Using the Intuitive Learning Circles

Step One – Grounding Yourself and Accessing Your Power

GR #11 (Raccoon Medicine)

Take a moment and look at this symbol. Consciously release any agreement, conditioning or beliefs that you are powerless in this situation.

SC #1 (Divine Light)

Look at this Soul Prayer Chart, take a deep breath and ask yourself this question:

“What am I giving my attention to that is causing this problem?”

Allow the soft voice of your intuition to inform and lead you through the entire sequence. Your intuition is not loud, emotional or dramatic, however, it is almost always the very first thought that comes to you. Don’t allow your critical mind to edit the wisdom that comes from your soul.

G #27 (Hummingbird Medicine)

Repeat the same process with this circle. Remember this exercise is not about finding fault with yourself – it’s about getting to the core of what the problem is and correcting it quickly and easily. Ask yourself:

“How am I giving away my power?”

SC #17 (Divine Grace)

Put both feet on the floor, open your hands in a receptive mode and ask for help from your Soul, your true guides, angels or other protective spirits. You can use this affirmation;

“I ask for protection from those Beings who love me.”

G #1 (Animal Spirits)

Meditate on this circle for several minutes and allow your energy to reorganize itself so that you are strong. Do this with your legs crossed first and then repeat with them uncrossed. Keep your hands open and uncrossed. Use this affirmation:

“I regain my strength.”

While you’re doing this, the circle may seem to move, rotate, vibrate, or even change colors. That’s fine. It just means that the circle is working w/ your soul or spiritual self to make the changes required. Patiently continue meditating with your affirmation while you breathe deeply and allow the energy to settle. You will know when you are done because the circle and your mind will calm down.

G #24 (Electric Eel Medicine)

Now it’s time to make sure that you are grounded and in your body (If you are not in your body, you are much more susceptible to being attached to or attacked). Look at this symbol and put your hands on your thighs. It also helps to open and close your fingers or stretch your toes.

Repeat this affirmation until it sounds true:

“I am safe. I am protected.”

Step Two – Change Your Mind and Your Direction

It could be that you are heading in a direction that is not in your best interests. Meditate on these circles to help you make the necessary changes.

SC #2 (Free Will)

Is there someone that you are trying to emulate or please?

Is there someone you are trying to get away from?

Imagine these people are in giant bubbles and those bubbles are gently floating away from you – returning to wherever they belong.

SC #13 (Fifth Chamber of the Heart)

Now look at this chart to access inner peace. Gently focus in on your heart. Feel it beating as you use this affirmation:

“I reconnect with the truth that lives in my heart.”

GR #13 (Stingray Medicine)

As you look at this final chart, Imagine that you are protected by a ring of strength, courage and determination. Shaman’s call this “the ring of fire”.

Congratulations! You are now under the protection of your Soul and those Spiritual Beings who love you unconditionally. You can go through this prescription anytime you are feeling vulnerable, under attack, out of balance or emotionally volatile. Women who experience the emotional symptoms of PMS can try this energy meditation and see if it helps.
