Setting Up Your Environment to Succeed
It isn’t whether you can manifest;
its what you are manifesting.
This class uses Circles from the workbooks “Soul Prayer Charts” and “Gifts from the Rainforest” to clear your mind and thinking.
For those of you who would like to create consciously and positively in the world, I suggest that you look at what kind of input you are getting. The mind is very powerful and can project thought into form. It works a lot like a computer. If you input it with corrupt data, you will have an output of corrupted material.
If you watch a lot of TV, you will eventually create whatever it is that TV is inputting into you. Of course, television can be used in a positive way to create good input. In its current state however, TV creates primarily violent, judgmental and fear-based input. In addition, in almost all instances, TV is a source of inputting materialism into the population. It generally states that you do not have enough (or are not enough) in some manner or form. This situation is exacerbated when the mind is being controlled by the critical ego, because the ego also project its negative thoughts and warped information into form.
So the question that we will be exploring during this class is, “what kind of input are you getting from your environment and how may that be interfering with your ability to manifest what you genuinely desire?”
Step One: Monitoring your energy level to determine whether you are receiving positive or negative input.
It’s important to be careful about the input that you are receiving. Look at the circumstances in which you are living now to see if the input that you are receiving is what you would like to have as materialized in your life.
Take a few minutes to look at a sequence of Circles out of Gifts From the Rainforest and Soul Prayer Charts. These Circles will help you to determine whether your current input is beneficial or not by evaluating your mood, stress level and attitude.
Note - G indicates Gifts From the Rainforest and S indicates Soul Prayer Charts.
Remember that when you are viewing the Circles:
Read the affirmation provided below and then look at the indicated Circle one at a time with a soft gaze for approximately one minute. A shorter or longer time may be necessary. The Circle is providing structural support for the contents of the intention, affirmation or question that accompanies it. Just breathe deeply and relax. Allow yourself to be open and receiving. You may notice subtle energies, memories or emotions running through you or the Circles may begin to move, rotate, pulsate or even change colors. This is all part of the experience. Just keep breathing; relax into your body and stay objective - just as you would in a state of meditation. You are encouraged to journal on insights or new ideas that may come to you during the exercise.

Step Two: Going Deeper
Call a truce with your Critical Ego.

What are you really lacking?

Are you ready willing and able to find the input that will produce the output you desire?

Get help from your subconscious mind.

Step Three: Make New Choices

Do you want to be run by your emotions or have your true nature be in charge of your life?

Look at the bigger picture of your life; where you are living, who you’re living with, what you’re primary activities are. How would you describe the overall quality of your input?

What does the critical part of your mind say about your situation?
Write down every negative thought that comes to you until you run out of things to write.
It’s very important that you take the time to actually write them all down - otherwise your ego will continue to roll them over in your mind. Use the Circle to keep bringing up everything that is bothering you.

What activities would bring your Essential Self genuine enjoyment?
Make a list of those things that come to mind, whether you think they are possible or not.

How can you be more compassionate to yourself?

Release your attachments to the problematic input in your life, including negative input you get from your critical ego.

Release your attachment to the negative input that comes from society.

Create your own mental container that holds positive energy for input that is in your best, long term interest.

Surround your container with courage, strength and determination. While you’re at it, surround yourself with those things as well.

Fill your mental container with courage and trust in your True Self.
Congratulations! Quieting the critical ego will make it much easier to make choices that are genuinely beneficial. You might also consider getting your home or office cleared and organized to give you the proper input for achieving the results you desire.
