- Play anytime at your convenience.
- Have fun and invite your friends.
This game is created to help you change your point of view so that you can more easily experience peace.
How to play:
- Read the question or statement.
- Think about it while focusing on the Circle below it.
- Take the first answer you get and move on to the next question. The Circles are focusing your thoughts and energy to create positive, proactive change.
- Play the game whenever your mind is restless - before going to bed, to start your day in a peaceful frame of mind, or whenever you need a time out.

1. Think of a goal that is very important to you.

2. What are some of the negative thoughts and emotions that come up for you when you think about your goal?

3. Release any agreement you have with the idea that fighting or struggling will help you to achieve your goal.

4. Let this circle help you to let go of your negative thoughts and emotions.
Keep breathing deeply until you feel calm and centered.

5. Bring your attention to your heart. Imagine that there is a doorway to peace there.
What do you see?
What does it feel like?

6. Allow your heart to soften and give yourself permission to open up the door to your own, individual reservoir of peace.
What image, symbol or words come to you that communicate your experience with peace?

7. What is at least one way that you can express this feeling of peace that lives inside of you?

Congratulations! Your mind understands the message from your heart. You can now move past the turmoil by focusing on beneficial, peaceful activities that will strengthen your body, mind and spirit.
