If you’re trying to do it all yourself, you’re causing yourself unnecessary stress, exhaustion and burnout. Hand over some parts of the process to others who can assist.
Finally, Praying Mantis would like to help you improve your intuition by developing what’s called “peripheral vision.” Start by gazing softly at the center of the Circle and bring yourself into a powerful trance-like focus. Keep your eyes there on the Circle while you gently expand your awareness into the space around you. Notice the noises and activity going on in your environment. If you practice this kind of empowered focus regularly, you’ll help yourself in more ways than you know.
