This Mind Exercise is about how to use your intuition to help you uncover and resolve your blockages to happiness in the New Paradigm.

New Paradigm

Let’s start with a couple of quick explanations of intuition, happiness and unhappiness that we’re going to use as underlying principles to this process ~

1) “Balanced Intuition is an inner knowing available to us when all of the senses, known and unknown are balanced and able to receive information that is usually filtered out by the conscious mind… Intuition out of balance becomes fantasy and/or wishful thinking.”

2) Happiness is a heart centered state of being where a person is internally creating their experience and more likely to attract their needs in an open, natural way. As they experience happiness, they are living the concept of reciprocity; that “what you put out comes back to you.” They take responsibility for their choices and know that their mindset is important in maintaining their happiness. They also know that how their energy is flowing and what actions they take are key components to success.

Blockages to Happiness3) Unhappiness is a state of being where a person is focused on external conditions and the delusion of powerlessness. They look for answers outside of themselves. It’s important to note that unhappiness can be transmuted into happiness through courage and awareness that different choices can be made at any time.

Breaking Through Your Blockages to Happiness

To understand what your blockages to happiness are in your current circumstances, let’s go through this simple series of Intuitive Learning Circles™. They’ve been put together to help you relax and contemplate the nature of what’s interfering with your energy flow and ability to manifest happiness.

But first, something to remember about working with the Circles… 

Mind Body Integration

Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. If you feel resistant or stuck, cross or uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body and go back to gazing softly at the Circle, breathing patiently. See if your thinking starts to move again. Let negative self-talk go by breathing through it. This action alone could release blockages to happiness.


Awareness of Your Blockages to Happiness

Simply read the instructions and then follow through on the directions while you gaze softly at the Circle.

Step One: Start at the beginning. Many of the things we’ve learned about happiness began when we were very young and impressionable. Some of those ideas could still be operating on us at a very basic level. What decisions or agreements did you buy into then that you need to let go of now?

Let Raccoon Medicine from Gifts from the Rainforest help you clear the slate of decisions, assumptions, agreements or soul contracts that are based on false information or that no longer serve you.

“I let go of assumptions that I know what’s going on, what happiness is or how to create it.”

“I decide that my Soul is now in charge.”

“I make room for new thoughts, decisions and actions that will fuel my happiness.”

 

Step Two: Slow down. Don’t be in a hurry. Gaze at the Circle with soft eyes and take a few breaths while you contemplate the question. Be patient and wait for an overall intention or priority to emerge. Let it develop naturally. Ask yourself:

“What would be genuinely joyful for me to manifest at this stage of my life?”

Tip: It will help to imagine you can bring all the energy into focus on the center, open space of each Intuitive Learning Circle™.

 

Step Three: Gather up your senses and let them get balanced. Some may be turned up too high and some too low.

You can adjust them like a radio dial until it feels just right.

You might get a visual that symbolizes your new priority. Or you could ask for a number between 1 – 49 from Gifts from the Rainforest. If so, make a note of it. If nothing comes, you might need to clear a bit of shock or confusion.

 

Step Four: Intuition is an internal thing. Focus in on your heart center and let the energy get balanced and open there.

Let the energy radiate out, like a light.

Step Five: In this quieter place, ask a simple question: “What area of my life is experiencing a blockage?”  Listen for the answer.

If you want more information, ask for a number between 1 and 49 from Gifts from the Rainforest to access intuition and help you get more clarity about what’s going on.

 

It’s helpful to know what is going on within your subtle energy field that’s contributing to the blockage and clear it. What’s going on with your Soul Energy? Ask for a number between 1 – 24 in Soul Prayer Charts.

 

Is there a reversal of energy going on that’s causing the blockage?

Is there a collapse that needs to be addressed?

Once you have taken these steps to clarify the situation, congratulations! You are now more aware and have begun the process of breaking through blockages to happiness! You might want to make a note of what you came up with. The critical mind often doesn’t like to remember the quieter, gentler voice of intuition.

The following extra-intuitive activities aren’t required, but they can make a huge difference in how successful your efforts will be in creating true happiness for yourself…

Future Pacing

In our hypnotherapy and energy medicine classes, we talk about the importance of future pacing. What is that?

Future pacing is a way to deepen the effects of any mind body healing by projecting a preferred outcome into the future. Let’s use that idea to solidify what you’ve just learned about your current blockages to happiness.

Intuition out of balanceRemember that when intuition is out of balance, it tries to define “perfection” in extremes, which gives rise to fantasy, hallucination and wishful thinking. 

Let’s head that kind of intuition off at the pass right now!

Energetic Flow of Happiness

Use this Circle to choose symbols and positive affirmations from The Essential Human that will filter out negativity and access the very best qualities to nurture your creative flow. Start by bringing all the energy in towards the center open space, relax for a few moments, then ask yourself:

“What number between 1 and 42 comes to mind when I think about creating my future happiness?”

Go to that number in The Essential Human and gently meditate on the symbol to gather up unconscious information. Use the affirmation:

“I decide to choose happiness over unhappiness.”

Once you’ve done that, go back to the Circle above and check to see if there are additional male and/or female archetypes of The Essential Human that need a correction. 

To complete the process, confirm that you’ve completed the process of future pacing with this statement:

“In this area of my life, all aspects of my Essence create happiness as a manifestation of Love.”

 

INTEGRATION

Imagine that you can access your beneficial karma for being happy.  Gather all your good deeds in the center, blank area of this Circle.

“I access my beneficial karma for actualizing happiness.”

Completion

The mind intuitively appreciates closure. Let’s get grounded as we complete this mind exercise.

Place both feet on the floor and put your hands on your knees if you can. Gaze softly at the Circle and repeat the affirmation until you feel your body has fully settled in the present.

“I am grounded and happy.”

Congratulations!

You can thank yourself for taking the time today to break through your blockages to happiness – a gift that will make your life a whole lot better!

Bring all the energy in towards the center.

Closure for Mind Body HealingFinish it all up now by sealing and healing any pathways or holes that lead back to old, harmful patterns or suffering.

“I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

Transformation Game - Staying Empowered

Staying Empowered (even when things are falling apart) ~

“If you’re experiencing a situation where there’s a great deal of societal upheaval and discord, the situation may well be in the flow of the I Ching Hexagram #23 – DETERIORATION. Other signs or symptoms would include:

  • incompetence,
  • arguments,
  • blow ups and break ups,
  • power grabs or
  • illness due to being in a toxic environment.

If this fits what you’re going through, be extra cautious about how you spend your energy, time or money. Reckless expenditures, whether they be financial, emotional or spiritual, are much more likely to result in loss at this time. 

The best thing to do when dealing with deteriorating situations is to step back and get perspective from your Soul. Take care of yourself very sensibly and examine your reactions carefully. Be generous and kind to those you care about.

Remember that confusion is the ideal atmosphere for tricksters, abusers and despots. The ego runs rampant and doesn’t want to let go. Meditate, gather  and remind yourself that all things must end. There will eventually come a change for the better. 

If you deal with DETERIORATION with an attitude of revenge or resentment, you will deplete yourself by giving the situation more fuel, which is probably exactly the reaction your ego wants. Your good intentions are better served by keeping yourself centered and grounded. 

Here is some help through a Transformation Game called Staying Empowered.”

Gently gaze at the Intuitive Learning Circles™ one at a time and consider the question or affirmation that goes with each Step. This self-care process helps you to become aware of what’s bothering you, so that you can make a different choice about how to use your energy more productively and in tune with your Inner Guidance.

 Step 1:

What is a situation around you now that is in the flow of DETERIORATION? Trust the message that comes through from your deepest, wisest guidance.

 

Step 2:

What truth are you having trouble communicating in this situation?

Step 3:

What is the feeling that tends to pull you into that situation?

G 39 Emotional Healing

Once you’ve identified what you’re feeling, take a moment and relax into it.

“I accept that this feeling is present and that eventually it will change. All things change eventually.”

The more you relax and accept, the faster and easier it will be for you to make corrections on the deeper levels you’re looking for.

Step 4:

Epigenetic Healing - Divine Nature ActivatedThe next few symbols are from Divine Nature Activated and will help you release negative conditioning and stimulate some epigenetic healing. The key is to relax as much as possible while looking at each symbol. It can help to imagine that an old, broken DNA strand is falling apart while a vibrant and cohesive DNA strand is relaxing, healing and filling up with light.

When using these symbols, it’s important to relax and breathe as you use each affirmation:

“I let go of seeing myself as weak or powerless. I reclaim and maintain my connection to the Divine.”

 

 “I let go of rigid ideas that have changed or proven to be false. I don’t have to be right.” 

“I let go of needing to control the situation so that I can focus on solutions that are truthful and serve my highest good.”

 

“I let go of societal patterns of fear, violence and corruption. I hold the victory of love in mind.”

DNA - Guidance from Angelic Realms

 

“I see myself outside of the pattern of intolerance. I acknowledge and respect my fellow brothers and sisters.”

 

“I ask the Divine to lead me to common ground.”

 

Step 5:

Now that you’ve cleared that energy, ask your inner guidance:

“Are there any aspects of me that have become scattered or disempowered?”

If there are, call them back now.

 

Step 6:

It’s time to get more present and heart centered: 

“I am fully present inside my body. I organize my awareness around ________.”

 

“The light in my heart center is strong and radiating out into the world.”

If you’re having trouble, it can help to take several deep breaths. Inhale on the count of 4. Exhale on the count of six. Open and close your fingers. If you feel a strong emotion come up, go back to Step #4 and repeat the process of relaxing and dissipating the negative DNA patterns.

 

Step 7:

Now that you’re fully present, ask your deepest wisest guidance:

“What is an action I can take that will help me with staying empowered?”

Take as much time as you need to reorganize your thoughts and energy around positive action.

 

 Step 8:

Staying empowered is much easier when you don’t let things stick to you. Consciously let go of any issues that aren’t yours and peel off any sticky energy that comes from your deteriorating situation.

“I let go of whatever doesn’t belong to me. I send it back to where it needs to go to resolve itself.”

 

Step 9:

Dissolve destructive blueprints using these affirmations:

“I allow my mind to let go of any attachments to the past or the future that I’m still holding onto. I see those patterns like dark clouds dissolving into a clear, blue sky.”

“I dissolve negative templates, attitudes and behaviors that cause me harm.”

 

Step 10. AurasThis is the final step to your game, but it’s very important!

You will want to keep your auras close to your body whenever you want to stay empowered. That’s because your auras provide protection. When they’re strong and focused, they can repel toxicity and keep your energy from mixing up with other people.

So, to finish this game, gaze softly at this Circle for as long as you need to repair and refocus them. Use this affirmation if you like:

“My auras are very strong and focused. I naturally keep them close to my body.”

 

Congratulations!

Staying empowered is essential in times of DETERIORATION. Remember the transformation isn’t complete until you’ve taken the action you were guided to take in Step #7. If you like, you may go through this healing meditation again around other issues that are falling apart.  Be sure to rest though and take good care of yourself!

This year, the Chinese Horoscope animal is the Earth Pig or Boar, starting on February 5th, 2019 and ending on to January 24th, 2020. Recent Years ruled by the Pig are 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 1995 and 2007.

Traditionally, the positive qualities of an Earth Pig are abundance in love, luck, health and money. However, your appetites for objects, food and possessions could get out of hand. It’s good to remember those old social memes, “more is not necessarily better” and “be careful what you ask for” because you could very easily get overwhelmed and out of balance!

To help you, this Transformation Game has been put together to increase your self-awareness, get clear about your priorities and make healthy choices so that you can stay in balance and not go “hog wild”.

Managing the Flow of Opportunities in the Year of the Pig

As you gaze at this Circle that accesses the medicine of the Earth Pig, see if you currently need some increased self-awareness around an important aspect of your life. Ask yourself:

“Would it benefit me to get inner guidance about my feng shui for creating career, money, health, home or dwelling, business opportunity or a love relationship?”

Make sure that you’re aware of the current flow of the Tao – or “gateway through which all things move.” Use some positive affirmations to help you get there:

“I choose to notice the flow of the Tao.”

“I have correct awareness of the prevailing energy in my environment.”

Open Your Heart So You Can Be Inspired By Your Inner Guidance ~

Use this Reiki Chakra Key to balance and open your Heart Center. 

“My heart is open to the flow of joy and balanced prosperity in this situation.”

“I am centered and radiating ___________.”

“My heart is aligned with my highest good.”

Because of the chaos involved, it’s very easy to get off track and go “hog wild.” You’re going to need true loyalty to your Self and your highest good to make wise choices. Gently look at the next Circle to affirm your best intentions:

“My agreement is to remain loyal to myself and my best interests.”

“I make choices that keep me on a positive path towards my own goals.”

“I let go of _________. I prepare for __________. I take care of __________.”

 

Focus in on the open, blank space in the middle of this Circle. Send your energy to it using these positive affirmations:

“I use my energy wisely.”

“I make a conscious choice to focus my energy on genuinely helpful people, projects and activities.”

Make a list of things or experiences you would like to create that would be genuinely productive for you at this time.

 

“I decide to let go of unproductive activities and negativity. I send them to the Sun to be transformed.”

“I am creating a life that fulfills my Souls purpose.”

The Essential Human*Note: If you have a copy of The Essential Human, now would be a good time to use it to untangle yourself from negativity and poor creative habits.

Once you’ve done that, you’ll probably feel quite a bit calmer and more focused.


If you’re willing, there are several other decisions you could make that could really improve how you handle opportunities. 

Let’s continue with several principles that are bound to be helpful in the Year of the Earth Pig.

Priority #1: Stay focused and calm.

The year will have many opportunities – sometimes too many! Keeping a calm and peaceful mindset will help you filter out clutter and garbage.

“I close the doors to being hard on myself, overworking, conflict, pressure, chaos and____________, etc.”

“I access serenity and peace.”

“I move with grace and tranquility.”

 Priority #2: Keep Your Choices Down to Earth and Do-able.

Be a practical pig, not a porky pig. 

“I let go of fantasies and unrealistic ideas.”

“I focus on what’s really possible for me to create in my current situation.”

“Simplicity and good boundaries create the best conditions for success.”

“I decide that being calm and stable are healthy qualities to nurture.”

“I perceive my situation as it really is.”

 

Priority #3: Stay Grounded In Your Own Garden.

With the Earth Pig it can be pretty easy to wander off into other people’s gardens looking for yummy morsels. This is a similar tendency to ‘the other man’s grass is always greener.” Don’t buy into it.

“I remain grounded in my own garden and harvest my own blessings.”

Priority #4: Keep Your Space Clear of Garbage and Clutter.

The Pig has a natural tendency to attract too much stuff! Use this Circle to help you clear away any clutter or garbage that’s been dumped in your personal space or the landscape of your mind. You can imagine a broom just sweeping it all away to the Sun!

Once your mind feels clear, ask yourself, “Is there anything I should clear out or clean up in my physical environment?”

Priority #5: Know What’s Best for You.

Slow down and remember what’s most important for you at this time. Having too many intentions is often an unconscious contributor to burnout, failure or getting stuck in the mud. Stop and make a choice about what’s most important for you right now.

“Do I have some intentions that conflict with each other? If so, can I tell what they are?”

“Am I in the correct position for success?”

 

Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that pull you out of balance. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and let go of any societal or familial patterns that are affecting you in a negative way. See them disappear as you send them to the Sun:

“I dissolve the destructive energy of – extravagance, indulgence, greed, laziness, apathy, indifference or ____________, etc. ”

 

Once the patterns are cleared, close the door to pathways that lead to trouble.

“All harmful pathways are sealed and healed.

I decide to get grounded and follow the path that’s most beneficial to me.”

For most of us, the Year of the Earth Pig will be an opportunity to go within and expel deep patterns of extravagance or apathy so that we can evolve to create more sustainable systems for health, relationships and prosperity. 

You can use this opportunity to plant beneficial karmic seeds for those new systems and any other useful resources that you may need in the near or distant future.

Once you begin to take responsibility for your appetites, you can bring order and new happiness into your environment!

Do the Right Thing – Conflict Resolution

How To Do the Right Thing in Relationships

Do you ever have the feeling that you’re about to say or do something that you’ll regret? If you could do the right thing, what would it be?

Do the Right ThingIn any kind of close relationship, there’s often a false perception that the other person somehow understands what our motivations are – that they know what we really mean, even if we’re angry. Perhaps because we feel so close to them, we make a lot of assumptions. That can be a very dangerous game!

 

Help Me Do The Right Thing!

Note: This exercise is associated with the I Ching Hexagrams #6 CONFLICT, #38 CONTRADICTION and #43 RESOLUTION:

You can help yourself find emotional healing by taking this quick relationship quiz. The person or group you’re struggling with may not know how to interact with you because of mixed messages or unresolved issues from your past. By taking the time to go within and find out what part you’re playing in the game, you can understand what’s motivating you so you can do the right thing to resolve the situation. Remember, actions speak louder than words!

The way to play this game is to relax and breathe deeply while you meditate on the questions and suggestions that accompany the Circles. This first one will help you to slow down and let yourself focus on one thing at a time.

“I slow down and relax.”

 

Once you’re relaxed, go through the rest of the quiz in the same way – asking yourself the questions while you gaze softly at the accompanying Circle. Take your time, the answers might not come right away. The Circles are helping your mind to clear away mental and emotional clutter.

“What do I want to do?” 

“Have I made a decision that’s in CONFLICT with what I really want to do? If so, can I tell what it is?”

 

Is there an agreement I have with anyone involved that’s causing a conflict?

“If so, what can I say or do to remain loyal to myself?

 

“What things have I been saying to myself or others about this situation? Is that really true? What do I really mean?”

“What might help me respond better in this situation?”

 

“What am I assuming about the situation or the other people involved?” 

“Is that a helpful assumption to be making in the long run?”

“What might work better?”

 

“How am I getting thrown off?”

Is there an obsession or compulsion involved?

The Essential HumanIf there is and you have an updated copy of The Essential Human, you might want to go through the Emotional Correction E on page 101 to clear it up.

 

Continue your inquiry:

“Am I anticipating a problem? What am I afraid will happen?”

Relax for a few minutes and let the Circle help you calm down with this affirmation: “I decide to anticipate a positive outcome.”

 

“What do I need to do for this to change for the better?”

“Do I need to say anything to the other party to make myself clear?”

 

“Am I willing to do what would be required for this to change in a positive, meaningful way?”

Miracles - Channels of Love

If you are willing, ask for help from your Soul resources or angelic guidance.

If you’re not, this is a good opportunity to explore what’s really motivating you.

 

Imagine that you can release any old agreements, assumptions or grudges that are keeping this CONFLICT going. Visualize them like contracts, burning up into nothingness.

“I let go of outdated agreements, assumptions, contradictions, compulsions, obsessions or taking things personally.”

“I let go of the need to hold onto the conflict in this situation.”

Make some new agreements that support your true desire, like:

“My Soul is in charge and I forgive myself. I choose my words wisely. I set the other party free to do things their own way without me,” etc.

It’s time to bring RESOLUTION to the various mental and emotional behaviors that feed the CONFLICT. Use this symbol to dissolve destructive blueprints that are causing you harm.

“I release all behaviors to react out of fear, obligation, revenge or disdain.”

“I send the worry, guilt and resentment to the Sun.”

Take your time and visualize them dissolving like dark clouds into a pure, blue sky.

Next, seal and heal any leaks or attachments that may lead you back into CONFLICT.

“All holes are sealed and healed. All pathways that lead to CONTRADICTIONS and CONFLICT are closing.” 

“I follow the direction of healthy protection.”

 

Make a RESOLUTION to overcome your difficulties by making progress in a unified and productive direction. Gently formulate some positive affirmations about how you can do the right thing in a way that will really benefit you. For example:

“I make a RESOLUTION to grow in the direction of my general good.”

 

Finally, let your Throat Chakra balance out and support you in your new RESOLUTION!

It isn’t always easy to do the right thing in relationships, yet if you’re willing to make a change for the better – anything is possible!

Below is a Transformation Game that will help you open your heart and make friends with the animal, plant or nature spirit helpers in Gifts from the Rainforest.

Welcome to the I Ching Reading and Transformation Game for Hexagram # 59 – Reuniting with Nature.

How can you open your heart to creative, new ideas when the heart of humanity is struggling to find a new way?

When we are in the midst of DANGER, what can be done to reunify us with our “better angels?”

The first thing to consider is what direction are you, personally, heading?

Are you in any kind of danger?

Are you going for revenge and retribution?

Are you immersed in self-pity, self-sabotage or cynicism?

Or, are you willing to look beyond the chaos and open your heart to a more equitable and balanced future?

Developing a relationship with any of the Helpers in Gifts from the Rainforest is a process that takes time, trust and a sincere intention to ask for and receive their guidance or medicine.

Each Helper has its own medicine, which is explained in the poem and “Further Explanation” sections of the manual. One Helper might have medicine for dealing with difficult people (for example, Parrot #18), while another might help you to focus better, such as Praying Mantis, #6.

The Helpers are like new friends that can really assist you if you’re willing to slow down, open your heart and get to know them. This game will help you to create a healing relationship with whatever Helper you want to get to know next.

Begin by going to Old Sol #49 and reading its message.

Through this Circle, symbolized by the Sun, you can connect with your Higher Self. All the other Circles in this book can only work through your Higher Self or Soul to avoid false guidance.

You will be using “Old Sol” to tell you which Helper would be good to get to know next. You can also use it to confirm guidance that you get or formulate questions and intentions that are important to you.

The next step is to gaze softly at the Circle itself and take several relaxing breaths. It doesn’t really matter what part of the image you’re looking at and it isn’t necessary to figure out what the lines or circles mean. If you find yourself criticizing or doubting yourself, that is your ego trying to interfere with your clear guidance. Just ignore it and bring your attention in to open your heart.

Now that you’ve read the directions, it’s time to ask the question. Look at the Circle and ask your heart:

“Is there an issue or situation that I could use some guidance with right now?”

Old Sol

Answers may come in the form of words, a symbol, an impression or a feeling. What ever comes to you, write it down, even if it doesn’t seem to make sense at first. Also, it’s important to take the very first answer that comes to your heart, otherwise, it’s not your intuition.


Mind Body IntegrationMind Body Integration

For best results playing a Transformation Game, look at each Circle both crossed over the midline of the body and uncrossed so that the correction is more complete.

If your mind goes blank, go here to clear the blockage.


Once you have an issue, ask Old Sol for a number between one and forty-nine and take the very first number that comes to you. The number you come up with is the number of the Helper and Circle that would be most helpful to you right now. Write the number down, go to that Helper in the book and read about its medicine. Notice if there are any messages that stick out to you.

Next, gaze softly at the Circle (both crossed and uncrossed) and relax. Breathe deeply a few times. Imagine your mind can gather up all the unconscious information it has about this medicine. Now you’re ready to go through the series of Circles in the first section of the game.

Section One: Open Your Heart and Clear Obstacles to Communication

1. Sun #49: To facilitate your connection with your spiritual guidance, keep breathing and gaze with soft eyes at Old Sol while you repeat each affirmation:

“In accordance with my highest good…

Old Soul

… I release all karma or intentions that prevent me from connecting with my Higher Self through my heart.”

“I release all karma or intentions that prevent me from connecting with the _________ Helper I have chosen.”

“I release all intentions based on ignorance or harm that would block clear communication.”

 

2. Seed #37: Pretend this Circle is like a communication device; you ask it a question and an answer comes back to you in the form of words, an image, a feeling or a symbol.

This is how you can use the Circles and their Helpers to communicate intuitively with your Soul or Higher Self. Try it out by asking the Seed Helper:

“What is preventing me from following the true guidance of the __________ Helper?”

Make a note of your answers. At this point the answer(s) may or may not make sense to you yet, so just write them down and continue.

 

3. Alligator #3: Now it’s time to uncover whatever thought processes, emotions or behaviors that are blocking your connection. Look into the Intuitive Learning Circle for Alligator and ask the following questions one at a time:

“Can I tell what’s blocking me?”

“Is the blockage a behavior? A habit? An attitude?”

“Is it emotional?”

“Is it conceptual?”

“Is it an attachment?”

“Is there more than one thing blocking me? If so, what are they?”

“Am I perceiving this situation correctly and truthfully?”

4. Snake #7: Read the messages that come from the Snake Helper, and then look at its Circle. What sticks out in your mind? Is there any part of it that catches your attention? If so, write it down because that phrase or idea has important information that could help you understand more about what’s blocking you.

 

Once you’ve done that, look at the Circle and ask your heart:

“How would my life be better if I were friends with the ________ Helper I have chosen?”

Again, write your answer down.

5. Raccoon #11: Many of the Circles work with the nervous system to help you release negative, unproductive agreements and harmful obligations that you might still be reacting to even though you aren’t consciously aware of them. Raccoon is the primary animal totem that handles Soul contracts.

What is a Soul contract? Soul contracts deal with lessons you have agreed to experience on a Soul level so that you can experience who you are more deeply. If a person has completed the lesson, they can move on to other experiences. However, the nervous system will keep repeating the lesson until the person has consciously released the contract and integrated the lesson into their consciousness.

Many times, the ego resists completing the lesson and letting the contract go. Why? Because the ego likes to remain in control through drama, pain, suffering and codependency.

The Raccoon Helper is very powerful because its medicine can bypass the ego and go directly to the nervous system and release completed contracts. Look at the Raccoon Circle and go through this list of potential agreements that might get in the way of clear and honest communication:

A. “I release all agreements, contracts, allegiances, obligations or vows that prevent me from communicating clearly with my Higher Self.”

B. “I release all agreements, contracts, allegiances, obligations or vows that prevent me from communicating clearly with the true spirit of the __________ Helper.”

C. “I release all agreements with lies or false guidance.”

D. “I release all agreements, contracts, allegiances, obligations or vows that prevent me from benefiting from and utilizing the medicine of the _______ Helper.”

Releasing contracts and agreements of this kind significantly loosens the grip that the ego has on your mind and body. Energy can begin to move differently for you now and negative patterns are more easily changed to benefit you. Use this Soul Prayer Chart for Divine Connection to help you.

How To Access Common Sense

This Mind Exercise is about how to access common sense. 

How to Access Common SenseLet’s start with some words about common sense* that I like to remember:

Common Sense is good sense and judgement based on verifiable experience or repeated observation of the facts, not just because someone said so. When someone says, “something is so, because I say it is,” that is not common sense.

When a person’s common sense is out of balance, they’re more interested in looking good than anything else. They have poor boundaries and are more concerned about how they are being perceived than they are with facts. The thought process is externally driven (peer pressure), not internally developed and checked against the facts.

If a person accepts a judgement as truth from a second or third party without any personal verification, it’s actually an assumed agreement or conditioning. Learning without verification can be very dangerous. An example of this would be prejudice against someone you have never met. Someone told you this person, group or activity is untrustworthy. It may be true or it may not. Without verifiable evidence, common sense is lacking.

What can be done about common sense that’s out of balance?

A good place to start is to access your senses. Everyone has a “blind spot.” For some reason, we’ve been conditioned to turn a blind eye to certain things. See if you can remedy some of that by gazing softly at this Reiki Chakra Key, together with these positive affirmations:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I use them to be present and make sense of my current conditions and environment.”

“I use them to become aware of helpful resources, solutions and opportunities.”

“I focus on behavior that supports good common sense and integrity.”

 

Next, release your agreement with any unverifiable prejudices. These may have been planted deeply in your unconscious mind by your family, religion and society, even your dearest friends. Oh, and be sure to include the media!

Use this Intuitive Learning Circle™ to help you find unconscious prejudices in your mind and uproot them:

“I unearth unverified assumptions, prejudices or agreements that prevent me from having good, common sense.”

“I uproot the resistance I have to verify the facts and question what I’ve been conditioned to believe.”

“I uproot the need for approval and the belief that I have to agree with what I’m told in order to survive.”

What else would you like to uproot?


To teach genuine common sense, a good teacher shows by example or demonstration. True common sense can prevent fascism, slavery and abuse. It instills personal integrity, plus things just work better when they make sense.

All you have to do is read the instructions and then follow through on the directions while you gaze softly at each Circle.


mind Body IntegrationAn important note ~ 

The brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. If you feel resistant or stuck, cross or uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body and go back to the Circle, breathing patiently. See if your thinking starts to move again. Let negative self-talk go by breathing through it.


How to Access Common Sense

Common Sense and the Third Eye ChakraStep One: Gaining insight through common sense works with having good intuition. Allow the Reiki Chakra Key below to open and balance your Third Eye energy center. The affirmations will help you focus your intention:

“I balance my inner vision with good common sense. I free my mind to focus on inspiration that makes the most sense in this situation – based on verifiable evidence.” 

Step Two: Slow down. Both intuition and common sense are more accessible when you’re not in a hurry or trying to do too many things.

“I slow down and pay attention to what’s happening now.”

It will help to imagine you can bring all the energy into focus on the center, open space of each Intuitive Learning Circle™.

Step Three: You might sense a blockage or your mind may go blank. That’s okay. Let this Circle soften your rigid thoughts. Allow them to melt, move and dissolve away. Do this both crossed and uncrossed until the blockage is cleared.

Now, without censoring yourself, what would you like to do?

Feel free to move around or take a walk to get in some steps. Using the body helps your mind to integrate new ideas!

Step Four: Let your senses get balanced. Some may be turned up too high and some too low. You can imagine them like a ring of lights orbiting around your waist, casting light and awareness on the world around you.

Adjust them like a radio dial until the level feels just right.

Be sure that your lights are focused on sensing joy – not on what someone else wants you to pay attention to!

Step Five: Surround those lights with a ring of protection and strength.

“I am safe and protected. I have the courage to change my perspective.”

PLUG INTO TRUTH

Step Six: Resonate with the power of your Soul to separate yourself from lies, confusion and manipulations.

Consciously “unplug” from lies and manipulations at your solar plexus and then plug into truth.

Be sure to do that while looking at this Circle both crossed and uncrossed!

Step Seven: In this quieter, clearer mind space, think of a decision you are unclear about and would like to apply some common sense to – something that isn’t making sense to you right now.

Or you can ask: “What makes sense to do next?” If you are unclear, this would be a perfect situation to experiment with.

Step Eight: Continue your inquiry,  “How can I put it all together so that it makes sense?” Bring your thoughts in toward the center, blank space. This could take some time. Listen for the answer. What is your inner guidance?

Intuition combined with common sense is often simpler and more straightforward than most people are comfortable with. Let go of the three C’s – complication, convolution and conspiracy. Be patient and let your mind sift through the possibilities.

Step Nine: Balance your senses again and ask yourself:

“What makes the most sense?”

Once you get a heartfelt answer, Congratulations! Be sure to write down what you came up with. The critical mind often doesn’t like to remember the quieter, gentler vision of intuition combined with common sense.

The following extra-intuitive activities aren’t required, but they can help you excel in creating the very best of your talents, interests and passions…

Improving Brain Chemistry for Better Common Sense

We are more likely to make good sense of things when our brains have a balanced chemistry. Chakra healing can help. Let’s see what happens when we allow the chakras of important parts of our brains to let go of toxic chemicals that might be impairing our thinking and how we access common sense.

Gaze softly at the Essential Chakra Key with this intention:

“Accurate messages are transferred between my brain and spinal cord.”

Next, gaze at this Chakra Key with the intention:

“My left and right brain communicate accurately with each other.”

Sometimes we have “the sense knocked out of us” physically. Trauma like that can affect all kinds of thought processes.

“My focus, balance and stability are in place.”

Use this Circle to help you appropriately reconnect any chakras that have disconnected due to accident, injury or violence.

“My communication lines are connected.”

“I make sense of things.”

“Reliable communication has resumed throughout my nervous system.”

Some parts of your brain can anticipate pain and overreact with highly charged emotional responses. Allow them to gently release and let go with this intention:

“I am safe and calm. All is well.”


Application

Go back to Step Seven at the beginning of this exercise and review the decision you were considering.

“What makes good sense to do next?”

INTEGRATION

Imagine that you can release any negative karmic patterns you may have around peer pressure or needing to look good. Send any chaos or confusion up to the Sun.

Next, access your beneficial karma for having good common sense. Gather your good deeds into the center, blank area of this Circle.

“I access my beneficial karma for actualizing good and balanced common sense.”

The mind intuitively appreciates closure. Let’s get grounded as we complete this mind exercise.

Place both feet on the floor and put your hands on your knees if you can. Gaze softly at the Circle and repeat the affirmation until you feel your body has fully settled in the present.

“I am grounded in the present.”

“I ground common sense in the New Paradigm.”

Ask yourself:

“How does it feel to access good common sense, based on verifiable experience or repeated observation of the facts?”

Congratulations!

You can thank yourself for taking the time today to learn how to access common sense and good judgement – a gift that will make your life a whole lot better!

Feng Shui for Your Home

How to Use Feng Shui For Your Home with the I Ching to Navigate through the Change of Seasons, 2020 ~

Feng shui for your home is very useful at any time there’s a change of seasons including the Fall Equinox. Especially since there are so many environmental factors that pose a real DANGER to our health and happiness!

Luckily, there are some things you can do using Feng Shui that could help mitigate the toxic elements and smooth things out a bit – at least in your home!

*As you go through this Transformation Game, it’s good to keep in mind the old feng shui recommendation that twelve objects be moved or rearranged in some way at the change of every season or during other times of significant change. 

Feng Shui for Your Home

The I Ching or Book of Change also works beautifully to help you navigate change. Like Feng Shui,  it follows the movements and tendencies in the cosmos using a series of sixty-four hexagrams or energy flows. When Feng Shui for your home can go with the flow of life, it’s possible to avoid blow ups and other build ups of negative energy. Unfortunately, DANGER is the I Ching energy over the next few weeks, so it’s important to pay attention and take every step you can to help yourself. The text says:

“The situation is one of real DANGER, caused by and manifested in the affairs of man. This DANGER is not inspired by overwhelming tendencies within the cosmos, or by conflicts in your innermost attitudes. The real DANGER that confronts you is brought about by your immediate environment. It will take skill to overcome the difficulties, but managed properly, this time of challenge can bring out the very best in you. The Chinese text points out that if you can act with confidence and virtue whatever you do results in success.”

To Begin Assessing the Feng Shui for Your Home, It Helps to Focus Your Awareness:

I use the Intuitive Learning Circles™ as mindfulness tools for tuning into my intuition and focusing my “feng shui eyes.” You can easily learn to use them too! All you have to do is relax and gaze softly at the Circles while you gently contemplate the affirmations or questions that go with them.

For example, this Circle will help you gather up your senses and focus them on assessing the energy of your home:

“I connect with my five senses.”

“I fine tune them to be present and aware of my Souls purpose.”

“I use them to become aware of my environment.”

“I gain clear awareness of helpful or harmful influences in my surroundings.”

 


Mind Body IntegrationThey say that intuition is easier when all of the senses are balanced. Some may be turned up too high and some may be too low. Relax and allow your eyes to rest gently on the Circle below.

Take some deep breaths and let your shoulders drop. Adjust the volume to your senses. Do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body to achieve greater mind body integration.

 

Next, gaze gently at this Circle to get present and slow everything down, so that you can get a more objective “read” on the situation. Use an affirmation like:

“I slow down and bring my attention in, towards what’s truly important about my environment right now.” 

Feng Shui for Your Home
Sloth Medicine

Imagine that you can slow the energy around you down, like a slow motion replay you would see on TV. We often miss intuitive information because things are just moving too fast!

(You) “can now benefit from internal stillness. By avoiding thoughts that project too far into the future, and dispelling illusions of what can or will be, you can overcome ego-generated difficulties.” ~ Hexagram #52 MEDITATION, The I Ching Workbook, R. L Wing

So often we miss things because we’re thinking about how things were in the past or how we wish they could be in the future. Truth is, we need to be very present with what’s going on right now. Especially after experiencing so much disruption!

Use this Circle for the Four Seasons to get present. Notice where you are right now.  Ask yourself:

“Am I feeling powerless? Am I fully in the present? If not, is part of me stuck in the past? Am I anxious about the future?”

Divine Communication

Feel your hands open and close. Check for the date and time. Move around. Bring yourself into the present and empower yourself.

 

 

Finally, in order to get an accurate read, you need to trust your “gut instincts.” In this situation, do you trust your gut feeling?

If the answer you get is “no,” you’d be missing a really important aspect of doing an effective FengShui assessment. Go here, to get help if you need it.

If the answer you get is “yes,” you are ready to get an accurate “read” on your home!

So let’s get started!

I always start with a few quick check questions, starting with what needs to be removed. When you remove disturbing influences first, your environment can support you better as it suggests in I Ching Hexagram #18 REPAIR:

“The situation will develop new energy and inspiration once the problems are removed.”

Quick Check #1: Ask yourself this question while gazing softly at the Intuitive Learning Circle™ below:

“In general, do I need to remove disturbing influences from my home, yard or office?”

“If so, can I tell what they are and what I need to do?”

Interesting isn’t? You intuitively know somethings up, but need a little help to focus in on the details of what’s actually happening.

Quick Check #2:  Get a sense if anything needs to be rearranged so you can optimize your chances for success in all areas of your life. Ask yourself:

“Do I need to rearrange something in my home to let go of the past and optimize my potential for success? If so, can I tell what it is or what area needs rearranging?”

“You can see the problems clearly. The timing is excellent for making amends.” ~I Ching Hexagram #18 REPAIR

Quick Check # 3: The third question is about whether or not something needs to be added. This isn’t a question about what’s fashionable, it’s about flow. Many beautiful houses are picture perfect, yet they don’t feel comfortable or welcoming. What’s missing in those cases is a harmonious flow. So, while you gaze softly at this next Circle, think about your home again, as it is currently. Ask:

“Is anything missing? Are there any holes or disturbances in the flow? If so, can I tell where they are?”

Condor Medicine

Can you get an idea of what you might add to make the correction? Make sure you keep in mind the needs of the other people who live or work with you.

“Only through intelligent deliberation can you be certain that the action you take is correct… The correct actions now are constructive rather than combative and lay the foundation for continued growth toward the good.” ~I Ching Hexagram #18 REPAIR

Going through this process can help you evaluate whether or not your home is providing a stable and healthy environment for you. Plus, you could get some inspiration or possible remedies to support your happiness.

Simply gaze softly at the symbols while you consider the questions that accompany each of them. Doing so will help you to uncover hidden information about how your prosperity or sense of “home” is being impaired (it will also work in your office).

Step One – Relax and Tune In On A Deeper Level:

Begin by getting in the correct mindset to receive intuitive information. Gaze softly at this symbol while you repeat the following affirmation for a minute or two:

“I ask my intuition to reveal hidden information about imbalances or interferences in my home that are causing me, my business or my family harm.”

Continue enhancing intuition by calming your senses and bringing them into balance again – some may be turned up too high and some too low. You can bring them into balance by adjusting the levels so that you can sense the hidden information. Do it both crossed and uncrossed.

Step Two – It May Be Time to Review the Intention for Your Home:

“The opportunity to change a situation from STAGNATION to progress is at hand. It will not happen of its own accord. A strong and continuing sense of purpose is necessary to achieve and maintain the greatest possible heights of success.” ~ Hexagram #12 STAGNATION

[You might want to get a notepad to write on and see if you can find at least twelve objects that you can move, rearrange or remove as you go through the rest of this game. Pay special attention to objects that you have retained from childhood or previous relationships.]

Use this Circle to slow down some more and become aware of your actual, physical, home environment. On your pad of paper, see if you can formulate a clear intention for what you would like your home to do for you at this time in your life.

Now, briefly review each room and remind yourself about what’s really important about the function of each room. What happens there and what purpose does that room serve for you and/or the family? You might also want to think about how a change in the season might affect each room.

 

If your mind goes blank, or you’re having trouble accessing clear intuition, use this Circle to melt away any conflicting thoughts or resistance. It can help to imagine the room softening and moving around. Wait until your vision stabilizes.

Step Three – Get Specific:

Once you’ve briefly gone through each room and feel ready, use the wisdom from this I Ching Hexagram to move on to the questions below that will help you identify more specifics:

“Order can be brought to chaotic situations, Because you are now unusually familiar with the elements involved in the object of your inquiry, you can evaluate and arrange them in whatever way necessary to achieve your aim.” ~ Hexagram #64 BEFORE THE END

Question #1 Trust your initial response to the questions ~

“Are there poltergeists or pockets of negativity collecting in my home or office?”

“If so, can I identify where they are located? Do I know what needs to be done to remedy them?”

If no, continue to Question #2.

Question #2

“Am I experiencing poor communication or lack of co-operation where I live?”

“If so, can I identify the source of where it’s coming from? Can I get an idea of what changes are needed?”

 Question #3

“Are there any objects or elements out of balance that are causing mental, emotional, financial or physical difficulties?”

“If so, can I identify how they can be brought into balance?”

“Does something need to be moved, reorganized or completely removed?”

Question #4

“Could I benefit from being more grounded and present in my own home?”

“If so, can I identify the source of what the problem is?”

“Does something need to be moved, reorganized or completely removed to help me be more grounded?”

Question #5

“Is there any interference with productivity?”

“If so, can I identify something that needs to be moved, reorganized or completely removed in order to help me be more productive?”

Question #6

“Is my health or prosperity struggling because of disharmony in my  environment?”

Does something need to be moved, reorganized or completely removed to restore harmony? Does something need to be added?”

Question #7

“Is there anything I need to know about my environment that is preventing me from heading in the right direction to accomplish my goals? Can I get a sense of what that is?”

“Is there anything I can add to enhance the love and light available in my home?”

Question #8

“Is my environment safe and does it have adequate protection? Is there anything I need to do to be certain that it’s free from harmful or interfering energies?”

Question #9

You can use this Circle to review the Feng Shui for your home to see if you have come up with at least twelve items that can be moved, removed, or added to accommodate the changes that you are currently experiencing.

Achieve Your Business Goals in 2020 Using Office Feng Shui ~

Office Feng Shui in the New ParadigmAs your business changes and grows, it’s important to keep some fundamental principles about office Feng Shui in mind so that your goals for success are properly supported.

In this article I’m going to share several basic issues and remedies I often use when working with clients who want to know how to set up their office or studio space for success. Then, just for some added fun and insight, we’ll also use some Intuitive Learning Circles™ to help you zero in on what your intuition says about the space you work in! Principle #1: Productivity

A smart business owner or professional pays close attention to their office or workplace environment and uses proper input to increase productivity.

What are some of the things to think about? What would a Feng Shui expert ask you about your office space? Certainly, a reliable practitioner would want to find out if something about your office is keeping you from doing your best. It’s easy to get distracted by non-essential details. You can clarify that for yourself a bit by using the Mind Exercise below.

Take a break from your busy day, slow down and see your business environment as it is right now.

This Intuitive Learning Circle™ from Gifts from the Rainforest will help you slow down, tune into your intuitive senses and clarify what’s going on. Simply gaze softly at the Circle for a few moments with a soft gaze. Relax and allow your mind to to get still.

Use these positive affirmations while you take a few breaths:

“I slow down. I choose to be calm and centered.”

Sloth Medicine – Slow down!

“I know what my primary business goals are.”

It often helps to imagine that everything is moving in slow motion. Once your mind has stopped chattering, you’ll be able to focus on your business priorities with greater accuracy. You might want to make some notes about what’s important.

Now, turn your attention to your actual, physical working environment as it is right now. Look around:

What is your overall impression?

Do you feel productive there? Do you feel comfortable?

Do you feel competent and empowered? If not, can you tell why not?

Does anything distract you?

If so, make a note of whatever distracts you and we’ll come back to it later.

 

 

Principle #2 Grounding

A smart business owner makes sure that they feel grounded in their working environment.

If your intentions aren’t grounded in your space, your success is being severely compromised. It’s wise to rectify this situation as soon as possible.

This is another Intuitive Learning Circle™ that’s about being grounded. Use it in the same way you used the previous Circle, except this time, make sure both feet are on the ground. Relax and gaze at the Circle with a soft focus while you review the intentions you just wrote down.

“I am well grounded in the intentions I have for my business.”

Grounding.

Ungrounded Office Feng ShuiNow, ask yourself another set of questions: 

“Is this building/room grounded?

Am I able to think clearly in my environment?

Do I easily get tossed around or overwhelmed?”

If you’re having a problem here, it’s a really good idea to get the room grounded. You can either get a professional help or you could try standing or sitting in the middle of the space and use this affirmation while you gaze quietly at the Reiki Chakra Key below:

 “I am grounded in this space.”

Connect with Mother Earth.

Additional tips if you’re having trouble grounding:

I often use obsidian to keep spaces grounded here in the Southwest area of the United States. Find a good size rock and place it somewhere unobtrusive as close to the center of the room as is practical.

You may have your own favorite techniques for getting grounded. Go ahead and try them. You can confirm whether they’ve worked or not by looking at this Circle for Soul connection and asking:

 “Is the space grounded now? If not, what would help?”

“Is there anything else my Soul would like me to know?”

Follow the suggestions you get until the answer comes back positive. If you feel that there’s a lot of interference, you can try one of my favorite Mind Exercises: Grounding in the Truth. 

 

Principle #3: Support

A smart business owner makes sure that the decor in their working environment supports their intention.

If you own a restaurant, you’ll want it to have an atmosphere that suits the style of eating establishment you have in mind. The needs of a fast food deli, for instance, would be quite different from a place intended for fine dining. The same goes for every kind of business – if the atmosphere doesn’t “feel” right, its success will be compromised. Another suggestionThat’s one reason why it’s usually a very good idea to keep your home office out of your bedroom. Usually sleeping well and business productivity aren’t a good mix!

Sometimes it’s hard to know whether you’re on track, so here’s another Intuitive Learning Circle to help you tune into the overall “feel” of your working environment.

As you look at this Circle, imagine your space again in your mind’s eye, then ask yourself these questions: 

“Does the decor support my true intentions for this business?”

“Am I feeling nurtured here? Do I feel stressed here? If so, why?”

“What might help me tap into the energy I need to attract business success?”

Remember if there’s anything about your office feng shui that’s creating disharmony, it will effect you negatively. Use Kuan Yin’s symbol for Restoring Peace in Your Environment to help you meditate on the changes that would help you. Ask yourself: “What needs to change?”

Consider moving, clearing or re-organizing whatever is distracting you.

Yet, when you retrain your mind to go for “joy” rather than “perfection,” amazing things start to happen…

Retrain Your Mind to Go For Joy

For a lot of us, a tremendous amount of our learning power has been focused on externally sourced goals. We try so hard to look good, prevent mistakes, avoid getting caught, make fantasies happen and be “right.” Sadly, most of us are taught that we’re supposed to be perfect, so that’s what we’ve trained the mind to go for.

Retrain Your Mind - Let Go of "Being Perfect"But what does “perfection” mean? Whose definition of being perfect are we using? Our parents? Mom? Dad? Our boss? Our family? Religion? The media? All of these definitions are externally sourced and full of contradictions.

More often than not, “perfection” simply means doing what somebody else wants us to do. No wonder so many of us are spinning around, chasing after a hundred different things! Going for perfection usually creates pressure, confusion and an overwhelmed mind!

Retrain Your MindOn the other hand, going for joy usually creates more joy – which would be much better. However, in some situations, it might be even more effective to go for “freedom”, “balance” or “sustainable prosperity.”

Welcome to Learning in the New Paradigm – Mind Exercises to Retrain Your Mind to Go for Joy Rather than “Perfection.”

Rheanni Lightwater - Retrain Your MindThe Intuitive Learning Circles™ are a great tool to help you retrain your mind to successfully move away from the internal conflict that comes from having to be perfect. This short exercise will get you started. I’ve put it together to help you discover a way to refocus on internally sourced goals that are joyful and genuinely meaningful for you! All you have to do is relax and gaze softly at the Circles while you gently contemplate the affirmations or questions that go with them. Here’s an example:

“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”

“I fine tune them to be present and aware of my Souls purpose.”

“I use them to become aware of interference, obstacles and self sabotage.”

“I gain clear awareness of beneficial opportunities, solutions and ________.”

An important note  about Mind Body Integration ~ 

Retrain Your Mind for Mind Body IntegrationThe brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. As you go through the steps, cross and uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body when you gaze at each Circle. Use a soft focus and breathe patiently. This will help you integrate your thinking more fully so that you can be more creative. If you have any negative self-talk, let it go by breathing through it.

Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you embody your experience!


Okay, so let’s begin to retrain your mind…

Step One: In your current situation, who or what is defining “perfection” for you?

Perhaps it’s the media or something you learned at home or in school.

Wherever it came from, does that definition create joy for you? Is it creating more balance or freedom?

So, what are you actually asking your mind to accomplish?

 

Step Two: How much of your energy have you been sending to this definition?

If it were a percentage, what might it be?

10%? 20%? 50% or more?

Would you like to send that energy to create more joy in this situation instead?

 

Step Three: Imagine you can retrain your mind to reorganize itself around “joy,” rather than “perfection”.

Place the word “Joy,” “Balance” or “Freedom” in the center, open space of the Circle and soften your gaze. Relax. While you’re doing this, the Circle may seem to rotate, spin or even change colors. If that happens – go with it. Release control of the experience and let your energy re-arrange itself. Your new goal may turn into images, experiences, colors, sounds or movements. Let it happen! You will know that the process is complete when the energy subsides.

You can get up and move around if you like. Take all the time that you need.

 

Step Four: Think about your situation again. What do you really want to accomplish?

 

Step Five: Take a moment and focus inwardly on what’s most important for you.

Remember to keep breathing!

 

Step Six: Clear the energy in your Root Chakra so you can connect with the concept of your goal and bring it into physical manifestation.

 

Step Seven: How might you approach your situation differently now? What action can you take that will help you know you’re going for joy?

How is it different when you go for balance or freedom? What about sustainable prosperity?

Step Eight: Choose more beneficial ingredients from the Field of Potential to create the “soup” of your life.

The Essential Human* If you have a copy of The Essential Human, now would be a good time to use Future Pacing on page 140 to help you project a preferred outcome into the future. Choose new ingredients from The Essential Human #1 – 42. Use this affirmation:

“I release harmful ingredients and access beneficial ingredients.”

 

Step Nine: Now that you’ve refocused your thoughts and energy on joy, take a break. Give your mind less to have to think about.

“I close the door on all that confusion. I give my mind a rest.”
