Imagine a Super Tanker heading out to sea with all it’s anchors down. That is the kind of dragging effect outmoded Social Contracts have on the collective consciousness of us as human beings. If we want to move forward and solve our economic problems with greater ease, it is important to uncover these contracts, evaluate their usefulness and release them if necessary through the use of our individual free will.

So why do I call it Sacred Cow Tipping?

The Sacred Cows we are addressing in this ebook are sixteen social agreements, decrees, doctrines adages or points of law that have outlived their positive purpose if there ever was one, and have become a burden to our ability to sustain ourselves. Some of them go back quite a ways in our collective history.

They are important to deal with because as long as the agreement behind a Sacred Cow remains unconscious, our collective mindset continues to behave as if the contract were still in force. This causes unnecessary suffering and a slowing down of progressive change for the better.

Letting Go of Sacred Cows Will Help Us get Unstuck

I have found through my work that releasing agreements gives people permission to look at a situation honestly, see what damage may have been caused and motivates them to make new, conscious decisions that are in line with who they really are. When they are given the opportunity to accept what has happened, it is often miraculous to see how quickly their lives get “unstuck.”

That’s why I put together this game. When we, as a people, can relax and get in contact with our true nature, we can let go of the past and move forward with a greater level of self-respect and empowerment. We can use our anger as a catalyst for change without getting stuck in the resentment, bitterness or hatred that has plagued us for so long.

Therefore, the purpose of our Sacred Cow Tipping Game is to moove forward through self-empowerment. To find a peaceful way to release old, dogmatic contracts and agreements from the past on a conscious and unconscious level so that our minds can focus on creating something more positive as we navigate the difficult waters ahead of us.

If enough of us were to release all sixteen Sacred Cows in this collection, it’s possible we could co-create a tipping point or critical mass that would substantially “loosen the burdensome yoke of the old guard,” and free us from the stifling policies of the Status Quo.
