Sort Things Out for a Successful Plan
This Tutorial for the Power Circle will help you determine whether you’re ready to organize your intention into a plan or whether you need to step back and sort things out first.
Kuan Yin has been co-creating with us to find a peaceful way for us to manifest our goals called “The Power Circle of Life – Ten Stages of Natural Physical Manifestation.” This process has been inspired by Reiki, Tibetan Energy Work, Feng Shui and Hawaiian Huna, and has been developed for those who truly desire to experience the abundance and joy of surrendering to the flow of creativity or “happiness”.
The purpose of each Stage in the Power Circle of Life is to illuminate how you can be more in the energy flow of Happiness in any situation and use the natural cycles of nature together with the true nature of your Soul to create your heart’s desires.
In this Tutorial, you will get examples of some of the common pitfalls that could be interfering with your ability to manifest…
STAGE 6: Organization – Refine and Prioritize
This Exercise is for when we’re at the stage when we need to outline an over all plan that will increase self-confidence and productivity. It’s time to get specific about what action is required to effectively get from where we are to where we want to be.
Sort Things Out
When holding intentions in the New Paradigm, timing and conditions need to be considered in order to actualize a viable intention. Sometimes moving forward is not ideal and it’s important to be able to recognize that possibility honestly.
Ask #24 Electric Eel to get information about external conditions that would affect your ability to organize your intention at this time. Relax and gaze at the Circle. Ask yourself:
Am I able to work in alignment with the Tao?
Am I able to flow in MODERATION?
Am I grounded in the New Paradigm myself?
Check In: Are You Tuning Into the Kind of Emotional Energy That Will Take You Where You Really Want to Go?
Sometimes people have been conditioned so deeply to be afraid or negative, they aren’t really sure what to do when things are going well. The way you view yourself and what you think you’re capable of is colored by habitual behaviors learned in early love relationships as well as childhood experiences.
You may simply be dealing with an old program or you could be struggling with more serious entanglements with hatred and other destructive tendencies. Ask yourself:
“Am I tuning into the kind of emotional energy that will take me where I want to go?”
Regardless of how it came to be, there is a simple way to change the emotional energy you’re tapping into using these Intuitive Learning Circles with your imagination!
If the answers you get for this quiz are “yes,” it’s best to go directly to the Prioritize exercise. if the answers are “no” or “sometimes” you can continue with this exercise which will help you to sort things out.
Step One: Assess the Possibilities for Change
Ask #4 Raven to get information about whether the vision you want to organize is possible or even preferable.
Tune into the Circle and consider these questions:
”Is the intention I’m holding my Soul’s intention or someone else’s?”
Is the intention, as I understand it, possible?
Do I have the appropriate conditions to be successful at this time?”
If you’re getting negative answers, it might mean that you need to REFORM your intention. Is that the case here?
Step Two: Clear Any Fixations That Are Coming Up
Let this symbol for clearing out shock and fixations help you sort things out a little. Relax and gaze softly at the symbol while you breath deeply both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body. Once the energy around the symbol calms down, you will find that you’ve calmed down as well!
If you’re having trouble imagining anything or your mind is going blank, you have probably accessed an inner conflict. Gaze softly at this Circle, relax and let the lines get all wavy.
“I release all the conflicts I have around this.”
Continue to breathe while you gently release the conflict(s). Once the energy calms down, you will either know what you want or know what to do to help you get there.
Mind Body Integration
For best results, look at each Circle both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.
Feel free to move at any time in any way to help you embody your experience!
Step Three: Focus In on What’s Actually Possible
If conditions aren’t right for organizing the overall plan, there may be an aspect or a smaller piece of it that you can turn your attention to and make some progress with.
“Is there an aspect of my intention that I can work with?
If so, can I get an idea of what that might be?”
No matter how stubborn it seems, every situation is a product of cause and effect. If we’re patient and our intention is possible, a way forward can usually be found.
If you don’t get anything, something’s not right. Are you willing to step back and recheck your guidance?
Organizing from A Different Frame of Mind
When we’re learning to go with the flow of life, we eventually come around to the realization that forcing things won’t work in the long run. Ultimately nature takes its course and we have to face the truth:
Our problems cannot be solved from the same mental position they were created from. A transformation of consciousness is required to get from where we are to where we want to be.
Step Four: Refine Your Intention
To assist us, let’s go to #23 Sloth and get some help for when things seem too complicated and we need to slow down.
Think about an aspect of your overall intention that seems particularly complicated or “all balled up”. Instead of hardening your mind to try and fix or figure things out, consciously soften your thoughts, unfurl your brow and drop your shoulders.
Allow the ball you see in your mind to unwind like a ball of string.
If your mind is particularly stubborn, your thoughts may stay in a ball for a while. Be patient. Breathe deeply into your belly while you wait for the ball to begin to change or move around. If the conditions are right, a string will eventually appear. Patiently allow it to untangle and move into a straight line – a sort of balanced timeline revealing itself in your mind.
Once that happens take a few minutes to let go and get your mind off it. Walk around, stretch or do something completely different while you wait for solutions to appear.
Step Five: Pull Your Self Back From Past Disappointments
After sitting with it for a while, you may discover that
- the problem isn’t really yours to fix
- you’re stuck in an old way of being
- It’s not a viable intention to begin with or
- you’re still approaching your intention from an old mind set.
If any of these are the case, you can use #5 Wasp Medicine to pull your energy back from that situation.
Let this Circle help you center yourself correctly to receive the protection of your Soul.
“I pull my energy back and stop tapping into the past or harmful situations that I have no power over.”
You could inadvertently be tapping into:
No-win situations
Conflicts that don’t involve you
Grandiose or wishful thinking
Co-dependent or rescuing behavior, fixing, martyrdom, etc.
Step Six: Release the Past and Set Things Right.
Gracefully release all issues, struggles, karma and emotional baggage that don’t belong with you:
“I let go of issues and behaviors that are no longer in my highest good.”
“I surrender other people’s issues, emotions and karma so I can uncross my own path.”
Once that feels complete, call back what genuinely belongs with you in the present:
“I set things right so that I may move forward in peace.”
“To Each Their Own.”
Step Seven: Close the Door on Past Suffering
In the New Paradigm, we’re coming to the realization that many things we used to prefer might actually be harmful to us now. Continue to sort things out by sealing and healing all holes, leaks or pathways that may have been left open with #8, Piranha.
These openings may be in your mind, your energy field or in the space around you.
“All holes and harmful pathways are sealed and healed.”
“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”
Step Eight: Relax Your Energy So You Can Sort Things Out
Being relaxed will help you detach from harmful attachments and agendas from the old paradigm.
“I relax and calm myself.”
“I let my shoulders drop and utilize emotions that will help rather than hinder me.”
Step Nine: Release Attachments
Give yourself a few minutes to imagine a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you. This medicine is like a healing balm that melts away attachments to the past and mends those wounds.
Be sure to imagine that both crossed and uncrossed.
Step Ten: Balance Your Intuition
They say that intuition is easier to trust when all of the senses are balanced. Some may be turned up too high and some may be too low. Relax and allow your eyes to rest gently on the center of the Circle below to balance them.
Take some deep breaths and let your shoulders drop.
You don’t have to keep going back to any old, uncomfortable places any more. You are in the here and now.
“I adjust the volume to my senses.”
Affirm to yourself:
“My senses are balanced.”
“My emotions are calm.”
“I’m perceiving my intention clearly, accurately and honestly.”
Step Eleven: Organize From a New Position
Think about your overall intention again and get centered in your body.
“I am inside of me. Everything else is outside.”
Step Twelve: Raise Your Energy
Use the lighter, quicker generative life force of the New Paradigm to help you process your emotions and bring your request into being.
“I close down heavy, harmful energy channels from the Status Quo.”
“I am open and clear to utilize generative life force.”
“I adapt to the positive flow of chi’ available in the New Paradigm
to the best of my ability.”
“I connect to the new, life affirming channels of communication.”
Step Thirteen: Access Beneficial Energy From Your Environment
Consciously make a decision to tap into beneficial energies to help you manifest your intention.
“I am tapping into the most nourishing energies available.”

Step Fourteen: Re-organize Your Decisions
Relax some more and consciously bring your decisions into balance.
What new decisions do you need to make about this situation and how you need to organize it?
Step Fifteen: Refine Your Priority
Remember that aspect of your overall intention that seemed complicated or “all balled up.” What is it like now? Can you refine the intention?
What is needed? Are you ready to organize a plan around it? What is the best thing to do?
Step Sixteen: Activate Protection
Before you go, surround your Self and your intention with protection.
What will you need to do to protect the clarity of your intention?
Congratulations! You now know more about your intention and how you would like it to change. This is an important first step in the process of organizing your plan to be genuinely successful.
