This Mind Exercise is about how to use your intuition to help you uncover and resolve your blockages to happiness in the New Paradigm.
Let’s start with a couple of quick explanations of intuition, happiness and unhappiness that we’re going to use as underlying principles to this process ~
1) “Balanced Intuition is an inner knowing available to us when all of the senses, known and unknown are balanced and able to receive information that is usually filtered out by the conscious mind… Intuition out of balance becomes fantasy and/or wishful thinking.”

2) Happiness is a heart centered state of being where a person is internally creating their experience and more likely to attract their needs in an open, natural way. As they experience happiness, they are living the concept of reciprocity; that “what you put out comes back to you.” They take responsibility for their choices and know that their mindset is important in maintaining their happiness. They also know that how their energy is flowing and what actions they take are key components to success.
3) Unhappiness is a state of being where a person is focused on external conditions and the delusion of powerlessness. They look for answers outside of themselves. It’s important to note that unhappiness can be transmuted into happiness through courage and awareness that different choices can be made at any time.

Breaking Through Your Blockages to Happiness
To understand what your blockages to happiness are in your current circumstances, let’s go through this simple series of Intuitive Learning Circles™. They’ve been put together to help you relax and contemplate the nature of what’s interfering with your energy flow and ability to manifest happiness.
But first, something to remember about working with the Circles…
Mind Body Integration
The brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. If you feel resistant or stuck, cross or uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body and go back to gazing softly at the Circle, breathing patiently. See if your thinking starts to move again. Let negative self-talk go by breathing through it. This action alone could release blockages to happiness.
Awareness of Your Blockages to Happiness
Simply read the instructions and then follow through on the directions while you gaze softly at the Circle.
Step One: Start at the beginning. Many of the things we’ve learned about happiness began when we were very young and impressionable. Some of those ideas could still be operating on us at a very basic level. What decisions or agreements did you buy into then that you need to let go of now?

“I let go of assumptions that I know what’s going on, what happiness is or how to create it.”
“I decide that my Soul is now in charge.”

Step Two: Slow down. Don’t be in a hurry. Gaze at the Circle with soft eyes and take a few breaths while you contemplate the question. Be patient and wait for an overall intention or priority to emerge. Let it develop naturally. Ask yourself:
“What would be genuinely joyful for me to manifest at this stage of my life?”
Tip: It will help to imagine you can bring all the energy into focus on the center, open space of each Intuitive Learning Circle™.
Step Three: Gather up your senses and let them get balanced. Some may be turned up too high and some too low.
You can adjust them like a radio dial until it feels just right.
You might get a visual that symbolizes your new priority. Or you could ask for a number between 1 – 49 from Gifts from the Rainforest. If so, make a note of it. If nothing comes, you might need to clear a bit of shock or confusion.
Step Four: Intuition is an internal thing. Focus in on your heart center and let the energy get balanced and open there.
Let the energy radiate out, like a light.
Are there any other chakras that need help in this situation?
Step Five: In this quieter place, ask a simple question: “What area of my life is experiencing a blockage?” Listen for the answer.
If you want more information, ask for a number between 1 and 49 from Gifts from the Rainforest to access intuition and help you get more clarity about what’s going on.
It’s helpful to know what is going on within your subtle energy field that’s contributing to the blockage and clear it. What’s going on with your Soul Energy? Ask for a number between 1 – 24 in Soul Prayer Charts.
Is there a reversal of energy going on that’s causing the blockage?
Is there a collapse that needs to be addressed?
Once you have taken these steps to clarify the situation, congratulations! You are now more aware and have begun the process of breaking through blockages to happiness! You might want to make a note of what you came up with. The critical mind often doesn’t like to remember the quieter, gentler voice of intuition.
The following extra-intuitive activities aren’t required, but they can make a huge difference in how successful your efforts will be in creating true happiness for yourself…

Future pacing is a way to deepen the effects of any mind body healing by projecting a preferred outcome into the future. Let’s use that idea to solidify what you’ve just learned about your current blockages to happiness.
Let’s head that kind of intuition off at the pass right now!
Use this Circle to choose symbols and positive affirmations from The Essential Human that will filter out negativity and access the very best qualities to nurture your creative flow. Start by bringing all the energy in towards the center open space, relax for a few moments, then ask yourself:
“What number between 1 and 42 comes to mind when I think about creating my future happiness?”
Go to that number in The Essential Human and gently meditate on the symbol to gather up unconscious information. Use the affirmation:
“I decide to choose happiness over unhappiness.”
To complete the process, confirm that you’ve completed the process of future pacing with this statement:
“In this area of my life, all aspects of my Essence create happiness as a manifestation of Love.”
Imagine that you can access your beneficial karma for being happy. Gather all your good deeds in the center, blank area of this Circle.
“I access my beneficial karma for actualizing happiness.”
The mind intuitively appreciates closure. Let’s get grounded as we complete this mind exercise.
Place both feet on the floor and put your hands on your knees if you can. Gaze softly at the Circle and repeat the affirmation until you feel your body has fully settled in the present.
“I am grounded and happy.”
You can thank yourself for taking the time today to break through your blockages to happiness – a gift that will make your life a whole lot better!
Bring all the energy in towards the center.
“All holes are sealed and healed.”
“I follow the direction of healthy protection.”
