Kuan Yin’s Healing Meditation

Part Two – Using the 11/11/11 Energy Portal to Create Happiness

Many people are feeling a great deal of anxiety and fear because they are tapping into old patterns of survival that still exist in human DNA makeup. The patterns of fight or flight are strong and it can be hard to wake up from the collective dream of catastrophe and paranoia. The object of this energy healing meditation is to help you get some distance from collective, apocalyptic thinking and break up any negative attraction field you might have for it.

The Negative Movement of an Energy Field Aligned with Fear

Over many millennia, catastrophe and devastation has been used to control the masses by hijacking life energy through a pattern of fear. When the specter of annihilation is dangled in front of a person, they can go into a kind of trance where their energy is easily drained. This fascination with annihilation makes it very easy for whoever is pulling the strings to get away with all kinds of manipulation behind the scenes. Waking up from the trance can free your mind to focus on more positive, life affirming scenarios.

The Energy of Love moves in a different pattern and the focus is on your heart. By changing how you use Universal Life Energy, you can create enormous change in your well being. Using this pattern, it’s easier to allow the things you need and want to come in and support you without having to push or force.

Creating Natural Support for Happiness

In order to build an attraction field for Happiness, turn your attention from fear and anger to the possibility of joy, support and self-worth.

This simple clearing and realignment can help you let go of the old fear patterns on a DNA level and release any collective agreements that might be creating unnecessary danger and drama in your life.

Gently gaze at these Circles one at a time and consider the question or affirmation that goes with each Step. The process helps you to become aware of what’s bothering you, so that you can make a different choice to use your energy more productively and in tune with your Inner Guidance.

 Step 1:

Think about an a particular fear that you know you’re susceptible to. It could be an environmental disaster, a political upheaval or it could be a more personal fear, such as the fear of making a mistake. You can use anything issue that puts you in a fight or flight state. Imagine that it’s like a huge iceberg in your mind. Take several relaxing breaths while gently looking at this circle.

Imagine that the iceberg is melting.

Now that the iceberg has melted, you can begin to access underlying patterns and genetic codes that are preventing you from receiving and effectively utilizing positive chi’ from the Universe.

 Step 2:

Use this affirmation with the Circle below to access Soul information that’s ready to be transmuted:

“I release any conditioning that brings me into a state of fear. I now choose to focus on my heart.”

Step 3:

As long as you’re gripping on the possibility of something going wrong, it’s much harder to be calm and receive support through Universal Life energy. Use this affirmation and the next Circle to free up your mind:

“I release my grip on thoughts and emotions that seem to overpower me. I am now open to solutions that are based on Love.”

Step 4:

The next few symbols are from “Divine Nature Activated” and  will help us release negative conditioning and heal our DNA. The key is to relax as much as possible while looking at each symbol. It can help to imagine an actual DNA strand relaxing, healing and filling up with light.

“I release my genetic tendencies towards self-destruction and make a commitment to my higher good.”

“I let go of paranoia and replace it with gratitude and grace.”

“I release the need to be right. I now focus on a solution that is respectful to all.”

“I choose prosperity.”

“I release my attraction to fear and violence, I hold the victory of Love in mind.”

Step 6:

Imagine that you can return to a peaceful, beautiful garden that lives in your heart. Let yourself imagine the details.

Step 7.

Imagine that you and your garden are in the middle of the open space at the center of this circle. Allow the Universal Life chi’ to flow towards you – riding on the lines that run towards the center. Let yourself enjoy the feeling of being able to receive Love energy. Let it fill your body.

Congratulations!

You’ve just let go of an old DNA pattern that’s been preventing you from receiving life affirming energy. If you like, you may go through this healing meditation again around other issues that are troubling you.  Be sure to rest though and take good care of yourself!

Energy Healing for 2012

Kuan Yin’s I Ching Reading – Dec. 2011 – January 2012

We are receiving help and energy healing during this time of transition from Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion, who is guiding us through the I Ching, an ancient Chinese text that follows and predicts movements and energy flow in the cosmos. Her advice as always, is direct and to the point!

“Let us use the analogy that describes this period of time in America to a series of freeways that you have the opportunity to travel on – or not, depending on what you choose…

The first freeway is heading towards the I Ching energy of Hexagram #12 STAGNATION. The odd thing about this freeway is that everyone on it is traveling at a frenzied pace.

The second is the freeway that’s moving in the flow of Hexagram #23 DETERIORATION. As one might guess, those who are traveling on this freeway are experiencing a lot of things in their life and work falling apart.

The third freeway is transitioning from the flow of RESOLUTION (Hexagram #43) into Hexagram #15 MODERATION.

The ancient Chinese text description of MODERATION can be compared to the modern meme “Everything in moderation” and it’s basic advice is:

“You should now concentrate upon establishing a harmonious equilibrium with your fellow man and bring MODERATION and order to social institutions. This not only means avoiding radicalism and ostentatious values but also tolerating weaknesses and inferior elements… Do not indulge in extremes of any sort, and instead strive for MODERATION in all that you do.”
~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing

Finding the Road to Moderation

“Generally speaking, MODERATION is the more advantageous flow to follow, however that can be difficult when so many extremes and endings are coming together. Karma that is ready to be triggered is very abundant because endings are like that. Many Soul contracts have been completed or need to be released because you are getting ready for a whole new way of being.

To assist you and make your lives a bit easier, I suggest that you let go of any karmic agreement that is complete – over and done with or that is causing you harm in any way. Do this with your family, friends, organizations you have been involved with, business acquaintances, completed projects, where you are living, modes of transportation, communication issues, etc. By doing so you will free up a lot of mind power that is still caught up in the past. You need all of the presence you can muster to help you during times such as these.

Letting Go So You Can Be Present

Use this Soul Contract Circle to help you identify and release the agreements. Simply gaze softly at the Circle while you use the affirmations. It can be helpful to imagine the agreements burning up into ashes as you go through this process.

“I let go of anything that is finished and done with.”

“I let go of anything that is causing me harm.”

There are a couple of other syndromes that might be making it hard for you to find and stay on the road to MODERATION, so we can include them here:

#1: The 24/7 syndrome.

For example, ‘I should be able to do everything and be on top of everything’.

“I release my agreement to be in a hurry.”
“I let go of the pressure I put on myself.”

“I release any agreement I have to overbook myself.”

“My new agreement is that it’s okay to relax.”
“I can catch my breath.”

#2: The ‘if some is good, more is better’ syndrome.

For example: The Sun is good, however too much Sun causes cancer. Butter is good, yet too much butter causes cholesterol, etc.

“I let go of extremes and over-indulgent behavior.”
“I now create balance and moderation in my life.”

It’s always helpful to release old agreements that are complete or need to be let go of, especially at times of endings and beginnings.

For some people, the end of this cycle signifies an opportunity to go within and expel deep patterns of fanaticism within their psyche so that they can evolve and emerge from that pattern, much as a beautiful lotus emerges from the muck and mire at the bottom of a pond.”

Kuan Yin’s I Ching Advice for April, 2011

Wednesday, April 13th, 2011

We are receiving help from Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion, who is guiding us through the I Ching, an ancient Chinese text that follows and predicts movements and energy flow in the cosmos. Her advice as always, is direct and to the point.

The I Ching energy of Hexagram #19 PROMOTION states:

“The time is one of immediate PROMOTION. The Chinese correlated this hexagram to the end of winter and the very beginning of spring. Like the sprout of a new plant shooting forth its first burst of creative activity, you can now make your first positive advancements toward the attainment of your goal.” ~ The I Ching Workbook, R.L. Wing, Doubleday

“The times are showing us the great need for people to step forth in their strength and courage to manifest new horizons of creative activity and innovation. You can see this in the midst of all the chaos if you can stay grounded in the present. Those who are not grounded will find it very difficult to establish and follow through with their plans. They are unable to find their footing because of myriad karmic events unfolding – some are events that mark the end of the Old Paradigm and yet, every person must choose for themselves as to whether they move on or simply re-create the patterns of the past.

Use this energy healing meditation to bring yourself fully into the present and establish your position in the New Paradigm so that you can bring your talents and abilities into greater focus.”

Trans-generational Healing

Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion

is helping us to answer our questions about how to properly nourish ourselves as we transition into new and different ways to manifest our heart’s desires. Her advice comes from the I Ching, an ancient Chinese text that follows and predicts movements and energy flow in the cosmos.

The I Ching energy that is most appropriate for this time of the season in North America is Hexagram #27 NOURISHING. However, the advice that is given can be useful at any time, for anyone seeking to make positive improvements in their lives:
“Exercise unrelenting discipline over your thought patterns. Cultivate only productive opinions and attitudes in order to properly nourish your character. If you are engaged in activity at this time, keep your mind as calm and relaxed as possible.” ~ The I Ching Workbook by R. L. Wing (Doubleday)

Nourishing Your Heart’s Desires Through Clarity

Many people say that they are tired of pushing and trying to force things to happen. They claim that they would like to enjoy their livelihoods and create through love and respect, rather than hatred, competition or fear. Most people do want to be happy, yet the Old Paradigm offers few examples of how that could actually work. Because of this, it’s entirely understandable that even those with the best intentions get lost in a sea of confusion and misinformation.

To clarify what will actually help you get out of the quagmire, here are some suggestions that you can investigate for yourself through this short Intuitive Learning Game.

Kuan Yin’s Motivation Game -

Trans-generational Healing for the New Paradigm

Suggestion #1: Go within for creative nourishment

The ego is only able to recreate what it already knows, so to get clear answers about how to create in a new way, you are best served by going to your spiritual source and asking for guidance. In order to get clear guidance, go within and get quiet. Those who are conditioned to look for answers from the media or other forms of the status quo will have a difficult time coming up with answers that will actually create happiness.

“I allow myself to go within for answers.”
“I allow myself to get quiet.”

Suggestion #2: Look at what is motivating you

Since time began, people have been taught that forcing through guilt, greed, anger or revenge is the best way to get things done, and it is true – these emotions are very motivating and give one a transient sense of power. Unfortunately, whenever one is motivated by something, that something is NOURISHED and grows ever stronger. If that is not what you intend for yourself, you might want to let go of the belief that you need these emotions to motivate you or survive.

Use this Soul Contract Circle to help you access conscious and unconscious conditioning, assumptions and false beliefs that are being held in your nervous system. Imagine this misinformation is like a tangled net that keeps you in the dark. See the net dissolving as you use the affirmations below:

“I let go of the belief that I need to get angry or upset to to get things done.”
“I release the agreement that life has to be hard.”
“I release any agreement to carry on any negative family Karma. This includes family conflicts, grudges, guilt, illnesses, curses, feuds, etc.”
“My new agreement is to be forgiving, patient and kind with myself as I learn new ways of being.”

Suggestion #3: Have the courage to be honest with yourself about how you are really feeling

This is another important step. Courage has been the motivator for the greatest advances in your history, and now is no different. Are you willing to NOURISH courage within yourself to do something new? Those who can’t access the courage it takes to be honest with themselves about how they are really feeling have suppressed emotions that will come out in negative ways to subvert their intentions.

Take a few moments and gaze softly at this Circle. Allow yourself to relax as much as possible.

Once you feel relaxed, ask your heart these simple questions:

“Am I willing to be honest with myself in order to live a happier life? If not, why not?”
“Am I pretending that something isn’t bothering me, when really it is?”
“Am I WILLING to activate the courage I need to make positive changes?”

Suggestion #4: Be willing to let go of habits, behaviors and beliefs that you picked up from someone else.

If you are carrying someone else’s issues, you will have a very difficult time finding room to be happy. They could be societal, family or tribal issues. They could also come from love relationships or other close relationships. Use this symbol to imagine a big, heavy baggage filled with negative ideas and emotions that someone dropped at your front door. You realize that the baggage isn’t even yours and you are still carrying it around! Consciously decide to set it down and see it going back to wherever it belongs.

whitespace

Suggestion #5: Keep Choosing the Light, Rather Than the Dark.

Use this symbol to surround and fill yourself with light. Imagine that with every breath you are filling up your body with pure, healing light. Remember, like attracts like, so if you are being the light, you will attract more of it.

“I am surrounded and filled with the pure light of creation.”

Fish

Suggestion #6: Recognize that the attachment or aversion you have to negativity exists in your own mind – and that you can change that.

You may not be able to change what others are doing, however, you can change the patterns you use when you respond. Use this last symbol to help you dissolve the patterns of control, manipulation, anger and fear that hide out in your sub-conscious mind. You can imagine these patterns like black clouds, dream images or vast amounts of data that dissolve into the pure light of day. Consider the affirmations below to help you identify them and let them go.

“I release and dissolve any karmic patterns that come through my family line, including prejudice, guilt, fear, poverty or intolerance.”
“I release all patterns of revenge, retribution or self-righteousness, regardless of where they came from or how they got there.”
“I dissolve patterns of greed or resentment that I have learned or created for myself.”

If you like, you can contemplate more specific behavior patterns that are causing you problems and dissolve them from your mental continuum now. Examples might be impatience, sarcasm, violence, victimization or self-pity – any conditioning that could keep you in the dark.

Even though you may not consciously be aware of what karmic pattern you are operating out of, going through this process will help you to gently let them go.

Congratulations! Now is a good time to take very good care of yourself. Relax. Take a walk in nature and let it all go.

Working with the Flow

An Abrupt Change in Momentum

Back in April of 2010, America went through a significant transition through the I Ching Energy of Hexagram #2 NATURAL RESPONSE.

Since then, the I Ching Energy for America has broken up into multiple flows of energy, so it has become impossible to provide a reading in the way I have been over the past couple of years. However, Kuan Yin is still able to give us some guidance that will help us find the flow that will be most beneficial for us. That means that our intentions and our dedication to be true to them become very important.

There is a common phrase in the Amazon that says, “sometimes you need to go with the River and sometimes you need to paddle.” In times like these, we need to be aware of which flow we are going with, and know whether it’s one that will lead us to where we really want to go. Yes, there are times when we need to paddle and this is one of them. Once we find a beneficial flow, the next challenge is learning to work with it.

I have promised to keep you informed as much as possible and Kuan Yin has some more advice to help us make the adjustments that are required to effectively handle this kind of change in the collective energy…

Feng Shui To Raise the Vibration

Here is a feng shui remedy that Kuan Yin shared with me to help raise the vibration in my home and give me some emotional protection as these unpredictable energy shifts continue.

In times where there is a lot of instability in the general energy level, it’s good to apply remedies that will help to balance things out. I was guided to plant some yarrow in the front yard, which will bring increased emotional balance and to place a piece of selenium nearby which has the ability to repel negative energies.

As soon as I set them out properly, I felt a huge sigh of relief go through me and the vibration in my home returned to its normal level. If you are an emotional type, I highly recommend this remedy.

Kuan Yin’s I Ching Reading

We are receiving help from Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion, who is guiding us through the I Ching, an ancient Chinese text that follows and predicts movements and energy flow in the cosmos. Her advice as always, is direct and to the point.

“When one is feeling as though things are out of control, it’s best to follow the advice from Hexagram #9 RESTRAINED which advises:

“Nothing can be done externally…work on the Self. Refine your impulses and desires.”

~ The I Ching Workbook by R. L. Wing (Doubleday)

This is the unchanging line, so that means that there is an external blockage that will eventually move on it’s own accord. However, nothing that one might try to move it forcefully will work.

The Importance of Working with the Flow

Remember, there are certain activities that do better when the energy of the Cosmos is flowing in certain ways. In periods when the I Ching energy is chaotic, grand schemes to enforce control are out of the question. It is a good time to look very closely at any opinions or beliefs that you hold that might be causing trouble from behind the scenes. Look especially closely at conflicts that may surface during this time.

In general, it is to your best advantage to wait out what may seem like a very unfulfilling situation by going within and looking closely at your current projects and activities to review them and make adjustments if necessary.

How will you know if something needs to be adjusted? Here is one suggestion:

Make a list of important activities that you are planning for the near future. Go through them one at a time while you check in with your Highest Guidance through the Circle below.

Ask these three simple questions about the activity and you will know if an adjustment is needed.

Question #1 ~
“What am I doing?”

Question #2 ~
“How will it help?”

Question #3 ~
“Am I pushing?”

If you are unclear or get an unfavorable answer, it is for either one of these two reasons:

1) This particular activity is being blocked externally and you would do better to wait for a more auspicious time.  To find out ask, “Is the problem the timing?” If the answer is ‘yes’, pull back. If you can RESTRAIN yourself from pushing forward, especially when the time isn’t right, you can avoid costly mistakes. Allow the Universe to work for you.

The other possibility is:

2) The activity needs an adjustment from within.
Ask,  ‘Is an adjustment needed from within?”

If that is the case, it would be wise to closely examine your opinions and beliefs with the help of your Inner Wisdom.”

I Ching April Part III

Moving Through the Chaos

On the 12th and 13th of this week we went through a significant transition in America  through the I Ching Energy of Hexagram #2 NATURAL RESPONSE.

Since Tuesday evening alone, we have already gone through two other hexagrams (#49 CHANGING and #18 REPAIR) and are briefly under the influence of Hexagram #42 BENEFIT. Kuan Yin likens this period to white water rafting and warns that there will continue to be frequent and unexpected shifts of energy. The shifts are furious and it’s a good thing she recommended that we remain calm and centered.

Here is another short message that she would like me to share…

How to Benefit from Mass Changes

We are receiving help from Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion, who is guiding us through the I Ching, an ancient Chinese text that follows and predicts movements and energy flow in the cosmos. Her advice as always, is direct and to the point.

The text for the I Ching energy of Hexagram #42 BENEFIT states:

“Exceptional energy is being directed into the current situation. Many things will become possible, even very difficult undertakings. It is important to make the best use of your time now, as conditions will change… Because of the benevolent forces surrounding you, you are presented with an excellent opportunity for self-improvement.

The changing line states that:

“Success is yours if your goal is worthwhile and can BENEFIT others.”

If you can utilize this Hexagram properly, the flow of energy will move into Hexagram #20 CONTEMPLATING and this will be the energy available to be used for your highest BENEFIT:

“By CONTEMPLATING the cosmic laws and their effects on both your life and the lives of others, you can gain an insight into the unfolding pattern of events. This perspective is extremely powerful, and the gifted individual can use it to master him (her) self and his environment.”

~ The I Ching Workbook by R. L. Wing (Doubleday)

The Importance of Working Together With the Flow

Why is it important to be aware of the I Ching flow?

Because there are certain activities that do better when the energy of the Cosmos is flowing in certain ways.

For example, if the flow of the cosmos is in the Hexagram of RETREAT as it was two weeks ago, it would be a poor time to start a business, launch a campaign or announce an important event. A better choice of activity in that case would be cleaning out the garage or reviewing business plans to weed out ineffective activities.

In the current Hexagram BENEFIT, the energy supports activities that create positive seeds for the future. If after that, you have the advantage of Hexagram CONTEMPLATING, you will have an opportunity to CONTEMPLATE how you can best nourish those seeds and put them into action.

Use this Circle to BENEFIT You

So, in the spirit of working together to move effectively through this time, take just a few minutes to ask yourself:

‘What are some things I could plant the seeds for or send energy to that would really help me or others in the future?

Your answer(s) to that question cold mark the beginning of a progressive new era. Whether you decide to follow through, of course, is another question.
However, whatever you consciously create or nourish at this time will receive the extra boost of positive energy that comes from BENEFIT.”

I Ching for April – Part 2

Monday, April 12th, 2010

Welcome to Part Two of Kuan Yin’s I Ching Reading ~

Last week we dealt with many of the chaotic energies having to do with family, partnerships and other close relationships. We came to the conclusion that RETREATING by going within and accessing freedom was the best way to respond to some very difficult news and events.

On Monday, April 12th, the I Ching Energy moves into Hexagram #2 NATURAL RESPONSE for just two days. Kuan Yin will give us a short I Ching Reading for this energy and shares an healing meditation to help us to lovingly hand over the anxiety, grief and feelings of resentment that we may be feeling at this transitive time.

If you want to sign up for the Abundant Living newsletter, you can do it here!

We are receiving help from Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion, who is guiding us through the I Ching, an ancient Chinese text that follows and predicts movements and energy flow in the cosmos. Her advice as always, is direct and to the point.

The I Ching energy for the United States through April 13th is Hexagram #2 NATURAL RESPONSE. The actual text states:

“The yielding and responsive quality of nature is the focus of this time. Nature follows with sensitivity the demands of the seasons, It reproduces, adapts, and evolves itself appropriately; it heals itself when injured and deftly maintains a balanced economy. Nature is the responsive, yielding background for all events on earth. The power of this time lies in reacting with a NATURAL RESPONSE to the myriad things around you, a response in keeping with the laws of nature.

At this time you are dealing with realities rather than potentials. You can know only the situation around you but not the forces behind it. Therefore you should not act independently or try to lead others. If you do, you will lose the way and become confused…you need friends and helpers to accomplish your aims. If you can accept this you will find guidance. Once you respond naturally and allow yourself to be led, even the greatest goals can be attained.”

~ The I Ching Workbook by R. L. Wing (Doubleday)

Kuan Yin’s Comments and a Healing Exercise

“There are times when the I Ching flow requires for humans to be as calm and still as possible. The NATURAL RESPONSE to this short influx of powerful energy is to remain centered within yourself and to refrain from taking aggressive action or pushing your own agenda.

The ideal of feminine receptivity is a good model to follow. There is much going on and it’s better to lay low. A time for renewed activity and advancement is coming soon, however, for now go within, meditate and pray for the end of fear.

To help you release the dominant pattern of fear that is still left over from the Old Paradigm, go through this short healing process.”

Clearing the Chaos

Have you ever had an fight where you completely forgot what the argument was about?

Fighting Words

You know the feeling – emotions are running high, but they don’t seem to have any substantial content. Some describe it as if they are feeling totally ungrounded and that everything is scattered and going every which way.

Here is an Intuitive Learning Game that you could use to help you get your bearings again.

This energy could be affecting family, partnerships and other close relationships. Or it could be sweeping through business and career. In order to move forward in a positive way, it’s very important to regain control of how to use our energy.

Feng Shui and Conflict

twigs
In this picture of windswept twigs and broken branches, we can see how sharp points and chaos create nothing but confusion. Feng Shui warns us not to allow debris like this to build up outsied of your or business property. If you have this kind of buildup in your yard, especially in the front, you would be wise to clear it away.

Feng shui refers to sharp, pointy edges as “sha” or killing energy and a bunch of it all together like this indicates an abundance of indescriminant, negative energy. These days, a lot of people are having trouble because the feng shui in their homes or offices are not properly protecting them from these energies.

Find out how you can use feng shui to help you deflect conflict and disharmony…

Of course there is also such a thing as mental sha energy which takes the form of irrational and pointless arguing, abusive behaviors and confusion. This lack of clarity perfectly describes the collective energy of America at this time.

Access Peace From Within

Access Peace from Within
The I Ching energy for the United States through April 11th is Hexagram #33 RETREAT. It seems that retreating from meaningless conflict is called for especially now. That means retreating from the conflict and coming back into your heart. The actual text states…

“It is of great importance that you do not confront or struggle with opposing forces and thereby become emotionally involved with what is, actually, a futile situation. Vengeance and hatred will cloud your judgment and prevent the necessary RETREAT…

Difficulties and hostilities are on the rise in matters of business or politics. Do not attempt to compete with these forces…The overall situation is inflexible at this time…withdraw intellectually and emotionally.”
~ The I Ching Workbook by R. L. Wing (Doubleday)

Let’s see what Kuan Yin has to add…

Kuan Yin’s I Ching Reading for Retreat

We are receiving help from Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion, who is guiding us through the I Ching, an ancient Chinese text that follows and predicts movements and energy flow in the cosmos. Her advice as always, is direct and to the point.

KYHealingHands

“Most people in the United States are involved in multiple situations that are causing problems and preventing them from remaining focused on the most positive use of their energy.

Relationships, in particular, are the cause of a great deal of confusion, doubt and fear. This is due in part to past karmic entanglements and emotional reactions to conflict. It is futile to persist in these conflicts, yet, so many are having difficulty in letting go.

Success at this time requires courage and resolve to leave the collective cycle of abuse. If you are holding onto victimhood, it is time to RETREAT.

This is a dangerous time to be enmeshed in conflicts because they will cloud your judgment and draw you into painful cycles of abuse that have long been part of the Old Paradigm.

Play this game to peacefully RETREAT from any negative karmic ties that threaten to cause you harm.

Once you have effectively RETREATED from these negative situations, you will feel less guilt and doubt about moving forward.”

Cutting Negative Karmic Ties

The Role of Confusion

“Many of you are still caught up in a relationship or situation that is abusive and you aren’t clear about how it is affecting you because you are confused. If you could RETREAT from your confusion, you would know what to do. This situation is exacerbated because the confusion is being held on the collective level. The following short meditation is provided to assist you in RETREATING from a dynamic that you have no power to change.

Use this symbol to help you identify a situation that you need to RETREAT from.

Ego Soul Chart

Now go to this healing exercise to access peace again.”

The Energy Will Change Dramatically on April 12th

And it will be affecting America for only two days. Because the transition is so significant, we will be posting Part Two and a very special exercise this next Monday to help you make the most of it.

Also, if you are willing to share this information, please feel free.

I Ching Reading for March, 2010

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion

Kuan Yin - New Paradigm

is helping us through these difficult times with advice and energy readings based on the I Ching, an ancient Chinese text that follows and predicts movements and energy flow in the cosmos.

The I Ching energy for the United States through March 20th is Hexagram #27 NOURISHING.

Nourishing Your Journey Into the New Paradigm

“Unfortunately, it can be difficult to keep a calm and relaxed mind when ingrained behavior patterns from the past are still being held in the collective mindset of your culture. Most people will say that they want to move forward towards peaceful prosperity, yet there are so few models in your media and social systems, everyone wonders, “how is that going to happen”?

It was only a little over a year ago when the U.S. was unified by the desire for change. Now many are frustrated and disappointed. Others are turning back in droves, looking for the false security that was fostered by the Old Paradigm. This split is being NOURISHED by the status quo with a negative tendency that still pulls at you – impatience.

As consummate consumers, America has been taught to jump from one method to another. If results are not immediate, it’s time to drop it and go out shopping for another method. They are looking for a easy and fast fix for some very old problems and they want it now.

Let us help you clarify what is required to pull you out of the quagmire and get you back on the road to living in the New Paradigm.

Making Choices that Support Happiness

Choice # One: Be Willing to be Open to New Methods and Ways of Operating

This is the first step and an important one. What ever you are willing to NOURISH within yourself is going to determine where you are heading at this time. If you are searching for and finding new methods to develop your own good qualities and are sharing them with others, you are feeding a willingness to align with the New Paradigm. What you must remember about this is that it is far better to make small steps in the right direction than it is to make dramatic, ego gratifying steps in the wrong direction.

Use this symbol for integrating positive, healthy energy to help you determine where you are in regards to WILLINGNESS.

Ask yourself these questions while looking at the symbol:

“Am I willing to try something new in order to live a happier life? If not, why not?”
“Do I still believe that fighting and struggle is the only way to create what I want?”
“If so, am I WILLING to change my mind?”

Choice #2: Have the Courage to Stick with the New Methods You Choose Long Enough To See if They Are Working for You

Results don’t happen overnight and if you are constantly changing course – going from one method to the next – you are actually hampering your own progress.

Many people think that impatience is a good way to get things accomplished and unfortunately for them, the exact opposite is true. Patience is a great virtue to NOURISH in yourself. A change of this magnitude (our Paradigm Shift) has to be taken step by step to effectively monitor how things are coming together. Courage is the motivator for the greatest changes in your history, and now is no different.

Use this symbol for COURAGE to see what kind of energy you are using to motivate you.

“Am I utilizing courage or fear when I face my daily challenges?”

“Am I being patient or impatient?”

“Am I willing to NOURISH patience and courage?”

If you are utilizing fear and impatience, realize that you will most likely give up on the possibilities for the future and turn back to the past looking for a safe and seemingly easier way to cope. This is an illusion. You can use this affirmation to help you:

“I release my dependence on fear and recommit to following the guidance of my spirit.”

Imagine that your fear is like a heavy old piece of luggage that you are still carrying around. See yourself dropping it and let it dissolve into nothingness.

Choice #3: Keep Choosing the Light, Rather Than the Dark.

The New Paradigm is based on the pure light of love and connectedness. If you are NOURISHING feelings of isolation or thinking only about yourself, gently redirect your attention towards people, attitudes and behaviors that support your better qualities.

How can you do that?

Use this symbol to fill yourself with light. Imagine that with every breath you are filling up your body with pure, white light. Doing this exercise will do more than most anything to help you get back on track. Remember, like attracts like, so if you are being the light, you will attract more of it.

“I am filled with the pure light of creation.”

“I release and dissolve the karmic pattern of using anger to get what I want.”

“I release karmic patterns from my mental continuum that would create terror in my mind or in the mind of anyone else.”

“I recommit to nourishing compassion and kindness for all beings, including myself.”

If you like, you can contemplate more specific behavior patterns that are causing you problems and dissolve them from your mental continuum now.

Even though you may not consciously be aware of what karmic pattern you are operating out of, this process will help you to release its grip on how you are responding to things in your life.

Being Open to the New Paradigm

Monday, November 9th, 2009
Keeping an open mind is essential when undergoing any significant change or re-alignment. Recently, I started reading a book that had a lot of ideas that were new to me. They didn’t fit into the preconceived ideas I had about how things should be handled. Some of those ideas I simply disagreed with. I could tell, because I was willing to examine the pros and cons and calmly consider the possibilities.

Other ideas brought up an interesting response that surprised me. My mind and creative energy would simply shut down and I had to ask myself, “Is this a good way to be? Is it really more important that I be “right” in this situation? What if there are some real answers here that I am refusing to see, like a small child who refuses to eat what is good for her?”

It took some real determination, and it still does, to keep an open mind, however, we are entering a time where we simply cannot afford to let our egos run us. If we want things like health care reform or economic sustainability, we are going to have to learn how to listen and keep our mind’s open.

Be The Change You Hope To See
You can support an underlying change in consciousness by looking at the Soul Contract Circle below and affirming these statements:

Soul Contract Circle
“I release any agreements I have to be distracted from keeping an open mind.

“I release any agreement I have to rebel against having an open mind.

“I release any agreement to make important decisions out of rebellion.”

“I stop feeding my conscious or unconscious desire to rebel.”

“My new agreement is to keep my mind open to the possibility of finding new solutions, ideas and actions that can benefit me and others.”

If we can admit that we don’t know the answer, we are actually freeing ourselves from dominating thoughts and behaviors that have clearly held us back in the past. By bringing more flexibility into our minds, we can allow something different to happen. We can step beyond those old societal patterns that are creating so many problems in our world – both inner and outer.
