Right Livelihood Class 1
Getting the Results You Really Want
Answering the question - Why is it so hard to manifest what I want in my life?
This series uses Circles from “Gifts from the Rainforest” and “Soul Prayer Charts” to clear your mind and thinking.
Manifesting anything in our lives, whether we consider it positive or negative is largely the result of our beliefs about our selves and the goal in question. We unconsciously manifest all the time. We source the conversations that we have with our acquaintances, attract the situations that we currently find ourselves working with and manifest the things that we have. All of the people, places and things that we’re now experiencing reflect certain beliefs and attitudes we have about ourselves and our relationship to the world.
If you are making changes in your life and are having a difficult time manifesting something different, it’s important to look at the mental and emotional processes that stop or divert the flow of life energy required to create the new circumstances you desire.
The need to be right is very often one of those processes. Let’s say that you are a woman in your late forties and your only child has just finished college and is moving on with her life. You would like to become a nurse, but believe that you are too old to go back to college and get a degree. So you stop yourself because you are sure that you’re right about being too old to do something new. Of course this is a simple example, but it demonstrates the concept. How often have you stopped yourself from following through on a goal because you had a need to be right about a perceived weakness or disadvantage? “I’m too old. I’m too fat. I’m not smart enough. My family comes from the wrong side of the tracks.” And so on. When being right is used in this way, it’s more of a punishment than anything else. So rather than making excuses or blaming yourself, consider asking, “What is it exactly that I need to be right about in this situation?”
When you let go of having to be right, you open the door to new possibilities. You might believe that you can’t do what you want because of a lack of money. Being right about it cuts you off from attracting new sources of income or other ways to accomplish your goals altogether.
Having to be right is different from correctly assessing the information. When you have to be right, you are essentially saying that you would rather be right than accomplish your goal. Yet, think about what you are giving up. Being right doesn’t necessarily make you happy, be clear on your goals, or help you to achieve what you would like to have in your life. The best you can hope for is that you are right, and that’s about it.
If you are ready to give up being right about things that are blocking your progress, get out your copies of Gifts from the Rainforest and Soul Prayer Charts. Then find a quiet place to go through this Intuitive Learning Class and reconnect with the flow of positive, life enhancing energy that supports happiness and your own Right Livelihood.
How to Play:
Our Intuitive Learning Classes are played like a game of flash cards. You will read the question, and then you’ll look at the accompanying Circle or graph and write down the very first answer that comes into your head. Your first response is very important because it will bring up unconscious material that your personal ego would rather you not think about.
Experience has taught us that looking at each graph with your legs both crossed and then uncrossed makes the corrections in your thought processes more complete.
Do your best to go through the sequence in one sitting if at all possible.
Remember that when you are viewing the Circles -
Breathe deeply and relax. Allow yourself to be open and receiving. You may notice subtle energies, memories or emotions running through you or the Circles may begin to move, rotate, pulsate or even change colors. This is all part of the experience.
The Circles are helping you to refocus your thoughts and energy on more positive input that comes from your inner knowing or intuition. Just keep breathing; relax into your body and stay objective - take it easy. After you’ve finished looking at the entire sequence, you may want to journal further on insights or new ideas that come to you during the process.
Note: G will stand for Gifts from the Rainforest and S will stand for Soul Prayer Charts.

SC #14 Soul Color
Imagine that that you are standing in the middle of your personal dream garden. Make sure that you are in your garden and not someone elses. Then go to the area that represents your livelihood. What is it like?
G #49 Old Sol
Based on what you are seeing, what do you think you are being right about here?
Make a list. This is an opportunity to clean up a lot of negative beliefs.
G #3 Alligator
Put aside your fear and preconceived notions. Use this Circle to cut off the fuel to every negative belief you just wrote down. Remember to cut if off with your legs crossed and uncrossed.
G #29 Chigger
Use this Circle to seal up any energy leaks that have been caused by these negative beliefs. Release any agreement you may have to feed negativity with your emotional energy. Make a new agreement to remain centered and neutral and sign your name to it.
G #28 Monkey
Make another agreement to forgive yourself, beginning now. Use this affirmation while you move the Circle around - up, down, left and right to get the message to all parts of your brain:
“I forgive myself”
G #30 Fish
Knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?
What action(s) will bring compassion back into your garden?
Write your answers down and post them in a place where you can see them often.
G #32 Condor
Negative beliefs or attitudes stem from inner conflicts. They could be family conflicts or societal conflicts. Who or what are you really fighting with? Keep looking at this Circle until you feel the conflict subsiding.
G #16 Armadillo
Use this Circle to fill your garden with light and love. Allow all negativity and falsehood to be transmuted and transformed by the light.
G #38 Shaman’s Leaves
Remind yourself of the results you truly want to manifest. Write them down. Written goals have more power.
G #27 Hummingbird
Imagine that there is a river running through your garden filled with clean, life enhancing water. Use that river to fuel your goals with joy and life.
G #43 Early Morning Storm
Imagine that a sudden rain shower is running through your garden. Use this Circle to dissolve the parts of your attraction field that attract negative people, ideas and circumstances into your garden. See that attraction like a negative ring that surrounds you. Keep crossing and uncrossing your legs until it is completely gone.
G #33 Llama
Make sure that both feet are on the ground. Now repeat these affirmations while looking at the graph from different angles:
“I am in charge of my garden.“
“I enjoy going for the results that I genuinely desire”.
Once you have completed those affirmations, use this Circle to call back any gifts, talents or resources that may have gotten lost.
G # 34 Butterfly
Make a commitment to yourself that you will do your best to take good care of yourself and your garden from now on. Use this affirmation:
“My personal garden is fertile ground for positive input.”
Take several deep breaths and let this final Circle help you let go of the things, thoughts and behaviors that hold you back from getting the results you truly want.

Congratulations! You may not always be right, but you can be happy. Now it will be much easier to make plans and stick to them. It would be a very good idea to take a walk, stretch, or do something like yoga to help these changes to integrate.
