Kuan Yin’s I Ching Reading – Letting Go
Thursday, June 25th, 2009As you recall, Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion is helping us through these difficult times with advice, divinations and energy readings based on the I Ching, an ancient Chinese text that follows and predicts movements and energy flow in the cosmos. Her advice as always, is direct and to the point.
Currently we are in transition between Hexagram #23 DETERIORATION (Splitting Apart) and Hexagram #2 NATURAL RESPONSE (The Receptive). This is what she has to say…

“The forces of DETERIORATION have exhausted themselves in their grab for power. Over the last few months, in America, the energies of deterioration have been working on overdrive. Communities are suffering the effects of a deteriorating electro-magnetic field that your old way of life depended upon.
If you have been putting your attention on those things that are not working, life is probably very frightening to you.
We would suggest that it is much wiser to focus your attention on those things that are working and make a concerted effort to link them together in order to create a new electro-magnetic field. In that way, you are saving valuable effort that might be wasted on projects or infrastructures that have no hope of surviving the major environmental changes that are happening now.
Look around you and notice the businesses that are doing well. Notice the businesses that have not considered the importance of community and sustainability are falling like dinosaurs, for in a sense, that is what they are and no amount of money will resurrect them.”
Feng Shui Advice
“Do whatever you can to consolidate and simplify your lifestyle. In terms of feng shui the times dictate the necessity of simplicity in design. Reduce your accumulations.
We have asked Rheanni to disassemble all of the placement of objects in her home and we recommend that you do the same.
If you have family heirlooms or sacred objects, it is time to bring them down and let them rest. At the same time you would be wise to sort through and see if they are still bringing joy to you. If not, release them. If you hold on to objects that hold negativity or old patterns from the past at this time, it will have a very negative affect on your ability to adapt and move forward in your endeavors.
Changes will be coming fast over the next few years and the less you burden yourselves with accumulations, the easier it will be for you.
Do not stand like a museum – filled with monuments to the past, focus your attention instead on what you can do to help each other and use your resources wisely for the common good.
Once you have gone through the sorting process, you may choose to put some sacred objects up again. However, don’t be surprised if they are much fewer in number and want to be placed differently.”
Let Your Rooms Breathe and Receive
“The ego gets very attached to certain objects and even though you know in your heart that it would be better for you to let go, this part of your mind continues to grip to your detriment.
Many people are suffering unnecessary physical and emotional ailments at this time because they have not thought to clear their environment. You can think of it this way – your emotional, physical life is like a room with closets filled to the brim with things that you don’t use anymore and have completely forgotten about. There may be plenty of grand things waiting to enter, yet it cannot be because there is no room available to take them in.
Clear out your closets and rearrange your space. Make room to receive the new energy that is available to you.”
Advice for the Feng Shui Practitioner
“There are many practitioners, like Rheanni, who are working with specific energy fields and grids that support the return of the Sacred Feminine. These will need to be reset and adjusted to accomodate the incoming energy fluctuations. If you cling to what has worked before, and refuse to change, the effectiveness of your good works will be hampered.”
Feng Shui Practitioner – Heal Thyself

I took Kuan Yin’s suggestion and took everything down in every room of my home. It was quite a challenge for me because nearly every picture or object I still own has a sacred significance for me.
Way back in some closets, I came upon some family hand me downs that I hadn’t thought about in quite a while. I knew that they were emitting negative energy because I could feel it, yet I could still hear the excuses my ego was making to keep them around.
Finally, Kuan Yin suggested that I play her Simplicity Game with those objects in mind. What I found was very amazing to me. I lost the desire to hold on to those things and could finally get myself motivated to remove them. Once I did that, a tremendous surge of progressive energy moved through the house, releasing a lot of negative thought forms that I was unaware of.
The house feels lighter, our minds are quieter and business has improved. Yes, less is indeed more.
