First, a word about environmental changes and getting a grasp on the larger picture… Most people know on the unconscious level that a shift has occurred. However, the conscious mind may still be acting as if everything’s still the same. In order to REFORM and LIBERATE ourselves from the old paradigm appropriately, our minds will need signs and maps to assist us to navigate the new terrain. That is the reason and purpose for all the symbols and Intuitive Learning Circles on this website.

For example, If you meditate on the “map” available in this image, your mind can get a better grasp of what it can organize around in the New Paradigm we are in. This is the imprint of common ground based on cooperation, joy, equality and sustainable prosperity.

Reform and Recalibrate for the New Paradigm

Whenever conditions change, it follows that we’ll need to REFORM our intentions and LIBERATE our outmoded relationship with our environment.

For years, Kuan Yin has been saying that the way we humans have been living will have to radically change. Luckily, I was willing to listen and took some time every day to be sure I knew my relationship with my environment. Now that the flow of the Tao (the Gate of Life) is operating out of the influence of Air, rather than Water, many, many, many conditions have changed and are continuing to change at a far quicker pace than they ever have before.

This Transformation Game contains her latest advice after the “still point” of the Solstice season between 2022 and 2023.

As always, her advice is direct and to the point.

REFORM and Recalibrate How You’re Interacting with the Flow of Life or Chi’ ~

The change in the quality of energy flow is significant when its dominant quality changes from Water to Air.

The Element of Air is about mental activity: Rational thought, putting concepts into words, discernment, understanding, decision. Successful projects include these components:

  • Clear messaging.
  • Clear intention (single-minded, straightforward, simple).
  • Motivation to cooperate.
  • Access to beneficial karma that will support the objective.

Intentions and Feng Shui - the Air Archetype

Therefore, unity of thought, simplicity, being straightforward and having the karma to follow through will effectively “cut through” any difficulties you’re having with your environment.

Check in with these questions:

Are my thoughts positive?
Is my intention clear?
Is my motivation life affirming?
Do I have the appropriate karma and reasoning to follow through successfully?

 

Reform Your Agreements

The energy of our agreements are important to release as part of this transformation because our agreements organize how we navigate through life. We each have agreements about ourselves, our relationships with others and our relationships with life and the environment. Some Soul Contracts are individual, while others are collective and tribal. You can keep them, you can break them or you can renegotiate them.

Your nervous system also holds the energy of those agreements. This Circle can help you to release or renegotiate any agreements that no longer serves you. To let go, start at the bottom of the line and the bottom of your spine.

As you move up, you can imagine a violet flame LIBERATING each vertebrae from the chains of outdated, oppressive agreements – all the way up to the top of your spine. Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed.

By doing so, you free up a lot of energy and effort that’s tangled up with the way things used to be which could be creating a lot of confusion or even health problems for you.

 

An environmental shift of this magnitude requires both internal and external changes.

Make new agreements with yourself to REFORM how you are interacting with the Elements of Water and Air so that you can work with them, rather than against them. Think about the difference between how you move when you’re wading through water as opposed to strolling down the street. It takes much less effort to move through Air.

Release how you interacted with the Water dominated, emotional energy of Pisces and make new agreements to mindfully generate life with the Air energy of Aquarius.

“It will help to slow down and use much less force for accomplishing my aims.”

 

In addition, the out-dated system of the Patriarchy currently affirms that you use and pollute the Land in whatever way you like. Rather than cultivating Mother Earth’s resources in a sustainable way, this system has aggressively extracted them and used her as a garbage dump for leftover trash and unwanted emotional garbage.

Release your agreement to use Earth in that way and set up new agreements for a healthy and equitable relationship with the Land.

“I release agreements to use Earth as a dumping ground.”

“I also release any agreement to be used as a dumping ground myself.”

“Instead, I choose to plant seeds of karma that will result in equitable co-operation, healthy balance, sustainable prosperity and personal responsibility.”

“I choose to respect myself and the Earth.”

 

Another agreement to change would be to SOURCE your intentions for life from a place of gratitude and joy, rather than from a grumpy, greedy or vengeful place.

“I release agreements to source from conflict, greed, resentment or revenge.”

“I now Source from Gratitude and Joy.”

Another change that’s needed is in how we relate to and utilize the Element of Water.

Release your agreement with STAGNANT YIN ENERGY

Unfortunately, many people use toxic, stagnant yin water energy to process their feelings and to interact with others. This “stuck” energy relates to current social tendencies such as apathy, resistance, self-pity, co-dependence and laziness. Meditate on this symbol for a few minutes and then release any agreements you have to utilize it in your internal or external processes:

“I let go of old, heavy, stagnant or destructive flows of Water.”

Utilize pure Water to process and clear emotions.

Instead, make a conscious choice to activate a new relationship with the Element of Water – fresh and purified to gently clear emotions, imbalances and the residual effects of past indifference and abuse.

This affirmation will help you make an actual adjustment in how you relate to and utilize this precious resource:

“I now make a conscious decision to use pure, life affirming Water to process my emotions and create vibrant  health.”

The beneficial qualities of the Rabbit are said to be: Docile. Peaceful. Fertile. Tender. Quiet. Gentle. Cautious and Considerate. Her fertility and connection with Family, Community and Prosperity is legendary.

Her more challenging qualities are liable to be: Irresolute. Skittish. Stubborn. Timid. Escapist and tending to Procrastination.

Rabbit is considered by many to be a trickster, however, if you are willing and able to make friends with her, she’s very good about warning you when somethings amiss. Because she’s so finely attuned to the passing scents of predators, she knows quick and clever ways to escape from any danger she may sense in her vicinity. If you ask nicely, she will help you to do the same: Does Rabbit sense any present danger for you? If so, is it near or far? Is there a place or activity that that would be better to avoid? What is her advice?

She’s also very good at sniffing out prosperity by finding the tastiest morsels, the coziest warrens and following the most profitable opportunities. Does she sense any valuable opportunities for you? What kind of activity would benefit you most right now?

 

Finally, the nature of chi’ or life force flowing through the Tao has changed to an Air based flow rather than the previous Water based flow.

Of course, this will all take some time to integrate. The adjustments needed won’t just happen on their own. In this new environment, having integrity in thought, word and deed is the best way to manifest genuine happiness. It’s worth it to take your time as you learn to navigate all these changes. Be proactive and intentional with what you want to set up for yourself.

Let yourself breathe and relax as much as possible. Don’t worry if the images move around or change in any way. That just means the Circles are working and that your mind and body are coming into balance.

Some emotions might come up as well. That also means the Circles are working. Just give yourself permission to let go of anything that’s causing you pain or suffering.

7. Go back to your heart and listen to it beating – nice and steady.
It’s okay to ask for help. You are alive and need to take good care of yourself.

Make a list so you can remember.

 

Compassion

8. Focus your energy on taking good care of yourself now.
You are important and what you do matters. You are cared for.

 

Reunion

9. Gaze gently at the Circle while you think of something that you love very much.
Relax and let yourself feel what matters to you.
Take all the time you like. It’s okay to let go and rest.

 

Reconnect

10. Take a moment and imagine that you can connect with Hope.
Hope is an expression of Love that calms the mind and body so that you can unite with your spirit.

 

Clarity

11. Now it’s time to sweep the clutter out of your mind and send it to the Light.
Sweep it all up and away…

Notice how much better your body feels when your mind gets clear.

 

Completion

12. Close the doors in your mind that let in all that clutter.
Your mind and body are not here to be a dumping ground.
Close the doors and seal the leaks wherever you find them.

Closing doors that have been left open will help you feel much better.

13. Relax with this symbol until you feel safe and clear.
You have protection and are receiving a positive flow of energy throughout your body, mind and spirit.

The I Ching

I Ching Workbook - R. L. WingThe original intent of the I Ching was based on an Eastern philosophy of observation and marking changes in natural and human events. Through many centuries and contributions from shamans and master teachers, including Lau Tzu and Confucius, the Book of Change was developed into a full philosophy for applying beneficial human conduct to varying circumstances. The Art of Feng Shui is part of that philosophy.

Understanding the Larger Picture ~

When a roller coaster is being flung this way and that, it’s natural to cling onto something that you think will stabilize you. However, if you’re grabbing for something that is no longer there, you’re actually making your situation worse, whether you’re aware of the mistake or not. It may seem, in your mind, that because things used to work a certain way in the past, you’ll be safer to return there and that encourages you to grip on how things used to be even harder. This is a classic survival response and completely understandable.

You may feel safer for a moment, yet if you make the mistake of giving over the weight of your body to a construct that is going through its death throws, the CONTRADICTION you face will be exponentially greater.

This is the reason why Kuan Yin encourages us to stay in the I Ching Flow of  MODERATION whenever things are in a state of CONTRADICTION.

Todays Intuitive Reading - Moderation

“The ancient Chinese text describes finding MODERATION as the best way to make progress amidst chaos. The suggestion is to disengage from conflicts, extremes or opinionated attitudes and follow the guidance that comes from within instead. In almost any situation, if you are able to walk the middle road between extremes, there will be improvement in whatever you undertake.”

If you can pull back and come from a place of MODERATION, you might be able to look at your situation from a more objective perspective and find a way to pull yourself out of a very dangerous position.

The CONTRADICTIONS in your communications are an extreme example of how quickly people are becoming aware that clinging to the way things used to be creates stalemates and extreme instability. Social structures are falling apart, tangled and filled with outages, glitches, hijacking of information – these are all signs of the general CONTRADICTION that the old structures are going through.

To navigate the CONTRADICTIONS ahead effectively will demand extraordinary will power, determination and a strong vision for what you hope to accomplish.

You must now gain an understanding of these divergent forces and better accord yourself with the times. There now exists an atmosphere for misunderstandings or estrangement between men and women. Their inherent polarity is at its peak as they retreat into their own individual natures. That means MODERATION won’t just happen by itself. We need to apply ourselves and be devoted in our efforts to communicate in a moderate, balanced manner.


Communicating Through Moderation Will Put You In a Different Flow of Energy ~

As a general rule, MODERATION is the most sensible flow to follow, especially since so much karma is playing out in the wake of environmental, political and social change. Confusing situations and contradictory mindsets have been fully activated and must be dealt with one way or the other.

Just to clarify what we mean by karma here –
Karma = Cause & Effect
That means – I have a thought. I make a decision. I act on the decision.
Whatever I have followed through on has natural consequences.
Cause & Effect = Karma.

Most people are navigating through one or another of these general karmic patterns:

  1. Getting sucked into a negative malaise of mental, emotional, physical or spiritual decline.
  2. Stuck in a gridlock of hatred or rebellious refusal to change.
  3. Getting scattered or revisiting survival patterns from the past, or
  4. Pulling themselves together into a centered position of empowered authority.

Initial Evaluation: As you softly gaze at this Circle, see which of these patterns you are currently experiencing. Ask yourself:

“Am I generally experiencing pattern #1, 2, 3 or 4?”

It could easily be a mix, depending on your mindset and what stage of the karma you’re living through.

Continue to relax into yourself for a moment or two while you contemplate the answer you get.

Let’s Begin By Calming the Stress in Your Nervous System.

Your nervous system and your ability to communicate are intricately interrelated. Use this Circle for homeostasis to gently collect information about your nervous system and what will help to calm you down.

“I calm down and relax into my breath.”

Take another few minutes to breathe deeply with the intention of coming back into rhythm with your Soul. Listen to your heartbeat and slow down. Let all that external noise from the outside move out.

If you’ve been in traffic, shopping at the super market or watching television, know that your nervous system takes all that in – and often doesn’t know what to do with it.

It would probably help for you to move around, stretch – or make circular movements until you feel your tension releasing. Take all the time you need with this.

 

Restore your sense of Self with this Circle. Gaze at it softly and remember an activity that you’ve always liked – probably something creative that brings you joy. Relax into it or keep moving if you like.

Don’t Forget to Let Go of Your Old Agreements with the Status Quo.

Status Quo of the Old ParadigmThe old paradigm was a system built on extreme greed and exploitation enforced through oppressive social, religious and moral contracts. Most of us are still operating out of them to one degree the other because they’ve been wired into how we go about doing our business.

It would be wise to release our agreements with that system and set up new agreements in the New Paradigm that are generative and life affirming. Especially agreements about how we communicate. This won’t just happen on its own. We need to be proactive and intentional if we want to move out of extreme communications and behavior.

“I uproot my agreements to stay stuck in or comply with harmful communication patterns from the status quo.” 

“I release agreements to communicate through manipulations of the old status quo.” 
(shame, blame, inequity, deceit, greed, prejudice, intimidation, hatred, contradictions, dishonesty, co-dependence, etc.)

Release agreements with extremism and cult behavior.

“I decide to reorganize my communications around simple principles of co-operation, equality and sustainable prosperity.”

Let Go of Agreements to Communicate Through Stagnant Yin Energy.

The flow of Water goes down and follows the path of least resistance. When it accumulates, it can easily get stuck and stagnate.

STAGNANT YIN ENERGY

Whenever this happens, communication becomes far more easily misconstrued, diverted, ambiguous, distorted and wishy-washy. This “stuck” condition relates to current social tendencies such as apathy, ambivalence, resistance, self-pity and laziness.

Think about the difference between how sound travels under Water and how it travels through the Air. Underwater, sounds are slow moving and muffled. You would be wise to release your agreements to utilize this very stagnant energy flow.

Make Some Corrections That Will Help You Communicate With Greater Moderation:

Let Go of Intentions You Don’t Need Anymore.

Check your old intentions with family, friends or business relationships that interfere with your ability to communicate more effectively. Release dishonest or extreme forms of communication like coercion, lashing out, intimidation or hypocrisy. Don’t forget condescension, people pleasing, mansplaining, micro-managing, martyrdom, stuffing or whining. These are all forms of manipulative communication that we’ve come to rely on, even though they don’t help us move forward at all.

Think about communications you’ve received from old jobs or organizations you’ve been involved with over the years – religious institutions, political agendas, educational systems, ways of doing business, etc. You don’t have to hold space for all those confusing, conflicting agendas anymore!

“I let go of out-dated or harmful intentions about ___________.”

“I let go of harmful agendas that others want me to communicate.”

To replace them, consider carefully what new intentions would actually serve you now. Do they need to be clarified, simplified or re-organized? What do you need to have happen for yourself? “Based on my current needs, I need to ____________.”

 

Make Decisions That Communicate Your Worth.

The decisions you make are an important part of the karma you create or are perpetuating. You can make significant changes by letting go of harmful or outdated decisions about yourself that compromise you or the integrity of your word. For example:

  1. The desire to fit in at any cost is one of the most fundamental ways people do harm to themselves. This desire can be so extreme, people often risk their wellbeing by deciding to leave themselves wide open to unscrupulous people who are willing to exploit them.
  2. The decision to hold space for other people or projects could also backfire because the psyche often takes what we say literally and actually tries to hold space or take possession of people, projects or goals that other people are actually responsible for. This is a common mistaken idea that inadvertently causes entanglements and power struggles.
  3. Another example is if we denigrate ourselves by deciding that we’re failures, inadequate, etc. Habitual negative decisions have consequences, especially if they become identities.

Instead of perpetuating that kind of karma, try some of these suggestions or come up with some new decisions of your own:

“I decide to communicate with self-respect and dignity. I am an intelligent, successful communicator.  I value my thoughts, words and deeds.” 

“I decide to let go of extremes. I now communicate in a balanced, moderate way,  based on inner guidance and self-worth.”

“I decide to __________. I am now communicating with moderation.”

“My honest, heartfelt communications have beneficial effects.”

 

Straighten Out Your Karma.

In times of increased confusion and chaos, it’s common for people who want to avoid responsibility to systemically dump their problems and karma onto whoever will accept the blame.

If you’ve been trained to feel anxious when other people are unhappy, you might trap yourself by taking on more than your own karma in a conversation. You can clarify this with the next Circle by asking these questions:

“What is my karma in this situation? What communication am I actually responsible for? How can I set things right in a way that’s actually helpful?”

“I let go of my karmic tendency to take on other people’s karma.
I am clear about what karma is mine and what karma belongs to others.
I let go of the temptation to repeat unpreferred karmic patterns.”

“I utilize my own beneficial karma to communicate _______________.”

 

Detach from Toxic Entanglements.

When we try to handle other peoples karma for them, we are inadvertently complicating things by preventing things from working themselves out naturally. To help you avoid this trap and set things right, use this symbol with the affirmations to release attachments to survival patterns from the past:

“I let go of attachments or obligations to unhealthy forms of communication.”
“I detach from fearful, sticky or toxic energies.”

Think about how you’ve been trained to communicate. Relax and sink into this sequence of DNA symbols that will help you let go of generational trauma around communication:

Can Emotional Stress Affect Your Memory?

Especially when the stakes are high, you need to remember the important things. However, people often times have memory problems when they’re under a lot of emotional stress, especially if they’re highly sensitive. Why is that and what can be done to help?

Emotional Stress If this sounds like you, you are probably overwhelmed by the uncertainty and ungrounded by the sheer amount of information that you feel you have to process. You might be having experiences like the ones below. 

  • Processing difficult news 
  • Feeling weak or mentally exhausted
  • Disoriented due to grief or sudden loss
  • Picking up on other peoples pain
  • Noticing an increase in forgetfulness
  • Getting confused more easily than usual

How Are You Experiencing Disorientation?

1. We’re going to look at several possible reasons why emotional stress might be affecting your memory. One reason could be that you are disoriented due to a sudden recent change. You might also be picking up on other people’s stress. Another possibility could be that your mind has been exposed to an overwhelming amount of information. It helps to be aware of what is involved.

Let this Circle help you gather up any important information involved. Your unconscious mind knows what’s pertinent and what’s not.

You might want to jot down any impressions you notice. However, don’t be surprised if nothing definite comes to you. There may not be any words because the unconscious mind is not linear. 

Just make note of what your experience is for now.

 

What is a Clear Intention That will Help?

2. To help bring your mind into focus, establish a simple and clear intention for this exercise.

“I improve mental acuity and brain function.”

Go ahead and meditate on the center open space of this chart with that intention in mind. Breathe deeply and relax. Don’t try to make anything happen. A relaxed mind will lead you to a more relaxed body!

When the energy of the chart slows down, you’re ready to move onto the next step.

3. The pineal gland is an important part of your brain because of its main function of regulating light and darkness through its production and secretion of melatonin. In addition, the pineal contains light-sensitive cells that control your equilibrium through the circadian cycle of sleep and wakefulness.
Melatonin also supports healthy memory function and reproductive cycles.

Relax and breathe for a minute or two and let this Chakra Key help you clear toxins from your pineal gland so that your natural rhythms and cycles can come into better balance.

4. The hypothalamus is a part of your brain that regulates homeostasis. Through it, you have the ability to maintain inner balance and a calm state of mind. It also regulates a variety of functions including your physical development, digestive health and metabolism.

5. The hippocampus is actually two structures located on either side of the temporal lobe that are involved with memory development, verbal, spacial and directional skills.

Repeat what you just did in the previous steps. Relax and breathe while you gaze at this Chakra Key to clear out toxins and bring both areas of your hippocampus into balance.

Once you’ve really relaxed with it, check in with a question:

“Is there something I’ve forgotten that’s important? More than one?”

Emotional Stress and the Third Eye6. There’s another part of your brain function that taps into the wisdom of your Soul. Some call it the Third Eye Chakra. Through it, the pineal, hippocampus and hypothalamus can connect and work together to enhance learning and create coherent thoughts. Intuition and common sense can then blossom and communicate meaningful insights to your Heart Center.

Keep relaxed and gaze softly at the Circle with each affirmation:

“My common sense and intuition are working together.”

“I receive meaningful insights about my situation.”
“My mind helps me to reduce stress and integrate joy into my life.”

7. Keep relaxed and gaze softly at the Circle with each affirmation:

11. It could be that things are just moving too fast and your mind is trying to keep up. Take a moment to slow down and tune into your Heart Center. Ask yourself:

“What is my heart telling me?”
“Am I worried about something (physical, financial, family issue, etc)?”

“What have I been doing? Has that helped?”
“What do I feel?”

 

How Will Life Be Better Without This Emotional Stress?

12. Your physical body is the foundation for your vitality and your instinct to take care of yourself. Clearing energy, especially in your lower body, will give you strength and support to make necessary changes. Put both feet on the floor to help you ground. Take whatever time you need.

Once you feel stronger, ask yourself:

“What, if anything, am I forgetting about my physical health?
“Is there something I need to remember?”

There’s always more than one way to do things, what new way comes to mind in this case?

 

What Would Keep You Grounded?

13. A strong connection to the Earth gives you support to make the necessary changes and stay balanced at the same time. Put both feet on the floor to help you ground.
If needed, go back to Step 7 and connect with your other chakras.
Take whatever time you need.  

“What do I need to remember?”
“Do I need to change anything?”
“Do I have the connections and resources I need to resolve this stress?”
“What would be involved? Is anything missing?”

 

Ask For Blessings On Your Life Path.

14. Finish by balancing out your Life Path Chakras. They help you stay on your own path and tune into the promptings of your Soul – a very important thing to remember!

“I open up to my potential and stay positive.”

“I stay true to my Souls path.”

You may want to sit with this for quite a while.
Plan to take a walk or relax for a bit out in Nature once you feel ready.

Detaching From Emotional Drama

There are times when you know that you’ve gotten caught up in emotional drama and the best thing for you is to simply let go and “let it be.”

SOS - Detaching from Emotional DramaHowever, “letting it be” in the midst of the kind of emotional drama that’s going around now is not always all that simple!

We’re often advised by well meaning folks to “just take some deep breaths,” “meditate,” “get present by looking at your hands,” “look around at your surroundings” or “go for a walk.” These are all very helpful and certainly not bad advice.

And yet…

What if you’ve tried all that and the tightness, the doubt, the negative thoughts, the nightmares – the intense emotional drama keeps coming back like a magnet and sticking to you like glue? 

As you gaze softly at this Reiki Chakra Key for your Third Eye, ask yourself:

“What is stressing me out?”

 

You may feel like you’re powerless, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

 


Choose to Detach

Sometimes it pays to get really creative with sticky, complicated emotions. This mind exercise is a creative way to use your natural Soul Resources proactively.

Start by gazing softly at the symbol below and just let your mind wander. You can conduct an unconscious search throughout the underlying cogs and mechanisms of your mind. You might even be able to find where the glitch is.

At some point, your attention will settle on an unresolved emotional drama.

Give a name to the emotional drama that’s visiting you right now. Have fun with it. Take whatever name comes to you without judgement.

The name of my emotional drama is “_________________”.

Continue your inquiry:

“What is the false narrative that I’m believing
about myself in this situation?”

 

Use this Circle of #1 Animal Spirits to help you communicate with your emotional drama:

“What are you doing here?” and “How can I help?”

Don’t jump to any conclusions or make concessions. You are merely gathering information.

 

Ask another question using #14 Otter: “What emotional pattern are you diverting my energy to?”

The pattern is called “________________________________”.

On a scale of 1 -100, what percentage of your energy are you currently sending to the pattern?

 

If you don’t want your energy to be sidetracked into that emotional pattern anymore, use this Circle, #32 Condor, and call on her creative life force to let go of old habits and behaviors.

Mind Body IntegrationRelax and let the lines going in towards the center of this Circle go limp and loose. Or, you could melt the pattern like an iceberg melting under the heat of the Sun.

Do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body until your connection to the pattern is completely dissolved.

Deal with Projections

Are unrealistic demands, shame or blame part of that emotional pattern? If so, use #18 Parrot Medicine to find those projections and break them apart. After all, they’re only reflected thoughts. Shatter those thoughts like mirrors in a House Of Mirrors – or echos in a huge Echo Chamber.

You’d be surprised at how many projections there are out there!

Take a deeper look at how often people, organizations, social systems and the media project their expectations on you. No wonder you’re feeling anxious or doubting yourself!

Go ahead and break those projections apart as well. Keep breathing!

“Am I holding onto abusive persons, activities or obligations? Am I ready, willing and able to let them go?

This is where it can help to open and close your hands. Move your body around and shake it off. In your mind, see yourself letting go and sending the abuse to the Light. You’re ready to leave the situation and settle down in a safe place – where you are free from the emotional drama!

 

Get some extra help from this symbol to neutralize any sticky attachments you’ve been feeling…

Keep relaxing until you feel clear.

 

Once you’ve released the stickiness, you want to make sure that this particular pattern doesn’t come back again. Use this image to help you dissolve any destructive mental or emotional patterns from your mindset.

This is a positive way to use projections. Visualize any dark, threatening or heavy energies lifting up and away from you, disappearing into the Light. Keep doing that until you see yourself standing in a beautiful, open field under a clear blue sky!

 

Relax and let the systems that support the emotional drama collapse… it’s time to let them go completely.

 

Resolve to stop the energy drain from your body, mind and spirit. Leave behind harmful habits, distractions and drains:

“I close the door on any drain or strain on my time, space, attention or energy.”

 

Close the doors in your mind that lead to any harmful pathways that are better for you to stay away from.

“All holes are sealed and healed.”

“I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

It may be like there are too many tabs open on your internet browser. Close them all down in your mind so that you may have some peace.

 

Finish by redirecting your energy to your own life; your health, your happiness and peace of mind… 100%!

The I Ching

Through many centuries and contributions from shamans and master teachers, including Lau Tzu and Confucius, the Book of Change was developed into a full philosophy for applying beneficial human conduct to varying circumstances. Understanding the Larger Picture ~

When a roller coaster is being flung this way and that, it’s natural for people to cling onto something they think will stabilize them. However, if they keep grabbing for something that is illusory or no longer there, they will only make the situation worse for everyone.

You may not be aware of how you’re clinging to your own past. It may seem, in your mind, that because things used to work in a certain way, you’ll be safer to return there and that encourages you to grip onto how things used to be even harder. This is a classic survival response and completely understandable.

You may feel safer for a moment, yet if you make the mistake of gripping onto a way of being that can no longer sustain itself, the difficulties you experience will be far greater.

This is the confusing situation the world’s social and political affairs are navigating through.

The I Ching: Navigate Confusion through MODERATION.

The I Ching energy started traveling in a multiple highway pattern on Thursday, March 30th, 2023 and there’s no telling how long it will last.

Of course, that’s happened before many times and when it does, Kuan Yin advises me to “follow the middle road” or the road of MODERATION – the path that is guided from within.

Navigate Confusion through Moderation“In difficult times, it’s usually best to move with the flow of MODERATION, Hexagram #15, where ‘The predominant forces … are in the process of balancing extremes and harmonizing interests.’ ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

The ancient Chinese text describes finding MODERATION as the best way to make progress amidst chaos. The suggestion is to disengage from extremes or opinionated attitudes and then follow the guidance that comes from within instead. In almost any situation, if you are able to walk the middle road between extremes, there will be improvement in whatever you undertake.

Here are selected excerpts from the text of Hexagram #15 MODERATION, as translated by R.L. Wing:

(MODESTY)

“Nature balances itself with plagues, droughts, and cycles of overabundance, and human nature strives toward MODERATION in its tendency to reduce the excesses of the over powerful and to augment the needs of those who are desperately wanting.

Worldly matters can now be brought to success through MODERATION. Leaders should strive to firmly carry their objectives through to completion, not with a show of extraordinary force but with the continuing sincerity that springs from their true natures. Confucius says of this idea, “When a man enters public life he does not change from what he was in private life. How unflinching is his strength!”  The self-evident, self-actualizing demonstration of purpose is the mark of great leaders acting with MODERATION

…Your inner development now requires a modest and sincere attitude. Do not indulge in extremes of any sort, and instead strive for MODERATION in all that you do. *It must be understood that acting with MODERATION means not only limiting the obvious excesses, but also exposing yourself to new areas of experience. Through MODERATION you can now gain some real control over your destiny. In this way you use the balancing tendency of the current forces to center yourself. This inner equilibrium aligns you with the tao, thus bringing you into harmony with forces that can work for you.”

Special advice to note from the Fifth Changing Line: “Despite the mild balance that is reached in MODERATION, it may be necessary to take forceful action to accomplish your aims. This should not be done with a boastful display of power, but with firm, decisive and objective action. Perhaps we could employ the single-minded determination and will power of The Chariot to reform the the myriad of misfortunes we’re experiencing.

The Chariot from the Cosmic Tarot, Todays Intuitive ReadingThe basic meanings for The Chariot card are: forward momentum, action or progressive activity through the balancing of opposing forces.

The image of the charioteer suggests that you be the drivers (mind) in charge of your own vehicle (body) and that you steer with the long view in mind (spiritual). Through determined effort and willpower The Chariot inspires you to take courage as you embark on our journey.

On the reverse side, it could also be a warning that you’re heading for danger. It would be better to “hold your horses” and wait for clarity before moving forward.

Am I in the Driver’s Seat?

Am I driving my own chariot or trying to drive someone else’s?

Is the vehicle I’m using safe and heading in the right direction? Do I need to slow down?
