Navigate Change by Following the I Ching Energy Flow ~
The I Ching
The original intent of the I Ching was based on an Eastern philosophy of observation and marking changes in natural and human events. Through many centuries and contributions from shamans and master teachers, including Lau Tzu and Confucius, the Book of Change was developed into a full philosophy for applying beneficial human conduct to varying circumstances. The Art of Feng Shui is part of that philosophy. ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing, Random House, NYC, NY, 1979Following the Tao or “gate through which all things move”~
Each of the 64 Hexagrams has a distinct flow that you can come into sync with and use to your benefit. Right now there’s what Kuan Yin calls a Multiple Highway pattern. Whenever a Multiple Highway pattern is happening, instability is exaggerated. The best way for an individual to find balance in that kind of dynamic is to do their best to change with the changes and follow the flow of Hexagram #15 MODERATION or “the Middle Road.”
Advice from The I Ching ~
Get Unstuck from #12 STAGNATION –
The I Ching Energy has been stuck in STAGNATION for so long now, you may really be having some trouble getting unstuck.
Perhaps you’ve been involved in a karmic entanglement with other people, groups or power structures. Your health or prosperity may be suffering.
You could be unknowingly holding onto ideas, intentions, structures or systems that are actually blocking you and your ability to move on safely.
With this Mind Exercise, it is possible for you to gently let go and adapt to some more effective ways to handle your situation safely.

#46 ADVANCEMENT –
The move out of STAGNATION, DANGER and CONTRADICTION requires that you level yourself out a bit before you can take good advantage of the generally fortunate flow of ADVANCEMENT.
The text warns, “ADVANCEMENT without constant re-evaluation and discrimination can easily become blind impulse. Such behavior will surely lead you into dangerous mistakes. Only the most careful and exacting conduct can save you from certain damage.”
Eventually a promotion or business advantage is likely to occur, however, until then, it’s best to use caution and make sure you keep yourself present and your mind calm.
Clearing an Overwhelmed Mind will help you prepare for the coming good fortune.

#6 CONFLICT –
Most people are aware that a major shift has occurred. However, parts of your mind may be operating in a state of extreme conflict and need to be updated. Calming down and getting your feet back under you is the safest way to handle the sudden changes that are occurring.
In order to manage change effectively, it helps to have signs and maps to assist us as we update our minds to navigate through the new terrain.
Call on your inner protector and Develop Clear Perception.

#15 MODERATION –
To clarify, each of the 64 Hexagrams has a distinct flow that you can come into sync with and use to your benefit.
When you don’t see any benefit in following a particular highway like the ones above, the flow for MODERATION is always available, it just takes effort and experience to stay in balance with it.
To help us, Kuan Yin has a Transformation Game called “Finding MODERATION in the New Paradigm” that’s always been a big help to me.
“Do not indulge in extremes of any sort, and instead strive for MODERATION in all that you do… In this way you use the balancing tendency of the current forces to center yourself. This inner equilibrium aligns you with the tao, thus bringing you into harmony with forces that can work for you…” ~ MODERATION, The I Ching Workbook, ibid.
A Power Circle for MODERATION is available for Level Two and Three Members of the Intuitive Learning Circle Community.
