Decisions that Support Your Healing Journey

Unfortunately, it can be difficult to keep a calm and relaxed mind when ingrained behavior patterns from the past are still being held in the collective mindset of your culture. Most people will say that they want to move forward towards peaceful prosperity, yet there are so few models in your media and social systems, everyone wonders, “how is that going to happen”?

It wasn’t very long ago that the U.S. was unified by the desire for change. Very quickly, many people became frustrated and disappointed. Others turned back in droves, looking for the false security that was fostered by the old ways. This conflict has long been NOURISHED by the status quo by reinforcing impatience.

As consummate consumers, America has been diligently taught by the status quo to jump from one method to another indescriminately. If results are not immediate, it’s time to drop it and go out shopping for another method. It’s easy to see this pattern in everything from health fads to politics. Unfortunately, following fast and easy fixes usually create even more of a mess.

Developing consistency and patience for the choices you make could pull you out of instability and get you back on the road to creating happiness.

Making Choices that Support Happiness

Choice # One: Be Willing to be Open to New Methods and Ways of Operating

This is the first step and an important one. What ever you are willing to NOURISH within yourself is going to determine where you are heading at this time. If you are searching for and finding new methods to develop your own good qualities and are sharing them with others, you are feeding a willingness to align with your own happiness. What you must remember about this is that it’s far better to make small steps in the right direction than it is to make dramatic, ego gratifying steps in the wrong direction.

Use this symbol for integrating positive, healthy energy to help you determine where you are in regards to WILLINGNESS.

Ask yourself these questions while looking at the symbol:

“Am I willing to try something new in order to live a happier life? If not, why not?”

“Do I still believe that fighting and struggle is the only way to create what I want?”

“If so, am I WILLING to change my mind?”

Choice #2: Have the Courage to Stick with the New Methods You Choose Long Enough To See if They Are Working for You

Results don’t happen overnight and if you are constantly changing course – going from one method to the next – you are actually hampering your own progress.

Many people think that impatience is a good way to get things accomplished and unfortunately for them, the exact opposite is true. Patience is a great virtue to NOURISH in yourself. A change of this magnitude (our Paradigm Shift) has to be taken step by step to effectively monitor how things are coming together. Courage is the motivator for the greatest changes in your history, and now is no different.

Use this symbol for COURAGE to see what kind of energy you are using to motivate you.

“Am I utilizing courage or fear when I face my daily challenges?”

“Am I being impatient?”

“Am I willing to NOURISH patience and courage?”

If you are utilizing fear and impatience, realize that you will most likely give up on the possibilities for the future and turn back to the past looking for a safe and seemingly easier way to cope. This is an illusion. You can use this affirmation to help you:

“I release my dependence on fear and recommit to following the guidance of my spirit.”

Imagine that your fear is like a heavy old piece of luggage that you are still carrying around. Let this symbol help you dissolve it. See yourself dropping it and let it dissolve into nothingness.

Choice #3: Keep Choosing the Light, Rather Than the Dark.

Real happiness is based on peace of mind and experiencing the pure joy of love and connection. If you are NOURISHING feelings of isolation or thinking only about yourself, gently redirect your attention towards people, attitudes and behaviors that support your better qualities.

How can you do that?

Healing on a DNA Level

The next few symbols are from “Divine Nature Activated” and  will help us release negative conditioning and heal our DNA. The key is to relax as much as possible while looking at each symbol. It can help to imagine that an old, broken DNA strand is falling apart while a vibrant and cohesive DNA strand is relaxing, healing and filling up with light.

When using these symbols, it’s important to relax and breathe as you use each affirmation:

“I release my tendency to be impatient. I make a commitment to solutions that are in my highest good.”

“I release my tendency to attract “quick fixes” that don’t really work.

I use my energy to attract the truth about what will really help.”

“I request and receive support that will assist me in being happy.”

Finally, use this symbol to fill yourself with light. Imagine that with every breath you are filling up your body with pure, peaceful light. Doing this exercise will do more than most anything to help you get back on track. Remember, like attracts like, so if you are being the light, you will attract more of it.

“I am filled with the pure light of creation.”

“I am at peace with who I am.”

Kuan Yin’s Intuitive Learning Game for Transformation

In today’s world confusion is often the result of extreme stress or emerging memories of extreme stress.

Very often, a person who is feeling stuck and confused has experienced some form of abuse and is unable to perceive their situation clearly. The game below is made up of Intuitive Learning Circles and can help you to regain your bearings. Simply go through the game by answering pertinent questions that will activate your heart wisdom and give you a new perspective.

Clearing Negative Patterns of Doubt and Confusion

The question that Kuan Yin would like you to consider as you play the game is:

“In what way is confusion interfering with my happiness?”

Use the answer that comes to you as the basis for the game so that you can disengage from the confusion and release your doubts very quickly. If there is more than one situation causing you confusion, go ahead and play the game again specifically for each situation.

The best way to stop confusion is to clear away the smoke screen that clouds our vision, and that is exactly what this game will help you to do.

How to Play:

Simply look at the images and circles below while you ponder the statements or questions that go with them. Looking at the symbols will help you to go within and access new energy and clarity. What you do with the information you come up with is up to you!

1. To begin, look at this symbol and repeat to yourself several times:

“I am ready, willing and able to shift my perception from doubt to clarity.”

2. While looking at this circle, think of an aspect of your life that is troubling you. Ask your heart:

“What doesn’t feel right about this situation?” or “When is it that I start feeling confused?”

Identify the problem

3. Notice how this situation agitates you. Breathe deeply and take as much time as you need to get really calm. It may take several minutes.

“I am balanced and see clearly.”

5. Finally, make a firm decision that you are done with this abuse. With this symbol, clearly see the door that leads to this confusing and painful place closing forever.

Congratulations!

Now that the door has been closed, take some time to rest and nurture yourself. You could soak in a hot bath, take a nap, take a walk or spend time in nature. Really give yourself time to receive the blessings that come from leaving the past behind.

Basic Home Needs

Home is a place where you can:

• Relax and let down your guard
• Feel safe and comfortable in your personal environment
• Express your own tastes and individuality
• Take good care of yourself
• Eat in a relaxed atmosphere
• Sleep in a peaceful and quiet environment
• Have room to grow
• Entertain friends and family and have them feel welcome

In short, the energy in a comfortable home has a very different quality from that of a successful business.

Basic Business Needs

For a business to do well, the rhythm, pace and setup of it’s environment needs to match the overall intention of the business endeavor.

Think of a successful restaurant that you enjoy going to. Most likely, it’s atmosphere is based on the owner’s business premise. If it’s fast food or business lunch oriented, the environment will probably be colorful, fast paced and stimulating. If it’s a bar, it may be high energy with lots of noise for the party set or if it’s more of a lounge the environment will be more low key, dark, possibly even cave like.

Of course, few people have a restaurant as a home business, however the point is clearly illustrated. If your home business is fast paced, high energy with lots of deadlines, that energy can spill over into the rest of your home and cause health problems, indecision or poor sleep. Certainly it could aggravate workaholism, stress levels and have a negative impact on intimacy and family relationships.

The main issue is a lack of clear boundaries between “home” and “business” which causes confusion. Our mind’s have difficulty separating priorities and tasks without clear boundaries.

Here are some common examples of poor business and home boundaries:

Having business or study books, computers or office materials in the bedroom.

This is a sure way to disturb your peace of mind and ability to relax. The bedroom is for sleeping and intimacy. If at all possible, find another place for your business and electronics.

Having business materials scattered throughout the house.

Centralize your business activities by organizing a work space that keeps as many of your business matters as possible in one area (enclosed is preferable in most cases).

Having the home office improperly placed in the home.

Generally speaking, it’s better to have a home office placed in the front half of the home rather than the back, unless your office has a separate entrance, which is ideal in any case. Feng Shui uses the Bagua Map to determine the best placement in your home.

Location, Location, Location.

When your home office has a separate entrance or if you’re lucky enough to have a separate building or casita, its far easier to have healthy boundaries and create the appropriate environment for a peaceful home life and a vibrant business. If you don’t have that option right now, you can start by implementing the guidelines above to help you.

A feng shui consultation can reveal specific issues that pertain to you as an individual and to the idiosyncrasies of your home. This article or any book on feng shui can only speak in generalities and there are really no hard and fast rules. Every home layout is unique and so are the people living in it!

Removing Emotional Obstructions to Happiness

 Clearing Emotional Gridlock

Sometimes there is so much going on during the holiday season, it seems impossible to make headway in a positive direction. Emotional entanglements are rampant at this time of year and you may feel powerless, however, there is a way to loosen up the emotional gridlock using these symbols with your imagination.

Step One:

Think about a situation involving the holidays that just doesn’t seem to get better, no matter what you try. Use this symbol to help you visualize the problem very clearly.

Step Two:

Now we’re going to use your imagination to clear the emotional entanglements you have around this situation. Look at the symbol below and imagine that you’re traveling down an icy road and you come to a screeching halt at a crossroads where the intersection branches off in many different directions. You see a big signpost with signs for all the different destinations, yet for some reason, you can’t see them clearly. The words seem fuzzy and out of focus, creating confusion in your mind. How frustrating it is to be unclear in a place like this where you have to make a decision!

Step Three:

Let’s suppose that by going through the following sequence of symbols, you’ll be able clear your confusion, see the signs clearly and know intuitively what to decide.

Look at this symbol for a few moments and imagine that you are untangling a messy string of holiday lights. Stay with it until the lights are all straightened out and ready to be hung.

Step Four:

Imagine that you’re in a play school with dozens of little children fighting over presents. As you look at this symbol, imagine that you blow a whistle or horn. As if awakened from a nightmare, the children stop fighting and begin to play quietly with each other, and with you.

Step Five:

Imagine that you’re in a toy store where a crowd of people are struggling to get the last toy on the shelf. Now imagine that the toy unexpectedly turns into a pile of wriggling snakes. Use the symbol to transform and clear negativity by imagining that the snakes are disappearing into thin air.

Step Six:

Now imagine that you’re back at the crossroads again. How has it changed? Use this affirmation to clear up any remaining emotional confusion:

“I release all false information. I now perceive clearly.”

Step Seven:

Part Two – Using the 11/11/11 Energy Portal to Create Happiness

Many people are feeling a great deal of anxiety and fear because they are tapping into old patterns of survival that still exist in human DNA makeup. The patterns of fight or flight are strong and it can be hard to wake up from the collective dream of catastrophe and paranoia. The object of this energy healing meditation is to help you get some distance from collective, apocalyptic thinking and break up any negative attraction field you might have for it.

The Negative Movement of an Energy Field Aligned with Fear

Over many millennia, catastrophe and devastation has been used to control the masses by hijacking life energy through a pattern of fear. When the specter of annihilation is dangled in front of a person, they can go into a kind of trance where their energy is easily drained. This fascination with annihilation makes it very easy for whoever is pulling the strings to get away with all kinds of manipulation behind the scenes. Waking up from the trance can free your mind to focus on more positive, life affirming scenarios.

The Energy of Love moves in a different pattern and the focus is on your heart. By changing how you use Universal Life Energy, you can create enormous change in your well being. Using this pattern, it’s easier to allow the things you need and want to come in and support you without having to push or force.

Creating Natural Support for Happiness

In order to build an attraction field for Happiness, turn your attention from fear and anger to the possibility of joy, support and self-worth.

This simple clearing and realignment can help you let go of the old fear patterns on a DNA level and release any collective agreements that might be creating unnecessary danger and drama in your life.

Gently gaze at these Circles one at a time and consider the question or affirmation that goes with each Step. The process helps you to become aware of what’s bothering you, so that you can make a different choice to use your energy more productively and in tune with your Inner Guidance.

 Step 1:

Think about an a particular fear that you know you’re susceptible to. It could be an environmental disaster, a political upheaval or it could be a more personal fear, such as the fear of making a mistake. You can use anything issue that puts you in a fight or flight state. Imagine that it’s like a huge iceberg in your mind. Take several relaxing breaths while gently looking at this circle.

Imagine that the iceberg is melting.

Now that the iceberg has melted, you can begin to access underlying patterns and genetic codes that are preventing you from receiving and effectively utilizing positive chi’ from the Universe.

 Step 2:

Use this affirmation with the Circle below to access Soul information that’s ready to be transmuted:

“I release any conditioning that brings me into a state of fear. I now choose to focus on my heart.”

Step 3:

As long as you’re gripping on the possibility of something going wrong, it’s much harder to be calm and receive support through Universal Life energy. Use this affirmation and the next Circle to free up your mind:

“I release my grip on thoughts and emotions that seem to overpower me. I am now open to solutions that are based on Love.”

Step 4:

The next few symbols are from “Divine Nature Activated” and  will help us release negative conditioning and heal our DNA. The key is to relax as much as possible while looking at each symbol. It can help to imagine an actual DNA strand relaxing, healing and filling up with light.

“I release my genetic tendencies towards self-destruction and make a commitment to my higher good.”

“I let go of paranoia and replace it with gratitude and grace.”

“I release the need to be right. I now focus on a solution that is respectful to all.”

“I choose prosperity.”

“I release my attraction to fear and violence, I hold the victory of Love in mind.”

Step 6:

Imagine that you can return to a peaceful, beautiful garden that lives in your heart. Let yourself imagine the details. 

Step 7.

Part One

Many people are having a difficult time moving forward in a positive way because they’re still grabbing on to old dreams, familiar ways of thinking and being. The object of this energy healing meditation is to clear basic misconceptions about money and prosperity.

Over many millennia, the pursuit of money has been built into our very DNA. Therefore, on a genetic level, when one looks for “prosperity”, they generally are looking for money.

The problem is, money is merely a concept that’s been made by people to symbolically represent prosperity. It is not prosperity itself. So, in the simplest terms, people are looking for prosperity in the wrong places – outside of themselves. In reality, true prosperity comes from within.

Prosperity is really a question of energy and how you use it.

When you’re looking for money externally, you’re creating an attraction field for the ‘idea’ of money, not the reality of prosperity. This preoccupation with money and external things actually causes you to reject your full potential for prosperity.  Life energy or chi’ gets diverted and used to feed things, rather than you.

This simple clearing and realignment can help you let go of these old patterns on a DNA level and release any collective agreements that might be draining your energy unconsciously.

Gently gaze at these Circles one at a time and consider the question or affirmation that goes with each Step. The process helps you to become aware of what’s bothering you, so that you can make a different choice to use your energy more productively and in tune with your Inner Guidance.

 Step 1:

Think about an important issue regarding finances or systems of support that you’re having in your life right now and imagine that it’s like a huge iceberg in your mind. Take several relaxing breaths while gently looking at this circle.

Imagine that the iceberg is melting.

Now that the iceberg has melted, you can begin to access underlying patterns and genetic codes that are preventing you from receiving and effectively utilizing positive chi’ from the Universe.

 Step 2:

Use this affirmation with the Circle below to access Soul information that’s ready to be transmuted:

“I let go of any beliefs that I am unworthy of receiving support.”

“I release any conditioning or mental patterns that make me think money is the only form of support that’s important for me to receive.”

Step 3:

As long as we’re gripping on the concepts of money and finances as we’ve known it, we won’t be open to new forms of support through Universal Life energy. Use this affirmation and the next Circle to free up your mind:

“I release my grip on old concepts of money or finances and how they work so that I may be open to new solutions and new forms of support.”

Step 4:

The next few symbols are from “Divine Nature Activated” and  will help us release negative conditioning and heal our DNA. The key is to relax as much as possible while looking at each symbol. It can help to imagine an actual DNA strand relaxing, healing and filling up with light.

“I relax and call upon Universal Life Intelligence. All things are possible.”

“I find an opening for the truth. The path is clear.”

“I easily and effectively dispel any false ideas or dreams that are misguiding me now.”

Step 6:

Imagine that all your ideas about poverty or struggling over money are like a dark cloud that’s now dissolving into a clear, blue sky. Remain looking at this  symbol for dissolving destructive blueprints until the cloud is completely gone.

Once you’ve done that, you might want to dissolve any other dark clouds that represent negative beliefs that are confusing you or hijacking your energy.

Step 7:

Use this circle to redirect your energy towards a positive and life affirming dream that can support you at this time. Imagine your positive dream is in the center of this Circle, then aim your attention and energy directly at it.
