Using SOS as a daily practice is a powerful form of self-healing with affirmations where you can easily slow down, communicate with your unconscious and reorganize how you’re taking care of yourself.

With the Intuitive Learning Circle method, you’re using the symbols as a prompt to gather unconscious information, organize awareness and illuminate solutions that come directly from your Soul. You are in charge!
Why do we need to have healthy boundaries in this rapidly changing world?
During periods of CHANGING, it’s especially important to make sure you aren’t taking on anyone else’s issues, karma or conflicts.
Whenever there’s political or social unrest or a significant challenge to power, it’s very common for opportunists, exploitative people or organizations to use the confusion to get out of their responsibilities and even enrich themselves by pushing their problems and the karma associated with them away from themselves and onto other people. Sadly, those “other people” rarely have any idea how they’re leaving themselves open to that kind of abuse. Over the next year or so this scenario is likely to increase in an effort to avoid responsibility for a multitude of illegal and unethical actions.
People who have a tendency to take the blame for others are often:
1. Mistakenly organizing their life around the problem.
Instead, organize around the solution, which includes your well-being.
2. Unconsciously fueling the problem with their energy and attention.
Instead, disconnect from how your energy is being drained and redirect your energy to your own priorities.
3. Internalizing the situation (taking it personally).
Instead, realize you are taking on more than your part of the situation, which causes you harm and diminishes your ability to respond in the most effective way.
To find out if this is happening to you, gaze softly at Monkey Medicine and ask yourself: “Am I currently exposed to a group or person that’s looking for a scapegoat? Is my energy getting drained? Am I under attack?”
If so, is this activity having a directly negative affect on me?”
You don’t have to fall victim to that. You may not be able to control what they’re doing, however, you can take change of how you respond.

How does this happen?
Emotionally, it happens through shame, blame, intimidation and playing the pity card.
Physically, it’s expressed through actual violent and criminal acts.
Spiritually, it happens through delusions of superiority, scapegoating and malevolent thoughts or so called “prayers” for evil to fall upon another.
Mentally, violent and prejudicial ideas are transmitted through straight forward cursing, slander and lies.
To help you discover what’s going on in your case and begin the process of setting things right, go through this 4 step exercise. Begin by gazing softly at the first symbol with the positive affirmations that accompany it:
“I let go of attachments and blame.
I easily detach from sticky, toxic energies.”
Like a healing balm, imagine that a loving coat of peace and comfort is pouring down over you.
“I let go of karma, issues or the ideas of others, either on an individual or a collective level. I send them back to where ever they need to go to heal.”
I reclaim my own karma, gifts, talents, ideas and issues. I am resilient and unencumbered by interference.”
If you’ve been trained to feel guilty when other people are unhappy, you can trap yourself by taking on more than your part of a difficult situation. You can clarify this by asking yourself these questions:
“What is my part in this situation? What am I actually responsible for? How can I change my behavior in a way that will actually solve the problem of poor boundaries?”
When we buy into codependent behaviors, we are inadvertently preventing karma from working itself out naturally, in the way that it needs to.
What is your Soul communicating to you about this?
When you allow your Soul to guide you and access that spiritual wisdom, you access the power of creative light within. Gaze softly at this Circle and ask:
“What do I need to ask for inner guidance about? What does my Soul say about what needs to change for me?”

Start Here with the SOS Symbol ~
SOS stands for Soul Oriented Solutions. Whenever you see it, that’s your cue to slow down and take a few breaths. Gazing softly at the SOS symbol itself helps you tap into your Soul and get unconscious information about what’s causing imbalance in you – and what will help!

Directions for Choosing a Self-care Exercise for Keeping Healthy Boundaries:
Since the Intuitive Learning Circles are all about self-discovery and learning to use your intuition, it makes sense to use a simple and natural way to decide – using your intuition!
Below there’s a list of Transformation Games and Mind Exercises numbered 1 through 20.
Take a moment and think about what’s going on for you and then look at the SOS symbol. Relax for a moment or two.
When you’re ready, let the SOS symbol help you access a simple “yes” or “no” answer to this question:
“Am I needing a process available here that would help me keep healthy boundaries?
If “yes,” which game or exercise in this list will help me? 1 – 20?”
Whatever number comes to mind, go to that number and read what it’s about. If it fits, click on the link and follow the directions.
Each formula is designed to gently lead you back into balance using positive affirmations and images that will help you recover quickly and keep healthy boundaries.
Please note: Some people worry about whether they are “doing it right” or concerned that they don’t know enough to get anything out of the exercises. If you’re open and interested, the Intuitive Learning Circles will meet you where you’re at. Intention is what really matters.
Group 1: Examine Your Own Behavior & Set Healthy Limitations ~
1. Simplify Your Life. Simplicity is the path of inner direction and self worth. Examine your goals and the standards you have set for yourself with this foundational Transformation Game. Refocus and look at your situation and how you’re using your energy from a more objective perspective.
2. Do the Right Thing.
Before taking action on something you might regret, slow down and examine the situation more carefully. If you’re willing to take responsibility for clearing up your own CONFLICTS and allow others to handle their own emotions, transformation for the better is possible.
3. Renegotiate Soul Connections for Greater Freedom. It’s so helpful to release old agreements with soul connections that are over and done with, especially when you’re ready to move on into a new phase of your life.
4. Stop Disaster Thinking. Refocus your attention on solutions by consciously pulling your attention and energy away from external dramas and redirecting them to genuinely helpful solutions that connect you with your Soul.
5. Let Go and Move On. There is an abundance of emotions around many DETERIORATING situations. Use this game to help you reconnect with the energy and empowerment of your Soul. Consciously close down destructive energy channels and reorganize your thoughts and energy around positive action.
6. Handle Irritations. Everywhere and every day, there are plenty of things to be irritated about. However, are you letting them drain your energy or sour your mood? Do they keep you up at night? If that’s happening, you can turn irritations into positive progress.
7. Set Limitations and Boundaries. In times of social upheaval, it’s imperative that we increase our awareness about whether we’re being blamed, scapegoated or dumped on and intentionally create an energy field resilient enough to repel this kind of interference. This requires truth telling and personal responsibility.
Group 2: Learn Positive Ways to De-escalate Projections and Mind Games ~
8. Clear Emotional Drama. Follow a creative process that will help you detach from emotional drama and projections that are interfering with your well-being.
Whose Problem Is It?
Break through patterns of co-dependence and do what’s right for you.
9. Ground in the Truth and Your Power. You may be involved in a power struggle. Grounding in the truth is more important than ever because external power struggles can so easily uproot us from the truth about what’s best for us. Staying centered requires that you know how to use the power of your mind to control your own energy.
10. Develop Precognition. This exercise helps you bring intuitive hits, hunches and other unconscious information up to the surface to be examined more closely. Shed some light on potential situations where you might be better off just getting out of the way!
11. Know When Someone is Lying. In today’s social and political landscape, lies and half-truths can get lost in the sheer overload of information and contradictions. If you want to separate the truth from fiction, this Mind Exercise will help you unravel the web.
12. Dispel Self-doubt and Projections. Is there someone or something in your life that you don’t trust? Is it real or a projection? Could it just be a painful memory that you just can’t get out of your head? This mind exercise can help you determine what’s really happening.
13. Detach from Herd Mentality. Many people have unhealthy boundaries because of an emotional entanglement with herd mentality. Negative group think causes a lot of conflict and exaggerates our suffering. If you have been feeling your heart closing down, this popular Transformation Game will help you clear things up so you can regain your freedom and open your heart again.
Group 3: Invoke Protection and Clarity of Mind If You’re Getting Confused ~
14. SOS for Collapse. You’re feeling out of sync and unable to track what’s going on clearly. Pull yourself back into the present. This self-care formula will help you come back into harmony with the natural cycles of life.
15. Clear Your Crown Chakra. You’re having trouble keeping your mind clear. It’s hard to trust your guidance when the sheer amount of lies you’re exposed to are making your head spin and doubt your sanity! This Mind Exercise is one way to detach from the crazy-making and get centered again. During this step by step process and you will be guided to clear your Crown Chakra and strengthen your Soul connection.
16. Emotional Stress and Memory. Recent changes in the energy are causing you to feel disoriented, discombobulated and unusually confused, right at a time when you really need to keep it together. The amount of change you’re going through is affecting your mental clarity, ability to sleep well and now you’re forgetting things. This Mind Exercise will help you set things right again.
17. Develop Healthy Boundaries. Serious help for developing the basic ability to detach your thoughts and energy from those around you and to turn your thoughts toward a more positive direction.
18. Clear Negative Thoughts That Keep You Stuck. Whenever we try to fight, control or sweep negative thoughts under the carpet, we are actually causing ourselves more suffering. The compulsion to repeat negative thoughts fosters a negative karmic loop that can develop into deeper patterns of hatred, control and intolerance.
19. Develop Clear Perception. You’re going way too fast – slow down and make sure you’re heading in the right direction. Tune up your Inner Guidance system and determine what’s preventing you from being able to perceive what’s going on correctly.
