Welcome to Sacred Cow Tipping – a FREE social activism and energy healing game. Our players create a tipping point for overcoming corporate greed, economic disparity and negative social contracts with the Status Quo that hold back our collective progress. In our game, a Sacred Cow is defined as “an old idea, assumption or social contract that has outlived it’s usefulness and has become an obstruction to positive change and global transformation.”

The game’s purpose is to use our collective intentions and consciousness to move these heavy, burdensome and outmoded “cows” to the wayside so that real progress and sustainable prosperity can become manifest.

Here is how to play the Sacred Cow Tipping Game:

  • Resolve to Tip the Sacred Cows that keep us stuck to the Status Quo and create positive change instead.
  • Play anytime at your convenience.
  • Have fun and invite your friends, family and coworkers.
  • Share it with your book club, social network or to organize your community.

Here are the steps as you play the game below:

  1. Consider how the Sacred Cow applies to you.
  2. Read the questions or statements below, one at a time.
  3. Think about it while focusing on the Healing Circle that goes with it.
  4. Take the first answer you get and move on to the next question. The circles and graphs are focusing your thoughts and energy to create positive, proactive change and shift negative energy.

Remember when you are looking at the Healing Circles, you are clearing out limited, polarized thinking and reorganizing how you use your energy. You may experience subtle energies running through you, you might feel a little disoriented or emotional at first. Just keep breathing, relax and let go. When you release your agreement with falsehood, you are detaching from a larger, collective agreement. Not only will you feel better in the days and weeks that follow, you will have increased freedom and peace of mind.

So, let’s get started!

1. Begin by letting go of any negative agreement you may have with any person, place or business entity that is causing you harm. Use this first Healing Circle to find and dissolve any obligations hidden in your unconscious mind.

 

 

2. Establish “prosperity” as the overall goal of tipping the Sacred Cow you are dealing with today. As you view this next image, imagine that you are untangling yourself from all the “sticky” energy of debt. Once you begin to feel relaxed, use this affirmation to help you shift your energy:

“I choose prosperity.”

3. Take a few moments to remember times when you have been affected by this Sacred Cow.

4. Is this Sacred Cow still causing you harm? If so, how?

5. If you could change how things are done, what would you do instead?

6. How would your life be better if you were free of this Sacred Cow?

7. Reach back into your experience – past lives and earlier life experiences – and even into your family tree. Imagine that this Sacred Cow has created a collective energy pattern that you are still inadvertently connected to.
Imagine it as though it were a cloud of black smoke. Use this symbol to help you dissolve it and any connection you may have with it. Keep breathing and dissolving it until there is nothing left but pure white light.
