Reforming Misplaced Logic

This Mind Exercise* helps you investigate how misplaced logic or reasoning could prevent you from actualizing your goals. Let’s start with an explanation of logic that I like to use:

Logic provides an explanation of why things are the way they are. Logic is the reason why something does or does not fit together, irrespective of how you feel about it. You may want something to work in a particular way, but that doesn’t mean that it does. You cannot make it work simply through desire or thinking positively. To have good working logic, objectivity is imperative because emotions distort the facts and contribute to erroneous or misplaced reasoning.

The success of logic depends upon the proper identification of first cause, or the original and true premise. If you don’t have the true cause, the line of reasoning will be inaccurate. This kind of misplaced reasoning creates repeated mistakes and errors in judgement. So, in order for our logic or line of reasoning to work for us, we need to use underlying, original premises that are objectively accurate.

For example: One apple plus one apple equals two apples... 1 + 1 = 2

How Can Misplaced Logic Impair Personal Growth and Joy?

Because of the way we are conditioned, good working logic is difficult to master. Why? Possibly because our human desire to have things work the way we want them to is very strong and often left unexamined.

misplaced logicIn order to justify or validate our feelings and passions, we tend to look for original premises that will prove our way is right. The emotional need to “be right” outweighs our objectivity.  Logic used in this way is out of balance. Unfortunately, many of our beliefs about ourselves and the world are based on incorrect original premises and inaccurate reasoning that we learned as children.

Here are a couple of examples: As a child, I used misplaced reasoning when I chose to view other people’s negative reactions as an original premise that there was something wrong with me.

I was also taught that you can achieve peace by waging war. I have always disagreed because I thought there was misplaced reasoning in there somewhere. My definition of peace is harmony, goodwill and being in agreement. By that logic, peace and waging war simply do not fit together and it’s been proven innumerable times throughout history.

However, if I bother to look up the meaning of the word ‘peace’, I’ll discover that peace can also mean ‘truce’. Truce means a cessation or pause in hostilities for a certain period of time. Certainly, it has been proven that a truce can be achieved by waging war under certain circumstances. So you can see that my original premise set me up with a purist world view where I could spend a lot of wasted energy on ‘being right’ and creating conflict, rather than on being peaceful and harmonious with myself!”

It’s also worth noting that sometimes what used to follow logically no longer does because underlying conditions or timing has changed. This becomes more and more common as we adjust to the New Paradigm.”

The following game is made up of a simple series of Intuitive Learning Circles and questions. They’ve been put together to help you explore your own reasoning and how you can reform misplaced logic that’s causing trouble in your life.

Mind Body IntegrationFor best results, look at each symbol both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.

All you have to do is read the instructions and then follow through on the directions while you gaze softly at the Circle.


Is Your Logical Reasoning Working For or Against You?

Step One: Choose a situation where you want to check your logic.

Relax and gently focus on a piece of reasoning that you would like to explore. You’ll know because it will be a question in your mind, like “How does this work?” “What doesn’t fit?” or “What am I missing?” “If I put this idea out into the world, what is likely to come back?” Place your question in the center open space of this Circle. Give yourself a chance to gather up unconscious information and gently focus on the experience.

It will help to imagine you can bring all the energy into focus on the center, open space of each Intuitive Learning Circle.

 

Step Two: Clarify what’s been happening.

See if you can determine if there is a danger behind your current underlying premise. What kind of reasoning have you been using? How has it been working out as a result?

Why do you think this keeps happening?

 

Step Three: Name the underlying premise and examine its results.

Let this Circle help you evaluate your behavior in relationship to the underlying premise.

What is the underlying premise? What do you do?

When I think or believe ___________, I _____________.

Is this misplaced logic? Is my reasoning sound? Did something about the situation change lately?

Is my current underlying premise what I really want? Are the results I’m getting sustainable? Can I tell what I need to do?

 

Step Four: Slow down and gently explore how the original premise came to be.

Was this behavior rational in the past? Where or whom did you learn this from? Was there a valid reason based on verifiable evidence?

Give yourself time to sort out your reasoning process. In this situation, do you feel pressure to “be right,” or can you come to a different conclusion that fits better?

 

As I mentioned before, “Sometimes what used to follow logically no longer does because underlying conditions or timing has changed.” Let’s examine that possibility…

Step Five: Get present.

Relax for a minute while you gaze softly at this Circle. Where are you? Put your feet firmly on the floor. What is the time and date? Open and close your hands into fists. All these things help us get more present.

Now, bring the original question back into your mind, and ask the questions again: “How does this work?” “What doesn’t fit?” or “What am I missing?” “If I made appropriate corrections and then put this idea out into the world, what would likely come back?” Make note of what comes to you.

What, if anything, has changed?

 

Step Six: Empower your highest good.

What, if anything, would you like to do differently?

 

Step Seven: Free your Self from harmful underlying premises and misplaced logic.

Being right isn’t always that great. Are there any agreements that you need to release? Release your Self from the chains of the past!

Imagine that you can send this Circle all the way up and down your spine, unlocking padlocks and chains at every vertebra.

Do that both crossed and uncrossed.

Once you feel like you’ve freed yourself, what new agreements would you like to make that would help things work out better?

 

Step Eight: Make energetic corrections to recalibrate and restore balance.

Start by bringing your heart center into balance.

 

If there are any reversals or blockages in your energy, use this symbol and affirmation to make corrections.

“I repair the glitches, holes and blockages in my energy system.”

 

Balance your senses and bring them into a proper connection with your heart and Soul.

 

Connect directly with the energy of the Earth to help you ground (make sure your feet are still firmly on the ground).

 

Step Nine: Dissolve the False Mental Constructs.

Dissolve destructive mental and emotional blueprints or entanglements that contribute to false underlying premises.

Visualize the entanglements as dark clouds or other apparitions. Either send them to the Light or see them dissolve into pure sunlight. Do this both crossed and uncrossed. That way, different patterns will be accessed and dissolved. 

 

The Essential HumanTo make sure the process is complete, detach from the misplaced logic using The Essential Human. Follow the processes on pages 97 – 101 until you can see yourself standing next to the ocean with the Sun sparkling on the water.

It’s a new dawn and your energy is completely clear…  the darkness completely gone. 

Take all the time that you need.

 

Clear away any residual junk or debris with this Circle. Sweep all that junk and chaos out of your head and send it to the Sun. 

Congratulations! You have just gotten to the bottom of some misplaced reasoning that’s been causing you problems! This may be a good time to get up and walk. Move around! Be out in nature to help you integrate these important changes.

The following extra-intuitive activities aren’t required, but they can really help you create sufficient conditions for actualizing your goals, talents and gifts…

Now that your mind is fresh…

What would you like to experience now? Is that a goal that you can get behind?

“My new underlying premise is ___________________.

 

Let your consciousness reorganize itself around your new goal and premise.

I am _________. My reformed goal is __________________.

 

 

Evaluate your Goal and Premise Using the Four Directions

Use your imagination to view your new goal and premise from the East.

Is my goal positioned correctly? _____  Is it in the New Paradigm? _____

Does it work with the new underlying premise or against it? ____  If not, can I tell what needs to change?

Do I have sufficient conditions for success from this angle? If not, what would help?

 

Use your spiritual guidance for discernment from the West.

Am I heading for danger? ____ Am I going in the correct direction? ____ Am I following my guidance to the best of my ability at this time? ____ 

Do I have sufficient conditions for success from this angle? If not, what would help? Is there another piece of reasoning that’s working against me in this situation? If so, you might want to go through the exercise again now or later.

 

Use your healthy spiritual reason to evaluate from the North.

In this situation, am I being controlled? ____ Do I have my freedom? ____

Am I respecting myself? ____ What would love do?

Do I have sufficient conditions for success from this angle? If not, what would help?

 

Use conscious decision making skills from the South.

What am I deciding? Will I be able to follow through short term and long term? _________________

Is there a conflict? ___ If so, can it be resolved? ____ Can I tell how?

Do I have sufficient conditions for success from this angle? If not, what would help?

Once you get a confident, heartfelt answer, Congratulations! You have looked at your goal and premise from several important angles. You might want to make a note of what you’ve learned and what you’re going to change.


INTEGRATION

Imagine that you can access your beneficial karma for reason and self-confidence. Gather all your good deeds in the center, blank area of this Circle.

“I access my beneficial karma.  I plant the seeds for actualizing my new goal based on true and reasonable premises.”


Completion

The mind intuitively appreciates closure. Let’s get grounded as we complete this mind exercise.

Place both feet on the floor and put your hands on your knees if you can. Gaze softly at the Circle and repeat the affirmation until you feel your body has fully settled in the present.

“I am grounded in the present. I feel strong and balanced.”


Future Pacing

Future pacing is a way to deepen the effects of any mind body healing by projecting a preferred outcome into the future. Let’s use that idea to solidify what you’ve just learned about how to be more intuitive.

Ask yourself: “How will it feel to implement this new reasoning in the future?”

What about later today or tomorrow? A month from now?

How does it feel a year from now?

 

CLOSURE

Finish it all up now by sealing and healing any pathways or holes that lead back to old harmful patterns or suffering.

“All holes are sealed and healed.”

Gateway to Peace

Welcome to our self-care formula for emotional healing and stress – It’s time to open a Gateway to Peace.

This Mind Exercise was created to help you change your point of view and how you’re using your energy, so that you can more easily experience peace. Going through this simple, step by step process will help you find your gateway to peace, especially when everyone around you is intense and emotionally charged up! 

Consider using it before going to bed, to start your day in a peaceful frame of mind, or whenever you feel pressed in by people and need a time out.

All you have to do is read each step and then follow through on its instructions while you gaze softly at each Intuitive Learning Circle™.

An important note ~ 

mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. If you feel resistant or stuck, cross or uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body and go back to the Circle, breathing patiently. See if your thinking starts to move again. Let negative self-talk go by breathing through it.


1. Think of an intention or goal that’s important to you, yet always seems to end up in some kind of struggle or frustration.

Example: staying positive while on Facebook or other environment. 

Once you have it, gaze softly at the Circle and see if you can place your intention in the center, open space. Imagine that helpful energy is streaming down each of the lines towards your goal.

 

2. What are some of the negative thoughts and emotions that come up for you when you think about your intention?

 

3. Release any agreement you have with the idea that struggling, blaming or complaining will help you to achieve your goal.

Are there other agreements you’d like to let go of?

“I’d like to change my point of view about ____________.”

“I want to disengage from _____________.”

“I stop fixating on the problems and go for solutions instead.”

 

“I am empowered to let go of what’s harmful to me and connect with my Divine Source.”

 

4. Use this affirmation to help you clear out any negative energy from your Root Chakra.

“I clear struggle, hardship and  _________ from the foundation of how I use my energy.”

“Instead I choose to be lively, protected, energized and ___________.”

 

5. Let this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints help you to let go of your negative thoughts and emotions.

Imagine that pressure, interference, accusations, complaints and struggles are all like black clouds in the sky and that you can dissolve them completely. Dissolve your attachment to them.

Keep breathing deeply until the sky is completely clear.

 

6. Now, bring your attention to the energy center of your heart. Get connected and let a positive light radiate out.

Once you’re ready, imagine a gateway that leads to a garden of peace filled with the beauty of nature and pure sunlight. Allow the light to grow stronger and brighter.

“I am at peace with _______________.”

 

7. Give yourself permission to open up the gate and enter your own garden of peace.

Go ahead. Open the gateway to peace in your heart and step in. Imagine the helpful energy pouring into the center of the Circle again. Imagine your Garden is surrounded by a ring of courage and determination.

What do you notice? What does it feel like?

 

 8. Ground yourself by putting both feet on the floor and centering yourself. Use this affirmation:

“It’s okay to be grounded in a paradigm of peace, equality and sustainable prosperity. This is my personal garden of peace and it’s where I belong.”

 

9. What do you need to do to protect this peaceful frame of mind and heart?

Sometimes the simplest things can make a big difference.

 

10. What will help you nurture and grow your feelings of peace?

 

11. Is there a decision to make or some inner guidance for you to follow regarding your goal or intention?

Old Soul

Make a note of it, so that you don’t forget.

 

Finish it all up now by sealing and healing any pathways or holes that lead back to old harmful patterns of frustration or suffering.

Chakra Balancing with Reiki

Kuan Yin’s Transformation Game for Chakra Balancing ~

Some people may be having difficulty physically and emotionally because they need chakra balancing to help them with one or more levels of their Hierarchy of Needs.

Chakra Balancing with Reiki - Activated ChakrasHere is an interesting and informative comparison between Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and the Seven Primary Chakras. As you go through this simple exercise using the Intuitive Learning Circles from Reiki Chakra Keys, you will not only gain some very interesting psychological insights, but you’ll also be able to clear and balance each of your seven Primary Chakras. 

Here’s how it works:

Put both feet flat on the floor and keep your arms and legs uncrossed. Read the information and then gaze softly at the corresponding Reiki Chakra Key for insight and energy healing. You will probably feel a lot of energy moving – that’s all right, that means the symbols are working with Reiki energy to cleanse and balance your chakras. You will know you’re done when the energy calms down and you have a clear answer to the questions. Then you can move on to the remaining Circles with each of their descriptions to complete the process. Once you’re done, remember to relax and allow your energy to settle.

Step One: Each of us has a unique vibration and “soul color” that allows us to sync up with the Universe appropriately.

It’s common for empath’s or other highly sensitive people to take on other people’s vibration in an effort to survive or get along. Use this first Circle to reinforce healthy boundaries and be sure that you’re reading your energy and not someone elses!

Mind Body IntegrationTo fully integrate your personal vibration simply gaze softly at the Circle both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body while you affirm to yourself:

“I know who I am. I distinguish my needs from the needs of others.”

 

Step Two: Your chakras respond to old conditioning and mindsets. To change your mindset, establish a strong intention stated in the positive.

You might want to write it down. Examples:

“I am centered and balanced.”

“I release stagnation and allow my energy to adapt and flow with the new energy of the New Paradigm.”

I ____________________________________.”

Now that you know what your intention is, let’s find out what might be needed to balance each of your seven primary chakras to align with your goal!

First Chakra Key:

1st Chakra - Root Chakra Balancing

“Our root chakra is red and governs the physical body, our instincts and the assumptions we have about life.

If we have been brought up under the assumption that our bodies and physical processes are bad or dirty, we will manifest that on the physical plane. We will be prone to violence, disrespect and exhaustion.

Clearing the energy with this Reiki Chakra Key will help us to find a new foundation and give us strength to make the necessary changes for a vibrant and powerful life.” ~ Reiki Chakra Keys, Rheanni Lightwater

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the Root needs are physiological – air, food, water, shelter, warmth, sex, sleep and having adequate methods of communication.

Gaze softly at the Root Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my physiological needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Root Chakra in balance?

Second Chakra Key

2nd Chakra - Spleen Chakra Balancing“The second energy center is referred to here as the spleen chakra because it is deeply connected to our emotions, digestion and immunity. Its color is orange.

When this chakra is dis-eased, toxic emotions and entanglements build up and poison the entire system. Our ability to create is repressed and depression sets in.

Free flowing energy here is essential to physical, emotional and mental health.

We can forgive ourselves and others, which helps us to maintain a healthy sense of well-being.” ~ Reiki Chakra Keys, Rheanni Lightwater

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the second level needs are safety oriented – protection from the elements, security, order, law, stability and freedom from fear.

Gaze softly at the Second Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my safety and security needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my 2nd Chakra in balance?

Third Chakra Key:

3rd Chakra - Solar Plexus Chakra Balancing“The solar plexus chakra is the center of who we are and who we think we are, so it is fitting that its color is a bright yellow.

When our sense of ourselves is poor, the chakra becomes sluggish and clogged up.

If our sense of ourselves is positive, we have self-confidence and the chakra pulsates with vibrancy and harmony. We exude an attitude of faith and cheerfulness. Our energy-level is high, we a have a high mental capacity for success and others are naturally attracted to our charisma.” ~ Reiki Chakra Keys, Rheanni Lightwater

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the third level needs include love and belongingness needs – friendship, intimacy, affection and love from work group, family, friends, and romantic relationships.

Gaze softly at the Third Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my love and belongingness needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Third Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin suggests that you tend to loving yourself by checking into how well you’re taking care of your health>

Fourth Chakra Key (Heart):

Fourth Chakra - Heart Chakra Balancing“Our heart chakra is the bridge between our bodies and the spiritual world. It is where our thoughts and beliefs about love meet the physical expression of it.

Indigenous people believe that all of nature can communicate with each other through the heart. That is why its color is green, the most basic color for healing, nurturing and abundance. It is the home of the mind of compassion, which extends to every living being, including ourselves.” ~ Reiki Chakra Keys, Rheanni Lightwater

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the fourth level needs include esteem needs – achievement, self-love, independence, status, dominance, prestige, self-approval, self-respect and respect from others. 

Gaze softly at the Fourth Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my compassion and esteem needs being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Fourth Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin wants to encourage you to stay grounded and focused on your priorities>

Fifth Chakra Key (Throat):

Fifth Chakra - Throat Chakra Balancing“The energy of the throat chakra is about what you put out into the world – having a voice. It’s about speaking your truth and is blue in color, as in ‘true blue’.

Many people in our society have difficulty with this energy center. This may manifest in suppressed emotions, not saying what we really mean or an inability to ask for what we need. It often impairs us from being able to achieve all that we are capable of.

A healthy throat chakra allows us to be clear and honest in our intentions, words and deeds. Through it we can avoid the bitterness and restlessness that comes from an unfulfilled life.” ~ Reiki Chakra Keys, Rheanni Lightwater

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the fifth level needs include cognitive needs such as knowledge, meaning, expression, self-mastery and self-awareness.

Gaze softly at the Fifth Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my cognitive needs being met? Am I able to ask for what I need and straightforward in my requests? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Fifth Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin says that understanding how important your agreements are is essential to how well you will adapt to this new energy> 

Sixth Chakra Key (Third Eye):

Sixth Chakra - Third Eye Chakra Balancing“The third eye chakra contains the energy of insight and wisdom. Located in the center of the forehead just above the eyebrow, this chakra is associated with the color purple.

A healthy third eye is important in the development of intuition and common sense. When it’s blocked, we tend to doubt ourselves, become cynical and rely on the opinions of others. We lose our imagination, our dreams and our personal power.

Conversely, when it’s clear, we are capable of regaining our inner vision and receiving clairvoyant information. We can develop relationships with our Higher Self, Angels, Teachers and Guides. These beings are here to assist us in achieving the Reiki ideals of Universal Love.” ~ Reiki Chakra Keys, Rheanni Lightwater

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the sixth level needs include aesthetic needs – the appreciation of and search for beauty, balance and form, etc. Kuan Yin would add the need for spiritual insight and understanding.

Gaze softly at the Sixth Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my needs for creativity and spiritual understanding being met? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Sixth Chakra in balance?

Kuan Yin says, “Simplify. Simplify. Simplify!>  

Seventh Chakra Key (Crown):

Seventh Chakra - Crown Chakra Balancing“The crown chakra is our connection to spirit. This is the energy center that connects us with divine inspiration. Its color is white as it contains all things and it can cast a golden ring when in states of ecstasy.

In this experience of “enlightenment,” we can perceive the potential both within and without and are completely at peace with ourselves.

When this energy center is open and balanced, we more easily receive information and life force from our Higher Self and the Universe. Take all the time you need with this Key until you feel stable and calm.” ~ Reiki Chakra Keys, Rheanni Lightwater

In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs the seventh level needs include self actualization  needs – realizing personal potential, self-fulfillment, seeking personal growth and peak experiences.

Gaze softly at the Seventh Chakra Key below for a minute or so. Then ask yourself:

“Are my self-actualization needs being met? Are my fulfillment needs blocked in any way? Am I giving them the proper priority, position and attention for my life to be in balance?”

Do I need chakra balancing here? if so, what would help me to bring my Seventh Chakra in balance?

Congratulations!

Now that you’ve gone through chakra balancing for the seven main chakras, your energy is more your own and you’ll have a much easier time staying grounded. Remember, a person whose energy is balanced and grounded benefits everyone. Be sure to take some time to relax and rest.

How To Be More Intuitive

This Mind Exercise* is about how to be more intuitive. Let’s start with the definition of intuition that I like to use:

“Intuition is an inner knowing available to us when all of the senses, known and unknown are balanced and able to receive information that is usually filtered out by the conscious mind.”

How to Be More Intuitive

To have your own experience with how to be more intuitive, let’s go through this simple series of Intuitive Learning Circles. They’ve been put together to help you relax, contemplate the nature of intuition and integrate the information.

Mind Body Integration

Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. If you feel resistant or stuck, cross or uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body and go back to the Circle, breathing patiently. See if your thinking starts to move again. Let negative self-talk go by breathing through it.


Simply read the instructions and then follow through on the directions while you gaze softly at each Circle.

Step One: Slow down. Stop being in such a hurry.

It will help to imagine you can bring all the energy into focus at the center, open space of each Intuitive Learning Circle.

 

Step Two: With so much going on, it’s easy to be distracted and confused by everything that’s going on around you. Your senses may have gotten knocked out of balance and that can have a negative effect on balanced intuition.

Gaze softly at this Reiki Chakra Key and take a minute or two to help you get your bearings again. Notice your surroundings, the time, remember how old you are, etc.

 

Step Three: You may also be having a difficult time adjusting to all the significant environmental changes that are taking place. Sudden reversals, blockages and changes in momentum can cause the subtle energy fields to react in unusual ways.

As you look at this Key, do you notice any rough glitches or reversed energies going on? Relax with it for a few minutes until things smooth out. You can repair any jagged or disjointed glitches in your sensory system.

 

Step Four: Clear Intuition is a balance between all of the senses. You can consciously balance your senses to enhance intuition and receive clear inner guidance.
Use this Circle to let your senses get balanced. Some may be turned up too high and some too low. You can adjust them like a radio dial until it feels just right.

Once you’ve done that, bring the energy in toward the center again.

 

Step Five: Clear intuition is an internal communication. Focus in on your heart center and let the energy get balanced and open there.

It may take a minute or two to connect with the Light of your True Source. Take all the time that you need.

 

Step Six: Make sure you’re centered and balanced in your solar plexus as well (your solar plexus is that soft area in the front where your ribs go up).

The correction is made when you can palpably feel a greater sense of calm and peace in that area.

 

Step Seven: In this quiet and more centered place, ask a simple question that you want guidance about. Listen for the answer.

What is your inner guidance?

Intuition is simple and straightforward, so if you’re getting a big convoluted answer, that probably isn’t intuition. Be patient and go through the exercise again.

Once you get a heartfelt answer, congratulations! You have accessed your intuition! You might want to make a note of what you came up with. The critical mind often doesn’t like to remember the quieter, gentler voice of intuition.

Future Pacing

In our hypnotherapy and energy medicine classes, we talk about the importance of future pacing. What is that?

Future pacing is a way to deepen the effects of any mind body healing by projecting a preferred outcome into the future. Let’s use that idea to solidify what you’ve just learned about how to be more intuitive.

Intuition out of balanceRemember that when intuition is out of balance, it tries to define “perfection” in extremes, which gives rise to fantasy, hallucination and wishful thinking. 

Let’s head that kind of intuition off at the pass right now!

Use these symbols and positive affirmations from The Essential Human to access the very best qualities to nurture your intuitive talents.

“I close the door on turmoil, panic and chaos. I now access serenity and calm.”

 

“I release my focus on conflict. I now open to peaceful and prosperous solutions.”

INTEGRATION

Imagine that you can access your beneficial karma for being more intuitive. Gather all your good deeds in the center, blank area of this Circle.

“I access my beneficial karma for actualizing balanced and helpful intuition.”

“I plant new karmic seeds for the conditions I need to be more intuitive and to accomplish my heartfelt goals.” 

Completion

The mind intuitively appreciates closure. Let’s get present and grounded as we complete this mind exercise.

Place both feet on the floor and put your hands on your knees if you can. Gaze softly at the Circle and repeat the affirmation until you feel your body has fully settled in the present.

“I am grounded in the present.”

 

Ask yourself:

How will it feel to access my intuition in the future?

What about later today or tomorrow?

A month from now?

How does it feel a year from now?

Empower your Divine Connection through gratitude. Thank yourself for taking the time today to learn how to be more intuitive – a gift that will make your life a whole lot better!

Connect with the grail of gratitude located in your heart.

Finish it all up now by sealing and healing any pathways or holes that lead back to old, harmful patterns or suffering.

I Ching Deterioration - Sustainable Prosperity

“There is an impressive display of DETERIORATION in nearly every aspect of current events with an abundance of incompetent persons in positions of authority. If you’re feeling hopeless, it’s because you’re getting lost in the chaos, rather than integrating with the energy and opportunities taking form in the New Paradigm. Ask yourself:

“What am I paying attention to and is it helping?”

“Is this what I really want?”

 

You may be experiencing shock that’s interfering with your ability to relax and adapt. Relax and use this affirmation to help you release whatever you’re fixated on. This may take some time.

“I let go of fixations that are trapped in my mind. I let all rigid thoughts soften and melt away.”

 

There’s a great and accelerated DETERIORATION in matters that pertain to the old ‘status quo.’ This has been going on for some time now and those issues are part of a larger, collective movement in the Cosmos. There is little that you can do to “fix” what’s falling apart, so don’t waste your energy or attention on it. Do what you can to look beyond the apparent disasters and focus on what you would like to create instead. What is truly important to you at this time?

Calm yourself with this Circle so that you can perceive things more clearly. Turn down the volume and get your senses into balance.

 

In order to reorganize your priorities based on sustainable prosperity, it’s essential to clear and balance your heart. Gaze softly at this Reiki Chakra Key to clear emotional toxins from your heart chakra. Take all the time you need to bring it into balance.

“My heart radiates with positivity.”

“This chakra is balanced and flows with integrity.”

Next… prepare to move into the New Paradigm.

You can use the Circles in the next section to help you make changes that matter and that you can do something about. Start by checking with your inner guidance to notice if there’s a pathway in your mind that you habitually use that leads you back to harmful patterns from the old paradigm based on fear. There may be more than one.

When pathways are unproductive, it’s helpful to close them in your mind entirely. Use your imagination and this next Circle to see them all closing.

 

It’s time to choose another avenue that can lead you to a New Paradigm organized around Love, Unity and Harmony.

 

If you’ve been moving your consciousness into the New Paradigm for a while,  great! However, it would be dangerous to assume that you are already set up properly there or that you know how everything will work. That’s because an evolutionary transformation like this cannot happen all at once! Aspects of yourself and your energy have been entrenched in the old paradigm until just recently.

“I let go of assumptions that limit my vitality, my freedom to choose or that pull me off track.”

“I now assume ________ and that I’m going to need to be mindful as I move forward.”

 

Ask your Soul to come forward and be in charge of this transformation.

“I am clear of demarkations, stigmas and graffiti that obscure the clear energy signature of my Soul.”

My Soul is in charge of this transformation.”

 

Slow down and use this Circle to help you let go of things – projects, plans, organizations, people – that no longer serve you. If you let everything move in slow motion, you can begin to sense the things that are still causing problems or keeping you chained to the fear. You can let them go now. Feel your hands letting go. The spine is unlocking from the pain. Your shoulders are dropping. Your jaw is relaxed.

 

Next, move into the New Paradigm…

Imagine that you’re standing in the center, open space of this Circle and that it represents you in your personal garden that lives in your heart. Once you can see yourself there, visualize all your gifts, talents and skills and place them in there with you. Do the same with other foundational aspects of your life, such as shelter, food and communication. Include your safety and stability needs. Imagine that the positive energies of courage, appreciation and gratitude are traveling down the lines – nurturing you and everything that’s important to your health and well-being.

Now visualize elements of the natural world that you would need to support and nourish your garden – air, water, etc. Be sure you have your right livelihood, monetary support and important goals and projects.

 

Like plants that have been languishing without nourishment, they need to be replanted in healthy soil. Resolve to feed them with your joyful attention and intentions to help them grow and be strong.

Make an agreement to tend to them regularly.

 

Connect them all up in an interconnected web of gratitude, appreciation and sustainable prosperity.

 

 

Infuse your personal garden of sustainable prosperity with courage, determination, protection and purpose. This Circle can help you organize the energy correctly.

 

Now it’s important to confirm whether or not you’re sending your personal mana to your garden. Imagine you can place your garden in the center open space and then aim your energy towards it like a bullseye and then send it until the energy comes back to you, forming a pattern of reciprocity.

“I send my personal energy to nourish my personal garden according to my highest good.”

 

Next be sure your energy is flowing in the right direction to properly nourish sustainable prosperity in in your garden. The proper direction will feel joyous, light and calming. Gaze at this Circle for several minutes until you feel confident that your energy is flowing upward like a fountain.

“Is my energy running in a positive flow that will support life-affirming prosperity?” 

 

Now you’re ready to completely dispel any leftover or out of date structures from the old paradigm. You can use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to detach from the struggle and chaos. Dissolve any negative mental or emotional attachments you have to slavery, injustice, poverty or hopelessness. It might help to imagine them like chains or storms that dissipate into sunlight and clear blue skies.

Mind Body IntegrationMake sure you do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body.

 

 

Finally, with this symbol, imagine that you can fill your being with Love, light, Air and all the elements required for you to flourish in your personal garden of sustainable prosperity.

“I close down all harmful energy channels.”

“I mind and body is clear to receive generative life force.”

Congratulations!

The fact that you’ve taken the time now to plant yourself fully in your garden of true, sustainable prosperity will strengthen your resolve to prevent future suffering and conflict.”

“I seal and heal all pathways that lead back to the old paradigm.”

“I follow the direction of my Soul’s protection.”
