Reprogram Your Sleeping Habits
Energy Healing Meditations
Using the Intuitive Learning Circles
If you are having difficulty sleeping because you are being distracted by busy thoughts, here is a simple self-hypnosis meditation method that will reprogram your mind and prepare you for a peaceful night’s rest using images from Soul Prayer Charts and Gifts from the Rainforest.
These workbooks are part of a special self-realization package called “Spiritual Healing for the New Millennium.”

I will list the name and number of the Intuitive Learning Circle and then give directions on how to use them. G means that the healing circle can be found in Gifts from the Rainforest and SC means that the circle comes from Soul Prayer Charts.
Meditation – Abandoning Meaningless Distractions – the Obstacles to a Good Night’s Rest
* Meaningless, in this case, refers to any thoughts or activities that prevent happiness and cause suffering.
SC #1 (Divine Light)
As you gaze softly at this first Soul Prayer Chart, see if you notice a sensation of heaviness anywhere on your body. Make a note of where it is and what the sensation is.
* Note: Allow your intuition to inform and lead you through the entire sequence. How do you know whether you are listening to your intuition rather than your negative, habitual thinking? Your intuition is not loud, demanding, emotional or dramatic. It’s almost always the very first thought that comes to you. However, it tends to be very gentle, like a soft voice that comes from your heart, so trust the first thought that comes to you and don’t second guess yourself.

G #3 (Alligator Medicine)
This circle helps people become aware of and release negativity. As you look at it, stay relaxed. Cross your legs and notice the busy thoughts in your mind like endless chatter. Repeat with your legs uncrossed. Remember that looking at each circle with legs crossed and uncrossed will deepen the healing experience.

SC #14 (Soul Color)
Relax and pay attention to your breath as you look at this chart for a few minutes.

G #12 (Rat Medicine)
Meditate on this circle for several minutes while you simply repeat this affirmation to yourself repeatedly:
“I order to sleep peacefully, I must remove meaningless distractions from my mind now.”
While you’re doing this, the circle may seem to move, rotate, vibrate, or even change colors. That’s fine. It just means that the circle is working w/ your soul or spiritual self to remove garbage from your mental continuum. Patiently continue meditating with your affirmation while you breathe deeply and allow the energy to settle. Cross or uncross your legs when you feel like it’s right. You will know when you are done because the circle and your mind will calm down. Your body will feel more relaxed.

G #29 (Chigger Medicine)
Repeat the same process with this circle which will help you to seal your auras and provide protection while you sleep:
“In order to sleep well, I must remove irritations from my mind now.”

SC #22 (Inner Divinity)
Now it’s time to make sure that you are grounded and in your body (if you are not in your body, you are much more susceptible to both irritations and distractions). Look at this symbol and put your hands on your heart.
Repeat this affirmation until it sounds true:
“I am fully present and at peace.”
GR #37 (Seed Medicine)
As you look at this final Intuitive Learning Circle, imagine that you can plant seeds of peace and restful sleep in your unconscious mind. Simply repeat this affirmation until you get tired:
“I am peaceful. I rest peacefully. I sleep well.”

Congratulations! This process is a combination of energy healing and self-hypnosis and will naturally, over time, improve your sleeping habits. If you can go through this prescription every night at approximately the same time before bed for 21 days, your subconscious mind will reprogram itself to this new sleeping pattern. Remember that it’s better not to eat or drink stimulants close to your bedtime. Try to avoid violent books, TV, movies or games before bed as well.
