How to ADAPT and Come From a Grounded Place in the New Paradigm ~

Many of us are aware that how we experience our environment has a lot to do with how well we’re feeling and how easy or difficult it is to come from a grounded place. That’s especially so when we need to communicate or move forward in a genuinely productive way! The energy of the Cosmos has changed radically and we are being called to ADAPT to a New Paradigm based on common ground.

The purpose of this Mind Exercise is to activate the beneficial energies of the New Paradigm in your environment. Connecting with these energies will help you organize effectively and from a grounded place.

If you feel like you or your environment are:

  • Ungrounded or scattered
  • Overwhelmed by too much stuff
  • Disorganized and confused
  • Unstable, unsafe or explosive
  • Juggling too many things
  • Unproductive – going around in circles
  • A magnet attracting negative energies.

Directions: Confirm this is the best formula for you with the SOS Symbol.

Find a quiet place to sit in the center of your space, where you won’t be disturbed for about twenty minutes. Make sure both of your feet are firmly planted on the floor and that the soles of your shoes wouldn’t prevent you from grounding well.

Begin by meditating on this symbol that will help you organize your mind around the structure for Creating Common Ground.

Come from a Grounded Place

Then, go through the exercise by reading each message and then gazing gently at the Circle or chart that goes with it for a minute or so. A longer or shorter time may be necessary. Let yourself breathe and relax as much as possible. Don’t worry if the images move around or change in any way. That just means the Circles are working to help you and your environment to come into balance with each other and ground.

Some emotions may come up and when that happens always visualize the heaviness moving up, out and towards the Light.

You may intuitively feel that an object in the space should be moved or removed completely. Trust your instincts. Give yourself permission to let go of anything that could keep you stuck in the old paradigm.

Mind Body Integration - Self-care for lossFor best results, look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of your body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.

Feel free to cross or uncross your arms whenever you intuitively feel you need to!


It helps to know that there are new channels of life force available in the New Paradigm that will help us ADAPT.

Come From a Grounded Place
Divine Protection

Keep this symbol handy to help you open up to generative life force and close down life-destructive energy channels from the past. That integration also includes new communication channels that will help us connect with each other in far more life affirming ways.

By contemplating the symbol, you’ll find that you’ll be able to intentionally close down harmful channels and open up to the generative life force (chi) that we look for in Feng Shui.

In Chinese, Feng Shui means “wind water”. These are the two elements that move energy for creating life when they’re in balance. When they’re out of balance, they can create all kinds of destructive energy patterns – sudden reversals, poltergeists, collapses in protection and stagnation – just to name a few. 

Needless to say, transitioning out of the energy channels of the Piscean Age (water) into the new energy channels of the Aquarian Age (air) has been causing quite a bit of instability for everyone.

The bottom line is – the sooner we can come from a grounded place in the New Paradigm based on common ground, the better!

Connection
  1. Begin by relaxing while you softly gaze at this Reiki Chakra Key for your Life Path Chakras, located on either side of your Crown Chakra at the top of your head. Use the following affirmation:

“I choose to relax and open up to my true potential.”

 

Presence 

2. Take some more time to breathe deeply.
 Pay special attention to those places in your body where you’re feeling pain or discomfort. 
Consciously send your breath to those places and let them relax.
Stretch if you need to. Open and close your hands. Notice the time and the space around you.

“I bring myself into the present in the New Paradigm.”

Mind Body IntegrationScroll back up to Divine Protection and take a few moments to consciously close down any harmful energy channels in your body or your space.

Do it both crossed and uncrossed over the center line of your body.

 

Receptivity

3. Ask for peace and harmony to come into your heart and awareness.

Consciously move your energy out of your head and pull it down into your heart and solar plexus area.

Old Soul

Once you feel the shift, close down harmful energy channels again. The more relaxed you are, the better this works.

 

Intuition

4. Connect with your instinctual nature.
Use the Dragonfly Circle to help you tune into your gut instincts so that you can reconnect and improve your relationship with your environment.

“I reconnect with my natural instincts and relationship to my environment.”

Divine Protection

Do you get instinctual messages or intuitive hits about certain areas in the space around you?
Could there be an object that’s holding old energy or keeping you grounded in past unhappiness?

If there is, take a moment to move it now and clear the area with Divine Protection.

 

Clear Intention

5. Let go of the need to be perfect, having to sacrifice or be everything for everyone. Include intentions that were helpful at one time and are no longer useful.
Could you be holding onto something that doesn’t belong to you or leaving yourself open to a problem that’s not yours to fix?
You are responsible for yourself and only your part of the situation. What is your part?

What makes sense to do? What would be genuinely helpful in this situation?
Resolve to let any misguided intentions go, like old smoke disappearing into the Light.

 

Nourishment

6. Make sure that you’re accessing the most beneficial energies to support you and your environment.
You may notice that some directions hold more auspicious energies for you than others.

Shut down any energy channels that are irrelevant or distracting you with Divine Protection.

 

Empowerment

7. To ground in the New Paradigm effectively, you need a strong connection to your spiritual Source. You need to be able to take good care of yourself and willing to ask for help. Bring your attention back to your heart and listen to it beating – nice and steady. Affirm to yourself:

“I exist and am empowered through the connection in my Heart.”

“I take good care of myself and am willing to ask for help.”

“I connect with my environment through Joy and Gratitude.”

Take all the time you need with this.

 

Disappointment

8. Pull your energy back and out of disappointing experiences.
Use this Circle to help you stop tapping into harmful or destructive energies that don’t support you and that bring chaos into your environment.

Shut down any remaining energy channels that are irrelevant or distracting you with Divine Protection.

 

Coherence

9. It’s time to focus your energy on getting grounded. When are grounded, you are not only taking good care of yourself, you also have a positive effect on those around you.

“I pull myself together and get grounded in the New Paradigm.”

 

Self-care

10. Is there anything else you need to do to help yourself?
Does anything else need to happen in your environment so you can come from a grounded place?

Make a list so you can remember.

 

Change

11. Do you have old agreements or assumptions you need to change? You can find them by examining your life and asking yourself:

“What’s been working and what hasn’t been working?”

Are you willing to let go of things that are not working? Release any agreements to hold on.
“I’m willing and able to let go and make the changes necessary for me now.”

 

Realization

12. Keep looking at the Circle while you relax and think of something that you love very much.

Have you been unknowingly jeopardizing things that matter to you?
If you have, what can you do to set it right?
Make note of the ideas that come to you.

 

Clean Up

13. Use Rat’s Circle to sweep any confusion or clutter out of your mind and send the debris up to the Light. In your mind’s eye, sweep it all away!
Then close the doors behind you that let in all that garbage.

Notice how much better your body feels when your mind gets clear.
Make note of ideas that come to you about how you might remove the clutter out of your environment.

 

REDIRECT

14. Imagine that your Spirit can gently take you by your heart and head. Let it turn you around – toward the direction of your highest good.

Allow an uplifting and generative flow of life affirming energy to circulate through your body.

 

DECISION

15. Use this Circle to help you close the pathways in your mind that would lead you into ungrounded and confusing places.

“All holes are sealed and healed.”

“I follow the guidance of my Soul.”

You probably feel much clearer now.

 

Inner Guidance

16. Take some deep breaths and move your body around again. Let your shoulders drop. Listen to that calm, gentle voice that comes from your heart. What is it telling you?

Old Soul

 

New BeginningS

17. Allow a generative energy to begin in your solar plexus. Feel it moving up into your heart and let it fill up your entire body – all the way to your fingertips. You are creating a new template for a new beginning.

 

Divine Protection

18. Finish by gazing at this symbol to confirm your connection with the new and beneficial energies of the New Paradigm.

“My mind and body are open and clear to receive generative life force.”

“All harmful energy channels have been closed down.”

Come from a Grounded Place

 “Divine Protection fills my environment completely in all directions – including above and below.” 

Remember that the need to unify in common ground is real! The changes are taking place over time and you will likely need to do this exercise repeatedly. Take yourself for a gentle walk in nature or have a soak in a hot bath with Epsom/Sea Salts to cleanse yourself.

Help for Moving On from Deteriorating Situations

Transformation Game - Moving OnMany people are having a difficult time being stable because they are getting pulled out of the present by deteriorating circumstances and emotional attachments that threaten to overthrow their wellbeing. One remedy would be to make sure you’re grounded in the New Paradigm of common ground for the common good by going through Kuan Yin’s I Ching Reading for moving on.

“If you are experiencing a situation where there is:

  • a great deal of incompetence
  • argumentative persons
  • societal discord
  • a break up in friendship or family relations
  • refusal to participate in cooperative ventures or
  • depressed health due to a toxic environment…

The situation is definitely in the flow of the I Ching Hexagram #23 – DETERIORATION.

In times such as this, hostile displays of self-righteousness will absolutely backfire. This is not the time to push your expectations or agendas. Withdraw and consolidate your energy as best as you can. Take care and stay strong within yourself. Do not push your personal agenda regarding this particular situation and withdraw as much investment of your time or money as you reasonably can. Unwillingness to let go will most probably result in loss.

The best things to do when dealing with DETERIORATING situations are:

I connect my consciousness with Hope.
  1. Take care of yourself very sensibly and find acceptance of the times within yourself.
  2. Be generous and kind to those you care about – especially yourself!
  3. Maintain your inner connection to Hope.
  4. Keep your focus on those things that are working. They are the important opportunities that are available to you now.
  5. Keep emotional reactions to a minimum and refrain from jumping to conclusions.
  6. Meditate, surrender to the fact that all things must end. Know that eventually there will come a change for the better. 

If you deal with a situation of DETERIORATION with an attitude of ‘I’m going to fix this’ or ‘I need to stop what’s happening,’ you will actually give the situation more fuel, prolong it and maybe even escalate it. When you let go, Nature can take its course. In most cases, the negativity will feed on itself and die out naturally. This reality may be unpleasant however, acceptance is what is called for.” 

Here’s some help through a Transformation Game called “Letting Go and Moving On.”

Gently gaze at these Intuitive Learning Circles one at a time and consider the question or affirmation that goes with each Step. This process helps you to become aware of what’s bothering you, so that you can make a different choice to use your energy more productively and in tune with your Inner Guidance.

 Step 1:

What is a situation you’re experiencing now that is DETERIORATING? Trust the message that comes through from your deepest, wisest guidance.

Step 2:

Enhance your inner guidance by calming your senses and bringing them into balance. Some may be turned up too high and some may be too low. Relax and allow your eyes to rest gently on the Circle below.

Mind Body IntegrationTake some deep breaths and let your shoulders drop. Adjust the volume to your senses. Do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body to achieve greater mind body integration.

 

Step 3:

Release your conditioning to personally attach to that situation.

“I uproot the conditioning, beliefs and behaviors that are pulling me into this DETERIORATING situation.”

“I release them to the Light where they can safely be transformed.”

 

Step 4.

Can you  identify the emotion that pulls you towards the DETERIORATING situation

Once you have identified what you’re feeling, take a moment and just relax into it. Are you picking up on somebody else’s emotions or your own? If it’s some one’s else’s, resolve to let it go as part of this process. 

If it’s yours, it could be a phobia, an obsession or a compulsion. Relax and use these positive affirmations to help you:

“I accept that this emotional state is present and that it must change. All things eventually change. I am bigger than the emotions I’m feeling.”

If you can, rub your shoulders and neck for a minute or two. The more you relax and accept what you’re feeling, the easier it will release and dissipate.

 

Step 5:

When stepping out of a DETERIORATING situation, it helps to be grounded in a new mindset that can actually support your goals.

If you meditate on the “map” available in this image, your mind can get a better grasp of how it can reorganize your energy in the New Paradigm we’ve entered…

This template called “Common Ground for the Common Good” is based on the concepts of equality, peaceful co-operation and balanced prosperity. This imprint encourages us to establish a mindset where we can work with each other and the Planet going into the future.

 

Step 6:

To help you get centered in that new environment, bring your awareness to your body. Go to your solar plexus area and open your Third Chakra, the home to your Essence and “gut instincts.”  

Use this Reiki Chakra Key to release any toxic energy in that energy center. Take whatever time is needed to let the chakra repair itself and get back into balance.

 

Step 7:

Bring your awareness to your Heart Center. Allow this Reiki Chakra Key to help you open and balance it as well.

Keep relaxing and breathing into it. Eventually, you will be able to feel positive life energy radiating out. The light of your Heart Chakra is shining!

 

Step 8.

Visualize a golden web of life connecting these two main energy centers.

“I strengthen and increase my level of inner connection and confidence.”

 

Step 9.

Let this symbol for Divine Protection help you to close down harmful energy channels from the past.

Once they’re shut down, open up to a positive flow of chi’ and connect up with helpful communication channels.

 

Step 10.

Now you can gaze softly at this Soul Prayer Chart that deepens your connection with the power of your Soul. Affirm that your energy system can adapt to the changes that are needed. Continue to relax and breathe as you use this affirmation:

“When it comes to the situation of _________, I exist and am empowered to let go safely and manifest my highest good.”

 

Step 11:

Connect with your Soul’s unique vibration and energy. Continue to relax and breathe as you use this affirmation:

“I am resonating with the vibration of my Soul. I strengthen my unique gifts and talents.”

 

Step 12:

Use this Chart to help you detach from negative energies around your situation. These may include energies from other people, even close friends or family members.

Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.

“I release all attachments and energy signatures that are not from my Soul.” 
“I detach from destructive energies, lies, curses, sabotage and illnesses.”

 

Step 13:

Consciously close down any destructive energy channels that are coming from the DETERIORATING situation.

“I am no longer entangled with that DETERIORATING situation.”

 

Step 14.

Now, get fully present. Use this affirmation to help you:

“I live in the present and deal with what is.”

If you’re having trouble getting present, it can help to close your fingers into fists and open them again, several times. If you get overwhelmed or feel a strong emotion come up, go back to Step #2 and repeat the process to relax and dissipate the emotion.

 

Step 15:

Now that you are present, ask your deepest wisest guidance:

“What action can I take to help me to move on?”

Take as much time as you need to reorganize your thoughts and energy around positive action.

 

Step 16:

Consciously re-direct your energy and attention toward a situation you want to encourage instead. Move your attention and energy away from the DETERIORATING situation.

“I turn my energy toward productive activities and plans.”

 

Step 17:

Use this symbol to consciously release any remaining mental, emotional or spiritual baggage that’s interfering with your freedom. 

You can visualize them as dark clouds or entanglements that you surrender to the Light to be transformed. Stay with it until you feel they’re completely gone.

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

Step 18:

Finish the game by closing off the pathways in your mind that lead back to the DETERIORATING situation.

“I let go and seal off the ways I prolong or maintain suffering for myself or anyone else.”

Having the faith that you don’t need to be in control of a DETERIORATING situation is a big help in coming to terms with change and moving on in a positive way.

Learning How to Change

Are You Changing with the Changes?

If you’re like most of us, you’re overwhelmed by the speed and amount of  alarming changes that are taking place. So much of what used to be “normal” has dissolved into chaos. One day, life seems to be moving in one direction and then, in a flash, conditions have completely changed! How did that happen so fast? What do we need to learn to know how to change with all these changes?

How to Change in a Changing World

If you’re feeling emotionally drained and anxious, it’s understandable. Under these conditions, it’s easy to bounce between outrage, fear and deep sadness about what’s actually happening around us.

Our attention is getting pulled this way and that. Our bodies are worn out and our hearts and minds are split in far too many directions!   

The 64 Hexagrams in the I Ching or Book of Change have much to teach us about the importance of being flexible and knowing how to change. 

For example, we get relevant advice from Hexagram #12 STAGNATION:
The political and social environment can become corrupt indeed, and there is little a person of principle can do to turn the tide of events. Leaders are not in touch with the people whom they lead, and social systems become irrelevant. The people become lost in a labyrinth of discordant purpose and are filled with mistrust… Hold courageously and unobtrusively to your values and inner confidence, for these times will certainly pass.

#29 DANGER, Line 3 says: “You are surrounded by DANGER and you do not understand it. Any action will only make matters worse. Maintain your principles and wait for the solution to reveal itself.”

Hexagram #30 SYNERGY advises:
Keep in mind that as an individual your relationship with the cosmos is conditioned. By nature, the earth is a place of limitations — limitations of energy, of ideas, of resources, and even of the life force itself. The best way to achieve your aims within the limitations of your situation is to depend upon and synergize your energies with the forces of the cosmos… When pressures mount, don’t become explosive. Instead, work quietly and diligently to alleviate them… When energies subside, use the time to rest and gather your strength instead of exhausting yourself with useless struggling. The development of SYNERGY within the Self will give you added dimensions of control over your future.~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing, Doubleday, New York City, NY, 1979.

Transformation Game: Learning How To Change in a Changing World.

You can discover how to change more gracefully while keeping your integrity by going through this Transformation Game. When you slow down and take the time to go within, you gain a deeper understanding of what you’re really struggling with. Not only that, you can find the motivation to change how you’re responding in a more effective way!

Directions: Simply gaze at the Circle while contemplating the positive affirmations. Breathe deeply and allow yourself to relax as much as possible.

“I reclaim and balance my rational senses.”

“I focus them to be present and keep tuning into my body to determine what I need.”

“I utilize my senses to be aware of my environment so I can respond appropriately.”

“I use them to find solutions, opportunities and innovations that will help me adapt to change.”

“I focus on actions that benefit my health, happiness and _________.”

 

You might also be having a difficult time adjusting to all the significant environmental changes that are taking place. Sudden reversals, blockages and changes in momentum can cause our subtle energy fields to react in unusual ways.

This Correction Key can help you address any rough glitches or reversals that you may be experiencing.
Relax with it for a few minutes until things smooth out and you can begin to feel your Soul coming through.

 


An important note about Mind Body Integration ~ 

Retrain Your Mind for Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. As you work with the Circles, cross and uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body. Use a soft focus and breathe patiently. This will help you access more information from your unconscious mind. Let any negative self-talk go by breathing through it.

Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you let go!


Once you feel ready, see if you can slow down and let yourself focus on your true priorities. Ask for spiritual guidance that comes from within.

“I slow down and breathe while I turn my attention to what matters most.”

Gently notice the specific aspects of your life that are changing rapidly and need some extra help.
Next, notice if you have aspects that feel stuck, closed off or even going in reverse.
How would you describe these things?
You might want to get out a pen and paper to make note of some of the impressions you get.

Contemplate the medicine from Butterfly for a moment or two:

“I ask my Inner Wisdom for assistance about what needs to change and how to do it in the most beneficial way.”

What needs to happen?

 

Bring your attention to the center of your chest. Let your heart be involved in this conversation. Are you willing to listen?

 

Empower your ability to choose in this situation.

“I exist and what I do matters.”
“I can respond to this situation in a productive and helpful way.”

“I bring myself into alignment with my highest good.”

 

This is a good time to let your energy and mindset open to the generative flow of the New Paradigm. Use this symbol to help you access it:

“I am willing and able to change with the new flow of the Cosmos.” 
“I appreciate that I’m doing the best I can.” 
“I close down all harmful energy channels.”
“I am open and clear to receive generative life force.” 

“I use new cooperative channels of communication that connect me with the Common Good.”

 

Now you’re ready to go through the rest of the game in the same way by asking yourself questions while you gaze softly at each accompanying Circle. Doing so will help you assess where you’re at.

Take your time, the answers might not come right away. The Circles are helping your mind to clear away mental and emotional resistance to change.

“In this particular situation, how am I dealing with change?

Is that working for me? Is there something I need to change about how I’m dealing with the situation? Am I doing the best I can?” 

Animal Totems for Inner Guidance - Raven

Am I stuck on something? Shut down? Unwilling? Is it possible that I’m being too hard on myself? What is the concern?”

 

If you’re stuck, you might be able to deal with it fairly easily by using Condor Medicine to clear conflict, resistance and fixated thinking.  

Imagine that you can use the Circle like a bull’s eye to send healing energy to any conflicts or fixations you may be experiencing. Let go by imagining that the lines are going all limp and loose like spaghetti noodles. Or, you can imagine an iceberg melting away under the Sun.

Either way, be gentle with yourself. If you’re judging yourself too harshly, use the Circle to help you loosen up those rigid thoughts. If you’re shut down, use the Circle to bring your energy back to life! If you need to open up to creativity or dissolve toxic emotions, see yourself doing that.
Move around and stretch in any way that you like.

 

Continue with your investigation about how to change…

“Am I holding onto past experiences that are no longer relevant?”

You can usually tell if you’re internalizing something because you’ll start to feel physical, mental, emotional or even spiritual irritation. If that’s happening, see if you can stop taking it personally and let it go.
“I surrender these old experiences to the Light and turn to more proactive ways of dealing with change.”

 

There is no doubt that what we’re going through is challenging. The best thing we can do in difficult situations is to think about what we can learn from them.
“The most important take away for me in this situation is ________.”
“I am learning ____________.”
Be sure to write this down.

For a much deeper integration, trace around the Circle clockwise with your eyes, while you consider your take away thought.

Then, do the same as you trace your eyes around the square in the same direction, both crossed and uncrossed.

How To Change our Experiences – Choose New Ingredients

If we keep choosing ingredients from the past, the soup we call our lives will keep repeating itself over and over.  For example, if we were born into a family that keeps choosing shame or blame, we will be liable to keep choosing those ingredients ourselves until we can become conscious of what we’re doing. If we want to change the flavor of our soup, it will help to change the ingredients we’re using!

By choosing ingredients such as self-worth, self-love or self-confidence, we can learn how to change and create a better future.

The Essential Human*Note: if you have an updated copy of The Essential Human, you might want to go through Future Pacing (on page 140). Choose from the archetypes #1 – 42 to help you choose beneficial “ingredients” for creating your life. Ask yourself:
“What ingredients am I choosing? Are there some ingredients that I would like to change?”

“I release harmful ingredients and access beneficial ingredients instead.”

 

New Agreements

Next, imagine that you can release any old agreements, assumptions or obligations that are keeping you stuck. Visualize them like contracts, burning up into nothingness with a violet flame. Here are some suggestions:

“I let go of outdated agreements that keep me stuck in old patterns or to take on someone else’s conflicts, issues, principles or karma as my own.”

“I let go of being controlled by emotions or external manipulations.”

“I am willing to change when needed and let go of anyone or anything that is causing me harm.”

“I let go of my resistance to ________. I detach from ________. I remove myself from ________.” Etc.

What new agreements would you like to make? For example:
“I maintain my inner balance and stability.”

 

New Decisions

Make some new decisions that support how to change more appropriately. Here are some suggestions:

“I decide to stay positive in this situation to the best of my ability.” or…
I am capable and my Spirit helps me to handle change…
I am free to change in accordance with my highest good…
I allow other people the space to handle their own issues…”, etc.

“I decide to __________ and _______________,”

See if you can get all the wheels in your mind turning in a clockwise direction.

 

Renewed Presence

Connect with the Third Chakra at your Solar Plexus and let it open up. Relax and let the tightness go. Deep breathing and presence are your best friends in times of accelerated change! Move around or stretch again if you like.

 

Courage and Confidence

Keep breathing and give yourself a good dose of courage with the help of Jaguar Medicine:

“I surround myself with courage, confidence and strength.”

 

Seed Medicine can help you find any karmic seeds you may be holding that are causing you harm. They might not even be yours! It’s time to set things right. Send them to the Light so they can return to wherever they belong.

Reclaim whatever is yours – your ideas, your power, your own beneficial seeds of karma. Bring them home and nurture them gently.

When you’re ready, apply your karma to your own well-being and those experiences that bring you genuine joy.

 

Now it’s time to dissolve your connection to any underlying abuse, confusion or conflict. Use this symbol for Dissolving Destructive Blueprints and allow the Light to dissolve and lift them off of you.

“I let go of the mental, emotional and spiritual connections I still have to harmful patterns.”

Take your time and visualize them disappearing like dark clouds into the Light!

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not unhappiness and death!

 

Considering what you’ve learned from this situation, you may have made some decisions about certain situations that you want to close the door on. Use this Circle to seal and heal all leaks, holes or pathways that lead to back to any resistance or unnecessary suffering:

“All holes are sealed and healed.” 
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

Imagine that your mind is like a computer where you can close all the tabs and windows that have been open for far too long!

 

Before you finish this process, are you grounded in the New Paradigm of cooperation and balanced prosperity? If not, put your feet flat on the ground and let your energy organize around it now.
