Heartfelt Communication Using Your Intuition
Intuition is Learning to Listen with Your Heart
The goal of this exercise is to empower more confident, cooperative and heartfelt communication in the New Paradigm.
Heartfelt communication is something many people say they would like and wonder why it’s so difficult to achieve. In the best of times it happens naturally by opening your heart and listening to its promptings.
Unfortunately, when life takes a difficult turn or tragedy happens, as it has for many of us, the heart and throat centers can shut down, leading us to feel cut off and at a loss for words. Repeated trauma and other violations of the spirit take their toll. Perhaps it’s the shock of disappointment or the panic one feels when the world gets turned upside down.
Opening up again may take time and some extra encouragement, especially for introverted, shy or highly sensitive people. Yet, with a little help, your heart can heal and your throat can relax again.
By practicing heartfelt communication with yourself first, you strengthen your intuition, which is like having an inner guidance system. When you go one step further and act on your intuition, you can:
- Re-examine your relationship with yourself and the world
- Reclaim an inner peace that helps you remain objective
- Recalibrate your ability to express your truth
- Renew the connection between your throat and your heart.
- Resource new ways to nurture cooperation and appreciation
*If you often go blank or feel like you’re out of your body during conversations you may be dealing with unresolved shock or anxiety. If that happens during this exercise, or at any other time, you can go through Self-care Formula #1 Healing Emotional Shock to get grounded.

In the New Paradigm there are new channels of protection and communication that we can learn to utilize for our benefit.
The transition out of the Water based Piscean Age into the lighter, quicker energy of the Aquarian Age (Air) has contributed to quite a few challenges. Most people are experiencing including breakdowns in communication and a general atmosphere of instability.
As you go through the exercise, utilize the Divine Protection Chart to access the generative energy flow of the New Paradigm. Let it help you organize your communication and give it the lift and lightness needed to be successful.
By contemplating the symbol, you’ll be able to intentionally close down harmful channels and open up to the generative life force (chi) that is available through the Element of Air. Gaze softly at the symbol with these positive affirmations:
“Any stagnant, heavy or destructive energy flows from the past are closing down now – in my mind, my body and my communications.”
Integrating with this new channel will help us connect with each other in far more generative and life affirming ways.
“I am open to receiving generative life force through the Element of Air.”
“I pull together new lines of communication using the lighter, quicker energy of Air.”
Heartfelt Communication: A Mind Exercise using Animal Totems from the Intuitive Learning Circle method.
Many cultures claim that messages from the animal world inform and offer us guidance – a very special kind of “medicine.” The Intuitive Learning Circles use messages from animals and nature to facilitate your learning and access inner peace.
For example, Monkey Medicine is about calming angry or critical thoughts that are causing trouble in your communications and life. In today’s world, many conversations have no intention of creating any kind of common ground and are merely an opportunity to criticize or pick a fight. Monkey can warn you if you’re about to engage in a hostile or manipulative communication.
Gaze softly at Monkey’s Circle, and ask:
“Is there any real opportunity to make progress with this person or group?”
If the answer is “no,” you may need to go through this exercise just so you can say “no” effectively and still be as kind as possible.
If your answer is “yes, I can make progress here,” ask yourself honestly:
“Am I open to changing my perspective around this particular communication?”
If your answer is still “yes,” get out some paper and something to write with to make notes as you go through this exercise.
*For best results, place both feet on the ground and gaze gently at each Circle to receive your own message.
Let’s start by introducing you to the very first Intuitive Learning Circle from Gifts from the Rainforest.
Animal Spirits Medicine
- Animals are our partners in creating an abundant and peaceful life on our planet. By observing their behavior and the role they play in their environment, we can adapt to and make the most of the circumstances in our lives. This Intuitive Learning Circle helps us take ownership of how we use our energy to communicate. It also helps us to set things right by listening to the wisdom of our hearts.
Relax and breathe as you would in a state of meditation. Bring to mind the person or group you would like to improve your communications with. When you gaze gently at the Circle, you can tune in and receive your own answers to the question:
“What do I really want to communicate to this person or group?”
Take your time and write down what comes to you initially.
2. Because of the alarming amount of confusion and manipulative communications happening around us, we need to address the possibility that various aspects of your subtle energy system may be damaged by toxic attachments or karmic entanglements that would interfere with clear communication.
Use this Key to relax and meditate on for as long as you like. Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.
“My energy system can effectively neutralize interfering energies and detach from them.”
“I easily let go of toxic attachments.”
3. In our current environment, it’s not uncommon for the chakras and/or meridians to start running in reverse or shut down entirely. Relax and let this symbol help you make corrections to problems including reversals, deformations and misdirections.
“I repair any glitches, holes or blockages in my energy system.”
Continue breathing until you begin to sense the calming energy of your Soul coming through.
Butterfly Medicine
4. It’s always helpful if you can tap into positive energy that will assist you. If you continue to relax with the medicine of Butterfly, you may be able to utilize beneficial energies from your environment to nourish a more successful and reciprocal outcome.
After all, what you put out comes back, so it’s worth it to take a few extra minutes to clarify what you really want to put out!
Once you’ve lightened up a bit, gently bring your attention back to who you’re communicating with, what you want to communicate and how you might do that more effectively.
Electric Eel Medicine
5. The message of Electric Eel is about being coherent and grounded in the way we’re communicating. Use this medicine to scan your body and energy. Pay attention to any areas that feel muddled, blank or void when it comes to communicating with this person or group. Once you feel the inconsistency, Electric Eel will help you clear up the confusion and fill in the blank with positive energy and purpose.
It can also help you change the polarity of your throat and heart chakras so that they can realign with each other.
Note: This would be a good time to scroll back to the symbol at the beginning for Divine Protection to close down old energy channels and integrate that new energy channel before you continue.
River Medicine
6. Now that you’ve done all that, River Medicine can help you settle into a clearer perception of what you can say honestly and without exaggeration. Use the Circle to bring your senses into balance like the volume control on a radio.
Not too high, not too low – just right!
Bringing them into balance will support clear intuition by helping you to remain calm and perceive your situation the way it really is.
Now you can be more objective. Adjust the volume on your proposed communication. Take time to consider what’s really needed.
Does the volume need to be turn up or down? Does it need repetition? Something else?
Of course, there’s what you’d like and what’s actually possible.
Create a positive affirmation to guide you:
“In this situation, my communications are _________ and __________.”
Divine Connection
7. The next step is to empower your ability to express your needs and create a clear intention that you can follow through on.
“I exist and am empowered through my heart and Soul.”
“I am empowered to take good care of myself and develop heartfelt communications that are life affirming, truthful and cooperative.”
“I am empowered to release harmful intentions or interference.”
“I’m able to express myself clearly and keep healthy boundaries.”
Continue by making your own affirmations that apply to your intention:
“I am empowered to _____________.”
Jaguar Medicine
8. An important part of this exercise is to improve your confidence. Bring in Jaguar Medicine to surround yourself with a sphere of protection made of Light, strength and determination.
Once you’ve visualized that both crossed and uncrossed, can you remember a time when you successfully communicated something similar, either through your words or your actions?
It was probably something you felt very confident about.
Take your time and remember what was important about it.
Is your current communication challenge also important to you? Do you care?
Why do you care? Why do you care about the person or group you’re communicating with now?
What is motivating you?
Is there something you’d like to change about that or add?
Hummingbird Medicine
9. Another reason to cultivate heartfelt communication is to increase your experience of joy, connection and positive service. Hummingbird is our guide for accessing harmony and joy. Use this medicine to help you remember more about your successful experience. What did you enjoy about it?
What was the most positive aspect?
Did you enjoy getting a positive response?
Would you enjoy getting a similar response with this communication?
Hummingbird also helps us distinguish the difference between cooperation and compromising one’s integrity. For example, people who enjoy being “nice” have problems with communications because that attitude often puts them in impossible positions. Another problem is trying to be everything to everyone.
Use the Circle to unwind yourself from agreements, attitudes or assumptions that cause problems in how you communicate.
Use these affirmations to help:
“I untangle myself from extremes, codependence and no win situations.”
“I am free to enjoy simple and cooperative communications.”
Soul Color
10. Whenever you’re very happy or have successfully manifested a goal, you’re naturally using your Soul’s unique vibration or color. Use this Soul Color chart to see if a particular color comes to mind for your successful communication. Relax for a minute or so to find it and strengthen your resonance with it.
“I recognize my Soul’s unique color vibration and strengthen it to enhance my confidence and communication.”
When you’re ready, ask what kind of message your Soul would like to give and receive in this case.
What would be your Soul’s purpose in having this communication?
Would you be happy with that message?
Take your time and sift through the pros and cons of your proposed communication. Continue to make notes.
Dissolving Destructive Blueprints
11. You’ve probably gathered up a lot of old mental, emotional or spiritual patterns that contributed to misguided, confusing or ineffective communication in the past. This would be a good time to let them go.
Use this symbol to help you find and Dissolve Destructive Blueprints. See them like dark clouds, dissipating into the pure light of the Sun.
“I dissolve destructive patterns for harmful communication
and any connection I have ever had to them.”
“I release any grief, loneliness, frustration, anxiety or __________
that would interfere with heartfelt communication.”
Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!
Piranha Medicine
12. Piranha is about spiritual direction and protection. Use the Circle to close the doors to all the myriad pathways in your mind that would lead you back into dangerous, confusing or ineffective communications.
“I close the doors to any harmful, misleading or manipulative communications.”
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”
Heart Chakra Key
Now it’s time to integrate your communication with the Heart Chakra Key. Bring your attention to your heart center and allow the energy there to gently connect and balance throughout your body. It might help to place your right hand on your heart center and your left hand on your throat center.
Soon, the energy of your heart will naturally shift and start radiating out, like a star!
Can you imagine incorporating kindness, compassion, caring, self-respect and respect for others into the essence of your communication? If so, you’re ready to refine your message.
If not, what do you think you need?
Make a note of what comes up so that you don’t forget.
Starlight Medicine
Starlight aligns our individual consciousness with Universal Truth to achieve clarity and order. This medicine integrates conscious awareness, compassionate action and alignment with “true north” – the direction of your spirit.
It also helps you get more present in your body. Imagine that you can bring your Soul’s energy into the center area of your heart and solar plexus.
Once you feel more present in your heart center, contemplate what you originally wrote down.
Is this really what you want to communicate?
Are you clear who you want to communicate this message to?
Do you think that this message, as it is, will evoke the response you’re really looking for?
Is there a more effective message to send?
Sky Medicine
Finish now with Sky Medicine and allow it to help confirm a joyful message that is heartfelt and you really want to communicate.
That way, your words are bound to have a more desirable impact.
“What I really want to say to ________ is ____________________________.”
Once you’ve got the main message, see if you can refine the details about who, what, how, when, where and why.
Congratulations!
You have taken the time to consider the true impact of your words and re-frame any confusion or negativity into more heartfelt communication. Be sure to take some time to relax. Take a walk and integrate what you’ve come up with.

How To Do the Right Thing and Turn Things Around
Do you ever have the feeling that you’re about to do something you’ll regret? Do you get concerned that you’re not doing something you really ought to do? If you could straighten out your thinking and do the right thing, what would that do for you?
You can help yourself find emotional healing by taking this quick quiz…
You may be having difficulty interacting with situations and relationships around you because of false information, mixed messages or unresolved issues from your past. By taking the time to go within and find out what your thinking really is, you can understand what’s motivating you and take action to resolve the situation.
Part One: Help Me Do The Right Thing!
Note: This exercise is associated with the I Ching Hexagrams #6 CONFLICT, #38 CONTRADICTION and #43 RESOLUTION:
- The way to play this game is to relax and breathe deeply while you meditate on the questions and suggestions that accompany the Circles. This first one will help you to slow down and let yourself focus on one thing at a time.
“I slow down and relax.”
“I am able to focus on my priorities.”
After you’ve gotten calmer and more relaxed, ask yourself an honest question:
“What do I really want here?”
You may want to journal or take note of the initial answers that come to you.
If you get a clear answer, skip down to STEP FOUR. If not, continue with the next step.
2. If you’re not able to focus, take a few minutes with this next Circle that helps you clear conflicting thoughts and fixations. When your mind gets fixated on a particular grievance or offense, it can be really hard to let it go.
It’s understandable, however the problem with that reaction is when the fixation hardens into a blockage that prevents you from resolving the trauma. A survival mind cannot see the opportunities that are available to help you heal and move on. It goes into a kind of tunnel vision where your nervous system freezes up around the grievance and carries it around with you, wherever you go. This is not a recipe for being joyful or happy.
Luckily, there are ways to relax and melt away the fixation.
Use the Circle to help you find that hardened thought or feeling. It will have a strong, electrical charge. Once you’ve found it, visualize a block of ice melting away under the heat of the Sun until it’s completely gone. Breathe and relax your body as much as you’re willing to.
Alternately, you can imagine the lines going in towards the center, softening and beginning to move, like cooked spaghetti noodles. Moving around often helps.
Repeat the process with other blockages that come up to the surface.
Your sub-conscious mind may have been holding onto them for a very long time. Even life times!
3. This is one of the reasons why unpreferred karma keeps coming around and never resolves. It’s an endless cycle of no win situations until you find a way to set it right and let go of the original hardened thought or seed. Imagine that you can use this Circle to go back to the very beginning of where this conflict began.
Once you find those original seeds, imagine you can lift them up out of your mind and send them to the Light. This affirmation will help:
“I let go of carrying this suffering anymore.”
Continue with any other seeds of Karma that could prolong or cause a recurrence of your suffering and send them to the Light as well.
“I release the seeds of cruelty, betrayal, deceit, resentment and revenge.”
“I am no longer a dumping ground for other people’s karma or ill will.”
“I intend to plant seeds that will RESOLVE this conflict peacefully and completely – for my own sake.”
Once you feel with complete with setting your Karma right, go back up to step 1 and see if you can focus better.
Step 4
4. Once you have an answer that feels right, continue asking yourself the questions while you gaze softly at the accompanying Circle.
Take your time, the answers might not come right away. The Circles are helping your mind to clear away mental and emotional clutter that cause you to make rash decision or resist your own best interests.
Use this Circle to observe your mind as you consider a basic question:
“What is my mind telling me to do?”
Notice how your survival mind likes to focus in on a trauma reaction or complicate things by spinning around in a dozen different directions. These kinds of decisions are unlikely to benefit you in the long run and will most likely cause more trouble.
Go back to the Circle and ask yourself:
“Am I holding onto other people’s opinions or a past decision that’s in CONFLICT with what would really be in my best interests now? If so, can I tell what it is?”
Are you holding onto an unreasonable CONFLICT yourself?
If so, are you willing to decide to let it go?
“I decide to take care of and love myself to the very best of my ability.”
5. Continue your investigation. Now is a good time to avoid emotional outbursts and extraneous tension that’s caused through cultural misunderstandings or agendas.
These behaviors are a waste of your precious resources. Through acceptance, you can learn to curb your more indulgent tendencies and redirect your energy to attend to the business at hand.
To help you do this, it would be good to uncover certain cultural agreements that may be affecting you from the shadows. Ask this Circle:
“What is my motivation here?”
“Is there an agreement I have with myself or anyone else involved that’s triggering a hate, fear or revenge based reaction?
Is it tearing me apart, shutting me down or making me feel like, ‘why bother?’
Can I tell where and from whom I learned to do this?”
“What do I need to do to heal myself?”
In most cases, part of healing requires letting go of something from the past.
Is there any part of you that doesn’t want to do that?
6. Use this Circle to shed some light on what kind of intentions you’ve been holding.
“What kind of intention am I holding about this situation?”
“If I continue to hold that intention, what am I really asking for?
“Do I need to amend my intention or let go of it completely?
Are there any parts of you that don’t want to let it go completely?
“What intention might help me respond better in this situation?”
“What would it mean if I could be kinder to myself?”
Are there other intentions that might be causing CONFLICT for you?
7. See if there are any old agreements, assumptions or grudges that could be keeping this CONFLICT going and release them. Visualize them like contracts, burning up into nothingness in a violet flame.
“I let go of outdated agreements, assumptions, contradictions, compulsions, obsessions, obligations or dogma.”
“I let go of the need to hold onto the conflict in this situation.”
“I let go of any conditioning or training that perpetuates unnecessary conflict.”
“I release any agreements to take things personally or internalize them.”
Make some new agreements that support a healthy resolution, like:
“My new agreement is to see the CONFLICT for what it really is.”
“My Soul is in charge. I accept and forgive myself for what I’ve done in the past. “
“I choose my words and actions wisely now.”
“I decide to accept the other party as they are and respond with integrity.”
“I decide to use the cooperative, life affirming energies of the New Paradigm to RESOLVE this situation effectively.” Etc.
8. Ask what sort of messages are being projected in your situation.
“Is it possible that someone is just trying to get a reaction out of me? Am I getting trapped in a nightmare of projections?”
Projections are usually particular emotions or conflicts that your mind is already wrestling with.
Pull back and imagine that the situation is like being trapped in a maze or house of mirrors.
Release your agreement to perpetuate it, then, consciously shatter the mirrors and deconstruct the trap. Clear it all away until there’s nothing left to hold onto.
9. Refocus your senses onto what’s really happening – without distractions.
What is the truth in this situation?
How would you describe it?
Ask yourself:
“Where can I find the real solutions to this CONFLICT?”
Make note of the answers that come to you, even if they don’t make sense at first.
10. Use this Reiki Chakra Key to connect into your Heart Center and the Light that Shines from within.
“What would help me to turn around and move towards understanding so that I can do the right thing?”
It may help to intend that all fourteen of your meridians are feeding it directly and that the energy of your heart is radiating out – rather than pulling in.
ADVANCED CORRECTIONS for Interfering Energy
Sometimes CONFLICTS involve entanglements with cursing energy, mental illness, herd mentality or violent thought forms. These can be tricky and often need to be deconstructed safely from a variety of angles. The following CORRECTIONS are included to help you RESOLVE the issue on a deeper level so you can be free to do the right thing!
This particular Soul Prayer Chart can help you get to the bottom of what may be going on and identify what actions you can take to help yourself without wasting too much time.
“Is a trickster or other false design obscuring my true blueprint?”
“Am I unwittingly operating under a curse?”
“Do I need to let go of a false imprint?”
If so, on what level or levels?
Physical, etheric, mental, emotional, astral or spiritual?
If it’s spiritual, is it on the level of how you see yourself spiritually or how you see others?
Correction – Damage to the Auras
There may be energies from others that have attached to your aura. The damage creates pockets in your energy field where you unwittingly store “baggage” that prevents you from being able to let go. Use this Soul Prayer Chart to help you neutralize interfering energies and detach from them.
Imagine that the energy around you is expanding and filing up with Light so that those energies just lift right up and off of you.
If you are a Reiki practitioner, this is an excellent time to beam Reiki into the Chart with these positive affirmations:
“I easily and effectively remove toxic and heavily charged energies.”
“They are lifting and being neutralized safely by the Light of the Sun.”
CORRECTION – Neutralize Toxic Entanglements
Get help clearing your energy field of toxins. Use this key to relax and mend any energetic wounds that are associated with negative attachments, psychic attack, heavy metals, electro-magnetic poisoning or viral energies.
Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.
“My chakra system can easily and effectively neutralize interfering energies and detach from them.”
Continue to beam Reiki into the Chart until the energy subsides.
CORRECTION
When a person is experiencing CONFLICT, anxiety or has been exposed to viruses and other destructive energies, it’s not uncommon for their chakras and/or meridians to start running in reverse or shut down entirely.
Relax and let this Correction Key help you make corrections to problems including addictions, allergic reactions, deformations, reversals and misdirections.
“I repair the glitches, holes and blockages in my energy system.”
Sometimes the CONFLICTING energy is in our environment contributes to glitches or reversals in our energy fields.
Use it to smooth out any rough energy until you can begin to feel the calming energy of your Soul coming through.
CORRECTION – Detach from Destructive Mindsets & Groupthink
Early Morning Storm can help you detach from harmful emotional constructs, irritations and motivations that are shared collectively.
Make sure that you’re not inadvertently attached to an external CONFLICT or adversarial state of mind.
“My mind and Essence stops feeding CONFLICT, interference or __________.”
For electro-magnetic attachments, use The Essential Human. Ask for numbers between 1 and 42 to help you detach from destructive mindsets and agendas.
You can also use Divine Nature Activated for ancestral/epigenetic clearing.
Ask for numbers between 1 – 73.
Keep asking for numbers until the Circle reflects a clear slate.
11. Now you’re ready to bring RESOLUTION to the various mental and emotional behaviors that have fed your CONFLICT. Use this symbol to dissolve destructive blueprints that have been causing you harm.
“I release the mental/emotional patterns of reacting out of fear, obligation, dread, revenge or disdain.”
“I let go of the underlying triggers of worry, guilt or ___________ and send them to the Light.”
Take your time and visualize them dissolving like dark clouds into the pure, light of the Sun.

12. Once the patterns are dissolved in your mind, seal and heal any leaks or attachments that may lead you back into CONFLICT.
“All holes are sealed and healed. All pathways that lead to CONTRADICTIONS and CONFLICT are closing.”
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection and intended path.”
Congratulations! Letting go is one of the hardest things for us to do. Yet, they say that when one door closes, another can open. When you’re willing to make a change for the better – anything is possible!
It’s best now to take some time away and rest so that you can ingrate and really let go. Taking a walk or being out in Nature is always and excellent way to process…

How Well Are You Nourishing Yourself?
Evaluate How You’re Nourishing Yourself in the New Paradigm ~
Kuan Yin has been helping us through these I Ching Readings to transition from the old economic paradigm based on greed and fear to a new paradigm of co-operation and balanced prosperity. Today, her advice about NOURISHING comes from the I Ching, an ancient book of divination that follows the flow of the cosmos. Welcome to the I Ching Reading and Transformation Game for: Hexagram # 27 – Nourishing
Did you know that your body knows a lot about what it needs and how well you’re nourishing yourself?
Part One: Physical and Emotional Nourishment
For example, your Second Chakra is deeply connected to your emotions, your digestion and immunity. It has a lot of information about how you’re NOURISHING yourself on these levels and what you might do to improve. However, during times of high stress or illness, communication can get blocked from your conscious awareness, making it hard to hear what your body is trying to tell you. Take a moment and relax with this Reiki Chakra Key for your Second Chakra to help you tune in and listen. Use the affirmations if they help or come up with one of your own.
“I allow free flowing, life affirming energy to nourish my Second Chakra.”
“I intend to get clear information about my health and how well I’m nourishing myself.”
There are several ways that the Second Chakra can get blocked. One is inappropriate nourishment. Perhaps you’re eating the wrong foods for you at this time or you could be taking in toxic elements from your environment, including pollution, chemicals, electro-magnetics, illness or other harmful energies.
See if this Circle can help you bring your awareness in to check for those energies. Yes or no, are you picking up:
Any foods that are causing problems?
A problem in the water you’re drinking?
Something in the air that you’re breathing?
Disturbing frequencies, electro-magnetics, chemicals, illness or
other harmful energies?
Make notes for yourself so that you don’t forget and can do some research.
You may need to clear your primary chakras of harmful electro-magnetic frequencies. If so, go here>
You may be having a problem because you’re not yet fully grounded in the New Paradigm based on Common Ground for the Common Good. Meditate gently on the template below to help yourself get acclimated and aligned with this new mindset.
There might be some kind of karmic entanglement, an emotional conflict or outright danger in your environment. Could any of those issues be present for you right now?
Could you be trying to process somebody else’s emotions?
If so, ask yourself a few pertinent questions:
What would be the purpose in processing someone else’s emotions?
Is continuing to nourish yourself in this way a good idea?
How long has it been going on?
How much damage has been done?
Are you ready and willing to put a stop to it now?
Your Second Chakra could also get blocked if you’re over-indulging in something that’s generally good for you when taken in moderate amounts.
To better determine if something like that is happening with you, experiment with Sloth, one of our favorite Intuitive Learning Circles for slowing down and focusing on what’s really important. Use this medicine to focus in on how you are nourishing yourself.
“I slow down and turn my attention towards my basic needs.”
So, How Are You Currently Seeing Your Needs?
You can use Maslov’s Hierarchy of Needs as a model to help you assess your priorities. Are they in balance?
The triangle may be upside down, distorted or out of focus. The levels could be out of order or a level could be missing entirely. It might not even seem that it fits at all! Use the symbol to the upper right corner of the pyramid to help you set things right.
“I set things right so that how I nourish myself physically and emotionally actually fits my current needs.”
You may need to change some agreements about how you prioritize your needs. For example, you might have an unconscious agreement to sacrifice your health or wellbeing for others. Or, you may have a tendency to cut yourself off from genuinely helpful people and resources. Of course, you may choose to do that. However, it’s a different matter if you’re inadvertently harming yourself against your will! Visualize any agreements that contradict your highest good burning up in a beautiful violet flame.
“I release all agreements to revert back to the past or harmful ways of being.”
“I let go of martyrdom or sacrificing any part of my health or wellbeing.”
“I decide to connect with genuine help and find better ways to take care of myself.”
Make other new agreements that would be helpful to you now…
“It would benefit me to ______________.”
Please note: There have been a lot of changes in the general energy and in how we need to adapt to it. Old ways of functioning are passing out of existence and other, more beneficial ways need to be strengthened. This is a good time to release your agreements with those old ways as well…
“I release all agreements to nourish or support the patriarchal imprint of control, hatred, exploitation and inequality.”
“I decide to strengthen and nourish the Common Good based on Common Ground.”
“I close down harmful energy channels that drain my vitality, like no win situations, assumptions and diminishing returns.”
“My mind and body are open and clear to receive generative life force.”
“I release all agreements to source from or attach to the channel of fear, greed and revenge.”
“I now source from and integrate with Joy and Gratitude.”
Now that you’ve made those updates, you’re ready to continue…
Evaluate How You Are Nourishing Yourself.
Now that your priorities are clearer, you can get more accurate information about how to nourish yourself. If you follow the directions, you can get all kinds of answers that could really help out. All you have to do is relax and gaze softly at the center open space of this Circle while you ask yourself a few questions.
Use a scale of one to ten to evaluate what’s going on (one being lousy and ten being great!). Be sure to listen to your body and be receptive to the answers that come.
Use a scale of “One to Ten”:
“How am I nourishing myself nutritionally? Am I taking in too much of something? Is there something I’m not getting enough of? Is there something I need to put some LIMITATIONS on?
What about how I’m emotionally nourishing myself?
What about nourishing my spiritual connection?
Am I giving myself positive, helpful mental input?
How well am I taking care of my body’s needs for exercise, rest, fresh air?”
Use this Symbol to Consciously Bring in Your Soul’s Unique Energy Signature.
“I relax and align myself with the true signature and imprint of my Soul.”
“I clear away imprints that obscure who I really am, like old graffiti markings.”
“I recognize my true signature, just as I recognize my signature on a document.”
Continue Your Evaluation and Consciously Put Together a New Awareness.
Bring together the puzzle pieces that come directly from your Soul. For help, ask yourself:
“Am I missing anything? What could I really use?”
“What do I need to do to put this all together?”
“What is the best way to proceed?”
Keep crossing and uncrossing your arms or legs until some clear guidance comes. Also, make a note of it so that you don’t forget.

Congratulations! You’ve just set the stage to let go of harmful energies and emotions and begin moving in the direction of NOURISHING yourself appropriately. Be sure to take time to rest and integrate this process. Take a walk or get out into nature if you can!

How to Open Your Heart with Gifts From the Rainforest ~
There are fifty-eight Intuitive Learning Circles in Gifts from the Rainforest. Each Circle imparts the teaching and healing medicine of its plant, animal or nature spirit.
You can think of them as communication tools to help you access intuition that comes from your Soul.

Making Friends with the Helpers of Physical Manifestation
This Game has three goals:
- To open your heart to a method for communicating with nature and your Soul through the Intuitive Learning Circles.
- To develop your intuition and ability to look within for answers.
- To improve your level of personal power and discernment for living appropriately in the New Paradigm.
Open Your Heart to Reorganize Around the Common Good
In order to adapt to the many changes that are happening in our environment, our minds will have an easier time navigating the journey if we have signs and maps to help us find our way. Navigating life under the guidance of our Soul is the primary purpose of the Intuitive Learning Circles.
A Layout and Foundation for the Common Good
For example, if you meditate on the “map” provided in this image, your mind can get a better grasp of what it can organize around in the New Paradigm we’ve entered and how we might be able to co-create common ground for the common good.
Relax for a minute or two with this template for common ground based on cooperation, joy, equality and balanced prosperity.
If you are able to, go ahead and relax into it to create an imprint. Put your feet on the floor and ground yourself.
Open Your Heart and Reunite with Nature
Within this new terrain, it will be tremendously helpful to develop respectful, reciprocal relationships with the Helpers of Physical Manifestation in Gifts from the Rainforest. This process takes time, trust and a sincere intention to ask for and receive their guidance or medicine.
Each Helper has its own unique medicine, which is explained in the aphorism and “Further Explanation” sections of the post. One Helper might have medicine for dealing with difficult people (for example, Parrot #18), while another might help you to focus better, such as Praying Mantis, #6.
The Helpers are like new friends that can really assist you if you’re willing to slow down, open your heart and get to know them. This Transformation Game will help you to create a healing relationship based on common ground for the common good with whatever Helper you want to get to know next.
Open Your Heart
Begin by going to Old Sol #49 and reading its message.
Through this Circle, symbolized by the Sun, you can connect with your Higher Self. All the other Intuitive Learning Circles only work through your Higher Self or Soul in order to avoid false guidance.
You will be using “Old Sol” to tell you which Helper would be good to get to know next. You can also use it to confirm guidance that you get or formulate questions and intentions that are important to you.
The next step is to gaze softly at the Circle itself and take several relaxing breaths. It doesn’t really matter what part of the image you’re looking at and it isn’t necessary to figure out what the lines or circles do. Just let your intuition guide you.
If you find yourself criticizing or doubting yourself, that’s your critical mind trying to take over and control your thinking. Just set it aside and bring your attention back towards opening your heart.
Now that you’ve read the directions, it’s time to ask your first question. Look at the Circle and ask your heart:
“Is there an issue or situation that I could use some guidance with right now?”
Answers may come in the form of words, a symbol, an impression or a feeling. What ever comes to you, write it down, even if it doesn’t seem to make sense at first.
Also, it’s important to take the the time to include your heart center and listen to it. If you’re all up in your head, chasing after thoughts, that’s not really intuition. Gently bring your attention down into your heart area, slow down and listen for quiet, heart centered messages.
Once you have an issue, ask Old Sol for a number between one and fifty-eight and take the very first number that comes to you. The number you come up with is the number of the Helper and Circle that you most need to make friends with right now.
What number between 1 – 58 does your Soul want you open your heart to?
Write the number down, go to that Helper in your copy or the online book and read about its medicine. Notice if there are any messages that stick out to you.
Next, gaze softly at the Circle (both crossed and uncrossed) and relax. Breathe deeply a few times. Imagine your mind can gather up all the unconscious information it has about this medicine. Now you’re ready to go through the series of Circles in the first section of the game.
Mind Body Integration
For best results playing a Transformation Game, look at each Circle both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.
If your mind goes blank, go here to clear the blockage.
Section One: Open Your Heart and Clear Obstacles to Communication
1. Earth ~ Our early life conditioning is often the biggest obstacle to spiritual connection and guidance. Gaze at the Earth Circle with soft eyes and breathe deeply with each affirmation:
“In accordance with my highest good…
… I unearth all harmful societal / tribal conditioning that prevents me from connecting with my Higher Self through my heart.”
“I uproot all harmful conditioning that would prevent me from making friends with the _________ Helper I have chosen.”
“I disentangle from all tribal conditioning based on ignorance or harm that would block clear and cooperative communication.”
2. Seed #37~ Pretend this Circle is like a communication device. You ask it a question and an answer comes back to you in the form of words, an image, a feeling or a symbol.
This is how you can use the Circles and their Helpers to communicate intuitively with your Soul or Higher Self. Try it out by asking the Seed Helper:
“What is preventing me from following the true guidance of the __________ Helper?”
Make a note of your answers. At this point the answer(s) may or may not make sense to you yet, so just write them down and continue.
3. Alligator #3 ~ Now it’s time to discover thought processes, emotions or behaviors that are preventing a helpful connection with your chosen Helper. Look into the Intuitive Learning Circle for Alligator and ask the following questions one at a time:
“Can I tell what the problem is?”
“Is it about a behavior? A habit? An attitude?”
“Is it emotional? Conceptual?”
“Is it a blockage in how I’m interacting with my environment?”
“Is it a misunderstanding about how I’m using my energy?”
“Is it an attachment or entanglement?”
“Is there more than one thing preventing clear communication? If so, what are they?”
“Am I perceiving this situation correctly and truthfully?”
4. Divine Protection ~ Recalibrate your energy to adjust to the new generative flow of life force based on the Air element. As you gaze at the symbol, allow your breathing to become lighter and easier. This chi’ moves quicker and you don’t need to work as hard as you used to in order to accomplish something. Imagine you can use this symbol as a filter for interacting with your chosen Helper more effectively.
“I am open and clear to utilize generative life force.”
Bring your awareness to the center black circle. What do you think is blocking open communication? Whatever comes to you, write it down because that phrase or idea has important information that could help you understand more about what you need to do to help yourself.
Once you’ve done that, look at the Circle and ask your heart:
“How would my life be better if I were friends with the ________ Helper I have chosen?”
Again, write your answer down.
The Importance of Soul Contracts
5. Raccoon #11 ~ Raccoon is the primary animal totem that handles Soul Contracts which are agreements you’ve made on a Soul level to help you experience who you are more deeply. When you have completed the karma of a particular experience, you can move on to other experiences. However, your nervous system will keep repeating the feedback loop for that karma until you have consciously released the contract and integrated the lesson into your consciousness.
Raccoon Medicine bypasses your critical mind and goes directly into the nervous system to release completed contracts. As you look at Raccoon’s Circle, relax into your spine. Go through this list of potential agreements that might get in the way of truthful communication and genuine help:
A. “I release all agreements, contracts, allegiances, obligations or vows that prevent me from communicating clearly with my Higher Self and receiving help.”
B. “I release all agreements, contracts, allegiances, obligations or vows that prevent me from communicating clearly and receiving help from the true spirit of the __________ Helper.”
C. “I release all agreements to put up with disorder, lies, deception, hostility or _____________.”
D. “I release all agreements, contracts, allegiances, obligations or vows that prevent me from benefiting from and utilizing the medicine of the _________ Helper.”
Releasing contracts and agreements of this kind significantly loosens the grip that the ego has on your mind, body and spirit. Energy can begin to move differently for you now and negative patterns are more easily changed to benefit you.
Clear your energy of entanglements and destructive toxins:
Continue breathing while you use this Soul Star Detachment Key to relax and mend any energetic wounds that are associated with negative attachments or toxins.
Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.
“My energy system can easily and effectively, neutralize and detach from interfering energies.”
Relax and sense your overall energy. If it feels stuck or sluggish, stay with the Key until the energy lets go and smooths out.
Congratulations! Going through the first section of this game has helped you to release attitudes, behaviors and beliefs that are getting in the way of good guidance that comes through your Soul. When you are ready, go through Section Two below, where you will reconnect with essential components of your personal power and effectively redirect your energy and attention towards positive and life affirming ways of being.
Section Two – Open Your Heart to Receive True Help and Guidance
This part of the game uses charts from Soul Prayer Charts, the companion piece to Gifts from the Rainforest.

“My Heart is open. My Soul is in charge and I am empowered to connect through joy and gratitude to this Helper.”
“I ask for and receive help from the
___________ Helper and its medicine.”
“I am empowered to co-create a New Paradigm –
based on common ground for the common good.”
Smooth Out Your Energy: You might be experiencing difficulty adjusting to all the significant environmental changes that are ongoing. Sudden reversals, blockages and changes in momentum can cause your subtle energy fields to react in unusual ways.
As you look at this Soul Star Correction Key, do you notice any rough glitches or reversed energies going on? If so, relax with it for a few minutes until things smooth out.
“Jagged, disjointed glitches in my sensory system are being repaired.”
“All shut downs and reversals are gently corrected.”
Continue crossing and uncrossing over the midline of your body until you can feel the unique energy of your Soul coming through.
Set Things Right: If needed, use the To Each Their Own symbol which will help you sort out emotions, karma and other issues that don’t belong with you and reclaim the things that do.
As you look at the chart, first visualize sending back other people’s issues and energies that may have attached to you for any reason. Return them to where ever they belong – through the Light – thus “setting things right.” Be sure to do that freely, with a sense of forgiveness.
“I send issues, emotions, karma and energies
to wherever they need to go to heal.”
Once you’ve returned what needs to be returned, relax and let the symbol help you reclaim whatever belongs with you, for example, your own gifts, talents or karma and intentions. Ask your Soul to position them correctly so they can either be cleared or utilized to benefit you.
“I reclaim my own issues, energies and karma
so that I may handle them in accordance with my highest good.”
Dissolve Destructive Blueprints: Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that keep you at odds with yourself and your new friend. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and disperse any harmful personal, societal or familial patterns that have come up in this process. See them disappear like old cloud banks dissolving into pure sunlight:
“I release into the Light all destructive patterns that keep me from reuniting with Nature.”
“I dissolve all pathways that keep me connected to harmful patterns.
I surrender them to the Light completely – and with Forgiveness.”
Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of health, happiness and life – not illness, unhappiness and death!
Closure and Completion: Once the patterns are cleared, give your heart and Soul some relief through closure.
“All doors that lead back to guilt, blame, abuse and suffering are sealed and healed. I follow the direction of my Soul’s intention.”
Finish by closing down any harmful energy drains from the past. An energy drain could be anything – a false belief, an outdated plan or some kind of individual or collective behavior that drains your life force. Use Fly Medicine to visualize the drain(s) deconstructing and closing down.
“I deconstruct old behaviors and shut down any drains to my energy.”
Once they are closed down, use the Circle to find where the voids are and fill them with loving, life affirming energy!
“I fill in the leftover void with healthy, life affirming energy.”
Excellent! When you open your heart and reunite with Nature, you are accessing communication with your Soul that offers profound truth and transformation.
Access Generative Flow: Now is a good time to confirm that you’ve closed down old energy and communication channels from the malaise left over from the Piscean Age. Gaze softly at Divine Protection and allow it to help you get centered. Then, when you’re ready, bring your attention back into your Heart Center and let it integrate.
“I surrender to the help and protection of my Inner Guidance.”
“My Heart and mind is open to receive generative life force.”
“I connect to the new communication channels available in the Aquarian Age.”
Keep breathing with the awareness that this new chi’ is much lighter and quicker than what we were used to in the Piscean Age. It will take some time to adjust!
Ground in the New Paradigm: Once you feel your energy has stabilized, ask about your relationship to the map for common good and common ground in the New Paradigm.
Are you gaining familiarity with this new template?
- Does your Soul approve of what this map can open up for you?
- Is there a place for you there and a path for you to move forward in a positive way?
- Do you have a working agreement with this Helper for creating common ground for the Common good?
- How do the Helpers feel about their relationship with you now?
Do you have other, related questions you would like to ask? Go ahead and ask them. Place your feet on the floor again and get grounded.
Finish the Game with Your New Friend ~
Now you can test how well this game has opened up your relationship with your Helper. Go to the Helper that you chose and think about the issue or problem that you wrote down at the beginning of the game. Come up with a simple question, like:
“How has my perception changed?”
or
“How can we work together to create the common good?”
Look at the Circle for your Helper and ask it. What answer(s) do you get? Write them down and follow through if needed.
Tips for asking the totems questions and receiving guidance:
• Keep your questions simple and about one thing at a time.
• If you don’t get an answer, it may mean that your mind is fixated on a person, an event or something from the past. Mental fixations usually happen because of some kind of emotional or spiritual trauma. If that happens, go to Condor #32, and let its medicine help you to release the fixation. You will know the fixation is cleared when you can come up with an answer to your question.
• Once you have an answer to your first question, do you have other, related questions you can ask? Go ahead and ask them.
• Once you’ve finished, put the book aside. Now is a good time to rest, get out into nature, take a walk or otherwise refresh yourself. Allow the answer to percolate while you’re doing something else.
• For optimum results, go through both sections of this game with Old Sol #49 first, because your relationship with your Higher Self is of primary importance. After that, play the game for Animal Spirits #1 and Plant Spirits #36.
• After playing the game, spend the next week or so asking for guidance and help from the totem on a regular basis.
• If you are a practitioner and are planning to use Gifts from the Rainforest with others, ask questions about how you can use the totem’s medicine to help your clients and what will help you to be more receptive to its guidance.
• If you are a teacher, counselor or in a position to guide others, ask your Higher Self, through Old Sol #49 for protection, help and guidance. Ask for a symbol or sign that affirms you are on the right track.
Congratulations! If you are sincere in your requests and willing to follow through on the guidance you’re given, be prepared for increased dream activity, creative inspiration and opportunities for manifesting the common good!

The world is filled with advice about how to do this and that. How to find love… how to be happy… what you need to wear… how you need to look. The advertising in the media has an agenda and unconsciously you know what it is: “You’re not good enough as you are – buy our product and you will instantly be fixed!”
Your own mind may be constantly fussing about the past – what you did or didn’t do – or you may be worrying about the future. Especially lately, it’s all too easy to get caught up in external dramas and ignore how important it is to stay grounded and keep our mind’s calm.
In times like this it’s obvious that what most people really need and want is love. But how can we get there? The way that seems to work best is to remind ourselves through self love. Unfortunately, we often forget to show up for ourselves and in the process, we miss out on what we want the most!
You can take this short self love quiz that uses Angelic guidance and your Essential Self to help remind you that you are a being of Love.
All you need to do is gaze softly at each symbol while you read the affirmation or question that goes with it.
Begin by Asking for Help from Angelic Beings of Light.
Imagine that you can ask them: “Please, help me slow down and understand how to love myself better…
When it comes to ________ am I showing up for myself?”
The answer you get may be “yes,” “no,” “sometimes” or “not lately.”
Continue your inquiry using this Mandala from Kuan Yin to help you access truthful information:
“Do I often show up more for others than I do for myself?”
“Do I easily get caught up in deceit, dramas and confusion?”
“Do I include myself in the equation of creating Love?”
“If I show up more for others than myself a lot, what is my purpose in doing so?
If I get caught up in other people’s agenda’s, deceit, dramas or confusion a lot, what is my purpose in doing that?”
“Am I doubling down on harmful habits or mistaken ideas? Is that helping me? How much energy do I use doing these things? How much do I lose?
Is that really the best thing for everyone in the long run?”
Are you ready to realign your energy to include what’s best for you? If so, that is self love! Ask your angels to help you fill your Self with strength and courage to love yourself better. Imagine that with every breath, you are filling up with love and light. Here’s a couple of positive affirmations that could help:
“I am important. When I am grounded and love myself, I am grounding Love on the planet.”
With this Reiki Chakra Key, become aware of your solar plexus – the soft area in front just below where your ribs go up.
This is the area where your Essential Self is properly positioned.
In stressful times, it’s pretty common for the Essential Self to get closed off, misplaced or dissociated.
Gazing gently at the Key will help your Essence get re-connected, centered and balanced.
See if you can relax that area and allow positive energy to flow into it with this affirmation:
“I am present and included in the equation of creating Love.”
If you do Reiki, you can send it like a bull’s eye – right to the center of this Circle and your solar plexus.
If there are aspects of your Essential Self that aren’t present or receiving Love, ask for numbers between 1 – 42 from The Essential Human to call them back and center them in your Solar Plexus Chakra.
Now gently look at this symbol and ask your Essential Self:
“Is there something I need to think, do, change or have that would help me to attract more love into my life?”
Whatever your answer to that question is, imagine that you can connect with that truth – like the lines that are connecting in with the center of this symbol for Divine Connection:
“I connect my Essence with truthful channels of communication.”
“I have protection. Harmful energy channels from the past are closing down.”
Are there any remaining blockages? If so, ask if any numbers between 1 – 73 from Divine Nature Activated would help to clear them.
“I clear away epigenetic patterns that block my experience of Self Love.”
Now you can redirect how you’re using your energy. These positive affirmations will help you:
“I am ready and able to receive the Love that emanates from my Soul.
I am a being of Love. I am part of the equation. I am part of the solution.
I allow myself to receive the benefits of sending Love out into the world.”

Now you’re ready to ask questions again:
“Am I showing up for myself?
Do I Love who I am? Am I receiving Love?
Am I able to radiate Love out into the world?”
If the answer is “yes,” congratulations…
If the answer is “sometimes,” you’re making progress…
If the answer is “no,” decide to begin today. It’s never too late!

Could You Be Stepping Into Danger or Taking the Hit for Someone Else? Developing Precognition Will Help You to Stay Out of Trouble.
The Intuitive Learning Circles are great at developing precognition, bringing intuitive hits, hunches and other unconscious information up to the surface to be examined more closely. Especially if you have learning difficulties or your inner guidance is blocked for some reason. That’s why I’m sharing this Mind Exercise from Intuitive Learning in the New Paradigm. By playing, you’ll have the opportunity to engage your imagination and shed some light on potential situations where you might be better off staying out of the way!
If you’ve ever stepped into a compromising situation or gotten caught in the middle of a fight between people, you know what it feels like to suddenly find yourself caught in the middle of a “no-win” situation. It feels horrible! Especially for highly sensitive people, who often find themselves in the middle of highly charged, emotional conflicts.
“If only I knew beforehand or had some kind of “spidey sense” that there was going to be a problem, I wouldn’t have even shown up!”
But wait. That’s not really so far out of the realm of possibilities. It’s called developing precognition or as I like to say, listening to your intuitive hit.
Clearing the Way for Making Smart Decisions
Use Your Inner Guidance and Gut Instincts to Get Out of the Way and Learn How to Be in the Right Place at the Right Time.
You’ve probably had an experience of knowing that it just felt wrong to go to a certain place at a certain time. Then later, you find out that you were right. Something unfortunate happened in that very same place around that time! That’s your precognition at work and it’s a darn useful skill to have, especially now, when times are so unstable and chaotic.
In the old paradigm based on greed and elitism, it’s been commonplace for people to try to control things by invading other people’s space or interfering with important personal projects or relationships. This can happen on a physical level, but it can also happen on an emotional/mental level, which often causes emotional shock that sits frozen under the surface of our awareness. We have expressions for when these kinds of manipulations happen. “Get out of my space,” or “stop playing mind games with me,” are just a few. Unfortunately, when this happens, emotions can easily escalate out of control and our normal awareness of danger can get blocked!
Developing precognition through accurate intuition is one way to help you keep your mind on your own business and protect yourself from dangerous situations.
Preparations for Developing Precognition
Begin by activating your five senses so that your intuition can come forward and give you the help that you seek. You can use these affirmations:
“I reclaim and reconnect with my senses.”
“I clear them up so that I can accurately sense my environment.”
“I use them to sense what will keep me safe, productive and well.”
“I become aware if I’m intruding on other people’s business.”
“I can clearly sense what will help me to _______________.”
Next, gaze softly at this Circle to help you gently release any shock that might be under the surface for you. Imagine the lines are getting all wavy and loose.
Give yourself more help by making repairs to any chakras that might have been affected by all the chaotic energies in the environment.
“I smooth out any jagged energies, addictions, viruses, reversals or blockages in my field.”
Use this next Circle to help you develop precognition in your current situation by tapping into your unconscious mind. Gaze softly at this Circle and ask yourself:
“Is there a situation coming up where I need to get out of the way?”
“Is there a situation where someone is getting in my way or blocking what I need to do?”
Be patient and relax into your body. The Circle is helping you focus in on pertinent unconscious information. Your answer could come in the form of a feeling, an image, words or a combination of them all.
Let’s get some more information…
Sometimes we’re empathically picking up on someone else’s situation.
Could that be happening in this case?
If so, is there any shared karma? Have you let your protection down?
Do you need to pull your energy back and re-establish protection?
Is there an action you’re thinking about taking that isn’t in your best interests? Do you need increased awareness to take that action?
If the answer you get is “no”, count yourself lucky and keep up the good work staying out of trouble!
If the answer is “yes” or “maybe,” keep going with this exercise to find out more about what’s going on and what you can do about it.
Continue the Mind Exercise for Developing Precognition
1. Slow down and ask for more information about what’s really going on. Use your imagination and see the landscape of your mind slowing down too. Things may simply be moving too fast for you to get out of the way when trouble is about to happen.
2. When things are chaotic or moving too fast, it’s easy to get distracted and fall into scams, traps and deceptive mind games. Plus, people are more likely to be mixed up in situations where they really don’t belong. Use this Reiki Chakra Key to open your Third Eye to intuition and common sense. You can use these positive affirmations to help:
“I open my Third Eye and let it balance.
I use it to separate what’s true from what’s a distraction or all-out lie.”
Being in the Wrong Place at the Wrong Time
3. Remember the relationship or situation where you think there might be a problem. While you think about it, gaze at this Circle and ask your gut a couple of simple “yes” or “no” questions:
“What is the situation? Is there any danger in it?”
Once you find the situation, ask yourself:
“What is the danger here? Can I tell how I’m participating in the situation?
Is there an important reason why I’m participating or considering doing this? Is it worth it to put myself in this situation?”
“Am I placing my hopes into something that isn’t in my best interests?”
What does my inner guidance say about this?
4. Continue your self-inquiry:
“Would I be pulled off track or doing harm to myself? Would my projects be harmed? My loved ones? If so, what is the problem?”
It could be timing, placement, priorities, a belief, an agreement, a habit or something else…
Take your time to get as much information as you can.
5. Would being in this situation have a negative effect on your boundaries? Your prosperity? Your health or well-being? In what way?
6. Sometimes, how people see you can be a source of the problem. People often project what’s going on within themselves onto other people. Check in with this Circle to see if anything like that could be involved. Note – what’s being projected onto you could be either unflattering, flattering or both!
“In this situation, am I being projected on?”
So, now you have a lot more information to work with as you decide what to do!
7. What is the best thing to do in this case? If you need to move out of the way, see yourself doing that in your minds eye. If you need to let go or say “no”, see yourself doing that. Whatever message you get, see yourself taking your own advice.
“What do I need to do?”
Finish this part of Developing Precognition with these affirmations:
“I resolve to be in the right place at the right time for my highest good.”
“I stay out of trouble and follow through on my true priorities.”
“I close the doors on old habits, distractions or misconceptions.”
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”
