When a person is feeling uncertain about the best thing to do, it can significantly raise the level of anxiety they’re experiencing. Getting relief can sometimes be as simple as being open to a different perception about what’s going on. When one consciously calls upon their inner wisdom and aligns their instincts with intuition, amazing insights can emerge.
If you’re getting nervous about a delicate situation or feel that you may not be seeing it correctly, explore how you can reorient yourself and open up to new ideas with Soul Healing.

How Are You Experiencing Disorientation?
1. We’re going to look at several possible reasons why emotional stress might be affecting your memory. One reason could be that you are disoriented due to a sudden recent change. You might also be picking up on other people’s stress. Another possibility could be that your mind has been exposed to an overwhelming amount of information or static energy. It helps to be aware of what is involved.
Let this Circle help you gather up any important information involved. Your unconscious mind knows what’s pertinent and what’s not.
You might want to jot down any impressions you notice.However, don’t be surprised if nothing definite comes to you. There may not be any words because the unconscious mind is not linear.
Just make note of what your experience is for now.

3. The pineal gland is an important part of your brain because of its main function of regulating light and darkness through the production and secretion of melatonin. In addition, the pineal contains light-sensitive cells that control your equilibrium through the circadian cycle of sleep and wakefulness.
Melatonin also supports healthy memory function and reproductive cycles.
Relax and breathe for a minute or two and let this Chakra Key help you clear toxins from your pineal gland so that your natural rhythms and cycles can come into better balance.

6. The hippocampus is actually two structures located on either side of the temporal lobe that are involved with memory development, verbal, spacial and directional skills.

You’ve been wishing things were different, but the difficulty has more to do with the company you’ve been keeping. It’s time to ask for help in finding others who share your values and goals. This is how you will find the appropriate answers and encouragement. When you move in circles of like-minded people, the light of each individual is magnified and becomes a part of an enormous collective energy.
If you’re feeling alone and unsafe, it’s very possible that you haven’t chosen the best circles to travel in. Learn to choose friends and companions that know how to nourish themselves appropriately. That way, you’ll be able to give freely and be given to in return.
Be cautioned though, sometimes a group can get caught up in retrograde movements, pulling them downward into a spiraling cascade of illness and bad luck. The ocean depths are filled with predators who dangle bright lights and shiny objects to capture their dinner. Know when an innocent adventure has turned dangerous.
The natural environment for tropical fish is one of light, color and abundant life. Gaze softly at the Circle and ask your Soul, “Am I traveling out of my depth?” If the answer you get is “yes,”it’s time to gather yourself up with all your natural gifts, talents and skills. Then, allow your Soul to lead you towards your natural and intended environment.
It may be that you’ve been expecting the worst in life and getting it. You could be participating in malicious gossip or allowing yourself to be bothered by the gossip of others. If so, you’re blocking the flow of prosperity and giving yourself an abundance of bad luck instead. The proper remedy is to compassionately forgive yourself and move into gentler waters.
If you have already thought any of the above or heard it from others whom you trust, it’s time to really stop and pay attention. You are doing yourself harm. Still the mind and listen to your heart.

Improve Self-Perception by Having a Clear Throat Chakra ~
Many people don’t realize how important and inter-related the chakras are to our physical, mental and emotional health. Take, for example, having a clear Throat Chakra.
This energy center is about communication and is important to the function of our thyroid / parathyroid glands. Plus, it affects the respiratory system. It also influences our abilities of expression and creativity. The color vibration of a balanced and healthy throat chakra is blue – as in “true blue.”
If you’d like to experience greater confidence about how you’re communicating, this short Mind Exercise could help.
Let’s start out by using the Reiki Chakra Key to relax and tune into the fifth primary chakra found at the throat.
Ask yourself if there’s anything that you’re afraid to say or talk about. Are you having any communication issues?
The Challenge Chakra Key is located nearby just under the chin on the soft, fleshy part of your throat. It helps you to access your Free Will to choose and accept the challenges of life. Gaze softly at the Key using these affirmations:
“My free will is intact. I am a priority. I invest in myself. My highest good is a priority.”
Release agreements to keep holding onto grudges, energy drains and injustices. Then gaze at the Key and affirm:
“I have the Will to communicate clearly and _______. I am free to choose ____________.”
Remember that the Key will may move, vibrate or change colors – that just means that the correction or clearing is happening. This may take some time because the Keys affect other subtle energy systems as well, like the meridians.
Once the Key calms down, continue with the next Key.
The Expression Chakra Key below can help you understand how this lack of clear expression or Free Will is affecting you. It can also help you identify what you would like to change so you can improve self confidence and be the person you want to be.
Relax with it and gently tune into how you are moving through your world. Is there something you’d like to change about how you’re communicating in your current situation?
“How am I communicating when it comes to this situation?” “Can I tell how I might like to communicate differently?”

Having Clear Chakras Works with Your Agreements to Help You Create Your Physical, Mental and Emotional Health.
That includes the contracts or agreements you hold around your self-image. For example; there could be people, places or organizations that affect how you express yourself in a negative way. Those relationships may not be over, but it might be a good idea for them to change! Free up your energy with this Soul Contract Circle by letting go of those agreements.

Release sub-conscious agreements to hold onto old behaviors and emotional drama.

Make a new agreement to connect through Joy and Gratitude, rather than Greed and Revenge.
When your chakras can source from a positive life force, Divine Connection is possible and preferable.

Continue the clearing by accessing your Heart or Fourth Chakra, located in the middle of your chest.

The next sequence of symbols are from Divine Nature Activated which will help you release negative conditioning and detach from that frequency on an epigenetic level. The key is to relax as much as possible while looking at each symbol.
