Release the Binding Energy of Hate
Many people are having a difficult time healing hate and keeping their hearts open to hope and peaceful possibilities.
Healing hate is a big topic of concern, so let’s talk about the energy of hate and how it affects our energetic system.
I learned early on in my intuitive practice that hate is a binding energy. What I mean by that is when you “hate” something, your thoughts, your mindset and your energy gets very hard and constricted – not to mention your heart.
The same goes for anger, however, anger is more of an immediate reaction – it usually comes up to let you know that something is off – something is wrong that needs your attention right away. Anger is your friend when it’s telling you that there’s some aspect of a situation that’s isn’t good for you and is contributing to your experience of unhappiness.
Yes, you read that right! I’ll repeat it – anger is a very useful emotion when it motivates you to get centered and take productive action to change something that’s causing you harm. It gives you the energy to pull yourself out of complacency and disloyalty to your own highest good.
The I Ching talks about these kinds of situations in the text of Hexagram #36 Censorship:
“…in areas of personal and spiritual development, this situation can help you learn to accept times of evil. If one attempts to aggressively deny or ignore evil, then evil is often nurtured in one form or another. Good and evil are as much a part of the cosmos as night and day. It is much easier to develop a sound character once evil is acknowledged and accepted as part of the world. ~ The I Ching Workbook, R. L. Wing
The trick to navigating anger is what you do with it after the heat of the moment. Do you use that energy to go for the results you really want or do you get stuck in it? Does hate take control over you?
Hate is stuck anger hardened into a whole belief system and feedback loop.
People like to bond with each other through hate, because it’s easy to feel justified when we can get others to agree with us.
We fixate our attention on the object of our hate and send angry thoughts toward it, thinking that somehow doing so will make it go away and ease our suffering. We generalize about people and refuse to accept that there might possibly be anything good about the object of our hate. We revel in the energy boost that anger creates.
Unfortunately, narcissists are especially good at taking advantage of that group energy.
Simply put, when we let our anger harden into hate, we get caught in a powerful collective feedback loop and miss the opportunity to transform a harmful situation for the better.
There’s an old saying, “What I believe about you, I awaken within you.” To understand that better, compare the thought to “what I put out, comes back to me.”
These are the premises of the Law of Reciprocity, or Karma.
If I buy into the idea that what I put out comes back to me at all, it would be pretty hard on me if I were to put out that any particular group of people are lying, cheating, dangerous predators!
That kind of generalization simply is not helpful. Not only is it untrue, it would also cause me to:
- Bind myself to the “lie” even more strongly
- Cheat myself out of a lot of potential friends and supporters
- Create dangerous situations for myself by feeding the seeds of violence in myself and others and,
- Stamp out my own potential to be happy.
Yet returning hate for more hate is how the feedback loop gets maintained. When will we decide to stop feeding this self-perpetuating trap and step out of it?
Understanding how we can turn it around.
Just to clarify what we mean by karma here –
Karma = Cause & Effect
i.e. I have a thought. I make a decision. I act on the decision.
Whatever I have followed through on has natural consequences.
Cause & Effect = Karma.

This collection of Mind Exercises and Transformation Games is devoted to helping us to find a way out of this karmic bind.
Healing the Emotional Roots of Hate
How can we transform the stress and suffering that comes with the mindset of hate? I suggest that we start by enhancing our inner guidance. After all, we don’t want to run off in the heat of our anger and do something that’s actually hurtful to us!
Take a few minutes with this Circle to breathe and relax. Calm your senses and bring them into balance. Some may be turned up too high and some may be too low.
Take some deep breaths and let your shoulders drop. Adjust the volume to perceive your situation clearly. Notice how that calms you emotionally. Do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body to achieve greater mind body integration.
Mind Body Integration
The Intuitive Learning Circles work best when you look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.
Why? Because the brain and the body communicate with each other through one set of channels when you are uncrossed and another set when you are crossed. If you can’t get the information one way, you might be able to get it in the other. The same goes for making corrections – we want whatever correction is needed to be made all of the time, not just some of the time.
If you try this, and it still doesn’t work, you may have an internal conflict or fixation that’s interfering with cognitive function. Not to worry. If that happens, scroll back up to the Conflicts and Fixations image above and relax into it.
Healing Hate: Releasing Agreements and Social Contracts
Next, I suggest that we release our agreement to hold the energy of hate in our nervous systems, as if it’s helpful to us! Don’t forget that many agreements to hate are based on social contracts from our ancestral, cultural and religious lines. Look at Raccoon’s Soul Contract Circle and imagine that you can mindfully send the symbol all the way up and down your spine, unlocking harmful agreements as you go:
“I gently release my nervous system from the binding energy of hate.”
“I release any agreement I have to buy into the energy and mindset of extremism and hate. I unlock ancestral chains that bind me. I release any vow I’ve taken to keep the destructive fires burning.”
“I release any ancestral/societal agreement I have to plant emotional distress and hatred in the ground or try to cultivate it within myself.
It’s time to stop perpetuating negativity in myself, my energy or Mother Earth. I now choose to create peaceful prosperity and understanding.”
Then, be more specific. Use the same Circle in a different way to identify and release agreements to hold hatred towards different people, groups or organizations that you feel are wrong. There are far more productive energies to use that will be more helpful to you, like a gentle violet flame.
If you’re willing, go through each item on your list with these positive affirmations:
“I release all my agreements to hate __________________.” (how people act, how hard my job is, how stuck I feel, etc.)
“I pull my energy back and release my agreements to react out of violence, resentment or revenge.”
“I release all agreements to mobilize the destructive energies of hate. I utilize gentler and more productive energies to manifest my highest good.”
Don’t forget to release any agreement to hate yourself! It’s amazing how much energy you can free up by doing this.
There are other agreements we can change to help us navigate out of the maze.
The out-dated system of the Patriarchy currently affirms that only certain classes or sexes of people are heard and respected. Release your agreements with that system and set up new agreements to organize around healthy and cooperative dealings in the New Paradigm based on common ground for the common good. That includes equality, balanced prosperity and personal responsibility.
Another agreement to change would be to source your responses from a place of gratitude and joy, rather than from a fearful, greedy or vengeful place.
“I release agreements to source from fear, greed or revenge.”
“I decide to source from Gratitude and Joy that springs from my own heart.”
This symbol from Soul Prayer Charts helps you to interface with your environment more efficiently. Most of us need assistance in making the transition from the old paradigm of Water (Piscean Age) to the New Paradigm of Air (Aquarian Age). Relax and close down all heavy or destructive energy channels that your mind or body may still be open and vulnerable to.
“I close down harsh and harmful energy channels from the status quo.”
“I am open to generative Life Force to manifest health, happiness and cooperative communication channels.”
Healing hate requires a lot of change and in this new energy, it’s important that we be gentle with ourselves and take the time we need to integrate safely.
You’d be amazed at how much healing you’ve put into action with just this short introduction. Take a few minutes to contemplate the Master symbol for the Intuitive Learning Circles which puts you in touch with the deepest, wisest aspects of your being – Old Sol.

How can we sort ourselves out of the roots of hate?
Especially if you’re a good Samaritan or employed in one of the helping professions, confusion around hateful attitudes can easily escalate into dramas of monumental proportions.
Without even realizing it, you can get seriously off track from priorities that are vital to your health and well-being. Plus, it can happen so quickly, you might not even notice it until you’re up to your eyeballs in confusing and toxic emotions!

REFORMING Your Life: What Did You Learn?

We are all being challenged to contemplate and REFORM certain aspects of our lives and create a new path forward.
Can we effectively let go of the old paradigm based on greed, fear and extremism while we intentionally move into a New Paradigm based on co-operation, equality and balanced prosperity?
Kuan Yin has been helping us to transition through a variety of readings, games and Power Circles since 2009. Her advice springs from the I Ching, an ancient book of divination that follows the flow of the cosmos.
The Great Conjunction on Winter Solstice 2020 marked the official start of what some call the Aquarian Age. Kuan Yin simply refers to it as a New Paradigm based on the Common Good. Her guidance for this game comes from Hexagram #21 REFORM:

Simply relax and gaze at the Circles while CONTEMPLATING Kuan Yins words. Your intuition will come forward and give you the help that you seek.
What Did You Learn?
Often our need to be right keeps us from learning what we need to know about difficult situations. The intent of this game has two aspects:
- How can we learn from our mistakes, missteps and miscommunications?
- How can we be kind to ourselves and come up with real solutions to follow through on that will help things go better as we move forward?
First, get out some paper and something to write or draw with. Give yourself permission to draw or color during this exercise. Notes to yourself don’t have to be linear!
Next, choose an experience that you know you need help with and are willing to look at honestly. Examples might be: What did I learn in the decade between from 2012 and 2022? During the pandemic? In my previous relationship? In how I handle conflict at work? You can make your inquiry as specific or general as you like. Make a note or image of what this inquiry is about.
Then, let’s agree that your responses are for you and that you don’t have to share them with anyone else, unless you want to.

Soul Guidance
“What do I need to know about this? What would be helpful?”
“Is something missing? Is something lost?
Do I need to let go of something?
Does something need to come into balance?
Sometimes our experiences can be pretty rough, yet somehow we make it through. How do we know what worked and what didn’t?
This energy clearing is designed to help you relax and look back at what you’ve learned about a significant life event, now that you can be more objective…
1. Begin by taking a few deep breaths. It’s possible that your experience and the transition coming out of it has been stressful and you still may be feeling it. Use this Circle to help you relax and release some of that tension. Releasing tension can do a lot to prevent or relieve many symptoms of ptsd.
Did this experience contain a lot of conflict, anxiety or frustration for you? Did you feel a lot of judgement or fear? Are you concerned that you might return to certain energies and attitudes that were prevalent then?

If so, relax and imagine that the lines in this first Circle are softening and melting the tension away. Let your shoulders drop and your jaw unclench. Every time you take a deep breath, that feeling loosens up. Take all the time you need with this.
Mind Body Integration

2. Imagine you can open the doors and windows and get a breath of fresh air. It’s been pretty musty in there!
Continue breathing and if you can, imagine you can actually relax the tension in the space around you. Go ahead and move around or stretch if you need to.
3. Let your senses come back into balance. Some of them may have gotten turned up too high. Some may have shut down completely. You can adjust the volume now.
You might imagine that you’re lying next to a beautiful lake or river, enjoying a gentle breeze, with the sunlight dancing on the water. How refreshing!
Once you’ve taken this time to refresh yourself, notice how different the energy feels now rather than how it did just a few minutes ago. You can let go of all that chaos now.
4. Okay. Now we’re ready to dive in with the main question:
What did you learn from _____________________?
Use this Circle to gather pertinent information from your unconscious mind about that experience.
5. What did you learn about yourself and how you react?
Bring your attention to your solar plexus area, the place where your instinctual awareness is centered and transmits important information about your needs and how you do your best to meet them.
Utilize this Soul Star Chakra Key to clear out and release toxic energies that may have accumulated in this energy center.
6. Kuan Yin wants to know: What do you still need to learn?
Is there anything unresolved? What would you like to have happen going forward?
Let this Reiki Chakra Key strengthen your Heart and bring truly beneficial lessons into greater awareness and balance.
Continue to breathe until you feel the energy there can radiate out, like a beautiful star!
7. Is there still a CONFLICT left over from that experience? If so, is it your conflict or someone else’s?
How might you handle conflict differently now?
Is there any DANGER left over from that experience? Is there something that needs to be handled around that?
What have you learned about safety, responsibility, boundaries, freedom, etc? Take each specific concern one at a time.
What do they mean to you now that’s different from what it was during that experience? Gather up all that unconscious information so that you can make appropriate changes!
8. What did you learned about fear or anxiety and how you handle it?
What did you learn about protecting yourself?
9. Did you internalize a lot of things? If so, how did you handle that? What did you learn about that?
If you didn’t take things too personally, what do you think was the secret to your success?
10. What did you learn about taking good care of yourself?
What became apparent?
What was the area of most personal growth for you?

What are your priorities after all of this? What matters the most?
11. Do you feel that any changes happened that affected your sense of identity and purpose?
What wisdom does your Soul want you to take with you about that?
12. What did you learn about nourishing yourself? What did you change in regard to that? Is it still serving you now? Do you need time to digest and integrate what you learned?
Are you tapping into beneficial nourishment now?
13. Are there parts of you that are still caught up in what happened?
If so, see if you can gently and patiently pull your energy back from that experience.
14. Do you have any objects in your environment that are keeping you unconsciously connected to that period of time?
Is there any room or part of the building(s) that feels blocked, dead or unable to ground in the New Paradigm?
15. Are there any new decisions you would like to make as a result of what you learned?

What would you like to decide differently about dealing with change? How about taking care of others? What have you decided about standing up for yourself and maintaining healthy boundaries? How will you now deal with deception, neglect or misuse of authority?
16. What new agreements or intentions do you need to make after that experience?
What new intentions do you want to make about dealing with change? How about taking care of others? What new intentions do you need to make about balanced prosperity? What about standing up for yourself and maintaining healthy boundaries? What are your intentions about dealing with deception, neglect or misuse of authority?
17. Let yourself relax for a few minutes while you get centered and find a strong connection in your heart center to empower the positive changes you would like to make.
Ask your Soul to help you integrate all that you’ve learned and use it to empower your highest good as you move into this next phase of your life.
“I empower the wisdom I’ve gained from this experience.”
18. What is the very best thing you can do to help yourself in the here and now?
19. Take a moment to close down any drains from that period of time that are affecting your energy, your business, your health and your happiness.
20. To finish this game, gaze at this last symbol and consciously close any harmful or chaotic energy channels that may still be open from your experience of that time.
“I close down all harmful energy channels.”
Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.
You’ll know that the harmful channels are closed when the emotional chaos and mental chatter stops. Once that happens, gently and patiently acknowledge your new relationship with generative life flow that exists now to support you.
“I allow myself to receive generative life force.”

Soul Healing for Anxiety
A New Perspective on Soul Healing from an Old Soul.
The Hermit #IX is an important Guide for Soul Healing in 2025 ~
The Hermit is the Major Arcana Card #IX. The number 9 is about completion – the completion of a cycle or many cycles. The neutral color of his robes suggests the ability to neutralize the opposites or extremes of black and white, right and wrong, male and female.
For this exercise, The Hermit is helping us to shine a light on our anxieties and how our connection with our Souls can bring PROGRESS and healing.
His guidance for Soul Healing when you’re feeling anxious is part of the SOS series of self-care formulas and mind exercises in RESOLVE -Staying True and Following Through in Difficult Times.
Soul Healing for Anxiety
Use Soul Healing when you’re feeling anxious and uncertain because you:

- Feel anxious about an important decision
- Want to expand your awareness
- Have doubts about how to proceed
- Are confused in a chaotic situation
- Are experiencing a creative block
- Feel you’re being pulled in conflicting directions
- Desire clearer guidance from your Soul.
When a person is feeling uncertain about the best thing to do, it can significantly raise the level of anxiety they’re experiencing. Getting relief can sometimes be as simple as being open to a different perception about what’s going on. When one consciously calls upon their inner wisdom and aligns their instincts with intuition, amazing insights can emerge.
If you’re getting nervous about a delicate situation or feel that you may not be seeing it correctly, explore how you can reorient yourself and open up to new ideas with Soul Healing.
Set aside about twenty to thirty minutes. Go through each step by reading its directions and then gazing at the Circle that goes with it for approximately two minutes. A longer or shorter time may be necessary. Let yourself breathe and relax as much as possible. Don’t worry if the images move around or change in any way. That just means the Circles are working.
Your emotional state might change as well. That also means the Circles are working. Just keep breathing and let the energy move. Once it calms down you’ll be ready to continue to the next Circle.

Feel free to move at any time in any way to help you release tension and embody your experience!
After you’ve gone through the exercise, consider taking a brisk walk or exercising to help you discharge excess energy.
When you’re ready, see if you can take action on some of the ideas that come to mind.
Soul Healing for Clarity and Wholeness
1. Let’s start by setting an intention to protect yourself in this situation. Take a few moments with Jaguar Medicine to imagine yourself safely surrounded by a sphere of strength and courage.
You are protected and able to take care of yourself.
2. Old Sol will help you to connect with your inner wisdom and Soul guidance. Let it help you get to the source of what’s happening and how you might increase your awareness.
Relax and breathe deeply.
What is the core of your issue?
What other information do you get?
If your mind has gone blank and you don’t get any ideas, go directly to the next Circle.
3. You may feel a lot of conflict over this issue or you might even have experienced a shock that blocks your ability to perceive things clearly. Take several deep breaths and relax while you gaze softly at Condor Medicine to release shock and inner conflict.
“I relax and allow any tension or blockages to melt away.”
Once you have a sense that your mind has found a blockage, imagine that the lines going in towards the center are relaxing, like cooked spaghetti noodles.
Keep relaxing with other blockages or conflicts and do the same with them.
4. Bring your senses into balance by gazing softly at this Reiki Chakra Key that accesses your Rational Senses.
Imagine you can clear the pipes for seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting and smelling the things that are in your immediate surroundings.
“I connect with my senses and bring them into balance.”
“I clear them so I can feel calmer and aware of what’s important.”
“I use my senses to be more aware of where I am and what I’m doing.”
“I turn my attention to actions that are genuinely helpful and productive.”
5. There may be some especially sticky energies that don’t seem to want to let go. Let this Soul Star Detachment Key help you neutralize interfering energies and detach from them.
Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.
“I easily and effectively detach from harmful, sticky energies.”
Feel free to return to this chart at any point during this exercise.
6. You might also be having a difficult time adjusting to all the significant environmental changes that are taking place. Sudden changes can cause the subtle energy fields to react in unusual ways.
As you look at this Soul Star Correction Key, do you notice any rough glitches or reversed energies going on?
Relax with it for a few minutes until things smooth out and you can begin to sense the energy of your Soul coming through.
Repair any jagged or disjointed glitches in your sensory system.
7. Elevated emotions are often caused by distressing experiences that knock the senses out of balance.
When you’re relaxed, your senses can balance out and create a more harmonious state of mind. This softer, lighter way of being has a way of untangling problems and stress.
Use this simple affirmation with River Medicine to help you slow down in a way that helps you to reduce feelings of anxiety and overwhelm.
“My mind is calm and relaxed – like a boat floating on the water.”
8. The familiar vibration of your Soul is definitely a big help to evaluating things clearly. Stay relaxed and let your mind drift to a time when you were very happy or had successfully accomplished an important physical goal.
What color or felt sense relaxes you and feels good?
If you can make the feeling or color stronger and it feels comfortable, you’ve found your Soul’s unique vibration.
Operating out of your own vibration has the power to transform chaos and confusion into opportunities to create health, harmony and happiness.
9. Take a few moments to clarify your intention through the Fifth Chakra, also known as your Third Eye. Focus inwardly on what’s most important for you. Remember to keep breathing!
If you direct the energy in towards the center open space of the Key, you can bring your true intentions more fully into the center of your conscious awareness.
You might be surprised at how distracted you’ve been.
10. Clear perception using Soul guidance is an internal communication. Focus in on your heart center and wait for the energy get connected and balanced.
Again, it initially helps to direct your attention in towards the center open space of the Chakra Key.
Once you’ve found the connection, breathe and relax. Allow the energy to shift and open. Eventually you’ll be able to sense your Soul energy expanding and radiating out.
It may take a minute or two to connect with your inner Light.

11. Make sure you’re centered and balanced in your solar plexus as well (your solar plexus is that soft area in the front where your ribs go up).
When the Third Chakra gets clogged up, your sense of Self can suffer. Clearing it out boosts self-confidence and cheerfulness.

The correction is made when you can palpably feel more present and calm in that area.

Nourish Healthy Relationships
Did you know that you instinctively know the difference between toxic and healthy relationships?
The intent of this Transformation Game is to help you identify healthy relationships that are actually nourishing to you in your current situation. A relationship may have been healthy at one time and is now going through a change. Or, you may be starting a whole new journey in a whole new place!
Start by choosing a relationship that is integral to your well-being, one that you know you need help with and are willing to look at honestly. Examples might be: a romantic partner, a business partnership, a family member or a previous relationship. This exercise can also help you identify helpful team members, such as a health practitioner you’re working with or another professional you’re thinking of hiring.
Mind Body Integration
For best results playing a Transformation Game, look at each Circle both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.
Transformation Games can help you to identify problems, change your focus to positive solutions, ground yourself and get in the present. Simply relax and gaze at the Circles while contemplating the positive affirmations or questions. Your intuition will come forward and give you the help that you seek.
Recognizing Healthy Relationships
The Solar Plexus Chakra is key to knowing whether or not a relationship is nourishing or toxic to you. Your gut feeling is the best lie detector and has all the information it needs about healthy relationships – as long as you’re present and paying attention! It’s just that for some reason, the information is being blocked from your conscious awareness and you can’t see the signs.

Your Essential Self is most efficiently positioned and grounded there to help you manifest, create happiness and maintain your health.
In stressful times, it’s pretty common for the Essential Self to get closed off, misplaced or dissociated. You can correct that now with this Soul Prayer Chart.
Make sure that you have a sense that your Essence is facing forward and up right.
There are several ways that gut instinct gets blocked. Two that are particularly relevant in times like these are being in too much of a hurry and getting distracted.
Distractions keep us from taking good care of ourselves. If we’re always busy, busy, busy and not paying attention to our basic needs, we’re asking for trouble.
Of course we have all kinds of excuses that make it seem all right. “I ran out of time… I have to get this done… there’s too much going on…” etc.
Check your response to these statements and notice if you get stuck on either of them:
“I get distracted. I get in too much of a hurry. I overlook my gut feeling.”
So, let’s slow down and think about the source of your relationship trouble. Relax into it. Is there a particular person, group or relationship system that seems to be at the core of the problem?
Sadly, many of us we spend too much time or energy on toxic relationships that aren’t particularly good for us. You know the kind I’m talking about:
- the wolf in sheep’s clothing that uses flattery to charm and disarm you.
- the whiners that are oh, so good at making you feel sorry for them.
- the wunderkinds who go out of their way to impress you.
- the meddlers who insert themselves into things that are none of their business
- or bullies that just want to intimidate and make you miserable.
Are you attracting a lot of that?
If your answer is “no” count yourself lucky. You must have very good relationship karma!
If your answer is “yes,” go ahead and continue this mind exercise to see what might be going on…
Slow Down and Focus
Let’s see what’s going on for you by experimenting with one of our Intuitive Learning Circles for slowing down and focusing on what’s really important.
“I slow down and focus on what I need when it comes to my _______ relationships.”
If you’re thinking about a particular relationship, it’s worth your time to really slow down and ask yourself a couple of honest questions:
“What is my concern about this particular relationship?”
Clarify the nature of the relationship. Is this person a friend, business associate, boss, family, lover, etc.?
“What is the confusion about?”
Check for Good Boundaries
Most relationships have their own irritations, resistances and rough patches. Where is the irritation in this relationship? What is it about?
Are you taking something personally or internalizing something that isn’t yours? Are you being codependent in some way?
If so, use this Circle to help you open your energy up wide and let those irritations go. Send it all to the Light!
Once you’re done, close your energy back up.
What else what might you do to soothe the situation?
Examine Emotional Reactions
Sometimes people trigger emotional responses in us that come out of our childhood conditioning or earlier relationships. A certain familiar tip of the head or tone of voice can be very potent.
Most of the time, the people in our relationships have no idea about what’s happening. You have very little power over them. However, you can be responsible for your own reactions. Ask yourself:
“What is the main emotion or emotions I’m feeling when around this person?”
“Does it happen only in certain situations?”
“Does this relationship remind me of another person? A painful experience?”
Could you be experiencing a projection – a harmful attitude, a phobia or an obsession?
If so, imagine you can pop that projection, just like a bubble! There could be more than one, so imagine popping them all away!
Clear the Remaining Clutter
Sometimes we attract disturbing or stressful relationship issues because our minds are cluttered up with disturbing, stressful thoughts.
Imagine that you can use this Circle to clear the clutter out of the landscape of your mind. Sweep all that junk and chaos out of your head and send it to the Light! You might be surprised at how much clutter there is!
That’s one of the reasons why people like to meditate. It’s a great way to develop a regular habit of clearing debris out of the mind!
Evaluate How You’re Using Your Energy to Nourish Healthy Relationships.
Now that you’re present, focused and clear, you can get some accurate information about how you’re nourishing yourself. This section can give you all kinds of answers that could really help you make a big improvement in your happiness. All you have to do is relax and gaze softly at the center open space of this Circle while you ask yourself a few questions. Use a scale of one to ten to evaluate what’s going on (one being lousy and ten being great!). Be sure to listen to your gut and be receptive to the answers that come.
Ask yourself when it comes to this person:
On a scale of one to ten:
“How is this person nourishing me- Emotionally?
Professionally?
Intellectually?
Spiritually?
What, if anything, is missing?
Is there a beneficial exchange of energy?
Have I closed myself off in some way?
What, if anything, could be done to cultivate a more healthy relationship?
Release or Renegotiate Agreements
Most rules about relationships are rooted in old ideas and systems that we grew up with as children.
In the New Paradigm, a lot of those old agreements and assumptions cause problems and keep us from having truly healthy relationships.
In this particular relationship, what agreements need to be amended, reformed or let go of entirely?
“I let go of ___________.”
“I reform ________.”
“I amend my agreement to ______.”
“I stop participating in ________.”
“I uproot ______, _______, &_________.”

Release the Mental/ Emotional Patterns
Imagine that this symbol for Dissolving Destructive Blueprints can help you identify and dissolve any toxic imprints or patterns that may be preventing healthy relationships. You might see them as a dark cloud dissolving into the pure light of the Sun.
“I release the blockages and entanglements that keep me from experiencing healthy relationships.”
“I release patterns that keep me from experiencing joy.”
I dissolve any old ideas, plans or relationship systems at would contradict my highest good or cause me harm.”
Please note: We also need to cultivate a healthy relationship with our planet! Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

Let Go of Old, Outdated Intentions
Gaze softly into the center of this Circle and see ancient intentions like eggs or seeds waiting to be activated. Not only do you see your own intentions and prayers, but also cultural, ancestral goals that no longer have life affirming motivations behind them.
Visualize them like ingredients in a soup that is spoiling your genuinely desired outcome. Imagine you can scoop out any unpreferred intentions and send them to the Light:
“I let go of all intentions that would contradict my highest good, cause confusion or conflict in how we all create healthy relationships.”
Release the Karma
Release any seeds of karma that perpetuate habits and beliefs that keep you from nourishing healthy relationships properly. Send them to the Light for purification.
“I plant new karmic seeds for good things that will support my new choices. I nourish those seeds with love, Light, fresh water and healthy intentions.”
Close the Door on Suffering and Unhealthy Pathways
Now it’s time to close the door on all that confusion and move in the direction of nourishing yourself appropriately.
“I close the door on any drain or strain on my time, space, attention or energy.”
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”
Congratulations! You’ve just let go of harmful energies, emotions and misunderstandings. Now you can begin to set the stage for NOURISHING healthy relationships appropriately.
Be sure to take time to rest and relax. Take a walk or get out into nature if you can!
