You are taking what someone has said or done personally. Have you considered the possibility that your reaction was all they really wanted in the first place? What you make up about what they mean is probably worse than what they really mean.

Many people are having a difficult time being stable because they are getting pulled out of the present by conditioning and emotional attachments to the past. You can get grounded in the New Paradigm of cooperation and equality by going through Kuan Yin’s I Ching Reading for moving on.

The situation is definitely in the flow of the I Ching Hexagram #23 – DETERIORATION.
In times such as this, prideful displays of power will absolutely backfire. This is not the time to push your expectations or agendas. Withdraw and consolidate your energy as best as you can. Take care and stay strong within yourself. Do nothing to push your personal agenda regarding this particular situation and withdraw as much investment of your time or money as you reasonably can. Unwillingness to let go will most probably result in loss.
I connect my consciousness with Hope.
The best things to do when dealing with DETERIORATING situations is to take care of yourself very sensibly and to find acceptance of the times within yourself. Be generous and kind to those you care about. Maintain your inner connection to Hope.
Keep your focus on those things that are working. They are the important opportunities that are available to you now.
Keep emotional reactions to a minimum and refrain from jumping to conclusions. Meditate, surrender to the fact that all things must end. Know that eventually there will come a change for the better.
If you deal with a situation of DETERIORATION with an attitude of ‘I’m going to fix this’ or ‘I need to stop what’s happening,’ you will actually be giving the situation more fuel and prolonging it, rather than letting it die out on its own. When you let go, Nature can take its course. In most cases, the negativity will feed on itself and die out naturally. This reality may be unpleasant however, acceptance is what is called for.”
Here’s some help through a Transformation Game called “Letting Go and Moving On.”
Gently gaze at these Intuitive Learning Circles one at a time and consider the question or affirmation that goes with each Step. This process helps you to become aware of what’s bothering you, so that you can make a different choice to use your energy more productively and in tune with your Inner Guidance.
Step 1:
What is a situation around you now that is DETERIORATING? Trust the message that comes through from your deepest, wisest guidance.
Enhance your inner guidance by calming your senses and bringing them into balance. Some may be turned up too high and some may be too low. Relax and allow your eyes to rest gently on the Circle below.
Take some deep breaths and let your shoulders drop. Adjust the volume to your senses. Do that both crossed and uncrossed over the midline of your body to achieve greater mind body integration.
Step 3:
Release your conditioning to personally attach to that situation.
“I uproot the conditioning, beliefs and behaviors that are pulling me into this DETERIORATING situation.”
“I release them to the Light where they can safely be transformed.”
Step 4.
Can you identify the emotion that pulls you towards the DETERIORATING situation?
Once you have identified what you’re feeling, take a moment and just relax into it. Could it be a phobia, an obsession or a compulsion?
“I accept that this emotional state is present and that it must change. All things eventually change.”
If you can, rub your shoulders and neck for a minute or two. The more you relax and accept what you’re feeling, the easier it will release and dissipate.
Step 5:
Bring your awareness now to your body. Go to your solar plexus area and open your Third Chakra, the home to your Essence and “gut instincts.”
Let go of any toxic energy and bring the chakra into balance.
Step 6:
Bring your awareness to your Heart Center. Allow this Reiki Chakra Key to help you open and balance it.
Keep relaxing and breathing into it. Eventually, you will be able to feel life energy radiating out. The light of your Heart Chakra is shining!
Step 7.
Gaze softly at this Chart that connects you with the empowerment of your Soul. Imagine that your energy system can adapt to the changes that are needed. Continue to relax and breathe as you use this affirmation:
“When it comes to the situation of _________, I exist and am empowered to manifest my highest good.”
Step 8:
Connect with your Soul’s unique vibration and energy. Continue to relax and breathe as you use this affirmation:
“I am resonating with the vibration of my Soul.”
“I strengthen my unique gifts and talents.”
Step 9:
Use this Chart to help you detach from negative energies around your situation. These may include energies from other people, even family members.
Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.
“I release all attachments and energy signatures that are not from my Soul.” “I detach from destructive energies, lies, curses, sabotage and illnesses.”
Step 10:
Consciously close down any destructive energy channels that are coming from the DETERIORATING situation.
“I am no longer connected to that DETERIORATING situation.”
Step 11.
Now, get fully present. Use this affirmation to help you:
“I live in the present and deal with what is.”
If you’re having trouble getting present, it can help to close your fingers into fists and open them again, several times. If you get overwhelmed or feel a strong emotion come up, go back to Step #2 and repeat the process to relax and dissipate the emotion.
Step 12:
Now that you are present, ask your deepest wisest guidance:
“What is an action I can take that will help me to move on?”
Take as much time as you need to reorganize your thoughts and energy around positive action.
Step 13:
Consciously re-direct your energy and attention toward a situation you want to encourage instead. Move your attention and energy away from the DETERIORATING situation.
“I turn my energy toward productive activities and plans.”
Step 14:
Use this symbol to consciously release any remaining mental, emotional or spiritual baggage that’s interfering with your freedom.
You can visualize them as dark clouds or entanglements that you surrender to the Light to be transformed. Stay with it until you feel they’re completely gone.

Step 15:
Finish the game by closing off the pathways in your mind that lead back to the DETERIORATING situation.

Any person who is going through serious loss could experience emotional shock.
The symptoms of emotional shock are disorientation, numbness, mental confusion or fragmentation. A person may even disconnect and leave their body. This includes people who are witness to traumatic experiences in some way.
Sometimes people who’ve just received bad news or experienced a traumatic event will tell you that they’re fine and not to worry about them. That’s because one of the main symptoms of being in shock is not being aware of being in shock. Why is that? During a shock, the mind goes blank as a form of protection.
The shock response is natural and not a sign of spiritual, mental or emotional weakness. It is a physiological event. Nevertheless, if the person doesn’t get a chance to get grounded in their body again – or if they’re not able to – serious problems may develop. Blocked energy and a constant state of fight or flight takes its toll over time. Statements like: “I can’t think straight,” “my life was shattered” or “I feel disconnected” describe the experience of emotional shock.
If any of the above seems familiar, you can go through this mind exercise step by step to help you access your own innate healing abilities and bring yourself back into balance.
Simply follow the directions and see if you can free up some of the confusion and conflict that comes from shock. Here’s an example of how it works. Simply gaze softly at the Circle while you contemplate each of these positive affirmations:
“I reclaim and balance my five senses.”
“I focus them to be present and aware of my body.”
“I use them to become aware of my environment and what’s important to me right now.”
“I focus on positive actions that benefit my well-being and happiness.”
Mind Body Integration

Let yourself breathe and relax as much as possible. Don’t worry if the images move around or change in any way. That just means the Circles are working and that your mind and body are relaxing.
Be sure to go through the entire formula and at the end, give yourself time to rest and integrate.
Healing Emotional Shock and Confusion
Step One:
Take several deep breaths and relax while you look at this Circle that releases shock and inner conflict.
Imagine you can use it to focus in on a conflict or painful experience that’s blocking your way. If your mind is blank, focus on how “blank” it is. You may get a conscious image or message, or you may not.
Once you have a sense that your mind has found the blockage, imagine that it’s like an iceberg and the Sun is melting it away with a beautiful beam of light. Allow it to melt until it’s completely gone.
Check for other blockages or conflicts that you can do the same with.
Step Two:
The next step is to bring your senses into balance so that you can see and hear things without the distortion that often accompanies shock.
As you breathe deeply, let this Circle help you to adjust the volume and pitch of your senses to just the right level for you.
Soon you will be able to hear that “calm, gentle voice” inside that reminds you about what matters the most to you:
“I see things as they really are. My senses are balanced. I reconnect with what matters the most.”
Step Three:
If your gut feels tight or uncomfortable, use this Circle to help you relax in your solar plexus and get back into balance there. Your solar plexus is that soft place in your belly where your ribs go up. Just take a nice breath and feel it relax as you say to yourself:
“It’s safe. I feel safe and more relaxed with every breath.”
Step Four:
Sometimes a person who’s had an emotional shock will be disoriented and feel a bit “out of their body.” In case that’s happening with you, take a few minutes to consciously bring yourself back into your body.
“I am at home in my heart. I am inside myself.”
You can open and close your hands. Move your fingers and wiggle your toes around. Notice the time and where you are. These actions all help you recover from emotional shock.
Step Five:
The next thing is to make sure you’re grounded. Without proper grounding, you could get frantic, distracted and confused. That’s not what you want. What you decide to do matters now more than ever!
Let this Circle for grounding on the Earth help you. Place both feet on the ground and your hands on each knee while you use these affirmations:
“I uproot whatever is confusing me. I decide to get grounded. The Earth supports me.”
Take all the time you need with this.
Step Six:
Oftentimes, healing emotional shock and confusion requires a change in priorities. There may be certain plans, ideas or habitual patterns that are no longer relevant or constructive. Certain roles may get suddenly reversed. You can use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to help you identify them and dissolve whatever is confusing you.
Actively imagine that the negative patterns in your mind are like heavy clouds or a jumbled maze of fears and nightmares.
Once you have the image, bring the pure light of the Sun in and dissolve the maze completely.
You’ll know that you’re done when you can see yourself standing in a beautiful open field with clear blue skies all around.
Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!
Step 7:
Be sure to seal and heal any holes, leaks or openings in your energy field. Leaky energy may open you up to danger or allow harmful energies to attach to you. It can also leave you feeling drained and exhausted.
As you gaze at the Circle, imagine harmful leaks and openings are closing as if they were never there.
“All holes are healed and sealed.”
“I follow the protection of healthy direction.”
“I close up any energy drains so that I may recover my strength.”
“I let go of old habits that are causing me harm.”
Bring your attention to the area that surrounds your body.
“I strengthen the protection of my auras around me.”
“I feel protected and safe in my body.”
Step 8.
To finish this exercise, let your heart recover. This Circle will help you to balance your heart energy and clear away any residual heaviness. Breathe deeply and take your time.
“I feel the heaviness lifting up out of my heart.”
“I let it go and send it to the Sun where it can be transformed.”
“I have the strength and resilience to shine my light.”
Now that you’re finished with the exercise, consider taking a nice walk outside. Nothing grounds you like being in nature after an emotional shock.

In these stressful times, we’re all learning what we need to do to take good care of ourselves. The path of MODERATION is often the key.

There is no shortage of information and advice out there about what we should and should not do to take care of ourselves. Early on in my experience as a medical intuitive, I discovered that there is no “one way” to protect ourselves or heal that works for everyone. We are all unique individuals with our own strengths, weaknesses and preferences – our own karma, if you will.
I also learned that what works today may not work tomorrow. That has to do with circumstances; something may have suddenly changed that has to be dealt with. A shock may cause you to loose your footing and get off balance. Or, there may be some other spiritual or emotional blockage that needs to be released before a clear solution can appear. There could be underlying toxins in the system, the timing may not be right or the body could be so challenged by something like a virus that it’s unable to communicate properly.

Hexagram # 15 – Moderation – How to Take Good Care of Yourself in the New Paradigm
“In difficult times, it’s usually best to move with the flow of MODERATION, Hexagram #15, where ‘The predominant forces … are in the process of balancing extremes and harmonizing interests.’ ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing
The ancient Chinese text describes MODERATION as the best way to make progress by disengaging from harmful extremes and following the truth and guidance that comes from within. In almost any situation, if you’re able to walk a moderate and middle road, there will be improvement in whatever you undertake.
Finding Moderation and Following that Path ~
As a general rule, MODERATION is a sensible flow to follow whenever there’s so much chaos and confusion that it’s hard to tell what’s going on. In the midst of chaos, unpreferred karma (cause and effect) can be easily triggered. For many people, soul contracts have been completed and need to be released to prevent unnecessary health problems. Generally, people are probably either:
Being pulled into a negative spiral of mental, emotional, physical or spiritual health.
Stuck in frustration, rebellion or an obstinate refusal to change.
Getting scattered or revisiting regressive patterns from the past, or
Pulling themselves together into a centered position of empowered authority.
As you softly gaze at this Circle that accesses karmic seeds, see if you’re currently experiencing one of these situations. Ask yourself:
“Am I generally experiencing situation #1, 2, 3 or 4?”
It could easily be a mix, depending on your mindset and what stage of the karma you’re living through.
Whatever it is, you can take good care of yourself by letting go of any karmic agreement that is complete – over and done with or that’s causing you harm in any way. This game will help you do that.
Let Go So You Can Bring In New Ways to Take Good Care of Yourself.
Use this Soul Contract Circle to help you identify and release the agreements. Imagine that each agreement is like a lock attached to every vertebrae of your spine. To let go, see if you can access the original Soul Contract that started the whole pattern for you. Start at the bottom of the line and and the bottom of your spine at the tailbone to find the contract that has the strongest emotional charge. Release it first. You can imagine it burning up or breaking apart.
Then, move up your spine – unlocking any harmful agreements as you go all the way to the top of your neck. Here are some examples:
“I unlock all agreements that sacrifice my health or place me in harms way.”
“I let go of any lies, poor guidance or assumptions that block my ability to heal.”
“I discontinue activities or beliefs that put me at risk.”

Clear Out the Clutter:
As you look at this Reiki Key, clear your mind ofhurtful entanglements, confusion or false guidance. By letting go of all the cobwebs, you free up a lot of energy that’s better spent on your good health and vitality.
“I clear my mind and calm down.”
Now it’s time to assess what’s going on for you. What is your main concern at this time? Is anything stressing you out? What do you need to pay attention to? Is this is a good opportunity to clear your mind of any outdated intentions or thoughts that have been interfering with your health or happiness?
Make Commitments to Your Good Health and Well-being:
Because of the chaos involved, there aren’t many guarantees out there. Making any kind of reliable prediction is next to impossible. You’re going to need all the presence and energy you have to help you during times such as these. Gently look at the next Circle while you check into these positive affirmations and see what applies in your case:
“My Soul is in charge.”
“My new agreement is to stay present in my body and follow my inner guidance – calmly and honestly.”
“I am flexible and able to adapt to what’s needed.”
“I notice what’s happening with my physical, mental and spiritual health. I ask for and receive reliable help when I need it.”

Strengthen Your Energy Field:

Focus On Your Priorities:
Use this Circle to help you slow down and shift your focus to what really matters.
“I make a choice to focus my attention on hope, health, sustainable prosperity and ______________.”
Evaluate Your Energy:
To successfully accomplish your priorities, it’s essential to assess the energy of your life force or chi’ and how you’re using it. The next few Circles will help you monitor how that’s going. Check in with this Circle to start.
“Am I interacting with auspicious and generative life energies?” “Am I correctly positioned in my Solar Plexus to receive them properly?” “Is my Power Animal present and working with me to manifest my intention?”
If not, what would help?

Protection and Self-care:

Too many contradictory or poorly thought out intentions can create confusion, conflict and even chaos! Take time to organize your energy in alignment with Cause and Effect to help you manifest clear intentions.
“I put out __________ in alignment with my highest good and __________ is returned to me.”
Once you feel in the flow, ask yourself: “Am I working in alignment with Cause and Effect? Am I remembering to include play and to have fun? Are there any habits or behaviors that would be helpful for me to change? “
Physical Nourishment:
Now let’s turn to the physical aspect of taking care of yourself. Consider how well you’re nourishing yourself and make notes so that you’ll remember.
“Are there any foods, especially herbs, teas, vegetables or fruits that would benefit me? Am I getting enough fresh water? Is there anything to stay away from?
Is there anything I’m consuming that’s causing a problem?”
“Am I approaching my physical challenges correctly? If not, can I tell what’s needed?”
Breathing and Oxygen:
Relax for a few minutes to consciously breathe and relax. Imagine what kind of exercise you could do that would be most helpful today.
“Am I getting enough oxygen through breathing, fresh air and exercise?”
“Is there anything I need to let go of?”
“Am I functioning with too much tension? Am I having a lot of emotional reactions? If so, what might help me?”
Sunlight:
Your body needs sunlight to stimulate good health and keep your immune system strong.
“Am I getting enough Vitamin D-3?” “Am I getting enough sunlight to make it?” “Am I getting the right nutrition to assimilate it properly?”
“If not, what would help me with this?”
Evaluate Your Current Actions or Intentions:
“Are there any activities I’m planning that would be unwise?”
“Are there any external conditions I need to be aware of?”
If so, can I tell what they are? What do I need to be cautious about? How can I follow a more MODERATE and beneficial path?”
Check the Vibration of Your Life Force:
The First Chakra located at the base of your pelvis (sometimes called the Root or Sacral chakra) governs the general level of your vitality. Do you sense any unusual sluggishness, sensations or low vibrations? This is a good opportunity to clear your foundation of any outdated intentions or energies that interfere with your health or happiness.
As you look at this Star Chakra Key, visualize any heaviness, illness or toxic energy moving out of your root and expelling to the Light.
“What can I do to help raise my vibration? What might help me get grounded?”
Let Go of Destructive Patterns:
Now it’s time to dissolve mental and emotional patterns that pull you off track. Use this symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints to identify and let go of self-sabotage or any societal or familial pattern that still affects your health in a negative way. See them disappear as you send them to the Sun:
“I dissolve destructive energy and any connection I have ever had to it.”

Please note: Never send destructive energies into the Earth, she already has too much to handle now. Use the Earth for planting seeds of happiness and life – not death!
Close the Pathways to Suffering:
Once the patterns are cleared, close the door to pathways that lead to extremes, unnecessary suffering or danger.
“I decide to close the door on harmful pathways. I follow the direction of healthy protection.”
Ground:
In order to actualize the benefits of this game, it’s important to get grounded. Put both feet on the ground and let this Circle help you get grounded in a new paradigm of equality, cooperation and sustainable prosperity.

Finish with Positive Energy in the New Paradigm:

Feng Shui Tips for Handling Recent Changes in Your Environment:

When going through a radical change, it’s a great help to clean out certain areas of our homes and keep an eye on how well the energy is moving. While we’re rearranging things, we can reorganize our intentions to adapt to the changes in our environment and circumstances. When we take the time to do that, we’re allowing a physical and psychological space to open up for new things to come in and help us adjust both inwardly and outwardly.
For example, I have a lot of crystals and a prayer pipe that I consider sacred. Early on in my Feng Shui practice, I got a strong message that I need to regularly clear out my pipe, cleanse those crystals and rearrange other significant objects to accommodate the changes in the I Ching flow. Why is that so important?
— Because crystals, prayer containers and other significant personal objects can hold onto a great deal of energy and old intentions.
In order to keep my mind and energy flexible, I don’t want to be held back by the gravity of those old energies. Also, I don’t want to be blocked by old intentions and outdated agreements that aren’t relevant anymore. They only perpetuate inner conflict or confusion, especially now that we’re obviously in a very different space!
For example, when the pandemic started, I got the strong guidance to “change with the changes and still stay grounded.” In the early summer of 2020, my inner guidance was to “bring light and balanced prosperity into my mindset and environment.” at the Winter Solstice I was guided to pray for “safe transition into the New Paradigm”. Now my intention is “I am firmly grounded in the New Paradigm and have Divine Protection.” These are pretty big changes, and I’m sure there will be many more to come!
Big changes in your environment can be supported with the help of Reiki, strong intention and clear crystals.
To cleanse crystals, I gather them up from around my house and property and then place them in a bowl of water mixed with sea salt. Around the full moon, I’m guided to set them outside for a day or two to cleanse. That way, they will get really clear through an infusion of both Sun and Moon light. Then, I set a new strong and focused intention with those crystals, based on what is needed now.
Notice that I didn’t say, “please keep the coronavirus away,” or “please be sure that civil war doesn’t break out.” If I were to set intentions based on things I don’t want to happen, my whole mindset would start to unconsciously fixate on all the uncertainty and fear that these things attract. To make things even worse, the energy in my environment should start to organize around the fixation. That’s exactly opposite of what I want!
I also don’t want to make intentions frivolously or ask for so many new things that I unwittingly create chaos, conflict and confusion.
So, when I set intentions in turbulent times, I calm myself down first. Once the shock is abated and my mind is clear of anxiety, I ask for a life affirming experience that’s general enough to allow positive change to occur and that makes sense under my current circumstances. That part is especially important since we know the changes we’re going through are liable to continue for some time. Then, I set up the energy in my living space to organize around the new intention by mindfully placing the crystals and/or sacred objects as I’m guided.
Once I’ve set my intention in the space, I pay attention to what I start to attract. If I start attracting chaos, conflict or confusion, I know that I need to reassess my intention and reorganize it.
I don’t waste my time beating myself up for having made a mistake or not doing it “perfectly”. After all, this is a whole new energy we’re in. We’re at the very beginning of one Age, while the other has departed entirely! It’s going to take a while for our minds to adjust. Mistakes are going to happen. Just get back up, clear your mind and be willing to let go of your assumptions about how you thought things were going to be.

If you’re like most of us, you’re overwhelmed by the speed and amount of confusing changes that are taking place. One day, it feels like life is moving forward and then, in a flash, conditions have completely changed! What do we need to learn to know how to change with all these changes?
Whether you’re feeling anxious about the increase in violence and erratic behavior, health, finances, the environment, relationships or your work situation – the underlying fabric of society is undergoing radical transition and the old lines of communication are down. The false security of the “good old days” is gone and we are being called upon to find new ways to handle it all.
It’s no wonder that so many of us are feeling more emotional and exhausted. Under these conditions, it’s easy to get pulled this way and that. Our bodies are worn out and our minds and hearts are torn in a hundred directions!
The 64 Hexagrams in the I Ching or Book of Change have much to teach us about the importance of being flexible and knowing how to change.
For example, Hexagram #49 CHANGING says: “The forces at work in the situation are in conflict, leaving the path open to change. Yet the work of bringing about such a change is as difficult as it is important. People fear change because of its unknowable effect upon the future; so when a real need for CHANGING makes itself felt, it is a serious matter indeed. Clarity, forethought, and great devotion are now required to achieve your purpose. If correctly handled, however, the results can lead to a progressive new era.”
However,the text continues, “The change should be gradual, improvement by improvement, so you may gauge the effect. Avoid haste and excessive behavior.”
In Hexagram #32 CONTINUING, the Top Line advises: “If you handle your affairs in a perpetual state of anxiety, you will soon exhaust yourself. More could be accomplished with a calm and composed demeanor. Make an attempt to comprehend and align yourself with what is truly happening before you create serious problems for yourself.” ~ The I Ching Workbook, by R.L. Wing
Transformation Game: Learning How To Change in a Changing World.
You can discover how to change more gracefully while keeping your integrity by going through this Transformation Game. When you slow down and take the time to go within, you gain a deeper understanding of what you’re really struggling with. Not only that, you can find the motivation to change how you’re responding in a more effective way!
Directions: Simply gaze at the Circle while contemplating the positive affirmations. Breathe deeply and allow yourself to relax as much as possible.
“I reclaim and balance my rational senses.”
“I focus them to be present and keep tuning into my body to monitor what I’m needing.”
“I use them to notice my environment so I can respond appropriately.”
“I focus on actions that benefit my health, happiness and _________.”
You might also be having a difficult time adjusting to all the significant environmental changes that are taking place. Sudden reversals, blockages and changes in momentum can cause our subtle energy fields to react in unusual ways.
This Correction Key can help you correct any rough glitches or reversals that you may be experiencing.
Relax with it for a few minutes until things smooth out and you feel more centered.
An important note about Mind Body Integration ~
The brain and body communicate through different channels when a part of you is crossed over the center of your body. As you work with the Circles, cross and uncross a hand or foot over the midline of your body. Use a soft focus and breathe patiently. This will help you access more information from your unconscious mind. Let any negative self-talk go by breathing through it.
Feel free to move at anytime in any way to help you let go!
Once you feel ready, see if you can slow down and let yourself focus on your priorities. Ask for true spiritual guidance that comes from within.
“I slow down and breathe while I clear my mind. I turn my attention to what matters most.”
Gently, notice the specific aspects of your life that are changing rapidly and need some extra help.
Next, notice if you have aspects that feel stuck, closed off or even going in reverse.
How would you describe these things?
You might want to get out a pen and paper to make note of some of the impressions you get.
Contemplate the medicine from Butterfly for a moment or two:
“I ask my Inner Wisdom for assistance about what needs to change and how to do it in the most positive way.”
What needs to happen?
Bring your attention to the center of your chest. Let your heart be involved in this conversation. Are you willing to listen?
Empower your ability to choose in this situation.
“I exist and what I do matters.” “I can respond to this situation in a productive and helpful way.”
“I bring myself into alignment with my highest good.”
Now you’re ready to go through the rest of the game in the same way by asking yourself questions while you gaze softly at each accompanying Circle. Doing so will help you assess where you’re at. Take your time, the answers might not come right away. The Circles are helping your mind to clear away mental and emotional resistance to change.
“In this particular situation, how am I dealing with change?
Is that working for me? Is there something I need to change about how I’m dealing with the situation? Am I doing the best I can?”
“Am I stuck on something? Shut down? Unwilling? Is it possible that I’m being too hard on myself? What is the concern?”
If you’re stuck, you might be able to deal with it fairly easily by using Condor Medicine to clear conflict, resistance and fixated thinking.
Imagine that you can use the Circle like a bull’s eye to send healing energy to any conflicts or fixations you may be experiencing. Let go by imagining that the lines are going all limp and loose like spaghetti noodles. Or, you can imagine an iceberg melting away under the Sun.
Either way, be gentle with yourself. If you’re judging yourself too harshly, use the Circle to help you loosen up those rigid thoughts. If you’re shut down, use the Circle to bring your energy back to life! If you need to open up to creativity or dissolve toxic emotions, see yourself doing that. Move around and stretch in any way that you like.
Continue with your investigation about how to change…
“Am I holding onto negative experiences from the past?”
You can usually tell if you’re internalizing something because you’ll start to feel physical, mental, emotional or even spiritual irritation. If that’s happening, see if you can stop taking it personally and let it go. “I surrender these old experiences to the Light and turn to more positive ways of dealing with change.”
There is no doubt that what we’re going through is hard. The best thing we can do in difficult situations is to think about what we can learn from them. “The most important take away for me in this situation is ________.” “I am learning ____________.” Be sure to write this down.
For a much deeper integration, trace around the Circle clockwise with your eyes, while you consider your take away thought.
Then, do the same as you trace your eyes around the square in the same direction, both crossed and uncrossed.
How To Change our Experiences – Choose New Ingredients
If we keep choosing ingredients from the past, the soup we call our lives will keep repeating itself over and over. For example, if we were born into a family that keeps choosing shame or blame, we will be liable to keep choosing those ingredients ourselves until we can become conscious of what we’re doing. If we want to change the flavor of our soup, it will help to change the ingredients we’re using!
By choosing ingredients such as self-worth, self-love or self-confidence we can learn how to change and create a better future.

Are there some ingredients that I would like to change?”

One important new ingredient is the generative flow of chi’ that’s available to help us move with the quicker, lighter Element of Air. Use this symbol to help you access it.
“I close down all harmful energy channels.” “My mind is open and clear to receive generative life force.”
New Agreements
Next, imagine that you can release any old agreements, assumptions or obligations that are keeping you stuck. Visualize them like contracts, burning up into nothingness with a violet flame. Here are some suggestions:
“I let go of outdated agreements that keep me stuck in old patterns or to take on someone else’s issues or emotions as my own.”
“I let go of being controlled by emotions or dumped on by anyone or anything.”
“I let go of the need to hold onto anyone or anything that is no longer helpful in this situation.”
“I let go of my resistance to ________. I detach from ________. I remove myself from ________.” Etc.
“I maintain my inner balance and stability.”
New Decisions
Make some new decisions that support how to change more appropriately. Here are some suggestions:
“I decide to see this situation in a positive light.” or… I am capable and my Spirit helps me to handle change… I am free to change in accordance with my highest good… I allow other people the space to handle their own issues…”, etc.
“I decide to __________ and _______________,”
Renewed Presence
Connect with the Third Chakra at your Solar Plexus and let it open up. Relax and let the tightness go. Deep breathing and presence are your best friends in times of accelerated change! Move around or stretch again if you like.
Courage and Confidence
Keep breathing and give yourself a good dose of courage with the help of Jaguar Medicine:
“I surround myself with courage, confidence and strength.”
Seed Medicine can help you find any karmic seeds you may be holding that are causing you harm. They might not even be yours! It’s time to set things right. Send them to the Light so they can return to wherever they belong.
Reclaim whatever is yours – your ideas, your power, your own beneficial seeds of karma. Bring them home and nurture them gently.
Now it’s time to dissolve your connection to any underlying abuse, confusion or conflict. Use this symbol for Dissolving Destructive Blueprints and allow the Light to dissolve and lift them off of you.
“I let go of the mental, emotional and spiritual connections I still have to harmful patterns.”
Take your time and visualize them disappearing like dark clouds into the Light!

Considering what you’ve learned from this situation, you may have made some decisions that you want to close the door on. Use this Circle to seal and heal all leaks, holes or pathways that lead to back to any resistance or unnecessary suffering:
“All holes are sealed and healed.” “I follow the direction of healthy protection.”
Imagine that your mind is like a computer where you can close all the tabs and windows that have been open for far too long!
Are you grounded in the New Paradigm of cooperation and sustainable prosperity? If not, put your feet flat on the ground and let your energy organize around it now.

It’s rarely easy to make changes of this magnitude, but once you know how to change with the changes rather than fighting against them, your situation is bound to improve! The I Ching leaves you with this thought:
