Element of Air.”
“I pull together new lines of communication using the lighter, quicker energy of Air.”

Heartfelt Communication: A Mind Exercise using Animal Totems from the Intuitive Learning Circle method.

Many cultures claim that messages from the animal world inform and offer us guidance – a very special kind of “medicine.” The Intuitive Learning Circles use messages from animals and nature to facilitate your learning and access inner peace.

For example, Monkey Medicine is about calming angry or critical thoughts that are causing trouble in your communications and life. In today’s world,  many conversations have no intention of creating any kind of common ground and are merely an opportunity to criticize or pick a fight. Monkey can warn you if you’re about to engage in a hostile or manipulative communication.

Animal Totems - Heartfelt CommunicationGaze softly at Monkey’s Circle, and ask:
“Is there any real opportunity to make progress with this person or group?”

If the answer is “no,” you may need to go through this exercise just so you can say “no” effectively and still be as kind as possible.

If your answer is “yes, I can make progress here,” ask yourself honestly:

“Am I open to changing my perspective around this particular communication?”

If your answer is still “yes,” get out some paper and something to write with to make notes as you go through this exercise.

*For best results, place both feet on the ground and gaze gently at each Circle to receive your own message.


Let’s start by introducing you to the very first Intuitive Learning Circle from Gifts from the Rainforest.

Animal Spirits Medicine

  1. Animals are our partners in creating an abundant and peaceful life on our planet. By observing their behavior and the role they play in their environment, we can adapt to and make the most of the circumstances in our lives. This Intuitive Learning Circle helps us take ownership of how we use our energy to communicate. It also helps us to set things right by listening to the wisdom of our hearts.

Relax and breathe as you would in a state of meditation. Bring to mind the person or group you would like to improve your communications with. When you gaze gently at the Circle, you can tune in and receive your own answers to the question:

“What do I really want to communicate to this person or group?” 

Take your time and write down what comes to you initially.

 

2. Because of the alarming amount of confusion and manipulative communications happening around us, we need to address the possibility that various aspects of your subtle energy system may be damaged by toxic attachments or karmic entanglements that would interfere with clear communication.

Use this Key to relax and meditate on for as long as you like. Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.

“My energy system can effectively neutralize interfering energies and detach from them.”

“I easily let go of toxic attachments.”

 

3. In our current environment, it’s not uncommon for the chakras and/or meridians to start running in reverse or shut down entirely. Relax and let this symbol help you make corrections to problems including reversals, deformations and misdirections.

“I repair any glitches, holes or blockages in my energy system.”

Continue breathing until you begin to sense the calming energy of your Soul coming through.

 

Butterfly Medicine

4. It’s always helpful if you can tap into positive energy that will assist you. If you continue to relax with the medicine of Butterfly, you may be able to utilize  beneficial energies from your environment to nourish a more successful and reciprocal outcome.

After all, what you put out comes back, so it’s worth it to take a few extra minutes to clarify what you really want to put out!

Once you’ve lightened up a bit, gently bring your attention back to who you’re communicating with, what you want to communicate and how you might do that more effectively.

Electric Eel Medicine

5. The message of Electric Eel is about being coherent and grounded in the way we’re communicating. Use this medicine to scan your body and energy. Pay attention to any areas that feel muddled, blank or void when it comes to communicating with this person or group. Once you feel the inconsistency, Electric Eel will help you clear up the confusion and fill in the blank with positive energy and purpose.

It can also help you change the polarity of your throat and heart chakras so that they can realign with each other.

Note: This would be a good time to scroll back to the symbol at the beginning for Divine Protection to close down old energy channels and integrate that new energy channel before you continue.

 

River Medicine

6. Now that you’ve done all that, River Medicine can help you settle into a clearer perception of what you can say honestly and without exaggeration. Use the Circle to bring your senses into balance like the volume control on a radio.
Not too high, not too low – just right!
Bringing them into balance will support clear intuition by helping you to remain calm and perceive your situation the way it really is.

Now you can be more objective. Adjust the volume on your proposed communication. Take time to consider what’s really needed.
Does the volume need to be turn up or down? Does it need repetition? Something else?
Of course, there’s what you’d like and what’s actually possible.

Create a positive affirmation to guide you:
“In this situation, my communications are _________ and __________.”

 

Divine Connection

7. The next step is to empower your ability to express your needs and create a clear intention that you can follow through on. 

“I exist and am empowered through my heart and Soul.”
“I am empowered to take good care of myself and develop heartfelt communications that are life affirming, truthful and cooperative.”

“I am empowered to release harmful intentions or interference.”
“I’m able to express myself clearly and keep healthy boundaries.”
Continue by making your own affirmations that apply to your intention:
“I am empowered to _____________.”

 

Jaguar Medicine

8. An important part of this exercise is to improve your confidence. Bring in Jaguar Medicine to surround yourself with a sphere of protection made of Light, strength and determination. 

Once you’ve visualized that both crossed and uncrossed, can you remember a time when you successfully communicated something similar, either through your words or your actions? 

It was probably something you felt very confident about.

Take your time and remember what was important about it.

Is your current communication challenge also important to you? Do you care?
Why do you care? Why do you care about the person or group you’re communicating with now?
What is motivating you?
Is there something you’d like to change about that or add?

Hummingbird Medicine

9. Another reason to cultivate heartfelt communication is to increase your experience of joy, connection and positive service. Hummingbird is our guide for accessing harmony and joy. Use this medicine to help you remember more about your successful experience. What did you enjoy about it?
What was the most positive aspect?
Did you enjoy getting a positive response?
Would you enjoy getting a similar response with this communication?

Hummingbird also helps us distinguish the difference between cooperation and compromising one’s integrity. For example, people who enjoy being “nice” have problems with communications because that attitude often puts them in impossible positions. Another problem is trying to be everything to everyone.
Use the Circle to unwind yourself from agreements, attitudes or assumptions that cause problems in how you communicate.

Use these affirmations to help:
“I untangle myself from extremes, codependence and no win situations.”
“I am free to enjoy simple and cooperative communications.”

 

Soul Color

10. Whenever you’re very happy or have successfully manifested a goal, you’re naturally using your Soul’s unique vibration or color.  Use this Soul Color chart to see if a particular color comes to mind for your successful communication. Relax for a minute or so to find it and strengthen your resonance with it. 

“I recognize my Soul’s unique color vibration and strengthen it to enhance my confidence and communication.”

When you’re ready, ask what kind of message your Soul would like to give and receive in this case.
What would be your Soul’s purpose in having this communication?
Would you be happy with that message?
Take your time and sift through the pros and cons of your proposed communication. Continue to make notes.

 

Dissolving Destructive Blueprints

11. You’ve probably gathered up a lot of old mental, emotional or spiritual patterns that contributed to misguided, confusing or ineffective communication in the past. This would be a good time to let them go.

Use this symbol to help you find and Dissolve Destructive Blueprints. See them like dark clouds, dissipating into the pure light of the Sun.

“I dissolve destructive patterns for harmful communication
and any connection I have ever had to them.”

“I release any grief, loneliness, frustration, anxiety or __________
that would interfere with heartfelt communication.”

Piranha Medicine

12. Piranha is about spiritual direction and protection. Use the Circle to close the doors to all the myriad pathways in your mind that would lead you back into dangerous, confusing or ineffective communications.

“I close the doors to any harmful, misleading or manipulative communications.”

“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

 

Heart Chakra Key

Now it’s time to integrate your communication with the Heart Chakra Key. Bring your attention to your heart center and allow the energy there to gently connect and balance throughout your body. It might help to place your right hand on your heart center and your left hand on your throat center.
Soon, the energy of your heart will naturally shift and start radiating out, like a star!

Can you imagine incorporating kindness, compassion, caring, self-respect and respect for others into the essence of your communication? If so, you’re ready to refine your message.

If not, what do you think you need?
Make a note of what comes up so that you don’t forget.

 

Starlight Medicine

Starlight aligns our individual consciousness with Universal Truth to achieve clarity and order. This medicine integrates conscious awareness, compassionate action and alignment with “true north” – the direction of your spirit.

It also helps you get more present in your body. Imagine that you can bring your Soul’s energy into the center area of your heart and solar plexus.

Once you feel more present in your heart center, contemplate what you originally wrote down.
Is this really what you want to communicate?
Are you clear who you want to communicate this message to?
Do you think that this message, as it is, will evoke the response you’re really looking for?
Is there a more effective message to send?

 

Sky Medicine

Finish now with Sky Medicine and allow it to help confirm a joyful message that is heartfelt and you really want to communicate.
That way, your words are bound to have a more desirable impact.

“What I really want to say to ________ is ____________________________.”

Once you’ve got the main message, see if you can refine the details about who, what, how, when, where and why.

Congratulations!

You have taken the time to consider the true impact of your words and re-frame any confusion or negativity into more heartfelt communication. Be sure to take some time to relax. Take a walk and integrate what you’ve come up with.

Resolving Shock and Confusion

This self-care formula from RESOLVE uses the Intuitive Learning Circle method for resolving shock.

Resolving Shock and ConfusionMany people who are experiencing unresolved shock get confused or shut down and are unable to explain what’s happening to them.  That’s because one of the main symptoms of being in shock is not being aware of being in shock.

Why is that? During a shock, the mind goes blank as a form of protection.

Resolving Shock can help if you’re experiencing any of these symptoms: 

  • Feeling stuck, immobilized, lost or helpless
  • Unable to relax tension from a startle response
  • Caught in a blank or confused state of mind
  • Waking up at night worried, with obsessive thoughts
  • Reliving painful experiences
  • Alternately feeling trapped and shattered.

Note: If you are going through a serious physical disruption or environmental crisis, please go to Stabilize During a Shocking Event.


Any person involved in a traumatic event could experience disorientation, mental confusion or get lost in wishful thinking. They might fragment out of their body and then not remember what they did. These are all ways that the unconscious mind protects us during a traumatic event and that includes people who are witness to traumatic experiences in some way. 

Contrary to popular opinion, having a shock response is not a sign of weakness or something to be ashamed of. It is a physiological event. Nevertheless, if the person doesn’t get a chance to get grounded in their body again – or if they’re not able to – serious problems may develop. Blocked energy and a constant state of fight or flight takes its toll over time. Statements like: “I can’t relax,” “I don’t know what to do,” “I feel disconnected” or “I just check out,” describe the experience of unresolved shock. 

If any of the above seems like it may apply to you, go through this mind exercise to help you access your own innate healing abilities.

 You can restore your wholeness and reunite with self-love. Simply follow the directions and see if you can free up some of the confusion and conflict that comes from shock.

Here’s an example of how it works.

Simply relax and gaze softly at the Circle while you contemplate each of these positive affirmations:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I focus them to be present and aware of my body.”

“I use them to become aware of my environment and what’s important to me right now.”

“I focus on life affirming actions that benefit my well-being and happiness.”


Mind Body Integration

Mind Body Integration

For best results, look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete. The brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed or uncrossed.

Use a soft focus and let yourself relax as much as possible. Don’t worry if the images move around or change in any way. That just means the Circles are working and that your mind and body are relaxing.
Be sure to go through the entire formula and at the end, give yourself time to rest and integrate.


Resolving Shock and Confusion

Step One:

Take several deep breaths and relax while you look at this Circle that releases shock and inner conflict.

Imagine you can use it to focus in on a conflict, a thought or a painful experience that’s blocking your way. If your mind is blank, relax into how “blank” it is. You may get a conscious image or message, or you may not.

Resolving Shock

Once you have a sense that your mind has found the blockage, sit back and take a couple more deep breaths. Imagine that the lines going into the center are relaxing and going soft, like cooked spaghetti noodles.

Or, you can visualize that the darkness or heaviness is like an iceberg and the Sun is melting it away with a beautiful beam of light. Stay relaxed with it until it’s completely gone.

Repeat the process with other blockages or conflicts that come up.

Step Two:

The next step for resolving shock is to bring your senses into balance so that you can see, feel and hear things without the distortion that often accompanies shock.

As you breathe deeply, let this Circle help you to adjust the volume and pitch of your senses to just the right level for you.

Soon you will be able to hear that calm, gentle voice inside that reminds you about what matters the most to you:

“I see things as they really are. My senses are balanced.”
“I can perceive clearly what matters the most.”

Step Three:

When a person is ready to pull themself out of a shocking event, their mind needs to have a safe idea of where to go.

This template for Common Ground will help you find a place to re-organize around that is aligned with your Soul, Nature and the Common Good.

Resolving Shock in the New Paradigm

If you gently meditate on this image you can begin to connect with a new environment that has room for equality, peaceful co-operation and balanced prosperity.

Step Four:

Relax with this symbol to connect with life affirming energy flow.

“I adapt to the positive flow of chi’ and protection available through the Element of Air to the best of my ability.”

“I close down harmful energy channels from the past.”

“I connect to helpful, life affirming channels of communication.”

Step Five:

It’s important that you pull your energy completely out of the past so you can get present and grounded again. Your well-being is important.

Use this Chart for the Earth Element to pull your roots out of old, stagnant, trapped or stuck places. 

Once you’ve freed yourself, place both feet on the ground and your hands on each knee while you use these affirmations:

“I decide to get present and ground in Common Ground.”

“I am safe and the Earth supports me.”

Step Six:

If your gut feels tight or uncomfortable, use this Reiki Chakra Key for your solar plexus to help you relax and get back into balance there. Your solar plexus is that soft place in your belly where your ribs go up. Just take some nice breaths and feel it relax as you affirm to yourself:

“It’s safe. I feel safe and more relaxed with every breath.”

“I can reconnect with my resources again.”

Take your time and move around if you need to. Stay with it until you feel centered again.

Step Seven:

Take some more time and let your heart recover. This Key will help you to reconnect and balance your Heart Center so you can clear away any residual heaviness. Breathe deeply and be gentle.

“I take the time to reconnect with my heart.”

Resolving Shock in the Heart Chakra

“I release any heaviness to the Light where it can be transformed.”

“I choose to reconnect with life and _________.”

Eventually, your Heart Center will be able to radiate out like a star.

“I integrate my true Self with a compassionate and radiant heart.”

Step Eight:

Sometimes a person who’s coming out of shock will have difficulty getting their bearings and feel a bit shaken or unstable. In case that’s happening with you, take a few minutes to consciously reorganize your awareness back into your body. 

“I am at home in my center. I am inside my body.”

Close your hands into fists and then stretch them out wide several times. Wiggle your toes around. Move in whatever way helps you feel good and more present in your body.
Notice the time and where you are. These actions all help.

Step Nine:

Get back in touch with the familiar vibration of your Soul.
To do that, relax with this Circle. Remember a time when you were very happy or had successfully accomplished an important physical goal.

What color or felt sense relaxes you and feels good?

If you can increase the color to be stronger and more vibrant, you’ve found your Soul’s unique vibration. Now you can sync up with the Universe correctly, which puts you back in the flow.

Being in a balanced flow makes everything easier! Take a few minutes to relax and enjoy that feeling.

Step Ten:

Oftentimes, resolving shock and confusion requires a change in priorities. There may be certain intention or expectations that have contributed to your confusion.

Use this Circle to identify and remove old intentions that are no longer appropriate for you to hold or send energy to.

Imagine you can clear away any outdated intentions or societal motives that are harmful to your health, prosperity and happiness.

Now that they’re gone, what new intentions do you want to set or strengthen?

Step Eleven:

There may also be negative or outdated plans, blueprints and habitual patterns that are suddenly reversed. They may no longer be relevant or constructive and are now obstructing your way forward. You can use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to help you identify them and dissolve whatever is confusing you.

Actively imagine that the negative patterns in your mind are like heavy clouds or a jumbled maze of fears, dead ends and nightmares.

Once you have the image, bring the pure light of the Sun in and dissolve the maze completely.

You’ll know that you’re done when you can see yourself standing in a beautiful open field with clear blue skies all around.

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

Step Twelve:

Be sure to include harmful karma that you may still be carrying.
Release any seeds of karma that could prolong or cause a recurrence of your suffering and send them to the Light.

Also, surrender any seeds that are not yours so they can return to wherever they belong and be healed!

“I surrender other people’s karma and take responsibility for my own.”

These steps are often overlooked when resolving shock, which causes a lot of repeat and unnecessary suffering.

Later, once the karma has been set right, consider planting new seeds for healthier and happier outcomes.

 

Step Thirteen:

When one door closes another can open, so be certain to seal and heal any holes, leaks or harmful pathways that may have come open in your energy field during this process.  Open pathways can leave you vulnerable to danger by allowing harmful energies to pass back and forth between you and others.

As you gaze at the Circle, affirm that harmful leaks and open holes are closing up completely. See it happening in your mind’s eye.

“All holes are healed and sealed.”

“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

Step Fourteen:

Finally, you’re in a place where you can successfully surround your Self with a sphere of courage, strength and protection. Shamans call this a “ring of fire”.

With it, you feel safer and more confident with every breath. 

“I am surrounded and filled with strength, courage and determination.”

Give yourself permission to rest and restore your wholeness before you move on from this exercise. Then, in your own time and in your own way, you can gently return to conscious awareness.

Congratulations! Now is a good time to take a nice walk outside or do something completely different!

Retrain Your Mind to Go For Joy

For a lot of us, a tremendous amount of our energy has been focused on externally sourced goals. We try so hard to win, to look good, to escape punishment or to be “right.” Sadly, many of us are taught that we’re supposed to be perfect, so that’s what we’ve trained the mind to go for.

Retrain Your Mind - Let Go of "Being Perfect"But what does “perfection” mean? Whose definition of being perfect are we using? Our parents? Mom? Dad? Our boss? Our family? Religion? The media? All of these definitions are externally sourced and full of contradictions.

More often than not, “perfection” simply means doing what somebody else wants us to do. No wonder so many of us are spinning around, chasing after a hundred different things! Going for perfection usually creates pressure, confusion and an overwhelmed mind!

0n the other hand, going for joy usually creates more joy – which connects us with our true creative spark, which seems as though it would be much better. You can use Hummingbird Medicine to help your mind tune into the energetics of Joy:

Welcome to Intuitive Learning in the New Paradigm – Mind Exercises to Retrain Your Mind to Go for Joy Rather than “Perfection.”

Rheanni Lightwater - Retrain Your MindThe Intuitive Learning Circles are a great tool to help you retrain your mind to successfully move away from the internal conflict that comes from having to be perfect. This short exercise will get you started. I’ve put it together to help you discover a way to refocus on internally sourced goals that are joyful and genuinely meaningful for you! All you have to do is relax and gaze softly at the Circles while you gently contemplate the affirmations or questions that go with them. Here’s an example:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I fine tune them to be present and aware of my Soul and its purpose.”

“I use them to become aware of interference, obstacles and false ideas about perfection.”

“I am motivated to focus on beneficial solutions, opportunities and joy.”


An important note about Mind Body Integration ~ 

Retrain Your Mind for Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. As you go through the steps, cross and uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body when you gaze at each Circle. Use a soft focus and breathe patiently. This will help you integrate your thinking more fully so that you can be more creative. If you have any negative self-talk, let it go by breathing through it.

Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you embody your experience! 


Changes in the flow of your environment may cause the energy in your subtle energy field to start running in reverse or shut down entirely. 

Take a few breaths and let this symbol help you make corrections. Relax and sense your overall energy. If it feels jagged or disjointed, stay with the Key until the energy smooths out and you can begin to feel the energy of your Soul coming through. Affirm this intention both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body:

“I repair the glitches, holes and blockages in my energy system.”

Please note: You may need to do this several times during the course of this exercise…


 

Okay, so let’s begin to retrain your mind…

Step One: In your current situation, who or what is defining “perfection” for you?

Perhaps it’s the media or something you learned at home or in school.

Wherever it came from, does that definition create joy for you? Is it creating more balanced prosperity? What about freedom or equality? Does it help you to find Common Ground with others?

So, what are you actually asking your mind to accomplish?

 

Step Two: How much of your energy have you been sending to this definition?

If it were a percentage, what might it be?

10%? 20%? 50% or more?

Would you like to send that energy to create more joy in this situation instead?

 

Step Three: Imagine you can retrain your mind to reorganize itself around “joy,” rather than “perfection.”

Place the word “Joy,” in the center, open space of the Circle and soften your gaze. Relax. While you’re doing this, the Circle may seem to rotate, spin or even change colors. If that happens – go with it. Release control of the experience and let your thoughts re-arrange themselves. Your new goal may turn into images, experiences, colors, sounds or movements. Let it happen! You will know that the process is complete when the energy subsides.

Try the same with “Balanced Prosperity,” “Freedom” and “Equality”.
You can get up and move around if you like. Take all the time that you need so you can align with the inner guidance system of your Soul!

 

Step Four: Think about your situation again and bring your senses into balance by focusing on the center open space of this Circle.

Ask your heart: “What do I really want to accomplish?”

 

Step Five: Take a moment to clarify your intention through your Third Eye Chakra. Focus inwardly on what’s most important for you.

Remember to keep breathing!

 

Step Six: Clear the energy in your Heart Chakra so you can connect your ideas about Joy with the true creative spark of your life force.

From there, connect with your other intentions for balanced prosperity, etc.

Keep directing the energy to the center open space of the Circle. Doing so will help you bring your true intentions more fully into the center of your life!

 

Step Seven: How might you approach your life situation differently now? What action can you take that will help you know you’re going for joy?

How is it different when you go for balanced prosperity, freedom and equality?

 

Step Eight: Confirm that you’re ready to move on rather than fall back into old mindsets about “perfection”.

Protection

Is there anything that you need to do to keep you from returning to past patterns that are harmful to you?

 

Step Ten: Clear destructive patterns out of your mind. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to gather up all your connections to those old mindsets and send them to the Light.

“I dissolve the destructive mental and emotional blueprints  from my mind. 

All harmful patterns and my connections to them are transmuted by the Light.”

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

 

Step Eleven: Now that you’ve cleared out the perfectionism, close the door on all that past suffering to complete the process.

“I close the door on all that confusion.” 

“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

It’s time to take a break and give your mind less to have to think about.

Congratulations! Going for joy rather than perfection is a central concept of the Intuitive Learning Circles that will help you to live and prosper in the New Paradigm of Common Ground based on co-operation, equality and balanced prosperity.
