Todays Intuitive Reading - Moderation

“In times of difficulty and danger, it’s usually best to move with the flow of MODERATION, Hexagram #15, where ‘The predominant forces … are in the process of balancing extremes and harmonizing interests.’ ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing, Random House, NYC, NY, 1979

The ancient Chinese text describes finding MODERATION as the best way to make progress amidst chaos. The suggestion is to disengage from confusing extremes or opinionated attitudes and instead, follow the guidance that comes from within. In almost any situation, if you are able to walk the middle road between extremes, there will be improvement in whatever you undertake.”

Finding Moderation and Following that Path ~

As a general rule, MODERATION is the most sensible flow to follow, especially since so much chaos is playing out in the wake of environmental, political and social change. The karma for deeply held misunderstandings and conflicts has been activated and people are dealing it in a variety of ways.

Most people are navigating through one or another of these general karmic patterns:

  1. Getting pulled into a negative mental, emotional, physical or spiritual decline.
  2. Stubbornly stuck in willful indifference or self-righteous denial.
  3. Elevated by greed, hatred, resentment or revenge.
  4. Getting scattered or lost survival patterns from the past, or
  5. Pulling themselves together into a centered position of balance and stability.

Initial Evaluation: As you softly gaze at this Circle, see which of these patterns you are currently experiencing. Ask yourself:

“Am I generally experiencing pattern #1, 2, 3, 4 or 5?”

It could easily be a mix, depending on your mindset and what stage of the karma you’re living through.

Regardless of what’s happening, you can make your life easier by letting go of old agreements or karma that’s over and done with. This game will help you do that.

First, Let’s Address Conflict that’s Caused by Collective Shock.

Let’s face it. The past decade has been filled with one jarring event after another. Consequential changes are happening daily. Give yourself and others a break by realizing that you might be caught in a reactive pattern because you’ve received so many repeated shocks to your system. See what happens if you look at this Circle and relax for a minute or so. Breathe deeply and imagine that the conflicts in your mind are melting away like ice melting under the light of the Sun.

You may find that your attachment to those reactive patterns could melt away as well!

Finding Moderation in Your Emotional Responses.

Release Your Attachments to the Old Paradigm.

The old status quo was built on extreme and oppressive social, religious and moral dogmas that used force and fear to control others. Most of us are still tapping into that divisiveness in one way or another because we’ve been wired to react to events out of defensiveness (fear), attack (outrage) or submission (giving up).

It would be wise to detach from those ways of handling ourselves because they have lost their ground. To find out if you’re still giving them power, ask yourself:

“Am I unconsciously tapping into extreme emotions?”

Water – Emotional Energy

Remember, emotions are just energy in motion. They are not solid things and they aren’t who you are! Let this Soul Prayer Chart help you find the flow of harmful emotions that are running through your mind so that you can effectively detach from them.

 

The recent change from the Piscean Age (Water) to the Aquarian Age (Air) has caused some instability in how we process our thoughts and emotions. You can decide that your response to events can be more Air based than Water based. Here are some suggested affirmations to use with this diagram:

“I decide to bring my intuition and common sense into balance.”

“I lead with sensible thought rather than emotional reactions.”

“I do my best to keep my mind positive and my intention clear.”

My wellbeing is important and I decide to stay balanced and moderate my responses.”

 

Release Codependent Behaviors.

Protect Yourself from Being Dumped On or Scapegoated.

To Each Their Own

In times of increased conflict and instability, it’s common for people who want to avoid responsibility to systemically dump their issues, problems and karma onto others who they hope will accept the blame.

You don’t have to accept the blame anymore. Send those issues back – to each their own!

People who have a tendency to take on other people’s problems are often mistakenly organizing their life around the problem and being “the fixer.”

If you’ve been trained that you need to be liked or to fix things when other people are unhappy, you can trap yourself by taking on more than your part of a difficult situation. You can clarify this by asking yourself these questions:

“What is my part in this situation?  What am I actually responsible for?”

“Is my desire to help joyful, or has it become twisted in some way?”  

If it’s twisted, relax with the Circle and let it unwind. Now you can find moderation in what’s motivating you.

“What action could I take in this situation that would actually be helpful?”

 

When we buy into codependent behaviors, we are inadvertently complicating matters and preventing things from working themselves out in a simpler, more direct way.

To help you set things right, use this symbol with the affirmations to release attachments to the malaise of codependent and destructive behavior:

“I let go of attachments and blame. I detach from sticky, toxic energies.”

I create autonomy and resilient optimism.”

Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you!

 

This Correction Key will also help. Use these positive affirmations:

“I correct or move past reversals, blockages and jagged energies.”

“I have a clear and direct connection with my Soul.”

 


Let Go of Harmful Karmic Agreements and Energies.

Use this Soul Contract Circle to help you identify and release any social, familial or religious agreements that prevent you from being present for yourself or that pull you out of balance. Simply gaze softly at the Circle while you use the affirmations. 

“I release any agreement that says I’m powerless or have no choice.”

“I release all agreements to allow myself to be shamed, blamed or manipulated in any way.”

“I let go of my agreements to stay stuck in or comply with harmful behaviors associated with the old paradigm.” (extremism, slavery, deceit, greed, prejudice, intimidation, control, manipulation, dishonesty, people pleasing, etc.)

“I stay away from _____________.”  “I can say ‘no’ to ___________.”
“I clarify my priorities and communicate them directly, with kindness.”
“I have autonomy over my body, my mind, my energy and how I use them.”

Let Go of Intentions That You Don’t Need Anymore.

Release yourself from intentions with family, friends or business relationships that cause conflict and block your ability to move forward freely. Consider old jobs, organizations you’ve been involved with – religious institutions, political agendas, completed projects, hobbies, places you’ve lived, modes of transportation, ways of communicating or doing business, etc.

“I let go of out-dated, extreme or conflicting intentions that are harmful to me.”

What intentions will actually serve you now? Do they need to be clarified, simplified or re-organized? What do you need to have happen for yourself?

“My intentions are moderate, helpful and life affirming.”

 

Unearth Old Emotional Garbage and Karmic Patterns.

Use this symbol for Dissolving Destructive Blueprints to identify and release any mental or emotional patterns that are causing you harm. See the Light opening up so that you can surrender them:

“I gather destructive patterns or energies and release them to the Light.
I dissolve my connection to them, so that they may be set free and transformed.”

Please note: Never send pain or harmful energies into the Earth to be neutralized, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of life, health and happiness – not death, illness and unhappiness!

Close the Door on Harmful Paths or Unnecessary Suffering.

Finish this part of the game by closing the door on harmful activities, agendas and pathways that lead back to unhealthy patterns. Take all the time you need. There are probably a lot of them.

“All doors and pathways that lead to suffering are sealed and healed.”
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

Congratulations! You will probably want to take a short break to move around and let all this integrate. Come back in a few minutes, so you can apply all this newfound freedom to your future!

 

Refocus Your Energy to Clarify Your Priorities.

Visualize what’s truly important to you in the center open space of this Circle. Do you feel uncentered? Is your energy scattered? If so, take a moment to center yourself in your solar plexus area and aim your energy in the center open space like a bull’s eye.  

“I center myself and consciously direct my energy towards truly beneficial activities and priorities.”

Don’t forget to include appropriate rest, fun and relaxation!

 

Recalibrate Your Energy to Truly Support What You Need Now.

Devote your energy to finding MODERATION in how you use your energy.

“I connect with my Heart Center and am guided by my true Spiritual Source.”

“I exist and am empowered to create a hopeful future and ________.”

 

Finish by Invoking Protection and Clarity of Mind:

Gaze softly at this symbol for Divine Protection and generative life force in the New Paradigm. 

“I close down all harmful energy channels from the past.”

“I learn to utilize the generative flow of chi’ to successfully manifest and communicate.”

Welcome to the Middle Road! You probably feel much more balance. Go back to the Initial Evaluation for the game and see what has changed.

If you feel complete, congratulations! Go out for a walk to integrate and get grounded.

If you feel incomplete, you can continue to the Extra-intuitive Activities part of this process and let go of a few extreme collective mindsets that can get in the way of finding MODERATION:

There are several other decisions to explore that might really improve how you’re dealing with your situation.

Extreme #1: The need to be liked and approved of by others.

Here is the prime example, ‘Being liked = being important and having purpose.’ You might want to let go of that, because this is a terrible time to base your self-worth on how other people react to you.

“I decide that my worth comes from within. I let go of the need for approval.”

“I build my relationships out of sincere goodwill from my heart, not from projected expectations of self-importance.”

 

Extreme #2: The ‘more is better’ or ‘bigger is better’ syndrome.

For example: The Sun is good, however too much Sun causes cancer. Butter is good, yet too much butter causes weight gain, etc. Another social meme that explains the mindset is: ‘The sky is the limit. I want it all now, so I should be able to have it all now!’ 

“I am clear about who I am and what’s in my best interest.

“I decide that clear, MODERATE limits enhance my wellbeing.”

Use this Circle like a mirror and clear away any markings or old graffiti that obscure the pure energy signature of your Soul.

 

 

Extreme #3: The ‘I’m not doing enough/doing too much” dichotomy.

Finding MODERATION means putting in just the right amount of effort to get the desired result. Think Goldilocks – not too much and not too little… just right.

If you’re uncomfortable because you’re feeling blocked or scattered, there may be a good reason. Do you know what it is? Suddenly heading off into fifteen different directions will probably backfire on you badly.

If you’re sending your energy in too many directions, stop and regain your center. Thoughtful consideration about what you really need is what’s most important now.

“What do I really need to focus on right now? What will help me do that?”

Now that you’ve made choices about finding moderation you can bring order and new happiness into your environment!”

“There are times when none of our efforts to solve a problem have been effective and the way out of DANGER is blocked. Often, all that you may do is wait. Yet, even when that is the case, there are still things that you can do to become more aware of yourself by learning from DANGER

‘Frequent encounters with DANGER are a part of life. Beyond making you inwardly strong, familiarity with DANGER, like the near brush of death, can instill in you a profound awareness of the life force and the mysterious nature of the cosmos. Such heightened awareness can bring new meaning, determination and richness into your life.’ ~The I Ching Workbook, R.L Wing

Generally, the text from Hexagram #29 talks about DANGER that exists in your immediate environment. Responding correctly is really about Right Action – knowing when and how to take action with clarity of mind. Sometimes it’s best to take minimal action or do nothing at all. Awareness and keeping your wits about you are really the keys.”

Learning from Danger – A Transformation Game

This Game uses the Intuitive Learning Circles to help you gain a deeper understanding of the dangers facing you. You may know that something’s wrong and not be able to specify the details of what you need to be aware of. This game can help you identify it.  Or, you may have awareness of the danger, but not know what to do about it. In addition, your desires could be leading you into danger time and time again and you’re not learning from it. You can use this game to explore what that’s about and see if there’s something you can do to transcend the habit.


Step One: Access Your Gut Instincts.

Simply relax and gaze softly at this Reiki Chakra Key to open and balance your Third Chakra located at your Solar Plexus (the soft area in the front where your ribs go up).

In times of danger, it’s not unusual for the chakra system to get pulled out of balance. Let this Soul Star Detachment Key help you clear your energy field of toxins. Relax and mend any energetic wounds that are associated with toxic materials such as smoke, chemicals, heavy energies or viruses. 

Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.

Step Two: Balance Your Senses.

When DANGER is present, It’s essential to see things as they really are. See if you can remedy any “blind spots” or confusion by gazing softly at this Reiki Chakra Key for the five senses, together with these positive affirmations:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I use them to be present and make sense of my current conditions and environment.”

“They help me to clear blind spots and confusion.”

“I use them to be aware of DANGER and find helpful solutions.”

Step Three: Connect with Your Instinctual Nature.

Tune into your psyche, your instincts and your connection to the natural world. Make a commitment to pay attention to signals from Nature and learn to respect the power of Mother Earth’s energies.

“I connect with my natural instincts, my timing and Soul resources.”

“I pay attention to my environment and allow it to inform me about elements of concern.”

Step Four: Slow down.

Danger often comes from being in too much of a hurry and trying to push our way through. Sometimes, it’s the opposite – we’re not taking action when we know in our hearts that it’s in our best interest to do so!

Gaze softly at the Circle to help you slow down and unwind any confusion around what’s really important. Take several deep breaths. Keep inhaling and exhaling until you’ve relaxed and your mind has slowed down.

“I slow down and allow my true priorities to reveal themselves.”

Step Five: Uncover Your Awareness of the Danger.

Gently contemplate this Circle that accesses your intuition and unconscious awareness of a danger you are facing now. Imagine that you can gather up that inner library of experience and see what kind of knowledge comes forward.

Take your time and let the information emerge. Ask yourself:

“What is the real danger about? Is something about to happen? Is there anything or anyone in my environment that is dangerous to me or others? If so, where are they and what affect are they having?”

“Are there any extreme or narcissistic behaviors that I need to be aware of?

“Am I returning to harmful energy patterns from the old paradigm that are interfering with my ability to handle this situation to my best ability?”

“Is there some kind of negative influence hovering over one of my projects?”

 

“Am I allowing my emotional reactions to pull me out of balance?”
“If so, how is that affecting me?”
“Does that tendency put me in any DANGER?”

WATER – the Emotional Element

It can help to remember that emotions are merely energy in motion and they don’t belong to anyone. They just exist.
Whatever you decide about an emotion or group of emotions is what gives you agency over them. If you decide that you have authority over how you respond to emotions you also have power over your actions and the consequences of those actions.
If you decide that you are powerless over emotions, you are like a rudderless boat in a sea of chaos.

 

Six Six: Ask for Empowerment from Your Source.

Empower your ability to respond to emotional energy and the DANGER that may be present in an effective way.
Use Divine Connection from Soul Prayer Charts to tap into the personal power that comes from your Source.

“I exist and am empowered to control my actions for my protection and benefit.”
“I come from a place of Gratitude and Joy, rather than fear or vengeance.”

 

Step Seven: See it Calmly and With Discernment.

First, let’s make a couple of corrections that will improve your awareness of your situation…

Is any part of you getting caught up in harmful power games? If so, breathe deeply and gaze at this DNA symbol from Kuan Yin. The more relaxed you are, the better these work. Use the positive affirmations to help:

“I let go of harmful manipulations and power ploys.”

“I decide to accept responsibility for my own decisions.”

 

If you’re having trouble seeing your way or understanding the DANGER, relax with this symbol.

“I cut through the smoke screen that blocks clear perception.”

 

Do you have a tendency to make things harder than they need to be? If so, imagine a wall of thorny tangles surrounding you and blocking you in.
Then, just imagine them dissolving or melting away..
Remember to relax and gaze at the symbol softly, both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body for best results.
“I release thorny complications and conflicts.”
“I stop trying to make things more complicated than they are.”

“I decide to allow simple solutions for my problems.”
“I am open to and embrace simplicity.”

 

Imagine that you are surrounded with a soft blanket of protection.

“I receive a divine sense of safety from the Divine Masculine and Feminine In all aspects of my life.”

 

Imagine that a beautiful, golden DNA strand is connecting in with your heart, giving you strength and resilience. Keep relaxing with these affirmations:

“I ask the Divine Feminine and Masculine to assist me in times of
fear and violence.”

“I hold the victory of Love in mind.”

 

Step Eight: Dissolve Destructive Blueprints.

Imagine that the symbol below can help you clear destructive patterns that may be blocking or threatening you. Lift them completely off of you and send them to the Light.

“I dissolve the dangerous imprints of ________ and any connection I have ever had to them. I clear my field of destructive habits and the mental / emotional patterns that cause them. I send them all to the Light.” 

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!

 

Step Nine: Apply Clear Perception to What’s Happening Now.

The DANGER may be upsetting. Don’t get carried away (remember that viruses and other destructive energies feed off of strong emotions). 

So, breathe with this Circle and let it help you adjust the volume and bring your senses back to a comfortable level. They could have bumped up too high, too loud or intense. If it helps, you can use these affirmations:

“I calm down and get back into balance. I connect with my common sense. I perceive things as they are.”

 

Step Ten: Adapt to the Changes In Your Environment.

This symbol provides an interface and filter to assist us in making the functional transition from the old paradigm of Water (Piscean Age) to the New Paradigm Air (Aquarian Age).

“I close down any harmful energies that I might still be open to. I have Divine Protection.”

“I am open to receiving generative life force. I connect with new, improved
lines of communication. I am learning to apply this beneficial energy to my life.”

This would be a good time to take a break. Get some water. Walk around. Stretch. Let this integrate before you continue…

 

Step Eleven: Clarify the Right Action(s) to Take.

Use this Circle to help you identify possible solutions that you can honestly take upon yourself without placing yourself in further, unnecessary danger. Explore different scenarios until you find a response that makes sense.

“What is an action I could take that would be genuinely helpful to me?”

“Is there something in particular that I need to refrain from?”

 

“Is there something else I need to learn from danger in this situation?”

“What else do I need to nourish myself appropriately?”

Butterfly Medicine

Make a note of the suggestions that come. Times of danger can be filled with distractions that make it easy to forget. 

 

‘Am I centered and putting out the kind of intention that will bring the results I really want?”

If not, use this affirmation with the Circle and see if you can change it:

“I put out __________ in alignment with my highest good and __________ is returned to me.”

 

 

Step Twelve: Repair and Refocus Your Auras.

At the end of a game like this, it’s important to make sure that any holes or tears in your auras are repaired and refocused, especially when there are so many chaotic toxins floating around!

“My auras are sealed, repaired and refocused.”
“The healing protection for my body is strengthened.”


Gaze at this chart both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body to make sure they are completely repaired.

 

Step Thirteen: To manage yourself well in dangerous times, be sure that you are grounded and centered in the New Paradigm.

Get your feet on the ground and connect with the positive energy of Mother Earth.

 

Step Fourteen: Close the Doors to Actions that Would Invite Further Danger.

Your unconscious mind knows what’s helpful and what’s harmful to your body, mind and spirit. It’s time to close the door on any harmful pathways that are still open in your mind. See them disappear, as if they were never there.

“All harmful pathways are sealed and healed.”

“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

Clear Perception – a Mind Exercise

Intuitive Guidance Using the Loyalty and Clear Perception of Dog Medicine:

Your gut instinct is an awesome inner guidance system and has access to all kinds of information that you’re not consciously aware of. The only trick is that you need to be paying attention! Luckily, you can learn to use Dog Medicine with this Mind Exercise to hone your intuitive abilities and develop clear perception about where you’re heading.

If You Want To Navigate Your Journey with Clear Perception, You Need to Know When You’re Heading in the Wrong Direction and What To Do About It ~

There are several reasons why you might be unconsciously heading in the wrong direction.

For example, your senses may have gotten all knocked out of balance. 

With so much going on, it’s easy to be distracted and confused by all the intense change and contradictions that are going on around you.

Fortunately, dog energy works incredibly well to help you with your inner guidance system – warning you to slow down and get your feet back under you.

Gaze softly at this Reiki Chakra Key to get your bearings again. Take a minute or two to consciously gather up all your senses and really connect with them for greater awareness. 

 

Another possibility could be that your energy is having a difficult time adjusting to all the significant environmental changes that are taking place. Sudden reversals, blockages and changes in momentum can cause our subtle energy fields to react in unusual ways.

Your energy may be scattered because you’ve been so stressed. So much is  going to change. Because of that, your timing could be off, causing you to jump ahead before it’s a good idea to do so.

Take a moment and bring yourself back into the present. Open and close your hands, take a look at the date and time. Remember your name, the city you’re in or how old you are. Doing these things can really help you get present and aware of what’s actually going on around you.

Once you feel present, ask yourself:

“Am I jumping to any conclusions about my situation?”

If your answer is “yes,” stop and reconsider before you make any moves. Retrace your steps and see where the error is.
Taking steps one at a time is essential whenever you’re in unfamiliar territory! What else might you need to be aware of?

 

You may have gotten disconnected from your true Self and instinctual nature.
Use the Circle to help you reconnect so that you can get back in touch with your gut instincts, your environment and the things that really matter.

Once you feel connected again, ask yourself:
“Am I getting instinctual messages about things I’m doing or not doing?”
“Is there any part of me that’s holding onto old energy, operating out of falsehoods or keeping me unhappy?”
If your answer is “yes” to that last question, it would be wise to stop and follow the guidance you get if you can.

 

Finally, your energy could be misdirected. We can use intuition to guide us properly, or we can misuse it by giving into wishful thinking, illusion, paranoia or buying into the agendas of those who would love to sell us up the river with false claims.

Do you sense any holes that you’re about to fall into? Is there an old habit that needs to be deconstructed or something that’s draining your energy?

When your intuition and instinct are in balance, you have a much better chance of catching things that you really need to watch out for.

So, before you step into the great unknown, it would greatly behoove you to take a few more minutes to go through this centering exercise, Develop Clear Perception. This is where you can make friends with dog energy to get all kinds of insight and guidance as you take your next steps. 

Slow Down and Get Your Feet Firmly Planted On the Ground ~

Gaze softly at the center open space of this Circle while you go through a few positive affirmations. If there’s a question, just be open to your gut response.

“I slow down because things may be moving too fast for me to sense the truth.”

“I’m willing to admit I don’t know what’s going on. Asking for help is a blessing.”

“Is my inner guidance sending me a warning?”

“Do I need to let go of something? Change something?”

“Do my instincts want to redirect my attention to a solution or something else?”

“In either case, am I willing to listen and learn?”

You may be surprised at the answers that are coming to you. If it didn’t work, relax! You can go back and do it again. Journaling is often a help.

Be sure to check the directions again and follow them if you’re not sure.

 

Use this next Circle in the same way with this affirmation:

“I allow clear perception to heighten my instincts and intuition.”

Then ask:

“Am I willing to trust in the power of balanced intuition and instinct?”

“Is the ‘vibe’ around me helpful or harmful?”

Very interesting, isn’t it? We instinctively know when the “vibe” is right or wrong, but we often don’t trust the messages we get. We doubt and second-guess ourselves or we might willfully ignore our inner guidance system and try to force our way through.

 Look at the Circle again and ask,
“Am I heading in the direction of my best interest?”
“Am I making decisions that are in my best interests?”
“Am I taking actions that are helpful, harmful, misguided or simply ineffective?”
If you’re not clear yet, keep going with the exercise. You may need a few more easy corrections before the truth emerges.

Clear Perception and Being Present

Often, how well we listen to our inner guidance is affected by how present we are in our bodies. It’s called gut instinct because when we’re really present, we can feel it in our solar plexus (the soft area in the front where our ribs go up).

In times of confusion and stress, the solar plexus chakra can close down or get blocked off. Use this Chakra Key to make sure it’s open and functioning properly.

 

You can use the

Grounding Your Essence Chart to help you become more centered and aware in that solar plexus area. Just relax and breathe while you gently look at it for a few minutes with the positive affirmations below. Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you embody your experience…

“I detach from confusion and chaotic energy.”
“I am present, upright and facing forward. I am willing to hear the truth.”
“I maintain a position that keeps me balanced, centered and grounded in the truth.”

Once you’ve finished centering yourself, hopefully, you’re feeling much better!

Use Dog Medicine to Handle Your Agreements Appropriately:

Another big reason why we might get off track is when there’s a problem with an agreement or commitment we’ve entered into on some level. In this busy, modern life, people tend to take their agreements too lightly and don’t realize how important their word is.

Perhaps paying attention to what we say seems like too much effort or too complicated. Yet, if you really want to be be loyal to yourself, being clear about your word and your agreements is super important. Especially agreements that you’ve made with yourself!

An agreement is an investment of your energy.

Are you investing your energy in something that is no longer viable? Are you investing your emotional energy into something (or someone) that would be harmful to you?

Here’s some tips about how to handle agreements successfully:

  1. You can keep your agreements and stick with what you previously decided.
  2. You can release agreements when they’re complete or no longer serve you.
  3. Or, you can consciously re-negotiate them when they need to be updated.

By the way, it’s also a good idea to pay attention if someone hasn’t been keeping their agreements with you. If that’s happening, it’s best to deal with the indiscretion asap. When we allow someone to break their word with us and then say or do nothing about it, we lose our own integrity by being disloyal to ourselves.

An agreement is an investment of your energy.

Are you investing your energy in something that is no longer viable? Are you investing your emotional energy into something (or someone) that would be harmful to you?

Stay Calm and Take a Few Deep Breaths ~

It’s okay. Our situations are changing at a rapid pace and so are our priorities. To help you identify problem agreements, use this Circle to help you slow down again. Focus on yourself and your current goals. Ask yourself:

“Have I been trying to keep agreements that are harmful to me? Is it time to renegotiate a pertinent agreement?” or “Am I overlooking an important agreement that I need to follow through on?”

If so, can you tell what those agreements are about? Take all the time you need with this… what insights do you get? If you ignore them, they may turn around and bite you!

 

Use this Soul Contract Circle to imagine that any harmful agreements you may have are like contracts that can be melted down to adjust for what’s needed or burned up entirely. Use the Circle to visualize all harmful contracts interacting with a sacred, violet flame. Here’s some affirmations to assist you if you like:

SOS - Develop Healthy BoundariesMany people, especially those who are highly sensitive or empathic, want to learn how to develop healthy boundaries because they are so open to thoughts and energies coming from other people. Sometimes those thoughts get attached in their minds and spin around, causing a great deal of discomfort.

If the pathways remain open, all kinds of trouble (karma, issues, illness or confusion) can pass back and forth between people without their awareness. If left unchecked, this type of attachment can manifest in negativity, sudden and mysterious illnesses, mental confusion, issues with prosperity or chronic states of overwhelm.

It’s a valuable skill to know how to shift your energy and Develop Healthy Boundaries.

Self-care Formula #4 from SOS – Soul Oriented Solutions uses affirmations and the Intuitive Learning Circles to help you learn to consciously close off the pathways to  negative thoughts or emotions and shift into a more positive mindset. Here’s an example of how it works. Simply gaze softly at the Circle while you contemplate each of these positive affirmations:

Here’s how it works: Find a quiet place if possible, where you won’t be disturbed. Follow the sequence of symbols while you read their accompanying instructions. Gaze gently at each Circle for about two minutes. A longer or shorter time may be necessary.

Let yourself breathe and relax as much as possible. Don’t worry if the images move around or change in any way. That just means the Circles are working and that your mind and body are relaxing.
Be sure to go through the entire formula and at the end, give yourself time to rest and integrate.

Developing a quiet mind and light heart changes your perspective and that makes it easier to follow through with your true priorities.

Gently contemplate each step for clarity and better boundaries…


Step 1. Balance

Begin by consciously breathing in on the count of three and slowly exhaling on the count of five. It’s helpful if you can breathe in through your nose. Do that three or four times while you gaze softly at the Circle.
Continue breathing and bring your awareness to your tailbone.

What do you need to get in balance about?

 

Step 2: Decision

In order to develop healthy boundaries, there is a decision that you need to make for yourself. Be clear about what you actually want for yourself and how you’re responding in this situation. State it directly and decisively.
Note: Negative or wishy-washy requests get negative, wishy-washy results. Overly idealistic or ambitious requests tend to create chaos and overwhelm.
Think it through and write down a positive declaration for yourself.

What results do you actually want to experience?

 

Step 3. Letting Go

Your decision probably brings up conflicts. Use this Circle to melt away any hard thoughts, feelings or resistance that blocks your ability to see things clearly and take action.
The key is to relax into whatever you’re feeling and breathe. You can imagine that the lines in the Circle are going limp and moving around like wet noodles.

What tension or worry do you need to let go of?

 

Step 4. Protection

This symbol will help you develop healthy boundaries by providing an improved  interface with your environment. We all need assistance in making the transition from the old paradigm of Water (Piscean Age) to the New Paradigm of Air (Aquarian Age). Relax and close down all heavy or destructive energy channels that your mind or body may be open and vulnerable to.

Do you feel a sense of protection?

Continue to contemplate the symbol both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body until you feel protection all around.

 

Step 5. Natural Instincts

Now that you’re more relaxed, use this Circle to gather up your natural gifts, talents and instincts that will help you reclaim and strengthen your boundaries.
Make sure you’ve got your feet on the ground so that you can get back in touch with the things that really matter. Activate your gut instincts, engage your Essence and the power that comes from your Soul.

What will help you connect with your instincts?

 

Step 6. Intention

Give yourself permission to slow down and focus your energy on your intention. Turn your attention to what really needs to happen. 

For example, you’ll want to know if you’re internalizing something or if you’re trying to take care of something that isn’t yours to be concerned with.

What is the necessary information I need to gather from my unconscious mind?

Don’t worry. You don’t need to have it all figured out. The issue may be too confusing to make sense of it yet.
Just let the Circle help you percolate what’s involved with this boundary issue.

 

Step 7. Soul Color

You may be taking on other peoples vibration without being aware of it.
Using your own Soul color and vibration will strengthen your autonomy, integrity and good health. To help you find it, remember a time when you successfully manifested something physical. What color comes to mind?

“I recognize my Souls unique color vibration.”
“I know who I am. I distinguish my energy from the energy of others.”

“All aspects of my Essence are willing to utilize my Soul color for success.”

 

Step 8. Centering

Connect your decision with the strength and integrity of your Soul. Bring in your Soul Color and conscious awareness to amplify this affirmation:

“I decide to connect with the truth of my Soul and love my Self.”

When you’re ready, notice where you are in your room or environment.
What is to the left of you and what is to the right of you?

Make sure that you’re centered in your own body.
“I am inside of me. Everything else is outside.”

 

Step 9. Empowerment

Empower your ability to follow through with your decision.

“I exist and am empowered through my Souls connection.”
“I nourish myself with Soul knowing and heart wisdom.”
“I am empowered to take good care of myself and develop healthy boundaries.”

Continue by making your own affirmations that apply to your decision:
“I am empowered to _____________.”

 

Step 10. Calm

Keep breathing with your belly soft and relaxed. Let your shoulders drop. Continue using your Soul color with this Chart to expel excess energy from your nervous system. Slow down and clear away noise, clutter and static.
Come back into the calm and rhythm of your Soul.

What thoughts help to relax you? 

 

Step 11. Repair

If you’re having trouble, this Key can help you correct any blockages, rough static, glitches or reversals that might be causing trouble in your energy field.
Relax with it for a few minutes until things smooth out.
Be sure to do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

 

Step 12. Perception

It helps to see things the way they really are.
Gaze softly at this Circle and imagine you can turn down the feelings or thoughts that are turned up too high or too low, just like the volume on a radio.

“I decide to perceive this situation clearly and calmly.”

What are you seeing differently about this situation?

 

Step 13. Change

 In order to follow through with manifesting healthy boundaries, some things are going to have to change. Identify what needs to happen:

“Does something need to change?”
“What do I need to do differently to develop healthy boundaries?”
“What actions would help me?”

If you’re not clear yet, keep going with the exercise.
You may need a few more easy corrections before the truth emerges.

 

Step 14. Resolution

You probably need to change some agreements or do some things differently. To help you find out what they are, examine what causes confusion for you when you consider these affirmations:

“I decide to stay centered and follow through on the highest good.”
“My health and happiness are important.”
“I easily deflect foreign energies and other peoples thoughts or expectations.”

There is always more than one way to approach a situation.
What new approach do you need to take? What agreements need to change?

 

Step 15. Detachment

There may be attachments or karmic entanglements blocking your solution.
Use this Soul Star Chakra Key to detach from them. Relax and meditate on for several minutes. Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.

Are you willing to neutralize interfering energies and detach from them?
If not, are you willing to change the agreement that binds you to them?

 

Step 16. Freedom

Allow this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to clear out underlying patterns of confusion, abuse and harmful karmic relationships out of your mind.
Let any remaining heaviness or karmic entanglements around this situation lift up and out of you.

If not, imagine that your Soul is turning you to face the right direction.

 

Step 18. Clean Up

A necessary part of having healthy boundaries is in making sure that we don’t get sucked back into unhealthy dynamics, otherwise, we’ll just get entangled again!
Take the time now to deconstruct any leftover habits and shut down any leaks that have been draining your energy. Fill in any voids with loving gratitude.

Step 17. Completion

Finally, you want to make sure that you’re no longer connected through entanglements that keep you connected to old places or behaviors you don’t want to go back to anymore. Allow this Circle to make sure you’re free of harmful ties, cords or vows to continue participating in abuse:

“I let go of all harmful vows or obligations
to be connected to dangerous energies or abusive situations.”

Congratulations! Give yourself time to rest and integrate.
Take a walk or enjoy some time out in Nature.

Grounding in the Truth

Many people realize how important grounding in the truth is because external power struggles can so easily uproot us from the truth about what’s best for us.

Staying centered requires that you know how to use the power of your mind to control your own energy.

To find out if this Mind Exercise can help you, gaze at the symbol in this picture for a moment and ask:

  •  Are you having difficulty getting and staying grounded?
  •  Do you feel caught up in a power struggle?
  •  Do you need to disconnect from a meddling or intrusive person?
  •  Are you feeling trapped by other peoples agendas?
  •  Have you been wasting energy on the past?
  •  Are you worrying or fearful about the future?
  •  Is it hard to think straight or get dependable guidance?

Here’s how Grounding in the Truth works:

Put both feet flat on the floor and start with your arms and legs uncrossed. Simply gaze softly at the images while you repeat the affirmations that go with them for several minutes. Relax and breathe. Here’s an example:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I use them to be present and aware so that I can actualize my Soul’s purpose.”

“I use them to help me protect myself and resolve my concerns appropriately.”

“I am aware of what’s most important.”

 

In times of difficulty CONFLICT or CONTRADICTION, your energy might feel very jagged or erratic. Take a moment to smooth things out with this Correction Key.

You will probably feel a lot of energy moving – that’s all right. It just means that the Circles are working to focus your mind and clean up your energy.

You will know you’re done when the energy calms down and you can begin to feel the energy of your Soul coming through. Then you can move on to the remaining Circles with each of their affirmations to complete the process.

Once you’re done, remember to relax and allow your energy to settle.

Step Three ~ Self-determination

Engage with your potential and bring it into positive balance. Breathe deeply with these affirmations: 

“I open up to my positive potential.”

“I follow my own life path.” 

“I bring ease and flow into my true life’s path.”

 

Step Four – Soul Guidance

Continue to relax with your breath and affirm to yourself:

“I reclaim the energy, power and gifts of my Soul.”

“I use them to be present and alert.”

“I integrate them to create my Soul’s true purpose.”

 

Step Five – Centering

Bring your awareness and vibe to your heart center and keep breathing:

“I am centered and my energy radiates out.”

“I open to my inner guidance and am present with it.”

“I connect my heart center to Love, joy and gratitude.”

“My core is protected and my energy is my own.”

 

Step Six – Balance

Take all the time you need with the Earth Chakra Key until you feel stable and balanced. See if you can still feel your Soul Vibration.

Are you using the kind of emotions or energies that will take you where you want to go?

 

Step Eight – Truth

Empower yourself to make the necessary changes:

”I exist. What I say and do matters.”

“I am empowered to create and maintain healthy boundaries.”

“My life is my own.”

“I am empowered to maintain my own Soul’s purpose and path.”

Step Nine: Integration

To help you integrate, gaze softly at this symbol with these affirmations:

“I close down all harmful energy channels.”

You’ll know that the harmful channels are closed when the emotional chaos and mental chatter stops. Once that happens, confirm:

“I allow myself to receive generative life force and connect with life affirming channels of communication.”

Cross and uncross your hands over the midline of your body as many times as you like until the transformation feels complete.

 

Step Eight: To Each Their Own

Gracefully release all issues, karma and emotional baggage that don’t belong with you:

“I surrender other people’s issues, emotions and karma so I can uncross my own path.”

Once that feels complete, call back what genuinely belongs with you:

“I set things right so that I may move forward in peace.”

 

Step Ten: Completion

Close off the doors and pathways that lead you away from your Soul’s intended path. While gazing at the Circle, imagine any holes or pathways that might have come open during this meditation. They are the ones that are finished and you are done with.

“All completed holes and pathways are healed and sealed.”

“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

Congratulations! Your energy is more your own and you’ll have a much easier time staying grounded now. Remember, a person whose energy is balanced and grounded benefits everyone. Be sure to take some time to relax and rest.

Welcome to the I Ching Reading and Transformation Game for:

Hexagram # 17 – ADAPTING by Simplifying Your Life

Simplify Your Life - A Transformation Game“Simplicity is the path of inner direction and self worth. Examine your goals and the standards you have set for yourself. If they are unworthy, inefficient or nonexistent, it will be difficult to make significant progress in a productive direction. ADAPTING your mindset and how you’re using your energy is the appropriate response at this time. Use your inner wisdom to adjust to the realities of your new environment. See things through the lens of common sense and inner guidance. Dispense with ungrounded over-indulgences in whatever form they take.

Divine Love - Simplify Your LifeTo clear away complications and wasted effort, it may be necessary for you to refocus and look at your situation from a more objective perspective. You may even find that you need to get out of your own way! As you re-examine your efforts, remember the strength and power that lives within you. By ADAPTING to your new awareness and simplifying your life, you will find many unexpected rewards.”

This Game is made up of Intuitive Learning Circles, pertinent questions and positive affirmations that will:

    • give you a new perspective
    • activate your heart wisdom and
    • help you ADAPT to a simpler mindset by clearing up mental and emotional clutter.

Some questions to consider as you play Simplify Your Life are:

Old Soul

“Am I making things more complicated than they need to be?”

“Am I wasting my time and energy chasing after too many things?” or

“How can I simplify the way I’m approaching certain projects or relationships?”

If you contemplate one or more of these questions for a few minutes and then go through the game, you’ll be able to shift your attitude and refocus your mind very quickly.


Why Simplify Your Life?

“The pressures of life seem to increase everyday so we need to find guidance that comes from a reliable source. Go through the sequence anytime you feel scattered or overwhelmed. By going within and allowing your Inner Guidance to show you the way, you can simplify your life, make productive decisions and move forward with greater self confidence while you let the chaos take a back seat.”

How to Play Simplify Your Life:

Simply look at the sequence of Circles below while you ponder the questions or positive affirmations that go with them.

Mind Body Integration

Mind Body IntegrationFor best results, look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.

Take a few breaths and relax. Use a soft focus to help you go within and access new energy and clarity. What you do with the information you come up with is up to you!

Simplify Your Life:

1. To begin, look at this symbol with a soft, relaxed gaze. Repeat to yourself several times:

“I am ready, willing and able to shift my perception from scattered to focused  –  from complexity to simplicity – from ineffective to effective priorities.”

Imagine your life is like a movie and that your camera is filming it from a certain angle. Allow your Inner Guidance to pull the camera back and move it to an entirely different angle. Focus in on this new perspective like a close up in a movie.

 

2. While looking at this next Circle, think about the different activities you are engaged in. Ask yourself:

“Am I putting too much pressure on myself?”

“Am I spreading myself too thin?”

“Am I going after too many things?”

“Have I been seeing this situation honestly?”

 

3. Notice if the whole situation makes you feel anxious or uneasy. Breathe a few times and allow this Circle to help you to calm down and see more clearly.

Imagine you can adjust the settings on your senses – like brightness and color on a camera.
“I see things calmly and with clear perception, through the lens of my Soul.”

 

4. Use this symbol from Reiki Chakra Keys to open and balance your Third Eye Chakra. You can do this by gently gazing into the Key while you relax and breathe for a minute or two. Use this positive affirmation to help:

“I open up to my intuition and common sense so that I can become aware of what I truly need.” 

 

5. Use this Reiki Chakra Key to open and balance your Fourth Chakra located at the center of your chest. You can do this by focusing your attention on the Circle while you relax and breathe for a few moments. 

Once you feel more open and at peace, ask for help from your Soul resources.

 

 

6. Now that you’ve cleared up some of your misperceptions, you can use these next few Circles to help you separate fact from fiction. Start by asking yourself:

“What percentage of the work that I’m doing is actually benefitting me?”

“Are there any dangerous assumptions I’m making that are actually a waste of my time and pulling me off track?”

If so, can you name what they are?

Does it seem as though you’re just circling around and around without getting what’s really important done? Are you being as direct and efficient as you could be? Are you exhausted and pushing too hard?

Describe what your experience has been like.

 

7. Visualize what you’re trying to accomplish:

“Is there clutter I could clear up that would help me get back on track?”

If so, is it your clutter or someone else’s? If it belongs to someone else, use the Circle to visualize sweeping it all up and sending it to the Light so that it can go to wherever it belongs. 

 

8. Slow down and ask yourself for more clarity:
“What affect am I having on those around me?”

“Are there any activities I’m involved in that are counter productive or even obsolete?”
If so, can you name what they are?

Am I wasting energy and time due to lack of focus?”

“Is there some confusion that needs to be cleared up?

Are there other issues that I need to be aware of?”

Continue your inquiry until you’re pretty sure you know what’s happening.

 

9. Now it’s time to clear some epigenetic patterns. Relax for a minute and tune into your solar plexus area.
Is there something about the situation that reminds you of the way your family sometimes behaves?
How about someone else that you know? If so, are you willing to let it go?
Gently visualize letting that energy go to the Light and disappearing.

 

 

10. Take your time and use this Circle to clear confusion or complexities out of your mind. You may see them as a million details, numbers, calculations or just a bunch of heavy smoke.

“I clear away the smoke screen so I can see what would actually help me.”

 

11. Relax with this image and affirmation for a minute or two.

“I am willing and able to let go of complications and simplify my life.”

 

 

 

12. As you gaze softly at this symbol from Divine Nature Activated, imagine that you can clear up the communication lines between your mind and your body.

    • If communication lines seem tangled up, see them going to the Sun and disappearing. 
    • If communication seems outdated, see your internal system upgrading.
    • If you seem disconnected, imagine your communication lines straightening out and connecting properly within yourself and the outside world.

(You’ll want  to do this while you’re both crossed and uncrossed over the mid-line of your body).

 

 

13. Once you’re perceiving things more clearly, ask another question:

“What am I struggling with and am I willing to let it go?”

If you are willing, go ahead and send it to the Light as you did with the others.

If you’re not willing to let it go, at least you now know what’s really going on.

 

 

14. Once you’ve gone through the DNA clearing section of the game, see if you can use this Circle to focus on what’s really important.
Take your time and let everything come together in the center, blank space of the Circle.
“I focus on what’s really important.”

You may want to write down what comes to you.

 

15. Now that you’ve gone through the Simplify Your Life Game, see if you can use the Throat Chakra Key to give voice to what’s really important.

“I  access my true voice and can express what I truly need. 

I need to _______________.”

 

16. Place your intention in the middle of this Circle and consciously send your energy towards it for improved manifesting. Just like aiming at a bull’s eye!

 

 

17. Help yourself to move forward in the right direction by using this Circle to seal and heal all the holes that may drain your energy or lead you back into distractions and complications.

“All holes are sealed and healed.”

“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”

 

18. Finish the game by making sure that your aura is repaired and strong – a finishing step that will improve your health and focus even more!

 

Congratulations!

Thank yourself for taking the time today to clarify between things that are helpful and those that aren’t. You’ve given voice to what’s important right now and as a result, saved yourself a lot of time and trouble. Not only that, you’ve let go of some epigenetic patterning that’s been cluttering up the situation. This is a positive step in the right direction!

Bring the energy of gratitude in and let it connect with an inner fountain of gratitude that lives in your heart.

“I am empowered to simplify my life. I am ready, willing and able to follow through on my true priorities.”

Now is a good time to take a walk or go out into Nature to help this all integrate. Be prepared for new ideas and solutions to make their way towards you.
