Soul Healing for Anxiety
A New Perspective on Soul Healing from an Old Friend.

Soul Healing for Anxiety
Use Soul Healing when you’re feeling anxious and uncertain because you:
- Feel anxious about an important decision
- Want to expand your awareness
- Have doubts about how to proceed
- Are confused in a chaotic situation
- Are experiencing a creative block
- Feel you’re being pulled in conflicting directions
- Desire clearer guidance from your Soul.
When a person is feeling uncertain about the best thing to do, it can significantly raise the level of anxiety they’re experiencing. Getting relief can sometimes be as simple as being open to a different perception about what’s going on. When one consciously calls upon their inner wisdom and aligns their instincts with intuition, amazing insights can emerge.
If you’re getting nervous about a delicate situation or feel that you may not be seeing it correctly, explore how you can reorient yourself and open up to new ideas with Soul Healing.
Set aside about twenty to thirty minutes. Go through each step by reading its directions and then gazing at the Circle that goes with it for approximately two minutes. A longer or shorter time may be necessary. Let yourself breathe and relax as much as possible. Don’t worry if the images move around or change in any way. That just means the Circles are working.
Your emotional state might change as well. That also means the Circles are working. Just keep breathing and let the energy move. Once it calms down you’ll be ready to continue to the next Circle.

Soul Healing for Clarity and Wholeness
1. Let’s start by setting an intention to protect yourself in this situation. Take a few moments with Jaguar Medicine to imagine yourself safely surrounded by a sphere of strength and courage.
You are protected and able to take care of yourself.
2. Old Sol will help you to connect with your inner wisdom and Soul guidance. Let it help you get to the source of what’s happening and how you might increase your awareness.
Relax and breathe deeply.
What is the core of your issue?
What other information do you get?
If your mind has gone blank and you don’t get any ideas, go directly to the next Circle.
3. You may feel a lot of conflict over this issue or you might even have experienced a shock that blocks your ability to perceive things clearly. Take several deep breaths and relax while you gaze softly at Condor Medicine to release shock and inner conflict.
“I relax and allow any tension or blockages to melt away.”
Once you have a sense that your mind has found a blockage, imagine that the lines going in towards the center are relaxing, like cooked spaghetti noodles.
Keep relaxing with other blockages or conflicts and do the same with them.
4. Bring your senses into balance by gazing softly at this Reiki Chakra Key that accesses your Rational Senses.
Imagine you can clear the pipes for seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting and smelling the things that are in your immediate surroundings.

5. There may be some especially sticky energies that don’t seem to want to let go. Let this Soul Star Detachment Key help you neutralize interfering energies and detach from them.
Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.

6. You might also be having a difficult time adjusting to all the significant environmental changes that are taking place. Sudden changes can cause the subtle energy fields to react in unusual ways.
As you look at this Soul Star Correction Key, do you notice any rough glitches or reversed energies going on?
Relax with it for a few minutes until things smooth out and you can begin to sense the energy of your Soul coming through.
Repair any jagged or disjointed glitches in your sensory system.
7. Elevated emotions are often caused by distressing experiences that knock the senses out of balance.
When you’re relaxed, your senses can balance out and create a more harmonious state of mind. This softer, lighter way of being has a way of untangling problems and stress.
Use this simple affirmation with River Medicine to help you slow down in a way that helps you to reduce feelings of anxiety and overwhelm.

8. The familiar vibration of your Soul is definitely a big help to evaluating things clearly. Stay relaxed and let your mind drift to a time when you were very happy or had successfully accomplished an important physical goal.

If you can make the feeling or color stronger and it feels comfortable, you’ve found your Soul’s unique vibration.
Operating out of your own vibration has the power to transform chaos and confusion into opportunities to create health, harmony and happiness.
9. Take a few moments to clarify your intention through the Fifth Chakra, also known as your Third Eye. Focus inwardly on what’s most important for you. Remember to keep breathing!
If you direct the energy in towards the center open space of the Key, you can bring your true intentions more fully into the center of your conscious awareness.
You might be surprised at how distracted you’ve been.
10. Clear perception using Soul guidance is an internal communication. Focus in on your heart center and wait for the energy get connected and balanced.
Again, it initially helps to direct your attention in towards the center open space of the Chakra Key.
Once you’ve found the connection, breathe and relax. Allow the energy to shift and open. Eventually you’ll be able to sense your Soul energy expanding and radiating out.
It may take a minute or two to connect with your inner Light.
Take a few minutes to help the energy clear even more with this Soul Star for the Heart Chakra. Breathe and relax until you sense positive energy radiating out.
11. Make sure you’re centered and balanced in your solar plexus as well (your solar plexus is that soft area in the front where your ribs go up).
When the Third Chakra gets clogged up, your sense of Self can suffer. Clearing it out boosts self-confidence and cheerfulness.

The correction is made when you can palpably feel more present and calm in that area.
There could be a lot of old, even non-existent connections there that need to be expelled to facilitate soul healing.

Once the strings have relaxed and unwound, pull back and ask your Soul to help you find a simple and joyful response that would be of genuine service to you. Would it be helpful to others as well?

Can Emotional Stress Affect Your Memory?
Especially when the stakes are high, you need to remember the important things. However, it’s not unusual for people to have temporary memory problems or glitches in their thinking when they’re under a lot of emotional stress, especially if they’re highly sensitive.
It could be that you’ve become overwhelmed by the uncertainty of life and the future. Or, you may have gotten ungrounded by the sheer amount of information that you feel you have to process.
You might also be:
- Disoriented due to grief or sudden loss
- Going through a major emotional transition
- Having difficulty processing new information
- Feeling weak or mentally exhausted
- Picking up on other peoples pain
- Noticing an increase in forgetfulness
- Getting confused more easily than usual.

Before beginning, it helps to be aware of the new channels of life force that are available to help us adapt to all the changes going on.
Divine Protection is a gift from Reiki that provides a protective interface with those new channels. Most of us need assistance in making the transition from the old paradigm of Water (Piscean Age) into the new Paradigm of Air (Aquarian Age). Relax and close down all heavy or destructive energy channels that your mind or body may be open and vulnerable to.

Emotional Stress That Affects Memory ~
How Are You Experiencing Disorientation?
1. We’re going to look at several possible reasons why emotional stress could effect your memory. One reason could be that you’re disoriented due to a sudden recent change. Or, you might be tuning into destructive energies in your environment, which includes picking up on other people’s emotional states. Another possibility could be that you’ve been exposed to an overwhelming amount of information, chemicals or static energy.
It helps to be aware of what’s involved.
Let Stingray Medicine help you gather up any important information about your experience. Your unconscious mind knows what’s pertinent and what’s not.
You might want to jot down any impressions you get. However, don’t be surprised if nothing definite comes to you. There may not be any words because the unconscious mind is not linear.
Just make note of what your experience is for now.
What is a Clear Intention That will Help?
2. To help bring your body, mind and Soul into a cooperative focus, establish a simple and clear intention for this exercise:
“I improve my brain function and mental acuity which includes thought, memory, and my senses, especially vision and hearing.”
Go ahead and meditate on the center open space of this chart with that intention in mind. It may help to gently bring the energy in towards the center.
Breathe deeply and relax.
A relaxed mind will lead you to a more relaxed body!
When the energy of the chart balances out, you’re ready to move onto the next step.
What Would You Like to Shine Light On?
3. The pineal gland is an important part of your brain because of its main function of regulating light and darkness through the production and secretion of melatonin. In addition, the pineal contains light-sensitive cells that control your equilibrium through the circadian cycle of sleep and wakefulness.
Melatonin also supports healthy memory function and reproductive cycles.
Relax and breathe for a minute or two. Let this Chakra Key help you clear toxins from your pineal gland and make repairs so that your natural rhythms and cycles can come into better balance.

4. Emotional stress can cause significant internal and external changes. Sudden reversals, blockages and changes in momentum can cause your energy to react in unusual ways.

5. The hypothalamus is a part of your brain that regulates homeostasis. Through it, you have the ability to maintain inner balance and a calm state of mind. It also regulates a variety of functions including your physical development, digestive health and metabolism.

Allow this Chakra Key to help you clear and balance your hypothalamus.
What Would You Like to Remember?
6. The hippocampus is actually two structures located on either side of the temporal lobe that are involved with memory development, verbal, spacial and directional skills.
Repeat what you just did in the previous steps. Relax and breathe while you gaze at this Chakra Key to clear out toxins and bring both areas of your hippocampus into balance.
Once the energy has calmed down, check in with these questions:
“Is there something I’ve forgotten that’s important? More than one?”
“Is there something I need to forget?”
Remembering too many things can also cause stress. Make a note of what comes to you and continue with your mind exercise.
What Would Bring You More Ease?
7. There’s another part of your brain that taps into the wisdom of your Soul. Some call it the Third Eye Chakra. Through it, the pineal, hippocampus and hypothalamus can connect and work together to enhance learning and create coherent thoughts. Intuition and common sense can then blossom and communicate meaningful insights to your Heart Center.
Keep relaxed and gaze softly at the Reiki Chakra Key with each affirmation:
“My common sense and intuition are connected and working together.”
“I receive meaningful insights about my situation.”
“My mind helps me to reduce stress and integrate joy into my life.”
Where is your Attention?
8. Things are working differently now. Energize and balance the Chakras for your senses to help you get a clear perspective on what you want and need to do.
“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”
“I fine tune them so I can concentrate my attention on what matters.”
“My senses help me to be aware of interference, obstacles and mistaken ideas.”

13. It could be that things are just moving too fast and your mind is trying to keep up. Take a moment to slow down and tune into your Heart Center.
Bring it into balance first.
Once you feel balanced and connected, ask yourself:
“What is my Heart Center telling me?”
“Am I worried about something (physical, financial, family issue, etc)?”
“What have I been doing? Has that helped? What do I feel?”
If you need to, go back to Step 8 and connect your Heart Chakra with Your Third Eye Chakra. Then, make sure they both have their Divine Protection filters.
How Will Life Be Better Without This Emotional Stress?
14. Your physical body is the foundation for your vitality and your instinct to take care of yourself. Clearing the energy around the Root Chakra in your lower body, will give you strength and support to make necessary changes.
“I strengthen my connection to my physical health.”
Once you feel stronger, ask yourself:
“What, if anything, am I forgetting about my physical health?
“Is there something I need to remember?”
“Do I need to install Divine Protection in my Root Chakra?”
If you need to go back to Step 8 and connect with your other chakras, do that now.
What Would Keep You Grounded?
15. A strong connection to the Earth through your Earth Chakra gives you support to make the necessary changes and stay balanced at the same time. Put both feet on the floor to help you ground.
If needed, go back to Step 8 and connect with your other chakras.
Take whatever time you need.
Once you’re centered and grounded, ask yourself:
“What do I need remember?
“Do I need to change anything?”
“Do I have the connections and resources I need to resolve this stress?”
“What would be involved? Is anything missing?”
Ask For Blessings On Your Life Path.
16. Finish by balancing out your Life Path Chakras. They help you stay on your path and tune into your own karma and the promptings of your Soul – a very important thing to remember!
“I open up to my potential and stay positive.”
“I stay true to my Soul’s path.”
You may want to sit with this for awhile or soak in a hot bath with Epsom salts or Sea Salt to detox.
Make a plan to exercise or take a relaxing walk out in Nature once you feel ready. Releasing emotional stress takes patience, time and space.

This is a great healing meditation to go through while moving or stretching. I love to do it while I’m walking a treadmill or riding a recumbent bike. Lately, because of the increased pathogens in the atmosphere, I‘ve been guided to go through it on an “as needed” basis. One common sign that you need this formula would be if your electronics start going haywire. Your own unstable polarity could be interacting with your equipment! Self-care Formula: Clearing the Polarity of Your Chakras ~
There are hundreds of chakras located throughout the human body. Aside from the seven basic chakras that are well known, there are secondary spiritual chakras activating new levels of consciousness and essential chakras that govern the proper functioning of your body. That means every organ, gland and joint has at least one chakra. When the polarity of one or more of these chakras go out of sync with the others, you may feel unstable or off balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Electromagnetic stress and virus’s like the coronavirus can cause the chakras to go out of balance.
When you spend a lot of time around technology, it’s easy to build up a toxic load of EMF’s in your energy system. The online magazine, Healthline lists possible reactions to EMF’s including: disturbances in your sleep, including insomnia, headache, depression and depressive symptoms, tiredness and fatigue, dysesthesia (a painful, often itchy sensation), lack of concentration, changes in memory, dizziness, irritability, loss of appetite and weight loss, restlessness and anxiety, nausea, skin burning, tingling and changes in the electrical activity of the brain.
Although the symptoms are vague and hard to diagnose, people suffering from electro-magnetic poisoning can experience significant disturbances in their mental health and physical wellbeing.
So, how can we expel toxins and electromagnetic stress?
First, you want to make sure that your energy system is cleared of all the little “shocks” and fixations.
- On a mental level, these fixations often show up as rigid or dogmatic thinking.
- Emotionally, you can get stuck in a low vibration, like fear.
- On a physical level, the fixations show up as chronic tension derived from conflicts we’re holding onto.
- Spiritually, you might be clinging to dogma that’s preventing you from being as happy as you could be.
If you’ve been feeling stuck in any of these ways, this exercise could help.
To shake those fixations up a bit, imagine that you can use the Intuitive Learning Circle to help you relax and let all the lines going in towards the center of the Circle go loose and limp. Or you can imagine that there’s an iceberg of tension melting away. Let these positive affirmations help you:
“I relax and release chronic tension from my body. I let go of conflicts.”
“I soften my thoughts around extremes or rigid behavior.”
“I relax and melt away the fear and tension in accordance with my highest good.”
Take your time and move around if you feel the need. Be sure to breathe deeply and often!
Once you’ve done that, you should feel your system beginning to relax. Next, set a simple intention about polarity. For example:
“This is a clearing for me to balance my chakra system so that it’s flowing in harmony with life affirming polarity.”
Start going through the different Circles for the chakras in the order laid out below. Spend approximately a minute or two meditating on each symbol. The Reiki Chakra Keys are helping you to shift harmful polarity and let go of electro-magnetic poisoning. I use them to beam Reiki and move stagnation or viral energies out of my system!
You’ll probably feel a lot of energy moving. That’s all right, it simply means the symbols are working with Reiki energy to cleanse toxins out of your chakras and then balance them.
As you meditate on each Key, consciously visualize the toxic energy clearing out and going to the Sun. That way, you can be sure that you’re not dumping debris on others or our precious Earth. You will know you’re done when the energy calms down. Then you can move on to the next Key. At the end of the sequence, additional Circles from Gifts from the Rainforest will help you get your energy settled and grounded.
Please note: It’s time to stop sending destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not chaos and death!
So, let’s get started with Part One!
Begin with the Fourth Chakra Key (Heart): Think about someone or something that you love very much. Feel that tender feeling in the center of your chest. This is where the Fourth Chakra is located and its energy radiates out, like a star with “Yang” energy.
A balanced and clear Fourth Chakra vibrates with the color GREEN. This is the center of your Being and the focal point for a healthy chakra system in the New Paradigm. It’s often called the Heart Chakra (please note that you have other chakras that bring energy in and out of your actual physical heart and their polarity generally runs more Yin or receptive). To balance the polarity in your 4th chakra, gaze at the Circle while using this affirmation:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
Visualize any toxins or electromagnetic debris going to the Light.
Next, gaze at the Fifth Chakra Key for the chakra located at your Throat:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Fifth Chakra vibrates with the color BLUE. Visualize any blockages or heaviness going to the Sun.
Continue with the Sixth Chakra Key for your Third Eye at the center of your forehead:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Sixth Chakra vibrates with the color Purple. Send toxic energy out and to the Sun.
At the top of your head is the Seventh Chakra Key, often called the Crown Chakra:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Seventh Chakra vibrates with the color WHITE. Feel the toxic energy moving up, out of the Crown Chakra like a fountain and going to the Sun. Continue until you feel calm and stable.
Keep moving up now and imagine an energy center located about 2″ up from the top of your Crown Chakra. This is what I call your Soul Chakra and it connects you with your Soul energy coming from the Divine Mind:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Soul Chakra vibrates with your unique Soul COLOR. Let the positive energy of your Soul calm and strengthen your entire system. It helps for you to think about activities and things you’ve created that fill you with joy!
Just above your Soul Chakra is the Divine Mind Chakra, which transmits Divine Love energy through your unique connection with Divine Source.
“I connect with my Divine Mind Chakra to receive pure, Source energy.”
Your Life Path Chakras are positioned on either side of the Crown Chakra about one inch out. These chakras carry your potential coming into this lifetime.
“These chakras flow with positive, life affirming polarity.”
When the polarity between these two chakras are positive and balanced, a treasure chest of gifts is unlocked that can help you on your path. Keep breathing!
Take a moment to dissolve any buildup of toxins with this symbol.
Consciously relax and then tune in for a minute. Visualize the toxic energy clearing out of you and going to the Light.
You will know you’re done when the energy calms down.
Then you can move on to the second part of the clearing!
Part Two:
Now that you’ve balanced the upper chakras, let’s move down to the center of your body to the Third Chakra, located at your solar plexus (the soft area where your ribs go up):
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Third Chakra vibrates with the color YELLOW. Remember to let the chakra relax and release any stuck or fixated energy, sending it to the Light.
About 2″ below your navel is the Second Chakra:
It’s also known as the Spleen Chakra because of its deep connections with emotions, nourishment and immunity. View this symbol to help you adapt to the appropriate structure, function and connectivity needed for your health at this time:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Second Chakra resonates with the color ORANGE. Visualize any toxic energy or entanglements going to the Light.
Next, let’s clear your First Chakra located at the base of your pelvis (sometimes called the Root or Sacral chakra).
It may be time for you to release some old connections to harmful patterns from the past:
“This chakra is connected and flowing with life affirming polarity.”
A balanced and clear Root Chakra vibrates with the color RED. Visualize any heaviness, illness or toxic energy expelling to the Light.
Now its time to connect with the Earth Chakra, located directly below your feet:
“I connect with Mother Earth and am grounded in life nourishing energy.”
A balanced and clear Earth Chakra vibrates with your unique energy signature or Soul Color. Consciously feel your feet joyously connecting to the ground.
As we finish this clearing, let’s strengthen the hara lines that connect all the chakras, like a beautiful web of life.
“The hara lines between my chakras are mending, healing and strengthening.”
Imagine that these tiny lines are healing themselves throughout your body and reorganizing around optimal health.
Finally, take a moment to let everything blend and flow together while you keep your feet on the floor to finish grounding.
“My energy is flowing in harmony and grounding in life affirming polarity.”
Congratulations!
You’ve balanced the polarity of the seven primary chakras and connected additional chakras that will enhance your health, intuition, personal growth and creativity. Now, your energy will be much clearer – more stable and grounded. Remember, a person whose energy is balanced and grounded benefits everyone. Be sure to take some time to relax and rest.
Go through this process as often as you need to. Let it help you stabilize from extreme weather events recent changes in the Universe.

How Well Are You Nourishing Yourself?
Evaluate How You’re Nourishing Yourself in the New Paradigm ~
Kuan Yin has been helping us through these I Ching Readings to transition from the old economic paradigm based on greed and fear to a new paradigm of co-operation and balanced prosperity. Today, her advice about NOURISHING comes from the I Ching, an ancient book of divination that follows the flow of the cosmos. Because of that, her advice and instruction comes from a different perspective than ours.
To help you better connect with her assistance, she uses the Intuitive Learning Circles to communicate with you through meditation, positive affirmations and visualization. Here’s an example that could help you tune into how you’re nourishing yourself:
“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”
“I focus them to be aware of my own body and how I’m taking care of myself.”
“I gain clear awareness of what beneficial energies and actions could nourish me in present time.”
“I become aware of blockages and healthy ways to remedy them.”

Welcome to the I Ching Reading and Transformation Game for: Hexagram # 27 – Nourishing
Did you know that your body knows a lot about what it needs and how well you’re nourishing yourself?
Part One: Physical and Emotional Nourishment
For example, your Second Chakra is deeply connected to your emotions, your digestion and immunity. It has a lot of information about how you’re NOURISHING yourself on these levels and what you might do to improve. However, during times of high stress or illness, communication can get blocked from your conscious awareness, making it hard to hear what your body is trying to tell you. Take a moment and relax with this Reiki Chakra Key for your Second Chakra to help you tune in and listen. Use the affirmations if they help or come up with one of your own.
“I allow free flowing, life affirming energy to nourish my Second Chakra.”
“I intend to get clear information about my health and how well I’m nourishing myself.”
There are several ways that the Second Chakra can get blocked. One is inappropriate nourishment. Perhaps you’re eating the wrong foods for you at this time or you could be taking in toxic elements from your environment, including pollution, chemicals, electro-magnetics, illness or other harmful energies.
See if this Circle can help you bring your awareness in to check for those energies. Yes or no, are you picking up:
Any foods that are causing problems?
A problem in the water you’re drinking?
Something in the air that you’re breathing?
Disturbing frequencies, electro-magnetics, chemicals, illness or
other harmful energies?
Make notes for yourself so that you don’t forget and can do some research.
You may need to clear your primary chakras of harmful electro-magnetic frequencies. If so, there is an advanced exercise for that – go here>
You may be having a problem because you’re not yet fully grounded in the New Paradigm based on Common Ground for the Common Good. Meditate gently on the template below to help yourself get acclimated and aligned with this new mindset.
There might be some kind of karmic entanglement, an emotional conflict or outright danger in your environment. Could any of those issues be present for you right now?
Could you be trying to process somebody else’s emotions?
If so, ask yourself a few pertinent questions:
What would be the purpose in processing someone else’s emotions?
Is continuing to nourish yourself in this way a good idea?
How long has it been going on?
How much damage has been done?
Are you ready and willing to put a stop to it now?
Your Second Chakra could also get blocked if you’re over-indulging in something that’s generally good for you when taken in moderate amounts.
To better determine if something like that is happening with you, experiment with Tree Sloth, one of our favorite Intuitive Learning Circles for slowing down and focusing on what’s really important. Use this medicine to focus in on how you are nourishing yourself.
“I slow down and turn my attention towards my basic needs.”
So, How Are You Currently Seeing Your Needs?
You can use Maslov’s Hierarchy of Needs as a model to help you assess your priorities. Are they in balance?
The triangle may be upside down, distorted or out of focus. The levels could be out of order or a level could be missing entirely. It might not even seem that it fits at all! Use the symbol to the upper right corner of the pyramid to help you set things right.
“I set things right so that how I nourish myself physically and emotionally actually fits my current needs.”
You may need to change some agreements about how you prioritize your needs. For example, you might have an unconscious agreement to sacrifice your health or wellbeing for others. Or, you may have a tendency to cut yourself off from genuinely helpful people and resources. Of course, you may choose to do that. However, it’s a different matter if you’re inadvertently harming yourself against your will! Visualize any agreements that contradict your highest good burning up in a cleansing violet flame.
“I release all agreements to revert back to the past or harmful ways of being.”
“I let go of martyrdom or sacrificing any part of my health or wellbeing.”
“I decide to connect with genuine help and find better ways to take care of myself.”
Make other new agreements that would be helpful to you now…
“It would benefit me to ______________.”
Please note: There have been a lot of changes in the general energy of the planet and in how we need to adapt to it. Old ways of functioning are passing out of existence and other, more beneficial ways need to be strengthened. This is a good time to release your agreements with those old ways as well…
“I release all agreements to nourish or support the patriarchal imprint of control, hatred, exploitation and inequality.”
“I strengthen and nourish the Common Good based on Common Ground.”
“I close down harmful energy channels that drain my vitality, like no win situations, assumptions and diminishing returns.”
“My mind and body are open and clear to receive generative life force.”
“I release all agreements to source from or attach to the channel of fear, greed and revenge.”
“I now source from and integrate with Joy and Gratitude.”
Now that you’ve made those updates, you’re ready to continue…
Evaluate How You’re Nourishing Yourself.
When your priorities are clearer, you can get more accurate information about how to nourish yourself. If you follow the directions, you can get all kinds of answers that could really help out. All you have to do is relax and gaze softly at the center open space of this Circle while you ask yourself a few questions.
Use a scale of one to ten to evaluate what’s going on (one being lousy and ten being great!). Be sure to listen to your body and be receptive to the answers that come.
Use a scale of “One to Ten”:
“How am I nourishing myself nutritionally? Am I taking in too much of something? Is there something I’m not getting enough of? Is there something I need to put some LIMITATIONS on?
What about how I’m emotionally nourishing myself?
What about nourishing my spiritual connection?
Am I giving myself positive, helpful mental input?
How well am I taking care of my body’s needs for exercise, rest, fresh air?”
Use this Symbol to Consciously Bring in Your Soul’s Unique Energy Signature.
“I relax and align myself with the true signature and imprint of my Soul.”
“I clear away imprints that obscure who I really am, like old graffiti markings.”
“I recognize my true signature, just as I recognize my signature on a document.”
Continue Your Evaluation and Consciously Put Together a New Awareness.
Bring together the puzzle pieces that come directly from your Soul. For help, ask yourself:
“Am I missing anything? What could I really use?”
“What do I need to do to put this all together?”
“What is the best way to proceed?”
Keep crossing and uncrossing your arms or legs until some clear guidance comes. Also, make a note of it so that you don’t forget.

Take all the time you need.

Connect with New, Life Affirming Channels of Communication.
Install this symbol like a sort of filter for the Second Chakra.

Congratulations! You’ve just set the stage to let go of harmful energies and emotions and begin moving in the direction of NOURISHING yourself appropriately. Be sure to take time to rest and integrate this process. Take a walk or get out into nature if you can!
